You are going to [ __ ] jail if you don't walk right now. Uh so, they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests. No. So if you want to keep acting like a child and keep talking and running your mouth we don't know what you're talking about, you go to jail. After completing the investigation, the victim declined to press charges, so the officers issued a trespass warning and let her go. This one lucky for you, the woman that you came with doesn't want to press charges. The bar wants you out of here. You can leave on your own or you're going to leave. You come back here, you go go to jail for trespassing. When you go home, okay, I want you I want you to Google I want you to Google trespass laws and I want you to Google battery. I want you to Google assault. I also want you to Google what a misdemeanor is. Then hopefully hopefully next time you come out and drink, if you keep touching me like that, you're going to jail for battery. Don't grab my hand like that. You just squeezed my hand. It's time to act like an adult. Get out of the bar. Will she leave peacefully when given the chance? Of course not. She's about to make another stupid decision that will seal her fate in jail. Leave the bar now. You need to leave the establishment. Leave the bar now. Because you guys are If you said 911, you call 911, you go to jail. Leave the bar now. Leave. You have 3 seconds to start walking. You have 3 seconds. You have 3 seconds. Stop stop this. They have given you multiple warnings. If you don't leave the bar, you will get arrested. You're not allowed back here ever again. Leave. You're under arrest. We've given you so many chances to act like an adult. Hands behind your back and not resist. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. What is your issue? You need to act like an adult. Yeah, you don't know how to act like an adult. We gave you a chance to leave. We could have taken you to jail 20 minutes ago. For trying to bite an officer, for resisting, for failing to identify, and now you're calling 911 multiple times. We told you not to call 911. It's false alarm. Okay, so listen. Sorry, we're going to cut her purse off. All right, we're going to cut her purse off. Huh? We're going to cut her purse off. Just just just go to jail with that. The woman was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled woman thinks she can fool the cops with her nonsense. I just saw you You guys are so heavy, you shook the entire On December 20th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a driver known to have a suspended license. While these officers were searching the driver, another officer was asking for the passenger's ID and license since she wanted to take the blame on herself. Do you Do you have a license or not? So you don't know if your license is valid? Oh, I guess we'll have to. What is your first name? Okay, you're going to go to jail for obstructing. If you fail to identify yourself, you will go to jail for obstructing ID. In the state of Illinois, if you are stopped in a vehicle specifically you as the one sitting in the driver's seat, right? Right? You were in the driver's seat? Did you drive here? You're sure you did. You're sure what? What are you sure What are you sure of? And then she's just magically sitting in the back seat when I walk up and the car is just revving. That's fine. You can stay in the car. I don't care. She said, "I'm in labor." And then all of a sudden she just bolted into the road. And so, right then and I think Dale chased her or right then and somebody else chased her down and driver was compliant for the most part after they after they tried Is this your shoplifting vehicle, right? Okay. Over a thousand bucks from Old Navy. The runner continued to scream her lungs out about being pregnant. You're an adult, you get in the car. I am, but I DIDN'T WANT TO RUN. >> BE RESPONSIBLE, GET IN THE CAR. >> IT'S JUST HOW I'M FEELING RIGHT NOW, PLEASE. JUST GIVE ME A MOMENT. PLEASE, JUST GIVE ME A MOMENT. I'LL BE COMPLIANT. I'M ALREADY CALM, OKAY? OKAY. LISTEN, YES, I am, SIR. I SAID I APOLOGIZE. CAN YOU GUYS JUST STAND RIGHT HERE AND GIVE ME A SECOND? MY STOMACH, THAT'S IT. JUST GIVE ME a second. >> JUST GIVE ME A SECOND. >> STOP TALKING. Just give me a second. I NEED YOU TO STOP SAYING THESE THINGS, OKAY? I just because my right side and I'm pregnant. Just listen real quick. I I I Okay, I know you're doing your job. I ran. I know what happens when you run because I'm pregnant. Okay, that's understandable. I just need a second cuz I'M PREGNANT ON MY RIGHT SIDE, IT'S HURTING ME. I JUST need a second. You can STAND RIGHT HERE. FIVE OF YOU GUYS CAN STAND RIGHT HERE. JUST GIVE ME A SECOND BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I RAN AND I KNOW I'm wrong. It's okay. I will help you. It's way more comfortable on your right side. You're not helping it to end up against the car. So, let's get up into the car and that's going to help you, okay? It's going to relieve a lot of the pressure on your right side. So, I will help you stand up and we're going to sit in the car, okay? All right, let's do it. I don't like Can you not touch me cuz you keep pulling my AND I ALREADY I KNOW, BUT I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. I'M I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE to do. I just don't want you to be rough with me. I understand you have to do your job. Don't turn around to him. Let's stand up. And now sit back on the seat, okay? I will help you pull your pants up. >> It's just because I'm leaking, that's why. Okay, we have medical coming, but they're not going to be able to to see you when you're Finally, she was able to calm down and follow the sergeant's instructions. Why do you think we're all here like this? Well, honestly, I really don't have no clue cuz I just was coming from Target. I went in the the Old Navy and I used the bathroom. I went to a sunglass right next door. I had to get my prescription and then I walked over from Target. And then I walked over from Target and then my friend called me. She was like, "Hey, like we're we're leaving Old Navy, but where are you?" I was like, "I just left out of Target." Fine, it's not like nobody was dramatic or nothing. I just now got picked up. I went in literally when you used the bathroom and left out. And then we just got pulled over and I'm just like, "Why are we getting pulled over?" I'm like, "Well, that's fine. I got my L, so you Everybody has a driver's license." I'm like, "So?" And I'm just like, "Wait." Then I see police coming in the front. And I'm just like, "Okay, now what the [ __ ] is going on?" But nobody's saying anything. Oh, it's not this one. It's not me. Okay, you'll know the one when you see her. Yeah, so and then that's pretty much it. It's no clue. I don't I couldn't even give you guys a clue about anything. >> are any items in the car yours? Yep, my purse is right there. >> Anything else in the car yours? I have my food in the trunk that I just got from Safeway like about an hour and a half ago. >> Previously going up there. >> Yeah, so I I just went grocery shopping, so. Okay, so you were in the trunk and you dropped Old Navy stuff, right? Oh, no, no, no. I'm like, "Well, you're in the trunk an hour and a half before Yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's And then in the front seat where you were sitting and everything in your area of control is your stuff? >> Yep, right there. Is there anything in there that isn't yours? >> Nope. Okay. I mean, that that's my purse. >> you and have you take a look while we stand here and then you can tell me what's yours and what's not? >> yep, absolutely. >> to sit you back up. >> Yeah, cuz I'm I can't stand up like this. Now, you're good. One, two, three. All right, so we'll stand right here and you can look right there. Your coat, your purse? Nope, just my purse right there and the phone on the floor. And then my package I just picked up from my nail right there. Right there on the side door. You see it on the side door? It's pink. Yep. And then none of this is back here is yours? Nope. That Safeway bag with Old Navy or anything like that? Nope. All right, that's not your food right there? >> Nope, my food's in the trunk. Cool. All right, that's all we're going to do. Mhm. Just so you're not sitting on the ground, it's better for everybody else. Do you want to sit in my car while I talk to the other guys? I don't care. I don't mind. Okay, that way I can walk away from you and let you have your privacy, all right? >> yeah, go ahead. That's the driver. And when the officers ran her information, they found out a not so shocking truth about her. Sure you guys have >> I see it though. She's got priors for assault driver priors for assault driver. She's RO, she's suspended. Faded blinds where the evidence tape used to be on the gas cap and [ __ ] cuz it's sealed before. Okay. No, but you should be happy cuz the I don't know if she knows she's a Do you know you're wanted in out of California, miss? So, it's not wanted. I was living in Las Vegas. It's actually a case that's closed. Well, I mean, I heard the charge. How did you catch up there? Okay, so when I lived in Las Vegas, this this guy in Las Vegas that has been arrested for other charges, um I wasn't the only one. He was He had a car lot in Las Vegas. I drove to get You know, me buying a new car, boom, going on my first shift. I was with my friend, my family, everybody in the car. When I got pulled over, he was just like, "Hey, do you know a guy named Carlos, whatever?" And I'm just like, "Um, no." They was like, "Well, we've been trying to find this car because these cars have been flooding from California and going to a car lot in Las Vegas. I'm like, "Well, that's crazy you said that cuz I got my plates, my paperwork, all that in the in the work department." So, he seen all my paperwork or whatever. And then when I was getting bailed out, that's what the the charge was for What was it? Like GTA or something like that. But when I was going to court, they finally found the guy that was selling the cars that he was getting from California. So, but this happened around COVID. So, it's not really like a wanted wanted case. I'm still in complying with my attorney in California trying to figure out how can we do a Zoom call to officially close the case. Well, they're saying that you're wanted still, but it's only out of California. Yeah. Your friend is a little baddie. Get it on the side. >> Your other friend's a little baddie. She's got some real charges. I'm going to the driver over the driver girl over there. All right, you are getting charged with theft three. Huh? Is that theft three? Yeah, maybe theft two. I haven't looked at how much the dollar amount was. They said they believed it was over a thousand bucks, but I got to verify that. So, theft theft three, maybe theft two. Um, and then obstructing. I'm going to watch my video and stuff, but to me, from my perspective, when I had you pinned in here, I saw the reverse lights kick on, and then it felt like to me my car whole moved backwards. You were trying to rev out of it, like get out of the pin. And so that's why all the guns came out and stuff. So, because of that, that's obstruction as well, cuz you're trying to escape when we have you pinned in with red and blue lights on, okay? Did you not You literally went in reverse and like revved your car and pushed my car back. You didn't do that. You realize that you see that red light up there, [laughter] the camera? From my perspective in the moment, it's loud out here. It seemed to me like that happened. I'll watch the video and verify, but I'm I'm 99% confident that's what happened, okay? In the end, the runner was charged with third-degree theft, obstruction, and disorderly conduct. The second female was charged with third-degree theft. The third one was released on the scene because she didn't take anything and cooperated with the police. Moving on to the next case, where police surprise a woman after a Walmart shoplifting spree. camera paying for higher-priced items at a lower price. There was like different tickets on them, like different price tags. You were barred from all Walmart. You're going to get charged for retail theft and for criminal trespassing. On February 2nd, 2026, officers responded to a residence after a delayed report of a shoplifting incident at Walmart. Here's what happened next. Rachel? Yes. Hi, how are you? Good. Officer Piper. Neither. Oh, no, you're okay. I'm Officer Piper, just so you know our body cams are on, okay? Okay. So, uh, I'm here actually, real quick. I just got to read you something, okay? I just have to let you know what your rights are, okay, before I start asking you questions. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent wish. Do you understand? I mean, yeah. Okay. So, um, I'm here to talk to you about some incidents that you had at Walmart a few weeks ago. What? So, they have you on camera paying for higher-priced items at a lower price. There was like different tickets on them, like different price tags. So, there is there's stuff like cameras, um, camera film, stuff like that. So, there was at least three separate times that this occurred. >> Honestly, I don't know what you're talking about. >> You have no idea? >> No. Okay. Different tickets, what are you talking about? So, the price tags is on like there's also kids clothes. There's all sorts of different items. I'm so confused. There was usually like four to five items per transaction. It was always on non-grocery [music] stuff. Grocery stuff, you pay full price. I feel like I paid full price for everything. I spent a ton of money at Walmart. Okay. Well, the video and receipt shows otherwise. Just trying to save a buck? I mean, I get it. Times are hard right now. No, honestly, I don't even know what you're talking about. >> Well, like one of the things specifically, there's like a $75 camera that had a and it's one of those like little kids cameras, uh, that had is it motion? That had, uh, a sticker for like a 70 cent Starburst. Stop giving the officer your confused look. That Pikachu face only makes you look more suspicious. This can't be real. Like, what is going on? I get people make mistakes. I just got to I got to know why. >> honestly do not know what you're talking about. I paid full price for all my items. Like, I Okay. My friend gave my daughter a camera for her birthday, but I didn't buy it. Okay. It's you. Okay, but I I honestly don't know what you're talking about. >> Okay. I mean, is that is that the story that we're going to go with? I'll tell you Do you want me to tell you the specific days? I mean, I It doesn't matter. >> January 9th, January 13th, January 15th. Those are the only incidents that they have found so far. I mean, I honestly I am Like I said, Like I said, there's there's two sides to every story. So, I wanted to come over here and give you the benefit of the doubt. Right. Thank you. And try to get your side, okay? So, that's where a little bit honesty comes in, right? Right. I mean, I always have my kids with me. They're always like crazy. Yeah, I saw that. >> like I don't try to I mean, that is just I don't know. I I don't have So, I'll put it this way. If it were just if it happened one time and, you know, there was one item, maybe two. I'll even give you two items that were switched, you know, that was significantly less, that I could understand as a mistake. When it happened three times in a matter of a week, that's That's >> why wouldn't someone like say something to you, like and like correct it? Like, I would definitely Well, they probably didn't see it at the time. >> like I don't like I just scan and I pay for it. You know what I mean? Sure. Like, I don't like like inspect every item unless I'm looking for a stuff in my cart. Sure. >> sure I ring it in. Mhm. Um, but other than that, like I honestly >> Um, just times are hard, but, you know, I Do you at least >> to that. I honestly I Do you at least remember being at Walmart on the I mean, I go to Walmart. Like, I get groceries, I get stuff like that. Yeah. To like sometimes 8:00 at night, 10:00, whenever you can. >> Whenever I can. >> Yeah. Um, it's not like a strategic, um, plan. It's just honestly when I can get out. >> Um, so it's just when I can. Okay. So. All right. Well, so you don't have anything else to say about it? >> I mean, honestly, I I really I don't. I just I honestly don't know where this is all coming from and I don't I feel like I have paid full price for all of my items. Like, I honestly don't Sure. get how this is even about. Like, I don't try to like swap out anything or whatever you're saying. Like, I don't know. That seems very tedious and very something that someone with two screaming kids probably would do, but Sure. >> Um, I wish someone would have corrected it then and I wouldn't be in this position. Sure. Like, I I'm really not about that and I just I don't know. Like I said, I've made mistakes in the past, but Sure. I feel like I've kind of grown from that and learned. Right. >> You know, I don't really have a bad record, but I do have that on my record, but I just like I said, I made a stupid decision and Yeah. definitely don't try to make it again. Okay. Um, I have to set an example for my kids, too, but >> Right. >> You know, I I mean, I wish I had more to tell you and I wish, you know, that this could get, you know, whatever, but I just I honestly I I can't sit here and say that I've done that. And that's the end of the questioning. The officers then give her the charges and court >> that I've done that. And that's the end of the questioning. The officers then give her the charges and court date. Okay. All right. Well, so you're going to get notices to appear for them, okay? So, you have you're going to get charged for retail theft and for criminal trespassing, okay? They both have the same court date. So, you don't have to make multiple court court multiple trips. So, like I said, retail theft and criminal trespassing. Just don't go to Walmart again, okay? Um and it's any of the Walmarts. You can always call and ask for permission to come back. Uh I get it there's not a ton of places to shop around here, but What is that? I don't have to go to Walmart, but Sure. Well, what do you mean? I just I really honestly I wish someone would have just stopped it right then. Like I have no idea. I well, I don't think they're aware of it at the time. This is a thing. You don't get a warrant or anything like that or something that's got to be out of the store or something like that. Something that's Oh, yeah. I feel like I thought it was like a weight and stuff like that. That's why you put it on there or whatever. And then a lot of times, yeah, a lot of times, especially if it looks like it's a legitimate item because it's a legitimate barcode, but when they review they get alerted to it through whatever ways. They have different reporting, but when they see there's, you know, this is supposed to be a Starburst, but it's a $70 camera. What do you mean you don't know how it happened? So, those are your copies. I mean like I just don't understand how is this happening? Like I don't understand. Don't understand what? How did you get caught? Yeah. I also hate it when the tag switches itself. Well, like I said, if it were one time, I'd say that that's probably a mistake. If it's several times and several items totaling like $400, that's not a that's not a mistake. >> This is crazy. Mom's okay. We're just talking. She's okay. Well, if you have anything else to add or you have, you know, any questions, feel free to give me a call, okay? I mean there's nothing I can really add or do. I feel like I'm getting punished for something I didn't even do. I am not like a freaking criminal whatever, but I just >> No one's calling you criminal. We're just dealing with what we got to deal with. >> Right, and I understand it's your job. I just it sucks. I I already had a charge, but I don't feel like I've done anything wrong, you know. I have to face this, but I just don't understand. Huh? Ticket switching. That's I mean that's what it's called. Ticket switching. Paying less for >> know what I mean. I've never even heard of that. I didn't even know you could do that. It's not uncommon. Cuz I figured everything was weighed. That's why they make you put it on that. Like well, who would I wouldn't even have the time to think about that. But I won't go to Walmart again, but I honestly didn't know that it was every Walmart either. Yep. Like I said, it it wasn't a mistake, okay? I mean to me it is. I I really honestly don't do that. I have never even heard of it before. Stuff like that doesn't happen three different times in a matter of a week with almost $400 worth of items. So, it wasn't just it didn't just happen to you. This is something that you did. >> I I don't do that. Like this is crazy. I don't understand how it could even happen more than once. I don't know. To the same person. Like that's Well, like I said, it wasn't a mistake, okay? It's not like it happened to you. Well, I didn't do it though. All right. Well, like I said, if you have anything else to add, you can give me a call, okay? Cuz at this point we're just going in circles. I I do appreciate you uh giving me a call back because, you know, I didn't want to just show up here out of the blue and >> no, that's great. I know I knew that you had kids here, so I wanted to be respectful of that, okay? I appreciate it. Yep. The woman was charged with felony retail theft and criminal trespassing.
