This is a private building. >> My boarding pass, I'll give you that. Okay. Not seeing my ID. Okay. I'm not under arrest. >> You're being detained right now. >> For what crimes? >> For possibly threatening somebody. >> Possible is not a crime. Give me a crime. State me and natural crime. Sir. >> Hey, man. I'm just trying to get to the bottom. I'm >> No, I'm trying to get my right violated. >> We got WhatsApp. >> You're trying to make me show ID and identify when I don't have >> because you're being detained illegally apparently. What's the crime? Am I being detained for sir? >> So, we're trying to figure that out right now. If you threaten somebody, that's a crime in the state of Tennessee. >> I didn't threaten. >> Okay. Well, we're going to get to the bottom of it. So, if you work with me, I work with you. >> I don't know where that's from. >> Were one of you guys question, you know? So, what's what's going on? So, I like I took him off the flight and then he was asking like, "What's going on my flight?" I'm I almost he goes and talks to his assistant and I'm talking to his husband. Wait. So the guy in the wheelchair stormed off. >> Yeah. The guy in the wheelchair stormed off and the person next to him was his husband. I was talking to him telling her like what I can do and what I can't do. And then after that he just came here and started cussing me out me all that trying to fight me everything. I just I just said keep calm down. I can't do nothing about it. He just trying to fight me. Did he put hands on you at all? Put hands on No, just like if you don't get out my face. I'm going to start pushing you, man. I'm just like really trying to help you. I suggest you walk away. Sounds good. >> Okay, you're good, man. I'm not trying to hang you up or nothing like that. I'm just trying to go, >> I got called to you, so I'm doing my job and then once I do my job, I'll leave you alone. >> Why they called you, sir? They're wasting your time. Um, we're getting his side story. We just want to make sure no hands got put on or if you wanted to press charges. No, I'm not. Thank you. I'm not sure, brother. I think this might be it, sir. That's Yeah. What do you do? >> Yeah. Can you not help me and just relax? Yeah. >> Why are you so hostile right now? >> That's my husband. >> Okay. How I talk to my husband? >> I understand that. pay my bill. But there ain't no need to be off my hand. >> Have I been coarse to you? Have I said a square word? >> Do not ask me how I talk to my husband, sir. That's my business. >> Thank you. Let's go ahead and talk to me. Okay. You please stay quiet. >> Go sit over there for a second. Thank you. I don't For what? I don't do anything wrong. I'm sitting down. >> I'm sitting down for saying words. >> I'm going to need you to stop talking. >> I need you to talk to me. >> Yeah, I know. >> What if he was talking to you that way? >> I will deal with that. I married him. Did you marry him? >> Correct. >> But if I talk to If I talk to my wife that way, she'd be done with me. >> I don't give a [ __ ] I don't care. I don't know your wife. I don't care what you talking about. >> Will you stay right there and you calm down because I'm not telling you about your wife? >> Because I don't know her. >> Hey, so keep my husband calm down. Your mouth, sir. Calm down. >> Keep your Keep my Calm down. Watch out your mouth, sir. >> I didn't say your husband's name. >> Correct. >> So it's not been in Ask me questions about my relation. >> It's not been in my mouth. >> You don't have to ask me questions about my relationship with my husband. Well, you just sit tight right there. >> Take notes. >> What's going up? Take notes. It's crazy. What's going up? >> So, he said he got him off the flight. He's just uh kind of disorderly like like you know threatened. He was going to punch the guy and why why is he making him late? Everything else. So, I mean it could be >> I asked him the key question which is did you did you think this guy was going to cause you any kind of immediate, you know, great injury, bodily harm, anything like that? Did you have any reason to fear for your safety? He said no. He said he didn't want to press charges. But we'll eat. >> Yeah. Where you from, man? Salt Lake. >> Yes, sir. All right. It's all I needed. >> I mean, stand by for a little bit longer, then we'll tell you when we go. Um, we're just making sure it's all good. And I'll see what they want to do. So, I've tried to be cordial with you. So, the guy is saying that you threatened to punch it. Well, >> you didn't. I didn't. >> So, why would he just a guy that's just working? >> He actually told me that he wasn't like I'm not working. If I wasn't, it'd be different. I sound like a threat. I let it go. I let it go. >> That's number three. >> So, neither I didn't listen to anybody. >> Listen to me. All right. >> I'm recovering from cancer. >> Okay. Understand that for me. And he decided to just leave. And he was like, I'm done. He said, I'm going to let your husband push it. I said, "My husband doesn't work here." >> Okay. >> I didn't pay all this money to listen to me. Listen to me. Yes, sir. >> You can't just threaten to punch people because they're going to make you rape. I didn't I didn't have anyone. >> Well, that I got two conflicting stories here. >> You guys know, right? >> But anyway, he's not want to press charges. So, you said t when I get a read back on you, we'll let you go. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Is this your final destination? >> Are you connected to another? >> Are you connected to another flight? >> No, I don't know. We were on a plane. They said, "Hey, plane's got problems. Okay. And then he said to get everyone off the plane. Okay. When I when I looked for the guy that's supposed to push me in the wheelchair, he was gone. And I told my husband, "What happened to the guy?" He said, "He just left." I said, "Who's going to push me?" He's like, "I am." I said, "We don't work here." I didn't pay thousands of dollars for you to push me. So then I saw him over there. I said, "Hey, why did you leave?" Oh, because I thought you didn't need me anymore. I said, "We did you for me." So then he started getting mad at him. I said, "Listen, son. Don't talk to me like that. Don't disrespect me. Don't disrespect me." He started popping off. Okay. >> Yeah. I don't know what story you're getting, but of course it doesn't sound like it's good for me, right? I wouldn't tell you something. Why wouldn't he say, "Hey, sir, I started saying this." Why would he say that, right? He's pushing it on my side. Okay, I get that. Again, I didn't do anything illegal, so I'm not concerned. I work for Sir, I'm sworn in. I'm from the service. I work for D. I can show you my badge right here. Where's my backpack? >> You don't have to show me. You can sit back down, sir. I can also stand up, too. Right. Whatever you want to do, man. >> Whatever you want to do. >> Hey, if anything ever happens, if he sees you again, >> just call if everything's good, he's good. I didn't mean to get him riled up. He's not. >> He was good to start. I tried to be cordial with him, but I'm sorry about it. >> Like I said, we just got a call that somebody threatened somebody, so we got to investigate. There you go. Close it. Here's my ID. You There you go. See ID, right? I take picture of it. You don't need I'm not going to take a picture of that. Here you go. I have higher clearance than all of you guys. So, you leave me alone, sir. >> I'm not interested whether or not you were supposed to find out. >> Correct. Exactly. Go sit back. >> Take a picture. Okay. Go sit down. >> Stand up, sir. Okay. >> You keep being disorderly, you're going to be detained. So, go sit down. >> You already told me I was >> Okay. Oh, so I'm not the table. So then I'll see you. >> My point is if you keep being disorderly, I will physically contain you. >> I'm not being disorder. >> Okay. I don't care who I don't care if you work for not. >> Ask me for identification. I'm giving you >> Have a seat. Let us finish what we're doing. >> I'm not sitting down, sir. I am recovering. >> Okay. You have a right to You have a right to be silent. I suggest you take it up. Okay. >> If you're going to arrest me, can you give me my right, sir? >> I don't have to read you your rights if I arrest you. I only have to read you your rights if I question right now. And I'm a federal agent. >> You're actually not a federal agent. No. Are you you work for the >> But Show me Show me your commission book. Show Show No, show me your commission book. You're about to get You're about to get hooked up for for impersonating an officer. >> I'm not impersonating an officer. >> Okay, then don't tell me you're a federal agent cuz you're not. Sit down and be quiet. >> Okay. >> You're going to talk yourself right into handcuffs, brother. Sit down and be quiet. >> I'm not sitting down, sir. I'm recovering. >> Well, recover quiet. Quietly. Stop running your mouth. >> It's my legal right, sir. >> Okay. You've already been disorderly. Okay. You've already you've already told somebody you were going to hit them. You got five cops here. >> I didn't say that. I didn't say that. You I don't know who are you getting that information >> from the witness. >> Okay. They're lying to you. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Let us run you. We'll get you to your flight. But you don't have to impersonate a federal agent. >> I'm impersonating the federal work for the federal government. >> Okay. You said you were a federal agent. Everything that you say is being recorded audio and video. Okay. You're not a federal agent. >> You didn't say I was a federal agent, sir. >> Sit back down. You're good. >> Yeah. Thank you, sir. Appreciate that. >> Okay. >> Yeah, >> we're done. >> The whole thing. Thank you very much, officer. I appreciate you. >> I'd be really careful telling people you're >> tell me anything. >> Presenting your federal ID. >> Bye. You're dismissed. Bye. >> Yeah. Oh, you're fine. Apologize. I would be clear with him that if he goes around impersonating a federal agent, he's likely to get himself in trouble. You're you're you're this close to catching a disorderly charge. >> You're this close. So, I'd wheel away before I change my mind. >> Hold on. The officer wants to talk to you. Yes, sir. >> What's wrong? I saw you waving me over. So, I didn't wave you over. I was wait I was just shaking. >> Oh, you just wait. I thought you search for someone to shake. Got you. You might have took it a little different, right? Yeah. I thought you were just waving. So, we're good. Make sure on the phone, though, if you don't mind. Yeah. >> Hello again. All right. So, now we got flagged down by somebody out here who said that there was maybe some back and forth in there. And is that your husband? Okay. That they had taken a bottle of wine back from him or whatever and that you guys are maybe arguing. I I just >> Yeah. Can you maybe in your own words tell me what happened? I'm not taking the word of someone else. From what I know is I went over there and he said some things to me. I walked away not okay left for a bit. You see standing over here over there started talking again. I left. Okay. I'm not I'm not going to let I'm deescalate by walking away. Okay. Hopefully that deescalates. Okay. And help help me understand I guess. Um, are you guys waiting for this Salt Lake flight? >> Oh, guys, interrupt. How many cups did you add? How much of that wine have you drink? I'm already tired. Wine. One. Okay. Well, I'm going the cup. I'm not getting >> Okay. I mean, that's that's your prerogative. >> So, what was the question? >> Uh, you guys are waiting to board this flight to Salt Lake. Okay. >> Um, this is pretty far for the course or is this >> This is not Okay. This is not going to happen. He mentioned to me that he's going through is he on medication right now that would affect alcohol consumption? He went through chemo a year and a half ago. So he's on some medication. He's very much Yeah. And disorderly as well. So now subscribers. >> So he's already paid his portion. He's getting mad with me saying I'm from California. Thanks. >> We have more than enough to work with. Hey. Uh so I got this guy here. We got called a Bravo 3 or Pigstar. He was uh just got off a flight that deboarded because of a mechanical issue. Was going out to Salt Lake. um he he and his spouse are uh getting into it. Um being loud, having a bunch of issues, and then and then he's 42. He drank a whole bottle of wine somewhere else, his spouse told us. And then now he's here, demanded to drink more. He's being disorderly with the staff at pharmacy. And uh he was he was real disorderly with us. Told me he was a federal agent cuz he works at the IRS. And I asked him to see his credentials. and he showed me a PIV card which obviously you know he's not a federal agent. Um and he was real real obnoxious with Hallebertton and then with me and now he's he's porter in the wheelchair pushes around and and being disorderly with the guy here at pharmacy and he's obviously got a bunch. So I just wanted to keep you updated here. Okay. Uh I'm going to basically tell I don't know if Delta's going to want to let this guy on the flight if he's in this way with the guy. Just listen. Just go backwards. I got you. No, you don't have to. I don't need you. >> They want you out of here. >> Yeah, I know. But I don't need you to assist me, sir. Do you want me to pull this wheelchair out then? >> You can do whatever you want. I didn't ask you anything to be honest. >> Well, he walked away, so I was trying to help. >> Come on. I don't need anywhere. >> You do. So my suggestion is that you guys find a place and just come get rebooked tomorrow because I'm I'm 30 seconds from booking in for public in talks and then he's going to go to Davidson County. So I'm going to give you guys the choice of of you know book a hotel and sleep it off and get on a flight tomorrow and we'll work with you guys to get Delta to rebook you. But I I in good conscience everything I'm seeing here I don't think letting you guys get on an airplane in the condition he's in is is is going to work out well for anybody. So, I'm going to have um another unit respond. Have you guys stand by with this guy in case you know anything transpires in my absence? I'm going to go down and talk to Delta. See if they'll work to get this guy rebooked so we can get him to our hotel. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. We all good? We'll see. >> He's about ready to not get on his plane. So, we'll see how he takes that. All right. They do smell like pork. >> Sounds like we're going to jail. >> Yes, sir. Can I help you? >> No. >> Okay. >> You're no longer You're no longer a ticketed passenger. You need to leave the airport right now. You're going to be placed under arrest. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, start walking that way now. Not when you feel like it. Start walking that way now or you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Sure. >> Just listen, bro. Go. God, you had like three opportunities. I don't even know if she went out. Are you trying to help me? Shut up. Is this healthy enough? Oh, when are you going to realize this is you know what's going on? Why isn't the white blue? Because I'm not right. >> I know, but there's nothing illegal about. >> It's called disorderly conduct and you're pressing the line. So, just do me a favor. Let's keep walking and not using foul language and commenting on people's genitals and everything else. >> So, >> we're really trying to work with you, but just be calm. Let's go get your luggage. Let's get you guys a glove. I wish I had my gloves, too. So, I had no fingerprints today. I wish I had my gloves, too. I think they're in there somewhere. Want to get them for me, babe? Which way are we going, sir? >> Right there. >> Right. >> Right where it says exit. Little bit. Little bit. Just a little bit of a hitch, right? I think I mentioned a little bit. Oh, that's cool. You walk this line. Yeah. Keep walking that way. There you go. Turn around and walk that way. Okay, that's fine. Turn around and put your hands behind your back. What did I do? Got to turn around. >> Can you not get the phone and record? >> Can you not call her immediately and record? What are you doing? >> Okay, right now you're being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. For what? >> Public intoxication and disorderly conduct. >> Step up against the wall. We got him now. Waiting to do this thing. All right. Waiting to do this thing. >> You got anything in your pocket's going to stick me? >> Just a spread your feet apart. >> Can you not come running and film this, babe? >> Tell him to call Passi. Tell them to call you right now. Tell them to call. Where are you guys taking me? Davidson County. Tell him to call. Tell them to go Davidson County. Now, if I don't make it there, you know these guys are racist. What do you mean? >> Control my off. >> All right. Sure. >> You're not going to push away from me. You understand that? Okay. I do. Okay. I do. I do. >> Hey, calm down. You calm down. I'm not messing around with you anymore. >> I'm not either. Have I been messing around since day one? >> Don't pull away from me. >> Have I been messing around? >> Do not pull away from me. Test me. I told you. Did I not? Hey, did I tell you to test me? So, right now you're the one. I know. Big boy, >> right? Cuz I'm in cuff. Put How about you put you in cuss and let me grab how you feel, right? I know. But how would you feel that doesn't work? >> Don't act like you got a big when I'm in cuff. >> Right. But don't act like you got a big when I'm in cuff then. Right. You feel me? Keep on walking. Don't talk to me. Don't talk the way you're talking then. Come on. This makes a lot harder. All right. Don't make this a lot harder. You're making it harder. >> What camera? >> Have a seat. >> I'm trying I can't hold I I would normally go first. >> Okay. Well, then I'm trying to >> Okay. Sit up. All right. It's me and you versus the problem. >> Okay. You're about to catch another resisting charge. So, you want you want to be charged with resisting arrest on top of everything else. >> Take this little and shove it in your mouth. >> The seat belt. >> Shut the up. Okay. >> I didn't have anything to do with me and drinking [ __ ] You're acting cool. >> Look at how I look now. You're going to be charged with this arrest. >> My ass. Look at this. >> STOP SAYING [ __ ] STOP SAYING NOTHING. FIFTH AMENDMENT. FIFTH. PLEAD THE FIFTH. YOU GET A LAWYER. I'M GOING TO GET MY LAWYER ON THEM. I'M GOING TO GET my lawyer on them. COME HERE. COME HERE. I'm getting my lawyer on them. Come here. Come here. COME HERE NOW. NOW. [screaming] NOW. COME HERE. COME HERE. OKAY. Come here. Come here. Come here. Stay under my mind. Shut up. >> The man was charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
