You know, thank God he's downstairs now. You know, he's not inside the club. There's not much you can do cuz there's a lot of chaos, a lot of noise. I have two females walking away from me. The injured female is upstairs. She has like a superficial wound to her back. I got a back in my hand. What? Make sure them two don't leave. Black and pink. Do you let them go? Did you really let them go, sir? You have any empty service? Yeah, they're coming. I'm going turn the elevator in one second. Did you let them go? No, I did not. You can hang up the phone now. And then you're going to have to ask the victim, hey, do you want me to press charges? So on and so forth. We'll go through that process. But we don't know exactly how this all went down. Okay. The girl put her hand up. You know what's funny? I I knew it was you raising and I'm like, "Oh, it's Thursday. He's got to be working. Look, she got me because I was sitting there. I feel the air." You know what? She could have killed me if she got my lung. for me. We're worried about your injury right now. Not get the story in a little bit. They started attack me because I was sitting at the chair and then I turned around and she said me. I didn't want to hit her back. Are you guys Are you guys related to her? Okay. So, step over there. I didn't physically see what happened, but it was over a seat. Over seat. Okay. But who pushed who? Who was dress? I didn't see the first aggression, but I just seen both of them together. cameras. It was mutual. Both of them squared up and they got into How did she get on her back? A wine glass. She fell on top of a wine glass. They got tied up. She fell. They fell on the ground. They don't know what it was. Are they assigned seats or No, no assigned seat. So, they can They don't know who was on the seat first. I have zero clue. All right. But then we hear a very different story from the victim and another witness. They say it wasn't a wine glass that injured her. They claim she was stabbed with a high heel. Yeah. No, she hit him with a heel. She hit him with a heel. That's not what they're saying up there. Yeah, they're not going to say that. But she had her heels off in her hand with a heel. They said, "Yeah, some girl stabbed us." I said, "Okay, I told you we're trying to figure it out." And you didn't want to stay. You decided to run away. I don't know where you thought you was running to. The lady's going to the hospital. I don't know what happened, but you didn't want to stay around and tell me. So now this is what we're dealing with. I never said you were going to jail. But you're saying that they hit you with a heel. Do you know who was holding the heel? The one with the shorter hair. My shorter hair. What was she wearing? You know, black. Not a long dress. Not a long dress. But Jasmine says she wasn't the instigator. While Sam was in the bathroom taking selfies, Jasmine saved her seat. But when the other woman sat down and Jasmine told her the seat was taken, the woman responded. She's like, I don't. And then once I got him to defend my friend, she fell into something. I don't know if he was last or I don't know what happened or how how else could she get Okay, hold up a second. You know what? Push that BS button because she's not telling the truth. Okay, well, it's her version, right? Her story. But here's the deal. You got other eyewitnesses. You got a lot of statements. Okay. And I know uh upstairs that man was saying, "Well, it was mutual combat. You know, they both squared up." I don't know. I'm sure there's got to be some cell phone video, right? Somewhere somewhere. You're going to have to gather more evidence. But the fact of the matter is, all joking set aside, that high heel could be considered a deadly weapon. Therefore, I'm gonna tell you here in the state of California, that's something along the lines of an ADW, assault with a deadly weapon, and it could be a wobbler is what we call it, meaning it's either a felony or a misdemeanor. I understand your story, but this is why you're in the back of a police car. You started to run away. I still don't understand where you were running to. It's just It's not crazy. It's not crazy. Do you think it's crazy that someone's in the trauma unit right now? Do you think that's crazy? It's not crazy. That's very serious. You're 100% right about us getting up. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's That's resisting. That's resisting without violence. I've never had my handcuffs in my life. I don't know what to do in this type of situation. What did I do? Are the handcuffs still on? Right. But here's the deal. On top of that resistant without violence, you're looking at that ADW wobbler, right? Depending on the circumstances, it could be a felony or it could be a misdemeanor. I kind of mentioned that earlier, but I didn't tell you that the wobbler depends on the totality of the circumstances. It's busy. I never been a car. Do we have to stay hiccups? Yeah. But if he do, then he will go to jail for that's a charge. Another charge. It's not supposed to be comfortable. It's not made to be comfortable. Yeah. Let me touch on that. And I know I said this in six months ago. Shout out to all my loyal viewers out there. Really appreciate you continuing to watch these breakdowns. You know, we're all learning something here. But I did talk about in the academy, right? I can speak for probably all my colleagues across the nation. We go through handcuffing procedures for like a couple of months, a month or two, where we're constantly learning handcuff procedures, how to handcuff, and we have them on practically, you know, for 6 hours a day, every day for like 2 months. And I'm here to tell you that they're not meant to be comfortable whatsoever. As a matter of fact, that discomfort gives the police officer, right, that advantage in case you might take off. And I always say you use force for three reasons, right? to effect an arrest, prevent an escape, and overcome resistance. So, just kind of wanted to refresh that to the new viewers out there, right? If you're new to the channel, that yeah, handcuffing in itself, guess what? It's not meant to be comfortable whatsoever. We're going to switch ears. Okay. Okay. I already came. So, I came back and she was like, "Oh, I'm not getting up." So, I said, "Okay, why you not getting up?" And, you know, I've been sitting there. I've been there from earlier. Why you not getting up? So, I said, "Matt, can you talk to her?" Because that's my friend. He introduced us to us and we said hi to her. I don't know if she had someone Matt or cuz Jasmine was flirting with Matt. I don't know. Next week though, I don't know. We just started fighting. I don't know who hit who. I don't know who cuz I'm kind of tipsy, but I sit down. She got up and she got mad at Jasmine and I think she hit Jasmine. I don't know if my instinct I don't know what happened. You get what I'm saying? But nobody had weapons. I don't have weapon. They won't allow us in there with a weapon. So that was just it. It was nothing crazy. So, okay. And I told Jazz for some reason I'm like, "Babe, I don't even want to go out." Like, Sammy, come on. I'm just over it because I'm a business owner. I don't have time to deal with unnecessary drama. I got the pain. But I peeped that she was talking to Matt and I've been people when Jasmine was talking to her, she kind of had a little jealousy. But I never put, you know, sometime I'm like maybe it's my mind. Yeah. Yeah. So, when I came out the bathroom, I'm like, why is this girl acting hot style over my seat? And you know, we was sitting there the whole time. So the reason why we left cuz I'm like, "Okay, I'm black. They going to think I started it, but I did not start." So when the officer tried to stop you? Yeah, I Yeah, I tried to run because I just feel like I don't know. You know, it's just a it's just it's just I never got arrested and I just felt like I didn't do anything. Yeah, but you know, you didn't do anything. You can't run like that because it makes it look It make it look weird. I know. I know. So you said you wanted to go to the hospital. You don't want to I don't you know it's we both had a fight. It's not that serious. Like I'm a strong woman, but I just feel like she went to the hospital and said we stabbed her and I don't I don't have a Well, she has a big big cut. Wow. But I'm just saying I never had a weapon. It was just a regular fight. She grabbed my hair. I dropped on the floor. If you see the videos, I dropped on the floor a couple times. So, we had a regular fight. I'm sorry. I can't help but to laugh. What's a regular fight? And I'm just frustrating at myself because I don't even look like this. Do you get what I'm saying? Um, but there's video and on the video all you see is your friend attacking her. Girls fell on the floor. Okay. So, when she was on the floor, she must have got punched. Maybe you don't remember, but I remember. I'm perfectly safe. You do try to go back for your friend, but you also throw punches. But I'm bribing my friend. Well, you're throwing punches at the same time. Just here to let you know you're getting arrested. You're getting charged for that for your battery. And you're getting charged for eating after you stand by and sit down there. Okay. pieces. What advice? We didn't do this. If I said she told you she want to stay at home, you said, "Hey, no, let's go out." Sometimes you got to listen to that. Great advice. So, I'm actually going to jail. Oh my god. And now all of a sudden Jasmine says she's going to have a heart attack. Oh my god. And she said this. Oh, no. Don't blame us. We're going to be able to talk. So the glass broke and our hell. I think after you post the video, they got jealous. So bad. I swear to God. Y'all better call my mom and tell us to pray for others. Sometime we just got to stay away.
