On December 21st, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence following reports of a domestic disturbance. >> Come on. >> Good. How are you doing? >> I'm all right. And he said that he was from when she was trying to pull him or they grabbed him at the same time. Or it was from when she was reaching from behind while he was trying to walk over here trying to pull him back. She's the only one that's saying that she got home 30 minutes ago. Um but cousin said that she was in the room, she heard them arguing, she didn't ever see a physical between them two. But the the husband had walked out and was like, "I'm going to go blow off some steam." So my cousin's next room and then I I guess they were out there while she was still in the room. And she heard them arguing, so she said she went out, she told her cousin, the female, to come back inside and just chill out. She's like, "After when he was on the phone with you guys." And she speaks like she told her "He's going to call the cops anyway, just come and cool down. Like just come calm down." Yes, so she's going to be arrested for battery on household member. But sometimes, I don't know when the occasion is, sometimes the judge will go in on a Sunday. So, if he does show, he'll be out. Um but I don't know if her conditions of release will be that you guys can't have contact or something. >> It depends if it turns out that it's you guys that breathalyzed her. >> I don't know. >> No. Is that I mean, she's very intoxicated. >> Intoxicated, but we didn't observe her driving. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, unfortunately, I mean, if we observed her driving, then we could proceed with that, but we didn't see her driving. So, right now, she's getting just the battery on a household member charge.
