I'm asking for a female officer to be out here. I don't feel safe with you guys. I don't give anybody permission to search my car. You >> don't need permission from me. >> No, you're overzealous. >> And I'm telling you that I am a real person with real arms and legs. I am not personal. >> Step out. Get out of the car. You're going to jail. >> Wait a minute. You're going to jail. Get out of the car. >> Oh. Oh, no. >> Out of the car. >> It's almost impressive how some people managed to upgrade a tiny mistake into a full-blown chaotic arrest. [ __ ] >> you. Get in the car. Why? >> Cuz you're not wearing your seat belt. That's why I'm trying to talk into my house though. >> Get arrested. No, no, I'm not. >> Just take the baby. Take the baby. >> No, no, no. YOU STILL [screaming] >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at Karen's on the road in Cops versus Dumbest Kairens who got arrested over a simple traffic stop. Starting with this woman who turned a simple ticket into a loud arrest. >> Honestly, I'm not going to tell you again. Get out of the car. >> I said, "But am I under arrest? What am I getting out of the car for? Stop. >> Stop talking and listen. Stop talking and listen. Honesty, >> you're trying to arrest me for nothing. That's fine. I >> look at him pulling me out. Like, why? Why is he talking? >> On November 19th, 2024 in Florida, an officer was on patrol when he queried a vehicle's license plate and discovered that the owner's license was suspended. He also discovered that there was a seized tag order along with an expired vehicle registration. Here's what happened next. >> Hello. Hello, Miss Honesty. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, you know your license is suspended, right? >> Oh, I'm under my auntie's insurance, so I didn't know that. >> Okay. Your license been suspended since May. >> I didn't know that. I'm not aware of that. I'm under her. >> Do you have your license? Just so I can confirm your honesty, please. >> Yes. Am I under arrest or anything like that? >> Not right now. >> Okay. Well, I have a cousin in there. I would rather him. DK, >> I don't need your cousin. I just need your license. >> Okay. I understand that, but I'm not I wasn't driving. He told me my license was suspended. I'm parked. I'm at friendway and they just pulled behind me. I didn't even know my license is suspended. >> And then now he's trying to aggressively ask me some stuff. What are you looking for? You in my car? >> Can you get out for me, please? >> Sir, >> this is honesty. And if there's one thing you can't say about her, it's that she really doesn't live up to her name. The officer has already confirmed her license was suspended and even gave her the chance to prove otherwise. But instead of giving him her license, she kept yapping non-stop, giving the officer no chance to talk. That's a really bad choice if I do say so myself. >> Um, yeah, say something. He's telling me to get out. >> Honestly, I'm not going to tell you again. Get out of the car or am I under arrest? When am I getting out the car? I >> stop talking and listen. Stop talking and listen. Honestly, listen to me. >> I don't need to talk to that guy on the phone. >> What's the reason for you pulling me? I know my law. Like, you're trying to arrest me for That's fine. I >> look at him pulling me from like why why is he touching me? >> Why are you touching me? No, I'm not resisting. But why? He can't come get I'm not doing nothing. I didn't even know nothing. >> Now you're going to jail. >> I can give you my information. I'm not POSITIONING FOR THAT. >> NO, I I WAS MY BROTHER TALKING TO ME, BRO. Y'all don't do nasty. >> Stoping your body. >> I don't have no problem giving it to you, bro. That's nasty. Y'all been harassing me since I'VE BEEN HARASSING Y'ALL BY GIVING MY BROTHER HIS MONEY. I'm for probation, bro. >> Uh, relax. >> I'm I'm good, sir. Can >> the car. >> I'm good, sir. I didn't know my license was suspended, so I was not aware. >> It's okay. >> I was not aware. >> Can I PLEASE DON'T COME HERE? >> NO, you're going to stay over there. >> WHY THEY ARRESTING ME, BRO? BEHIND ME ILLEGALLY, BRO, FOR NO REASON. GET THE HEY, BUDDY. HEY, BRING YOUR CAMERAS BACK, PLEASE. HEY, GO RECORD THE CAMERAS. RELAX. I WAS CAUGHT, BRO. I WASN'T EVEN DRIVING. >> DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ON YOU? >> I don't have nothing, sir. >> Okay. What's up? >> The cameras from me your cameras, please. >> Okay. Thank you. You got the cameras. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> He got the cameras. I did not even know my license. >> After putting the woman in the squad car, the officer then came to speak with the cousin. >> Your cousin? >> Okay. >> Was she driving earlier? >> No, she was in the driver's seat. >> Okay. I saw her in the driver's seat. She has a suspended license. >> Okay. >> So, she's not supposed to be driving. >> Okay. >> We have to tow the car. Yes, sir. >> So, we can inventory it. Is there anything in there that's yours? >> I'm going just look around. >> No, no, no, not yet. Not yet. >> Oh, >> do you have anything in there that's yours? >> Okay. Just hang tight. If there's anything that you need out of the car, we'll see about getting it to you. Okay. >> Yo, what was the reason THAT WHY DID Y'ALL WHY did >> But she was not driving, right? >> Huh? >> She was not driving, right? We witnessed her driving in the parking lot. We were going to wait for her to leave, but then she decided to stay here. So that's why we're in the parking lot. >> No, she not decide to I'm not interrupting her. She was not the uh >> trying to drive because they're waiting for the food here. >> Okay. >> Still they're waiting. Still not making it. >> I understand. But she was driving prior to >> They say I can get the phone. all over suspended license. We're not >> After the hanging up, the brother called the cousin right away and screamed through the phone. >> Um, >> her brother wanted to know what did she do wrong. >> So, she has a spending license. That's what we were talking to her about. >> I understand that cuz she's trying He trying to tell you what he's saying. >> All right. >> We asked her to get out of the car. >> She refused to get out. It's resisting. >> Is she just a right now or >> She's under arrest right now at this point. >> What is she under? >> What's she under arrest for? >> Resisting male violence and driving on suspended license. >> Okay, that's fine. Just listen. I'm the owner of I'm the owner of friendly. >> She was in the driving seat. So, so >> you're saying she was going to get out the vehicle, >> correct? And then did you see her trying to fight us and we were dealing? That's why I was wondering what happened. I didn't see >> she was trying to turn around on us and basically push us off of her cuz she was resisting when we asked her to get out of the car. >> So then we had to put her in handcuffs. >> Give me this. >> We don't have a choice when they start pulling away and start pushing off of us. >> It's just that car is like >> there's a lot wrong with the door and stuff. So I don't know. She was trying to probably Yes. >> get out the car and it probably just look [ __ ] >> It wasn't quite like that. Like everything we do is on camera, but >> it was worth her going to jail. That's what I'm saying. Like >> we're saying it's not worth going to jail. But if she's going to make us take her to jail over a license issue, we have no problem doing that. >> We don't want to take her to jail versus a license. We want to give her a ticket and see see you, >> right? But if she's going to act the way she did, she kind of >> because they ran the car. The car toilet, bro. >> I'm not letting nobody tell me nothing, bro. You come up here and turn up. You can check it out yourself cuz it's not. >> I didn't do [ __ ] bro. On God, bro. >> Why do you You didn't do nothing. >> I'm trying to tell, man. Do Why you saying y at me, bro? I'm telling you what the going on. This is horrible regardless cuz I'm just telling you how the how they're >> I can't control how they're putting it. This is what I'm trying to tell you. >> Yo, all she would have got was a ticket for her suspended license. She refused to get out of the car. She's going to judge her. >> Was a ticket license. >> Damn. >> This is what I'm trying to tell you. Go. >> For what reason? Cuz he asked me why he was pulling me over. >> After finishing inventorying the car, the officer came to speak to the woman. >> Who's that guy to you? >> That's my cousin. >> Would you like him to take your purse and stuff? >> Yes, I do. And why am I going to jail? >> For resisting. >> I wasn't resisting, sir. I didn't know you was coming up. I had no idea. It's my first time. >> I look like a cop, right? >> This is my first time dealing with this. >> You see the big sheriff? Stop talking and listen. Okay. Stop talking and listen. Okay. Your license is suspended. All I would have done Stop. All I would have done was not >> Are you going to let me talk or No, I hear you. >> All I would have done was gave you a ticket. When I tell you to get out of the car, >> stop talking and listen. Okay. When we tell you to get out of the car, you have to get out. You refused to get out. You pulled away and you tensed your body. >> My back and I said, "Okay, I'm going to get my >> You put your handcuffs in front of you >> because MY MY MY ARMS I moved it around. I can I'm double bonded. I can do that. >> Okay. I'm telling you right now, >> I'm not trying to leave or resist or run away or anything, sir. I'm not all you're going to jail for is for [ __ ] that you caused. >> Sir, I was getting out and I grabbed my ID. My brother was on the phone at the same time trying to >> She's double. She said, "Sir, would you mind do you have a >> I was telling you, >> can you just get a truck, please? Send it, sir. I want to get out of here. Cuz that's not right. Bobby, you got nothing to do. And this is my first time dealing with this. >> All it was was a ticket. I don't know why you acted that way. >> I never got to recognize I didn't give you any information you asked for. My brother was on the phone and I'm going to pull the camera. I swear to God, I'm going to write a court asking about my name. I did it before. I will go over y'all and right on every single last one of y'all. You already know you wearing my tag, but I seen and then you just to come back. I seen you. I've seen you the whole time. I swear to God I'M IN THE RIGHT CORNER. >> That's fine. The clerk thinks he can calm her down. >> The clerk. >> God, she really doesn't know how to shut up. Huh? Let's see if the store's clerk can help her calm down. >> Just give me a favor to talk to you. Usually, they don't do, right? Okay. >> Okay. Can you listen to me? >> Huh? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Don't feed the car. Just listen to me. Okay. Just listen to me. Don't do anything. Don't raise your volume. >> Just No, I want >> I understand. Just listen to me. They give you a big favor. So I'm just telling you, don't hit the car. Don't ail it. Just still listen what they say. Okay, sir. >> All right. Just keep quiet. That's fine. >> Clear. No make any noise. Don't use any threatened words. Nothing. Just keep quiet. Maybe they will leave you. Maybe not. We'll see. If if you go to the jail, if you get the bones back. Listen. No, I understand. I'm talking to your I don't know who's in the phone. Relax and keep quiet. Don't get angry. Don't get hit or don't raise your volume. Okay. >> Keep quiet. Relax. You hear me? >> Yeah, that's good. >> Do you have the camera? >> I do. I do. No problem. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Hey, what are you doing with that? >> The weave that was in your car? >> No, I didn't have no weed. So, what what you talking about the weed that was in my car? >> The weed that was in the sunglasses holder? >> I'm sorry. I did not have no one to say. >> Okay. Well, I didn't just pull this out of my pocket. >> But I don't know. What are you doing? Cuz I need to watch you cuz you behind the camera. I don't trust you. >> Okay. >> You just pull me out for no reason. >> I do not trust you at all. >> I see you. >> She going to have to chill out. We're going to tell her cuffs in the front. What if my charger first? >> Hey, >> what if my charger first? >> He didn't tell you. >> No, he didn't tell me nothing. He's really mean and I'd rather be with a female because I don't like him. >> Let me speak to you, [clears throat] sir. >> This is my first warning and y'all doing all of this. I didn't resist him, sir. I got this my first time. >> You're asking me questions and not letting me talk. That doesn't make any sense. Sorry. >> Okay, so you're being charged with resisting without violence and driving on a suspended license. Not the end of the world. It didn't have to go this way, but that's what appears to be happening. I'm going to get some cameras cuz I didn't resist them at all. >> You're more than welcome to. >> You slipped your cuffs to the front. You're going to be searched. >> I got double I got double I'm double bonded like jointed in my arms. I moved them around, sir, cuz it was hurting me. I did do that. >> So, your arms are behind your back for a reason. >> I'm double jointed, sir. I put them in front of me. I'm not trying to run away. I'm not resisting y'all. Anything like that. I rather talk to her. This is my first time dealing with me. >> So, she's going to search you. >> That's fine. She can search me. She can search my draw. She can go on my underwear. She can do whatever she want. >> You just need to relax. You just need to relax a little bit. Okay. >> It's my first time and y'all doing the most. I'm going to get a charge for one. >> When he told me to get out, I'm getting out. Come on. Come on. Search me. Can Can I have a female transfer me, please? >> Can I please have a female transfer me? I don't I don't want to deal with him. >> Relax. Okay. >> No. And I'm I'm going to make sure I get those came as soon as I get out today. And I'm going to report him because he didn't ask me to step out. Keep your hands out. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I seen him turn around the first time. [snorts] >> Talk about resisting the officer. I didn't resist you. I was getting out how both y'all talked to me and I'm on the phone with my brother. Didn't even know my license was suspended. All he had to tell me was, "Okay, your license suspended." I was cooperating with him. He was telling me all my information I needed. >> Can I have somebody else transport me, please? >> No. >> I don't want to be with him. >> This is the sheriff's office. You're working. >> Okay. I don't want to deal with him. I want to report him. No, cuz y'all want me to be with this man. I don't want to be with him. Somebody else will transport me or ask for y'all sergeant to come and transport me, please. cuz I didn't do. >> In the end, Honesty was charged with possession of cannabis no more than 20 grams, driving with a suspended license, resisting without violence, and failing to provide proof of insurance. She pleaded no contest to the resisting charge, and her adjudication was withheld. She was ordered to pay $423 in costs and fines. Moving on to the next case, where a woman freaked out over a simple ticket for no plate light. >> But you are a 10 and you need to be a two. is not that deep. >> Then call your supervisor. Please call your sergeant for me. Please. I'm asking for a female officer to be out here. I don't feel safe. And I don't give anybody permission to search my car. Anything. I know my rights. >> I don't need permission from me. >> No, you're overzealous. >> On August 6th, 2024, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle without a license plate light. Here's what happened next. Hello, I'm Austin, Orlando, please. The reason for stopping me is cuz your uh tag is expire or tag is the lights out. >> This my husband's car. >> Okay. >> Where you going? >> Okay. Can you stay back in the car, please? >> You said you pulled me over for my tag like >> Yeah. Can you get back in the car, please? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Get back in the car. make sure that it was actually out. >> Okay, get back in the car, please. Like right now, ma'am. >> Ma'am, >> I hear you. >> No, you're refusing to abide by a lawful order. >> I'm telling you to get back in the car. >> I'm just looking to make sure the light is out. >> Okay, so I'm getting back in the car or you're going to get in handcuffs. >> Get back in the car or you're going to get into handcuffs. >> I'm going in the car, but unnecessary right now. Get in the car. I don't care. Get back in the car. This is unnecessary or you're going to get going into handcuffs. >> This is unnecessary. I'm just making sure the light is actually out. >> Cool. You don't ever get out of the car like that. >> Don't. >> Let me get another unit. >> Here's what not to do when stopped by the police. First, stepping out of the car to take pictures of the plates's light, which is clear out when the cop doesn't tell you to. And second, what she's about to do next. >> I need your license, registration, and insurance. >> I need your license, registration. I'm getting it. >> No, ma'am. Do not close this door. >> I'm getting it. >> No, you're not going to close the door. You can get that, but you're not closing the door. >> You don't need to open my door. >> Ma'am, you're not closing the door. You're not closing the door. >> I'm I got pulled over because the light is out at the license place and I have an overzealous police officer and I'm just trying to get the documentation that he needs. So, can you please send me a copy of the insurance cuz I don't know how to log into AAA. It's on my phone. >> Oh, I got you. I got you. >> Okay. Can you stay on the phone? >> Yeah, I am. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I'm blowing up now. Oh, >> thank you. >> Pulling up the insurance. Who's the insurance with? >> Who's the insurance with? >> Who are you with? >> The Orlando Police Department. >> Can I talk to whoever you're with? >> Stepped out of the car to check the light the light. I'm like, get back in the car. >> She closes the door. I'm like, no, you're not going to close the door. >> Hi. So, he pulled me over because my light was out in the back on my license plate. >> That's great. >> Okay, >> that's great. I just wanted to make sure it was actually out. >> Okay. But I told you to get back in the car. Valid. No. No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I have it all recorded. I've been recording since you stopped me. So, that's not what happened. >> Perfect. So, body cameras talk. So, I told you I just wanted to look and make sure. I told you I put my hands out the car and say, "I'm just getting my my license and stuff for you." And then you got upset for no reason. This is not even that deep. I have valid license, valid insurance. I have um >> So, if it's not valid, if it's not that deep, then why are you going to get mad? You're mad. You didn't have to tell me five times. Run it back. You have it recorded. I have it recorded. >> Just run out for me real quick. >> Yes, absolutely. My license is valid. My insurance is valid. Everything's valid. I'll get the light fixed. Not an issue. But you are a 10. You need to be a two. It's not that deep. I'm glad you know. >> It's not that deep. >> Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> My daughter has a medical marijuana card. >> I do. I absolutely do. And my daughter >> Lady, the officer didn't tell you five times. He told you nine times to get back into the car. Also, closing the door and the window during a traffic stop is a good way to get your window busted. >> Valid. My insurance is valid. Everything's valid. I'll get the light fixed. Not an issue. >> But you are a 10 and you need to be a two. It's not that deep. I'm glad you know. >> It's not that deep. >> Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> My daughter has a medical marijuana card. >> I do. I absolutely do. And my daughter has one, too. And I just dropped her off around the corner. I'm coming back from going out to eat with my daughter. I just dropped her off. I'm going home. >> Okay. You have a medical marijuana card and there and you have hemp in the vehicle. >> No, >> I don't have anything. Like you guys are making this more than what it has to be. Like it's not even that deep. So you want my driver's license and insurance, you have that. Run my stuff, please. >> If you have your medical marijuana card, >> I don't have anything on me right now. Run my stuff. You can run my name. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Step out the car. >> I'm not. >> Step out the car. >> No. No. Not this can go this can go one of two ways. I know my right. >> I'm telling you right now that the odor of marijuana is coming from your vehicle. >> Mild. You smell a mild. I >> I I don't care if there's a mild in here or not. The odor of marijuana is emanating from your vehicle. I need you to step up. >> But there's no weed. Medical marijuana. So run my name. >> If there's no weed. If there's no weed. >> So run my name. >> Then there's no weed. But I'm not I'm not going to take your word for you can't even pull people over for sex. You pull me over for my light. Run write me a ticket for my light then. >> No. I want you to stay out of the car because there the the odor of weed is coming from your car. >> It's no weed. I don't >> Then get out of the car to get out of here. >> No. Then call your supervisor. Please call your sergeant for me. Please. I'm asking for a female officer to be out here. I don't feel safe with you guys. >> Okay. My supervis. So what do I do? I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. He's overzealous. >> For her, I don't feel safe equals I don't want to comply. But for the cops, it equals resisting. So, she'd better comply real quick or else answer your question. >> No, I don't feel safe. >> I don't feel safe. No, I don't. No, I don't. He pulled me over for my light. >> He pulled me over for my light. >> For my light. My insurance is valid. My license is valid. I have my seatelt on. I'm just dropped my daughter off. She stays at right across the street. Just take 5 minutes. 475 Emerson Road like down the street. I'm going to get on express way. I'm going. We just came from Bahama Breeze. Like literally, >> stop reaching for stuff. >> I like literally. >> I have a mild right here. >> So, you pull me over for my lighter. >> My license and everything is valid. >> Like, there's it's valid. >> There's no weed. There's I have a mile. No, I want I don't feel safe. >> I don't feel safe on the way. >> Perfect. A female. No, there's no female supervisor. >> That's what I want. That's what I'm requesting. We don't have a suit female supervisor, so that's not going to happen. >> That's what I'm requesting. >> Okay, that's fine. And I'm And I'm ordering you to step out the car. >> That's what I'm requesting. No, I don't have to get out the car for a light. >> I smelled it when I came up. And >> you can't smell anything because this is What are you talking about? It's a mile. Where is the weed at? I'm glad there's >> Where's the weed? It's a mile. No. And I don't give anybody permission to search my car. Anything. I know my rights. >> I don't need permission from >> No. You're overzealous. You're overzealous. You were a 10 when you approached the car. You were mad for no reason. I'm I am not the punching bag. I'm just trying to go home. My daughter literally lives right down the street. I just dropped her off at home. Literally, like I'mma show you. >> I believe that you're going to see your daughter. That's not >> No, I just dropped my daughter off. We just went to Bahama Breeze to go eat. >> That's not in question here. >> Okay. So, what are you talking about? >> Because I I am That's not my issue. I'm not responsible to smell. And the Supreme Court says that you can't stop people for smells. >> I didn't stop you for smells. No, you saw me for a light. You saw me for a light or write me for a ticket for the light. That's it. >> You don't have a right to open my door or none of this stuff is unnecessary. >> Jamie, tell me. >> Since she kept refusing to step out of the car, the officers had no other choice but to pull her out. >> Ma'am, the supervisor's on the way. >> Okay, I'll wait. >> Here's the thing. >> I'll wait. >> I need you to step out of the car, though. >> I'll wait. I don't feel safe with you. >> Okay, that's fine. But you're not fine. I don't feel safe. We're This is over a light. I don't feel safe. >> Let me explain something to you. >> I don't feel safe. No, I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. >> You're playing with the chance of going to jail. >> I don't feel safe. >> All right. Step out. No. No. No. No. Step out of the car. >> So, really? >> Step out of the car. I've given you multiple times because I don't feel safe. >> Step out the car. >> Okay. >> Well, I can't I need my phone. No, you don't. I need I need my phone. Can I do some of my phone? My daughters. >> Okay. I don't mind doing that. >> So, this is what we're doing. This is what we're doing here. >> This is what we're doing. >> Yes. >> For what? >> For what? Because I say I don't feel safe and I want an officer, a female officer here. >> No female's coming. My supervisor is coming. >> Okay. Well, >> I need my phone. >> No. No. No. I need my phone. >> Sit back against the car right now. You're being detained. >> Detained. >> After a while, a sergeant arrived to speak to her. >> You're already detained. I do, but I can't even use my medical word my car right now because my my uh psychiatrist I'm on anti-depressants and anxiety medication. Um I'm neurode divergent and I can't even smoke right now because he wants me to wait 90 days to use a medication without weed to make sure the medication is working. I was smoking cuz I was self-medicating while I was April from February 22nd, 2022 and it's been arrived ever since. And I've been trying to just maintain all of this gives me anxiety. Men being around me gives me anxiety. That's why I requested a female officer with me because I feel uncomfortable with men, especially police officers. I'm not going to lie. I'm a black woman. You are overzealous in my opinion. And that's what it was. Like if it's about the light, then write me a ticket for the light. There's nothing in the car. So like >> it's not that deep. All my stuff is valid. Right? If this was unnecessary and then I'm telling him I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. I don't feel safe. What am I supposed to do as a civilian when I don't feel safe with the police? Like what am I supposed to do? My hands are clear. I'm sitting there and I'm calm. I'm not yelling. I'm not being disrespectful. I'm not >> supposed to make you feel safe as police officer. You don't feel safe as police offic. He was by himself and he was he was overzealous. He was a 10 and it was a two situation. And I didn't understand why he was so upset over a light that was out. He was like upset like I did something illegal. Like I was like out like robbing people or or or killing babies or something. Like it was not that deep. And I didn't understand why he was so upset over a tail light over the light that's supposed to be over my license plate. That's it. >> Anything else you want to talk about? >> Where am I going to jail? >> For what? >> Resisting. Come on. pistol. I didn't resist anything. >> I But I didn't resist anything. >> But I Wait, wait. But I didn't resist anything. Can you please S Sergeant, excuse me, sir. Can you please Can you Excuse me. >> Have you failed to comply with his? >> No, I didn't fail to comply. I said I didn't feel safe. >> He didn't need to. I was trying to tell him that my >> Oh my god. >> Take a seat. You got anything on you that's going to pop or hurt me? >> No. This is So why? I will get your purse for you. I didn't resist anything. >> I gave I told you multiple times to to get out of the car. >> I told you that I didn't feel safe with you because you were overzealous. This is what you wanted. >> She was charged with resisting without violence and was also cited for no license plate light and possession of an open container while driving. >> And I'm telling you that I am a real person with real palms and legs. >> I'm not a observed. >> I am not. >> Step out. >> She doesn't want to provide any information. >> You could have kidding me. >> Get out of the jail. Get out of the car. You're going to jail. Wait a minute. >> You're going to jail. Get out of the car. >> Oh. Oh no. >> On July 10th, 2025, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running a stop sign. Here's what happened next. >> Hello there. Good morning. >> Hello. Can I >> Yes, you can. My name's Officer Diana with the M Beach Police Department. Just like to let you know this traffic stop is being audio video recorded. Okay. Um the reason for the stop is just because of your incomplete stop during the stop sign at Ocean and Pine. Okay. You just kind of stop right in the middle of the intersection after you've already passed the stop sign and the stop bar. You stopped in the middle of the intersection and then you proceeded to go. Okay. You have a driver's license on you? >> I don't. >> You don't have your driver's license? Do you have a driver's license? >> Yes. >> Yes. Is it valid? >> Yes, >> it is valid. Are you the registered owner of the vehicle? >> Yes. >> I'm sorry. >> I think it is. >> Okay. Any reason why it wouldn't be? We're in a new era where people ma'am, you got to speak up. I can't hear you very well. Because I don't think it's necessary to drive travel in my car. You don't think you need a driver's license to drive your car? >> What does that mean? >> Okay. Who's the registered owner of this vehicle? >> Okay. What is your first name? Please spell that for me, please. >> Do you have the registration for your vehicle? >> I'm sorry. >> I don't need to see the registration for your vehicle. >> Why do you think that I don't need to see it? >> Because what you were doing was illegal. I am traveling in my car. >> You ran a stop sign. >> I didn't run a stop sign. >> In the middle of the intersection after you've already ran the stop sign. >> No. Ah, we got ourselves a sovereign citizen with their I'm not driving, I'm traveling BS. Why are you fooling me? >> I am pulling you over. Let's pause. >> Allow me to answer your question for the fourth time. The reason for your stop today is because you ran a stop sign and now I'm initiating a traffic stop based off of that moving violation. Okay? >> And I'm telling you that I am a real person with real arms and legs. Right? >> I'm not a corporation. I'm not the person found on my identification. >> Okay? But in the state of Florida, you have to have a valid driver's license. >> Yes, I am. I am. Do you realize that what you're doing right now is harassment? >> No. What I'm doing right now is a legal traffic stop based off of a violation that I observed. >> I am not a personal driver. >> So, do you have a driver's license? >> You don't have a driver's license? >> Have you ever been issued a driver's license in Florida? >> Okay. When was that? >> Okay. So, is it valid or is it not valid? >> Everything valid. >> Okay. I'm not. Trust me, I'm not. >> So, she has a valid driver's license, but for some sovereign citizen BS, she refused to provide it to the officer to keep her ars from traveling to jail. >> There has been no harm done. >> You ran a stop sign. >> Been hurt. >> You ran a stop sign. >> Has any has any property been taken? >> No. >> So, you are harassing them. >> Okay. You ran a stop sign, which is a moving violation in the state of Florida. >> You have no proof of insurance. You don't want to give me any of your paperwork. >> I don't need any of that. I'm traveling in my >> You do need that. You have to You have to provide that documentation. Driving is not a right. It says on your driver's license that driving is not a right ma'am. >> Don't do that. >> Okay. >> Are you ready to go to jail for >> Okay. So, what I'm going to ask you to do is step out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I'm asking you to step out of the car. It's a lawful order because you are not cooperating with >> While this officer was telling her to step out of the car, a sergeant arrived at the scene and he won't take her so crap for answers. >> What's up? >> I'm going to have her step out. >> All right. Step out. Step out. She doesn't want to provide any information. >> Step out. >> Are you going to kidnap me? >> You going to kidn me? >> Get out of the jail. Get out of the car. You're going to jail. Wait a minute. >> You're going to jail. Get out of the car. >> Oh. Oh no. >> Out of the car. >> Oh, >> get out OF THE CAR. >> HELP. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> HELP. >> GET ON YOUR GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] >> HELP. >> STOP RESISTING. >> HELP. Stop resisting. All the car. >> Oh my god. >> Give me your hands. >> Oh my god. You're [screaming] hurting me. >> Well, stop resisting. STOP. >> I GOT I GOT TO GET UP AS It's hot. >> Well, then stop resisting. We'll get you off the ground. How about that? >> Good job, Ted. >> Good. >> You went through. We'll have you select. >> We're going to get you up in a sec. >> Help. [screaming] >> Dad, you got out of the car like she asked you to. >> Hold on. I'm trying to lock you. Help. [screaming] >> Up on your knees. >> My glasses. I can't see without my glasses. We'll get it for you in a minute. Stand up. Should have thought about that before you resisted. >> Stand up. Get up. >> I can't. >> Stand up. >> I can't. >> Why can't you? >> Cuz I'm very weak. >> Okay. >> One leg at a time. Okay. >> Oh my god. Come on. Stand up. >> I can't. It's burning me. >> Stand up. >> Okay. >> God. >> Step up. One, two, three. Walk to this car. >> Help. I'm being kidnapped. >> Listen. The next time an officer orders you out of the vehicle, you're required to get out. Do you understand? >> You don't really have the right to order. >> Yeah, we do. >> Need your ID. >> I'm I'm the corporal. I'm the supervisor. Case law says Pennsylvania versus Sims. >> All right. Have a seat. >> Now you got a resisting charge. >> I have a resistance. >> Yep. You didn't get out of the car. >> While inventorying the car, the officer found out that her license and registration were all expired. Hey, I don't see a current registration and or insurance in this stack. It's >> all expired. It's >> all expired. >> In the end, she was charged with resisting without violence in addition to her citations for running a stop sign, failing to furnish proof of insurance, and an expired registration. Let's move on to the next case where a dumb woman turned a simple traffic stop into a felony. >> Stopping you get in the car. >> Why? >> Cuz you're not wearing your seat belt. That's why I'm trying to talk. >> I'm not getting I was pulling into my house. >> You're going to get arrested. >> No. No, I'm not. Just take the [laughter] baby. TAKE THE BABY. >> NO. >> You stupid. >> Put your hands behind your back. [screaming] >> On September 23rd, 2025, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a driver for not wearing a seatelt. Here's what happened next. Ma'am. M. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, get in the car. I'm legally stopping you. Get in the car. Why? >> Cuz you're not wearing your seat belt. That's why I'm trying to talk. I'm not. No. >> All right. You're going to >> No. No. We're not doing this. No. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. One second, man. Ma'am, shut up. >> Excuse me. >> Relax. Relax. >> Why are you touching me? >> Don't do this. Don't do this. Don't >> move. Okay. >> Don't touch me. The wrong with you. Don't touch me. >> Ma'am, put the baby. >> No, I'm not putting anything down. It's my child. >> Tango 32 10 15 40. >> M. Stay here though. You're not leaving. You're not leaving with the baby. YOU'RE NOT TOUCHING ME WITH MY BABY. KNOCK ON THE DOOR. >> STAY HERE. >> WHY are you stopping me? >> I was pulling into my house, though. >> Get arrested. >> No. No, I'm not. I don't have to go to work. >> You're going to get arrested. I don't want you. >> No, I'm not. DON'T TOUCH ME WITH MY BABY. >> DON'T TOUCH ME WITH MY BABY. >> DID YOU JUST PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME? >> DON'T TOUCH [screaming] ME WITH MY BABY. [crying] >> I'm just trying to get her ID. That's it. BACK UP. >> DADDY. DADDY. SIR, >> I WAS I don't know where he came. >> I don't want her to get her arrested. Just want to give her >> I don't know where he came from. I'm going to touch me with my baby. >> It's all on camera. I'm legally stopping her from her seat belt. Okay. She's like, I'm not only I trying to escalate this, but she puts my hands on me again. >> Put your hands on me with my hand because you're not listening. You touch me. I'm not going to do NOTHING TO YOU. I TOUCH ME. You're not ASKING FOR ANYTHING. DADDY, I WAS JUST DRIVING IN. >> DO THE RIGHT THING. Shut up. Get your license. >> Do you think I'm here to give everybody a ticket? >> No, he's not doing that. >> If your baby wasn't here, this would have been very bad for the >> Let me GET HER. PIN THE DOG ARIEL. >> WHO THE IS YOU? YOU GOING TO PULL UP ON ME? I DIDN'T EVEN DO IT. >> How is this the attitude for a seat belt violation? And she even carried her baby while screaming at the officer. And despite her father trying to talk some reason into her, she keeps escalating the situation. >> Your brother is busy. Your >> and you cussing the police end up. He said I WASN'T IN MY SEAT. >> I JUST NO. >> MA'AM, you got a Ma'am, you got your ID? >> No. >> You didn't go to jail? >> You got your ID, ma'am? Just stay here for a second. >> I hear what happened. >> You're going to take >> I hear what happened. >> All due respect, >> I'm going to let her do her thing right now. If she goes inside, it's going to be an automatic arrest. That's not fine. >> She's not wearing her seat belt. Simple. Simple routine. Stop. If she refuses to If she refuses, that's bothering me. >> I'm bothering you. I'm bothering you, ma'am. Ma'am, you're not going inside. Don't do this. >> Don't do this. Don't do this. I promise you. Don't do this. Don't do this. >> I'm not in the house. Why are you stopping me? >> You're going to get the mayor your license. >> 32 to the unit that just passed. >> So, give him your license. >> You ain't stupid. >> Ain't nothing wrong WITH YOUR LICENSE. AIN'T NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. YOU CLEAN. You never been in trouble before. >> Check ass. >> HE'S BOTHERING ME. >> HE AIN'T BOTHERING YOU. >> BOTHERING YOU. >> HE'S NOT BOTHER. SO, I'M HERE. YOU AIN'T BOTHERING ME. >> GET OVER HERE. GET OVER HERE. >> MA'AM, stay over here now. >> All right. All right. All right. Go inside. Go inside. I hope you do. All right. >> I'm great. That's good. >> She has nothing to hide, nothing to fear, and is still acting like she has drugs or something inside the car. Ma'am, it's just a ticket at most. Your overreaction and behavior will make this simple traffic stop into an arrest. >> So what? If you didn't do nothing on this street and come on just pulled up behind you, >> okay? Okay. I passed by, >> man. Hey, >> it's just it's just a traffic stop. >> It's just a traffic stop. It's just a traffic stop on par. >> The man a >> Well, he caught up to you in your park. >> He caught up to me when I was right here turning in and didn't turn his lights on. That's why I was confused. >> There's nothing wrong with that. >> He was not following me the whole TIME OR NOTHING. >> OKAY. OUT OF NOWHERE. SO, >> YOU GOT TO GO TO WORK AND PUSH. HE WAS PUSHING AND SHUT AT ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO GET MY BABY OUT THE CAR. >> SO, >> THAT'S WHY I'M I'm like this. >> Are you okay? >> NO. ARE YOU OKAY? >> I I TOLD YOU. >> NO. ARE YOU OKAY? ARE YOU OKAY? >> I TOLD YOU. >> NO, HE'S NOT OKAY. He's not okay. >> You don't want to listen to me. >> I don't have to listen to you. >> I know. >> I don't. And that's the thing. I don't I have free will. I don't have to listen to you. >> There is free will. There is free speech. >> That's why you can't be bothering ME. BUT GO BOTHER SOMEBODY THAT'S REALLY DOING SOMETHING. >> OKAY. >> We are so sorry. >> I'm in here like listening to the word of God. Like, >> what the heck? I don't know. >> You got to know how to listen. THESE SUBMISS yourself to these people then ain't doing nothing. >> The man ain't getting nothing. >> Ma'am, if you disagree with the citation, you can take that to court. Okay. >> For what? If you get a citation, >> he can't arrest you for nothing. >> You bring it ain't in that she >> Okay. Well, when you go to court, >> if he TELL YOU TO SPEAK yourself still, be still. That's it. Simple. They got a job to do for you. They got a job to do. That's it. They got a job to do. >> I got a job. >> Okay, why don't you just just do what he asked you to >> Despite all of that, the officer still tries his best to explain things to her. And of course, she refuses to listen. >> Ma'am, listen. Let me try to explain to you. >> Listen to it, man. >> Typically, typically when we pull someone over, okay, for officer safety, we want them to remain in the car, okay? >> But I just feel like I didn't need to be remain in the car because he wasn't putting me over till I got right here. He pulled his and I was getting out the car. Ma'am, it's ma'am, it's happened to you. Sometimes you don't catch up the person. You're in the neighborhood that they get home, but you want them to stay in the car. You don't want people walking around with me. I was getting out my car. >> Is they disrespecting you? No. >> Yes, he did. He touched me. >> Okay. But but but then he going to say that I touched him. No, you touched me. >> Ma'am, neither of us know you. In the past, we've had cases where people pull up and they pretend to live somewhere to get out of getting a ticket. So sometimes >> that's probably what he thought. I live here. >> But we we don't know that. So, until we verify that, that's all it is. We're just trying to conduct a traffic stop. >> We're just trying to >> If he would have stopped me back here, I would have stopped. I was trying to figure out why you wait till I get all the way to my house to put your lights on and tell me don't get out of my car where I live, >> man. So, so when we pull someone over, the first thing we got to do is we got to call it out on the radio. Sometimes the radio's clear. So, until we can call it out on the radio, we're not allowed to turn our lights on. Okay. So, there's a whole procedure we go through that you may not be aware, but it's not it's not we're not singling you out or anything like that. Okay. >> Yes, he did. because he was going another direction and turned around to come this way. >> Maybe he witness violation. Okay, I I'm not him. I can't speak to him. But that that's how these things work. >> Great. It's not that. It's just doing what they tell you. That man would have been gone right now. He would have been gone. >> That's the thing. You have to shut if you would just if you would have just shut your mouth. >> It would have been all over. Ain't nobody hurting you. And it what they saying? >> Okay. What's to report? >> What do you mean? What's to report? >> Cuz you But why you acting so ghetto? >> Poor dad. He's so stressed out from his daughter's behavior that he started to wipe the car while trying to talk some sense into her, but it's no use. So, the officers have no other choice but to put her under arrest. >> All right. I tried not going this route with you, but you're not you're very confused about what's going on here. >> I am confused. Hands behind your back. >> Stop. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. This is just so simple. She's causing your hands back. Why you doing that right now? >> Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> WHY IS SHE GOING TO JAIL FOR? WHAT IS SHE GOING TO JAIL FOR? >> GIVE ME A SECOND. Give me a second. You're going to get all my stomach. You're going to get yourself. Just put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Stop trying to slam. Look at her. She's resisting. That's what >> Why is she going to jail for law enforcement? >> Stop. Rihanna, stop. >> She ain't got no turn over. >> Turn over. >> Turn over. >> RIHANNA, >> turn over. >> Why is you doing that? >> Turn over. >> I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't turn over. >> I promise you. Turn over. This way. My arm. I know it's not going to go well for you. >> I'm telling you all the way. [screaming] >> I don't want to hurt her. >> Rihanna, why do you do that? >> You can't DO THAT. >> YOU DID. You shouldn't have said nothing. I told you don't say nothing. >> Now, would you look at that? Look what happened when you don't want to listen to anyone. Now she gets a felony plus jail time instead of a ticket. >> I told you. >> Turn over. Turn over. >> You ain't NEVER BEEN ARRESTED, BUT NOW turn over. >> He don't like me. He's racist. >> He's racist. >> Turn towards me. >> No. >> Briana, we take some custody. Stand by. Just take it in the Put it in the floor. >> Ma'am, turn over, please. Ma'am, you got to back up. Ma'am, back up. >> Turn over. >> Turn over. >> I'm going to go to you. It's okay. Come with me. >> Turn over. >> I'm not playing. Grab a touch. BREATHE. >> [screaming] >> GET YOUR KNEE. I don't care. >> She did it to herself. >> Well, what she getting arrested for? [laughter] [screaming] >> That's good. Ma'am, stop. >> I can't breathe. >> Ma'am, wait. I have you on your side. Okay. >> All right. Here my damn. >> Can you sit up? >> I can't breathe though. >> Sit up. >> She got a machine. >> Damn. Shut up. >> I was way too lenient. >> I know you was. >> Simple. Simple. Stop. Keep trying. thing. She just get her. Get on her thing. >> I can't breathe. The officers then escorted her to the squad car. >> I never did. >> Ma'am, ma'am, can you stand up for me? >> Okay. >> Are you How we going to How we going to get you up? >> Oh, no. I don't have any other >> We're just going to stand you up. >> Come on. >> Ready? 3 2 1 We'll >> get you your shoe, though. I don't even know why I'm back here, right? Have a seat in there, man. >> Told you. I told you to shut. >> I DON'T CARE. I STILL DON'T CARE. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> I just can't breathe. >> Can y'all take this with her? >> She can't We can't do that. >> Can you You wear shorts? >> She don't have any uh I need I need the name and the badges of everybody. >> Yeah. Can you Can you put the shorts on her? Can you put Can you put your shorts on her? >> Ma'am, I'm here right now with Sergeant Weissman. >> Get in. >> You got to understand. She's not a little kid. Back off. >> I need to like that. Don't talk to her like that. Stay with you. >> Don't talk to my >> Okay, we're done here. >> We're done here. Get in the car. >> I didn't know where you weren't. Said 109th. >> Yeah. 45. >> Oh Jesus. What What's her issue, dude? What's her issue? Does she have anger issues? >> Honestly, cuz we're going to have to put cuffs on her legs. Leg [laughter] shackles. We're not put >> Hold on the window. Hold on the window. [laughter] >> Do you want leg shackles on? You need you need to calm down. >> Why? >> Does she is she bipolar, ma'am? >> She was taken to the hospital after complaining that she couldn't breathe. After being cleared, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, and cited for failure to wear a seat belt. Moving on to the next case where an entitled official thinks the law doesn't apply to her. >> You don't feel so bright or no? >> No. >> Okay. You want an EMS? You want to call an ambulance? >> Yes. >> Hospital. >> What? What do you mean no? We call an ambulance. We just wasted our time. >> You want medical attention? >> We just wasted their time. >> I want my attorney. >> Take it in. We should go. >> Are you all right? Do you want that driver's license? >> Who's this? >> My attorney. >> Your who? your attorney. All right. You can call him in a little bit cuz right now everything's recording audio video. Okay. I need >> I need to wait for him. >> Okay. [music] We don't mean to make this any more complicated than it already is. It's just an accident. I just need to see your driver's license. >> Away from him. >> Well, she's drunk, that's for sure. What's worse, she's a drunk official who thinks she doesn't have to follow the law. >> Okay, ma'am. Do you want me to handcuff you and arrest you? >> No. >> Because right now at this point, you're refusing to provide me any >> I am. >> You are. You realize that, right? >> Yes. Can you advise your client? >> That is not true. >> That >> I I would be happy to advise her what the law is. >> Okay. Please, can you advise her so I could get this paperwork started? >> I will. >> Great. Thank you. You listen to him. >> Sorry about that. >> All right. So, go ahead. It is by state law. You have to give them your driver's license, your insurance information. >> That's great advice. >> You can start the paperwork. >> That is exactly what you should do. And I'll be there in about 25 minutes. That's all. That's all you're required to do. >> You said this is not your car, right? No, it's my friend. >> Do you happen to have Do you happen to know if he has insurance? >> He does. >> Can you go look in the glove compartment for me? >> It's a fancy car. Talking about privilege, the officers don't have to wait or talk to her lawyer in a traffic accident. Maybe the officer is too tired to deal with her more strictly. >> Well, you hear two cars, so we got to give you a traffic accident. Okay. >> Okay. >> And uh I don't know what we're going to do about the car because it's not drivable. Your tire is pretty messed up. It's not going to allow you to drive home. So, is your attorney maybe going to be able to drive you home? >> Yes. And I'll pay for the certificate >> wherever he needs to go. >> Well, you probably want to let the owner know that you're involved in an accident.
