Okay, do me a favor. pull up a little bit so I can get out of the way here. Thank you. >> According to the records, earlier that year, she'd been cited for driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle and even worse, resisting arrest. And with that kind of history, the officer takes no chances and waits for backup. But as soon as they arrive, the situation quickly takes a turn for the worse. You You don't have a baby with you, right? No. >> There's no baby in there. All right. Step out for me. >> All right. So, you don't have a valid driver's license, so you're going to jail. >> Well, okay. Wait, can I put my phone down? Ow. Why are you doing that to me? Bring it through. Well, look where that attitude got you. You could have walked away with a simple ticket, maybe spent some time at the station and gone home. Instead, you're now looking at a much longer stay behind bars. >> You're still trying to resist. >> I'm not I'm looking for my shoe, but you got my or >> You don't need to be grabbing for >> I'm not grabbing anything. I can't grab anything. I'm trying to put my foot in my shoe. Do you have any questions? >> Like, what the hell? Excuse me. I'm a [ __ ] female. >> Well, then act act like a person. >> I'm not like a person. I'm a female. >> It doesn't matter. >> You just put all your weight on me and I'm only 10 and something. Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Well, you shouldn't have resisted. >> I didn't even resist. I ASKED YOU AND I PUT MY BOW IN MY [ __ ] BED. >> IT'S NOT UP TO YOU. SO, SHUT UP. >> SHUT UP TO ME. I DON'T HAVE TO SHUT UP. IT'S FREEDOM OF A [ __ ] THING. And you're not going to push me out this [ __ ] I promise you you're not. >> Yeah. And this isn't the first time you resisted. Stand up. You still get up. ALL I WANT >> GET UP. >> SUCK a [ __ ] stand up. >> Finally, she's lucky they didn't yank her out. Either way, the cops are moving her to the squad car. >> You don't even listen to my instructions. >> But you're not. >> You didn't have to push against the car. >> Oh my god. You got to push me so hard. I don't even have nothing on me. I literally weigh 152. Why is your big ass punching me and pulling my hair? >> You don't I don't have I do listen. All I said was, "Can I put my phone in the car and I'll get up?" I don't have nothing in my titty but some breast milk. The [ __ ] Y'all is crazy as [ __ ] Y'all >> can your big ass please chill. Can you stop? I am chilling out. I'm standing here. Stop moving. >> They're moving me. >> It looks like you're probably >> How though? You get in like medical. >> In the end, she's charged with battery on a Leo, resisting with violence, possession of a counterfeit license plate, operating an unregistered vehicle, and driving without a valid license. Eventually, she plead guilty to all charges and spent 71 days in jail. But now, what happens when a simple seat belt violation turns into a drug bust? >> Do you not remember the attitude you had from the start? >> Yeah, because it was a seat belt. Like, I want to get >> and now it's a myth pipe and a felony VOP. How's it going? It's >> going. >> You ain't had your seatelt on. I watched you put it on. You riding down the road without a seat belt on. You got your ID with you? >> No. Huh? >> What do you want? >> Do what? >> What do you want? >> What? Who? What' you call me? >> I said, "Aren't you officer Floyd?" >> No, I'm not Floyd. I'm Nefloy. >> Nope. I'm Smith. >> One of you. I guess somebody named Floyd. My probation officer. >> Yeah. >> What is all that stuff? >> This is hardware. >> Hardware. >> Yeah. I um >> the green boxes. >> Yeah, that's the real reason he's going over cuz you fall sky. No, I seen y >> you you run one stop sign. You failed to turn your turn signal on two different occasions and you didn't have your seat belt on. >> It's like that sometimes. >> We always back each other up. >> Same unit. >> I ain't silly. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing. >> Me, too. >> Okay. Truck belong to you? >> Yes. >> Got insurance on it? >> Yes. >> Where's your card at? Insurance card. >> Hey, I'm I'm getting pulled over. I am pulled over. I'm sitting here with my officer. >> I need your insurance card. >> I got to go. They got I got to have my insurance card. I got to go and verify if my insurance is valid. My tag is valid. My license is valid. How long you on paper towel? >> For 6 years. >> You guys have been going back to Texas to do this 6 years. >> Ain't no you guys. You did it, not us. >> I didn't do anything to get my truck stolen. And because I was stressed out over my truck being stolen, I got reported to the probation officer that I appeared to be tracked out. >> It ain't got nothing to do with us. We ain't mess with you. First I'm hearing about it in jail. >> I don't know nothing about all that. Well, despite the simple nature of the traffic stop, her attitude clearly tells a different story. What's more, she's also on probation for fleeing and eluding and has a long criminal history. >> It's not the same. >> Yeah. Yeah. You can talk to her. She's pretty mouthy. She's She asked >> They're getting film. >> Yeah. She She said she said, "What do you want Floyd?" I said, "Huh? Ain't Floyd?" She said, "Oh, well, he is then." I said, "No." He's like, "Nope, I'm Smith." She don't know what she's talking about. And I mean, if you want to talk to her, >> she >> might. She's on probation. Probation. So, if she's got >> as much as oil residue, she can go to jail. >> You want to step out over there? Go ahead and step out for us. >> I know I have the right to say no. here. Stay back here. But if a dog runs around and he alerts you, >> they'll always say he alerts no matter what. You have an empty bag and you say you alert them. >> Your step over here, sir. >> With that taken care of, the cops bring out the K9 good little boy to search around her vehicle. In the meantime, she grew increasingly impatient. He wants to check your car today. >> He smells rotten chicken. There's rotten chicken with that. >> He don't alert the rotten chicken. He alerts to the odor. >> He smell harder. >> What's that? >> At the end of the day, he's still a dog. He will smell harder. I ain't got nothing on me. I'm sober as a judge. I'm just trying to make a honest living. Y'all are hindering us. I don't care if anybody's trying to be honest. >> Look, it's not our fault you don't have a normal job like everybody else. It's your fault for being a a criminal. >> I'm a criminal. >> You got a very long criminal history. And it's your fault that you're in the shape you're in, not ours. So stop your bitching. >> But crime scrapping is a criminal. >> It's obvious crime doesn't pay cuz look where you are. >> Hey, stand over. He ain't told you to move. You're not going to do this. Ain't my vehicle. >> Well, we're fixing to search it, so get over it. >> Keep an alert on. >> They did on the passenger side. >> Okay. Yeah. Just sit down in the grass. Sit down in that grass now. Sit down. You not understand English. >> Sit down or go in handcuffs. It don't make a difference to me. >> Me either cuz I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING [ __ ] WRONG. >> GET OFF the phone. Drive without A SEAT BELT. >> I SAID A SEAT BELT TICKET. Don't grab me. >> I'm calling I'm stopped. >> I didn't do anything to y'all. I didn't do a [ __ ] thing to y'all. >> Your behavior, >> Mom. >> Your behavior is dictating what's happening to you now. >> You want to go down that road? Just keep on going down the road. >> Traffic stop all of this because of that. >> We're doing our job. >> You're acting like a child. That's what >> is what you're supposed to do to people. I'm not sure. >> Yeah. Well, maybe you should have gone to the academy. >> Threw you on the ground. >> Threw yourself on the ground. >> Mom, >> five cameras running. Nobody. >> Mom, you see what they're doing? >> She can't hear you. I hung it up. Stay on the ground. >> She can hear me. >> She can't. I hung the phone up. >> Yeah, BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE. YOU DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO KNOW WHAT'S going on. YOU DON'T WANT >> I DON'T CARE. Everything I do is on camera. I don't care. >> You don't want people to see. That's what this is. >> Okay. >> Actually, people all over the world saw your ridiculousness and it's going to stay online for a long time. This is wrong on every account. Didn't do a [ __ ] thing wrong. I'm dead ass sober and I haven't done a [ __ ] thing wrong except not wearing my seat belt. I've seen him stalking me since [ __ ] Skyline. I know you didn't follow me from Skyline. Her seat belt. >> I didn't follow you at all. >> No, they did. I was at my dad's house. I didn't [ __ ] This is wrong. This is [ __ ] up and wrong. >> Acting a freaking fool. Is this a >> That's a dope pipe. >> Yeah, it's under her seat. >> Yeah, I would. We'll test that for ice. She's on probation. So, >> dude, she's just being a pain. >> Blaming us for all her problems. We didn't She's on probation for flee elude. We didn't cause her to flee from law enforcement. >> I've not gotten high in games. >> You're on probation. You're not supposed to be getting high at all. >> I hear you. I'm not supposed to do a lot of things, but at least I'm [ __ ] trying. The dog didn't alert me or anything. >> Okay. >> I didn't see him. >> You were over here. How you going to see the passenger side? >> I'm about to go over there. Y'all wouldn't let me. >> I'll tell you. He alerted. Okay. I've been doing this job. >> A lot of things, y'all. I tell people all the time that they have something that they have. >> Listen, I'm not lying to you, okay? I've done this job for 21 years, and I'm not lying. Been a canine handler for over 10, operated several dogs, trained several dogs. The dog gave me an alert. >> Can I get up? >> No. your behavior, the way you're acting, you're better off right there. Cuz if you get up and you start acting a fool, then you're going to be on the ground cuz I'll push your ass to the ground. >> I know you will. I don't have a problem doing that. Can I just stand up? >> No, just stay right there for right now. >> At least get off the hill. >> Crawl over there >> and then get back down on the ground. >> As the cops continue searching her vehicle, she also continues to blame him for every one of her problems. >> You started [ __ ] did this, y'all. >> We How did we do this? Seat belt. >> How did we do this? >> A seat belt. >> How did we do that? >> You followed me from sky and stalked me from >> Were you driving without a seat belt? Seat belt. >> Were you driving without a seat belt? Did we >> all of this because seat belt? >> Listen. Listen to me. It's not us. You're the one that decided to put a motor vehicle on the road and not wear a seat belt. >> You got stopped for it. You started with an attitude and that's why you got in the No, >> didn't start with an attitude. >> Really? >> I didn't. But y'all had no right >> Well, we just put you in cuss because you were just here. >> I had no right to search my vehicle. is and the dog alert on the outside of my vehicle didn't give you the right to search. >> Yeah, it does. Per US Supreme Court, it does. And per US Supreme Court, I have the right to run a dog around a vehicle when it's easily or readily accessible to the public. And he just brought a meth pipe out of the car. >> He did not. >> Imagine that. 152 is 148 or another female deputy available for search at the Gulf Winds Center on Highway 90. >> I've already got I've already got orders to be reported in Texas on the 31st of October. Like >> what's in Texas? >> My probation now cuz [ __ ] they said I look out. >> Your isn't your probation here in Florida? >> Yeah. Well, they won't supervise me anymore because the report to them that I look whacked out. So now I got I'm getting transferred back to [ __ ] Texas can't [ __ ] afford a tow truck and my dad at least come get my truck. My dad and my mom. I already know y'all are taking me to jail. >> You have anything on you? Did you hide anything on you at all? >> I don't have anything. I didn't I have I told you I have not been using Didn't know that [ __ ] thing was up underneath. >> If a female comes here and searches you, that's one thing. But if they don't if they can't get a female to come here and search you and they do decide to take you to jail, listen, it's an automatic extra charge. You cross that door. So, >> I don't have anything. I didn't know that was underneath my seat. >> Uh, did the cop ever tell her the pipe was under the seat? I think she just snitched on herself. Or did the officer tell her before? >> Get over here. I won't run after you if you run. >> I won't. >> He will. >> Fat slow. >> I'm just telling you, if you do decide to run, you take fate into your own hands by his jaws. >> Can I take this off? My face. >> Take what off? Handcuffs. No. Is that your prescription? >> Yeah. >> All right. Your probation officer said that um he walked out on a drug test on them. >> I already have a trans. >> Well, he said he got that they got you off got you from Texas and regardless he said part of your condition is no alcohol, illegal drugs. You're the only one in the truck. The truck belongs to you. You have drug paraphernalia in there. I didn't know you're >> I didn't know that was under there. >> Well, you're going to be charged with paraphernelia and bop. >> So, right around my people that >> Okay. >> We're not calling anybody right now. >> Do you not remember the attitude you had from the start? >> Yeah, because it was a seat belt. Like I have people depending on >> and now it's a meth pipe and a felony VOP. >> I have the people depending on me to bring them dinner and stuff. I needed to make it to the scrap. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you or in you that's going to get you in trouble? >> No. >> Okay. Cuz when we get to the jail, if you bring anything inside the sally port or anything beyond that point, you will get charged with another felony. Do you understand? Okay. Do you have anything on you? All right, let's go. Hang on one second. What's What's Hang on a second. What's this right here? >> My string. It's a string, I think. >> You think? Okay. >> All right. >> Can you please just call my dad? He's got He's on >> I'm not going to call anybody right this second. >> He's on social security disability. Cannot [ __ ] afford a tow truck to you. >> Well, that that's not my problem, honestly. Sit down in there. >> Probation officer. I talked to him. He said that she's been a thorn in his side. She walked out on a drug test and she's got drug paraphernalia in the truck. Okay. So, well, she was charged with possession of drug paraphernelia and resisting without violence. In court, she pled no contest to all charges and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served. After failing to pay $4001 in court fees, a driving privilege suspension and a collection referral notice was issued. Moving on to the next case where this entitled woman thinks running into the bathroom will save her from the traffic stop. >> Okay, you're in a traffic stop. You can't just leave the run IN THE BATHROOM. >> STOP ME. I CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM. I DON'T >> NOW YOU'RE under >> It's May 8th, 2025. Cops conducted this traffic stop on this vehicle for speeding. So, let's see what's going on. >> Ma'am, sit back in your car. >> Central 66, can I get another unit? I got one complying with complaint. >> DP gas station random. >> Ma'am, Central's attempting to evade me in the back of the gas station. Where are you going, ma'am? Get back here. >> Is that the bathroom? >> 90. Let's hold it here for a minute. >> Okay. Can you come out now? >> CAN YOU COME OUT? >> NO, I HAVE IT ON YOU. YOU RAN IN her house. I was performing a traffic stop on you and you ran. >> You didn't. You didn't stop me WHILE I WAS IN THE CAR. >> NO. >> YES, I did. All right. Can you come out here? >> All right. Can you come out here? >> I'M NOT COMING OUT THERE. YOU GOT OUT. >> WHAT GUN do I have out? >> All right. Well, cuz you're being non-compliant. >> Okay. You're at a traffic stop. You can't just leave in the bathroom. >> Stop me in traffic. >> Okay. Well, HE SAID HE STOPPED YOU. >> AT THIS POINT, YOU STOP ME AS A PERSON. >> OKAY. SO, it's it's a subject stop. Yeah. >> All right. So, get out there. >> I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO TURN AROUND. >> OKAY, then come out. >> That should be in a second. Just come out here and talk to us. Okay. >> Well, she's going to the bathroom to either ditch her dope in the toilet or maybe she's having an allergic reaction to consequences. No way. You that dumb enough to run from the cops just to pee. >> All right. Come on. >> What? What was the reason? >> What was THE REASON OF WHAT THAT ran here? And I know that you to stop moving and you came back here and tried to dip into >> I said no I didn't. I said where's the bathroom? I ran here. I said, "WHERE'S YOUR BATHROOM?" DID I NOT? >> I have to pee. Where's your bathroom? >> Okay. But when I You looked back at me and took off. >> Yeah. I SAID, "HOLD ON. I'M GOING TO THE BATHROOM." YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. >> All right. So, you're not listening. So, it's a traffic stop. >> It doesn't neglect it just because you got out and you came over here to the bathroom. Okay. It doesn't neglect the traffic stop. All right. So we're telling you we're telling you what he said he pulled you over for. He stopped you and just because you ran inside the building to go to the bathroom. IT DOESN'T NEGLECT IN HIS I PARKED MY CAR. >> OKAY. >> This is not a traffic stop. THIS IS A PERSON TO PERSON STOP. SO YOU SHOULD HANG YOUR HAND ON YOUR GUN. >> WHEN YOU I CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM. I DON'T I'M A FEMALE. >> Doesn't matter. Male or female. >> You ran inside. >> You ran inside. I'm here. So, >> this is far too much deescalation. She should have been snatched and arrested as soon as she stuck her head out the door. >> First of all, >> he's not here with me. All right. What's going on? No. What's going on? I just got here. >> Okay. >> All right. >> I have the car already. >> Well, here's the thing. >> You got to come out, talk to us. Your card right now. cuz at some point I'm going to start ordering it around which I don't want to do that. All right. Because you're not running this show. I am at this point. Okay. >> The difference is is you going home or you going to jail. All right. So I'm going to let you decide that. Your behavior and your compliance is going to decide that. All right. >> I didn't do anything with you. >> Well, we're going to figure this out. So right now I'm scared. >> Right. Okay. Well, there's nothing scared at this point. I have a body one camera on. There's cameras all around and I'm training you a professional. >> So you have a choice. All right. So if you come on here and talk to us or at this point you have to start an investigation and you are going to go to jail which I'm trying to protect you for you right now. All right. >> No, I'm inforing you. There's a difference. I'm informing you. So you can come out and talk to us on your own like a young lady or we can make you do that which we don't want to do. So you tell me which one it's going to be. Are you going to come talk to us? I'll >> come talk to you right now. >> Okay. Well, we're going to go out to your car and talk to you. >> Well, that was stupid. Can't say the officers didn't try. >> You're not ready >> right now. Okay. >> You mean you got a seal on your hand cuz right now you're being detained for our safety. So, do that right now. >> I got my hands up. >> Okay. LET ME GO. ON MY OWN. >> MA'AM, STOP. >> I'M going to put you on the ground. Unless you want your HANDS BEHIND YOUR GRAVITY. I CAN GET OUT. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. >> NOW YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. NOW YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. So >> now you're underrest. >> Now you're under arrest. >> After securing her in handcuffs, the cops escort her to the squad car. >> WHERE'S MY PHONE? DON'T WORRY about your ball. >> I didn't do anything wrong, bro. >> Bro, I'm not doing anything. >> Help her out. Just don't stand there watching. Help me. This way. >> Where's Nikki at? We can >> Oh, let me go. I'm going to call >> Where's Nikki at? We can search her. I don't have touch my body, son. Don't touch my body. I JUST I GOT RIGHT. DON'T TOUCH MY BODY. >> Do not touch my body. >> I am not okay. >> I am not okay, bro. >> I am not okay. >> I am not okay. >> Oh my. Swear to God. Hold on. >> Yeah, we're going to go Nikki. >> All right, hold on.
