I'm so scared. >> Oh my god. >> Do not call 911 again. Go ahead and step out for me. >> What are you doing to me? >> Please call 911. >> There's literally an officer. Please get out. >> Help me. 911. >> It's wild how some people actually think calling 911 on the police will somehow save them. Spoiler alert, it makes things much worse. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for another crazy case of entitlement in cops versus dumbest carons who called 911 on the police end badly. Starting with this woman who will show you why you shouldn't call 911 during a simple traffic stop. >> Why are you calling 911? >> Because I want somebody on the phone with me. >> I am a police officer. You are safe. This is a traffic stop. On September 29th, 2024 in Orlando, officers conducted a traffic stop after running a vehicle's plate and discovering its registration was suspended. The windows were tinted so heavily that they could barely see who was stupid enough to drive it like that, but they assumed it was the registered owner. Here is what happened next. >> I wanted >> Hey, how you doing, man? I'm wonderful. >> Officer Hernandez, Orlando Police Department. Uh, do you have your license register? >> Why some officers might answer the question in an effort to deescalate? It's perfectly normal not to, especially if the officer believes there's a strong chance it'll just lead to a debate about the infraction. >> I'm going to let you know before get your license and registration. >> Let me call 911 and get a lieutenant cuz I seen you behind me for a while. >> Ma'am, this is not an emergency. I am a police officer. I'm pulling you over. >> I want to know why you cuz I've seen you. >> Okay. Your license is going suspended. >> No, no, no. My license are not suspended. That's a lie. I've been seeing you. I went only to pick my >> ma'am. Do you have your license with you? >> Emergency. >> Um I don't know. I can't I don't know nothing about call 911 because I want somebody on the phone with me. >> I am a police officer. You are safe. This is a traffic stop. >> Okay. Listen. Okay. I'm sorry. Okay. Okay. Just listen to me. I'm on um Orlando. to hang up. >> I don't have to hang up. I'm on the cop. >> This is not an emergency. I am a police officer. >> I u I'm I can't I just can't I'm not from Orlando. I came to get my friend rob I seen the officer behind me the whole I me. >> You're about to go to You're about to go to jail for mis. >> This is not emergency Hernandez. Okay. >> His name is Hernandez. You need to hang up. Okay. Hey, step out of the vehicle. You're about to go to jail for misuse of 911. So, let me get this straight. She called the police because she doesn't trust the police. Truly a genius this one is. Well, that stupidity is going to cost her greatly next. >> Okay. I'm okay. He said my license suspended. >> Why are you pulling 911? >> I call 911 because I don't trust y'all. That's the reason why. And they y'all are stay on the phone, please. I only came to pick my friend girl up. Hey, >> I don't understand why we're going through all these extra steps. >> I I don't either. >> I'm on that phone still. >> No, you don't. >> No, DON'T TAKE MY PHONE. HE'S TAKING MY PHONE, MA'AM. >> RIGHT NOW, you're being detained. >> Okay, now I am. >> That's crazy. I'm only giving my friend a ride and I call 911 because uh Don't turn it around. Don't tell me where you >> I'm right here. I >> listen. I'm on the phone with 911. >> Knock it off. He was >> You need to relax. I'm telling you cuz I'm allowed to pull you over. I JUST TOLD YOU MY LICENSE ARE NOT SUSPENDED. >> Showing suspended. >> My license are trying to verify. >> Let's verify that. >> Okay. Verify. BUT Y'ALL CANNOT BE MAD CUZ I CALLED 911. I ONLY CAME WAY down here to get my friend a ride home. >> So ma'am, listen to me real quick. I'm not the >> Hold on. Hold on. What's your first name? Sorry. >> I'm on the phone, ma'am. >> I mean, she's calling 911. No, it's not an emergency. >> Yes, ma'am. He told me he pulled me over to put my license suspended. And that's a lie. I ONLY CAME WAY DOWN here to get MY FRIEND TO RIDE HOME WAY BACK TO BRANDON. He lying on me. My license ain't >> All of that is a lie. She actually admitted later to knowing that her license was suspended. >> I DROVE A WHOLE HOUR AND 40 minutes to get my friend. >> I don't understand why we had to go through all this. >> SHE ASKED ME A QUESTION and she called my name. She's pulling my She's pulling my life. She told me, "Yo, you can put me in." >> Hey, it's it's Dova Golf 28. Uh, you can hang up. >> Hour and 40 minutes to get my stranded friend. >> I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get a stranded friend. >> Yeah, you can. I'm very searchable. >> I'm very I don't got nothing on me. I don't have NO POCKET. I DROVE AN HOUR AND 40 MINUTES TO GET MY FRIEND. >> Can we talk for 5 seconds? But I need you to be down here. >> I'm down here. >> I'm not even going to show you. Oh, stop. >> Relax. We're going to show you. >> You need to calm down. >> We ran your license. It says license not valid. Okay. >> I don't know why. >> That's why we're trying to tell you. >> But you started getting ALL UP. >> BECAUSE MY LICENSE shouldn't be suspended. I don't >> drive. >> Okay. You can take me wherever you want to go. >> We don't have to even do this. >> We're suspended here. >> Okay. Take me. >> We were going to be nice. be like, "Hey, listen. You might not even know your license. You are not being nice to us. >> 45 minutes. >> Now you're going to jail for resistance. How silly. How silly. This is the most silliest thing I've ever had to arrest." >> Yeah. It's really baffling to see how some people just wanted to escalate a simple situation which could have ended with a warning or tickets into an arrest. It's really silly, just as the officer said. >> Yeah. Now we got to tow your car. >> Okay, it's fine. >> This is all This all could have been avoided. Just a warning. >> Hey, I listen. My license shouldn't be suspended. >> Okay, there's no need to call 911. I told you multiple times to hang up. >> You're driving a suspended license. Okay, >> I understand. >> Majority of the time, we're not going to take you to jail for a suspended license. We're either going to give you a summon or we're going to say, "Hey, listen. Go get this fixed." Okay. But when you start acting like that and charge >> No. Can I be honest with you? >> You take it out. No, we're done talking because you don't want to listen to anything that I'm saying. >> Ma'am, >> let's just go. Let's just go. >> I try to explain to you multiple times. I have Hey, listen. My body camera is rolling. I said hang up multiple times. This is not an emergency. Okay. There is a crime for calling 911 when there is no emergency. I may No. Ma'am, are you going to let me speak? >> Gio, let's go. Come on. We're going to jail. Gio, let's go. >> Okay. >> Do you want your Do you want your wallet with you? >> Yes. Yes. >> Okay. Hey, let me get her wallet. I got her phone. >> After that was settled, an officer would inventory the car prior to it being towed. >> There's one HP laptop in the trunk, one ThinkPad laptop in the trunk, three half empty bottles of alcohol, and then miscellaneous clothing, paperwork, nothing else of value. In the end, she was charged with misuse of 911 and resisting without violence. The county court system removed the case from its records. So, it's likely the charges were dropped entirely. Moving on to the next case where a passenger shot herself in the leg by refusing to cooperate and calling 911 on the officers. >> I don't I don't know. I haven't been written my license. I don't know what's going on. I don't know what I need you to go over to that vehicle. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> I'm so scared. >> Oh my god, he's touching me. He's touching. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> On August 5th, 2025 in Florida, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop after a routine plate check showed the tag was no longer registered to the vehicle. Here is what happened next. Hello, Offic Pens Police Department. Reason I'm stopping you, this tag no longer belongs on this car. Okay? It was supposed to have been replaced with the metal tag. So, it's no longer assigned to the vehicle. And if it still was assigned to the vehicle, it expired back in March. >> Okay. >> So, do you have your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance? >> Do either one of you have a medical marijuana card? Yes. >> Do either one of you have a medical marijuana card? No. >> Okay. Cuz I can smell the odor of marijuana coming from the car. >> That's why I'm asking. >> Huh? >> Okay. Do you have insurance? >> No, it's not. >> You gave me the title, the registration, the license plate, and then your driver's license. Do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Can you provide it to me? So, we got the metal tag right here. Why don't we just put that on? >> I got to find some if you had fallen off it. >> Okay. So, you just got to get some that are a different thread. Okay. You all just hang tight for me. All right. All right. Mr. Fairley, I'm have you hop out. You have anything on your little poke sticker hurt me in any way? No. Do you have any objection to me searching you? >> No. >> So far so good. The driver was cooperative and didn't cause any scene. But the passenger, on the other hand, has a whole different problem. >> Ma'am, I need you to open the door and step out, please. >> I need you to step out. Open the door and step out. >> Roll the window down. >> I know you can hear me. I need you to open the door and step out. >> Ma'am, I need you to step out of the vehicle. I do not want to arrest you for resisting. >> Can you Can you try to tell her to just yell to her to get out? I don't want to arrest her for something petty like this >> because if she doesn't get out of the car, we're going to force her out and then she's going to go to jail. >> Come on. >> Come on. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle? >> Yes. >> What? >> Step out of the vehicle? >> Because I'm telling you to. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. >> Is it a reason why you telling me to step out of the vehicle? >> Any reason I want. This is >> okay. So, step out of the vehicle or you will be forced out. You'll be placed in handcuffs and then you will go to jail. >> Come hang up here in my front bumper for me. Just sit on the bumper for me. I'm going to lock it. I don't understand. I have no idea what's going on right now. Okay. And I don't know what I'm stepping out for. I asked and he told me >> you're on the phone. >> The officer told me whichever one it is to step out. So I'm stepping out with you on the phone with my hands up trying to move away from the officer. Do >> you understand that we are police officers? >> I don't understand what's going on, ma'am. So I'm I'm ready. Please hurry up for you to uh >> Yes, ma'am. Michael, stay on the phone. >> What's your name? >> Yes, ma'am. >> And he told me he said for whatever reason he want me to step out the car. >> A police dispatcher does not have knowledge of criminal law. >> I need you to go over there. My name is Officer Dour with the Pensacola Police Department. >> I don't I don't know. I haven't been reading my license right so I don't know what's going on. >> Yeah, she screwed up calling 911 during a traffic stop. What was she so scared of? The police. She was scared of the police. So, she called for more police. Yeah, that makes sense. Oh well, her fate is sealed anyway. Let's see the consequences of her actions. >> I need you to go over to that vehicle. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> I'm so scared. Oh my god. He's touching me. Get out of the vehicle. What's wrong with you? >> Get out of the vehicle. You're going to get tased. What's going on? Please help me. >> Get out of the vehicle. I'm going to tase you. >> Get out of the vehicle. As she was sitting on the back of the squad car, she continued to be as belligerent and argue with the officers as much as possible. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I will lawyer everything to you. >> May I have my lawyer? Let me get the sobriety test, sir. You want a sobriety test, sir? Nope. >> Exactly. >> Just going to take you to jail. >> What are you taking me to jail for? >> You don't even know. You don't know. You don't know why I'm going to jail. You don't even have a reason. You're just a boy in blue, right? Yep. >> Don't worry. I got an attorney. A good one. A damn good one. Kenneth Luke. $5,000 he costs for attorneys whooping my ass. I suggest you slow down, sir. I'm in the car. Can you have a little respect? >> No. Can you be quiet? >> Last day on Earth. Okay. >> Okay. Maybe you could just stop talking and being annoying. How about that? >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> That's too bad. >> Can you get these off of me? >> No. >> I'm going to throw up in the back of your car, sir. >> People do it all the time. >> All in my mouth. >> Guess I'll have to clean it out. >> Take it easy. Take it easy. You're gonna be saying that when you're [ __ ] yourself when you got how many guys on you? >> Guess you shouldn't have resisted arrest, huh? >> I didn't resist arrest. May I please go home? >> No. >> I'll trespass nowhere. May I please go home? >> No. >> I need to go home. I have work tomorrow. >> Going to jail. >> I take care of the nursing home, the war wounds that eat PTSD. >> Okay. >> No problems, though. >> In the end, she was charged with assault on a police officer, criminal trespassing, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. Just when the officers thought they had seen it all, along came a woman who had the nerve to call 911 after five time suspensions. >> Now, do not call 911 again. Going to step out for me. You're under arrest. Get out. >> What are you doing to me? >> THERE'S THERE'S LITERALLY AN OFFICER. PLEASE. >> Oh my god. What are you? On June 6, 2024 in Ohio, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with heavily tinted windows. After running the vehicle's plate, the officer realized that the driver's license had been suspended. Here is what happened next. Hey, how's it going, man? >> You got driver license on you? Okay, so Tiffany, you're you're suspended right now. Okay. When when you passed me, I immediately knew it was you. I've stopped this vehicle before. I'm not suspended. >> You're suspended. I got my license. >> I don't have to do anything for you. Okay. This is going to go how I say it's going to go. Okay. You're suspended. You're not driving. And it's a 12-point suspension. I can pull you over. >> The deal is with me. I don't. >> And when I ran your license plate when you were still in Lawrence Township, it said you're >> It's not true. That's not true. >> It is true. >> It's not true. >> The computer don't lie. >> It's not true. >> Okay, hold on for me. Here's this back. You're >> going to have to call your boss. >> No. It looks [snorts] like this woman has a history with law enforcement since the officer recognized her right away. And to no one's surprise, her car smells like marijuana, too. Well, all of that aside, when the officer ran her license, he realized that her license had been suspended multiple times. And her reaction to that information, she calls 911 on him. >> Okay. Yep. You You got five open suspensions. >> Listen. Listen. I promise you right now, I am not lying to you. I just got my license. Why do you keep telling me no? >> No. >> Why do you keep doing that? >> You don't have a driver's license. What are you talking about? >> You don't have a driver's license. >> That paperwork says I have a driver's license. Why are you laughing? >> I'm not laughing. >> I'm calling 911 is what I'm >> Don't call 911. I'm going to arrest you for misuse 911. >> I'm going to call 911. >> I'm telling you right now. Oh my god. Can you stop holding me so hard? >> No. You've already resisted. No, you've already pulled away from me. I'm waiting till my partner gets here. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. You're under arrest. You are under arrest. Spread your feet. >> Spread your feet. >> I am killing you, dude. >> After waiting for a bit, the backup arrived and the officers began to move the woman inside the squad car. >> Contacted County. She called 911 multiple times. >> I did when I look at his body. >> We always do. And we did last time. We did last time. right now. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hey, ma'am. This is Officer Roar with Lawrence Township. Um, I'm sorry she called you. She She was just being placed under arrest and she decided to call you guys. I don't know why. Um, I have my dispatcher from the Red Center. They're contacting you guys just so that way you guys don't have to send a deputy out here to confirm the 911 hangup. But that's what that was all about. >> Right now, you're you're in here. >> Yep. I appreciate I'm sorry that happened. She wasted your time. >> Your plate at any time. >> Clear. So, even if you got one taken care of from one from detained, two are under arrest. >> Allow me to explain. Okay. If you take a deep breath, >> every time we go through this, every listen, please don't do that to me. >> You're under arrest right now for misuse of 911 because you called 911 twice when a police officer with lights and sirens. >> I told you twice, don't do it. That is illegal. Second of all, we asked you to get out of the vehicle how many times? And every time you put up a fight last time, Last time we we let you totally go. We let you go. We didn't even show the car. This is the now the second or third time we've dealt with you and you act like this and it is unacceptable. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law. >> So she had a history of driving suspended and every time she got caught, she started whining like this. The officers didn't get paid enough to deal with her. After this, the officers asked her to do a field sobriety test. >> Hey, Tiffany. I know she already looked at your eyes. Do you want to do any field sobriety? I mean, I'm I'm not on anything. I'll do whatever you need. >> It still smells like burnt marijuana in my car. So, that would lead me to believe that you had just recently smoked marijuana. >> I promise you, I'm not on anything. You can drug test me. You could do whatever. >> Okay. >> Are you taking me to jail? >> You You're still going to be under arrest regardless for all the other offenses, but do you want to do any field in the meantime? >> Do you want to do them? She almost crashed into it knowing that I can't swim. >> You want to check your camera? >> I do. My camera's off like I told you first. It's it's audio video recording. Okay. On October 10th, 2025 in Washington, officers responded to a desperated 911 call from a 9-year-old child in the back of a car reporting her mother was drunk driving. All right. Well, in a sec I'm going to I'm going to have you step by and come talk to me. Okay. I want to make sure you're safe to drive. So, you said you said you've had no alcoholic beverages to drink. >> No, none. >> After that, can I talk to you? >> She said she's really upset. Yeah. Time. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Um Okay. After her. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> But you know, >> I'mma put this right here, Tanya. All right. Just sit that down. Stay right there. Just put your hand on top of the steering wheel. Okay. All right. What do you mean? >> Um I had a a a driver in front of me who was so slow and I was like, "Oh my gosh." So I went around them. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. That's about it. >> As these officers were investigating the mother, one of the officers came to talk to her kid about [music] what had happened. >> Hi. What's your name? What's going on? You were the guy that called the police. What? What happened? Okay. Just just so off all the stuff you're saying, I'm just going to have fire dish check on you just to make sure you're okay. Okay. >> So, I'm I am going to ask you again though, like how how much have you had to drink? Like, I can smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming. >> No, that wasn't that was my man. >> No, it's coming from your breath right now cuz we're outside of the car. So, >> how much have you had to drink? Is it just one, two, or is it 10? >> No. >> How many did you have? If anything, I would have to say half >> cuz my man drank everything else. >> Okay. >> No, seriously. >> What did you have half up? What size of beer was that? >> Was a 12 oz can, but he drank the rest of it. My man drank the rest of it. >> A 12 oz can. He drank the rest of it. Okay. >> That's the whole thing. >> When When did you have your last drink, M? Um, oh wait, you can test my blood cuz I have my blood tested today. Um, uh, uh, it was, um, my last drink was se, this is October, se um, September 28th. >> September 28th was when you had your last drink. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And with the suspicion of her driving drunk, the officers then asked her to do a field sobriety test. >> Uh, real quick, I'm just going to ask you a couple question. First of all, would you be willing to conduct some voluntary field evaluations? >> Yeah, >> you would. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, uh, and you said you have an issue with your leg. What's the issue with your leg? >> Um, I just had surgery. >> Okay. I see. I see. I see. >> I have surgery. >> What about with your eyes? Do you wear contacts? >> Uh, I wear Is that your dad now? >> No, that's my dad like driving crazy. >> Okay. Where are you guys coming from tonight? So after that um >> Okay. Is that correct? >> Okay, got so I do want to check your camera on. >> I do. My camera's off like I told you at first. It's it's audio and video recording. Okay. >> After the field tests, the officers then asked her to do a breath test, too. >> Do a preliminary breath test. It's not evident non-evident, voluntary, and does not replace the state toxicology test. >> Okay. >> Are you willing to do that? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let me go grab it. Yeah. >> How you doing? What's your name? >> My name's Jason. How old are you? >> Nine. You look taller than my daughter. My daughter, she's short. So, I overheard you telling my partner that you do gymnastics. I promise. >> Hi, this is Officer Hernandez Police Department. >> Um I have and her mother. Are are you guys married to your wife? >> Okay. And I have your wife here. Um, the reason why we have your wife and daughter stop is your daughter was calling and she was saying, uh, she called 911 because she said that your wife had hit a couple curbs and almost hit a car. Uh, we're still working through it. We're not we're not really sure, but she was drinking uh out of a sippy cup. >> Anything else other than alcohol tonight? >> No, nothing. Just just just the margarita. >> So, outside of going to the store, was she drinking before the store? >> I'm sorry, hun. Well, we'll get all that information. Okay. She have cans down here. And I'm kind of a professional when it comes to gummy bears. >> After finishing the DUI investigation, the officers decided to put the mother under arrest. Tanya, uh, based on everything tonight, okay, I I believe you're not safe to drive. So, I am going to place short arrest for DUI. So, stand up, please change by your back. You're good. Just relax. >> Well, I >> and we're going to work on getting turn this way. >> I move to the um relax. You're good. You're good. >> I I just want you to make sure mom is in there, too. >> Yep. >> Were you speaking to her father? >> Yes. >> If he's sober. >> Yes. So because I just don't want someone who is also impaired to show up. >> No. >> Um uh >> I'm on the phone with you right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Oh, you're on the phone with him right now. >> We're going to walk back to my car. Just so you know, you're still being audio and video recorded. Okay. And I'm going to read you your rides. >> Okay. >> What's wrong? I know you want to talk to your mom, but she she's going to be with officers for a little while. Okay. >> Well, your dad is getting on his way to get you here. Okay. >> Um, so I think he's reinventing her, but she told me that uh her mom was drinking. Her mom had went to the store and poured the alcohol context into the sippy cup that's up front. >> Yeah. And so she was drinking out of the sippy cup and then um they missed dance. They never got to the actual dance studio and they're driving back and she noticed that they were going back like a different way and her mom was like going really fast and she was like I don't know why my mom keeps saying that we're going home cuz it's not the way that we go home. And then she said that she hit several curbs and then she got really close to like a second car and like went around the second car and then like hit another curb again. And she said that uh she got evaluated by fire cuz she said that she was complaining of neck pain, head pain, neck pain, and that the chebo, the seat belt somewhere. >> Yeah, she ran the red light um right when I got behind it. It was around the time the update was coming out. So, I'll take photos of the car. She does have a heavy heavy odor alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. I may try breath, see if that's if not, I'll go blood afterwards. >> Talk about this. I don't have a body yet, but she just said that she's been stopping at 7-Eleven and buying a bunch of MXs. There's a bunch of cans in the back. >> Okay, cool. Yeah. So, it's going to be breath. >> Yeah, she's got a she got a heavy. >> All right. >> So, he asked my mom if she had any weapons. >> No weapons in the vehicle, right? >> No. >> And she said no because she didn't want to be in trouble, but she does have a weapon. >> What kind of weapon? >> Um, it's a knife. It's her pocket knife. >> Oh, it's okay. >> Oh, pocketk knives are okay. When people make her when people make her mad, she tends to use it on other people. >> Yeah. So, I see a kid back here >> like deep down like deep down in here and in um through the stuff there's a lot of kids. There's some under the seats in the front. There's a lot of them everywhere. She promised she wouldn't keep secrets for me, but she did. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you take here is against you in court law. You have a right this time to talk to a lawyer and have presence you have any questions. You can afford to hire a lawyer. One will be appointed to represent you for a question if you wish. >> You understand each of these rights I explained to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Y'all should understand it too because once y'all realize where I am and who I am I believe we're on the phone with is it your husband? And then And then he's going to tell the court and then they might even sue you. >> Okay. >> Whatever my uncle's going to do. >> That's okay. >> Here you go. >> Oh, okay. Thank you. I will. >> The officers now come back to the kid to continue hearing her story. >> Yeah. He went and then my and they were just yelling at each other and they were just cussing at each other. And after that then after that my dad said, "Let me out of the car." So she did. And then as we were going there in the process, she bought either like three or two cans of beer. And then after that she made me throw it away. And then after that she was like like really mad and stuff. Then after that she was like really mad.
