Of course she will. She's too entitled to think about her own good and wants to pick a fight with the police. And as soon as she does so, she'll spend a night in jail. >> How fast can we get there before she gets to the door? >> As soon as she sees us move from right here, she's going to take off the side. >> I'm going to walk to the neighbor's house. That's the first thing that we've agreed on is that you've drank too much tonight. >> I'm not a person though. Hm. >> I'm not a bad person. >> I don't believe you are. >> I'm a good mommy. I don't believe you can. >> I believe you can be. Not tonight. You're not though. You're too drunk. >> I I know. I am a good mommy. >> I'm not saying you're not. I'm just saying tonight probably could have done better. Not >> so could you. And And so could you when you that [ __ ] you did the other night. >> What? Huh? >> Shut the up. I know you as a >> dude. I've never met you in my life. >> My arms are hurting. >> That's why I'm trying to hold you forward. So, >> you you think you're funny, >> but can I please go pee? >> I can tell you right now, sweetheart. >> No, your demeanor and actions have >> not demonstrated that >> I have to go potty. >> My arms are burning. >> I know. That's why I'm trying to hold you forward so there's not pressure on your hands and your arms there. >> Can you please let me go to the bathroom? >> Something that I don't even care if I >> out get to the jail. >> I'm not going to play games with you. >> I'll box the out of you. >> Okay. Well, good luck. >> Well, [laughter] that's why you're [snorts] compared to me. >> Okay. Officer Hall has been nothing but respectful. >> No. When he did you hear what he just said? >> You didn't say anything. You said that you were going to box him >> after he just told me that. Did you? After he just told me what he just said. >> Really? >> I'm lost. But that's okay. >> Yep. After getting medically cleared, she's taken to the squad car. >> All I want to do is go pee. That's all. >> And go get my child >> that I love so much. >> Okay. >> We're going to move out this way. >> What are you doing? >> We're going to the jail now. >> Why? >> Cuz you're under you've been under arrest for I don't 45 minutes, an hour. Well, I'm going to pee then. >> That's fine. >> Please let me go potty. Please. If you can let me do one thing. Please. Please. Please. Excuse me. I can't go. I CAN'T. >> Don't kick me. >> I can't go. Sit up. >> I have to pee. >> One, two, three. >> I can't pee. >> Okay. Don't go dead. >> Please let me go pee. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. [screaming] Watch your foot there, Jake. >> Yeah. I'm going to try and get her set it up. >> Okay. Okay. One, two, three. >> Ow. Ow. >> Bend your leg. Bend your leg. >> No. >> Okay. Bend your leg. Come on. >> Bend your leg. [screaming] >> This is going to >> Doesn't have to be this roller on your side. >> Okay. Oh, >> close your door. >> Yep. >> She was then taken to county jail where she proceeded to wet herself and continue to cause as much chaos as she possibly could. In the end, she was charged with resisting arrest and child neglect. Moving on to this case where we got another woman kicking cops after trying to walk away from the investigation. >> You're going to wait. You're going to wait right here. >> Do not push me >> cuz I'll push you back. Get your hand off of me. Stop talking to my mom right now. >> Stop. >> Stop. GET OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> It's May 4th, 2022. Cops respond to a battery and upon arrival, they try to assess the situation by talking to the girl in question. Uh, what they didn't realize was how much of a spoiled brat she was. >> What >> what ended up happening over at the CVS? >> Me and my mom's friend. That's why I was walking in the first place. >> Okay. And then this other person end up >> I'm literally trying to call her right now. >> I know. Well, listen. Hang on. >> No, I'm not doing that today. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> No, cuz I'm getting yelled at for something. >> You're not getting yelled at. >> Yeah, I'm getting yelled at for it. >> How am I yelling at you? >> I'm tired of people yelling at me. I just found out my mom has cancer again and she was being a total. So, I yelled at her and threw soda at her. >> You threw a soda at your mom? No, not my mom. Why the hell would I throw this up? >> You said your mom cancer and somebody was yelling at you. >> No, the Kelly. I tried to call Kelly to apologize to her. >> The girl? >> What girl? >> The one that drove us here. The one that probably called you. >> Well, somebody called CVS. I haven't looked at that call yet. >> Her name is Kelly. I'm trying to call her back and she won't answer my >> And I've been trying to freaking apologize and she won't answer the phone. Okay. So, what happened between you and Kelly? >> She was telling me that I was a and everything about the being a and being mean cuz I said that she should regret what she said to my mom earlier before she went in there because she told my mom that she was being dramatic and everything. >> Started off with a small incident and then she pulled back out of control. Kelly did or she did? >> She did. Kelly. >> Kelly did. Okay. Am I saying things about mom? >> She said, "I'm calling the cops." >> She got out of the car. I got the car and said, "If they're taking you, they're taking me." >> I'm sorry. I'm crying. >> So, what happened between >> Okay. >> Cuz you're like, "Oh, if you're taking her, we're taking me." What is it? What are you talking about? She called the cops and said I weren't >> and I was trying to call her to just avoid the situation. Tell her I'm sorry for throwing soda on you. I'm sorry for yelling at you or being mean or whatever you think I did, but she won't answer me. >> Who is Kelly in reference to you guys? Like, who is she? >> She's my mom's friend. >> So far, the girl seemed to be very cooperative and answered the officer's questions. But this act isn't going to last long because soon she's going to flip a switch and crank that drama all the way up, turning a simple chat into a full-blown circus. >> Yeah, that's why I started walking. That's when the blonde guy wouldn't stop harassing me and I got scared and ran away. >> Stop whining. Listen, >> I'm not trying to whine. I'm crying about my mom right now. >> Stop about it, >> okay? Because just 10 minutes ago when you're with Kelly, you're Miss Badass pouring soda on her and then now all of a sudden you're like crying. >> I'm done. >> It doesn't sound like it to you cuz it sounds like it to me. >> We're going to stop. Well, right now she's going to wait. You're going to know you're waiting right here. >> Probably herself. >> Do I Do we have to like chase after you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I don't care. I don't care. >> You're going to wait right here. >> Do not push me. >> Cuz I'll push you back. >> Walk away again. >> This is going to make >> I don't care if it makes it worse. Get your hand off of me. >> I'm talking to my mom right now. >> Stop. Stop. >> STOP. >> STOP. YOU BACK AWAY. OKAY. GET OFF OF ME. >> ALL OVER. All over. >> We are not doing this. Not for two days in a row. What are you doing? >> This was unnecessary. >> Completely unnecessary. >> Please get off me. I can't breathe. >> Please. >> I can't breathe. Keep making situations worse and worse and worse. >> No, I'm being worse because I'm crying about my mom dying. >> You're fighting with the police. I mean, Jesus Christ. >> Trying to get away cuz you're hurting. >> You're trying to get away from the police. Why would you do that? >> Yeah. Now, saying sorry after walking away and kicking an officer isn't like a magic undo button. Maybe, just maybe, she should have thought twice before pulling a stunt that's stupid and completely unnecessary. And while moving her to the squad car, she kept calling her daddy like he's going to save her from this trouble she caused. >> I wasn't even actually going anywhere. I was going to say, "Dad, I'm upset." >> Trying to kick me >> cuz you were hurting me. I have a >> I told you. We told you to stop. >> You didn't. Sorry. >> Well, too late to be sorry. >> Come on. >> STAND UP. >> STAND UP. >> COME ON. STAND UP. >> DADDY. >> HUH? >> DADDY. My arm is out of place. >> Anything on you're not supposed to have? >> No. Why the would I better stop? >> I just wanted to talk to my mom. >> Sit down. Do you want your stuff to go with you or do you want your stuff to go with your dad? >> I don't. >> It's not a trick question. It's one of two things. You want to go with dad? >> I was dead. >> You tried to kick me. >> I wanted you TO GET OFF ME. I >> DON'T CARE. DID WE TELL you to stop? Did we tell you to stop? Did we tell you to stop? >> Scare you. I'm sorry. Crap. No, I really didn't. >> Bull crap. >> I'm serious. >> Bull crap. >> So am I. So am I. Your daddy going to get you out of this. Do you want to keep your purse with you or do you want IT TO GO? >> YES, I WANT. >> All right. So, I need you to know who is Catron Zth. >> Huh? >> That's mom. Why does she have her pills? >> Huh? >> My wife. >> Okay. So, this is your wife's narcotics. >> Why does she have your wife's narcotics? Are you not understanding what I'm saying? This is not your wife, right? on the drug. Listen to me. >> You say my my wife keeps all of our narcotics. I'm asking you, why does she have your wife's narcotics? Because she happened to give her one. She was going to give her something to calm her down. >> That's a felony. >> The girl was charged with battery on a peace officer. Moving on to this case where a drunk woman kicks this officer pretty hard during her arrest. BOTH MY TOOTH. YEAH. >> If you start swinging and kicking, you are going to get injured. >> Oh, YOU SPIT ON ME. ANOTHER battery charge. >> Three battery charges. >> Welcome to January 13th, 2024. Cops are stationed on a downtown bar street where they notice a woman yelling at a security guard. So, the cops immediately step in to investigate and as soon as she saw the officers, she briefly left the scene only to circle back moments later and shove the fence into the guard. That's when the cops decided to take action. And here's what happened next. >> Stop. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> No. Too late. >> Too late. You're going to jail. >> Yes. >> Ma'am, back it up. Back up. You're good, man. Just stay back UP. I CAN'T HELP HIM. Let me go. >> You push that rail. >> It's mine. It's my dude. You You're digging your nails in me. >> OH, YOU HURTING ME. >> Can't cry now. You're scratching the [ __ ] out of You hurting me. >> Oscar 632 out. >> Have a female 105. Can I get a signal for you, please? >> Another miserable drunk, huh? Despite being the one at fault here, she still somehow blames the officers for the consequences of her actions. So, >> stop talking. >> After finishing with everything, the cops escort her to the squad car. >> Come on, let's go. >> Come on. said not particular. >> Watch your head. Watch your head. >> Review. I'll be right. >> This woman is charged with drug possession, disorderly conduct, and three counts of resisting arrest. >> Just trying to be >> I don't I also know my rights, and I don't think I have to. >> You do? Ready? >> Sir, no. No, sir. Please. I need a supervisor on scene, >> officer. I need a supervisor on scene. >> It's November 3rd, 2023, Ohio. An officer on patrol notices a vehicle making an illegal right turn. So, here's what happened when the officer conducted the traffic stop. >> Hello. Um, so the reason why I stopped, you made that right turn from Pearl to Bagley. >> You met her at the red light and I'm not sure if you realized, but you almost struck me. >> I apologize. No, I did not. >> Okay. You got driver's license on you? >> I actually don't have any right up to work. I didn't do anything today. >> No big deal. Just take down your info. >> Yeah. You're supposed to treat it. Well, that right there. You can't even make a right turn at this time at the red light. >> Started working at this office. So, I I'm not really used to serial. >> So, where you heading right now? >> I'm going back home. >> Where's your job at? >> It's not right there. So, uh it's there anything illegal inside this vehicle. Who smokes weed in here? Uh, it's just my car. >> This is just my car. >> So, nothing illegal. >> Can I look inside? >> I I apologize. I was just heading home. Like, I really I really didn't know that. Like, I can't turn around there. I'm 100% aware of it now. >> The reason why I messed is cuz I do smell weed. >> I apologize. And >> I I I really didn't mean to. Like I I had no idea. I'll be super aware of the intersections from now on. >> Um >> I'll be way more confident. >> Do me a favor because we're going to cause traffic back up here. Can you just pull into that street right here? Just make a right. >> Sure. >> All right. >> With suspicion of her driving under the influence, the officer then moved her to a better place for further investigation. >> I appreciate that. It's just um safety wise, traffic safety wise, excuse me. Um, so yeah, that's that's the reason why I'm asking is because I do smell weed. Obviously, I'm not if if there is some in here, you're not going to get cited or anything for it. >> Like a roach or something like there might be something like that, but I don't >> I don't know if it helped my head. >> I got you. Yeah, like I don't we don't site no more for those. >> I just My only concern is if there's anything else other than that. That's why I'm asking you, is it okay if I take a look? Well, this is what I got. This is not >> But that's not what I'm asking. >> Uh I mean, I prefer not to. Like, cuz I >> So, based on that, I could just so you know. >> Okay. I'd prefer if you didn't. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you, based on that, >> I understand. I'd prefer if you didn't. Like, again, I super sorry. It was serious. It was just an accident. Like, I I really didn't mean to. >> I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I get it. >> I get you trying to get home. >> Really bad day. Like, as it was, I was supposed to go to the office. People weren't there. I just I'm trying to get home. I >> I really didn't know that there was such a thing that I Please here. Come on. Step out. >> Please take a break. >> Huh? >> Please come. >> I have not written you anything. I'm just trying to be >> I don't I also know my rights and I don't think I have to. >> You do. So, don't make it hard. >> I really Please. I just want to go home. >> I'm asking you to step out nicely. >> I'm asking you to step out nicely. So far, she's playing nice with the officer, hoping that she can get away with this [music] stop. But as soon as she learns that things won't go her way, she flips a switch and she goes from cooperation to entitlement. >> It's officer 732. >> Come on out. >> 3222. Yeah, >> if you're not tied up, he want to swing by. Hey there, miss. >> Hey there. Okay. Hi there. >> Can you talk to me now, please? >> Okay. >> I uh I have your uh companion there. I >> kind of used to the area. >> Okay. >> I was aware of the buzzer. >> Okay. >> Pull me over that marijuana. >> Yeah. >> As a surgeon, I'm comfortable with that. I ask people over here. >> Okay. So, now what? >> Um I'm not comfortable with my vehicle. My dad help out as well. >> Okay. Well, I can smell the marijuana, too, as I'm up here. And I So, it's not a >> crime. >> It is. So, if an officer tells you you have to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. That's a lawful order. Okay. >> So, >> I'm I'm being very nice and patient really quick. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. If you comply with me, I'll give you whatever you want. But right now, >> comply with anything that I officer in the law number, sir. >> Oh, are you a sovereign citizen? >> I would like to know your name and badge number. >> Patrolman Venus badge 722. Okay. >> Okay. So, you've been given a lawful order to exit the vehicle three times by me. Okay. >> This is the first time that you've actually asked me. >> Okay. So, >> can you please exit the vehicle? >> I would like to wait. >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> I would like to wait. >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> Yeah. I would like >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> I'm not in. >> You have to exit the vehicle. And if your father comes here and interferes with the traffic stop, things could get a lot worse. Right now, if it's just marijuana, I'll be honest with you, we do not we do not sight for marijuana. However, it is probable cause for search and we will need to seize that because you cannot have that legally. I would like to wait. >> Do you understand that? >> Yeah, I would still like to wait. Okay. >> Can you please step out of the vehicle? >> I would still like. >> Instead of complying, she continues to stay in the car despite the officer telling her to just step out. The cop then gave her a last warning before taking action. Okay. If you continue this, you're going to be arrested for obstruction. >> Okay. >> A lawful arrest and you can deal with that in court. >> Good luck with that in court. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you've been given a lawful command. I did it seven times in a row. Okay. Or eight. That was eight. >> Well, I also have my rights and I have a lot of >> Okay. Um >> Yeah. Great. Great. Fantastic. >> Are there any firearms in the vehicle? >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, listen. I'm going to tell you if you do not comply, if you do not get out within the next 30 [snorts] seconds, I'm breaking this window and you're being drugged out. Do you understand that? Do you understand that? If you do not comply, I've given a lawful order for you to exit the vehicle 10 times. If you do not comply within 30 seconds, I will break the windshield and drag you out of the car. Do you understand that? I don't think I can make that any more clear to you. You must exit the vehicle. Okay? You can post this. You can think you're cool posting it on the internet. You are wrong. You are wrong. Okay? So, you must exit the vehicle. >> You can peacefully exit the vehicle. >> Yep. scared. >> Well, I feel >> this is all this is all in you. Okay. >> I'm thoroughly scared. >> Finding my safety on the scene. >> Refusing to >> With this woman still refusing to cooperate, the officer has no other choice but to break the window and pull her out. >> Okay. I'm going to break the window if you do not exit the vehicle. >> Officer, I need a supervisor before you take those kind of extreme measures. Ready, sir? No. No. Sir, please. I need a supervisor on the I need a supervisor on the scene. >> I need a supervisor on the scene. >> I need a supervisor on the scene. >> Hands by your back RIGHT NOW. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK right now. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop resisting. >> Let me get this out your hand. >> I'm not letting go of Okay, I'm going to put her on top of the car. >> Thank you. >> You are being recorded by three of our cameras. >> And now you're under arrest for obstruction. How's that? Huh? That's what you wanted, right? >> After securing her in handcuffs and moving her to the squad car, a supervisor arrived to talk to her as her request. >> So, I'm the the supervisor of the shift. Um, would you like to talk to me about what happened? Okay. So do you understand each of these rights that I have explained to you? Yes. >> Okay. Um having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? And especially as the last one said, if you don't want to answer a question I asked, you just don't have to answer that. Okay. So can you explain to me what happened and what led to the situation that that is here now? Um who's this officer who just walked by? Gentleman b kept there. >> Yeah. >> Um he's the one who initially pulled me over. Um I apparently accidentally cut him off. >> Okay. >> I'm not familiar with that intersection. Was unaware that it was um it's actually my father right there. >> Okay. >> Was unaware that that I turned right there and I started recently working with him. His office is um >> okay. >> He's crime investigator. Um been criminal justice for over 30 years. And so I was actually out there doing some work. I had to head home. Didn't realize I made a mistake. Uh the officer in the ball cap or just got the Yeah, the officer in the ball cap, the one who was um pulled me over initially. I didn't realize I made a mistake. He did say my car smelled of marijuana. I was like, "Okay." Pull over here. I did. Um he called me back up. The second gentleman there ordered me out of the car. I was confused as why. Uh demanded that I get out of the car. I told him I felt scared and unsafe and he proceeded to bust my window out. >> Okay. >> And now I'm handcuffed in the back of a cop car. >> Okay. >> Very unaware of exactly what I've done wrong besides accidentally turning red >> red light on accident. >> So, um I'm very scared. >> Okay. >> And I'm very uncomfortable. >> All right. >> Um I'm very upset about my car. >> Uh I didn't mean to I didn't mean to turn red. I'm sorry. I I would have gladly taken a ticket for smelling like marijuana. >> Like I didn't know I did anything wrong. So I'm very shaken right now. I didn't know I did something and I just wanted to go home. I want to go see my kids. I want to go see my husband. I don't want to be here right now. So in the in several things in the state of Ohio, a traffic stop is a detainment. It's a tra a traffic law is a law. So, when you're pulled over for the police officer, you have to abide by what the police officer is asking you to do. >> Okay. >> Grounds, there are stipulations and things like that. I'm educated enough to know >> if an officer, okay, even even without the smell of marijuana, if you pull over and an officer asks you to step out of your car, >> that's not true. An officer that pulls you over has the legal right if they believe that you're making any >> any fertile movements, any fertive movements or anything to search the driver's side area of the car. That would mean removing you from the vehicle to do that. Okay? >> So, you have to have plausible. >> In this particular case, marijuana is still legal or still illegal in the state of Ohio. It is not legal. So, if an officer smells marijuana in your car and then they ask you to step out because they need to search your vehicle, it's a probable cause search based on the smell of marijuana. >> Smell of marijuana is not a probable articulate cause. >> It is. >> Okay. >> Okay. See, that's where you're mistaken. And the place on the side of the road is not the place to argue that. That would be in the court of law. >> Trying to go home. I accidentally cut somebody off. Now I'm in handcuffs. >> No, you're not in handcuffs for cutting him off. You're in handcuffs because of this attitude right now that you're working up to. And that is believing. >> I'm genuinely scared. An officer approached my car AND BLEW MY WINDOW OUT WITHOUT WARNING. I was just trying to go home. He gave you scared. I was trying. He gave you numerous warnings. >> I wanted a moment to think and he couldn't get He gave you Why wouldn't you just listen to the officer? >> Because I wanted a couple of minutes to figure out what was happening. >> He explained to my rights, too. >> No, you have No, >> I have my rights, too. You have rights, but you have to listen to the officer when they're explaining this process to you. Just like right now, >> when I say jump, you say how high. Like, I'm allowed to have my rights and and figure out what's happening before I have to be detained. >> So, you can continue to just ignore what they're saying. >> No, I'm not abide by what they're saying. >> I would have happily complied. >> How many How many times How long would he have had to keep asking you to open the door? Two more minutes >> to let myself 10 seconds. Why? Why you? >> I didn't do anything. I'm sorry that I accidentally cut your officer off. >> That's >> That was my mistake. >> Okay, we're beyond that. >> I know. You busted my window out. >> Okay. Well, then we're trying to explain to you why that happened and you you don't want to see the reason for that happening. >> Then I apologize. >> Okay. Okay. So that's that's the reason that we're at where we're at now. Okay? I'm just trying to explain that to you so that you understand, but you keep getting very emotional and worked up and hopefully you are starting to understand why I'm saying why we're at where we're at now. Okay. >> Okay. Tight. >> Her father, who's a retired officer, has now arrived at the scene. >> Hello. >> Hi. I'm >> Yeah. She explained that. Yeah. So, um, I'm former law enforcement, private investigator office. >> Yeah. So, explain that as well. >> She works for me. So, he called me. She was up at the office. I don't know if that's boyfriend, you know. >> Okay. >> Well, I yell at him all the time. [music] >> So, that's why I I just >> Yeah. >> I mean, we can see >> if you can release her, great. >> Okay. >> That'll be, you know, that's my car. It's inserted under my name. Um, I'd be happy to, but I'll make sure whatever she got. >> Um, there we could see, you know, just from talking to her in a little bit of the back of the car here, you could see the the the tinges of the sovereign citizen or at least the >> the the Okay, one of those came out of the car when when we actually opened up the passenger side door. So, >> I'm going to go back over to the office. I got my dog's over there. I got to get him home and then um >> Okay. But if she needs to do anything, they come get her. >> The woman is charged with obstructing official business, open container, and traffic control device. She's released to her father.
