This woman crashes her car with her kid in the back and then looks at the cops and says, "What did I do?" I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack. You're such a [ __ ] I'm going to take your mama's purse. Okay. Police response to what looks like a routine twoc car crash. But things quickly take a turn with witnesses say the driver and her mother switch seats. And as officers start putting the pieces together, they uncover a whole lot more than just the accident. Take a look. So, she re-entered the Jeep. Yeah, she reentered the Jeep. He's saying he thinks they maybe switched who was driving and who wasn't. Either way, they're the mother the mother's in the driver's seat now, the older lady. That's whose license I have. So, he thinks that they switched drivers or the daughter's now in the back seat and he's saying she was at least in the passenger seat. So, we're just not sure. So, there is a young child in the car. I don't know if we want to ask her. So, maybe she got in the back seat because the child correct? I I don't know. Um, but either way, I can you just tell me what you want to do. Let me talk to her first and if it is going to be DUI, then maybe you can just do the crash. Laura, can you step out here and talk to me real quick for a second about what happened? I'm Deputy Brown with the Many County Sheriff's Unit. I'm a traffic unit and just stay in the car, ma'am. Okay. Or you come on over here. All right. I just want to separate. You can face me so that you don't have to look at the sun. Ma'am, you're going to stay in the car and we're going to keep the door closed. All right. What's going on? Well, I didn't stop in time. You didn't stop in time? Yeah. Yeah. Do you know which lane you were in? What? Do you know which lane you were in? This lane. You stayed in this lane. And which direction? Where are you heading to? West. You're going west from where are you coming from? I you went to the eye doctor or she went to the eye doctor. I went to the eye doctor. Okay, let me stop right there and get this party started. So, she goes to the eye doctor and the doctor said, "You know what? Okay, we're going to give you all this treatment, but you're good to go. You can go ahead and drive." Okay, no worries. Come on. You did. Did they dilate your eyes? Yeah. Okay. How come you're driving and not her? That' be safer. That' be safe. Why? Why is she under the influence of something? I think she just tired. Okay. Okay. Because sounds like maybe you guys switch seats. Did you guys switch seats? Why is Why is there saying there's a witness saying you did? Why is there a witness saying you switched? Ma'am, I'm going to have you stay in the car. Okay. What's that? Jen Sh wants to know what Okay, we're we're going to worry about that in a few minutes. What did she say? Okay. So, if you're trying to prevent her from getting if you're trying to prevent her from getting in trouble, then that's only going to get yourself in trouble. How are you going to get wet? I said I don't want you to get in trouble if it's if if you're not the person that should be getting in trouble. Okay. all this maintenance or kind of a I don't want to get in trouble with this, right? No, no, no, no, no. We don't want to get in trouble whatsoever. Come on. I'm going to call the BS on you because I know you're trying to help your daughter out, but the fact of the matter is that you know where this is going and we've seen this movie before where she was driving. You got a witness saying they switch seats. You know, that in itself maybe I don't know in the state of Florida could be a charge. here in the shed of California. I don't think we're gonna kind of bother with that. So, you want to tell me the truth? Well, I'm gonna tell you right now that it from from what we're getting from you. If you're under some medications that you shouldn't be driving, then that's going to get you in trouble. Exactly. So, I'm not under some medication. What's that? I'm not under some medication. Somebody could have died here today. What? Somebody could have died here. I know. It's not time to cover for people. We're going to be honest because lying to a police officer is is a criminal charge. There you go. And if I have to go back and look at cameras and I determine that you were lying, I have an issue with that. Ma'am, I'm going to tell you one more time. I'm closing this door right now. Okay. You can stay in the car with the Okay. Well, unfortunately, we're at the side of the road. We'll have to hold a few more minutes. Okay. Why don't you have a witness? No. You tell me the truth. What happened? Why did you switch? And why did you switch? Bad record. Cuz she What? Okay. Is she valid? What? She a valid driver. And you're valid. Okay. I'm going to have you wait with my partner for a few minutes and then we're going to see if we can get this little girl to go somewhere for the bathroom. I don't know. We'll see. You can step on over here. Can you tell me what you saw? Car flying behind me real good. This car behind you? Yes. They just didn't hit the brakes real loud. Okay. There's some My partner said, you said you saw someone switch seats. I don't know 100% positive because when I come back, the car is full of smoke from the airbags. Mhm. But she was in the passenger seat. She was in the passenger seat in the front and nobody was in the driver's seat. Okay. Thank you, ma'am. Yeah. Do you want your Do you Is is this your mom that you're with? Yeah. Do you want her to sit in the car with your daughter real quick? Because I'm gonna have to talk to you for a few minutes. Get my daughter house here. I understand that, but we're we're in a crash on the side of the roadway. Actually, I have Can you take a like over there? My partner might be able to take her over there right now, but we have one more car coming and we're going to wait for that car to get here. Okay. just to make so we're safer. All right, you're going to come right up here for me. We'll be right back, sweetie. And now's probably not the time to be on the phone. Okay. Just trying to have my friend come take care of it. And she really has to be. I'll get you. So, what happened with the crash? Okay. So, my mom Your mom driving. First off, we're going to not We're going to start off with honesty here, okay? because otherwise there's going to be charges for falsifying information and lying to a police officer. I already have the truth. I have a witness and I will get cameras if I need to. So, we're going to start with the truth and that's what we're sticking with. Do you understand that? So, start from the beginning. Okay. I like that awkward pause right there because you know things are getting serious now because as you can tell she looks very very impaired. I mean, come on. Drunk, right? And I'm going to save my moral compass statements in the end about having her daughter and her mom in the car while she's driving drunk as a skunk, right? Is what we used to say, right? Here's what happens is that you don't want that criminal offense. You just want to go for the DUI. And that deputy right there is doing an outstanding job, you know, maintaining that professionalism to get her to tell the truth. You know, that's all we ever want, right? If the public always wants transparency and accountability from police officers, you know what? We should want the same from civilians. Car stopped. She got a stop then. Had it. Okay. Our bags off. And who was driving? No. Okay. So, you're going to stick with your lie. I lied. Because that's not that's not what your mom says and that's not what our witness says. And you're not going over there to talk to her. So, I'm just trying to figure out the crash and that's not that big of a deal. But when you're going to lie about a crash, then that's when we're going to have a big deal because that's when it's going to go from a simple crash to something criminal. Okay. And that's the you want to go for a simple crash. Yeah. So I switched over and you guys switched while you were driving. Yeah. You switched over cuz she felt like she had to faint. Okay. She's been going through a lot of health problems. She Yeah, she's going through a lot. So, you're trying to help her? Yeah. So, I tried to So, so you switched? Yes. Yes. I I I don't want to say anymore without a lawyer. Okay. We have to figure out what happened with the crash, right? This is a crash investigation. All right. So, I want a lawyer. Okay, that's fine. But lawyer, your lawyer's not coming to your roadside. All right. All right. Okay. I I have the right to say anything. Okay. So, here's here's my partner here is doing the crash investigation. All right. And if you don't want to provide the information, then she's going to finish her her crash investigation with you right now. So, you don't want to provide her any information about what happened with the crash? Yes. My mom said she felt like she was faint, so I helped her. And then that happened. Well, right now you're under crash privilege. Okay. You have crash privilege. So, we're trying to figure out crash privileges. You have a privilege of what happens in a crash. It's just it stays with the crash. You're not going to arrest me. I'm trying to for a crash. Come on. Okay. Let me kind of touch on that crash privilege. It's the first time I ever heard that term. I get what she's saying, but here's the way it works. at least back from the little experience I have with TZ's traffic collisions is as you can see she is going to be party one party one's always at fault on the traffic accident report and then you have P2 party two which is the party that's not at fault okay you can stand there right next to me we're not going to talk to you guys together all right so all right are you done with the crash investigation you have enough I have enough on my All right crash investigation's over now I'm a traffic unit I'm going to invest investigate you for driving under the influence. This is a criminal investigation. Okay. I have some questions. Are you willing to answer some questions or what? I just advised you that the crash investigation is being taken care of by my partner. I'm going to investigate you for driving under the influence. Okay. Influence. Are you willing to Are you willing to participate in some field sobriety testing so that I can determine your level to make sure that you are safe to drive so this doesn't turn into something criminal? Are you willing to participate in some field sobriety? Are you willing to participate and let me check your eyes to start with at least? All right, please talk to my mom. Let me take her in front of you. Yeah. So, I'm not going to let you talk to her right now. You can go back up there. You're going to come right over here. Right over here in front of the patrol car. Ma'am. Ma'am, what did you say? We're going to go right over here in front of the patrol car. Will you check on the little girl? Somebody check on the little girl. She's fine. She just has to urinate. I just want somebody to check on her. Okay. Have you put your glasses up? Are you on any prescription medications? Yes, I take um What is it? Okay. And medical marijuana. Are you wearing any contacts or anything right now? Yeah. You wear contacts. Did you get seen at the eye doctor? What? Did you get seen at the eye doctor, too? Or no? No. Okay. There are like What I'm going to have you do is put your feet together and then you're going to pull your hands out of your pockets and you're going to put your hands down at your side. So, you're standing just like this. Okay? And you're going to look at the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. And follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? I need you to keep your head straight. Okay? and look right here at my my finger. All right. Next, we're going to come over to this line right here. Hands down touching your side. I need my shoes. You want your shoes? That's okay. Get your shoes. Right foot directly in front. Heel touching your toe. Hands at your side. Hands down. Hands down. Do not start. Don't start. Hold that position. Don't start. Okay, that's good. Stop. I didn't tell you to start. I think I'd like the lawyer. Okay. So, do you want to participate in this or not? Cuz the lawyer doesn't come roadside to watch you do this. It's up to you if you want to participate. I'm not forcing you to participate in it. Yes. I I'm very shattered. I'm very ticked out from this whole thing. I I I'm really bad anxiety. Like I told you, like really really bad anxiety. So, my husband died of my arms. Okay. I'm very sorry to hear that. I can't. I'm very sorry for what you're going through. I'm just trying to help you through this. Okay. Okay. Do you want to try this or no? Maybe you go away. What happens if I don't? Then I'm based to go off the information that I have and what I see without without evaluating you further. You just arrest me. If based upon what I have, if you if if you don't want to continue, then I'm I'm going to arrest you. You know what? She brings up a good point, right? Just go ahead and arrest me. I think the next thing that she could say is, "You know what? I just want to refuse this FST. I'm not going to pass it and I'm done. Give me my lawyer, right? Have my roadside litigator show up. And I get the feeling that this is probably not her first rodeo with the DUI. Could be, you know, but then again, we have have already exercised some poor judgment already, right? Mom and daughter. I mean, come on. But that's entirely up to you because I can't I'm not I can't make any promises here or there, right? I just have to do some observations to determine your level of intoxicity. Okay. So, do you want to keep going or no? Yeah. Okay. Go. All right. So, hands out of your pockets, stay on your side. Do you want me to show you again? Do Do you want me to show you again? Yeah. Okay. All right. So, do you understand the instructions completely? Yeah. I know. Yeah. Okay. And you may begin. I'm so nervous. Keep going. You're making me really nervous. It's okay. Keep going. No, I need to start. You want to start over? Okay, that's fine. I My anxiety is Okay. Do you want to skip that one? Do you want to skip that one and give you a different one? My anxiety is like I feel like I'm going to have a hard time. Okay. Do you want to skip that one and do a different one? But different one. Okay. You know what I was just going to say as part of the uh the three tests, right? And and again, it's not a test. I get it. It's just to know if you are impaired while operating a motor vehicle. I get that part. Maybe don't even ask her to skip. Just make that determination and say, "You know what? Okay, we're going to move on to the next test." Feet together, hands down at your side. All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to pick one foot up off the ground. You're going to hold that foot approximately six inches up off the ground like I'm showing you right now. Keeping both legs straight, I want you to look down at your toe with your hands down at your side. And I want you to count out loud. Don't start yet. Do Wait, I just want to make sure you understand. Do you understand all of it? Yeah. All right. Are you ready? Go ahead and put your feet together. 100,00 1 100 1 2 1 100 3 100 4 100 5 1 6 1 And then pick it right back up and keep going. 1,007 1 9 1 10 11 12 13 like how do how how long until I tell you to stop. Okay. So 103, you can stop. All right, the next one. Go ahead and face the car right here. You're going to arrest me, right? Yep. Put your hands behind on your back. Right now, you're being placed under arrest drivers. Okay, cuz my daughter, you probably don't want her seeing anyone handcuffs like this. Can you take them off? I won't. No, I can't take them off, unfortunately. This is horrible, right? I mean, how sad is this when you have your mom, you're the driver, your mom is in your car and you can tell she's uh like in a wheelchair. She just came from the eye doctor and moms will do anything for their kids, right? And at the same time, you have your young daughter there. Look, we've done a lot of DUI, so this one kind of sticks out a little bit more and it has an impact, you know, morally that is, right? where those decisions that you're making, it just um goes to show you that, you know, you just never know what you're going to get when you do police work. I think you're going to fail. Yeah, I'm going to walk back. We'll get it. We'll get it. Traffic 259. Can you show me 10:15 one female signal one? Stand up against you. You have anything on you? Stand up against the truck. I don't have anything. stand up against the truck. I'm not going to keep telling you directions. I just want to say goodbye to my daughter. My mom probably don't want your daughter to see you in handcuffs. Probably not a good idea. Can you take them off and please just hold my hand from my back? Handcuffs. Can I do that? No. Please. Please let me play. Please. Please. All right. We're going to actually have you get in the car. Can I please say bye to my mom? I'll ask her if she wants to. Okay. But right now, we're just going to get you seated in the car. All right. Will you make sure that whoever he has in his car, that girl with him? I got to get passenger information. Yeah. Just drop them all in the narratives. We're probably going to get a tow in for this car. I'll work on the toe so I can show. All right. Sweet. Hey, Lori. What? All right. So, obviously, as you probably suspected, um your daughter's is is she's going to go to jail for DUI. It's not your fault whatsoever. Um, you know what I'm saying? Like it it happens. But I'm just really glad that the you're not dead and her daughter's not dead or something like that cuz it definitely could have been worse. Okay. Are you I don't even think your vehicle is okay to drive. Can you help me just understand? Like you said your daughter has a record. Does she have prior DUIs? Is that what it is? I'm going to look. I'm just curious if that's what it is. Okay. And so you're just trying to Does she ask you or did you offer to switch seats? She asked me. She asked you. Okay. Yeah. You know what I mean? My mom will do everything for me, right? I just don't know if Gosh, that's a tough one, right? I mean, my heart goes out to the mom. I mean, she was just going to her doctor's appointment and she's been knowing about this condition, right? You just can't enable your kids that way cuz the deputy is right. It could have ended up being much worse. Um, unfortunately, people saw and and you you could have got yourself arrested today. Okay. Um, and at at your age and you've already done your you've already done your job as a mother. She's a full grown adult, okay, to make her own decisions. You know, this is not your fault at all. She's still under the influence. She's under the influence. Okay. Do you know like do you want to say bye to her? I don't know if you want, you know, I'm just gonna I'm just going to leave it at that. No, I really don't want you saying bye to her because I don't want her to get cursing at you and be profan with you and stuff like that when you didn't do anything wrong. Um, does your daughter have an ID in here? A wallet or a purse? She does. I'm going to take your mama's purse. Okay. That's her wallet. That's her wallet. Gosh, that just breaks my heart. What's that? I'm going to take the wallet so it doesn't get taken. Well, do you want your full purse to come? All of it? No. You just want this to come? You're staying in. Sit back. Sit back. No, I want purse. Where? Okay. But this is gonna Your wallet has to come with me. All right. Yeah. My mom didn't want to say bye to me. I told her that I'm not gonna allow you to pro I'm not gonna allow you to say bye to her because all you're going to do is be pissed that she didn't cover for you. No, I'm not. I'm just Just give me a second. We're not leaving yet. I I'll tell her, but give me a few minutes. Sit back in here. I'm going to take my purse home. Okay, I'll have Sit back. What did you see? Just out of curiosity. Um, well, I was like looking down because we were stopped at a stoplight. He just said brace and then I just felt the accident the smashing. And did you see anybody in the car? Like, oh my god. Oh, I saw a whole bunch of confusion going on in the car and I didn't even know what was going on cuz I was already on the phone with 911 and I was trying to ask them if they needed an ambulance cuz the lady the dispatch was asking me and nobody was answering my question for Yeah. Okay. So, so you didn't see who was in the driver or not? You couldn't tell. But you did see that this lady was in the passenger. Yeah, they were all over the just remember airbags don't blow off. Yeah, right. Well, yeah. Yeah, I guess. And then she moved to the back. Okay. All right. When I went back. Well, I'm really sorry this happened to you guys and then I'm going to take care of the DUI and my partner's doing the crash. Thank you. Does she have a problem with drinking, too? Is that problem drinking? Drinking. I can answer that for you. It definitely seems like she has a problem drinking. I mean, think about it. Look, it's what? It's uh 11:00 in the morning and she is drunk as a skunk, as I mentioned before. There's just no way that you know what, it's just a little social drink. It's no big deal. Just to take the edge off. No, she is a full-blown alcoholic. And I know the mom is trying to protect her as much as possible, but this is those situations where you're trying to be deceitful to take accountability for driving under the influence. You know, the deputy is going to have to write in her DUI arrest report that there was a switch off based on the witness statements and that's how she's able to place the driver behind the wheel. She has had in the past. Okay. Has she had anything to drink today? No. No. Okay. So, my partner, I'm going to leave you guys with my partner and then I'm going to take her up to go get evaluated by the hospital to make sure she's okay. All right. Then take No, I'm going to take your daughter. Oh, okay. All right. I want to ask you a couple questions. All right. I need my my wallet to go to my mom to give to my friend. It's It's going to your So So, and I need What friend do you want her to give it? She will bond me out. Okay. I'll tell I'll tell you. Bond, right? Yeah. Okay, I'll tell your mom that. Um, and I need my middle of the day dose of medicine. Yeah, the jail will have a nurse there. Okay. All right. Why can't I taken out? I can't. Because you're in custody. I I I'm I'm not a doctor. The jail has I I I cannot get We're going to be going to the hospital, too. Okay. Hospital? Because you were in a crash. I have to take you to the hospital. Yes. Um All right. I want to ask you some questions, but I'm going to read you Miranda. All right. Because you're in custody, you have the right to remain silent. You have a right to talk to an attorney. Lawyers. Lawyers. Lawyer wastes her breath. Okay. Thank you. Put your Put your knee in. I'm going to go tell your mom. Is my lawyer. Okay. You can call her when you get to the jail. Okay. One more question. I do have a question. This not related to a lawyer. You do have to answer yes or no to this. Per floor state law. I'm going to ask you for a breath test. Are you going to be willing to provide a breath sample? I don't want to do anything. If you don't provide a breath sample, it is going to be another criminal charge. So, are you going to provide a breath sample? Well, you have to tell me yes or no because I'm not going to play games with you. No. Okay. No. Okay. I'm going to read you one more thing. Hold on. Watch your knee. I need I need my Hold on. Hold on. I need my medicine. Give me Give me a second. I'm coming back there in just a second. Okay. All right. I'm requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. If you refuse to take the test that I've requested of you and your driving privilege has been previously submit suspended or if you have been previously or you have been previously fined under statute 327.32215 for a refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath, urine or blood, your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 18 months. Do you still refuse to take this test? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. All right. I'm going to go let your mom know about and then give the first to her so that she can bond you out. All right. Anything else you want me to tell your mom? Yeah. I need my medication. My Like I said, we will be going to the hospital. If the hospital determines that that's something that they're willing to give you, they can do that. But that's not something that I can give you. I'm not a doctor and I'm not allowed to give you that. Okay. I'm closing the door now. What about the car? Watch your foot. The car has to get towed because it's disabled. Okay. Is it total? It's total. Well, I don't know that it's total. The insurance will decide that, but it it's not drivable. Okay. Watch your knee. Yeah. Do you like doing this for a living? I like saving lives. Yes. Oh, saving lives. You're ruining people. Well, you could have killed your daughter today. So, no, I didn't. You could have. She was buckled right up in her godamn heart. All right, we're going to go to the hospital now. Well, they give me my medication here. Probably not. Sally, I haven't figured out all your charges yet. All my charges. Yeah, but out of the three that you have, I think it's just 1,200. I got to double check, though. So, I'll stop right there just to say that. You know what? That's a good thing that these deputies know the bond, you know, how much it is and that. Back, you know, when I used to work patrol, we didn't know none of that stuff. I I think no one even had asked me, "Hey, what's my bond?" And, you know, now that I come think of it, they probably did, but we didn't know. So, the fact that she's actually very knowledgeable because again, she works a traffic unit. She knows this stuff in and out, just spoton. And I got to say that she's doing a great job. I can't hear you. What' you say? You put these on so tight. Yeah. You have little wrists. So when you sit on them, of course you're going to feel it. I don't have foot rest. Yeah, you do. We're going to go right in this way. Such a [ __ ] I can't even move. I can't. Yeah, you're not supposed to be able to. So Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Did you want to be a cop ever since you were a little girl? You want to do this? Yeah. You know, everyone hates me. That's not true. No one cops. They ruin people's lives in people's days. The only respectable cops are homicide detectives cuz they follow and solve the largest crime ever. No, some little street cop like you. Well, ma'am, with all due respect, uh, when your house is getting burglarized or when you're at the local liquor store and next thing you know, you're getting robbed and getting beat down, right, by the suspect when he takes off after he points a gun at your head, right? You're going to have to call 911. And guess who's coming to help you? It's not going to be the homicide detectives. Oh, thank you. You're a loser. Actually, in I investigate DUIs all the time, so this is what I like to do. Oh, yeah. Bomb me out right now. You told me that. And I already told her, "Can't bond you out until I get you there and get the paperwork processed." But I told your mom to tell that and she said she would give her your stuff. Yeah, but I don't trust you. I like Well, then you can call her when we get to the jail. That's fine. But I did tell her that [ __ ] [ __ ] All right, sit back. I got to grab the seat belt. I don't want a seat belt. Hey, you're not going to start that stuff, okay? Then you're only going to get held even longer. So, you know what I'm saying? And I know you don't want that. So, we're going to the uh jail now. Do you really? Do you feel good about your job? Yes or no? Do you feel good about your job? Do you feel we're good about our job? You know me or non say yes or no answer. Yeah. Does it give you pleasure? Ever wanted to come back? What if you did murder someone child? Like why am I here? [ __ ] Keep it down [ __ ] I'm so much better than her. That's what you think later. Are you a known? I'm not like the regular trash that comes in here. If any of my necklaces or earrings gone missing, that's like $12,000 worth of gold. Are you going to be held responsible? What I would say is, are you going to be held responsible for your actions, for your DUI with your mother and your young daughter? Yeah, you are. I [ __ ] better not go missing. Excuse me. Do you identify as a female? No, I identify as a grapefruit. I need to know that my gold is going to be there. That's a lot of money and gold and a lot of cookie pops and a lot of [ __ ] So, I need my money in gold. None of it can be missing. I'm just mad. Do I have a bond? You will have a bond. Yes. Okay. If it's not paid, can you get out tomorrow? Sheriff's office. One female. Okay. Let's go ahead and wrap this up. Final thoughts. Like always, uh, first and foremost, big shout out to Manatee Sheriff's County Office, the deputies, uh, that traffic unit. She was just stellar, professional the whole way. You know, I sometimes I just feel like there's more that you want to say, but you're on camera, right? You're on body cam, and you want to be careful with the things that you say. But the biggest lesson for me, and I hope you caught this, too, is I was thinking about what she was saying, the arrestee, right? The lady that's all drunk about the fact that, hey, you know what? I don't like cops. you know, do you enjoy your job? Are you out there saving lives? Do you feel like you're saving the world? All those little questions and gestures makes me think that she has this certain perception about law enforcement and somehow some way we're trying to change that perception, right? And by doing these breakdowns, I hope that one day she can actually watch it, right? And make her realize that, yeah, I think I mentioned earlier, you know, when you call 911, guess who's coming to help you? But more important than anything, it's the impact that you have for your family. Forget about law enforcement. We're always going to be there. It's you to be held accountable for your actions. That's what matters the most, right? That poor daughter of yours has to suffer to go through your actions. Think about that. Okay? That's more important than anything else. And your mom, okay? Please get the necessary treatment that you need to get better and live a healthier life. Okay? Hope you learned something. Be safe out there. Up next, cops respond to a shocking case where a wife is accused of killing her own husband. If I have to beat him, I want to kill him. We see this car that he's on the floor. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most extreme incidents in policing history. The case initially involved misdemeanor charges for DUI with property damage, refusal to submit to testing and driving with a suspended license along with citations for careless driving and an open container. But that changed. That DUI was upgraded to a felony. That's her third DUI within 10 years. The refusal charge was reduced to a first offense. The suspended license charge remained and the case moved to felony court. As of now, this case still remains pending. Okay, so you know the drill. Hit that like button, hit that notification bell.
