The body camera is going to show everything. >> I can't wait, dude. >> I can't either, actually. So, >> all right. So, here we go. We're going to go back to the station. Like I said, this is going to go a long way. What I need from you is a peaceful car ride. Okay. >> I don't want to go to jail, though. >> Well, I'm going to do what I can, but if you keep kicking and breaking stuff, it's going to send you It's going to definitely send you to jail. >> If I don't, though, >> we don't need you breaking stuff. >> Hey, hold on. That's up to my sergeant. >> I just ask you cooperate with me. >> Is that the sergeant that I bit? >> No, you did not bite a sergeant. You bit another officer. >> What mean? I'm so sorry. >> Well, he'll be back here soon. You can apologize to him. Okay. >> Can you please >> let me help you out? >> He made 30 threats. >> Ready? >> No, I think they were made just simply trying to avoid to go to jail. You could tell the sheriff's office that they >> Here we go. >> Slowly. >> Trying to cooperate. >> All right, we're going to go through this garage. Okay. >> The suspect is charged with assault, resisting arrest, OVI. OVI with drug abuse or a combination of them. OVI and alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them. Failure to stop after an accident, and criminal damage or endangering. >> Moving on to the next case where this entitled woman turns a simple traffic stop into a complete mess. >> Beat my ass. >> We're not going to be there. >> It's August 8th, 2023. Cops are at this traffic stop on this vehicle that's committed multiple traffic violations. So, here's what happened next. >> Hey, I'm officer with old fell and hey, I stopped you cuz you uh you were driving on the wrong side of the road and you walked around the red light without a signal. Is there any reason you were driving like that? >> No, it wasn't. >> No reason. >> I didn't think you was driving. >> Okay. Hey, did you see the red light there on Green Mountain when you were first coming out from uh >> from out of my >> neighborhood? Yeah, >> it was green. >> The light there. >> Okay. Let me grab your driver's license real quick. Um and if you got your entrance car, I'll take a look at that too real fast. Okay. >> All right. Um I'm going to have you jump out for me just for a second. Okay. Talk to you about what's going on. Okay. Have you just step over here to the back so we don't get any cars in the way. Okay. After going over the paperwork here, the cop then proceeded to ask her to just get out of the car to check whether she was intoxicated. >> So, hey, Andrea. Um, just based off of the way you were driving and everything, um, how much have you had to drink tonight? >> I just had two drinks at home right there. >> Off of Ponderosa up there. You still been on Ponderosa? Okay. >> Yeah. And I probably I already know where you going with this cuz I seen you before. >> I thought I I dealt with you before. >> Yeah. And it's like it's just like it's almost like a positive y'all just trying to do something else with this situation because you can't find nothing else. >> Okay. >> But that's fine. You was at my house. You're dead. You was even at >> few months ago and then the the granddaughter or whatever the other day. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I remember. Okay. So yeah. So basically based on the driving and everything, I'm a little concerned about the the safety of yourself and the other passing vehicles. Okay. Um, so what I want to do is go ahead and do a couple of tests real quick. Make sure you're okay to continue to drive. >> I'm not trying to do no tests. >> You don't want to do any tests? Okay. Do you want to do a couple that are easy? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. >> Concerned for her safety and everyone else's. The cop goes to perform field sobriety tests. And of course, she failed spectacularly. >> Going to do the last one is going to be a uh uh the one leg stand test. Okay. Okay. So, what we're going to do 1,00 2 1 3 1 100 4 100 until you get to 30 or until I tell you to stop. Okay. >> Wait, wait, wait. That's that is out of the ordinary and that's not by law. By law, you're only allowed to ask me to do 10 of those. And then if you had a court order, it's only 15. So why are you asking me to do 30 or more? That's >> because by law by law >> you want to tell me the law. What's the law? >> I I know it. I know. >> All right. You tell me the law. What's that law? >> Okay. Well, do shoot. Shoot your shot because I thought you was better than that. Apparently, you're not. But okay. >> All right. So, whenever you're ready, if you understand the instructions just like I showed you, I'll have you begin. Okay. For 30 seconds or until I tell you to stop. >> It's not until you tell me to stop. That's a lie. Okay. I tell you what, that's not >> Let's try for 30 seconds. How's that? >> What? >> 30 seconds. I I'll flat 30 seconds. >> THAT'S NOT THAT'S NOT THE LAW. 10 seconds. It's the law. >> How about we go for 15? >> It's in the book. It's in the book. 10 seconds. >> Which book is that? >> It's all you have. >> Which book is that? >> That's the written law. That's the written law. If you abiding by the law, you'll say 10 seconds is all you have. >> So, I've done three of these this week. Okay. So, it's 30 seconds. That's the standard. >> I'm not your three. I'm not your three. I'm not no ordinary chick. I'm not that. I'm not that. >> I get you, but I'm just telling you how to test. >> You're kidding me because you're trying to abide by the law. >> Do you want to try the test? >> You try to go above. I'mma do it. >> Okay, go ahead and do it then. >> Because apparently you trying to find a reason to just >> me standing here like you didn't do anything, right? So, >> you just you got all night. You got all night. >> I got another 6 hours. >> You got all Exactly. >> So, I'll try to get you out of here quicker. Okay. But arguing ain't going to make that happen. >> No. Arguing with me is not the case. What's your supervisor name? >> Supervisor's name is Sosa. >> Sosa. >> Yes, ma'am. >> What's the first name? >> Ben. >> Ben. Sosa. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Still, the cop tries to cut her some breaks here and simplifies the test as much as possible. So, she can probably manage this. But somehow she still failed. >> I go ahead and do the test or >> I said yes. I ain't never dec. >> All right. You go and begin. And I'm doing 15 because 10 is the minimum. >> You do what you need to do. That's 30, but you can do 15 if you >> No, it's not 30. >> All right. Go ahead and try for 15. Okay, >> baby. Okay. >> All right, baby. Let's do 15. >> Three, four, five, two. >> 15. >> 15. That was a quick 15. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You want to try it again? >> Okay. >> All right. You're going to count your numbers out loud. Okay. Let's do 10,00 1,002 10003. Okay. >> No, we ain't doing all that. You didn't do that. >> That's fine. Do what you need. >> Tell me how you do it. >> Go ahead and do it. >> I'm at 20. >> Girls ain't made a 20 year old. >> And you trying to find a reason to with me? >> There's There's one more I want to try to do. Do you know THE ALPHABET? NO, I'M NOT DOING NO MORE ELSE. YOU told me that was the last one. >> So that's less physical, right? >> There's one more. That's really easy. You don't. >> No, you are on one right now tonight. For real. You doing extra for me tonight. >> Okay. So >> he said and he said he's shaking his head. Oh you. >> Yeah. So are you want to do any more test or you all? >> I'm good. I'm going home. I'm just going to go home. The patience of this officer shows remarkable strength, giving her every opportunity, even though she was clearly drunk. But when she refused that breathalyzer, boy, oo, it quickly placed her under arrest. But she put up a and she put up quite the resistance. Come over with this breathalyzer. You willing to take that? >> No. Because you said we were ended at what we did. >> Okay. >> Don't do no. >> And so here's the deal. BASED OFF OF YOUR PERFORMANCE, hang on. >> Based off your performance, >> you are lying. You're lying. >> I feel you're intoxicated. >> Okay. >> Oh, hang on. >> So, I test or not? >> No, I'm good. >> Now, turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Okay. I'm under arrest. >> Under arrest. >> Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I will. >> Just cooperate. >> And that's extra. You being extra tonight. >> Well, I apologize if >> because I didn't I didn't flunk none of your test. You want to be extra. >> Turn your so you don't get hurt. >> And guess what? Never. All right. >> I bet you I'll be on the news. >> I don't think so. >> Yeah. You think You don't think it happened on Bon, Illinois, but I >> Stop moving so I don't Stop. Hey, >> you don't know my connection. >> Stop moving so I don't hurt your wrist. >> No, I ain't going to hurt my wrist. >> Do what you going to do. >> Lock them up >> cuz you ain't black and you ain't white either. >> Well, try to get a offended with me. >> No. Don't Don't hold on to me. I'm aing woman. Don't act like him. Don't act like him. He >> a fake ass Mexican. Want to be halfway black. >> This is what happened. Moving on to the next case where this brat freaked out after getting caught shoplifting. >> THAT'S UNFAIR. >> I'M NOT SHOPLIFTING. Bades are supposed to be free. >> Welcome to January 4th, 2024. Cops get to this Walmart. Reports of this female shoplifting. And when they get there, Lost Prevention tells the cops that she had left the premises and was seen headed toward the subway. So, here's what happened next. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Hi. We have somebody matching your description that was shoplifting at the Walmart. >> They said they took off towards the subway wearing an orange jacket striped. >> Oh, yeah. I know. I mean, they said they thought I was, but I don't have a flashlight I didn't have a flashlight that I got at their store. >> Okay. >> I got one at Harbor Freight a lot earlier >> and I have I got matches in a rope cuz I'm setting up my camp again and it's dark, you know what I mean? So, the cop then does what other cops would do. He arrested her. >> For what? >> For shoplifting. >> I did not know. I just bought that. Wait. >> I didn't know. >> Hey, relax. >> You're being detained. >> For what? >> Chocolate. You did a soldier. >> I didn't. >> Relax. >> You have to make Please don't do this. >> Give me your hand. [screaming] >> NO. >> OKAY. This woman is charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest. Moving on to this next case where a girl went nuts and refused to leave the hospital. >> No, I'm not leaving. >> YES, YOU ARE. >> LET ME LEAVE. >> STOP TOUCHING HER. >> [screaming] >> ON DECEMBER 4TH, 2024, cops get to this hospital after a woman on a restricted list refused to leave the recovery room, arguing with both security and the patient inside. Wow. What's happening here? >> Not allowed here. They've they've asked you to leave. If you want, we can bring you out in handcuffs and charge you with trespassing. Leave the baby here. Or you can come outside and talk to me. We can be civil. We can work this out and then we can handle it out there. Okay. I'm not sure the reason I can't. >> I just told you. >> For what reason? >> I just told you. >> Then can I get my phone? >> I will get it before we leave. Grab the bag. Get outside now. >> Yeah, I know. I'm leaving. There's no reason why I can't be here. Yeah, I know. >> Grab the bag. Let's go. Or I'm going to grab it. >> For what reason? >> I just told you they asked you to leave. You're trespassing. Grab the bag. >> You're going to cause problems for >> There's no reason why I can't leave. >> I just told you. >> No, I don't want to leave. There's >> I don't care if you want to leave. That's not how this works. Grab the bag. Push the baby. >> Stop causing problems. >> Go. >> For what reason? I can't >> I'm grabbing it and I'll push the baby. Don't touch the stroller. >> Why can't I be here? >> From the get-go, she refused to cooperate with this cop and wouldn't leave. So, when she was given a warning, instead of calming down, she just got more agitated. >> No. Outside. >> No, I'm not leaving. >> YES, YOU ARE. >> NO. >> GO. >> NO. WHY? AARON, >> GO. >> NO. NO. WHY CAN'T I BE YOUR QUEEN? NO. I'm not leaving then. I'm not leaving. No. I want my phone. >> Do you want to leave a handcuff? No, I'm not. Why can't I be here? >> I just fooled you. >> There's no reason. He doesn't even have a reason. >> Stop acting like this. >> I'm I don't want to leave. >> You're leaving. You're not going back in there. >> No. >> Yes. >> No. There's no reason why I can't be here. >> Yes, there is. >> No, there's not. >> No, there's not. >> Stay out here. If you come in there, I swear you're going out handcuffs. >> I don't care. >> You don't care. Who's the baby going to then? >> My Don't worry about it. >> Yeah. >> Who in their right mind, emphasis on right, would cause problems in the hospital for some stupid reason. Apparently, she would. And that problem she caused would only grow bigger over time alongside her attitude. >> LET ME IN. >> I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE. NO, THERE'S >> WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO LEAVE? >> BECAUSE >> WHY DON'T YOU WANT I'M NOT LEAVING. There's no reason. >> WHY? >> WHY CAN'T I be here? >> Why do you WANT TO STAY? >> WHY? BECAUSE I CAN. >> NO, YOU CAN'T. >> NO, I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE. >> You are leaving. >> No, I don't want to. Then go say something. I can be here if I want. >> I just talked to him and he said no. He said no. He said no. They said no. >> I DON'T CARE. >> NO, I'M not leaving. >> Stop. >> I want to speak to your supervisor then. >> Okay, let's go outside and you talk to >> No, I want to stay right here. I want to stay here. >> Hey, your options right now are leave pushing your child and go home or I take in handcuffs and then mom picks up the baby. >> Can I speak to your supervisor? >> Sure. You're definitely going to be able to speak to him if you don't go outside and you STOP. >> NO, I'M OFF NOW. >> YEAH. LEXI, do you understand that if you don't leave, you will be placed under arrest for trespassing? >> Yeah, I know. I don't care. I want to stay here. There's no reason why I can't. Why can't you just ask? >> So, here's another thing. >> Hey, this is a private. If they don't want you here, you can't stay here. That's how that goes. They're asking you to leave. Let's go. >> I don't want >> I don't care what you want. You can. And you're walking outside. >> Why can't I just stay here? I'm his mom. >> I don't care what his mom says. >> Lexi, do you understand that if you get arrested, there's going to be DCF? >> I'm not trying to call DCFS. I'm trying to walk you out. Why don't you be a grownup, push your stroller, and walk out? You're not staying here. Regardless of how much you want to stay here, you're not staying here. I I'm recording you, too. >> Wow. Really? Just let entitlement drive the brain on this one. She could have walked away, avoided all of this. But no, she's stubborn and argues with the cop instead. >> Yes, you can. >> You're also walking out. >> There's no I want to know the specific reason. >> They don't want you here. They don't need a specific reason. >> Does not want you here. >> Yeah, but it's going to be fine an hour later. Tell me to come back. Doesn't matter. >> You're not allowed back. >> You're not allowed here. Your action. Your action. Period. >> What action. When he was sitting in the room and screaming at me and spitting on me. >> So did you. >> Yeah. I was mad and raised my voice. Sorry. That's a problem. >> So then you hear yourself raising your voice again. So you have to leave. >> What if he says I can come back later? >> Doesn't matter. Why? >> Cuz now that's our decision. You will not be allowed over here. You're going to trespass. >> Okay. But I can come here with his mom. >> No, you cannot. >> Yes, I can. >> No, you cannot. >> Yes, I can. >> Listen, >> I want to talk to him before I go. >> No, you can't. >> I'll leave. >> No, you're not talking to him. Call him. >> I need my phone. I want my phone. Call him. >> Give him my phone. >> He needs his phone before you can call him. >> No. I want my phone. >> Lexi, you're not saying >> I don't want to leave. >> I don't care. You're leaving. >> I can't say one thing. >> No. Why? >> Cuz I said so. Let's go. >> I don't You don't understand. What did I do? >> The time for you to say something to him is over. We're done. Go now. >> I don't want to. >> I don't care. Be a grown-up. Push your baby outside. >> I can't say one thing. >> No. Why? >> Because they don't want you here. You're disturbing other patients. Look how many people you have here. >> Yeah. >> So I can get this talk to >> I'm We're working on it. >> Oh. time. >> I want to speak to the supervisor, then I'll go. >> Listen, criminal trespass with the new law makes it a little bit tougher. She gets a ticket. I can't take her anywhere I want to. Unless it's multiple offenses. I'm working on it. Thank you, >> Lexi. Let's go. Push. Now, >> speak to supervisor first. >> He's right here. He's outside. Let's go. >> I want to speak right now. >> I'm pushing it or you're pushing it. Those are our options. Make a decision. Am I pushing the stroller or are you >> I want to speak to supervisor. And >> she's definitely not a grown-up mentally speaking.
