I'm being, you're being cocky, you're not even being polite, you're not even using manners. You're being a smart ass the whole time to me, too. So, I can only imagine how you're speaking to that officer. God dammit, I just want to go HOME AND FEED MY CAT. >> GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. I didn't do anything wrong. I did not commit a crime. I did NOT COMMIT A CRIME. It's wild how some people think speeding away from a traffic stop is somehow a smart idea. Spoiler alert, it only makes everything worse. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's cases [music] in Cops versus Dumbest Karens who thought fleeing traffic stops was worth it. Starting with this driver who caused a hit-and-run after fleeing the traffic stop. You driving this? Yes, sir. Yeah. You just hit and ran somebody else. Yeah, you did. I got you. On April 1st, 2021, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor infraction, but instead of pulling over, the driver fled, running through a stop sign, and even crashing into another vehicle before driving off again. Here's what happened next. What in the hell is wrong with these people? 10-9. You okay, dude? You all right? Yeah. You injured? No, I'm okay. Yeah, it was a brown or beige Saturn, black female driver, younger. I'm out with the other driver. He's advising so far no injuries, but there is airbag deployment. Mainly in Caroline. You got I've got rescue coming for you just to take a look at you and make sure you're okay, all right? Probably cops. He's good, I think. Thanks, 31. Central Florida plate the victim vehicle. Mitsubishi SUV. You just getting off of work? Yeah. Heading home, huh? Yeah. Didn't even stop at the stop sign. Did Who? Did somebody else get hit? Yeah, he's good, I think. Did you get hit? Okay. You want to get out or you want to chill where you're at? Up to you. I mean I just chill real quick with my mom. >> You're good, man. Take your time. X-81 Bravo 11. Okay. No injuries down here. Uh airbag deployment. I got rescue coming. Did you happen to take get a look at the driver of that vehicle at all? Yeah, but I didn't think so. All I seen was a car not stopping. X-81 Central be switching to M and P 4. Is the car registered Is this car registered to you? Is it your car? >> Yeah, it's my car. After a while, another officer located the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run and the driver fleeing from the traffic stop. You driving this? Yeah? Turn around and put your hands behind your back. Turn around and put your hands behind your back. Somebody just hit and ran her. You just hit and ran somebody else. Yeah, you did. I got Listen to me. Calm down. Let me call Teddy on the phone. 41 Central 10-12. Relax. Relax. Relax. Listen to the girl. I asked her if she was driving. She said yes, somebody hit and ran her and she uh took off. Can I get up and call my sister? Yeah. This my little cousin here. Female for search? 600 Speedway. So why you got to come and get me? They'll come. Let me see your phone. Are you okay? Are you injured? Yeah. >> [crying] >> Okay. Why did you flee the scene? I cuz I was scared. >> scared? Talk to me real quick. All right. I'm sorry for for doing that to you right now, but I have to put you in handcuffs. Listen Okay. My name is Alexis. All right. Listen to me real quick, all right? Alexis, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used as evidence against After reading her rights, the officer began questioning her about what had happened. >> to stop you real quick. Do you understand your rights? Okay. Explain to me why you ran. I was scared. >> Or why you drove away. >> out. So when I drove out, the police hit their lights. Okay. But when the police hit their lights, I kept I admit I kept going. But when I kept going, I already turned. Their lights were off. So me thinking they're trying to get around me, so I kept going. You feel me? I was scared. I know I have no license, so I got scared. I panicked. Okay. So I kept going. As I kept going, I did not hit them. Sir, as me going, they was coming out and they bashed into the side of the car. You can see I didn't hit them. I can see that. I didn't hit them at all, sir. If I hit them, my front thing their front thing would have been messed up. My whole side is messed up from the tire. You have your ID on your person? Yes. Can I grab it? Yes. Huh? I came here to And I came here because I the car was making a bad noise. You get what You should have stopped. >> You're correct. But like where do I get a bond? What? Where do I get a bond? How much? Uh I don't know what your charges are right now. You might have a uh felony charge. All right. Your mama called. >> Come on, Lena. Got a scarf on. Relax, all right? It's an accident, okay? >> Okay. You You just do what you got to That one? Okay. You want me to call the ambulance just to check you out, make sure your knees okay and everything? You sure? Yeah, she fled the traffic stop, ran a stop sign, caused an accident, and the officer was supposed to believe her. Total BS if you ask me. So, you saw the cop lights and you got nervous because you don't have a license. No, I saw the cop light I went out as the police was coming and it was my turn to stop. I was already at a stop sign, so it was my go. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Right there by um right there by you going to go to Soda City. I'm straight. The police is coming to their stop sign. I'm already at the stop sign. It's my go to go. So, I went. The police hit the light. I stopped. I kept going, but they turned their lights off. And I kept going. As I kept going, they were still behind me. They wasn't behind me, but then they flashed their lights again. I was already by the street where I got hit at. As me still going, it's no stop sign there. So, as me still No, it was I stopped and then I kept going. And then the white car was not supposed to come out as me going. So, the white car hit me. Okay. And that's when I lost control of the car and I wrapped the car back and pressed on the brakes like then I would not be here right now. I would have hit the pole. So, I got >> Did you make a complete stop at that stop sign before you kept going? Yes, sir. >> Yes, I did. I made a complete stop sign at the stop sign. It was my go to go. >> Okay. I don't see how Well, we'll figure it out. Is there a way I can tow my car out of the house? I will tow it for you. Uh we might need to tow it ourselves, so just stand by the officer. >> it to tow I pay for it? Uh I don't know how much it's going to be. That's a separate thing that they're talking about. I'm with my family. What's that? I'm sorry, guys. I got to wait for the officer to get here that was trying to stop her and then he'll explain everything that's going on. Oh, okay. All right. Say again? He's probably doing paperwork, that's why. Yeah, well, he's got to come over here. He was dealing with the other person that crashed. He hit her? Yeah, making sure that they were okay. After a while, the original officer who tried to stop her came to the scene. You on central? So, she's going to be okay? No, she's going to jail. Cuz she fled from me before she crashed into somebody and then fled from the scene. Next thing you know, she stopped talking to me and it was insane. Okay, you almost crashed into me at South and Jean. How? Um when you pulled out in front of me on Caroline, okay? So, I lit you up, you started to stop, and then you just took off. Then you blew the stop sign when you turned eastbound on Maylee and crashed into that poor guy on his way home from work and you kept on driving. I watched that last sign and thing. Yes, you did. I watched it happen. When you don't stop at stop signs, it doesn't matter if he hits you, it's your fault. And you're required by Florida law to stop and make sure they're okay. Okay? If you had have just stopped, it never would have happened. I wasn't even going to write you a ticket. Okay? Whether your license is valid or not, I don't have time for stuff like that. I would have addressed the violation and I would have sent you on your way. But you didn't stop, then you ran a stop sign and almost killed that guy. His car is totaled and so In the end, she was charged with fleeing and eluding, hit and run, and reckless driving. Moving on to the next case, where a woman fled a traffic stop because her cats were hungry. Damn it, I just want TO GO HOME AND FEED MY CAT. UH THAT FEMALE just left my traffic stop. Out of the vehicle. I didn't do anything wrong. Get out of the vehicle. I did NOT COMMIT A CRIME. I DID NOT COMMIT A CRIME. >> ON July 14th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running multiple stop signs. What happened next was anything but routine. Hi, how's it going? Let's move on to the next case where this woman showed the consequences of fleeing a traffic stop. Are you going to go to jail? Break it. All right. On December 23rd, 2022, an officer noticed a woman who had run from him 2 weeks earlier. Here's what happened next. This lady that ran from me? 1226 1226 Hello, ma'am. Go ahead and open the door. I don't think we have that. 1412 copy 28. Hey, ma'am, could you open the door? Yeah, that's her. She has the the little freckles right there. Ma'am, you go ahead and open the door. 1412 I copy. Advise that 28 is showing associated with a signal 65 priority that occurred approximately 11 days ago. Approximately 11 days ago. I copy. >> I copy. I pulled a 5,000 alert. Oh, there it goes. Hey, the sticks are on the ground. She She's putting it in reverse. Hey, you let her Oh, the sticks are going to hit it. No. She's got it. >> Cops are surrounding her and she still tries to flee. How stupid can someone get? Open the door. Please. Then roll the window down. You want to get my sticks? I can put them in the front, too. Cuz I want to talk to you. I What? Stupid. What? What's her name call it? I've been nothing but nice to you. Ma'am, can you step out? I think you got to get stick it. Did I? Yeah. I hear air leaking. And she got Yeah, she got stick. Move it again. Stop. Don't. All right. Uh-oh. Get out of the car. Ma'am, go ahead and get out of the vehicle. Can I get her removed forcibly? You want to let her finish talking? Copy that. Copy that. Let's take her to the hospital. Ah, yes. When things don't go well for you, just blast music at the problem. Then it just automatically goes away. Oh, she's lucky that these officers are quite patient and they will try harder to convince her. Just roll down the window. Just hold on a little bit. Be careful she whips that thing out. Hold on a little bit. So what we got is this lady has 65 charges from this McGovern and then you get she got fleeing and looting charges for Santana. We've already confirmed the charges. >> Um we've confirmed I went to Broadway and asked for the case number that should be on the screen. I put my sticks in the back that sticks already hit the back left rear tire. And she's been trying to get out like slowly. Okay. Um and then she just doesn't want to open the door. Whose your car? This is uh Desi Santana and then mine's over here. Let's get it a little closer. They're all on the way. All right, so just to confirm we have Fleeing and looting charges. >> Fleeing and looting charges. Shoplifting charges. >> Shoplifting charges. And the vehicle's been involved in a 23 and a priority 65 from Walmart. Okay. And she's The 23 was a no. Okay, she's not willing to come out. >> She's not willing to come out of the vehicle. Tried to talk to her, she was rolling rolled up. Can you hear me? Ma'am, can you hear me? Snoring and everything. Let me talk to her real quick. Go ahead. Listen, you can pretend that you don't hear me, but this is what's going to happen. We have charges for your arrest right now. If you do not open this door, we will break these windows and we will get you out. Do you understand me? There's probable cause for your arrest. Probable cause for your arrest. I'll explain to you if you step out. There's no need for this. Shoplifting, fleeing an elude. So, this will happen one of two ways. Each one of those ways ends up with you going to jail tonight. Do you understand me? But, I don't want to do that. I want you to come out. You can tell me what the issue is. Can you get your park lights for there? I can't hear. You need to roll your window down or something. Understand that we need you to come out of this vehicle. Don't do that. Don't do that, ma'am. Don't do that. You're running over my officers right now. Get close. I need you to step out of the vehicle. Ma'am, step out of the vehicle. All right. Despite her still trying to drive away, it'll take the officers a few more minutes of back and forth with this woman to realize that she will not cooperate with them. So, let's skip to the interesting part with her window busted and her getting pulled out of the car. Stop reaching around, ma'am. Ma'am, stop reaching. Be smart about this and come out. There's nowhere to go. You can't go forward. You can't go back. I just need you to step out. You step out, everything's going to be nice. Nobody's going to harm you. Why are we doing this? Nobody's going to do anything to you. We can resolve it peacefully. Huh? I can't hear you. Crack it a little bit. Just a little bit, so I can hear you. >> Crack your window. Their reverse lights are on. All right. Break it. All right. Go with it. >> Ma'am, go ahead and step out of the vehicle. Step out. Nobody's going to shoot you. Yeah, unlock. Hit unlock on that. Hit unlock on the door. Step out of the vehicle, ma'am. No. Step out. No. >> You're going to get pepper sprayed. Pepper spray me. Let me go. Step out, ma'am. We're good. We're good. We got enough. >> hand. Watch this hand. Watch this hand. Make sure she's not resisting. Double up. Double up. Double up. Hey, but once you're not secured, then There was no need for this. This is all because you chose to Am I going to go to jail? All right, let's roll over. I'm going to roll over that one. That was All right. All right. We're going to roll you to your right side, okay? You want your shoes? >> No, sir, cuz I can't stand up. You want to sit on your butt? Yeah. Ouch. Okay. Whatever this case is, obviously we read you your Miranda rights. Do you understand this or whatever you have? You read her all her rights? Yeah. And I want to say All right, ma'am. Um If you want to speak to us, you can. If you choose not to, you don't have to without a lawyer present. However, if you do understand the rights that we read to you, why wouldn't you get out of the car? Scoop him up. Bring him over here. Thank you. Back over here. >> This woman was charged with resisting without violence, fleeing and eluding police, and possession of MDPV. Moving on to the next case where a teen blasted through the police order and got chewed out by her dad. I mean, you you're being cocky, you're not even being polite, you're not even using manners. Like, how how do you understand what you're doing cuz you're being a smartass the whole time to me, too. So, I can only imagine how you're speaking to that officer. On October 3rd, 2025, an officer was investigating a hit-and-run crash when he heard a nearby car rapidly accelerating. Rather than slowing down, the driver floored it and tore off like a budget Formula 1 hopeful. The annoyed officer rushed back to his cruiser, but he couldn't catch up in time. So, he circled the nearby neighborhoods looking for the car until lady luck eventually stepped in. Do you guys know whose white Mustang this is? Uh tell her to come out. Yeah, can you have him step out? Hello. Hi. Do I look familiar? Kind of. Yeah, I know. Yeah. Turn around, put your hands behind your back. You're You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. What? I walked out, flagged you down, told you to stop, and you rapidly accelerated away from me. What? Yes, ma'am. It's all on body cam. Cuz you just Nope, I walked I walked out in the road and was telling you to stop. >> out on the road. Correct. I was telling you to stop. It's all on body cam. You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. Come here. Can I just call her mom? Yeah, you call her mom. Is that Is that her on her phone right there? I am a law enforcement officer, fully uniformed, telling you to stop because you're passing all those cars in a double yellow. You No, you passed multiple. It doesn't matter. I You still fled law enforcement. And then you rapidly accelerated as you went by me. You didn't stop, to do anything. Didn't even hit the brakes. No, I was going the speed limit, officer. No, you weren't. Can I talk to someone else? It was just me there. I don't know who you want to talk to. >> [laughter] >> Who do you want to talk to? Maybe your supervisor, officer? Yeah, he's on his way. You're more than welcome to, but that's fleeing and eluding law enforcement, so. Talking about entitlement, where did she learn that? School of Karens? And the officer is about to tell her what the consequences of her action is. Go and sit down for me. Do you have anything on you cuz I have a female that's going to come search you. >> No. Okay. Um Yeah. Huh? Terminal. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So, yeah, no, I literally was at at a I hear her car accelerating rapidly, so I look and she's in the middle of passing vehicles. Coming back over, I'm in the road. Hands up telling her to stop. Clearly look like a law enforcement officer. No brakes, no no lights, nothing. She just keeps going, guns it. So. Okay. That's fleeing and eluding law enforcement. So. Can we go to court for this? >> Absolutely. You're going to be going to court no matter what. And you said you have it on dash cam? >> I have it on body cam. Okay. Even better cuz I was right there. Oh, okay. So. What's your name? This is Nancy for the police department. Are we getting What's your name? I know, I agree. Fleeing law enforcement is pretty ridiculous. I absolutely agree. And I'm also I'm also towing your car and putting it on a 30-day hold, so. Just so you know. The officer then let her call her dad and then asked to talk to her dad to explain to him what had happened. I don't know. Can I talk to him? Officer Riera. Okay. Hey there, it's Officer Riera with the New Smyrna Beach Police Department. Do you have any questions? What officer who? Officer Riera with the New Smyrna Beach Police Department. >> Am I in trouble? Okay. Good, good. So, so literally I'm in the middle of the road number four, the uniform police officer telling her to stop. Not only did she not even apply the brakes, she rapidly accelerates away from from me to the point where I have to run get jump in my car which was parked several hundred feet away cuz I was investigating a hit and run crash. And now all of a sudden she's going nowhere. So then I obviously find the car and make contact with her. So I don't need to have lights and sirens on behind or anything like that. I'm a fully uniformed police officer. I was giving clear hand signals to stop. And I have a witness who was the victim of my hit and run crash who watched the entire thing. So you know, of course that meets statutory requirements for for fleeing and eluding. I I I don't mean to be a jerk about it or anything like that, but that's that's where we're at, okay? Um how far did she go from when you tried to gesture her to stop? Over a mile. So she didn't try to pull off the road down the street, nothing like that. Did she Did she Was she able to see you or Oh yeah, I am I am in a I am in a She just told me I saw him in my uniform, didn't So that's all I need like cuz and I know she saw me because I was about in the middle of the road to where she would before she would run me over. So I didn't want to get run over cuz she was already doing 65 plus. So yeah, I have everything I need for fleeing and eluding. It is what it is. So she she can take it to court. It's going to go to court no matter what, but that that's what I have. It meets statutory requirements. That That's what we're doing, okay? Now the father had learned about her crime and he has a lot to say to her. Okay. Okay, can you put her back on the phone? Yeah, you're on speaker. Okay. You're not going to get out of there tonight. Yeah. All right. So you you'll probably be in in jail for the weekend then. Yeah, okay. So because you you're not going to get get out right away. Why were you going that fast down the I I passed one car. I passed one car cuz he was going like 30 and I I him. Cuz I It's my daughter's friend. Embarrassing. So, why didn't you pull over at the time when he waved you down to stop? Why didn't you stop? Hey, let me see the Cuz it wasn't like he was I I didn't need I really didn't even know. I just saw a person in white black and then Doing this. Holding >> one hand out and it wasn't like he was in front of my car like that. He was just He like literally was from the side like completely to the side. I wasn't going 60. That's a hearsay. I was not going 60. From 30 to 60, I can't just do that when I'm in the other lane going over to the other side. There's so many cameras on this that will you over. He didn't. He didn't. He came over and found my car and pulled >> It's all on body cam, sir. I was almost in the roadway. The reason I didn't go all the way in the roadway is cuz she was going so fast I didn't want to get hit by her cuz obviously I could see that she was not slowing down. That's just a what he thinks. Okay. You're being a smart ass. I'm actually an instructor for speed measurement, so smart. >> laughing. I wouldn't be laughing. It's a felony. You committed a felony. Don't laugh at that. Yeah, I mean After letting her dad chew her out for a bit, the officers then moved her to the squad car for transportation. I mean you're being cocky. You're not even being polite. You're not even using manners. Well, this this has been her the entire time, sir. I know. That's what I don't get with her. It's just you totally ridiculous. So, you you don't understand what you just did. I do. Oh, you do? Oh, do you? Really? Like how how do you understand what you're doing cuz you're being a smart ass the whole time to me, too. So, I can only imagine how you're speaking to the officer. It's all on It's all on body cam. I've been trying to be respectful to her, but Right. I don't get it. Like So, you just totally just screwed yourself inside and out for what you just did. Big time cuz now your car's going to get towed to the impound. You got to pay to get that out, too, now. Yeah, I'm sure. Yep, there's going to be a 30-day hold on it. There's going to be a 30-day hold on it. So, so your nursing stuff is going to be screwed up now, too, because you don't have no damn manners. And you know what? It's going to take something like this to [ __ ] you up now, and now you're done because you're so god damn arrogant and cocky the whole damn time when you could Go ahead. talk to the officer normally, but you you had to be a real jerk, didn't you? >> This is I know you Damn [ __ ] He's got the body cam on. So, you just totally screwed your whole [ __ ] up. Nursing degree, everything. You just did it because you you be invincible, but guess what? You're going to spend the weekend in jail, and you'll see how invincible you are. And you know what? It might teach you a lesson now, maybe. Hey, did you hear your dad? All right, so when you get to jail, you get one phone call. >> the instructions. So, you better hurry up and figure out who you going to call, you know, to to get you out of jail. So, when you call your mom and start bitching at her and stuff, she going to make you sick. You call me, I'll make you ass sick, too, because I'm not putting up with this [ __ ] You know, you you you got an attitude. >> It's going to change. It's going to change. It's ridiculous. That's what I mean your game changer. You know, you could have been probably polite to the officer from the get-go, and you probably wouldn't be in the situation you are right now. And I bet if you asked the officer that, your cockiness is probably what put you in that position right there. I guarantee it. Oh, Mom. Yeah, she We have a problem. I'm going to let her talk to you. I'm getting arrested because I fleed an officer. Um Uh she's going to need somebody to post a bond. >> Anything else? Any other jewelry? I just got to be careful so they're probably 2,500. Okay, I'll go and get it. And tell them you. Have you ever been arrested before for anything? No. Okay. It's not funny. Be prepared. Be strip searched. What strip search? They take everything off. Yeah. And you bend over. That's all. And now that you know that, if you do have anything on you and you intrude into the branch, jail is a felony, okay? All right, I'm just Oh, yeah. I I tell everybody I arrest that. I'm going to cuff her up front since she's seems like dad's kind of talked a little bit of sense into her. Are you good with that? Are you good with that? Now, moving on to the next case where a teen in her rage punched a woman on the road. Hey, don't don't. to the hospital with concussion. Cuz you hit her so bad. On the 3rd of February, 2024, officers responded to reports of an assault at a traffic light in the city of Ocala. The witness, who recorded the incident on her phone, stated that she was stopped at the intersection when she saw the suspect get out of her vehicle and start punching the victim repeatedly. By the time officers arrived, the individuals involved had separated and the aggressor had already fled the scene. So, he came to the victim to take her statement about the case. Just just stay in the car for a minute. Yeah, but I feel my back really bad. 694, I'm 10-12 so far. Feeling rough. I felt fine, but the more I'm waiting, the more I'm starting not to feel so good. Okay. Do you need a EMS? No, I used to be one. >> Do you need a EMS right now? No, I got to get my son home. I'm going to go >> I uh make contact with the uh victim. She's uh south of on 27th, just south of 42nd Street. Uh she was uh having concussion from it. >> if he can get you. I might I might go to the hospital. I'm going to see if I can >> Back to you. If you can get me a EMS to check her out. She's uh asking for a check for concussion. I You know how it All right. okay, so let me get you let me get you EMS. We'll check you out from here. And then like, you know, you can go to the hospital. >> I have got lots of knots on my head. Okay. All right, so what what happened? Well, we were on our way coming home from Best Buy. I live out this way, so I was Okay. obviously it's going this way. Mhm. The previous light, right. The one over there. Right. Okay. I was on, you know, there's two south. I was on the outside. Outside lane. So obviously I've got to get over here. Mhm. So as soon as I clear through the light, there was a braking traffic. Yeah. So I thought, okay, I'll just get over now. Mhm. Right. Well, that is so stupid. She's young. Way behind me, like four car lengths behind me, not even close to me. Right. So I have my signal on because that's what you do. Mhm. And I don't get over right away. Right. It's not how I drive. I I have incentive with my insurance. Mhm. So I started to get over because she's way behind me. Yeah. She doesn't want me to get over. Right. I'm already at this point, I'm already half and half. Right. So I see her in my mirror out of nowhere, literally nowhere. >> Yeah. At my tail end right here, but I'm already All right. Oh, you know, halfway over. >> Yeah. So I don't stop, that would be stupid. I don't know if I can get back over or not because I'm If I behind me is going to think I'm moving over. Mhm. So I can't just jump back in my lane >> Right. cuz it was too short of a time span. Yeah. So she almost hit Okay. So this light she passes, gets in front of me, gets in the turn lane. I got in the turn lane because I want to get her Tag. >> tag, yeah. Not No other reason. Like I don't want to fight. I wanted to get her tag. Yeah. But I was going straight, so I was going to get So So she cut you off, right? She cut you off? >> She was behind you and then she got in front of you, almost hit you. >> After I got over. After you got over. She She almost caused us to have a wreck. That was all on her. I I mean, I was getting over, she was nowhere near me. Okay. I had ample time to get over. And not speeding or anything like that. Neither was she. Yeah. Until she didn't let me to get over. Okay. Then she sped. Okay. And then she went around me cuz I had successfully gotten over. Yeah. Then she went around me. And by then she's in front of me. >> Yeah. So then she get When we get up here to where the turn lane starts, she gets over into the turn lane, and that's where I follow her because I'm next to the turn lane to go through the light. >> Okay. So I get over there to get her tag. I want to get her tag and Yeah. you know, the way she's driving when >> Did you get out of the car? Did you step out of the car? She came to me >> She came to you. >> and got out of the car >> Mhm. not expecting to get beat up. >> Right. Apparently, at my age, I'm not going to swing. I could have hit her. I could have hit her back. Right. I sat there and took quite a few swings. But I didn't hit her back. Because I told him to call his father so he could get home. Oh, okay. Was he with you? Yes. That's my son. Okay. >> He's autistic. Oh, okay. I wouldn't do anything like that with him in the car anyway. Yeah. Especially with him in the car. Did he get out and try to uh >> He got out, but I didn't know he got out till the man in the white truck next to me told him to get back in the car cuz he was telling this other girl to tell the other girl to stop. Mhm. Cuz everybody knew that she Hello. beat up on me. Like I wasn't I didn't go to her. I didn't start swinging. None of that. I wasn't even calling her names. Well, that child took a few punches. Then I started swinging about but not until then. So, those people were videoing. The people took video. They called 911 cuz I didn't call. So, they took a video. And I made him get back in the car and then I got I tried to get in the car and she hit me a couple more times. Where did he Where did she hit you like in the face? Oh, head. I've got knots. You can feel them all over. Yeah. So, the young girl attacked the woman who is a retired medic with an autistic son for no apparent reason. Well, this is going to end really well for her. Let's watch the footage of the assault. Yeah. Do you mind if I see that video? Okay. So, I told her I said, you know, just give me everything you've got, your name and everything cuz they wanted me to have her name. Okay. Is a vehicle registered to you by chance? Yes. Okay. I'll get I'll get your information out of the uh out of the vehicle. Well, that's her That's her license. That's her license? Yeah. Okay. I had to zoom in because I wasn't anywhere near her car. She was way in front of me cuz she had to come way back to me. Okay. I wasn't next I was right behind her when all that happened. Okay. I was farther back cuz I had no intention of getting out of my car but Also, I have my son in the car so I don't know what to expect so let me get out but I wanted to have it happen away from him, you know? Can you find that the video if you have one? I just lost it all. So. They didn't start videoing it until >> Until Okay. And this is very end? This is her? But those were the last punches. CARTER, NO. >> [crying] >> HEY, DON'T DON'T DON'T fight that lady. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. HEY. MA'AM, get in your car. OH MY GOD. I GOT IT. OH MY GOD. DON'T FIGHT THAT LADY. NO, it's okay. Go ahead, girl. Get her, Tay. Not that young. I'm not I'm not going to hit a child. In my opinion, at 16, to me, that's a child. Honestly, I I figured she couldn't be much over 18. Do you mind if I forward it to me? No, I don't mind. Just in case I have a concussion, cuz she wailed on me freaking hard. But, you know, adrenaline, I wasn't feeling it. I I knew it was hard. I knew I was getting getting hit hard, but >> Yeah. I wasn't feeling it until I started calming down a little bit. And then, the more I sat there, the more I started getting a little light-headed. Okay. Started feeling a little woozy. And I I started hurting really bad then. That's why I said I didn't want medical at first. I said, "Yeah, I used to be a medic. If I feel bad, or whatever happens, I'll just go get looked at." Yeah. Then, it just I just I'm starting to feel really bad, so. But, as you can hear, she's like, "I got it. I got it." Because it was a fairy end. Okay. It had been going on. EMS is here. They're going to check you out. Okay. Yeah. As the EMS came to check on the victim, the officer's job now was to locate the girl and put her under arrest. Yeah. Huh? Uh no, the mini cooper. How you doing? Do you think you know why we're here? You know, right? Okay. Okay. All right. Do you want to tell us what happened or we ask you questions? No, I can tell you. All right, just give us a second and I saw Since we got here, uh I'm just going to read your rights out. Uh you have the right to remain silent. Anything you said can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them present while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can You can decide at any point to execute execute these rights and not answer any question or make any statement. Do you understand this each of these rights? Okay. Having that in mind, do you want to talk to me? Okay, so I'm over here at the light. >> Okay. And the lady is cutting in front of me. Mhm. And she has her blinker on, but she's already like right here. She's about to hit me. So, I start honking. And she keeps cutting over. So, I swerve into the other lane. And I throw a bottle at her car. Okay. Okay. And then she starts like driving crazy like getting all up on me and stuff. So, when I get to the light, I stop with my car parked and I get out. And then I walk to her and she walks to me and she's in my face. So, I push her back. And then she gets back in my face. So, I hit her. Okay. And you knew that was not right, right? Yes, sir. Okay. All right. So, that being said, pretty much you're going to have she want to press charges. Me or her? She want to She want to press charges. Yes, ma'am. Cuz she actually was taken to the hospital with concussion. Cuz you hit her so bad. And then she was 60, little tiny grandma. Yeah. All right. You want to turn around? Listening to all that, and she still smirks. What an unhinged teen this girl is. Now, she's going to spend her night in jail for her actions. You got to wander out. We were out here doing stupid [ __ ] right there. How old are you? About 20. About 20, okay. 6921. All right, so I, you know, I I thought it was going to be some minor Yeah, I thought it was going to be some minor altercation and stuff like that, you know, but I got there, she got all these bumps, uh, on her head and stuff like that, so she couldn't drive no more. She had to The ambulance had to get there to take her to hospital, stuff like that, so What What about her pet? Did she have a passenger with her? She had a autistic, uh, kid with her. And he can't drive. Yeah. Yes, sir. All right, well All right, so it's a misdemeanor charge, so I You know, thank God it wasn't a felony, cuz if she was 65, it could have been a felony felony, so uh she was safe. >> something, because, I mean, that's stupid [ __ ] That That's just ridiculous. Where she learns that, I don't know. But I understand. The girl was charged with battery against an elderly woman. Thank you for watching.
