I need your driver's license right now. You don't give it to me. >> Do that again. >> You got one second to TOUCH ME AGAIN. LET IT GO NOW. >> YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE MY POLICE REPORT and I'm going to leave and you're going to make him pay. He tried to assassinate me. He literally tried to kill me if I wasn't a smart driver. >> You did your Islamophobia. So you protected your own white people. You protected the fallen angel knowing that they have no future. >> It's wild how one simple moment can turn into a felony just because someone thinks they're above the law. Spoiler alert, they're not. >> Your hands up. Get your out of goddamn car. Get on the ground. >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for some crazy traffic stop in when dumb Karens turn simple traffic stops into felonies. Starting with this woman who turned a simple citation into jail time. I >> can't leave. I can't leave. >> You want to go to jail today? You want to go to jail today? car. You're going to get tased in about two seconds. Step out OF THE CAR. >> WAIT a minute. >> On March 21st, 20125, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Here's what happened next. >> Deputy Dayton Sheriff's Office. The reason why I'm stopping you had you at 85 mph coming into the 45. >> Excuse me? >> Yeah, you you were at 85 mph and you actually encroached into the 45 mph zone. >> My guy says 55. Even Even if the speed limit back there is 55. >> Yeah, that's what I was going on. >> No, you're going 85. >> Yeah, you're you're cruising. Do you have your license on you? >> Sure. >> This section now is 45. >> Right. Right. Cuz I'm almost home. I've done it before. >> Thank you. Everything good with your license? Noing tickets or anything like that? >> I up to that point. Everything seemed fine. She was calm, cooperative, and not causing any issues. But the moment the officer handed her the citation, that cooperation disappeared, and she became instantly agitated. >> Sorry. >> So, this is a citation for that speed. Okay. The 85 and the 45. It does not. >> So, with that, if you don't get any of the three options, you have to contact this number on the front and schedule a court hearing. Okay. It doesn't allow me to give you a fine amount. All right. All I need from you is a signature. >> What do you mean? What's your name? >> Deputy Davidson. It's right there on the bottom of the citation right there. >> You didn't hear what I asked. >> You said, "What is my name?" I said, "It's Deputy Davidson." >> I did not ask. That's >> You said that I have to go for a court hearing. I said, "What do you mean by that?" >> It means you got to contact that number and schedule an appearance in front of the judge. The speed is too great for me to issue a fine amount cuz you're over 30 mph over the speeding in the roadway. One appears to be in >> So all I need is a signature from you. It's not saying you're guilty. It's just saying you're going to contact that number and schedule court date. That's all. >> I'm not sure if I should sign anything that I'm not. >> I'm just going to tell you a refusal to sign a citation is an arrestable offense. >> So you're going to arrest me because I do not understand what you're talking about? I I don't understand what you don't know what I'm saying to you. I had your speed at >> Hold on. Let me call Let me call my >> Okay. So, this is the deal. You were doing 85 miles an hour in a 45. >> I just I just told you I am making a phone call. >> You listen. I'm not here to make phone calls. >> Okay. So, you want me to sign something that I'm not comfortable with? And then I said, "Let me let me signing cuz you said you're going to arrest me for something that I do not understand why you're going to arrest me for. >> So I need to call my family member." >> You don't have to call your family member. You're going to do, sir. No, you don't. >> No. Yeah, sir. >> I'm telling you right now. >> Legal right. I have my rights. >> Okay. You're >> my right. >> Driving is a privilege, not a right. We're going to start out with that. So again, you were doing 85 mph and a posted 45 mph speed. And I said I was not I was 55. >> We're not going to argue road sign. That's something that you go to a judge. >> Correct. >> And in this case, you don't get three options like a normal speech citation. You get the option of calling the number and scheduling a court hearing on. At that time, you can make your argument with the judge that you were not speeding. Okay? That's the time that you get to argue. You don't get to argue roadside. Okay? I'm not arguing with you, sir. >> You are arguing. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to arrest me cuz I'm not arguing with you. >> I'm not saying you're not I'm arrest I'm not saying I'm arresting you for not agreeing. I'm saying if you fail to sign a citation for a court date. >> I am picking up the citation. I will go to the court, but I'm not citing something that I do not understand. >> Do you want my supervisor to explain this to you? He's right behind. >> Do you want Do you want me to call my family member? Cuz it's right on the phone. Nothing what your family's going to say is going to change what I'm about to tell you. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. I I I would understand them better than you. >> Hey, traffic 6. You want to come over here? >> Cuz you said you're going to arrest me for calling my family member. >> I didn't say I was going to arrest you for calling your family member. I said I would arrest you for not signing saying that you're going to show up to your court date. >> You can't you cannot arrest me for that, sir. >> I'm going to let you talk to my supervisor. He's going to tell you that I can arrest you for not signing the citation. No, you cannot arrest me for that. >> It's called feder to sign a summon. >> No. >> Okay, >> I'll be right with you. >> Nothing the officer said seemed to get through to her. So, he prepared to call his supervisor to explain things again. But as he walked back to his car, she made a decision that escalated the situation far beyond a simple citation. >> You can't leave. >> You want to go to jail today? You want to go toing jail today? Yeah. >> You want it? Stop your car and put it in park right now. >> Okay. >> Get out of the car RIGHT NOW. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] CAR. >> I'M NOT. >> Don't Don't swear at me. Don't swear. Do not You're not Sir, he's not allowed to open my vehicle. >> Yes, he is allowed to tell you. Why are you driving away from a traffic stop? >> Because I'm talking to him. He walked away from me. >> I said he didn't. >> No, sir. I was talking to him. >> So, you would drive away while he's got your driver's license and your all your paperwork. >> He gave me my driver's license. to get me my paperwork. And then he told me something that I don't agree with. He said, "If you do not agree with that, I said to you, you will go to jail." I said, "No, I want to call my family member to see why I'm going to jail for. I'm a citizen in here. What am I going to jail for? You give me a citation, sir. You give me a citation, sir. I said I will comply. I gave you my license and everything. So now you tell me you're going to put me to jail." >> So was it 30 over? >> 85 to 45. >> Okay. So yeah, >> I was doing 55. >> Hey, listen. It doesn't matter if you're doing 55. It doesn't matter. You have to sign that, >> sir. >> Are you not going to sign it? Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. >> And then I will go to the judge. >> Okay. Do me a favor. >> No. No. Take your hand off of me, >> sir. I'm not putting >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. No. >> YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. STOP OUT OF THE CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. >> WAIT. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> Hold on. I just signed I just signed the paper. I'm too late. Too late. You're going to jail. Step out of the car. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED IN ABOUT TWO SECONDS. Step out OF THE CAR. >> WAIT a minute. You're going to jail. >> Wait. Wait a minute. Why y'all doing this? >> Yeah, we are. >> Okay. Wait. Wait. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Wait a minute. >> Put your hands behind your back. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. PUT your hands behind your back. >> This is not right. >> This is not right. This is not right. >> This is not right. >> Sir, this is not right. >> Okay. You were >> Sir, this is not right. You just >> Listen, you were order punch me in my face. >> Listen to me. No, nobody punched you in your face. >> So, I can [ __ ] >> Stop resisting. You're going to catch a resisting charge. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I am. >> I don't What are you reaching for? >> I'm not reaching for anything. Too late for a citation. Now she's going to go to jail for letting her entitlement take the wheel. Really hope she will learn her lesson. >> On my chest for no reason. >> Listen, nobody punched you. >> We gave you several lawful orders to exit. We're recording it, too. You were given several lawful orders to exit your vehicle. >> No, you did not. >> Yeah. Yeah. I told you to step out. >> All right, we're going to go to the black car. >> Can you not push me? >> You are under arrest. Can you not Can I put my shoes on? >> Can I put my shoes? >> I'll go get your shoes. >> Is she the arro? >> Yes. >> Traffic 6. >> Take your license. >> No. No. >> No. These are my property. >> This is my property. No. >> You can go and run under arrest for >> sir. Can I Can I have my property, sir? >> Sir. >> Hey, let go of it. You're under arrest. You can't have anything. You are under arrest, ma'am. Listen to me. Don't make it any harder. It has to be. You're under arrest. You're going to jail. That's it. >> Okay. Can I have my wallet? >> We'll get your wallet. >> We'll get all your stuff. Did you >> make sure she don't I mean, we can't search it, but >> Wait a minute. What are you doing? >> All right. >> Why you following me, sir? Why you touching my booon? >> No one's touching you. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> Okay. Don't push me like that. >> No one's pushing That was so rude. >> You're being man. >> No, you were given several orders. You didn't You didn't go. >> We're going to have We're going to seat belt you. Okay. >> Hey, put your real camera on. >> Okay. Watch. I'm going to reach over and grab your seat belt. Put your camera on. >> Did you put your camera on when you punch me though? >> Sit back for me, please. >> I am sitting back. >> Okay. I need to reach around you. >> Sir, can you stop pushing me please? >> Where's your Hold on. Sir, can you stop with your own? >> Okay. >> You want to hand it to me? >> So, you don't like black folks, huh? >> Is that >> Why does it have to be that? >> Because Because I didn't do anything. >> Maybe my wife is black. How do you not know that? >> Like, like I said, I didn't know I did not do anything. >> Okay. >> For you guys like that manhandling me like that. >> You were explaining you have to sign the option or or it's jail. And you said no. He told me that. I said, "I do understand what he's saying. I just need somebody to explain to me what he's saying." And then you called you, pushed me, >> punched me on my face, and then put me in in in here for what? What have I done wrong? >> Okay. That thing is really tight. He's breaking my arm. >> It's breaking. We'll sit down. >> No, no. The the the the the the huff. >> Okay. They're not They're not comfortable. They're not they're not designed to be comfortable. >> The woman was arrested for charges of speeding, fleeing, eluding, and resisting without violence. While in this case, it's the driver's action that turned a simple citation into a felony. The next case is destined to become a felony as soon as the officers conduct a traffic stop on the driver. >> Push your hands up. Get your out of this goddamn car. Get on a crane. >> Two tickets and you want to do this? >> Hey, how you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> Hey, uh, let me see everybody's ID. >> I haven't gotten my >> name, sir. But >> that's the only kind of ID that you have is this. >> Yes, sir. It is. It is. I have my wallet stolen. >> Officers on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with tag lights angled downward, leaving the license plate in the dark. After running the plate, the officer saw that it belonged to Johnny, a man with an active warrant. Here's what happened next. >> Boss gave me that just so I had something. >> Just so you have something? >> Yes, sir. I did order a new one. >> All right. Hang tight for me just a minute. >> Yes, sir. >> So, do you have a Bella driver's license or not? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> Out of where? >> You do have one out of Georgia? >> Yes, sir. >> Where's your Georgia driver's license at? >> In the mail, I'm waiting for >> in the mail. >> I did it online. Okay. And >> you you say you're waiting on a >> I'm waiting on a new one from Florida. Yes, sir. >> Just from Florida. Just another one from Florida. Okay. >> But it is legal in valid. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. You say you have a Georgia driver's license? >> Yes, sir. >> They didn't give you a temporary one when you went and >> um I didn't do it online >> cuz you can't you can't do it online. You can't you can't switch >> I did a change of address. >> Yeah. But you can't switch a an out of state license to an instate license online. >> I know. I didn't originally do it online. >> So, where where's the Georgia driver's license? >> I lost it. So, then I did a change of address because I also moved. >> Good lord, man. How many phones you got there? Oh, one of them. >> Oh, >> because by handing me this, you don't have a license. >> Um, I have a picture of my old one. >> What's the What's the old one? >> Yeah. I mean, it's just it's the one that's lost. Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. Show me that. Well, the owner of this vehicle, number one, has warrants wherever he's at. Also, you have illegal tag tag lights on the back of your tag. >> Who was the owner? >> Who? What do you mean who was the owner? >> Oh, you know, the bill then insurance. >> Um, I have the title. >> Okay. Where's your insurance? >> Uh, on my phone, I believe. >> How long have you had the vehicle? >> Um, not even a week. >> Not even a week. Who'd you put insurance on to? >> Um, my mom has USAA. >> USAA? >> Yeah. >> I don't think your mom put insurance on this vehicle cuz it's not it's showing the old owner. >> The driver, Sydney, couldn't provide any valid documentation. The front seat passenger, Thomas, had an active warrant, while the only one with a valid license was the backseat passenger, Nathan. Unsure what to do, Sydney called her mother. But something about that call raised the officer's suspicion, >> unfortunately. Are you talking to somebody? >> No. Yes, I was. >> Were you trying to get insurance on your vehicle? >> I was trying to ask about it. >> You ask ask him. >> Hello. Hey. >> Who's on the phone with >> um >> I mean um I pulled over. I need to know like about the insurance. >> Was there a sale date on this title? It's nothing. That's not good. Seven days. >> Seven days from the day you purchase it, you can drive on the title or bill of sale. >> That's why. >> But if it's undated, this officer just told me I didn't know that. I He says it's not okay to drive with it. If you buy the car, you have to new. I thought that too. >> Unfortunately, it doesn't carry over from the previous owner and the registration does not either. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You told him what? >> Supposedly I was supposed to be added on to um the guy that I bought the car from. I was supposed to be added on to his policy that day. >> I'm not sure. I don't know what >> it doesn't it doesn't carry over from owner to owner is the thing. >> You can't do that though. >> Not if you purchase the vehicle. >> You purchase the vehicle. It's it's your responsibility. >> I recently sold my old car. I took all that stuff off of it because it's not going to cover whoever's driving it. >> Okay. Yeah. Does that make sense? >> Yeah, it does. >> Apparently, I'm on his call. >> What interest does he have? You know, >> that should have been a short conversation. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. Well, um I got to go. I got to go. I'm going to talk to this officer. I mean, I I don't >> That call raised the officer's suspicion. The situation was already unfavorable for the driver and passengers, but cooperation could have made a difference. Instead, Sydney chose a more extreme path. If you do me a favor, go ahead and turn the car off and just take the keys out for me. Pass them over here. >> Ma'am, if you take the take the keys out the ignition, turn it off. Turn the turn the car off. I knew she was thinking about it. 1351 radio. They're running from it. >> They're running in the car. >> 1033. >> Uh we're headed towards um Jeff Chronic. >> One location. Um, just past Chronic Lane on >> Instead of cooperation, Sydney chose to drive away, leading the officers to a short chase after crashing into a sign. Then she drove away again, then crashed into one of the officers vehicles. >> 1050 radio. God damn it. Get out of the car. Please radio. >> Are you on the road? Still headed toward 53. >> Yeah. 104 radio. >> I'm clear passing next road. >> 1050 radio. headed them out. >> 1351 down. Push youring hands up. Push your hands up. Get your out of this goddamn car. Get on THE GROUND. >> PUT YOUR HANDS OUT. PUT YOUR HANDS OUT. GET ON THE GROUND. >> Get on the ground. >> Turn over. Get on the ground. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I was trying to get up. >> Hush, hush. Please cover's car. >> Shut up. >> Stand up. >> Got anything in your pockets? >> Two tickets. It's all you'd have. Two tickets. You wouldn't have went to jail, >> but now you're going to jail >> with a whole slew of charges. >> That's it. Two tickets. >> Two tickets. >> Now you're going to jail sometime. >> I'm sorry, dude. >> Bunches of fell. >> Holy hell. >> I'm sorry. >> I tried. >> I slammed on brakes and I couldn't stop. >> Two tickets. And you want to do this? >> Hold on. >> Can I please have some water though? >> I don't have any water. I have a water bottle in my car. What's >> that? Hey, do >> Yeah. We're gonna figure out something in just a minute. Okay. Okay. Pocket. >> Two tickets. >> You put their lives in danger. >> Our lives in danger. >> For what reason? Do not unbuckle the seat belt. Do not unbuckle it. >> Can I please have a bottle of water? It's in the back seat. I kind of walked away. I didn't do anything wrong. >> First of all, I want to make sure my vehicle still run tonight. >> Paul County ain't going to want to charge it. >> They uh you can run. >> Yeah, I know. I got call LT. I know. We just rate two cars. >> Awesome. I guarantee you there's a there's a bunch of men here somewhere. >> Yeah, there's going to be. Yeah, he yelled, "No." >> Yep. >> Once you put it in gear, he didn't want to go for that ride. >> Oh, no. >> He was scared. Actually, he was scared shitless. Really? >> Oh, yeah. He's terrified. >> He was terrified. >> So, I attempted the pit maneuver. It was successful. She ended up getting back out driving again. Um Tony tried right here in front of this residence. She ran through the woods. I come down the dirt road right here and she turned straight at me. I went to slam on brakes and ended up hitting her head on. My car is not bad. Mainly my bottom bumper and my my hood's good. All right, Tony's is going to be pretty much the same thing. It's going to be a headlight, the push bumper, and the bottom. >> Oh, yeah. There's the rig. We're going. In the end, they were charged with faulty tail lights, no proof of insurance, unregistered vehicle, fleeing or eluding, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, possession of drugrelated objects, and reckless driving. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came an Islamic woman who thinks she's above Americans and their laws. >> You're going to take my police report and I'm going to leave and you're going to make he tried to assassinate me. He literally tried to kill me if I wasn't a >> So you protected your own white people. Islamophobia. You did it. You did your Islamophobia. >> You did it and you protected your own white people. >> On June 22nd, 2024, officers responded to the Kain County DOT lot about a road rage case. The victim stated that a driver tried to run the victim off the road, soaked him in his car, and also took a few swings. Here's what happened next. >> I don't know. I was on my way to you. >> What happened to me? >> All right. >> Islamophobia. >> Come here. >> This is going to be No. >> This is going to be >> So, this Islamophobe white guy, I'm driving, minding my own business. >> Come over here. >> I'm driving, minding my own business. Right. This is recorded, right? >> Yep. It's recorded over here. So, if you back him up because he's white, >> come here. >> You're going to pay for it. >> I don't want you to get hit. >> So, here's the thing. I'm driving, minding my own business, >> following the speed limit. Here comes this white guy trying to outspeed me. Are you listening to me or not? >> I'm trying to tell my people that I'm out with you. So, can you give me one second? Just give me one second, ma'am. Please. >> Right. Cuz you're not going to defend Islam. >> Give me one second. >> He tried to kill me. >> 165. I'm out with her. He tried to kill me. >> He tried to kill me. Okay. So, what happened? >> He tried to kill me. I'm about to videotape this cuz he tried to kill me. >> You're not going to kill me in this neighborhood. Okay. >> You're not going to defend Islamophobia. >> All righty. Here you go. >> Islamophobia. >> Yeah, he's Islamophobia. >> Okay. So, can we talk about what happened? >> So, I'm on my way to you, by the way. >> Okay. I'm right here. I'm right here. >> I'm on my way. Not to you, to the police. >> I am the police. >> Three minutes away. >> I am the police. What's happening? Are you coming too? Or >> where this occurred is is my is my jurisdiction. So I need you to talk to me. I need you to talk to me. >> People are recording too. >> We're recording. >> Yeah. Over here too. They're recording. >> Okay, that's great. Can we talk about what happened? >> So I'm driving, >> minding my own business. >> There's this Islamophobic white guy behind me literally driving me to I don't know where almost about to hit me. >> Okay. >> So I'm slowing down because I don't know what's going on. So he speeds up. You see how scared I am? Yeah, I I see it, >> right? So, he speeds up in front of me. >> Okay. I we just want to talk about it, >> right? So, he speeds up in front of me and he starts like, you know, breaking and breaking and breaking and breaking on his way to try to kill me. So, here I am trying to avoid him. I need somebody Muslim to help me out with this. >> I don't think there's anybody around here that speaks that speaks. >> Well, you're not going to make me pay for being >> I think your English is fine. I can understand you great. >> I'm saying my English is fine. I'm saying that he's the Islamophobic and he's the one who called the police while I'm on the way >> of calling the police. So if you're over here, you're going to take my police report and I'm going to leave and you're going to make him pay. This is what's going to happen. You're not going to make me pay for what >> not even a minute in the video. You can already see the Karen inside that woman. Bring her phone out to record blaming everybody else and nothing is her fault. And it gets even worse. I am telling you, you let him go free after he tried to kill me, you're going to pay for this. >> Okay. So, we we need to start from the beginning and get everybody's story. Okay. >> Yeah. Get everybody's story. >> Yep. >> Get my get my police report right now. >> That's not That's not how this works. Police reports just don't just don't pop up. I got to type it out. Takes takes a couple days. >> Are you watching? Are you watching? >> Ma'am, can we please just talk? >> Is everybody watching? >> Can we please just talk over here? >> Can we not going to talk over here? Not going to disrespect me. >> Can we please talk calmly and try to figure out what happened? You will get your police report. I promise. >> Okay. Okay. Perez. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, where where did this start? >> Okay. You're not going to make me pay for racist Islamophobia because this is getting out of hand. >> Where did this start? >> Where did this start? On the street, one of these streets. While I'm driving just It's a beautiful day. I have no work. I'm not working. Just minding my own business. driving, >> having fun. Do you see how I look? Just driving in this errand this morning. Out of nowhere, a guy with a in a blue Toyota >> behind me rushing me to out of nowhere in this neighborhood. Okay, I'm not crying to you. Are you listening? That's your people. He's white. So, the guy is white and that's his people. And look what they're doing. They're making it look like that I am the one that they're making it look like that I AM THE PROBLEM. I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. I AM THE ONE WHO HE TRIED TO RUN ME OVER WITH HIS CAR. I AVOIDED him and avoided him successfully and I'm still scared. SO, HERE I AM DRIVING TO THE POLICE to make the police report. Next thing I know, you're behind me for what? >> Okay. Did you follow him into any any buildings or any property? >> No, I tried to avoid him cuz I don't know if he has a gun. Okay. I don't know if he has a gun. And here he is. I'm going to shoot you. You're going to shoot me. You're not going to shoot me. I'm not scared of you. I told him, "YOU'RE NOT GONNA KILL ME. I'M NOT SCARED of him." >> Okay. Did you Did you approach him at all? >> He approached me and then he run in his car and closed the door and that's when I had water and I threw the water at him. I threw the water. >> Why did you throw the water at him? But he got in his car. Why did you throw the water at him? >> No, don't tell me his car when he came over. >> I'm from New York. >> He attacked me first. >> I I'm not >> He attacked me first and I protected myself. Yes, I defended myself from him. And you're not going to make him get away with what he did. Islamophobia. >> Okay. >> So, let's go. >> Did he make any any comments about your race or religion? >> He did. He did. What did he say? >> He said Muslim terrorist. He called me. >> That's what he called you? >> Yes, he did. A Muslim terrorist. And he tried to assassinate me. He tried to assassinate me. He literally tried to kill me. If I wasn't a smart driver, I would have hit the cars in front of me if I was not a smart driver. >> A driver, yes. But smart? Nope. Definitely nope. and her dramatic story seems to be about a tailgator, an assassination plot, an Islamophobia claims, and no actual evidence. This woman is delusional. >> When he was going there, I don't know if he was going to U-turn to try to kill me again. So, here I am going there thinking it's probably a police station where this place is at. >> So, you followed him in there? >> No, no, no. He followed me in turned. >> Do you do you understand? >> You said he wasn't that I am the one. >> MA'AM, I'M A VICTIM HERE. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I'm just trying to get it figured out. So, he was in front of you. >> I still don't know how you maneuvered him out of the way. How did you maneuver him out of the way? >> So, regardless for the police report, we we need to know your name and your information. >> I am not given any name or any information. >> Is this your car? >> This is my car. I have a picture of his car. >> Okay. Can I see the picture of his car? >> Yes, you can. at >> the the black truck. >> Nope, the blue one. >> Oh, that's his car. >> That's his car. >> Oh, okay. Another another blue Prius or >> Yeah, another blue Prius. >> Okay. >> Right. >> Okay. So, and then was there did that damage get caused by the incident? >> I am not answering any questions. >> So, was when you guys pulled into that place up there? >> I'm not answering any questions. When you have your driver's license, you go through, you know, driver's ed and they teach you all this stuff. >> Yeah, I get that. >> Okay, I need to see your driver's license. >> So far so good. Just a few minor issues the officer let slide, but then he asked her for her documents and threw in a few questions to see if she was intoxicated or not. >> Where are you coming from just now? >> I was coming from my ident. >> It might be uh >> Where are you coming from? Probably. >> It's been months. >> Okay. >> Suspecting she was intoxicated, the officer asked her to step out for sobriety tests. Instead, she grew increasingly agitated, refused to cooperate, and even tried to drive off. >> Hey, Hannah. Hey, real quick. Can you put the foot uh phone down real quick? >> No. What's up? >> I'm going to run you through Why did you pull me over? >> Expired license plate. >> My license plate's not expired. >> It is. I'm just turning the car off. I'm turning the lights off. I'm I will turn the car off. Can I turn the car off and give you the keys? >> No, we're past that. >> All right. That's okay. Hey, what you want? Slide up here. Can you slide up here and unlock this? >> I'll unlock it. It's unlocked. Unlock it. >> Can I take my seat belt off? >> I will do it for you. I'm telling you. >> Take your seat belt off. Take your seat belt off. >> Okay. Can I Will you let me take my seatelt off? I will. >> It's okay. I will take it off. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. I got it. Because you're in handcuffs, I got to read you to this. Okay, >> that's fine. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. Do you understand each of the rights I read to you? >> Yes, sir. I understand. >> Okay. With these rights in mind, do you wish to wave it and speak with me? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. For right now, you're being you're uh placed under arrest for film. You're resisting and operating while intoxicated. Okay. Please tight. >> No, you're fine. Okay. I'm going to have you sit in the front passenger seat of my police car. Okay. >> Okay. >> Go ahead and have a seat. >> Okay. Are you sure you're ready? >> Look that way. >> The woman was charged with DUI and fleeing or eluding. Starting with this mother who tried to frame the father as a predator. On September 19th, 2025 in Florida, officers responded to a parking lot for a meeting with a man whose ex has been making false allegations against him during a complicated child custody dispute. She allegedly said during the 911 call that he had exposed himself to their infant child during a FaceTime call. However, she didn't realize that the man was recording the entire FaceTime call. And that footage told a really different story than the one she reported to dispatch. Here's what happened next. the timing on her being outside, not outside and stuff. He said to me, "Daddy, I didn't want to see mommy's privates like that." So, I think I need to like press that picture that she took was in front of him. >> That's disgusting. Okay. >> How are you doing today? >> I bet it is. >> Okay. What's going on? >> So, call It's been an ongoing battle. I swear to you, he says, "Let's tell you what happened today." >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, today my my ex has been saying, you know, I've stopped calling him because literally every single time I do, he uses that an opportunity to undermine my parents, calling the cops every day, CPS every day, like the second case, and everyone's like, "We don't know what's going on." And so, anyway, so this morning I call him, I see something. Hi. >> You're good. Take your time. >> I I see him like naked because the thing is that we're on to FaceTime. He wants to FaceTime my son. And I guess he's used to us calling later because we I usually sleep late but I have whatever. So I got up a little bit earlier and so we called and so I guess I caught him off guard and then he has the phone and I'm like what's going on? Where's the baby? Why is Where's a diaper? And so he drops the phone and I just see his like and then >> Okay, >> I lose I obviously hung up the phone and I call I p myself I pull myself together and I call back. >> What a professional liar. Luckily the man was smart enough to record the entire call. If not, who knows what could have happened to him. Oh, and this isn't even the end of her BS. And then he's his sister's in the background whom by the way he's in like a weird and sexual relationship with which that is why we're no longer together. So now that's why he's living there with her. >> Oh that's weird. >> And so I I should have known and honestly that's why I'm so because I did this but he kidnapped her from the pediatrician's office. I called the cops and couldn't do anything. >> I understand that. So I let it go. And then this morning when he gets back on the phone she's videotaping and I'm wearing a strapless bra. I'm holding my son and he's trying to say that I'm doing something inappropriate with my son because our power's out. So, we were he was sleeping without a shirt >> and we're on the phone with him and so now he's got his sister in the background recording trying to get me doing something and this is literally what I deal with. It's like he does something and then calls the cops and tries to say it was me for a second example. We were just at that Walmart there because I was trying to do the right thing and buy my daughter >> Mhm. >> a stroller because he doesn't have any money. He's on disability. So I meet him there and I tell him, "Look, hey, I'm going to get this covered up." He says, "Obviously, I don't want that on me. I'm never that was never that and I never will be obviously." So he, I guess, gets offended. I'm not sure why because I said I'd kick you out. I don't know. You're your sister. So he throws a bottle of form thing of formula at me and then calls the police and says that I banged my daughter's head. >> Oh, we saw that report. We're not worried about that. We're just worried about what happened today. >> So, that's what happened today. >> Okay. So, was he laying in bed with her naked? Um, while y'all on FaceTime and stuff like that, did you see anything like to show he was naked or >> I saw his >> That's all I saw. And I I freaked I lost it. I started balling hard. I literally I called his cops. That's it. >> I tried to call him back like I said to try and get >> and then then he comes out. I said, I'm trying to say, okay, maybe it was a misunderstanding, but then I see your sister in the background >> taping me on the phone and he's saying, why were you in the bed with your son without your shirt on? What were you doing with your son? >> Was he unclothed at that point? >> No, he was dressed. He was fully dressed as if nothing happened. This is what I deal with. Because it's like smoking mirrors that tries to make everybody think that I'm this monster as you've seen with the Walmart. But that is I got you. >> That is not >> After listening to her BSing for a while, the officer then made her take an oath for the camera before making the arrest. >> Me a favor real quick. Can you raise your right hand for me? Can you state your name for me? >> I'm sorry. >> Melissa. >> And your date of birth. >> And do you sir everything you told me is the truth and nothing but the truth. So help you God. >> Yes, sir. So help me God. >> Okay, perfect. All right. So, Miss Melissa, um I want to let you know we did go out there and check on the child. Okay. Is there anything that you want to go ahead and come clean about? >> Not sure. >> Okay. So, we went out there and we talked to him the whole time the video the conversation was on. The whole time the FaceTime was recorded. >> This was before he >> No, hang on. I'm talking. Okay. It was recorded the whole time and we saw from the whole time of him holding your daughter. You >> Please don't arrest me. Please don't. Come here. >> Please don't arrest me. Please. Do not do this. Let's go. >> Please. Please. No. Please. Please. Please. Please. >> Stop. Your son is in the car. >> Please don't do this to me. >> Stop. >> Enough. Enough. Turn around and face the car now. >> Turn around and face my lawyer. Turn around and face the car. >> Turn around and face the vehicle. >> I have had enough. >> Yes, ma'am. Go ahead and start char. Hey buddy, you okay? Hi. What's up? >> She's fine. Okay, I have a question for you. How are you doing today? >> Okay, just go ahead and face forward for me for a little bit. Okay, >> poor kid had to witness this. Also, as the officers searched her, they also found something. >> Stop. I had my left foot. I had nothing else to do and I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. Bam. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> The vehicle and stop >> enough. >> Oh, lovely. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> Go get a bag real quick so that doesn't fly away. >> I have no choice. I have no choice. >> Everybody has a choice. Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead and put that in. >> My fault. I'm sorry. >> Nope. >> I know I'm getting arrested. I need a lawyer. Can I please have a lawyer? >> Can I please have a lawyer? >> I need a lawyer. Lawyer, please. >> Please, can I have a lawyer? >> Go ahead and slide in there. >> Lawyer. >> That's fine. So, I'm just going to cover my bases real quick and we'll go from there. Okay. >> Before we ask you any question, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You also right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? And having these rights of mind, do you wish to talk to us? >> Yes, ma'am. >> You okay? Can you unlock the car for me, please? >> It's okay. Listen, mommy's going to come with us, okay? But we got daddy on the way, okay? It's okay. Where is going? >> She's going to take a ride with us for today. Okay. >> Do you have anything with you? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Cuz she made some bad decisions, buddy. >> What did you do? >> It's okay. I'm going to let Daddy come and talk to you. Okay. Daddy's going to come get you in just a minute. Okay. Are you hurt or anything? >> Yeah. >> What's wrong? My heart broke in the best way. Okay, guys. >> Hearing that broke my heart, too. He doesn't deserve all this drama. That's a core memory no child deserves. >> So, right now, I'll let you know what's going on. Okay. Right now, you are going to be under arrest for false reports. To a law enforcement officer, you're going to be under arrest for resisting without, and you're also going to be on arrest for the drug paraphernalia we found on you due to not having a medical marijuana card. Do you have any questions for me right now, ma'am? And do you understand everything that's going on? Okay. Thank you. So, I'm obviously going to let you know what's going on. Okay. Swear to her, Satan and stuff like that. Then we called her out on her, not being honest with us. At that point, she tried taking off from us. So, we had to go hands-on. >> She what? >> She tried running from us. >> Oh. >> So, we had to get her and stuff. He was in the car, turned around as it was happening. Obviously, we had to do what we did. So, >> that was going on. Okay. Uh, are you good taking them and everything? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have any questions for us? >> I have nothing but thanks. >> As disgusting as that might even sound. >> Do we have any stickers or anything? >> I can I can get him on the right track now. >> Okay. >> Oh, man. Buddy, >> you want a sticker, buddy? >> Okay. >> Okay. We're going to see if we have any stickers or anything for you. Okay. Give me a high five. >> Oh, I know it's it's going to be crazy, but things are going to go back to normal. So, as far for you, if you need to, you know, whatever you need to do on your end as far as the kids with the custody agreement, um, just get with your lawyer and see what the next steps are for you. >> Yeah. I don't even have a lawyer, but >> I have mediation on one day. >> Did you have a fire? We saw a firearm paper in your purse. Do you have a firearm in the car? >> No, it's the I'm buying it. >> You're buying it now from the process? >> I mean, it's it has a holding period. I can't even pick it up until Monday. >> Okay. >> Which is funny. I just knowing everything that's going on. I wasn't I don't even know how to shoot it. I was going to get lessons. Like I just I This is how I feel backed into the point where I felt like I needed to play a gun. Like what the hell is going on? This is not how I imagined. This is crazy. In the end, she was charged with false reporting, child abuse, abandonment or neglect, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, and resisting without violence. She was issued a $3,500 bond, which she later posted. In court, she pleaded no contest to all charges. She was then sentenced to 2 years of probation and was ordered to pay a total of $786 in fines and costs. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman who thinks acting entitled and playing victim go hand in hand. >> So So you have a no contact order with them? >> I'm pretty sure we do. Yeah. >> Dispatch said that it's a extreme protection order that you can't possess firearms, but I'll look further into it. >> That's a non-emergency number so I can request a supervisor to come out here now. He's not. >> Put the form down. >> Alissa, >> I'm on the phone with non-emergency. Please stop. >> No. No. No. On February 14th, 2025 in Florida, an officer responded to a local Walmart after a woman called 911, reporting that a man had pulled out a firearm at her and her young cousin. Here's what happened next. >> Hello. >> Are you Alyssa? >> Yeah. How can I help you? >> Hi. So, I was like coming into the store, right? And then I noticed like two people that I have issues with and I'm like on a little push cart. I'm going and like they're trying to have a conversation with me. I don't want to have no conversation. We got to get groceries and go home. >> Okay. >> And then she's like lagging behind me like I'm going to call these people. And like I had seen him like when he was standing there he was like this with his hand in his pocket like trying to pull something out and I'm like what the hell? Come on. And then when we got probably like by the meat, like the fruit and the meat, the bread, she was like, "He pulled the gun out." And I was like, "Why don't you just tell me that as soon as we get over here?" Like, so I just tried to grab my >> What? What part of the store did that happen? >> Right up at the front. >> At the front over here at the subway by the alarm thing right there. >> Did he say anything when he pulled the gun? >> Um, he was like >> Or did he just like go like this? >> Is that what he did? Right. As soon as as soon as he said something to me, I ignored him because I have problems with this person. So, I'm like not even allowed to talk to them. >> Is he still in the store? >> I don't think so. I was on the push card and out the >> Do you have a photo of him? >> Uh I might be able to look up like them on Facebook. >> So, it was kind of just a random thing that you guys ran into each other at. >> Exactly. cuz I called my dad immediately and I told my dad and he was like, "Uh, go your ass back in the store and call the police right now." So >> So you have a no contact order with him? >> I'm pretty sure we do. Yeah. >> So did you once date him? >> No, never. He's like almost 60 years old. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. >> So what's the no contact order for? Was it like >> domestically related? >> That happened. >> And how long ago did that happen? >> Um like last year, June, July. >> No, I mean the incident today. like not even he took my receipt the manager guy so I don't know maybe 10 minutes ago he >> did he like make a threat towards you when he pulled the gun out >> I don't know because I'm screaming at her to come on I'm screaming at her to come on cuz obviously scared at that point so I'm like can you come on >> Is this your daughter? >> No, it's my cousin. My husband's not here. You know my kids are home. I'm just here to grab some juice, get some eggs and come. >> Did you purchase those items already? >> Yeah, he has my receipt. >> Do you want me to walk you to your car? I'm not sure. I want to know like what's going to happen now. >> You have his name. >> Yeah. >> I could look in to see if there's a no contact order. Unfortunately, how I can't take a statement from a 10-year-old. >> That's fine. You can take from me, though. >> Yeah. Oh, of course. Yeah. But you didn't see the gun. >> No, I did see him. I seen him trying to pull something out. That's what I just said to you. I seen him trying to pull something out. >> And you weren't able to identify what it was. >> Oh, I can tell you exactly what it looked like. Black holster, black in where his hand was. I can tell you exactly what it looked like. We can check if there's a no contact order. >> Yeah, I know for a fact there is. I had to find it. >> All right, you have your ID. >> After running her ID, the officer finds out that not only did she have no protection orders with anyone, but also that there is a protection order on the record against her. >> Okay. So, you don't have a protection order with anyone. The protection order states that you can't possess firearms. That's what it says. >> No, I have a no contact order with him. I know I >> No, you don't. I just ran your name. >> It's not underneath that name. I've been married since then. >> Okay. But when we >> supervisor, please. >> He's not gonna come out for this. When we run this, >> what does it mean he's not gonna come out for this? >> When we run this, ma'am, this number right here, your social is linked to that. >> When you get married at the DMV, you get a new driver's license identification number. I know that for a fact. I have my old driver's license and that one, my new one. Please call your supervisor or I'll call the non-emergency number. And request >> What do you need the supervisor for? because you're not doing your job. You just told me I have a I don't have a no contact order and you said just because it's not in that. >> He's going to tell you the same thing. >> Um, somebody needs to come up here right now because he's trying to tell me I don't have a no contact order and he wasn't even going to try to ask or have any explanation. He's just trying to shrug me off. So, >> cuz I don't know what's going on. I'm requesting his supervisor who saying his supervisor is not going to come out for this. What do you mean? >> I need a reason why you need the supervisor. >> Because we have a no contact order. This person just tried to brandish a firearm on me. What do you not understand? Everybody up here. >> Let me go look at the computer. Here's your ID back. I'm going to go look cuz dispatch said that it's a extreme protection order that you can't possess firearms. But I'll look further into it. >> What's the non-emergency number so I can request a supervisor to come out here now? >> Since you're not being cooperative, I'm out of here. Have a good day. >> What? >> Take care. What? >> We're busy. I'm not going to put up with that. going to love a nononsense cop that since you're being uncooperative, I'm out of here is just perfect. But will she take a hint and stop bothering the police? Of course not. Not even 5 minutes later, she called 911 again. This time, the police won't take her BS for an answer. >> What is your emergency? >> What is my emergency? >> Uh, somebody brandished a firearm on me and my a 10-year-old child. He's here now. >> We were already here. Put the phone down. >> Are you not here? >> Put the phone down. Alissa, >> I'm on the phone with non-emergency. Please stop. >> No. No. No. You're underestimated. My kids are at home. Wait. What are you guys doing? A firearm was brandished on me. Please help. No. She told me to stay here. >> Stop. I have heart. Please. >> Wait. Let me teach the supervisor. Wait. >> Wait. >> No. Help me. I didn't do anything. >> No, please. I didn't do it. What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. >> Help. >> Wait. >> Going to get sprayed if you keep IT UP. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. I'M >> You will get sprayed if you keep it up. >> Me. I'm requesting a supervisor. >> That's obstruction, too. >> Please help me. Help me. I'm How am I obstructing? After securing the woman in handcuffs, the officers then escorted her to the squad car. >> I'm not doing anything. PLEASE, SOMEBODY HELP RECORD THIS. Please >> just walk and >> Wait, I didn't do anything though. For what? You didn't tell me. >> You didn't tell ME WHAT I WAS UNDER ARREST FOR. 911. >> I DIDN'T MISUSE 911. SOMEONE JUST BRANDISHED A FIREARM ON ME. It's on video. >> You did. >> It's on video. >> What are YOU SAYING? SOMEONE JUST BRANDISHED ARREST. >> I CAN'T BE WHEN I DIDN'T DO IT. I DIDN'T BREAK THE RULES. >> YOU ARE. >> STOP. LET ME WALK. >> Let me walk. Please. >> You're walking. >> Do you have a daughter? Please let me walk. >> What is going on? >> You're under arrest. RECORD. >> FOR WHAT? I DIDN'T DO IT. >> 911. >> I CAN'T EXPLAIN IT TO YOU AGAIN. >> I REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR AND I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT THE GIRL told me to call. >> 911 is not how you get a supervisory. >> That's That's not what I was told to get. The manager spitting. >> No, the manager told me to call 911. Dear, >> we'll have resisting charges still. >> Please, I'm not resisting. >> You did. >> I didn't, babe. I had my arms out. >> Beat me. >> What's the matter? >> Oh, you're hurting me. Please. I have a bad shoulder. I have a torn rotator cuff. Please. Please. You're hurting me. I'm serious. Please stop. You're hurting me. And you guys tried to slam me. I was not resisting. I was on the phone with I was on the phone with an operator. An operator told me a SUPERVISOR WAS ON THE WAY. >> You cannot arrest me when an operator >> No. An operator told me a supervisor was on the way. >> Which one do we have to fix? >> Face the car. >> Please help. >> Let me know. >> I didn't misuse you.
