cuz you're going to jail. >> No, I'm not. I've done anything wrong. >> I've asked you to leave multiple times. >> I'm going home. >> I don't know where this attitude is coming from. The attitude is you. [music] You're free to go. >> You got to watch out for the officer. Why would Okay, now >> what are you for a knife? >> That's my 10-legged dumb. >> I have no shoes on. I came to visit. I have no shoes on. You piece of pig face up the ass. >> It's wild how some Karens keep pushing their luck with the cops like consequences are never going to catch up to them. Spoiler alert, they do. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's doses of entitlement in cops versus [music] dumb as Karens who push their luck. Starting with this woman who calls her lawyer mom to avoid a simple warning. I always want to fire him right now. >> I was just going to give you a warning for your headlight >> CUZ I SAT HERE. I SAID I WANTED A SUPERVISOR AND YOU'RE DOING ALL THIS FOR MY ID. >> I need a nurse. >> On April 13th, 2025 in Ohio, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a broken headlight. What should have been a simple warning will soon turn into a full-blown arrest. >> Hi there, Ox Police Department. So, the reason I'm talking is you have a headlight out. I don't know if you knew that or not. No, I didn't know that. >> Oh my god, your driver's license yet. >> Where you headed? >> Right here to the gas station. I have no gas. >> You have no Oh goodness. Oh my goodness. Yeah. >> Oh, do you just have your driver's license on yet? >> I can find it. Can I Can I get out the car real quick? >> Nope. You're going to stay in the car for me. Why? Can Can I see what I'm getting pulled over for? >> Yeah, I'll I'll show you here in just a second. I just got to identify you first. Okay. What's your social? >> Can I see what I'm getting put over first for? >> Okay, but what's your social? >> Can I see what I'm getting pulled over for? >> I will let you get out of the car here in just a second and see. But this is I need to identify you. >> That's fine. Before you identify me, this is >> Are you the Are you the RO of the vehicle? >> And can I put Are you the owner of the vehicle? What's your first name? >> My lawyer's on the phone right now. And my question is, >> are I'm just asking, are you the army of the vehicle? >> My question is, can I see when I'm getting put up? You said I'm getting put up for my light, right? >> Yes. >> So, all I asking, that's all. The only question is, can I see my light? >> And I will let you see your light. You see me? >> Okay. Ma'am, >> what's your light? With the camera, you can see I put my hands up. >> I'm trying to identify you and I'm just asking you a simple question. Are you the RO of the vehicle? >> Can I see? >> Do you Okay. Do you own this vehicle? Yes or no? That is a simple question and I will let you get out of the car and look at your your your light. I just need to know if you are the RF >> cuz if you don't identify yourself, you can be arrested for obstructing official business. >> Yeah, it's No, it's instructing suspicion when you try to do an investigation on a criminal suspect. >> You have to identify yourself. >> So, we can you can also determine when I suspect myself. You said >> you have the scent of alcohol coming off of your breath as well. So, >> and you can also breathalize me, sweetheart. You can and you can check. So, my whole point is this. All I asked for the simple question mom. The only Look, my fine. >> Ah, yes. The mom lawyer. Now I know how everyone has their lawyer on speed dial. Maybe that's why she's so cocky about this. >> You're my You're my lawyer. So the only asked the question I asked was, "Can I see you?" She said, "I told you." >> She told me I got a headlight. She said, "My headlight is out." I asked, "Can I see that my headlight is out?" And she won't let me get out the car. >> I'm trying to identify you. I'm asking the you telling me that I can't get out the car to see them with your traffic. >> I'm trying to identify who you >> KNOW. YOU KNOW YOU'RE the same lady that and that did that [ __ ] before to me and I got she got dismissed right in front of my house. You're the same exact >> When did I pull you over before? I don't ever remember. >> In front of my house. This is like 6 months ago. >> 6 months ago. Yes, it was. >> Where was your house at? >> I don't have to tell you that. But you did this when you had a partner with you 6 months ago. You were the same lady 6 months ago and you denying my [ __ ] And guess what? I went to court and it got dismissed. >> I mean, I if >> I can identify you. I was just going to give you a warning for your headlight, but I mean, you're making this a lot harder than you need to. I literally JUST NEED TO IDENTIFY YOU. MAKE SURE I MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. >> My whole point was all I said was, "Can I see my light?" That's all I said. >> And I said, "Let me identify you first. Make sure >> I can't get out my own car." But >> this woman can't seem to understand that this is a traffic stop. And during a traffic stop, you can't do whatever you want. The officer was about to give her a warning and let her go on her way, but no, she has to act all entitled and argue with the officer now. Well, she's about to go to jail for that, >> and that's fine. >> You're not allowed to just get out of the vehicle, >> and that's fine. Supervisor supervisor. >> Okay. Well, then, um, you're going to be getting out of the vehicle, and you're going to be going in for obstruction. That's how we're going to play. That's That's what we're >> That's how you want to play. That's how we're going to play. >> We're not Okay, that's right. Go ahead and step on out of the vehicle. >> I'm gonna And I'm getting arrested for a shift in business. >> All right. Go ahead and turn around. >> Yes. Come on. >> You can go ahead and hang up your phone. >> I'm getting the business. >> Yep. >> Failure to identifying yourself. >> Yes. >> And if you are the owner of the vehicle, you are suspended as well. So, >> I'm getting arrested right now. I'm not married. >> Stop. >> And they're arresting me because I didn't ID. >> Everything is and everything was recorded. Make sure you record. >> Let's go. >> I'm getting arrested because I get my ID. Come on. We're not We're not doing this. >> We're not DOING THIS. CAN I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR? >> NO, YOU CAN TALK TO A SUPERVISOR. >> SO, WHY CAN I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR? >> YOU CAN TALK TO ONE AT HEADQUART. >> I can ask FOR A SUPERVISOR. >> YOU CAN TALK TO ONE when we get to our headquarters. >> I'M ASKING SUPERVISORS. I CAN'T ASK FOR ONE. >> Me ask for supplies. I can't. >> You can ask FOR ONE. >> RIGHT NOW, ME GET THE SO, THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW. I'M ASKING FOR A SUPER SURPRISE RIGHT NOW. >> I SAID YOU CAN DROP ONE AT HEADQUARTERS. We're not our policy TO HAVE ONE COME OUT HERE. >> We don't have to HAVE ONE COME OUT RIGHT NOW. ME ASKING FOR YOUR SUPERVISOR IS OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. >> You're obstructing business, not my asking for a supervisor. I'll follow >> 19. We're fighting. Can we get some more units? >> I'm not I'm not asking for a supervisor. >> You can get a supervisor. >> And you're pulling me. THAT'S FINE. BUT YOU'RE PULLING me like this. And I now want to ground because I SAID SIMPLE QUESTION AND YOU WANT to give it to her. Ain't the officers already answered her questions multiple times? I guess her selective hearing filtered out all the things she didn't want to hear. >> Let's stand up. >> Let's go. How old are you? >> I'll wait till the supervisor gets here. >> Okay. Supervisor's outside here. >> You don't have to have a supervisor come out here right now. >> You need to get up off the ground. You're getting into the back of the freezer now. A SUPERVISOR IS NOT COMING OUT here to talk to you. >> You hear now? You're graduating. Y'all doing more but y'all doing more better for me. So go ahead. Keep dragging me. >> Okay. Well, I MEAN YOU KEEP USING YOUR PHONE >> BECAUSE I S HER SAID I WANTED A SUPERVISOR. I ASKED YOU THE FIRST TIME BEFORE THIS LADY CAME OUT HERE BEFORE YOU ADDED THIS LADY HER asked for a supervisor. ALL YOU DID WAS ASK FOR MY ID. AND ALL YOU DID WAS ask for my ID. And you do ALL THIS FOR MY ID. YOU'RE DOING ALL OF THIS FOR MY ID. SO YOU YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS? >> Do you really want to be a part of this? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO >> I'M ASKING YOU A QUESTION. I'm asking you a question. >> Sir, go ahead and lift me up AND DO ALL. >> YEAH, YOU'RE GOING TO WAIT CUZ YOU KNOW THE LAW. You know the law. >> Yeah, we do know the law. >> You Yeah. So, you're going to wait. I know the law, too. So, you're going to wait. >> Once the people get here, we'll put you in the car. >> Okay. When they get there, then we can do that. >> Okay. And then talk to you. >> Okay. And that's all I wanted from the jump. And you you did extra headquarters. >> You didn't do nothing. YOU WASN'T HERE WHEN SHE DID ALL THAT. SWEETHEART, >> we're just going to put >> No, you're not. >> We are. >> So now you drag my feet. >> You got it. >> Oh, y'all making it so much better for me for my hair. >> This make it so much better. >> Finally, she's placed inside the squad car. After this, the officers searched for her ID to identify her before driving to the station. Trying to find an ID cuz she won't tell us who she is. There she is. >> She is justina. However you say that. >> Yeah, that's her. She's our RO. She's also suspended. So, she'll be >> Did she resist? >> She's just dead waiting. Dead waiting. >> Okay. She just She wasn't fighting. She >> wasn't fighting. She just >> We had her handcuffed. She just >> I just We could have made her. Okay. >> So, say I do fail to comply and then DUI. >> All right. We'll meet you up there. >> I will be in route to headquarters with one female. >> I don't get nothing. >> Like one day. >> Okay. That's fine. You know, every kid because look, every time I try to make dismissed, >> that's fine. I'm just I'll gladly go to court >> cuz you know you're wrong. >> I just want to say sorry. We go to court. >> Well, oh, I'm not sorry for any of it. I gave you plenty of chances to identify yourself. You're making it harder for yourself. >> Okay, that's fine. >> That's fine. If you want to spend the weekend in jail, how about it? >> It's Sunday now. I can spend one day and a couple hours in jail. >> All right, that's fine. >> I'll be out tomorrow. >> Okay. Yeah, we're not going to play that game. >> And I love it. >> But then again, >> I really don't care if he's an officer. >> Perfect. We're on the same page. Even at the station, she continued to be as loud and belligerent as she possibly could. >> Okay. >> I'm driving under suspension. Okay. >> Okay. You're fine. >> I know I'm fine. >> Do Do you know why you're suspended? >> Yes, I know exactly why I'm suspended. >> Okay. >> And I'm not answering anything else. >> Okay. You're fine. You don't have to. >> Yeah. It take 1 2 3 4. >> No. >> To carry me. >> No. Nobody's carrying you, honey. >> I know. I'm just walking. >> But you wasn't here when they carried you. >> I know. I I'm just trying to make sure you're okay. Thank you. >> And that's all for suspension. I wish I could do this. I [ __ ] drug dealers, people that pedophiles, people that killed people. But y'all me driving down. You didn't remove my right when I got arrested. I don't care now. Too late. You didn't think you read it to me when I got arrested. >> You didn't have to. So when I got arrested, you didn't have to remove my rights. >> I got to [ __ ] I don't want to talk to her. I don't like her talking to her. When I got arrested, I can get my rights and my rights. Read it to me. Don't read it to me now. >> I know my rights. after you ri my right once I got to the place. Thank you. We're driving over it. She want you let her read. Why you look at the twins? Are you what you want to do? >> No, I'm not doing [ __ ] >> I'm denying that >> and make sure to take down 145%. >> All I did was sit on the ground, but check out cameras and stuff >> and make sure my work. Everything go out here and they got dismissed cuz I know my work. >> I know this is a work. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Look into this camera for me. >> Okay. >> [music] >> After a while, a sergeant came to speak to her just as she wanted. >> If y'all look at my record of everything that got dismissed out of here, cuz I know my rights, y'all can't y'all can find me and put and take my car for suspended license. Well, all this extra [ __ ] is extra. >> Good morning. >> Good morning. >> How can I help you now? >> I'm just confused on I understand I'm driving your suspension. Y'all can tow my car. >> Sure. >> And I understand that. >> Okay. >> I know my rights. I know I'm a guy. >> I understand nothing. Y'all can tow my car. Driving me a suspension. >> Okay. >> All this is extra. >> How did we get to this point? >> Because of her. >> Okay. What happened? >> Because I've been through this about four times since I've moved out here to Hamilton. And every time I move out and every time I've been through a case, it got dismissed. >> Okay. >> And one of the time is in front of my house to be exact. >> Okay. >> And I'm not being fun of myself with you. And I'm not trying to say it with her either. >> True. >> But ever since I started bartending out here, it's been a racist thing. >> Oh, okay. >> And I'm not saying it was with you or nobody else. >> Yeah. Yeah. Where you at? >> I'm not bartending no more. Honestly, because of the situation and keep getting in trouble with [ __ ] >> Sure. >> To be quite honest, when I lived in Columbus, I never went through this [ __ ] until I moved here to Hamilton. Look at my record. >> The only thing you would see is driving under suspension. >> Okay. And I would take that all the way. Y'all can find me for driving in the suspension. >> Y'all can take my car. I understand. I paid the $400 to get my car out. I get it. >> All this is extra. She want to be extra. I let her to be extra. I get it. She want to prove a point. Better prove a point cuz she's a police officer. >> Okay. >> I get it. >> That's fault. >> And that's all it was. >> Is there anything else I can do for you? >> Honestly, I'm just trying to figure out all this is because I'm driving the suspension. I doubt that that's all it is. >> And and that was my whole point too. I know my rights and if you look I broke it up and it had a few problems out there and everything got dismissed cuz I know my rights. >> So at the end of the day all it is you could have told my car and left me hanging gave me my ticket. I understand I am driving a suspension cuz I don't have my privileges until July. >> Okay. >> I know that I'm in school right now for nursing. >> What happened that we ended up getting arrested? Because before I went to go home, I went to the pulled into the gas station and she pulled me over because she said my highlight she said my headlight is missing. >> Okay. >> And so all I asked her was I said my headlight's missing. That's weird. Can I can I see it? >> No, I don't want to see. No, you can't see it. I said why can't I see it? You saying this is not being pulled over for and you wanted me to get out my car and all this stuff >> just because my headlight's missing >> because last time I checked but I just said where I was at. Everything was working fine. >> So if my headlight's missing, can I see that it's missing? >> She wouldn't let me see it at all. This girl uh brunette, >> she didn't know nothing else was going on with the flow. >> Sure. >> Blondie, she just was aggressive the whole point. And I told her, I said, "All I just want to see for just the headlight. If I'm getting pulled over for that, that's fine. Can I just see it?" >> Right. >> That was the whole problem. The whole issue. >> Okay. >> And that was it. >> Okay. Well, all right, dear. >> All I know is, can I see my headlight? >> Okay. Well, we'll get your paper right taken care of. >> THAT WAS IT. WHAT'S YOUR WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> It's Lieutenant Parker. >> And you're behind all of this, Lieutenant What? >> I'm in charge of the ship. Yes. >> So, you don't have to give a about nothing else that you're not going to check my headlight, nothing. All this is because my headlight was missing. Correct. >> I don't need to check your headlight. >> Right. This is we call because of what she said. Correct. She said my headlight was missing. Correct. >> I don't know. I didn't see it. I wasn't there. >> So all this is because my headlight is missing. I AIN'T A DRUG DEALER. COULD HAVE MADE A CRIME. This is all because like she said my headlight was missing. I know. >> It sounds like you refused to ID yourself. Is that true? >> I'm asking the question. Do I What am I for? because they had a traffic stop for a traffic infraction. And they've got to write you a citation. They've got to know who it is that they're dealing with, whether or not you're a valid driver. If you had proven who you were, it could have just been a just driving under suspension ticket. >> But obviously, that's not how it went cuz you didn't tell them who you were, right? >> And that's what you're saying. I'm just listening. I'm just listening cuz I know my rights too. And if you look my hook up, this is like my fifth time being here. Okay. >> So that's what you're saying. That's what the rights is. Correct. Everything you sign right now is being recorded, correct? >> Absolutely. Yes, ma'am. Okay. That's all I needed. >> Okay. Well, you have a good morning. >> You have room, too. The copies of all the >> And I'm trying. I just want to make sure that you trust the court every single time. Please. I'm begging you to. And I'm begging you to every single court. I'm begging y'all to show up. >> You will be there. >> I am. Please shut the up. >> That's fine. I don't want y'all to please don't just show the first line. Show every time [ __ ] show the first line that they show up for. Please show up cuz I know my [ __ ] too. You can't act so you don't know. So tell you right now, please show up for everything cuz you want to involve yourself in it. You're going to be in >> and yes, that's why. >> After the arrest, she was charged with obstruction, OVI, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and another OVI for alcohol content over the legal limit 08 to 17. When prosecutors formally filed the case, two additional charges were added, which were driving under suspension and driving without headlights. In court, she's found guilty of her first OVI. The remaining charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 suspended, followed by 2 years of community control. Her driver's license was suspended for 2 years. She's ordered to attend a 3-day AIP class and to pay $941 in fines and court costs. Following her sentencing, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest in March 2026 after she failed to appear for a court hearing related to fines and costs. Moving on to the next case where a drunk woman turned a simple trespass warning into an arrest. >> She's going to jail. >> No, I'm not. I've done everything wrong. >> I've asked you to leave multiple times. >> I'm going home. >> On September 19th, 2024 in Florida, officers responded to a bar on a report of a woman causing a disturbance. Here's what happened next. >> You do this for what? Like, what's his motive? >> Can we ask him? >> I don't know why you keep She's already We're not doing this right now. Okay. We're not doing this. Step over there. >> Nobody put your hands on you. Are you nuts? Barely grabbed my wrist. >> Okay, go sit over there. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> I will. That is weird. >> Where do you live? >> Down the street. >> Down the street. >> Yes. >> Is your puppy? >> Yes. >> Or he? >> Yes. He just turned one. >> Oh, he's so handsome. >> I know. >> What's his name? >> Saint. He's wild. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It's a baby. >> That's nuts. Come on, baby. Come on. >> Oh. Oh. Let's have a seat. I don't want you to fall. >> I'm about to fall. >> Yep. I don't want you to fall. Careful. >> See, Pierce, let's go. >> Oh, it's St. Peter. Yeah. >> Oh, that's so cute. >> I know, right? >> I know the baby. >> What kind of dog is he? So, he's a Bernie Mountain dog and a poodle. And he's only one. >> Yeah. [laughter] Yeah. >> I don't know much about dogs, but is it okay to hold the good boy with a short leash? He looks like he really wanted to get away from this woman. Oh, well, let's discuss the reason why the police are there in the first place. >> He's going to trespass you, so you can't be back here. Okay. He's just doing the paperwork for it right now. >> Gotcha. >> But that's it. >> Gotcha. You're trespassing me. [laughter] >> Fantastic. Are you kidding? >> No. >> That's really happening. >> Yes. The way that works is if you do come back, you can't come back. If you come back, you can get arrested for trespassing cuz it's already on paper. It's on file that you can't be back here. >> Gotcha. on your grounds. Have a >> He asked you to leave multiple times. You wouldn't leave. >> So, I'll call my lawyer then. >> Yeah, you can do whatever you please. >> I mean, I wouldn't call him right now. It's on Tuesday at midnight. >> I can call whenever. >> Okay, you call whenever. >> You just serve me with a whatever. >> It's a trespass warning. It's not like you're getting arrested tonight or anything like that. >> I know I'm not getting arrested, but >> I got the footage. It's all good. >> It's fine. We'll just >> Oh, I said go sit down. >> I'm being nice to you. We're not and we're not doing all of this. Okay. >> No, I'll sit down. >> Thank you. >> I'm very like >> I appreciate it. Thank you. >> This doesn't have to be. You call your lawyer whenever you please. >> Weird. >> You're officially trespassed and please not come back to this location. >> I just need your signature here. >> Did you sign it already? Yeah. >> If you come back to this location, I'll have to take you to jail. All right. >> Yes. >> You want you want a copy? >> Is it me or is her laughing kind of creepy? Putting that aside, it's just a trespass warning. She can sign it or not. It's up to her. The only thing she must do is leave. >> I'm going to call my lawyer first. >> You call him whatever you want. >> Are you leaving? >> I'm going to call him first. >> Okay. You going to sign the paper? If you're not If you're not going to leave on your jet, >> you're you're trespassed. >> You're no longer allowed on the property. >> Then I'll leave. >> All right. I need you to sign this. I'll give you a copy and I need you to leave the property. You're outside. >> But I have to talk to my lawyer before I sign something. >> You can talk to You don't need to sign it. >> Come back here. >> But if you come back, I have to take you to jail. give a I will talk to my lawyer. >> You go talk to your lawyer. Here's your license back. >> All right. I need to leave the property. >> I'm done giving you warnings. If I have to warn you again, I'm going to take you to jail. >> I appreciate that. >> No problem. >> Thank you for your last warning. >> Mhm. Here's your purse. Don't forget your purse. >> That's so nice of you. Appreciate it. >> Yep. Thank you. >> Just remember, if you come back here, I have no choice. I got to take you to jail. >> All of my staff will know that Pablo, Kristen, Bridget, everyone will know that you are permanently dead. So, if you are in the building, I will hide the public. I'm not just being honest. >> Can I say something yourself? You >> Yes, ma'am. idiot. >> You have yourself a good rest of your night, man. >> You too. >> Yes, sir. Thank you, guys. >> She left. Case over, right? No. As soon as officers turned their backs, she returned right to the bar, completely ignoring their trespass warning. >> You got somebody to take your dog home? >> You got somebody to take your dog home? >> Sorry. >> You got somebody to take your dog home? >> Why? >> She's going to jail. >> No, I'm not. I've done anything wrong. We asked you to leave multiple times. You do not. I'm going home. We asked you to leave. When we ask you to leave, you leave. >> Do you have someone to take that dog home? >> I'm going home. You're definitely not. Yeah. Are you This is insane. Not. There's >> no way. >> Hi, baby. I'm sorry. >> I've asked you leave multiple times. >> I'm going home. >> You walk back towards the bartender. >> I'm going home. currently under the influence. >> Of course I am, but I'm not driving or doing anything wrong. I'm not doing anything wrong. This is so wrong. >> Where's your Where's your apartment? Mark, can we put your dog >> here? This is not right. Are you nuts? I want my dog with me. >> He's not going to jail with you. >> Wait, what's happening? I don't >> You're going to jail >> for what? disorder. >> This is insane. >> You would have left when we asked you to leave instead of saying, you know, you can walk wherever you want. >> You had that chance. Um, I'll hold the dog if you want to search. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> You had that chance. We gave you that chance multiple times. >> Sorry, baby. >> Stand still. Okay. >> Have a seat. My dog. >> Yeah, we'll make sure. >> No. Is he going with me? >> He can't go to jail with you now. >> Well, where's he going? >> We'll make sure he gets home. >> Where's he going? >> We'll make sure he gets home. >> But where home? >> You're home. >> I know, but like I'm not going there. No, you're not. >> I've never been arrested. This is insane. >> Okay, sit back. >> All right, I'm trying. I I'm really arrested. This is insane. I have like handcuffs on me. Okay. Can you have my um flag? >> I'm like now I'm getting like really like >> After securing the woman, the officers then try to find someone to take care of the dog. >> Let me see if she has a house key here. >> Yeah. Hi, baby. >> Come here, puppy. Come here. Hi, honey. Oh, it's okay. It's okay. You're okay. Oh, you want to chew, huh? >> Does this key to your house so she can put your dog up? >> What apartment number? >> What? >> What apartment number? This building right here. No, it's in um Am I really in like cuffs? >> Yes. >> Can you sit? Do you know how to sit? Good boy. [laughter] >> What's the building number? >> That's not right. >> Where's your new address? >> It's right here. >> Do you know the number? >> Yes, it's right here. >> Can you tell me the number so she can secure your dog or else we have to take him to the kennel? >> Sit. Nothing. Okay, that's fine. Good boy. >> Like what's happened? Like why am I like >> Because he trespassed you and you refused to leave. >> Trespass me? That guy? Are you kidding? >> We just trespassed you. >> Call the owner. I'm friends with the owner. That's insane. >> Right now, we got to figure out what to do with your dog. >> If If you don't want to tell me your address, we got to send them to >> No, I'm saying it's 161. This is insane. >> Is it this white building here? >> No. No, it's one I'm dying right now that I've never been in handcuffs before. No, it's the building right there. And then what's your apartment number? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> This is the key to get in. >> Yes. And then um >> Yeah. >> Let me get all the paperwork done and then I'll explain everything to you. All right. >> She lives here, right? >> Oh, I think she say >> this place over there. >> Yeah. >> As the woman continues to cry in the back of the squad car, the officer walked the dog to her home. What a [laughter] Here you go. Come on. >> What a what a dick. [laughter] Oh, you have to put too You get on the poops. >> I'm so sad. And despite his efforts to understand, none of what she said made any sense. >> Where's your mom at right now? Is she home? >> I'm 39 years old this year. Okay. >> You don't need to talk to her. Yet, here she was standing outside their residence. At that point, it's obvious the situation had escalated beyond a simple disturbance. >> Well, you can't even have contact with your mom. >> Yes, I can. >> No, there's an open case saying that you can't. >> 72hour, there's a bond condition saying you cannot have contact with your mom. >> That's not true. >> That is true. >> And then afterwards, I just looked at it place. [screaming] During transport, Britney made several disturbing statements, claiming she wished the officer would choke and that his house should burn down. She screamed non-stop inside that squad car throughout the ride, showing no sign of calming down and once taken to the hospital for medical clearance. She immediately resumed screaming, causing a scene so loud that a young girl in the next room began crying and told the staff she was scared. Hospital personnel were eventually forced to sedate Britney to calm her. Once cleared, she was transported to jail where she was charged with five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, obstructing or resisting an officer, and battery or threat to a law enforcement officer. Moving on to the next case where a woman did everything she could to escalate a warning into a full-blown arrest. Everything all right today? >> Everything all right today? >> Good day. How are you? >> Good. >> All right. Reason I'm stopping you is the uh careless driving swerving into parking spots, aggressively riding up onto me, accelerating. >> I'm harassing you. >> Yeah. And then you went back. >> Okay. Why' you stop for me to go forward? >> I didn't feel like >> Okay. >> Okay. I need your license, insurance, and registration. Nope. I need your license. Registration insurance. >> I don't know where to register. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> This is a temporary insurance. That's my dad's car. I mean, I'm trying my best to get >> Okay. I I mean, I've been my whole life. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. You want to see the crew? You want to see my lawyer? My paperwork. You want to see it all? >> No. I really don't care. >> Okay. Then you don't need my license. >> I do. >> State laws require that you have to hand me over your license when I ask a motor vehicle stop. So, if you want to call your lawyer and ask about that, that's fine. >> I got to find it first, sir. >> Ain't nobody said anything about calling nobody. So, don't put words in my mouth. Thank you. >> You know, >> do you have a registration for this vehicle? >> Yeah. >> You're handing me the insurance card. >> Well, I don't know where it is. >> Okay. >> That's the problem. >> All right. >> It's not my car, right? All right. >> I don't It's not my car. >> Okay. So, how am I going to look for something that I don't even know where it is? >> Good idea. I don't know. >> Exactly. >> All right. >> So, should I call him? >> Go ahead. >> Moving aside her rude attitude, she gives the officer all the required documents except the car's registration. So, the traffic stop will go smoothly, right? No. She's about to throw a hissy fit that will not end well for her. >> Okay, stay in the car. Stay in the car cuz I'm telling you to. >> Stay in the car. >> Yes. >> Check in the area of the high school for a juvenile. >> Stay in the vehicle. >> NO. I WANT TO CALL MY FATHER. Careless driving me behind me here. >> Okay. >> Garens always seem to do the exact opposite of what officers ask. Tell them to stay in the car, they jump out. Tell them to step out and suddenly it turns into a screaming standoff with the cops dragging them out. Truly fascinating if you ask me. Oh well, that won't be the last stupid thing she does. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> I'm out. >> Get in your car. >> Exploring area south and trans. >> You want me to get her? He just took off on us. >> Yeah. >> I'll be back. >> Did you guys grab that for me? Thank you. >> Yeah. It wasn't my car. I couldn't find the registration. >> So, you run? >> Well, I didn't know what else to do. You sit there and you wait and you talk to us like a human. >> Well, I didn't know cuz it's not my car. >> It's not your first time being pulled over, though. >> But it's not my car. >> What difference does it make a motor vehicle? It doesn't matter. >> I didn't know that. >> Don't you open the door? >> Cuz I don't usually drive other people's cars. So, no, I don't know that. >> What are you going to do? Take me back to the hospital or jail? I'd rather go to jail. >> Figure that out. >> Cuz I already set my appointment up with behavior help >> for what? IOP program. I just got out of the hospital. So, and I just got out. >> Yeah, I just got out. I got a nice bruise on my arm from brick. Are you going to do that to me again? Stop. >> All right. >> Because I don't want people to harass me anymore. And I feel the cops are >> because they've been doing this my whole life. >> It's not my driving. >> So, what people have 22 drivers? >> You don't need that. That's a >> That's a problem with my driving. >> Yeah. >> And what are you What would you be if you were a genie in a bottle? >> What is a genie in a bottle? >> Yeah, you tell me. RELAX. >> LISTEN. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT HURTING MY WRIST. YOU ALREADY HURT MY ARM. OKAY. You see that nice bruise right there? >> Double locked. >> YOU COULD DOUBLE LOCK ANYTHING. JUST DON'T HURT MY WRIST. >> Don't lock me. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. >> GOD, THAT'S WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY. >> Nobody's trying to hurt you. >> I I didn't say you were. >> Well, you're yelling at me, >> but you're putting the hands nice and tight. >> Listen, I want to make sure you're comfortable. I'm not trying to make this worse. idea. All right, let's go then. Come on. So I can see the doctor and see this and see that and see who in here. Come on, let's go. >> No, I can't. I need my medicine. >> What is going on? >> I need my epilepsy medication. >> Is it in your bag or is it in your car? >> It's at my house. I GOT TO GO AND GET IT. AND THAT'S WHERE I WAS GOING. AND THAT'S WHY I'M DRIVING THAT way because I need to get my medication. AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT HELPING RIGHT NOW. >> DEEP BREATH. NOBODY'S YELLING WITH YOU. >> I'm not trying to yell. I can't help it. >> Take a breath. We'll get you what you need. >> Can Can you get my phone? >> Yeah. >> No. Like, I need to call my mom. >> Everything's coming with you. >> All right. We'll see what we're going to do. >> In the end, she was charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where the police has to deal with the most unhinged Karen they've ever seen. >> Oh my god. >> GET IN THE VEHICLE. I can't wait to get in my head. >> Can you get my keys? >> On August 2nd, 2025, officers responded to a car crash after a vehicle was struck headon by a driver going the wrong way. Officers quickly located the driver nearby, but what started as a routine accident investigation quickly spiraled into chaos. >> 101%. Look at my car. >> So, you're the driver of the black uh export. This was a ebike that hit my car. >> We're not looking at that. >> We're not looking at that. >> There's another car that >> We're not looking at that either. >> I know, but I'm just saying. >> Okay. Well, I don't care about any of that. >> Well, I'm grateful. >> All I care about is the is is the part where his paint is on your vehicle. >> Dude, I'm a teacher here. 27 years. >> Okay. She was taken to jail and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and resisting or obstructing without violence. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled woman realized she's not above the law. >> My angles are not that good. >> Why you backing away? Okay. So, don't go back to your car. Come here. >> No, don't go back to your car. Don't go back to your car. What are you doing? >> Stop. Stop. >> On January 1st, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on an impaired driver. I thought it was a four-way. >> No, >> I'm sorry. >> No, the the traffic running east and west has a flashing yellow light, which means they go and you have to wait till they go. >> Hey, Elizabeth, could you step out here with me? >> Yeah. >> Is your car parked? >> It is. Okay. >> Hey. So, uh, how much have you had to drink tonight? >> I had a couple glasses of wine earlier, but I'm I'm I live on >> Okay. >> And that's where I'm headed now. >> Okay. Where were you coming from? >> Um, Padunka area. >> Okay. How long ago did you drink the wine? >> Uh, several hours ago. >> It's been a while. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Um, so you're I can smell it on you and with that driving I'm kind of kind of worried so I need to do a few tests. That's okay with you and make sure that you're not intoxicated. >> Sure. >> Okay. All right. Um, I'll have you step right back here with me. >> So far so good. She's quite cooperative with the officer even though she sounds kind of drunk. The officers then asked her to do some tests. >> I'll be honest with you, my and my angles are not that good. What? Why you backing away? >> Just whenever >> you come over here. I can't even hear you. So, what were you saying? >> Just my ankles are not that good in terms of stepping, but I'm good. >> I mean, >> okay, let me check your eyes real quick. How about that? You have any issues with your eyes? No. Okay, just stand right there for me. Okay, face me. >> Just stand right there. Yeah. >> Can you stand still? Yep. >> Okay. Can you put your hands down at your side out of your pockets? >> Okay. Can you see the tip of this pin right here? No. >> Okay. I'm going to move it side to side. Okay. I want you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. Okay. Just move your eyes to follow it. You understand? And you can see it. Okay. You can see it. Okay. I'm asking you a question. Can you see it? Okay. >> My eyes are not great. >> Okay. Can you see this the the tip of the pin here? Let me try one that's maybe a little shinier. Easier to see. Can you see that right there where my finger is? >> The other one might honestly be there. >> All right, we'll use that one. Either way works for me. Okay, you can see that right there where my finger is. Okay, whenever I move this, follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay, don't move your head. All right. What's the What's up with your ankles? You said they're >> They're just there. I don't have a a great amount of ankle mobility. >> Okay. All right. Are you okay standing on one foot? >> Um I mean, yeah. 10. >> Step right over here with me, Elizabeth. So, this next test is called the walk and turn. >> I'm really not good >> at what? >> At the the >> the heel to toe. Have Do you have a DUI before? >> I've No, I mean I've just been stopped and and I'm I'm good. It's just that I cannot >> Okay. >> I mean, I I can't >> My ankles aren't great. My eyes aren't great. Yada yada. What definitely isn't great is her pretending to be sober. >> I do whatever else you but I I mean I can't do I can't turn. >> Okay. >> For whatever reason I it's not. >> So the turn is what you have issues with. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. Well, let's give it a shot. >> All right. So, come stand right here by me. Hold on. Let me let me explain it to you. All right. What I want you to do first is stand with your your right foot in front of your left foot. Just stay right there. Put your right foot in front of your left foot like this. Heel to toe like I am. >> Okay. Then when I tell you to begin, I'll ask you to take nine steps in a straight line. Heel to toe steps like this. >> One, two, >> three. Just stay right there. It's okay. Just stay right there for now. All the way down to nine. Okay. Once you get to nine, I want you to just to turn around. All you got to do is take a series of small steps like that. You don't have to do like an about face or anything. Just a couple small steps and then nine steps back heel to toe. You understand? >> And I'm I'm not, you know, >> trying to get you in any way, you know. It's just I I that's not necessarily something I can do. Okay. Were you want to try it or you're you're kind of acting like you're taking off with it? But >> but I'm I've just never been able to do I've just never been able to do. >> Do you have any alcohol in your car? >> No. >> Okay. How long ago did you say you drank? >> Few hours ago. >> All right. And what did what all did you drink? Just a couple glasses of wine. >> Okay. >> And you're welcome to search my car. I mean, I I don't have anything to hide from you. Okay. >> You know, I live on West Coast and I'm good, you know. >> All right. >> But I just apparently did not understand, you know, >> the light. Okay. Yeah. >> Well, would you be willing to do a breath test? >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. >> Well, I mean, I'm Yeah. I mean, I would probably want to talk to my attorney. >> Okay. you know, call him real quick. But, I mean, I'm good. It's just that >> Well, you've given me several signs that you're not good is why I'm asking. That's I mean, your your driving habits, your the clues that you've demonstrated during the the test that you have done kind of lead me to believe that you might have had maybe a little bit more than a couple glasses of wine and that you're probably still intoxicated. Well, based on everything so far, I'd say the officer was right. She had much more than a couple of drinks. Or maybe for her, a couple of drinks is two bottles of vodka. Either way, her fate has already been sealed and she's about to be put under arrest. you know, if you want to. I mean, my eyes, I think, are good. And I >> Well, you had what's called nestagmas in your eyes, which tends to happen whenever people have consumed a pretty substantial amount of alcohol. >> Mhm. I mean, I I definitely need to talk to my attorney. >> Okay. Well, that's something we can do. You can do after a while, but right now, I'm going to have to place you under arrest for DUI. Okay. So, don't go back to your car. Come here. No, don't go back to your car. Don't go back to your car. What are you doing? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Doing this doing this. >> Stop. Put on the ground. Okay. Please stop. Okay. >> Trying to get her to get my cuffs. >> Yep. Stop kick. >> Elizabeth, if you kick me, you're going to regret it. I promise you. Okay. >> Not sure why you wanted to go that route. >> Listen. >> What? >> What? I'm listening. >> We're good. Okay. Well, come on back here. You got to go sit in the car. >> No. >> Yeah. >> After securing the woman, the officers then moved her to the squad car, but she still doesn't want to cooperate and continues to resist. >> Can I just >> We can't do anything now. >> Please. >> No. Here, go with her. Quit trying to pull your hands away. Where are you thinking you're going, Elizabeth? >> Like, just stop. >> Yeah, it's done. All right. What are you doing? >> You're just making it worse on yourself. Just stop. Sit out. >> Come on. Just school. >> Okay. Well, I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, but just come sit in the car. >> Don't start kicking. >> You guys, are you going to sit in the car like an adult, Elizabeth? You want to talk to me like that? You guys are CR I haven't tra Didn't have to go this way. Elizabeth can't get off. >> Just calm down. Okay. >> You guys already done this to me. >> I haven't.
