This evil woman tried to frame her own sister until their dad stepped in. You see that bottle of tequila? Holy cow. Completely empty. I'm not talking to you. We're trying to I'm not talking to you either. She's using identity fraud. Cops respond to a report of a woman found passed out behind the wheel. Things escalate when officers discover she may be using someone else's ID. Take a look. She was full passed out in the front seat. Um she is car reeks of weed and bulls. I think my partner said there was an open bottle in there. Okay. Um, she tried to turn the car on a couple of times. I don't know if she's going to drive off or not. She's super uncooperative. She doesn't want to talk to us, calling us names, telling us go away, all kinds of stuff. Okay. She's not like overdosed or anything like that. There's not really anything for us to do. Um, but she can't drive that thing anywhere. So, we've waited for you guys so that she wouldn't partner is going to be here and we'll perfect go from there. Yeah. She doesn't like us very much. She refused to give us her name. She said she would show us her ID on her phone but never did. Um, so that's as far as we've gotten. Okay. Oh, yeah. Well, that would explain the smell. What does it like? There's an open bottle. It's Kayla and some there's some stuff on the format. Okay. And I'm Hi, nice to meet you. Um, just so you know, my camera is on, so everything is being audio video recorded. Oh, where are you coming from today? I'm coming from Tacoma. Tacoma. Okay. Where are you heading to? I'm heading towards um Sorry, I'm also recording. 30 minutes away. 30 minutes away. Okay. Are you able to step out of the car for me? Yeah, I am. Excuse me. You don't like them? No. Okay. Do you have your driver's license, insurance, any of that? Here's this. And then I have my uh license in here. When did you get the car? I literally just got it. I'm just annoyed because like I was taking a nap and they're over here like, "Oh my god, you're so drunk." If I feel like I'm being cautious, yeah, I did drink with my friend yesterday. Mhm. And I'm sitting here and I'm just waiting for this to wear off. I don't think that's a problem, you know. And you know what? I don't think it's a problem either. But you just happen to be sleeping behind the wheel in your car in the middle of the road and these firefighters are trying to get through and then they see you and smell a weed, odor of alcohol. You know, I don't know where is this going to go. You realize you're in the middle of a road, correct? No, but I was on the side. Okay. You're not on the side right now, though. Yeah, right now. Because of what is going on. But I am I'm I'm Okay. I'm not trying to drive right now. Okay. You are in the middle of a road though. Yeah, of course. Right now. Okay. So, you can't stop in the middle of a road because you're going to cause a collision. I'm not stopping in the middle of the road. Let's step out of the car. We're going to walk back here. Um, what is going on with my car, though? Well, we're going to work through that. Okay. No. Do I need to call my dad or somebody to come get my car? Possibly. Yeah. Okay. But nope. Come on. Let's get out of the car. We're going to go down here. Right here. Right here. Other way. Turn around. Right there. Take a seat. Should I even like call somebody or not yet? Let me get your info first. Okay. So, take a seat. All righty. What's your last name? It's It's hyphenated. First name Elizabeth. Hold on. Yeah. First name Elizabeth and date of birth. Uh, zero. I'm tired. It's all right. I'm literally I thought I was like November 2nd, 2007, whatever time goes, but I'm literally like was sleeping on the like I was trying to literally like pull towards the side of the road. I was getting tired. Okay. You know. Okay. Okay. How old are you? I'm 22. 22. What year were you born? 2007. So, you're born in 2007. I'm just trying to literally like But you're 22 years old. That doesn't make sense. Okay. Well, I don't How old are you really? Literally 2002. No, 2000 2001. What year were you born in? 2001. So, I'm I don't even know. I don't care. I'm just tired. Okay. I'm just literally trying to drive by right here and park so I can like get up somebody to come pick me up. Yeah, that would have been a good idea before you ended up in the middle of the roadway. Well, it wasn't me being in the middle of the road. How much did you have to drink last night? I didn't even drink. You didn't drink at all? No, I'm just tired right now. Okay, I'mma push that BS button. She's probably going to end up saying two drinks like everybody says two drinks. If you're new to the channel, I always make fun of these two drinks. Everybody always says two for whatever reason, right? What about the empty bottle of tequila in the back seat? You can check me. Like, stop. No, I'm just I'm just asking you questions right now. And I'm telling you, I know I don't know if my partner told you, but every time you're around police, your audio and video recorded right now and I understand that, but you don't need to sit here and like say that to me because that's not what it is. I'm literally telling you what's going on and you're continuously telling me, "Oh, what about the doesn't matter cuz I'm concerned that you're impaired." Okay. Well, you don't need to be concerned. Do you feel like your consumption of alcohol impaired your ability to drive at all? I don't need to talk to you. Okay. Okay. Time out. And I talk about this in other videos. Look, if you're new to the channel, I always talk about the two A's and the two D's, right? Your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, your disposition. It's it's going to pretty much dictate how this is all going to go down. And right now, no. You know, come on. Let's not be disrespectful. I'm just trying to ask questions and do my job. What year were you born again? cuz we are going to have to identify you. We aren't going to call anybody right now. So, don't don't make a phone call or I'm going to put you in handcuffs. I said do not make a phone call right now. Why are you? I said do not make a phone call. Because you're detained and I have the ability to not let you make a phone call because I don't know if you're going to tell your dad to come shoot it out with police to get you out of here cuz you're in trouble right now. Obviously, I'm not. Yeah, because I didn't do anything. Nope, we're not grabbing. Okay, I'm not grabbing it. Can you like No, just leave it. What year were you born? 2003. 2003. Okay. What month? October. October. So, how old are you? 22. 22. Is that a question? I mean, I don't know. I don't really pay attention. You don't pay attention to how old you are? No. Okay. You don't have any ID on you? I do, but it's in my Okay. Will you spell your first name for me? It's E L I E H Elizabeth. Okay. And do you have an ID in the car? Yeah, it's in your purse. So, if I bring you your purse, you'll be able to find me an ID. Okay. Do I have permission to go in your car to find your purse? Um, yeah. Okay. No guns, bombs, bazookas in here. No. Okay. I left it at my dad's house. It was supposed to be in here. I always leave it in here. Like the little one that I carry. Okay. So, I'm not finding you in our system. So, I just want to verify. So, your last name is is hyphenated. I do have a second last name. Dash, it's a Z. Yeah. Middle initial is G. Yep. And date of birth is okay. Elizabeth, would you be willing to participate in voluntary standardized field sobriety tests to determine whether or not you're impaired this morning? Can you just leave me alone? That's I It's a yes or no question. I said no. Like I'm I'm like you are pissing me off. Okay. I'm literally sober. Like you're like I'm already having a bad day. Okay. You don't you don't need to shoot that. I'm already having a bad day. You don't know what somebody goes through. Nah, I do need to think that. Elizabeth, come on. You are impaired. We're trying to offer you the SFST, which is standard, right, for us to do, and you're being so uncooperative. Okay. So, just so I'm understanding completely, you do not want to participate in voluntary standardized. I don't want to do anything right now except get my car somewhere that's safe because obviously you are on a different level than me. I'm not doing I'm not even doing [ __ ] to you. It's not called sobriety. It's not called sobriety. No, it's not because I'm already having a bad day. What's your What's your address? Stop talking to me. Can I talk to you? What's your address? Stop. Sit down. Perfect. Sit down. Can you get away from me? Nope. Decline fields. What? Declined fields. Decline fields. Yep. Okay. So, I'm going to have you stand up. Can you stop touching me? No. You don't need to touch under arrest. That's fine. You're under arrest. He doesn't need to touch me like that. He's assisting me. Taking you into custody. Okay. So, can I call somebody for my car? Do you have someone that's close by? Yes, I do. Where? Close. Where? Can you stop? Nope. I can't cuz I have to make sure. Make sure your card go to gets towed. Yeah. Or not get Do you have someone close by that can pick up your car that's sober? I do. What's their phone number? Can I f my phone? You can take a seat and then you can direct me on how to get the phone out of Did you said the number is Can you call dad? What's dad's name? Francisco. Who? I don't understand why I'm arrested. So there's open bottles of alcohol in there. But I'm not drunk. Okay. The sound of your voice, the slur speech, everything like that. barely able to walk. He parked in the middle of a road. I have It's the fact that he did that. Listen, who did that? My partner drove your car over there. No. No, he he's over here. Okay, whatever. So, let me let me explain this. Okay. Give me the phone to my dad right now. You're not talking to your dad. Okay. So, I'm going to read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. Oh, they're going to you're going to read me my randa rights while he's over here acting weird as Okay. I have to reduce you. Okay. So, just give me a minute. That's weird as well. As a woman, that's weird as we have one question. Okay. Do you understand each of these rights? I've just explained. Having these rights in mind, you still wish still wish to speak with me. Not you. Not me. Okay. So, we're going to walk over here. Stop touching me. Get up. Stop touching me. Why are you touching me? Why are you guys touching me? Why are you guys touching me? Not touching me. I don't care. Why are you touching me? Is my dad coming in the car? Oh, you're going to be aggressive, too. Oh, and then you're going to hit me in the face. Nobody seat belt. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. What's your name again? I'm officer draw. So, all I'm asking right now is if you want your purse and your phone to go with you or do you want it to stay in the car? What is jail? Huh? I don't want to go to jail. Right now, we're not going to jail. We're going to my police department so I can run you through some tests. For what? For DUI. Why? You weren't in the driver's seat of a car. Turn the ignition on and you're in the middle of the road. That means you're driving. I'm not talking to you, sir. Thank you. I app I appreciate you talking, but I'm not talking to you. She's super. She was about as cooper. It's all unlocked, too. Yeah, I know. I can't search it, though. There was some weed, too. Yeah, that's going to be secondary to the alcohol. You see that bottle of tequila? Holy cow. Completely empty. Oh, there's three juice pouches out here on the I'm assuming they came from inside the Yeah, there's the box of Capri Sun right there. Where did she say the keys are? She thought it was in her purse, but it's not in her purse. It's in here somewhere because cool. I'm guessing they were probably putting the tequila in the Capri Sunsense. Yep, that would explain it. Is she 21? Huh? How old is she? 2003. So she gave me the wrong date of birth. She gave me 01, 07, and 07, then 01, then 02, then 03. And she gave me the wrong date, too. It seems to me that she has a lot to benefit from lying to the police officers, right? She somewhat has to be deceitful because it means a lot to her to hide her true identity, right? Could be because think about it. She's telling you a whole bunch of different dates. Everybody knows her do. She's so far gone. Hi, I'm the sergeant. I'm in charge of the cops that are working today. I understand that you've been arrested. I believe you might be DUI. So, we're going to ask you to provide two valid breath samples. I was driving. Yes, ma'am. Did you get rid of your rights? Yeah, but I wasn't driving. So, well, regardless, I wasn't driving. I was trying to park. So, regardless, I wasn't driving. Okay. Can may I explain something to you that a lot of folks don't understand to be completely honest. I used to be a traffic cop and did this every single day. So, in the state of Washington, they don't care if you're actually literally driving down the road or if you're wasn't even driving or if you are in a motor vehicle in the driver's seat, keys in the ignition. I wasn't on the road. I wasn't. Would you like to exercise your rights? Okay, let me expand on that. SARS, here's what you're looking at. RCW46.61.504 physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. And here's the important part. You don't necessarily have to be driving. If you're impaired by alcohol, drugs, or both, and you're in actual physical control of that vehicle, you could still be violating the law. So, in this body cam video, the question isn't simply, was this person driving? The bigger question is, did this person have actual physical control of the vehicle while impaired? And that's where the facts of this encounter becomes really, really important. No, I don't about my rights because you guys don't care about my rights. I wasn't even driving. So, even if you're not driving, I wasn't driving. Why am I getting pulled over if I wasn't driving? Can I explain it to you? I wasn't driving. Can I explain it to No, I wasn't driving. But I'm not going to bother explaining it to you. There is. You're bitter. You're bitter. Oh, I I'm actually I'm not talking to you. We're trying to work with you. I'm not talking to you either. Well, who do you want to talk to? I'm not talking to you. You have to talk to somebody. I'm not talking to you. So, I'm trying to explain to you why you're nervous. It's bitter as [ __ ] It's bitter as that I have to go to jail because you guys have nothing else to do during the day when I was doing absolutely nothing. Do you want me to do this or you want me to do a warrant? This won't go that way anyways. I'll do this. Cool. No, you can do it. I I would prefer if you did it, actually. Well, you don't need to tell us. Well, I'm not talking to you. Well, we still got to go through this process. So, you have the right to that. Okay. Before this starts, because once the machine starts processing and things, there's a time limit to provide breaths to it. If that's not done, it's a refusal. Do you need to use the restroom now? Because if so, we want to take care of that now. I want to talk to my dad. We're not allowed to do that. So, I'll explain the process to you, right? So, because you're under arrest for an impaired driving offense, which I wasn't. No, but that's why you're under arrest. It's either DUI or it's physical control of motor vehicle. Those are both impaired driving offenses, which means you have to go through this process. Okay, I understand that. But is there any way you can call now? We'll get you phone calls when we finish up this whole process. We can't do it before before we start this process, which is going to take 10 or 15 minutes. Do you have to go to the bathroom? Okay, let's get that taken care of. The bathroom you rude. That open door right there. Just stop by the red line and I'll take care of your spot. Watch here. Take out handcuffs. private seat toilet paper and there's a door that I'll close. Disgusting. Yeah. Unfortunately, it's a jail facility. And go ahead and take a seat in the same sh. Do you have anything in your mouth at all? No. Okay. Your mouth just make sure. So, like I was explaining earlier, right? For there's two different types of impaired driving offenses. There's DUI. I was not driving, but there's physical control of motor vehicle. Physical control. You don't have to be driving to be arrested for physical control. You just have to be in the driver's seat. So, ultimately, Officer D was the one that did the arrest. I'm just doing the processing. So, I have to read this to you. Okay. Okay. It's fairly long. Feel free to let me know if you don't understand it. You can also read it if you'd like. I really don't care, Robin. I was in driving. Warning. You're under arrest for RCW4661502 or RCW4661504. Do you understand what I just read to you? I saw you nod. That's a yes. Actually, I don't want to do Okay. You understand that based on what I read to you, that means that if you refuse, your driver's license is going to be suspended for a year. Yep. Okay. So, the process now going in jail now. So the process now is we're going to apply to a judge for a search warrant for your blood. If that gets granted, we'll either do it here or we're going to do it at the hospital depending on if we have a phabotamist working. If that search warrant is granted, we're going to get two vials of your blood that are going to be submitted as evidence. And the refusal to submit to the breath test may also be used as evidence. Again, if it's a refusal, why aren't you guys forcing it? I'm not I'm not forcing the breath test. That's weird. I will force the blood warrant because that's saying that's weird. That's standard practice for us because a search warrant allows us to whatever. You guys are get absolutely nothing. So, congrats. Okay. Whatever. So, we're done, right? Can I call my dad? Nope. You'll get phone calls when we get to the jail. Oh, now I can do phone calls when I get to my dad. That's I just need her information to put it into the machine and then I'm going to throw in a whole cell phone. Yeah, you'll get phone calls when I get to the gym. When I get to the jail, I don't I don't remember my dad's phone number by heart. You your phone's in your purse and they'll have give you access to it. I'm not threat society. I've never done [ __ ] in my life. Like I don't about that. Beautiful. And did I will be done and I will be right back tomorrow. And we will be there to arrest you again and again and again. Look, let's learn from this. Let's not have such a bad attitude towards this whole process. You know, you're going to end up at the Great Bar Motel and we don't know how dad's going to react, but you keep asking for your dad. I don't know. He's going to be supportive. We don't know. Let's find out. So, I mean, you actually Well, it's going to be a no bail hold and you're going to be held all weekend. Oh my god. Really? I'll be good. Two days. I don't care. Just after two days. Me, me, no first event. Nobody gives a [ __ ] Just a reminder that everything's audio recorded. Also a reminder that I don't care. I don't do [ __ ] I stay by myself. I mind my own business. You guys, okay, you guys have it. And that's fine. And I don't care if it's a a weekend. Oh, it's two days. Two days. Like, come on. I'm fine. I don't do [ __ ] I didn't do nothing. I don't do [ __ ] I wasn't even driving. Like, okay, you got it. That's fine. I thought you said you were trying to park your car. No, I wasn't. Actually, I wasn't driving. Oh, you said you were trying to park your car. Well, I wasn't. Why is your story changing? No. Why is my story changing? No, it's not changing. I wasn't. I wasn't doing [ __ ] Way better now that you're here. So your dad is at the front desk. Thanks. He would like to speak to you. I would love to speak to my dad. We cannot let you speak to him until we are done with the process. So the process is either going to be we provide two valid breath samples into the machine. That will be done way before what the second option is. It's completely up to you on what you choose. All right, I'll do it. All right. Deep, deep belly breath in. Don't breathe any out. All the way in. Okay. Good seal. And then blow into it. Blow. Blow. Blow. You're not blowing. You got to blow out. Exhale. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More air. More air. More air. More. More. More. That was perfect. It's going to do a couple things. You're going to hear make noises. We got to do that one more time. Sit up. Deep breath in. Blow out. There you go. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More. More. More. More. More. More. More. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More. More. More. More. More. Keep going. Keep going. So, like I said, this will go with your property. It's a request for DUI hearing form. U. This will print out two copies of the results. One of them I have to sign both of them. One of them is going to go with you and the other one's mine. Okay. Okay. So, because your blood alcohol content is so high, I have to offer you a second test. Would you like to take a second test after a 30-minute wait? Okay. Do you know what the legal limit is for? Have you ever heard of 0.08? Okay, so 0.08 is the legal limit for your blood alcohol content. The per se legal limit for when you're driving. You're like almost four times higher than that. You're a three. Put it this way. I've had probably like 60 or 70 DUI in my career. This is probably in the top five for how how high your VAC is. Damn. Yes. Damn. Probably that whole bottle of tequila that they found in your car. I mean, come on, Elizabeth. You can do better. I'm still want to know also as a father that has a daughter. I want to know how the father's going to react to all this. It's not a good thing. Um, so from what my sergeant was saying, we who is at home? It's Elizabeth. Elizabeth is at home. Yes. This is why so much. Okay. So, who's who do we have? I bet. ETH. She trying to use I think the sister on the phone. I got a picture of Elizabeth. Elizabeth. And then So is the last name the same? The same. Yes. The same. Yes. So spell the last name for me. The last name. Um and then spell the first name for me. Uh I bet. I B E T H. And what is her date of birth? Um, okay. Has she are Do they look similar? No. No. Who's this on the phone? Can you Can you talk? Hi. Um, my dad had called me saying that one of my sisters got arrested. My sister's actually with me, Elizabeth. I'm actually her I'm not the one. Okay. And what's your date of birth? Okay. Do you know where your sister was last night? Absolutely not. And I have no idea why she's using my name or my Okay. Has she done this before in the past? Yes. Okay. Now we have making false statements to police officers, identity theft on top of the DUI because she's trying to use your name to get out of the DUI. So there's multiple things. So I can't guarantee you that she's going to get released today and maybe go with dad. I can't guarantee you that because right now her odds of that does not look very good. So I appreciate you guys calling that even for me as a little sister. Yeah, cuz if you are trying to get into law enforcement and stuff like that, that's going to mess the whole system up. Okay, so I'm going to give phone back to your dad. Gosh, you know, he looks like a hardworking dad. He's got a son. He's got a couple of daughters. It's more than just the uh DUI arrest, okay? That's what this is really all about. Do you guys mind the car keys? Yeah, we can get them to him. I give your dad. He knows. You're trying. Yeah. You're trying to What do you want? What do you want? You know, I'm so sorry. Whatever. You see it is many times every day. Every day I'm good. I'm fine. I'm fine. Whateverone weekend. Okay. Well, the way you left just get my car talking to you. Stop. Shut up. You already figured it out, so be quiet. Uh, name is Jacqueline. What was your name? I'm Corey. Corey. Nice to meet you, Corey. Um, we are new to Holio. We have been here for a week or so. Um, we got a call today. We are from Seattle. We got a call today from my dad and my little brother stating that my sister, her name's Cory. Cord. Um, we got a call from my dad today two hours ago saying that my sister, this one standing, is in jail right now, currently has a DUI and is gonna be in prison. I had no clue what was going on cuz she is asleep right next to me. And I was like, what are we talking about? My older sister, she's 22. My older sister is 24. Her name is Ivette. She's using identity fraud. She used my sister's socials, her name, her last name, her birth, and stated that that was her when the police were trying to identify her because she doesn't have ID, was drunk, driving, intoxicated, no registration. This is not the first time she's But the car is under her name. So, the person that sold the car to her did it somehow through the back end. We talked to the police and they said, "You guys are going to have to go to court up here, so you guys are going to have to come back." No. Where are you guys right now? We said Colorado, uh, Holy Oak. and they said, "You need to get a new ID of Colorado and you need to change your socials because she is using your identity and it's not the first time it's happened. We don't know what's on her record at this point because there's been multiple incidents, but this is the first one where she's been in trouble and then used her identity to get out of it." You have Do you have an ID on you? Absolutely. Yeah. And we want to press charges and everything because This is not the first time, but I don't want you know this is going to be the last time for sure. Okay. So, here in Colorado, when you use somebody else's identity for um for a benefit to yourself, which means to get out of trouble trouble. Um it's a felony charge here in Colorado. It's called criminal impersonation. If they are charging her with that charge, I can't charge her for the same charge for the same incident. So, fair enough. I will as long as someone is sure you're with that then I um I will give Lakewood police a call and let them know that you contacted me. Um as far as your ID, they do need proof of identific. Everything's digital these days and I can send the Lakewood police a report on this and also my body cam footage to prove that she is here. Okay, let's wrap this up. Final thoughts. Uh, like always, big shout out to, uh, Lakewood PD, man. The Sarge, female officer, the male officer. You couldn't ask for, uh, more professionals, right? Respectful, cool, common, and collective, all that good stuff. Okay. Now, the biggest lesson of them all is uh, I think for me, the biggest takeaway is from this video is the consequences, right, for attempting to evade legal responsibility through identity theft. It's it's a felony, as you can see in a lot of states. And when you start dealing with family, these are deeprooted issues that I hope that they can all resolve and uh get healthier. Okay. Hope you learned something. Up next, I'm looking at how an officer gets shot in the head and continues to fight to survive. Hit on your stomach. Dispatch, I've been I've been shot. Yeah, there you go. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay, so she was charged with identity theft, driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. Unfortunately, as of now, there are no available court records, uh, no news follow-ups or any sentencing details tied to this body cam footage, okay? In any public sources. Okay, let's go ahead and click that like button and that notification bell. Don't forget to subscribe. Please comment below because we want to hear from you.
