GET ON THE GROUND NOW! >> I GOT THE SEAT AND YOU DON'T. >> Get on the ground now! >> I got the seat AND YOU NO! LICENSE RIGHT NOW! >> IT'S ALMOST HILARIOUS HOW SOME people keep demanding things to go their way, only to realize they're not the ones calling the shots. It's time for today's entitlement in cops versus dumbest women who learn they're not in control. >> Go and open your door and step out for me. >> going to do that. You asked me for my >> know what reckless driving is in the state of Florida? >> and continue to cut me off after every sentence. Go ahead and do that. >> Place your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Place your hands You're going to jail for reckless driving and refusing a lawful order to exit the vehicle when I asked. >> It's September 26th, 2025 and a cop conducts a traffic stop on a vehicle for going 87 in a 45 zone during rush hour. Here's what happened next. >> Deputy Lynn, St. Johns County Sheriff's Office. What do you want to do now for me? I stopped you today because I got you at 87 in a 45 posted. Is there a reason for the speed today? To be 87 mph in a 45, that's the reason for the stop. I'm sorry? >> I didn't realize I was >> How do you not realize you're doing almost 90 mph? Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I was going the same You asked me a question. I was going the same speed as the car in the >> No, you were not. You asked me for my license and >> And I'm telling you to step out of the vehicle. >> Sir, you asked me for my license >> I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. You can exit the vehicle or you can go to jail in handcuffs. It's up to you. >> What's >> It can be a ticket or it can be jail. IT'S UP TO YOU. YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES RIGHT NOW. YOU CAN OPEN THE DOOR AND YOU CAN exit the vehicle with me and we can conduct business back by my car. >> So, can I ask you a question? >> 160. >> Can I ask you >> No, I'm not I'm not the one answering questions here. Start me another unit, please. >> Can I ask you a q- >> I need you to exit the vehicle, ma'am. I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. >> Are we going to do this at the red light >> Yes, we are. I have a I have lights on behind you. I'm asking you exit the vehicle. >> 10-4. >> This is my last request before you go to jail. >> Can I ask the reason? >> Because I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. >> But that's not a legal >> I've asked you to exit the vehicle so we can conduct business by my vehicle. >> That is an order. >> Or what's the reason for >> need a I do not need a reason. No, ma'am. Case law says I do not need a reason to ask you to exit the vehicle. I'm giving you a command to exit the vehicle. You're fixing to go to jail. Step back here by the front of my car. >> Aside from that dumb for what argument, at least she has some brain cells to listen to the officer and step out of the car. But that's the last of it. Now she has zero left to get her ass to stay out of jail. >> Now, explain >> What the question you asked me for? >> Explain to me why you're doing 87 mph in a 45 mph zone. Okay, do you have your license and registration? >> I could have had it when you asked me for it. >> Yep, I asked you to exit the vehicle so now I just want your license then if you don't have your registration because it's in the vehicle. You are about to go to jail. >> Cuz cuz you want to though. >> No, because of reckless driving and because of refusing to exit the vehicle. >> Well, sir, I was going to ask answer your question. >> Do you know what reckless driving is in the state of Florida? >> Go ahead and continue to cut me off after every sentence. Go ahead and do that. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands You're going to jail for reckless driving and refusing a lawful order to exit the vehicle when I asked you. >> I literally ex- I exited the vehicle. >> Stop resisting. >> You asked me to ex- I exited the vehicle. >> Stop resisting. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. FOR WHAT? >> I'M GIVING YOU AN ORDER. >> HE GAVE ME AN ORDER FOR WHAT? HE HAS NO RIGHT TO DO THIS TO ME. HE'S ON A POWER TRIP RIGHT NOW, BRO. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT DID I DO TO YOU, BRO? >> STOP. >> ARE YOU KIDDING ME, BRO? I DID NOTHING TO YOU. >> STOP. >> I DID NOTHING TO YOU. YOU'RE SCARING ME, SIR. I HAVE NOTHING I LITERALLY DID NOTHING. YOU KNOW WHAT? >> You're doing something now. >> Now I am. All right. >> I'm literally STANDING UP. >> STOP. STOP YELLING. >> STOP YELLING. >> STOP. I got to catch my breath for a while. >> You stop hurting me AND I WON'T STOP KEEP YELLING. >> You're still resisting. >> Resisting what? >> You are resisting. >> Resisting what? >> pulling back. You're pulling back. >> OH MY GOD. >> STOP. Until you can calm down and be searched and sit down in my car, you're going to wait here. >> What are you talking about? >> STOP. >> BRO, YOU'RE [screaming] HURTING ME. >> BECAUSE YOU KEEP PULLING BACK. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> AFTER SECURING THE GIRL IN HANDCUFFS, THE OFFICERS then moved her to the squad car. >> Now you don't want to LEAN ON THE CAR. >> Put your foot in now. She probably is signal one. She's fighting like she was. Dude, it took You see them other dudes over there? It was me and two of them grown men. to do. She's been hitting some buzz balls. >> Uh-huh. >> Told her to >> All right, so you're GOING TO JAIL TODAY. I'm going to explain to you why you're going to jail, though. It's called battery on a law enforcement officer. That's a felony. Resist with violence. >> What am I resisting? You didn't literally >> And reckless driving. >> to me. I I guarantee you my lawyer's going to get you. >> That's what they all say. >> That's what they all say. And who does this world world belong to? >> I think you're hilarious. >> You work for the devil, but God created you. >> I think you're hilarious. >> And And you know who else thought Jesus was hilarious? The same people that arrested him and had him crucified. So, go ahead and find me hilarious and I'll leave. >> So, >> And I hope you laugh and I hope you get me arrested and I hope you get everything you want today and I hope that check is fat. >> IT IS. >> IT'S FAT and I hope you get to feed your children and your wife. >> It's called being a responsible adult. Call your backup and hold your face because you're scratched a little. COME ON NOW. >> I think she failed to understand that it took multiple cops to arrest her because cops ain't allowed to punch her in the face. >> He knows he didn't even He knows you didn't even have me speak to tell you a reason as to explain myself as to what it was, right or wrong. COME ON NOW, RIGHT or [ __ ] wrong. >> Wrong. >> You didn't run any of my information to KNOW WHO I WAS. >> DON'T NEED TO. >> EXACTLY. WHY? Because you were hurt. I WAS GOING 20 ABOVE. I WAS WRONG. You were questioning me. >> Oh, no. >> You weren't going to arrest me from the jump. You could have done that. >> Oh, that's why I stopped the vehicle. >> You started questioning me. AND YOU KNOW WHY YOU'RE TALKING BACK? BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT RIGHT 100%. >> OH, I'M 100,000% >> CUZ IF YOU WERE RIGHT 100%, YOUR MOUTH WOULD BE SHUT. >> I'M 100,000% >> YOUR TOP LIP AND YOUR BOTTOM LIP WOULD BE CLOSED. God controls everything and he knows I got this cuz of whatever I did. Right or wrong? >> That's true. That's wrong. >> since and what they deserve, right? >> That's why you're in handcuffs. >> Right, right, right, right. Go ahead and God knows to choose you and God knows to choose me at this time. So, thank you. >> We're not made in heaven, ain't we? >> Cuz I've had encounters with cops. >> Little bump. >> And I'm telling you right now you're one of the crooked ones and you're one of the ones they talk about online 24/7. You're why they got a stupid ass name. You're why nobody wants to call the cops to protect themselves cuz this is what they get. Out here wasting my time and calling three, four other officers for what? Cuz you can't handle a 20-year-old female. I get a violet, bro. Violet cuz he can't even hold a I bet your wife submits in bed cuz she knows damn well she could take you down if she And you're going to think about that every time you get in bed with her. She could actually take me down if she felt like it. >> In the end, she's charged with battery, criminal damage to property, a moving traffic violation, and resisting with violence. Her bond is set at 5,500, which she later posted. She pled no contest to all the charges and ultimately, she accepted a pre-trial diversion program. Moving on to the next case where this spoiled brat thinks she can order the police around like her personal servant. >> You have us here, so what >> No, I need ANOTHER OFFICER. >> HELP! HELP! NO, YOU DON'T have a warrant. You don't HAVE A WARRANT. [screaming] YOU DON'T HAVE A >> YOU'RE NOT GOING TO JAIL. On April 3rd, 2026, officers respond to four 911 calls from a woman with a restraining order against her ex, who also had a warrant for his arrest. Even though the officers were busy searching for him, the woman kept on calling the police and making entitled demands, ordering them to drop everything and find him immediately. Dear God, here's what happened next. >> What happened? >> I haven't been able to access the house. >> What's that? >> to speak to another officer, and if you're cowardly 1183, I would like to speak to another person. >> Okay. All right. Well, another officer is on the way. >> Not the same one that came came last time as well. >> different one. >> Okay, thank you. >> Okay. So, why do you want to talk to another officer? What's going on? >> I just don't feel I >> You're good, right? >> Yes. Yes. I tried to use his >> Thank you. >> I am >> All right. Okay. >> I'm fine, but this person is not okay. And he's clearly violating the restraining order, and there are four charges against him. >> Okay, there's nothing that I can Do you want me to make him teleport like in front of me? I can't What do you want me to do? >> Why would you say that? >> Because we already told you that we have to find him, right? >> No, I don't feel And this is the same officer officer as last time. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. I took his >> Senese. >> No, the other one with the blue eyes that came >> you have us here, so what >> No, I need another officer. >> I need you to help me understand what is going through your mind right now. >> What's going through my mind is that a Shawn Singh is violating a restraining order that has been filed in the state of New Jersey. >> Okay. >> He also has an arrest warrant out for him. >> Okay. We've established that, so what else? >> that, but I was told by Jersey City Police myself, and they have a record of that, and if you could actually contact them in front of me, I would appreciate that. >> Okay. >> They have a full record of that. I know the detective doesn't have the case. This is a real case. This >> Okay, but what does that have to do with you standing in Mahwah right now? >> restraining order. I don't know if I'm going to go Maybe I'll go to Jersey City tonight. My dad lives there. >> Okay. There's nothing saying that you can't do that. >> And maybe my dad will come here to stay here to feel safer. Or maybe we'll leave Mahwah because this is very unsafe. >> Okay. >> And we have several detectives from the NYPD on the case. >> Okay. >> NYPD or Jersey City? >> Both. >> So apparently multiple officers had already been dispatched to help her, but she only wanted someone who would do everything she said. Well, that's one entitled brat mindset. >> Okay. I'm going to uh I'll tell you what, I'm going to call a resource for you for you to talk to to try to screen this a screener. Not a cop that you don't have to It's not going to be a cop. >> another phone here. >> Okay. What is that? >> I can find out who's coming here. I will call the police and see the badge number >> So 260 12. >> Howtherly 1183, Bono 41157. >> Yeah. >> We saw that you guys were here. We have a ring camera. >> Okay. Just so you know, everything's being recorded. >> too. >> All right, just give me 1 second. We're going to get someone on the phone hopefully that can get us all answers. Okay? >> Why don't you Do you want to come over here? >> No, I wouldn't like to. >> No, no, you can't leave >> I wouldn't like to. >> You can't leave right now. You called 911. You asked for help. We're here to help you. >> Okay, but can I just stand here? >> No, we're in the middle of the road. Let's go over here. Okay? >> Hey, let's stand over here. >> Sure. >> Do you follow F1? >> Sorry. I just wearing it. >> Since she was the one who called 911, the cops told her to just stay in place, but of course she refused to listen and starts to become even more stupid. >> anywhere. What are you >> Hey. >> Let's go. >> It's Officer Powder. Jesus [ __ ] >> Don't have a warrant. >> All right, let's involve Stop. WE'RE GOING TO >> [screaming] >> YES, WE'RE GOING TO GET YOUR SHOES. YOU'RE NOT UNDER ARREST. WE'RE GOING >> [screaming] >> STOP. YOU'RE NOT UNDER ARREST. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> STOP. LET'S YOU'RE GOING TO HURT YOURSELF. STOP. OH MY GOD. YOU'RE NOT IN ANY TROUBLE. I'M GOING TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE. OKAY. CAN YOU JUST GET IN THE CAR? >> After securing her in handcuffs for her safety, the officers then moved her to the squad car. >> Yes, I'll get your shoes. You're okay. You're not under arrest. We're going to a hospital. Stay in the car. Yes. We're going to go to a hospital. WE'LL GET WE'LL GET WE'RE GOING to go TO A HOSPITAL. YES. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. We're taking you to the hospital for a screening. We're going to Newbridge. >> No. >> Yes. >> Can you contact my parents? >> Yes. >> Please do that right now. >> Do you know their phone number? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Please contact my parents. >> Are you going to relax? >> Yes, but please call my mom and dad and I >> I'm going to put your shoes down on the ground. Put your feet here. >> Can you please call them in front of me, please? >> Yes. Yes, we can. >> Why does no one believe me? We have rights. >> All you have to do is get out of the road. >> But I didn't understand what's going on. Why did you handcuff >> with me? >> trying to get you screened. And you're trying to fight us in the middle of the parking lot. >> do I take these off? >> No. >> But why? >> You were trying to run away. You need to be in the groin. You're not going to be in charge. >> No, because when you grab me like that, that freaks me out. Can you please call my dad? >> to get out of the road. >> Please call my parents. >> We're going to go down to the hospital and then we're going to call your parents. >> No, call my parents now. Please, I need to speak to them. I'll tell them where I'm going. >> Do you want to talk to your parents? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you sit in the car and we'll talk to them. >> No. >> The only way I'm going to call your parents right now is if you sit down and talk to me. >> I'm not moving. >> Who is that? Your mom or your dad? >> Dad. I'll talk to him. >> I'm going to talk to >> to speak to him. No, no, no. Dad, please. >> You will >> NO, DON'T DO THIS. I NEED to speak TO HIM. >> KEEP YOUR JACKET ON. HI, is this Mary's father? >> Oh my god. >> Hello, how are you, sir? >> Dad, >> Good. How are >> I'm [screaming] tomorrow. DAD, COME TOMORROW. THEY took me. They don't have a warrant. [screaming] IT IS PARALLEL 1183. >> SO, >> They handcuffed me for no reason. Where are they taking me? >> What? Hold on, sir. Step in the car. >> Fine. >> From looking at how she was acting, it's safe to say that not having absolute control over everything really freaked her out. One could only argue she's melting from the lack of control over the situation. I guess this is some kind of mental health thingy. Or maybe it's the first time someone just told her no. >> All right, so she called us about I guess her ex-boyfriend. There's a restraining order. I don't know if you're familiar with it. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, she called 911 cuz she was concerned about it. So, we went there and talked with her. And she seemed a little disoriented like she didn't really know what was going on. But, we ended that and we left the house and she wound up coming to another store down the street and called 911 again. So, she seems kind of like she doesn't really know what's happening here. We were trying to figure out her baseline. Like mentally where she's at. >> My first name? Matt. I'm going to I'll lower the window so I can talk to you. >> No, so we're in we're at a gas station right now. Has she not had her medication? We'll have to sit go, but I think we're going to be taking a ride down to the hospital. For a mental health screening. >> No, you dropped it. I'm going to I'll get it back to you when we get there. I'm going to give it back to you. >> Uh I'm sorry, what's that? >> And Englewood Hospital Hospital. >> So, so we have to go to Bergen Bergen Regional Medical Center. For a mental health screening? >> No, because she have she have all the records in I can >> No, I I understand that. So, 262 runs out of both hospitals. Uh the the health center. But, uh per policy we have to go to Bergen Regional. >> Can I talk to you for a minute? >> Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Hey, Mary, here's your dad. Your dad. >> Dad? >> Okay. >> No, wait, but Dad, you're going to be driving there now, right? And what is your Which car are you using to drive there? And you realize that I don't have like the the I don't have anything like I don't have like paperwork, anything. I'm just me myself. >> Okay, just go over there by yourself. >> Can wait, can we No, Dad, please. This has to be You have to help me verify somehow. Like, they just handcuffed me for no reason. Are you Is Mom on the way to What's the What's the name of the facility? >> Bergen Regional Medical Center. I told him. >> Are you coming? >> I'm here. >> Okay, I'm on my way. >> Oh, you're in New York. Okay. >> NO. DAD! DAD! >> OKAY, [screaming] NO PROBLEM. >> DAD, PLEASE COME TO MARA. PLEASE COME HERE. >> GOING to We're going to head down to the hospital, okay? >> WHAT IS DAD! DAD, PLEASE COME. >> HE'S ON the way. Okay. All right, bye-bye. >> What story? Lady, you just freaked out and hadn't told the officers anything about why you called 911 so many times. Oh, well, she's going to the hospital no matter what, anyway. >> Okay. I have this this paper. I wrote my name and Officer Mullen's name on it, okay? I'm going to put it in your left pocket here. >> No, you did not That is being recorded on body cam? >> Yes. >> And you're placing that in my pocket? >> Yes. >> Why is that? >> Cuz it's yours. You wanted it. >> Who said that? >> Okay. >> No. >> All right, fine. I'll take it. >> All right, we got to go this way. This door here. >> The woman is charged for abusing 911 calls, obstructing justice, and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where a woman gets herself arrested for being uncooperative. >> Come here now. You're going TO GET TASED. STOP. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. >> I GOT THAT SEAT IN THE FRONT. >> I don't have that phone. >> It's January 21st, 2026. Officers respond to a call of suspected theft. Here's what happened next. >> Hey. Are you on the phone with dispatch right now? Okay. Okay. >> She did something that said four. >> It's no ma'am. She just walked into the cleaners, the orange cleaners. She's by herself. >> What happened? >> Basically, >> She is inside the orange cleaners right now. >> She going to get some food before school and my phone fell out of my pocket and I went to go get it cuz I saw it and she had it and then she kept walking and I kept asking her where my phone was and she wasn't trying to give it to me. >> Okay, that's all right. That's the phone I'm in contact with at the house. >> She's down here. >> Okay. >> I just wanted my phone. >> So, where was your phone? >> It was on the ground cuz it fell out of my pocket and >> Okay. >> And then I asked for my phone back and she kept ignoring me and >> Did you watch her pick up the phone? >> She literally saw my phone and she got it. >> Okay, so you watched her grab the phone? Okay. Okay. And she has your phone still? >> I don't know. She picked up the phone and I don't know what she did with it after. And then she Basically, >> What kind of phone is it? >> It was a iPhone iPhone 12 black and it had like a and it had a case like a very strong case when it has a stand on the back where I can lift up my phone. >> Okay. >> And I >> are you? >> I'm 13 years old. >> 13, okay. >> I just wanted to ask her where she was going cuz I just wanted to go to school with her. >> As this officer was talking to the victim, another officer located the suspect who matched the description and went to stop her. >> Five shot 24, what's the description of the female? I have one walking away that fits the description. Come here now, you're going to get tased. >> Five shot one all black. >> With a blue sca- blue scarf? Get on the ground now. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. GET ON THE GROUND. Get on the No, I'M COMING OUT. STOP. GET ON THE GROUND, NOW. GET ON THE GROUND, NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. STOP RESISTING. Stop resisting. >> Isn't it great when the thief claims they didn't take the item without even being told what it is they're looking for? Just maybe her immediate violent reaction screams guilt. >> You okay? >> Officer, I'm okay. Someone accuse me I have steal a phone and I don't have steal any phone. >> All right, let's go. When the police tell you to stop, man, stop, bro. Hey, regular up. >> I don't have steal any phone. Can I take my phone? >> Nope. Let's go. >> Wow. >> What's your name? >> I work over there. You can >> That's not what I asked you. I asked you what your name was. >> I'll be right back. Let me sit down. I'll be with that officer in a minute. >> That's not what I asked you again. I asked you what your name was. I asked you what your name was. Right there. >> I need a lawyer. >> You if you don't identify yourself it's another charge. >> I need a lawyer. >> So you already got the one for resisting in there. You got another resisting charge. >> a lawyer. I need a lawyer. I'm not going to say nothing without >> After she was secured, the victim's friend came to the officer and handed the phone back to him saying a lady had given it to him. >> So talk to me, man. How did we get to this point? Where did you get the phone at? >> He dropped the phone. Some The lady I faded up and gave it to our friend. >> My friend had gave it to us. >> Okay. What's your friend What's your friend's name that got the phone? >> Zack. >> Zack? He ended up getting the phone from the older lady? And then he gave that phone to y'all? >> Yeah. >> And what did he What did he say to y'all? >> He didn't say it was He gave it to him. >> Okay. >> He was stealing my phone. >> No stop talking. >> Randy was going to eat my food so he dropped the phone and >> November 25th, 2019. >> All right, let me see. And then I was like, "Yeah, this is his phone cuz I just checked from my order what I had ordered this day." >> I got you. So I guess it fell out of his pocket while he was on his scooter? And so lady found it, able to identify Zack. Zack and his friend gave the phone to him. After he confirmed that yeah, it belonged to his buddy. So how did he know to give us the phone to you? He just How did he know to give the phone to you? >> I just said, "Let me see it." Cuz I was going to take it to him cuz I ate my food. I was just going to walk up and >> But how did you know it was his phone? >> 10-97. >> Cuz I had looked at the message and I just checked it. >> So what is that So my thing is what exactly did he say to you about the phone? He just said, "I found the phone." >> He said an old lady gave him the phone. >> Okay. >> All right. >> An old lady gave him the phone. And then from that point on he saw the phone and recognized the phone being his buddy's because of the message that he sent him. And so >> So that dude dropped his phone. >> He He dropped his phone and she picked it up. Um All right. So I don't know how she's related to the whole thing. That's what they're trying to figure out. Really um the older lady some older lady had handed it to this kid named Zachary, one of their friends. And so he had told he told these group of kids about the phone that that was given to him. And so one of them looked and said, "Hey, let me look at it." And he looked at it and he saw one of the messages that he had sent earlier. He said, "Oh yeah, that's what's his name's phone." which is our victim. >> I think this still counts as theft because the victim told her it was his phone when she picked it up. And she told him she didn't have it. She gave it to a different kid because she didn't want to get caught with it. Or that's the way we see it. What do you think? >> I just wanted give you a heads-up. Like we were investigating a crime. Right? So when the police tell you stop you should stop. Then you could have gave your side of the story of I didn't steal his phone. I gave his phone to somebody. And then now we have your side of the story. But instead you decided to run from the officer. So I don't know if you knew that we're like the local police and we were trying to do anything. Like we were just trying to investigate a crime. But in the future you would not be going to jail had you just stopped and talked to us and gave us your side of the story. Okay? But because you ran from her and you resisted her um to investigate this crime, you're now going to jail for resisting. All right? So that's going to be what your Mike, was that the Was that the only charge is the resisting? Is So now you're just going to jail for the resisting charge. All right? Cuz we figured out that the theft of the phone was not actually a theft. So had you just stayed and not ran from us and resisted her in trying to detain you to talk to you, you wouldn't be going to jail right now. >> Can I say something? >> Sure. >> Maybe they didn't want to. I just I I just told her I'm going to arrive at the mall. That's it, but I didn't walk. >> Okay, but you walked really fast in there and she said stop police. >> Okay, this is this is is my my style walk. I don't walk fast because I saw her. It's because you can check all the time I walk very fast. This is my style walk. I just let her because I don't know what happened. I just let her I'm going to arrive over there. >> Mhm. >> And that's it, but I didn't walk. >> Okay. >> And this is my >> Well, what happened what happened Okay, all right. She said she walked really fast into the store, but I don't know what happened inside the store. No. She didn't want to talk. She just said can I tell you something and I said yes, you can tell me something. >> I'm going baby. I need explain to you I I I arrive at Venezuela at 3 years old and I'm 44, okay? >> Okay. >> It's for this reason I'm feeling Latina because I grow up in Venezuela. >> Okay. Thank you. >> And I have only Venezuelan nationality. I don't have Asian nationality. >> Okay, that's fine. What I mean, your nationality really has nothing to do with why you're in the backseat right now. >> Okay. >> Like it literally has everything to do with the fact that when she said stop police to be able to talk to you, you did not stop. You just kept on going. >> Another thing, can I have a lawyer, please? >> Yes, you can. That's why I'm not asking you any specific questions about what happened, okay? So, you have the right to a lawyer and that's why they said we're not going to ask you any questions. I was just explaining why you were going to jail and then you voluntarily told me what you wanted to. Um, but yes, you can you can have your lawyer and I didn't ask you any any specific questions, okay? >> so much. >> You're welcome. >> In the end, she was only charged with resisting arrest. Let's move on to the next case where a sister duo went bananas on the back of the squad car. >> Hayley, turn around. >> Stop turning your torso to me. SERIOUSLY. >> GET THE [ __ ] POLICE OFFICERS RIGHT NOW. >> IT'S MAY 14TH, 2026. An officer on patrol is flagged down by bar security after an intoxicated woman caused problems and refused to leave. I'm just being black on Southwest, and they promised I would get arrested. >> On December 1st, 2025, officers responded to an airport regarding a disruptive passenger. Here's what happened next. >> Thank you. Yeah, all right. She's being denied on Southwest. Hey, how's it going, man? >> So, what are you guys looking into that for me? I don't know how I knew it. >> We just got a call about you. >> Well, what did I do? >> So, that's what we're trying to figure out, right? >> I didn't do anything. I'm just trying to So, what happened was let me just show you. They won't look at what the airline I was harassed by people who weren't my race, and I recorded not them, just me being mistreated. >> Okay, are these other passengers or is this airline employees you're saying? >> So, it was both. So, then I asked the airline employees in my notes for two names. When I got off the airline, they called the airport supervisors like I would do. I'm going home to go to work tomorrow. I would call my supervisor and say, "I know I idea what the person and bad guy. Unfortunately for them, I recorded and I said that I recorded. They didn't say I did I didn't do it. If somebody wants to watch the recording, I'm not a >> I think this needs to be taken off the airplane. >> This was all verbal, nothing physical. >> I never If you think >> I'm just asking. I'm not saying you >> All I asked them was to tell me what I did other than >> Yeah, so do you have a a connecting flight somewhere? Are you going to >> He said I'm going to So, he's decided that without any evidence of anything I talked to him. He looked at me, carried with a quiet tone and said before I even got off the plane, just like I walked out the bathroom, recognized that you guys were here for me. This is the level of treatment. No one is listening to like how I was treated on the flight. I never touched anybody. I never harassed anybody. I never cursed anybody. And I know how not to curse >> Yeah. >> and go crazy on anybody there. >> So, unfortunately, it is up to the airline whether they want to let you >> wasn't an airline. It was this Even if I were buying another airline ticket and I didn't want to go to Southwest. This guy is creating a campaign to bother me throughout this airport. So, I was in the bathroom. I could have been buying another ticket to another airline, not the airport. I didn't do this at the airport. I want their information for this level. I'm Can you guys watch the video? >> That's something that you'd have to bring up with their customer service. >> but I was trying to ask them how to do it. I already have a bought ticket. >> We can give you the information on how to do that. >> But I asked them that an hour ago. They're trying to waste my time. This guy is single-handedly deciding that I wasn't going to be on my knees. >> Who is this guy? >> go Can we call the police? Can we go and talk? But it was I didn't talk any differently than I'm talking now. And the police don't make me talk better. I don't have that ability. >> I I get it. I understand. >> This is outright harassment from the plane. And when the guy said, "Mark, she won't get on the next flight." I have it on recording. When someone says that as a flight attendant, not based off of anything I did, based off of me saying that I'm going to complain to Southwest on them. They just >> Sounds like she's complaining about the airline being racist. Also, she kept mentioning a man but didn't say anything about who he was. Kind of confusing listening to her explanation. >> So, I know that's frustrating, but they can do that. Like Officer Grady here was saying. >> can I still get a reason? >> They don't have to give you a reason. That's the >> They just No, no, they can't just deny me. >> They can't. They can't deny >> No, no, but for I want my money back then. I I get to buy my ticket. >> Like we're saying, that that's something you'd have to bring up with their customer >> going to go to customer service. Walk with me so I can go to the >> go up front. >> That's customer service over there. >> That's That's not an option right now, okay? Talking to them down there is not >> that she guys are the >> I decided I decided it. >> No, I didn't They don't You guys are the police. >> They just They just said that. We don't work for Southwest. We work for the airport. And the airport is a contractor of the airport, and they've decided that you're not making flight with Southwest. So, we can go to the ticket counter. >> reason? >> They don't have to give a reason. They're denying you boarding. >> money back. >> We can do it up front. They have the same capabilities up front, but as of right now, they have voided the ticket for So, we're going to go >> know my name. >> We're going to go up front and get your money. >> He doesn't know my name to void the ticket. So, we can still talk. You guys don't know my name. >> that information because >> They do not have that information. They do not. You guys saw a white girl with a green jacket. The description came out there. It's like I knew that you were the police. This is a lie. Like that's a lie. >> Can we go up front and deal with it so that we're not going >> No, I want to go talk to them and get my money back. >> We're going to deal with it. >> So, I can't get on that plane? >> You cannot. >> Why did they say no? >> Because they denied you boarding. >> they? It was just the one guy. >> Southwest manager, Southwest, whoever you talked to, whoever denied you boarding. That's what they >> He never denied me boarding. He denied me boarding. >> That's That's what they have told us. >> It is outright racism that I was denied boarding. Did you guys see the video and what >> We can get names for you if you want to file a complaint with Southwest, too. >> But I got to get to work tomorrow. >> Well, at least she agreed to leave. Or so you thought. >> We can get you rebooked on another >> This is clearly a black move. I know you guys are national. It's a lynch mob. What you doing? >> No, ma'am. >> You guys are a lynch mob. This is lynching. This is lynching. This is what you do to black people when you don't like how they act. >> Please. >> Okay, I'm sorry guys. You can walk with me. Walk with me. >> No, ma'am. We're just trying to walk We're trying to escort you. I want to talk to you. >> No. Everybody watch. >> I'll walk with you nicely. I'm not detained. I'm not detained. I don't got to walk with you. I'm not detained, so you are. >> So, maintain camera. She is extremely verbally combative at the moment. >> So, we're going to the ticket counter right now to see if >> I ain't got to leave the airport, you know what I ain't got to get on that flight. So, I'm going to buy my own ticket. I ain't got to go nowhere with you. >> Ma'am, so >> I got to buy a ticket in another airline. I'm calling my dad to get it. >> So, we do that up front. There's There's plenty of plenty of airlines out there. >> I'm I'm I didn't do anything else wrong. I'm done with that. >> You can't be back here without a valid boarding pass, okay? >> Daddy can stay in line. Stay in line. I'm just trying to get the money to buy another ticket. >> Yes, but as of right now you don't have a valid boarding pass. >> And I do. >> So, you do not have a boarding pass. >> You don't have >> Cuz that was I'm calling to give me the information confirmation number for What's the airline? >> United. >> She bought another ticket? She bought you another ticket? >> Yeah, who you getting this from? >> I'm just What gate is that at? >> It's at B6. I won't be at the ramp. Show me a law that I got to go with you. >> Now, instead of leaving, she just sits there arguing with the cops. Despite that, the officers still tried their best to explain the situation to her. >> Listen, confirmation number from my mom. All right, let me look at that. You can stay there and see the one in the back. I'm not going anywhere with >> We're just trying to help you out. We're trying to get you get you get you a new flight. >> I should show you videos of even him saying that like I'm on this plane, come. >> I I believe you. We we believe you, but we can't do anything about that. I do. >> But um it doesn't You don't have to All right, you have to get the confirmation number cuz I got to go home today. >> Mhm. >> I ain't leaving anywhere. >> I got you. >> Where did you come from with a Southwest call, right? I'm not getting on that airport. And I want to know the names of the people that put me on it. >> Okay. >> And I'm not going to >> We have to make sure you got a boarding pass. >> I'm going to have my mom confirm in California, and I want my money back. >> And that's something you can definitely take up with Southwest. >> I want their names, the people that called on me. And I want your names, the people that are here harassing me. Got you arrested at this point. >> Like we're saying, we're not trying to arrest you. >> And I'm not going to get escorted out of the airport when I didn't do anything in the airport. You're trying to create an airport situation. >> So like I said, we just have to confirm you got that new boarding pass, and we'll be out of your hair, okay? >> You're not in my life guide. >> You're right, I'm not I'm not your life guide, but you have to have an active boarding pass to be back here. >> So to be on the secure side of the airport >> That's not That's not the law. That's not the law. You guys got to follow the law. Like I am. You guys told me I can't get on that flight, which was a lie. >> That's Southwest. That has nothing to do with us. >> a lie. I did something wrong. So after that, you're done. I won't get on the flight, but you're not going to stand around me and harass >> That's up to Southwest's discretion. That has nothing to do with us. >> And I'm not going on the flight. >> But you understand, we we didn't deny you boarding. >> Yeah, you did, cuz I walked over there and talked to them. They said that like, "Hey, I got all these videos to show I didn't do anything. I have the names of the people that harassed me. Why would I create that information and have that paper trail?" I was in the wrong. I didn't think I was getting on the flight. They were at the gate to bother me on the plane cuz they knew. It would still go to corporate. So I can't get on no Southwest airline, or just in my flight? >> Today? >> Cuz I'm not banned. >> That's Southwest. >> I'm not banned from them. So I don't That's what I'm saying. >> We would have to talk to them to know that, and that would have to take place up front. Up front. I know. At the ticket counter up front. >> That's not happening. I could have talked to them there. The flight was 10 minutes away. They wanted me around police to see how crazy I was. I'm a black person at the airport. Is it a crime right now? Now, what's the crime? >> No, ma'am. We would have >> I'm a black person at the airport. What's the crime? >> It would have been disorderly conduct depending on your behavior. >> When When When have I behaved? I sat down. >> So that's based on your behavior. I'm saying if it escalates, that would That's what it would >> If it escalates, I think that you're looking That's why I sat down and put myself down, cuz I think when I was acting up, you were talking to me. That was the escalation. >> No, ma'am. >> I just want to go home. >> I'm just trying to talk to you person to person. I'm I'm trying to talk to you person to person. I don't look at you any other way like I would anyone else. >> You don't know how I look at someone who throws you off a plane, calls the police on your black ass, and then makes you beg to get on that plane. I ain't begging to >> Well, like we're saying, that's that's a that's a Southwest call, right? That's something you have to do. >> the I can get on a Southwest flight or is it I can't or what's the issue? >> That's something that you have to talk to the ticket counter about. >> You're harassing me at this point. I'm asking you to leave. Southwest has already got you to get away. I missed my flight. Why don't you leave and let me go? They don't know who I am. You guys can't do You can't make me a criminal with a civil issue. I paid my money. You're trying to make me a criminal. You're escalating the situation and trying to criminalize it. I don't have time for this. I want to go home. Southwest lost two tickets. >> She said all of that, but the officers barely had a chance to say anything. And she's the one who kept yapping non-stop and refusing to leave. And by this time, the officers have had enough and give her one last chance. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to give you one more option right now. We need to walk to the non-secure side, and if we do not walk to the non-secure >> to the flight. I've asked you people to leave me alone. I have tickets to get on Southwest Airlines flight. I've asked you to leave me alone so I can go on the airline. If I can't get on the airline, let me not get on there, and then you decide. >> I'm giving you one last option. >> What is my last option? >> We need to walk to the non-secure side. >> I'm not detained. >> As we were saying, yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. For what? >> For having a ticket. Listen, at this point, we've given you multiple warnings that we need to leave. You've refused to leave. That doesn't matter. If you continue to refuse to leave, you will go to jail for criminal trespassing. >> How? >> Because you're refusing our lawful order to leave this area, right? >> Why would I leave this area when I have a ticket to be here? >> You do not, cuz you have been denied boarding. >> I haven't I got to go get I got to go board to be denied boarding. You're denying me boarding. You don't work for Southwest. He got on the phone and claimed to talk to Southwest. He's claiming that he no lawyer. Let me go to the boarding and see if I got denied boarding. >> No, ma'am. >> Well, who denied me boarding? Is it the police or Southwest? >> It's Southwest Airlines. I've been told you've been denied boarding. no, >> have not. I'm not at boarding. So, I want to go to board Southwest denied boarding. >> If we do not exit the secure area >> So, what am I being denied boarding? What am I Please don't touch me. And she backed up off of me. >> I'm giving you this option. >> I don't have an option. >> the last option. I'm telling you you will end up in jail. >> I'm showing the ticket again. >> That's you're going to be denied boarding. >> I bought two tickets. Can you buy another from Can I buy another airline? Do I see if we work for another airline? >> No. >> I got it. >> We're past that point right now. >> So, hold on. I can't buy it all. >> Not with Southwest. >> What? I'm going to buy from another airline. >> Then you need to exit the secure side. >> know. But, I still have a ticket for it. So, I'm still I'm still securely here. My baggage is still on there. >> With her still refusing to leave, the officers have no other choice but to put her under arrest. >> All right. Well, now we're past that point. Let's go back up. >> Please don't do anything. It's two tickets I'm buying. All I did was try to buy a ticket on my phone. Can you grab my phone and my stuff? >> Get out of the way. >> Yes. >> Can you not Can you not go through my belongings? I'm not I'm only doing the same thing. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm not arrested. What did I do wrong? >> Under arrest for trespassing. >> I'm not trespassing. I have a ticket. >> I'm in the airline I'm not at the customer service. >> I need everybody's information. And there is black people out in the restaurant. Is everybody camera on? >> Sure is. >> Okay. So, I I repeatedly I'm asking them so I can buy a ticket. [music] My mother bought two tickets out of Southwest. It's not illegal for me to buy a ticket. It's not illegal for me to buy a plane ticket. They got a lot of patience. They don't work for the airline. They don't work for that. I want to be in front of the camera at all times. Please make me in front of the camera at all >> at all times as well. >> I want to be in front of the camera at all times. I haven't done anything to resist. I've been nice to you guys. I've only asked Okay. I won't do anything wrong. I've not done anything to resist. I'm just being black on Southwest. And they promised I would get arrested. And this is the promise. I have it on camera. I asked them He's shaking. Does he know he's wrong? You know you're wrong today. >> I have to search you. >> I'm You can search. I have My hands are detained. >> So, please spread your legs slightly. >> a woman. I need a woman. I'm not spreading my legs. I'm not spreading my legs. It's against my religion.
