This first class passenger causes a huge scene at the airport. I'm a first class. I got it. I'm younger than you. I know how to work with anybody know how to work with me. I can't. Please. I'm begging. Cops were called after a heated argument broke out between a woman and an airport staff worker. But things only got worse when she became upset about being recorded. Take a look. Nothing. Hold on one second. How are you today? I'm fine. What's going on? So, this is what happened. I left my Charlie on the plane. The guy called attitude with me because I asked for my trolley. This is my first time traveling with my with my dog. I'm on first class. This is my first time traveling with my dog. I asked him for my trolley. You have your dog now? What? You have your dog? Yeah, I have my dog. He's right here. But I needed this to put my dog on and I left it on the plane and then the guy called Attitude and then this lady right here, she's recording me the whole time without my permission. I'm a legal studies major, 3.8 GPA, Brown University. You got it back, right? Yeah, I did get it back. Walking out with her. I am. I am walking out. But why is she recording me without my permission? That's illegal. In a public property. Well, we're public. In a private property. No, I meant private. This is private airport. I know university. I didn't. I'm 100% sure. This is private. Can I say one thing? She and you don't even talk to her, but you're talking to me. Well, I'm talking to you right now. My colleague is talking to her. Your colleague isn't talking to her cuz that's her right there. Sir, we're coming back to talk to her. Okay. I just want you to I got you. Yes, ma'am. Ma'am, please don't try to turn it down. I got you. Let's go. I'm fine. Okay. I'm fine. Okay. Can you let me talk? Can Can you talk and walk? It's okay. We can. We 100% can listen to you. This is the lady right there. Nobody's talking to her. He recorded me without my permission. You see my colleague right here? He's No, this lady. Can you look one? The lady in the back, right? No, the lady right there with the with the with the papers in her hand. Nobody's talking to her. She recorded me. Okay, take a look where he is. 3.8 GPA legal studies. I know she can't record me recording me without my permission. Okay, let's address this uh recording without my permission theory. Okay, I suppose uh the deputy here can ask, "Well, ma'am, I'm recording you right now. Do I have your permission to record you?" I don't know what she would have said, but it's it's public property. We're at an airport for crying out loud. And uh three point GPA. You know what? I want to call BS on that, but I don't know. She's recording because I asked for my trolley for my dog. It doesn't matter. My dog's not upset. It It doesn't matter. It's the fact that I asked for my trolley and she got mad. But you're coming here for me, but not her. Well, it's not. And I'm recording this. No problem. 1.8 million on Oh, but be careful. Yeah. Don't worry. Okay. We don't want you to hurt yourself. No. Don't worry. Yes, ma'am. Yeah. Still recording it. So, where are you going here in Tommy County? It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Where you going? It doesn't matter, sir. It doesn't matter. You have nothing to say to her, but you're worried about me. Well, well, that's what you say. Well, well, well. Oh, cuz she's Okay. I didn't even know she was Okay. I bet. Typical. H typical. Typical. I mean, I've never flown first class. Yeah, I bet you have. You're officer. So my first class you're pulling on my trolley that I left on the plane, but you're walking me out. I don't need to be escorted. Okay. So, please leave me alone. Go talk to her. Nobody's still talking to her. This is what I'm talking about. And this is why I'm recording it. This is why I have to record it. Yeah. Okay. It's weird. Weird. Never in my life. 15 countries. 15 countries at 23 years old. Never in my life have I been treating like this. Never. Don't worry about my dog. Go talk to that lady that was being rude to me when I flew first class and paid over $1,000 for a ticket. Yeah. You don't have nothing to say, but that's why it's going to be posted on the internet. Okay. Yeah. Well, we hope that the rest of your stay here in Palm Beach Town will be a little bit better. It will live here. Okay. Yeah. Like that's ridiculous. You don't have nothing to say to them. No, I'll talk to them after. You talk to them after, but nobody's talking to her. And she's recording me without my permission. You want to put the heavy bag on the That's not a heavy bag. Yes, ma'am. That's not a heavy bag. It's barely empty. Yes, ma'am. Just concerned. Okay. Thank you. Don't be. Okay, we need to leave. Ma'am, I got to call my Uber. Huh? I got to call my Uber. We'll do that. We'll do that outside. Why? Why are you squirting me out? Because right now you don't have a ticket for here. This is basically a secure area. But I just came off. I just came off. But that's why we have to walk you out. Okay. But I got to turn my phone on. Okay. But you were recording me. I am. Okay. Of course. So we can make an Uber call outside. But I still I still have to charge my phone. Once we get outside here, you we're going to intervene. That's fine. Still have to charge my phone, sir. You understand? H I still have to charge my phone. I got to get home safely 100%. Like you didn't even want to listen. No, we got to leave. We have to go. I have to at least my phone so I can be able to charge you. What? We're going to show you another area where after we leave the concourse, we'll show you where you can charge your phone. Okay. But why am I being kicked out? What? You're not being kicked out. You just need to leave. I'm not being kicked out. So why do I have Because this is a secure area when you land. It's for people who leave following me out because of what that lady said cuz she said that she's calling the security but she's the one recording me and you have nothing to say to her. Well, once we leave that's crazy. Yeah. No, no, no, it's not crazy whatsoever. uh she is the PR, the person reporting or the RP, the reporting party, telling the police that uh you're acting uh completely out of line, disrespectful, loud, boisterous, and we can't be having that kind of behavior here in the airport, right? Basically, you're loitering because now you have no ticket and you don't belong here in this secure area. So, guess what? You got to go. So, we got to go out that way. Then, you can pull Robert. Deputy Pites. Robert PB I A Leo 229. Okay. What's behind you? Watch out behind you. I don't want you to fall. Yeah, but I see it. Don't worry about it. Still got it recorded. Okay. You don't need medical attention. Correct. No, I don't need medical attention. Just want to make sure. Yeah. I don't need medical attention. I'm not 50 years old looking at the police officer. That is so wrong. Wow. So, us over 50 years old, we definitely need medical attention. God, that's just that's a jab right there. I don't need a medic. Thank you. We'll be moving out to help you carry the bag if you need. That's fine. I don't need you to help me carry the bag. You should tell the girl to stop recording me. Okay, she stopped already. She's all the way. Okay, but you didn't say nothing to her, but you're following me and I'm first class, but you're following me. Yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying. Okay, now we're going to do that. This is a I just I just need my phone to turn off so I call Uber. How can I call Uber? My phone's instead. Okay, call up my phone. My Uber's on this phone call. Yeah, exactly. So, I got to charge you. So, you got to relax. Like, I don't know why you're trying to rush me. I'm first class and you're trying to rush me. What's the flex with the first class? Okay. It's great to fly first class, but you tell me. What are we trying to accomplish? Like, does I give you a pass to act the way you're acting? I don't know. You tell me. Doesn't make sense. Well, this is what we're going to do. I'm going to give you a minute. You can give me a minute, sir. No matter what, I'm recording this. Yes, you can. So, you're trying to tell me you're going to give me a minute in the airport that I paid to come to that I bought a first class ticket to that the lady got mad at me because I asked for a trolley. No matter how you feel about me, I asked the lady for a trolley and she got mad and you're telling me that you're going to kick me out cuz that how am I going to call my Uber? What's your first name? M first name. No, you can't answer, sir. Maybe she was having a bad day. It happened. I understand. But I'm just trying to turn my phone. How can I call my Uber if I can't? Like my colleague said, there's charges outside. Outside? Yeah. But is there really or are you just saying No, no, no, no. B chargers outside. I cannot believe what you're saying when you say you're going to go talk to the lady, but you walked away from her right on camera. I could only be at one place at one time. Exactly. But you're saying you're talking to a lady, but you wasn't. So, you lied. That's the point. So, what we're going to do is there's outlets over there where you can charge your phone. You can call your Uber. But this right now is basically what people arrive. So, you arrived. Why is he recording me too? You see what I'm talking about? No, he's not. He's not recording it. Turn the camera off. I got my phone right here. Want to talk to him? It's okay for people to record you. It's not without my permission. Ma'am, without my permission. Make sure you study more when you get home. Okay. A private property. It's not It's not private property. It's public. Okay. Make sure you study when you get home. Okay. Okay. That's why I'm not a airport police officer. 3.8 GPA. You're right. Legal studies. Yes. I know it is a high score. Very high. Yes. That's why I don't have to work in the airport. You're right. Congratulations. Congratulations. I have a not Congratulations. Come on. Let's go. Do you want us to help you? Cuz we I'm willing to help you hit me, baby. No problem. It's deputy ma'am. It's a I'm a deputy deputy sheriff. Okay. Officer, right? Deputy officer. Deputy officer. Deputy sheriff. Deputy officer. And you do know Uber is on the third level. Okay. So, once you go out there, you can see the waiting area. You could sit here. I don't need to walk no more. Okay. We're going to show you where the charger is. The charger. I don't need you to tell me where where the charger is at this point. Okay. For real. You're really annoying me and I don't want to go to jail. My dad just passed away. My dad passed away one month ago today. I don't want to argue with you for real. Okay. Sorry. Please leave me alone. I don't need you to walk me to the thing because I asked you for my Okay, that's fine. When I asked you for my trolley, you're walking. I don't need I don't need three people to walk me. There you go. We leave you alone. We leave you alone. Yeah, leave me alone. Three people to walk me because I asked for my trolley. That's ridiculous. And I took first class. And I took first class. You sure you don't want me to show you where you can try? Ma'am, please leave me alone. Please leave me alone. Yes, ma'am. Can you tell her to leave me alone? I'm bothering you. I'm walking. Can you tell her to leave me alone? Can you tell her to please leave me alone? Yes, ma'am. Good luck to you. Good luck to you. You working at the airport. Good luck, ma'am. Why? I'm here. Sir, not you, sir. Come here, sir. Me, sir. A man, not a woman. Where is my bag? Cuz you made me American Airlines is over here. Like, this is ridiculous. Is it American or United? You said American, right? American Airlines, right? It's over here. Oh my. Where? Cuz the lady just said that the bag was on and she's on. It's right over here. Here's the baggage. We'll help you. Crazy, bro. They're very quick. Where's my bag? My bag. Hello. We have a young lady, I believe. You see your suitcase? You want to help you upstairs with it? I cannot do. How many times is she going to drop that trolley? I mean, come on, man. Look, on a side note, um I'm glad and happy to say that, let's see, from 2002 to 2008, for six years of my police career, I worked at the airport overtime. I mean, you can imagine shift after shift after shift for six years, right? And lucky me that I've never ran into a situation like that. Just thought I'd share that with you. My dad just these people, I asked them for my trolley thing. I have a dog. This is my first time traveling with dog. I for my Charlie thing. She made a whole thing. Call the the security. They had to walk me down. That's crazy. Where's your luggage? Is this it? Yes, it is. Cool. Which one is it? I'll help you. Crazy. Like that's really crazy. 15 countries. I never had a problem in my life. In my life. They had to walk me down. I'll help you with this. Like that. No, it's fine. No, no, no. Because you walking me with four people. I don't need you to help. Like that's crazy. You You didn't even care. We have kids here. We do have kids here. You don't have no kids here, babe. We do have kids. You don't have no kids here, babe. And you didn't even want to hear what I said. You was more interested in whatever the lady said. You didn't even care. That's crazy. That's literally crazy. Somebody who spent thousands of dollars on American Airlines. Yeah. Still recording. Still recording. So, keep that attitude. Like P E I T. Yeah. D S R P E I T. Uh, you want to go to Uber? Okay. Uber, take the elevator. I don't need help. Okay. Just you need to talk. Okay. Weird. Do you want us to help you to level three? No, I don't need you to help me to level three. Yes, ma'am. The whole time. You didn't want to care about what the lady said. Yes, ma'am. You didn't want to care what the lady said. I never ever had a problem ever. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. You're just being sarcastic. Yes, ma'am. I know you don't get paid for it, but you got to act like you care. I do. First class. Never ever had a problem. First time with my dog. I asked you for a trolley. You had one month since my dad. Yes, ma'am. You're lucky I'm g There's an opening right down there. Ma'am, look. Ma'am, there's a um elevator that's open for you. I don't want to take the elevator. Okay, you can go ahead, sir. We'll wait. Ma'am, it's right over here. Thanks, babe. I see it. Thank you, ma'am. I see. Thanks. I'm trying I'm trying to attach my bag to my Leave me alone. I'm not going anywhere till my ride is coming. I'm waiting for my ride. Okay, you got a call. You made the call. I did call. Good job. Okay, so right about now, as police officers, right, these deputies, they got to start thinking about, okay, this is definitely probably going to be a trespass. It seems as though maybe she's impaired, you know, maybe she's altered. Something's going on there. I don't know. But that's the situation that she has pretty much created all on her own because of her behavior. I can't hear you. Spanish. Spanish. Seems to be a slight issue. Do you speak Spanish? No, you're not. You don't. So, you can't be of help. That's crazy. I know. You can't even be of help. Worried about me. Worried about me, but you can't even be of help. That's crazy. We try to help people sometimes. Oh, old enough. Don't worry, we'll be on today. Okay. And we got people in the area. We got people in the area. You want me to help you? No, I don't need you to help me. Okay. I want to get your face. Yep. Up close. Up close. Don't give up. Doing the most. You try. Yeah. Where you kids at? H. Where you kids at? I have no idea. You have no idea. Exactly. Running the streets. Probably. Probably. You don't know. You don't know. Yeah, that hurts to hear. Yes. Why you worrying about me? Going to make a left. A left. There you go. I'm waiting for my I'm taking all my time. You got to go across the street cuz they're not going to pick you up on this side. You want me to show you? It's okay. I don't go outside in the cold. I got to wait in the cold. I'm Yes, ma'am. Yeah. Yeah. Uh yeah. Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. Scheler. You sure you don't want me to show you where? I don't need help. Thank you. I love your shoes though. Thank you. You ate that. Yes, she that black lady showing out. Period. You from West Palm Beach. Where you from? You speak Spanish? That's great. I do. I speak six languages. Six languages. Countries, baby. Spread Deutsch. 55 countries, baby. Deutsch. 55 countries, baby. Can I ask a quick question? Did you dispatch an Uber so I can show you where to go? Bab, I don't need help with Uber. Okay, I got it. I'm younger than you. I know how to work Uber. Anybody know how to work Uber? Me. That's true. Right. Right. Hey, ma'am. What? Hey, man. What? What do you dog doesn't get out? No, the dog's good. The dog actually came. H dog actually came from service dog. Okay. Where are my dog lovers at? Because that is a crime to keep that dog in that bag, man. Come on now. Let's take care of the dog first and stop arguing. Service dog. Yeah. Yeah. 10 lb. What's it trained for, if I may ask? Um, he's trained for talking to people that work for $1011 an hour. Mhm. Do you know what day it is today? Um, I do. What day is it today? It's the day that I make more money now than people who are in officer uniforms that work at the airport that are feeling it. Okay. Yeah. You know what day it is today? It's a day you're working. Yeah, I don't got work. I'm chilling. I'm chilling. You see this gentleman? He's with the department of the airport. They operate this airport. Who? The guy in the green shirt with no badge. Yeah, he works for the airport. Okay. So, what we need to do is wait outside. Okay. I'm not waiting outside any closer. Do you want to do a fast warning, sir? Okay. You just said I could charge my phone, though. Didn't you say that? But you do need to leave now. What you say I can trust? You need to leave right now. But you say I can turn. He's going to find out. We can help you call. I don't need to call nobody. H I don't need to call nobody. When was the last time you ate something? When was the last time you ate something? I fly in first class, babe. I just ate. When's the last time you ate something? Probably a few hours ago. Okay. You might need a little lunch. Yeah, probably. Okay. When is your trespass warning? A trespass warning. He's going to airport. He's going to say something. You don't trespass. You need to leave. You need to leave. But you have no reason to come back. You have no reason. A trespass warning. I have to fly out of here tomorrow. Then you need to leave. Okay, I will leave. But why you why you issuing me a trespass warning? Well, because you're staying in here. You're being a native with bad language. Okay, bad language. You could come you could come back tomorrow now as long as you leave, which you are. You're which is good. Yeah, but it's like you literally didn't want to hear what the person said. Well, guess what? I will go back and talk to my car. You know you when you get in. So, I hope you will. You see the numbers on the pilot? Thank you. Bye. I'm sorry. Watch out. Basically, she volunteer going to leave now. Case number. If you do ask someone to leave and if they do leave Mhm. and they refuse to give you as long as Okay. So, I'll do it under 10. So you you don't want to give me your first name, right? You just said I'm not getting trespass. You did issue a trespass warning, which means if you do come back, you will be arrested for trespass after me. You just said I can. You left. Left right now. Let me ask them about tomorrow. We issue a trespasses for a whole year. For a whole year. Okay. If you can't come back for a year. But let me just make sure I ask one thing. Can she come back tomorrow and fly or just she fly? Right now you issue a trespass warning just for today, but tomorrow if you have a ticket, you can come back. That is for one year. If you have a ticket, that's what I heard you. You repeated me when I said that. Now I'm talking. If you come back, if you have a ticket, then you can come back. If you have business with the airport, okay, if you do not have business with the airport, of course I have business with If you listen to me talk, okay, it's hard to hear when you're talking. Okay? If you have business with the airport, meaning you have a ticket, okay, that means you can fly out. Okay. If you come back tomorrow with a ticket, you can fly. If you come back right now, you won't Yeah. You want to go outside to leave? Outside to leave also. Want her to leave outside also? Right. You need to call an Uber. I already called. Let's go. You have to wait outside. I'm outside. What are you going to do? You're still on property. Okay. I'm outside. What are you going to do? You're going to be arrested. Be arrested for what? Trespass after warning. But you just told me I can wait for I'm for my uh I'm recording this, sir. Yeah. So, what do you mean? Okay. So, you know what? It is got real all of a sudden because now you've been told, "Look, you got to leave." This is where you have that good cop, bad cop, right? Everybody's being very polite and respectful. You need that one cop that's going to come and say, "Look, get out of here." Okay? It's really that simple. You need to leave or I'm going to arrest you. Do I see it on the phone? What do you say on the phone? I just record. I just replay Uber. How long are you going to be? I'll be back tomorrow. First class. Bye-bye. My phone just died. I called Uber. I told you it's 6 minutes away when I looked at it. So, it should be like 4 minutes away. So, you ordered it 100%. Why? Please stop. I'm very concerned for your wellbeing. Please, please, please. No. Please. Please. Too late. Too late. Too late. I'm going to take you. Don't resist. Come on. You're going to hurt me. Please. We're not hurting you. We're not hurt. Please. Please. I'm here for you. I'm sorry. No, I'm good. I'm good. Put your hand behind your back. Why is he hurting me? You're going to You're going to go on the ground. You're going to go on the ground. Please. I Please. Please. I promise. I promise. My Uber is 3 minutes away. Sir, I'm not trying to be Please. I think we tried. Listen to me. No. No. No. Please. No. Please. It's too late. Why? Disrespecting everything. Officer. Excuse me. You got it. Excuse me. Officer. Officer. Please. Officer. Officer. Please help. Help. Please help. Running in your mouth. See what happened? I'm sorry. See what happened in front of your mouth. First class. Excuse me. First class. Excuse me, officer. Please. Please. I'm I'm begging. Please. My dog is by himself. Please. I'm begging. Your dog can go to animal care control now. It's too late. It's too late. It's too late. It's too late. First class. Excuse me, sir. Why am I being arrested? Please, sir. Please. My car is all the way downstairs. Please. I'm begging you, sir. I'm going to go get my car cuz I got a I will leave your property. Please. I I have my dog. I can't. Please. I'm begging. I'm concerned for your wellbeing. I'm okay. I promise I won't do anything. Please. I will leave. I will never come back. I won't even come back tomorrow. Please. Well, you're not coming back tomorrow unless you have a plane ticket. I No, I'm not coming back anyways. It's okay. I have a dog. I always have something to live for. So, what is she what is she trained for? Your dog? My dog? Yeah. What do you mean? Well, if it's a service dog, it's trained for something. I'm legally allowed to ask that question. No, but I'm not allowed to tell her people. It's hip law. Okay. It's a health thing. I'm not asking about you. I know, but you have all these people. So, why would I tell them my illness? They were just asking if the dog was trained or not. Yeah. Has nothing to do with you. I know, but that's against HIPPA. So, for to have one, two people, three people. I don't want to tell three people. I could tell you yourself, but everyone's telling me, well, that's something you can leave. Yeah, I'm not asking where you are. Them is against him law. I'm asking about the law. What's anxiety? Time out. Hold on a second. So, the deputy asking, uh, what's your service dog? You know, what's the specialty or what do you have a service dog for? It's against HIPPA laws. Come on, man. I have I have I have anxiety. You get off an airplane and run back on, force your way back. I never forced my way. You were not there. I swear to God I did not force myself. I I went to the guy and I told him, "Please get my begging." What's the deal? Please. I I promise I will leave. My Uber is already here. I'm pretty sure you don't have to hold me. I got you. Please, sir. No problem. We can give you an NTA in order to appear, but you have to leave a property. And you don't have an address, do you? So basically the gentleman here from the airport says but you have to behave. Is it hard? So if you do come back tomorrow to fly like you said you have to behave. You are allowed to come back. You understand that? If you're upset take a deep breath. I honestly to be honest with you like I'm a legal studies major. I feel like I wasn't even being disrespectful to you guys. Like yeah I give attitude but I wasn't like going far. I wasn't hitting you. I didn't do it on you. It's way worse. Like I that I can actually charge. Do you understand? Like I feel like I didn't go that far to from where you guys are resting me. Final thoughts. First and foremost, big shout out to Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. You couldn't ask for better deputies to be cool, calm, and collective, professional, and respectful throughout the entire incident. Now, the biggest lesson of them all is this, and if you're new to the channel, in prior videos, I talk about the two A's and the two Ds. It's all about your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, and your disposition. And that goes both ways. both the cops and the arrestee or the person they're detaining. And you know what? Sometimes that is going to dictate how this is all going to end up. All right. Hope you learned something. Up next, I'm looking at how a deranged man chases a cop with a 40tonon bulldozer. There you go. He's trying to run over the police officer right now. He just Yep. He just destroyed a police car. Do not move. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay. So, she was charged with a trespass warning. However, that citation was later dismissed. Okay, let's go ahead and click that like button and that notification bell. Don't forget to subscribe.
