I didn't >> No, they can still arrest you for accused. >> I went into the Speedway with my mother. I got a soda. After that, my mom got a flat tire. We were sitting in the [ __ ] Speedway trying to fill up our flat tire. I went back inside for a water bottle and I got accused of stealing. >> What did you get accused of stealing, Alexis? >> I don't know. I just got called I just got told >> down. Calm down. >> No, don't you stay here and don't say [ __ ] >> We got called because something possibly happened. We're not saying anything happened. It's just that's most of our calls. If we get called, we just got to verify it. That's it. What is she accusing you of stealing? >> But it's huge. >> As this officer continued dealing with the entitled mother-daughter duo, the other officer came inside the store to get statements from the employee. >> Hello. Okay, tell me what happened. >> So, they've been here for probably about an hour. Sitting in the car? In and out. >> I went in there while my mom was filling up her tires, took a bottle by Sorry, by a bottle of water and got told to get out cuz I was stealing. >> girl comes in, she goes to the beer cooler, looks, comes down this way, goes back to the beer cooler, grabs a V8 box, shoves it in the front of her pants, and then grabs two Gatorades and comes up here to me. >> And she just yelled at me to get out. You were stealing. You have to leave. And I said, "Ma'am, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I didn't steal anything. I just came in here with my mother like I just want a bottle of water. >> And they're trying to air up tires the mom can't bear with stand. >> Was mom the one driving? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So I told her I was like you can't be in here. I watched you steal that. >> And she yelled at me and she told me to get out. >> I'm not even from around here. I live in Jersey. >> People are up on camera just to make sure we have the right one. >> After I told her to leave. She used some vulgarities and then she spit at me. >> Okay. >> You didn't spit on her, did you? >> No, I didn't spit. No. >> Okay, now. >> Did she like purposely spit at you? >> Yes. >> Probably on camera, too, right? >> No, sorry. I did not >> We're going to see it on camera. >> I did not spit. >> Okay, see there's the mom. >> Okay. >> And there's her. >> How old is she? She looks really young. >> Young. >> How old are you? >> 19. >> 19? So you're an adult? >> Unfortunately. >> And that cash register for the two Gatorades? >> Mhm. >> I told her to get out. >> Are you aware of what happened inside the Speedway with her and the clerk? What's up there? >> Yes, so she's coming in yelling at you? >> Yeah. >> She stole it, I guess. >> Are you wanting to press charges on her spitting on you or just want the trespass? >> Just trespass. >> Okay. >> I'm already late. I need to call my Oh my god. I just want to go home. >> Just relax. >> We we we have to have good experience. >> Okay, listen. I don't want y'all both together right now. You go stand over there and I'll talk to her. >> Thank you. Mom, please. I need to call my dad. I need to call my dad. >> You [ __ ] lied. >> It's a call. >> to kill you. They're going to kill you. >> You're about to go in handcuffs. >> Yeah, this is what happens when mom births to a drinking partner instead of a daughter. Doesn't look good, does it? All jokes aside, the officer then began to confront the daughter about her actions. >> All right, so is the camera going to show you spitting on her? >> Yes. >> Okay, so why did she laugh? >> Because she accused me of stealing and I'm going back to Pennsylvania. >> Who is Who lives there? Your dad? >> My dad. >> Okay. Are you closer to him than your mom? >> Yes. I just need my dad. Please. >> How old is she? How old are you? >> She's 19. >> I'm 19. >> Her story is she walked in there and grabbed the >> Dad. >> Hey. Hey. >> Dad. >> I'm sorry. No, ma'am, I'm sorry. >> Stop. >> Ma'am, I'm sorry. >> to be placed under arrest for public intoxication if she keeps it up. >> I have you on camera stealing that Be Box, okay? >> And then starting an issue in here with the clerk, spitting on the clerk, okay? Do you want to go to jail? Because that kind of behavior is how you're going to go to jail. >> I know that. >> Okay? So, as of right now, you're lucky that she's not wanting to press charges, but she wants you She wants you trespassed. If you come back one more time, you're going in handcuffs. Do you understand? >> Mom, please. >> How much have you had to drink tonight aside from that Be Box? >> Just that Be Box. >> You're not going to be driving, either. >> I don't even have a license. >> Okay, do you have an ID? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license? >> It's in the car. >> Car owner's >> It's a rental. >> Yeah, Marshall. Okay. Stay there. Stay there. >> No. No. No. You need to hang it up. >> Okay. >> Hang it up, girl. >> If I have to tell you one more time, like I said, you're going in handcuffs. When I say, "Do not interact with her right now cuz I'm investigating a crime," that means don't. >> Sure, the daughter is insufferable, but it's hard to blame her when you see mom's display of such upstanding citizenship. Truly ridiculous behavior coming from both of them. >> I don't want anything. >> You need to relax. >> I just want some water. >> Because your behaviors does not look good on camera. >> The owner of the store is wants both of you guys trespassed. So, I'm going to be getting that paperwork. You guys are way too intoxicated be to be operating that vehicle, okay? So, if I were you, I'd call for a ride, okay? Don't say [ __ ] >> I need to talk to dad. >> Hey. >> You need to stop looking at this girl. >> What did I just say? Take a seat. Do not say anything else. If I have to come back here one more time, that's it. >> All right, just hang tight right there, okay? Don't don't move. >> Shut up. >> No, stop. >> Oh my goodness. >> I'm about to put her in handcuffs. >> Yeah. >> After this, the daughter realizes the cops are so close to put her in handcuffs, so she decides to call an Uber and try to leave. >> Be a good girl right now. >> Yes, sir. >> Actually, call Uber? >> Yeah, she's not free to go right this second, so you probably got your next rides. >> Okay. >> Call an Uber? >> I played the victim. >> You act like it's the biggest crime of the century. >> That's what's scary to me. >> I think the alcohol is playing a little bit of part in this. >> Stand up. Get your phone out. Right now you're the victim of the pink. >> What? What did you say? >> Okay, stop. >> Wait, can I please can I just go pick up her vape even if I just give it to you? >> Yes, sir. >> Take a seat. >> Has your mom ever been arrested for anything? >> Not until we got to Florida. >> Can I ask what I did wrong? >> You're not listening. You're drunk in public and you're causing a disturbance. >> I'm just I'm just asking. >> you can't follow directions. >> If I hit my vape >> No, we can't let you go. >> Yes, sir. >> We'll take it if you go out. >> Yes, sir. >> So, you're going to sit back there, you're going to be quiet until I'm done, and then we'll figure out what's going on with you. >> No problem, ma'am. >> After a while, the grandmother arrives at the scene expecting to drive her daughter and granddaughter home. >> Is she always like this? You work like what area? >> She's in the back of that police car. >> In in the back of the cop car? >> She's not listening to lawful orders, so she's being detained right now. >> Okay. >> Are you just here to give them a ride? >> Yes. >> Okay, as soon as I'm done with paperwork, we'll we'll get them out of here, >> I reside with my father. >> Lexi, please. >> Okay, that doesn't make any difference right now. You committed a crime, and that's why we're here, and now you're being trespassed from. Okay? >> no, no, no. I could just take you to jail. Okay? I could just take you to jail. That's what we can go that route. >> I just want my dad. >> Okay, well you're an adult and I'm telling you what you did wrong and I'm telling you that I'm doing my job. Okay? So you're going to sit there for a second and be quiet. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Alexis just be quiet, please. Okay, just be quiet. Okay? Be quiet. All right, Alexis. Just need you to sign this just saying that you're being trespassed from here. Okay? Show it here. >> Can I read but I'm I'm not trying to be disrespectful. >> okay. It's okay. So it's just a trespass warning. Okay? >> Okay. I can't come back to the Speedway? >> You cannot come back to this property at all. Okay? >> Yes, ma'am. >> you do it just sign right here. >> But my grandma and my mom is okay to come home? >> Well, I'm dealing with that in just a second. This is just for you This is just for what you did in here. Okay? You stole some beer. >> Stole some beer? I don't drink beer so I'm sorry. Try again, you stupid [ __ ] [ __ ] >> All right. Let me see. Yep. That's it. That's going to be your next That's going to be your next step. Well, your mother is probably going to jail at this point. All right. So so >> So get in the car. That's >> Do you want to go to jail? Do you want to get in the car? Get in the car. Get in the car. You're intoxicated and you're causing a problem. Get your feet in the car. >> Is Nicolette >> going to tell you that. She's an adult, you're an adult. Get your feet in the car. Get in the car. I can leave you here. Alexis, put your feet in the car, please. >> I am a I I I am from >> Okay, Alexis, are you refusing to leave this property after you've been trespassed? >> No, I'm not. I'm sorry. She gets out again, she's going going >> She's been trespassed? >> Yeah, we're going to we're going to And she's And she's going to get a public intox charge, just like mom. >> For some reason, the girl keeps switching from respectful to disrespectful. How is that going to help her in any way? Can't understand what's going on inside her head. And that attitude is going to be her downfall. >> All right. If I let you out, are you going to be cooperative? Step out for me, please. I'm going to have you go sign a form for me, okay? Just saying that you're being trespassed. Be careful. >> You need to teach your daughter some manners. >> Yeah, she's almost She's about to go to jail herself. She's being trespassed, and you are also being trespassed from this property. You cannot come back for 365 days. If you come back within those 365 days, and you do not have permission, you will be taken to jail. >> Okay. >> understand? >> Yes. >> And because you are intoxicated and you're not trespassed from this property, that car can't move from here. Do you understand? >> Can I send my mother its warm morning? >> Uh that's fine. >> Okay. >> I understand that. >> Alexis! Get out of the car. Being cooperative one second, and then being like this. >> No, I never thought I was strong. You're 100% correct. And ma'am, I don't know your name, but you >> not resisting. >> You're getting resisting, and you're getting several charges now. Walk to my car. >> Yes, ma'am. Her trespassing charge was dismissed, and she pleaded no contest to the remaining charges. She was placed on 11 months of probation, and was ordered to pay all fines and court costs. Moving on to the next case where a couple of TikTok brain rots thought they were above the law got arrested. >> Why would you want to cause problems inside the >> I wasn't causing a problem. I asked her, "Why is your workers not wearing their name tags?" >> Go ahead. Keep recording. What's So, what's going on? >> So, all of us got arrested by this guy over here. >> Which guy? >> The guy that This guy right here with the beanie, glasses, and the flannel. Smiling guy. >> Okay. Well, how about we come over here? We'll talk over here. We'll step away. >> How about we step outside? >> Yeah, that's >> Are you all Are you guys okay? >> Yeah, we are, but maybe we don't want this guy. What is your name? >> My name is Officer Layton. >> Okay, we can step outside. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. It is better. >> It's better. >> Cuz we don't want >> Not in the store, right? Why would you want to cause problems inside the >> Well, it seems like you guys have already caused problems. That's why we're here in the first place. >> It's not. She just asked me to leave just like 20 seconds ago. Right >> Well, and if you weren't if you weren't causing a problem, no one would ask you to leave. >> I wasn't causing a problem. I asked her, "Why is your workers not wearing their name tags?" And why are they trying to harass me when they're clearly the ones starting the harassment? >> Okay, do you got some ID on you? >> Who? >> You both of >> What's worse than an idiot? Idiots who think they're smart. That describes exactly what these two are. And you will see how true that statement is for both of them. >> Yep, I have identification on my phone and I lost my ID. >> For what for what for what reason? >> Well, cuz you guys caused an altercation. You guys called here, so >> So, yeah. >> I just need to know who I'm talking to. They don't want you guys here. >> Cuz I don't want about the name tags here. >> Well, she works here, so >> All I asked is to step outside. >> I asked you for your ID. >> But I said I all I asked is to step outside. >> Well, clearly I can smell I can smell that you guys are intoxicated. >> Okay, well, then ask us to step outside. It's not that big of a deal. >> I'm asking you for your ID. Do you have your ID on you? >> I have it on >> You can video it. It doesn't hurt my feelings. >> I know. I lost my ID. I'm sorry. >> Well, can I see your ID? Yeah, you're not free to leave either, so >> I didn't ask that. >> Well, I'm just letting you know. Let me see your ID, please. >> Yeah, go ahead. Here. >> What's your name? >> I plead the fifth amendment. >> Then I put you in handcuffs and you can go to jail for disorderly conduct, cuz you're drunk in public and you're causing a disturbance. So, what is your last name? >> Are you a police officer or a peace officer? >> I'm a police officer that's investigating something right now, and if you don't want to provide me with your name, then you're going to be inhibiting my investigation. >> What happens to the peace officer? >> Nobody's been hostile with you. I'm asking for your name, which is a simple request. >> So, what's the difference between a police officer and a peace officer? >> Are you going to provide me with your name, or are you just going to go in handcuffs? >> Are you going to answer that question, or no? >> I will give you one more chance to to give me your name, or you're just going to go in handcuffs. >> or not? >> Yes, and I'm giving you a legal request. >> Okay, so >> What is your last name? >> Wait, can you identify? Are you a peace officer or a police officer? >> I am a police officer. It says it on my uniform. >> Okay. >> And you're in the city of Summerlin. >> peace that you're trying to bring. >> God, this girl sounds dumber than a brick. Girl, being arrogant and stupid is no way to go through life, and she's about to learn that the hard way. >> I think you need to learn >> Are you refusing to provide your name? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay, so this is your last chance, then you go in handcuffs. >> Why? I asked you a question. >> Okay. >> Why? >> If you're going to refuse >> You're not You're not providing your ID. >> If you're going to refuse to ID yourself, then you are going to go in handcuffs. Stop resisting. >> Why do you think I'm resisting? >> Stop, because you're pulling back on my hands. >> What? So, you guys can't also just provide a simple question where a police officer or a peace officer >> I already told you that multiple times. >> You're recording all of it. >> It's all being recorded. >> Great, but some police officers aren't being peace, don't have their cameras on. >> Uh, we have our cameras on. And all I'm asking for you is your name. >> That's good for you. >> What is your name? What is it? >> Can >> take the handcuffs off, so I can get out? >> No, I I gave you several chances. So, you you can dictate how this goes. >> You put the handcuffs on me because I didn't give my name. >> Yes. >> But if I want to give my name, you cannot take them off. Yes or no? >> Are you going to give me your name? Because I can just get a fingerprint I'll just get a fingerprint scanner out here and then we'll just go that route. And then you can end up in jail for that. >> So, they're not going to answer yes or no for that question. Is it fair? Is it peace? Definitely not. >> Well, you you were not allowing peace or peace. You were the one causing the disturbance. >> No, you didn't say it right the first time. And I'm not intoxicated. Are you intoxicated? Cuz you stated it wrong the first time. But it actually sounded hella accurate. >> Oh, is that right? Okay. >> Okay. >> Ask yourselves. >> So, I will let you know how this goes. If you don't want to identify yourself, then you can go to jail as a Jane Doe and then you sit there until you provide them with your name. >> Then you're taking me for illegal uh >> I'm not. Right now Right now you're Right now you're being detained for disorderly conduct. >> In my opinion, talking to her is a waste of time. So, the officers should just move on and put her in the squad car. And that's exactly what's going to happen next. >> What am I obstructing? >> You're not providing your name. >> What are you providing? >> I've given you everything. >> You don't You can't even answer yes or no question. >> And And neither can you. Okay, we can go to my car. >> Why can't I just stay out here until someone else comes? >> We can have a seat and then you can think about what's going on. >> Yeah, wait till you put me into the jail cell and there's no reason and then everyone figures out that there's no reason why you're putting me in there. >> No, right now you're intoxicated in public and you're causing a disturbance in this store. >> Who's saying that I'm intoxicated in public? >> I am. >> Hey. Hey, come over here, please. >> No, she's not going to come over here. >> Record this. Record this. >> It's all being recorded. Are you going to help provide her name? >> Um no. >> No? Okay. >> no reason to. She's not doing anything. >> She was. This is why all of this is happening. >> Yes, exactly. She was. >> And you are part of it. So, you are with her. >> I was at the park. >> It doesn't It doesn't matter. You're an accomplice to her, right? You're with her. You were the party with her. Is that correct? >> No. >> You guys did not ride here together? >> We did. >> Exactly. So, both of you guys are together, right? >> But what she did alone >> You weren't trying to prevent it. You were probably just standing there the entire time, right? Right? >> What she did was on her own. >> It doesn't matter. You're a part of all this. >> No. >> Yes. I'm not saying you're going to be arrested. >> What he's doing to her is >> perfectly within the within the confines of the law. >> No. >> Go ahead. Keep recording. Maybe you'll learn something. >> No, you will cuz you'll be on TikTok. >> Put me on TikTok. It ain't the first time. TikTok NPC. They're scripted to spew nonsense, but there is no actual thinking. Well, they're going viral. That's for sure. All jokes aside, after searching the other girl, the officers then put her in the squad car. >> female officer >> We don't have one. >> I need a female officer to body check me. I need a female officer. >> Have a seat. >> That's my right. >> Have a seat. >> My right is to have a female officer. >> Have a seat in the car. It's not your right. We don't have one present. >> Yes, it is. >> Have a seat in the car. >> It is my right. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Why are you pushing me like that? >> Have a seat in the car. >> Why can't you just be nice? >> All you had to do is give me your name. >> All you had to do was answer a couple questions and I would have. And you didn't even answer those questions. >> I did. They do not want you here. I need your name so that I can document it. >> No, the woman that I was just You can go ask her. >> Have a seat. >> You can go ask her. >> Have a seat in the car. >> I literally said when you guys just walked up >> Ma'am. >> I only got asked >> Ma'am. >> 20 seconds before you came in. >> have a seat in the car. >> I only got asked 20 seconds before you came in because the other woman isn't even following procedures of the store. >> Okay, have a seat in the car. >> I've read soaps. I've worked at stores. I know. >> That's great. >> It's great, right? >> Have a seat in the car. >> You're doing your job. That's great, right? >> Have a seat in the car. >> It's not fair. Yeah, they're saying that they think they have to injure me. >> It's It's literally recorded here. I said, "Can you have a seat in the car?" >> Why do you think you have to injure me? >> Put your feet in. >> Can you go talk to the woman in the store that was I was >> Listen to me right now. You either put your feet in or otherwise I'm going to drag you into the car. >> Why am I going to get dragged? >> Because you're not even getting You're not complying and you're not getting in the car. >> What am I doing that's making me so mad? >> You have one more chance. Get into the car. >> What am I doing that's so bad? >> Just grab her arm and pull her in that way. >> They're trying to just say just grab my arm and pull me in. >> Jeez, they're treating us like we're acting like a damn child. >> And you guys aren't? >> No. >> Everyone thinks they're so grown. >> See, and you can also Grab her seat. Oh, are you Are you that grown? >> Clearly enough to know what's right from wrong. >> Oh, yeah. >> At least my job doesn't make me blind to see what I'm doing. >> Okay. >> After securing the girl in the squad car, the officer then informed her friend that they were both trespassed from the store. >> You are actually going to be formally trespassed from this spot. So, I'm going to fill out paperwork. >> I don't I don't reside >> You have That's fine. That's fine. You have the ability not to sign it, but I'm going to fill it out for you, okay? >> Okay, go ahead. And what is your badge number? >> 24. >> Thank you.
