Now, in addition to your warrant, you're also under arrest for fleeing and eluding. >> Oh, no, I'm not. It's wild how some drivers go on the road so recklessly and put everyone at risk, which makes you question how they ever got their license in the first place. No talking on the road. They're They're parked, [ __ ] I'm locking the door. Welcome to Police X 10, where attitude meets authority. Yeah. >> Um do you have a registration and valid proof of insurance? I'm not engaging in the commercial use of the highways or byways, nor am I operating in a for higher capacity. I'm a foreign national exempt from foreign law under Amendment 11 of both the Constitution and the Constitution of the United States, and I claim all my exemptions. Ah, the good old sovereign citizen crap. Explaining her non-existent law from a non-existent nation won't save her from the traffic stop this time. Luckily, she got just the right officer to argue with, since he returned all of her BS with real precise law knowledge. So, do you have any other documentation from the United States government saying that you're exempt from these or that you're a No, I don't have my paperwork in the car with me, but I do have it. Okay. And that's my form of ID, and those are my private plates on my car. Okay. This is a passport. Okay, so I'm aware of your group that you're with. This doesn't grant you any rights to drive. From uh foreign state national the guy in Alabama who makes Despite all her crap, the officer still tried his best to explain the situation so she could understand and follow. But you can't talk reason to a dense and entitled SovCit. You're aware that in the United States and in the system of the the state of Florida, you're required to have specific tags that actually go to the vehicle and is registered. Are you aware of that? >> private automobile. Okay. You've been fed with some false information. So, in the state of Florida, you're required to have a driver's license. I'm not sure many people are aware of that. >> We are. I I have I have I have read a lot about the foreign state nationals. >> I feel like they give a um people a bad rap because I've got I've been in situations before where I tried to explain to them and they keep calling me sovereign citizen and like Well, that's what it is. That's what it is. >> it's not. It is. It's not. And when you look it up on the internet, it'll tell you right, but it'll tell it'll explain it as a sovereign citizen. >> essentially it's a sovereign it is a sovereign citizen entity. Do you have keys to the vehicle? Can you hand me the keys? No, I cannot. Okay, step out of the car for me. So, how did she respond to the officer's patience? She rolled up the window, started the car, and threw away every chance she'd been given, even with her kids still inside. Get out of the car. Unlock it. Can you unlock it? The situation was extremely tense. With children inside the car, the officers had to proceed carefully, knowing any wrong move could make things worse. Meanwhile, the woman showed little concern for their safety as her reckless behavior continued. It's unsettling to think about what could have happened if she had refused to open the door. Your call has been forwarded to voicemail. Step out of the car. >> That's my car. Step out of the car. out of the car. Get away from my car. Get away from Step out of the car. Step out of the car. Stop. Get away from my car. Stop. Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. Get out of the Get your hands behind your back. I know she's your mom. We're going to come talk to her to the grass and you guys can talk. Step away from her. It's already bad enough with the cops. I don't want to have that too. Although the kids loved their mother, their actions only made things worse and drove the mother's behavior to become even more erratic. Step back over here. Go back to the car, please. Your mom's going to be okay. Your mom's going to be okay. We're not going to hurt her. Your mom's going to be okay. She's the only person I have left. Please. Okay. These are my children. Please. Okay. Go back. Go back in the car. >> Get these kids away from me. They forced me out of my car and dragged me on the floor like an animal. I did nothing at all. I just picked my children up from the mall. >> Walk over to that car. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here, buddy. Come here, buddy. Hey. Come on. Get in the car. Unlock your car. >> Hey. Take a seat in the vehicle. Do you have any weapons on you? At this point, even in handcuffs, she continued to show the officer her true nature. She resisted them while they were placing her inside the squad car. I tried to talk to you. Why would you drag me out of my car like that? You had no right. You had no right. I'm not a US citizen. Okay, I understand you're doing your job and all that, but I did nothing wrong. And now you're forcing me and pushing me into the car. >> Get in the car. You're under arrest. Why? Cuz you kicked me. Battery on a law enforcement officer. You did it. It's on camera. You did kick me. You did kick me. No, I didn't. >> Yes. You were pushing me, pulling me out of my car. >> right here. I'm not playing any games. Before transporting her to jail, the officers had to ensure the children's safety. So, they asked the woman to call someone to get the kids. Do you have somewhere we can call that can pick the kids up? I'm trying to call him. Okay. Well, I have your phone. Do you want me to try to call him for you? I'm not going to give you your phone. No. What's your PIN? Or you don't have to give me it, but I'm trying to make a phone call for you. >> in? >> Sure. I don't know what the change and 1425 >> be here searching for a camera. I'm going to send me for a DUI. I don't know what they got at 1446. I'm not going to let you No, they're arresting me and they have the kids. I did nothing. >> Move your foot. I need to drag me out of my car. They dragged me out of the car. Give me a second. Let me see what I can find. I'm trying to make a phone call. There's three kids in the car. They're freaking out right now. Do you Do you want to have a conversation? I said We're We're calling to get somebody to come pick you up. Do you have a valid license? Do you have a license right now? I don't use no license. Huh? I don't use a license. Well, in the state of Florida you have to have a valid driver's license to drive a motor vehicle on the roadway. You understand that, right? No. No. In the end, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, unregistered motor vehicle, and counterfeiting license plates or tags. Moving on to the next case, where an entitled woman got her window busted for trying to hit the cops. On the Independence Day of 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle driven by a driver showing clear signs of intoxication. But this case proves to be anything but routine. Oh, there you go. Hi. Is that as low as it goes? Do you speak Spanish or English? English? All right. Are you okay? You are? Yeah? I can't hear you at all. Do you live here? Is she talking to you at all? I I can't tell. Ma'am, are you okay? Okay. Do you mind lowering it so I can actually hear you? Okay, thank you. Do you live here? Do you live here? You don't? Okay. Do you happen to have an ID on you? You don't? Where are you from? Well, I'm just kind of checking on your health cuz you seem kind of kind of out of it. You're mumbling a lot. You mind turning off the car for me? Ma'am, do you mind turning off the car for me? I wouldn't want you to roll back and hit my car or a building. Okay. Is there a reason the car is still on? No? Despite the officer's repeated efforts to speak calmly, she showed no willingness to cooperate. Still, he maintained his composure, continuing to de-escalate the situation. Why'd you roll it up? Well, how about this? Do you mind opening the door for me? You said you don't live here. It's a private parking way. Do you mind opening up the Can I open the door? Would you be opposed to that? No? Okay. Can you unlock it so I can open it? So, how how am I supposed to open it if you don't unlock it? I'm the police, ma'am. Did you try talking to her in Spanish at all? She speaks English just fine. She seems like I don't know if she's intoxicated or what the deal is. Are you having a medical issue? No? Okay. Well, ma'am, considering that I'm kind of worried about your uh level of intoxication behind the wheel, I'm going to need you to step out, okay? I'd rather not force you out, okay? Just be careful. She throws it in drive, man. Jump in that one. Ma'am, I will break the window if I have to. So, go ahead and lower it. She's going to put that thing in drive, dude. Yeah, step Preparing to drive away, she put her car in drive, forcing the officer to take action against her. I'm going to call her out. She's putting She's putting it in drive. Yeah. Hey, move back. She's going to put it in drive. >> She's going to try and bolt, so move back. She's got three dots on her right wrist and E on her left wrist. This is what she looks like. Yeah, I mean, I can show her clearly. All right, you're going to hit my squad if you move back. My squad's right there. Okay, well, but the squad had me backed up, but but Hold up, put it in park. >> Backed up, man. Let me back up, bro. Hold up, put it in park. Oh, [ __ ] Yes, she's going to take off. Give it a second. 11. She'll kill one of us, dude. Don't try ripping her out. All right, so she's uh intoxicated and trying to take off on us. She's trying to back out of the parking spot, so Miles, do you have a spike strip? I need it. Put it Put it in the back. Watch out, she's going to hit Yeah. Oh, she's going to hit your car, dude. She's going to hit your car? She's going to Yeah, she's hit He's going to hit your car. Yeah. Hello, sweetie. Yeah, come over here. Hey, shut up. Yeah, she's already got one. After spiking her car and ensuring she can't drive away anymore, the officers then move in to drag her out of the vehicle. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Give her the Give her the Yeah, what the Watch out. I got the I got Break the bar. You got to have the tire. Get out of the car. You're under arrest. I'm going to finish that. This woman had a seriously foul mouth. Even while being cuffed, she went straight to the classic Karen playbook, putting on a full verbal performance. Let Let me up. All right. All right. We're going to do that right now. Bring your knees to your chest so we can lift you up. >> Get me up, man. I I don't know what's up, man. She Bring your knees to your knees to your chest. I I got you I got you, all right, man. Bring your knees to your chest. What That's what it is? That's what I'm doing, man. Then sit on your butt. Yeah. You better search me with a [ __ ] After searching her vehicle, an open beer can was discovered inside. At the station, she refused to provide a breath sample. In the end, she was charged with multiple felonies, including fleeing or eluding, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and they extradited her dumbass to Colorado. Moving on to the next case, where an ignorant driver thinks fleeing from the police is going to end well. Get out of the So, now, in addition to your warrant, you're also under arrest for fleeing and eluding. On August 15th, 2021, an officer on patrol noticed a driver without her seat belt. After running her tag, the officer found out that she also had an active warrant. What happened next was anything but routine. Don't worry, ma'am. My name is Sergeant Smith. We're being audio and video recorded. Are you Miss Timmons? Okay. So, the reason that I'm stopping you is in reference to no seat belt. Who are you, ma'am, if you're not the registered owner? I don't know. Okay. How do you know Miss Timmons? I don't know. Mhm. Okay. All right. Do me a favor, pull up there to the right underneath the 140 sign, and we'll finish right there, ma'am. Can you roll it down further, ma'am? So, like I said, my name is Sergeant Smith. We're being audio and video recorded. The reason I'm stopping you is because you're not wearing a safety belt. Do you have your driver's license or registration? No, no. mom does. All right. Okay, would that be Miss Timmons? Yes. Where'd you drop her off at, ma'am? Um, a while ago. Cuz she's a wanted fugitive for a violent felony. Assault in the first degree, aggravated assault. Um. So, I'm going to advise you now, and I'm going to let you know on camera, if you're providing her with transportation or a place to stay, that's a crime punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary. So, you're required to turn her over. No, ma'am, the warrant is outstanding. What's your last name, miss? Um, no. Um. Can you spell for me? My middle name? Yes, ma'am. Hines? What's your first name, ma'am? What's your date of birth? Uh. Where do you live, ma'am? Just hang tight, ma'am. I'm going to run your information, okay? So, what it looks like is that your daughter has a Baltimore City Sheriff's warrant for assault in the first degree. So, when this is done, is that your grandchild she has? Yes. All right. What we're going to try and do, because here's the issue. If we end up getting your daughter and there's no one to take the child, then the child would end up having to go to CPS. So, the easiest thing, since it's your grandchild, is when we're done here is for us to sit We can go over there. All right, I'll call the Sheriff's office, make sure that the warrant is still open, and that way you can take Is it a little boy or a little girl? Uh, both of them are being dropped off today. And that's correct, because when I ran the tag on this vehicle after I saw you with no seatbelt on, you and your daughter have some resemblance, and I wanted to make sure you didn't drive away from me if you were wanted for a violent felony. All right, hang tight. Ma'am. All like all manner of meat, ma'am. The officer then ran her information to verify if she was telling the truth or not. And of course, she lied. Make sure this woman is who she says she is, which is a possibility that she's not, but let's make sure she isn't. I don't believe that's that woman at all. I do believe that would be What's your date of birth, miss? Ma'am, turn the car off for me and give me your keys. Cuz I don't think you are who you say you are. I think that you are the registered owner. So, turn the car off and hand me your keys. I'm going to let you know right now, if you take off from me, I'm going to chase you and force you off the road, cuz I have that authority based on the charge. Turn the car off and hand me your keys. So, what does she do when confronted with her false statements? She pulls out her phone and starts recording the officer, as if that would change anything. And when she realizes he's not buying her story, she makes a worse decision, she runs. You're fine, ma'am. You're welcome to go ahead and record and do as you please, ma'am. I already told you who I am and that this is being audio and video recorded. So, you have no photo identification, correct? Well, here's the deal. Driver's license photo of registered owner of this vehicle who's wanted matches your face. The tattoo description in the warrant matches what I'm seeing on your body right now. The name that you're giving me, first of all, for your mother, you gave me the wrong date of birth the first time, okay? And uh that woman is considerably older than you. So, what's the point of trying to put your mother in the mix of all this? Well, you told me to explain it all. So, you can explain it. Well, I'm not. Hey! Well, yeah. You're a Oh, no. I'm going to be fine. Driver's wanted for assault in the first degree. She just pulled off on the wrong way. The officers chased her only a short distance before another patrol unit cut her off, leaving her no choice but to stop. Just like that, the pursuit was over and then came the shattered window. Oh, there we go. There we go. Oh, no. We're going to Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Get out. Get out of the car. Get out. Oh, no. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. car Get out of the car. Oh, yeah. Yes, you are. Cuz I don't know what you doing all this for. No. Whatever. Excuse me. Yeah, that's what I mean. Excuse me. Yeah. Get your hands out of your pocket. Get on the ground. That's me. Excuse me. I'm good. I'm fine. All right, ma'am. So, now in addition to your warrant, you're also under arrest for fleeing and eluding Oh, no, I'm not. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. You are. Cuz you Everybody seen what you did on the road. And I was in front of you. Oh, no. No. Yeah, I'm good. The cop already seen what was going on and watched y'all what y'all did. Right at sign now. So, they could have cut me off right there. Love it when ignorant and entitled Karens on the ground, surrounded by cops and in handcuffs, proudly state that they are not under arrest. She's definitely on top of that list. I got to go to the hospital. Don't worry about that. I'm going to the hospital. Then you're going to jail. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. You going to jail. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. Excuse me. I need a medic. Ma'am, we got a medic on the way. All right, right now. So, y'all caused the accident. all that broke my window. Why the [ __ ] like the Why the murdered 20 people. You did that. And you assaulted me. Man. Where the female? I'm not going no [ __ ] My back hurt. I'm not going no [ __ ] The fire I'm not sitting on no ground like this. Ma'am, you're going to sit where we told you to. >> No, it's not. Just calm down. No, I'm not. You're going to make your day worse. My day is already fine. Good job by everybody, by the way. Gentlemen, though. That's why I That door is bent. Oh, yeah. She ran into it. Well, that's that's not an accident. That's an assault on Ma'am, how much drugs or alcohol have you had to take today? None. How many drugs or alcohol have y'all had? Cuz the way how y'all acting She's getting a blast off. Yeah. Of course. Okay. All right. So, here's what's going to happen, gentlemen, so everyone's on the same page here, okay? >> to the hospital. Yes, and then you're going to booking cuz you have In the end, she was charged with assault on law enforcement officers, fleeing or eluding, reckless driving, and numerous other traffic violations. In addition to her original warrant of first-degree assault. Let's move on to the next case where a teen couple wreck their car, flee, and brawl with the police. What they hit? Oh, they Oh, they they Come here. No, no. No, get Get off of us. Get off of us. There's two of them, a guy and a girl, but they they took off walking that way. What they hit? You want to fight this in front of me? Come here, dude. Got a second unit by the building. Come here, dude. Come here. You almost just blew that. No, get Get off of him. Get off. Get the off of him. If they go down, they go down together. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer my questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights? Yes. >> Okay. You're welcome. Officers arrive and speak with neighbors and the driver, who is clearly intoxicated and completely unaware of the danger she just caused. Anybody live here? Anybody live here? She's probably at work. Okay, what happened? Um I put my foot on the wrong pedal. The who? My foot hit the wrong pedal. All right, do you have your license on you? Okay. Oh, yeah, yeah. Do you know their phone numbers and stuff or anything? I think we got her phone number. I we've got keys to her house. She's got a dog, too. Okay, okay. >> seen the dog for a >> I heard it barking on the other side over there, so. We have a dog next door. >> You guys Okay, got you. But she's got a small dog. Okay, if you can get their phone numbers for me. I'll go and get the keys Okay. and try to get the dog over there house. >> All right, if you can get their phone number for me, I appreciate it. After speaking with the neighbors, officers assessed the crash damage and then spoke with the suspect. So, you were going northbound? Explain to me, even if you hit the wrong pedal, you could still stay on the roadway. How did you end up in a house? What's that? That's what I'm asking. Yeah, I don't I don't Fall asleep? Were you on your phone? Yes, sir. So, how did you end up in the house? I don't know. I hit the wrong pedal. and going to pick up my son from school. >> You're going to what? Pick up my son from school. Okay. Yeah. So, even if you hit the wrong pedal, you could stay on the roadway. How did you leave the roadway? I was going officer. Did you Have you had anything to drink today? No. Have you taken any medication that would like alter your ability to drive? No. Do you take any medication? Yes. Just put your number in the pad for me. Yeah, I mean it's damaged. Oh, it is. It's not like it's through the house. >> dog's like I heard I heard a dog in there. I hope so. I hope so. Did we Did we call a tow truck for her? I didn't. Okay. Should not is a state of opinion. Does it impair or does it not impair? It does not. So, you don't know how you left the roadway. Uh I hope not. So, Matt has been up. Dan Miller is We're on our way to pick up We're in the first park. He's seeing my son right now. He wasn't in the car with you, right? No. So, how would you explain to me how you left the roadway? We got to write a report. So, in the report, I have to try to make sense of how your car left the roadway and could have killed somebody if they were I was going too fast around the corner. So, which way were you going? Were you going north? >> This way. Where were you coming from? Jackson Avenue. Okay, so you were making a turn. Correct. Okay, you didn't say You didn't say that at first. I'm sorry, officer. I was coming too fast around >> So, which way were you going on Jackson? >> I was coming this way. I was on Jackson Avenue. So, you were going eastbound Eastbound on Jackson Avenue. It's northbound on um this road here and I turned too fast and I turned too fast. It's a sectional four-plex, too. You can just advise that whole water that dog is Yeah, but they were so close and it's fine. The officers then asked her for insurance information and to do a breathalyzer test. >> Do you have insurance on your car? I do. All right, let me see your insurance policy information and then what's your phone number? So, looks like my sergeant has a a PBT in his hand. You said you didn't drink. It would obviously benefit you if you just blew into it so we can put in our report that you blew zeros. Are you willing to do that? No. No? No? Well, you you you have to go to a hospital and get your blood drawn, so Otherwise, they're they're going to turn this into a DUI investigation. So, if you didn't have you didn't have anything to drink, it's in your best interest to blow into the PBT. I can't force you. I'm not I'm not making you, but you're telling me definitively that you had nothing to drink. You said it multiple times. So, if you didn't, that should register zero. But, if you choose not to, then we have to do our job, and part of our job is looking at this as a possible DUI. So, did you have anything to drink today? Earlier. Earlier? Okay. What time and how many? Again, I'm not forcing you to do this. If you don't do it, what they're going to end up doing is they're going to transport you to the hospital in custody, and they're going to draw your blood, and we're going to get it right from the blood. So, if you're cooperative, it'll put things into perspective a little bit quicker for us, so we can understand what happened. But, if you again, you don't want to cooperate, and you don't want to do it, that's your prerogative, okay? Nobody's making you. All I'm asking you to do is tell the truth. That's it. All right, she's going to blow into this, okay? Put your mouth over it and like above it, blow, and just keep blowing, okay? Keep pushing out. Push, push, push, push. There you go. Her BAC came back at 0.195, over twice the legal limit. Officers then had her perform field sobriety tests to wrap up the procedure. So, how long ago have you had Maybe an hour. Okay. Your blood alcohol shows 0.195, okay? All right. What we're going to do is we're going to step over here real quick for me. All right, just stand right here. We'll do some uh So, go ahead and put your phone in your in your satchel there, okay? And just go ahead and face me, all right? Put your hands out to your side. We're going to advise you of your sobriety tests. You going to participate in those sobriety tests? Tell me a little bit. Well, I'm wearing like that coat, you know? >> the shoes You have shoes. Just put them all the way on. That's your choice if you choose not to put the shoes all the way on. I'd do it barefoot. You want to do it barefoot, then? I'd do it barefoot. All right, take your satchel off if you want to set it down over there as well. How's your uh You have any other medical conditions, medical issues? Nothing? Okay, how's your overall overall health? Huh? It's fine. Okay, you didn't pop positive on your eyes. All right, when was the last time you have you have you consumed alcohol? I'm not going to say. You don't want to answer that? Look, look, your your your test showed that you you you blew over the legal limit. All right, and that's why we want to ask you. Especially we give you a chance to prove that you're not intoxicated like I said, I mean So the field sobriety test is to do that? No, it doesn't Well, you still blew over the legal limit, so we're we're doing we're doing the field sobriety test as a as a complete process. And now and as you talk to me now, I smell the alcohol coming from your breath. Okay. All right, and I have a small sign of suspicion that you smell it. So that's why we're we're doing these tests, okay? Okay. After the series of tests, which she failed, the officers can now officially put her under arrest. >> 21 All right, so how much did you say you had to drink? I'm not going to say. You don't have to answer it. Okay, so obviously you blew over the the the double the twice the legal limit, okay? You said you had some alcohol, but you won't tell us how much, okay? I understand that. Uh go ahead and turn around for me. You're being taken into custody under 23152, do you understand? Put your hands together like you're praying. You are being taken into custody. Can you can you see if you can get me a female officer for a search? Let's go this way. Yeah. All right. Hold on one second. All right, go ahead and slide down. Put your left foot in first.
