Her bond is set at $1,000, which she later posted. The state formally filed charges and the prosecutor dropped the two counts of resisting arrest. The original bond was discharged, but it was revoked a week later, leading to her rearrest. In court, her felony battery on a Leo charge was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. She plead guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 122 days in jail with credit for time served. She also had to pay $725 in court costs and fees. Moving on to this case, where a drunk girl shows you why you should never resist arrest and definitely don't do it in a two-piece. >> I'm kid. NOBODY TOUCHES ME WITHOUT DYING. YOU KNOW THAT. >> Don't touch. That's another >> [ __ ] police right here. Stop. Stop. >> Okay, we're leaving. We're leaving. >> We're leaving. >> We are leaving. >> Stop. >> We are leaving. Let's go. >> Oh, I'm not going to walk away. >> No. You're going to come with me or you're going to go to jail. You're either going to walk off the property or you're going to jail. >> She's leaving. >> I'm going to take her home. >> Ma'am, we're going to walk outside. It's that simple. Before you go to jail, just walk. >> Let's go. >> MA'AM, I'M ABOUT TO ARREST you right now. Back up. >> Everybody back up. Ma'am, >> walk out. You trespass. Tell her she's trespassed. >> From now on, you will be trespass. >> YOU'RE TRESPASSING. MA'AM, YOU ARE TRESPASSING. LEAVE. >> Let's go. WALK. >> WALK. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Hands behind your back now. >> Are we really doing this? >> Hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back now. >> So, let's put the crazy arrest of this drunk classless lady aside. This place looks like it smells like armpits, hot dog water, and chlorine. It might be the kind of place you catch scabies and hepatitis B from just sitting on the chairs or from leaning against a counter. Poor officers have to take several showers to clean the smell off. Oh, and also they're about to arrest the lady in the silver bikini. >> Turn around. >> You better get your hands off. >> I'm not joking. >> Not you're not. Let go. Let go. >> All right. >> Get him off of me. >> Under arrest. >> Get him off of me. >> He's pushing my arm. >> All right. I WILL take you. Stay back. >> As for the context of what led to this chaos, the first girl who got arrested danced with someone else's boyfriend. The girlfriend and her decided to punch the sisterhood out of each other in response. >> I never resisted. >> Let's go. Stand up. >> Okay. But don't grab me like that. >> Bring your knees to your chest. >> Hold on. I can't get up. >> Bring your knees to your chest. >> Stand up. Stand up. Somebody have a shirt or something, please. >> Fix her top, please. >> She doesn't have a top. >> I didn't do anything. >> And he was dead. Hi. YOU DON'T SAY welcome to Florida. >> Back up. >> You walking up for back up. >> Hey, anybody who approaches needs to go. I don't care. >> Turn around. Turn around. Anyone that makes a step is going to jail for obstruction. >> For obstruction. >> I'm sorry. I can't do nothing. >> You said welcome to Florida. You think my daddy is white dumb ass. >> Florida. What a strange place, man. They've already fit in. Jokes aside, after securing him in cuffs, the cops then escort him to the squad car. >> Keep working. You already >> [ __ ] I can't make you some dumb [ __ ] Like, I ain't got no money. Nobody. >> Oh, you decided everybody that had nothing to do with me. That had nothing to do with me. That had to do with me. >> What happened, Alex? What happened? I UNDERSTAND WOMEN ON THE GROUND. That's illegal to slam women on the ground. >> No, it's not. When we're trying to take somebody into custody and you try to approach us and grab us something aggressive, I just said let go on my friend. All I know I ain't got nothing on me. You can check. You can I said let go of my friend. He come and bum bust you. I literally asked you to leave the property to >> ma'am. I to sit in the car and relax. Okay, it's over. >> It's over now. Okay, but I didn't move. >> Sit down in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> Did I move? Put your feet in the car. >> Did I move? >> Thank you. No, you didn't move. Everybody's like [ __ ] I'm like, she's literally punching me and fighting me, but okay. >> Racist. >> So, as the drunk girl sitting in the back, she kept on trying to explain things to the newly arrived officer. And the other girl continues to blame racism for the consequences of her actions. >> He helped me the whole time. >> Um Taylor's going to get your home your car home safely. Okay. >> Yeah, but the girl hit me first. The officer hold me the whole time. >> The girl with the black hair hit me first. The whole time she tried to hit me in front of him and because I'm wrong because I hit her back while I'm with the officer. So, I felt like I was right to hit her back because I thought the officer >> I just got >> Yeah, but the girl with the black hair hit me. I don't even know her. So, that being said, I do have to read your rights. This does not mean you are under arrest. It's just cuz we're going from a civil crash investigation into a criminal investigation. Does that make sense? >> Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Okay. So, he pulled out. When it comes to these other cars, I have no idea what happened to that. >> Okay. Um, would it help if I tell you that there's video footage from the parking lot? >> No, >> you know, it's kind of scary being in a parking lot and all these cars just come to hit you. That's probably what she thinks happened to her. And who knows, maybe it did happen to her. Maybe trees jumped at her. The chances are never zero. >> Um, so from what we've seen in the video footage, you ended up hitting this one all the way back here first. Kind of careened off it and came into the other ones. Does that ring any bells? Yeah, >> I did. >> Yeah. Does that ring any bells at all? >> No. >> No. I came around this corner right here and when I came right here, >> somebody smacked into me. Um, I was trying to get your recollection of things, but that doesn't quite add up. >> If that's what it is, that's what it is. >> Okay. How much have you had a drink tonight? >> A drink. >> A drink. No more than a drink. You're winking. Does that mean not not a single drink? >> A drink. I had a drink. >> Okay. I just I got confused cuz of how you were saying that. [laughter] Yeah, a barrel, maybe. That is not the voice of just one beer. >> What kind of beer did you have, >> dude? I've had a Yingling. >> A Yingling. Okay, so just one Yingling. Um, about how long ago? >> 2 hours ago. >> 2 hours ago. Was that here at Livingston or was that somewhere else? >> Here. >> Okay. So, nothing else since? >> No. >> Okay. Anything before that? >> I'm not trying to be an [ __ ] to you, but like, dude, I'm just trying to go home. Okay. So, at this point, I am concerned that you are impaired. So, I'd like to do some field sobriety exercises. Are you willing to do those with me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what I'd like you to do is just stand right where you are, put your feet together for me, and keep your hands at your sides. >> Do you have any medical issues I need to know about before we get started? No injuries, no broken bones or anything like that. Okay. You taking any medications for anything? Okay. Do you wear glasses or contacts? No. All right. >> We're doing the eye test or the beat test? So, right now what I'm doing is I'm checking your eyes. Yeah, if you want to like toss it on your hood or in your car or something. >> That works fine. Okay. >> Okay. So, again, feet together for me. Hands at your sides. Are you comfortable in the boots? >> Good enough. Okay. >> So, after a series of tests, the girl finally gave up trying and said everything was fake. So, the cops have no choice but to put her under arrest. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. When I tell you to begin, what you're gonna do is you're gonna pick up a foot. >> I'm sorry. I can't do any more to test for you. >> Okay. Listen to me for a minute. Okay. >> Can you listen to me for a second? >> The tests that you had for me before, they were fake and they forced it. Get away from me. >> You're under arrest. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. We're done. >> GET AWAY FROM ME. WHAT'S HER NAME? >> You got to calm down. Okay. >> I just wanted to breathe. >> Okay, you got to calm down. >> Can I hit my vape? >> No. >> No, you cannot. After getting her in cuffs, they moved her to the squad car. >> Okay. At this point in time, you are under arrest for DUI. Call it out, please. >> I don't care. >> Okay. I am requesting you provide a breath sample. Are you willing to give me one? >> Nope. >> Okay. Then I got something I have to stop. Stop that. >> You know what? >> Then I got to read something to you. >> You're super over here. >> Face the car and stay there. >> Leave the keys. I can't feel my arm. >> The officer then asked her to provide a breath sample and of course she refused. >> Okay, I have to read this to you, so I need you to listen up.
