He had his fingers up inside her. He had his hands up in in her skirt and then was put his fingers. >> They'll do that in church parking lots. Embarrassed. >> Why are you here? What's your problem? >> Because somebody saw you masking with the you have right there. >> I'm enjoying being shot by you. >> Shut the >> It's honestly unbelievable how some people risk getting themselves into serious trouble over actions that should have never happened in public to begin with. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at some embarrassing cases in cops versus [music] dumbest people getting busted doing lewd acts in public. Starting with this one, where the police had to deal with their first embarrassing case. >> Not a good spot, man. >> No, not a good spot. Make sure she's covered up. You got pants on. All right. I see both sides of this, but I don't know if I if two sides. Well, I was young and dumb once, too, but I was never young and dumb in a Culver's parking lot parking lot. Right. >> On February 9th, 2026, officers respond to a 911 call from a Culver's employee who reported that a couple in their car were doing the deed in the parking lot only 500 ft away from a grade school. They didn't even notice anything until the officer knocked on their door. temple. Thank you. I have made contact with the kids. Not a good spot. >> No, not at all. >> Does she have a driver's license on her? >> Uh, I think so. >> Thank you. If I get back to my car. >> Yes, Dad. You're good. 10. All right, you guys dressed? >> Yeah. >> Awesome. Okay, my phone. >> You're good. Go ahead. Hang out for me real quick. Let me see if I need to write you guys anything. All right. Thank you so much. All right. Hang tight. All right. >> Well, that was embarrassing. Couldn't they have chosen a better place to do this rather than a well-lit Culver's parking lot? And if they were just doing it for the thrill, come on, tint your windows and go to a darker parking lot. >> Hello. >> Hey, I'm still recording. Um, do you want me to write them or I don't know. I've never really done one of these before. Ah, >> so the are they both juveniles or what? >> They're both born in ' 07, >> which means they're 18. So they're both adults. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what you need to look up while you're out there with them, that is good cuz you don't have to notify any parents to come get them. Uh, but what is it called? Give me a minute. Uh, >> I got my book right here. >> Yeah, I'm trying to think of what the the name of it is. Um, >> indecent. >> Indecent exposure. Yep. Indecent exposure. >> You want me to site them for it? I've never done a >> I haven't either. I'm I got to look it up and see what it actually is. >> Oh, sorry. Public indecency. Any person of the age of 17 years and upward who perform any of the following acts in a public place commits public indecency. >> An act of sexual penetration or conduct. >> Yeah. Yeah, I got it. Loot exposure of the body. Yeah. So, if you pretty much caught them committing, I would uh yeah, you can either arrest them both or I mean with that I it's class A. They're honestly within 500 ft of a grade school. Oh, it's only when when children are present. Okay, so that doesn't matter. That makes it class 4, >> but that's only when kids are present. Someone obviously saw them to call it in. So >> yeah, there's a car parked right next to them. >> Are they Are they stupid? Like what did you ask them why they're doing what they're doing? >> I haven't I let them get dressed. I grabbed their licenses. I ran him and then I let him finish getting dressed and then I went back up and I said, "I'll be right back with you." >> Okay. I would definitely um the one thing to kind of cover your base, pull the female out, ask her, you know, without the male hearing if you know she was okay with everything going on. Did she consent? Like obviously make sure it's not like a type thing. The most recent email that we got said all class A's go to jail or get referred. So based on that, I'm fine if you just let them know you are sending a report to the state's attorney's office detailing what you caught them in the act doing. >> Okay. All right. I will go ahead. >> Yeah. It says class A's go to jail or get referred. If you just want to send a report, I'm fine with that. What do you think? I >> say they can says they can go to jail. If you want to take them both to jail, you can do that. It's >> your call. But we we at least need to refer a report at the minimum. >> I can't transport them both, can I? >> Uh I don't see why not. I mean, you caught him in the act of bonus. >> Yeah. Yeah. All right. See if you can if you want to take him to jail, see if you can get a county guy to transport just until I can get these firearms logged. >> Okay. >> Before making any decisions, the officer heads back to get the girl statement. >> Sorry. Can I have you step out of the vehicle real quick, please? >> Yeah. >> Just just her for right now. >> I'll have you step back here with me. All right. >> I know. kind of embarrassing, right? Everything consensual. >> Oh, yeah. >> Every All right. All right. You guys been dating >> two years. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> I am kind of in between on things right now. Okay. Let me actually You know what? Now that you cleared that up, I'll have this. No, it's not. You You can go ahead and step out now. We got to ask. Double check. All right. All right. Both of you guys here. Okay. Yeah. State of Illinois, right? This is a crime. Okay. Mostly because another customer saw you guys and then reported it to the staff, then they called us. Okay. Long story short, it is it's a class A misdemeanor. Okay. normally. So, regardless of whatever happens now, I have to write a report. Criminal charges have to get filed or like it has to get referred to the state's attorney. Okay. I know doesn't sound that crazy. Like, it doesn't sound like it should be. Okay. Fact that it got reported. All right. It's one thing. All right. So you guys can both sit in there real quick. All right. Stay warm. When someone else gets here, I'll meet back up with you guys and see what they're wanting to do. Okay. All right. So, go ahead. Get warm. >> Class A. Is that just like ticket? [sighs and gasps] >> Maybe. So, that's what I had to wait for someone else to get here. All right. >> What's like the worst? What's like the best? >> Worst. So, both things are pretty much the same. Okay. Worst like from your guys' standpoint, go to jail for like 30 minutes, get out. Best is the report, which is the same thing. You guys just don't go to jail. Okay. >> Yeah. You just get a paper. >> Oh, both. No, you don't get a paper. The That's what I'm saying. It's like It's the same thing just slightly different. All right. So we just don't go to jail tonight and it gets put on report and it gets taken to the attorneys. >> Yes. >> And we get like something in the mail about it. >> I don't know how I once once you guys go to jail and everything. I refer the report. >> That's what I'm I'm having someone come here right now to double check. Okay. >> That's what I'm saying. All right. I was younger ones, too. You know, I get it. But that's why I'm having someone else come out here, double check with them. See, cuz the state state changes laws all the time, right? So, it used to be I could give you guys like an NTA notice to appear. That would have been your guys' piece of paper. Would have been done and over with, right? I would had to do the report still. Sadly, that's not how state wants us to do it anymore. So, you guys can go ahead and get in there. When This is actually my sergeant who's coming now, so you guys go ahead and get in there. When he gets here, we'll go from there. Okay. >> Thank you so much. >> Yep. No problem. >> They're lucky that no children are in the area. If there are, it wouldn't have been a misdemeanor, but a felony since the public indecency in Illinois can be upgraded to a class 4 felony if the act is committed by a person 18 or older within 500 ft of school grounds while children are present. Now, it's only a matter of whether they're going to jail for the night or not. Even if they are, as the officer said, it's only 30 minutes. >> Are they in? >> One closest to the officer. >> Okay. I see both sides of this, but I don't know if I two sides. >> Well, I was young and dumb once, too, but I was never young and dumb in a cold parking lot. >> parking lot, right? >> And I also now being a father of a little girl, I would be >> pretty pissed if my kids saw >> We did confirm they're they're 18, right? >> Yes. >> I would agree with your they need to go to jail. It's class A misdemeanor. They're going to get released. >> All right. >> Life will go on, but there have to be consequences to actions. >> Okay. All right. I will go ahead. Let me grab my >> You Let me You caught them in a >> They were both naked in the passenger seat. It was laidback. I didn't see genitals. I didn't But I saw them both naked on top of each other. They were smooching when I knocked on the window. tell that that fits for public indecency. >> Okay. Let me grab my gloves. >> After discussing the situation with his supervisor, the officer then returned to inform the couple that they were under arrest. >> All right, boss. Go ahead and step out. I need you to go and get out of the roll your window back up. >> Yeah, let's rescue that before. >> All right. also 18. >> Yes. >> Go ahead. Turn around. >> I could try grab everything. >> Nope. Nope. Nope. Go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. All right, man. >> In the end, this couple is charged with public indecency. Moving on to the next case where this woman got caught pleasuring herself in a parking lot. >> Why are you here? What's your problem? >> Because somebody saw you masturbating with the dildo you have right there. >> I'm enjoying being shot by you. >> All right. in 4K. >> Excuse me, sir. I'm not dressed. Can I get dressed, sir? You are also under arrest right now. >> Fantastic. Can I have the charge, please? >> No, that would be indecent exposure. >> I'm in my private car, which you need a search warrant for. >> You have pants. Why don't you get them on? >> I do. I actually do have pants, sir. >> Okay, get them on. >> Sir, I actually urinated. I have incontinence, so I'm going to change the process of changing them. >> Okay. >> You'll find that out later. >> Okay. >> Did you have a warrant to search me with a uh >> No, you you're under arrest, though. There's a lesser expect of uh privacy in your vehicle. >> I will require a sergeant's warning. >> A what? >> I will require a sergeant's warning. >> A sergeant's warning. Well, good thing I'm a sergeant. You're under arrest. >> Fantastic. I'd like your handcuff. >> A fantastic uno reverse from the officer. Bet she didn't realize she was dealing with the wrong cop today. >> Would you like to get pants on? >> I would like to try. Would you like to get your hand off my car? >> No, cuz you're not going anywhere right now. >> No, sir. Not here. >> Can you hand me the keys there? >> I can put those. Those you don't have a search warrant for those keys. >> Mhm. >> I'm a defense attorney. I enjoy doing stuff like this. So, I'd like to see your assigned search warrant before you take me into custody. >> I'm asking you to get pants on custody. >> I would like to. Sorry. I have confidence. I was raped with a teacher. Sorry. I was raped at the teen. Does that count as defense? Why are you here? What's your problem? >> Because somebody saw you masturbating with the dildo you have right there. >> Sir, this is my private residence. Do you have a search warrant? You're also out in public and visible to people. >> Do you have a No, swords. This is not This is not visible to people. >> Somebody saw you. >> Do you have a search warrant? Yes or no? >> Do you know you're dealing with a top tier defense attorney when she's living in her car and openly pleasuring herself in front of bystanders. Unfortunately for her, the sergeant's not going to put up with any of her nonsense. >> Do you have pants? Yes or no? >> Do you have a search warrant? Yes or no? >> Do you have pants? Yes, sir. >> I'm looking forward to being killed by you, sir. By your firearm. Do you have a search warrant? >> We're not going to do this. I'm enjoying being shot by you. >> All right, come here. >> GET THE OFF OF ME. GET THE OFF OF ME. Shoot me. SHOOT ME. SHOOT ME. SHOOT ME. YOU shoot No. Shoot me. Do you want me to have my pants on, sir? >> You're getting out of here. >> Get the out. >> Stop it. >> Get the out of me right now. >> You stepped out of your car at me. >> You're a rapist. >> Get out of your car. Step it up. >> Please get four offers to get to rescue me right now. I want your sign, sir. You have no right to Western cause, sir. You have no right to know. >> Do you know me, sir? >> I already told you you're under arrest. >> You have not showed me the charge. It's indecent exposure. >> No, you have not shown me a written warrant for my arrest. You have not shown me a written warrant FOR MY ARREST. GET A JUDGE RIGHT NOW. I'LL WAIT FOR YOU. >> I don't need a warrant for your arrest. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> Nope. >> Yes, you do. This nasty ass woman is charged with indecent exposure and resisting arrest. You know, in most cases, a first-time conviction of indecent exposure is a misdemeanor, which may result in a short stay in county jail or a fine. A second offense often carries a more severe criminal penalty, including additional jail time and higher fines. Subsequent offenses may result in felony charges, which could lead to a state prison sentence. Let's move on to the next case where police catch a couple going at it in another parking lot. Man, is it just me or people doing it at the parking lot more commonly than I thought? >> Well, I got plenty of friends. >> I don't I don't Turn around. Face me. >> I understand. Sir, >> turn around. She plead guilty due to a [music] no contest plea of possession of methamphetamine and lwd or lascivious behavior in public. She is sentenced to 90 days in jail. Now, let's move the hell on to the next case where another couple turned sidewalks into trauma centers. And be warned, please stop eating anything if you're watching [music] this. >> He had his inside her where they he had his hands up in in her skirt and then was his mouth. Oh, yeah. You could you could >> the hands. >> What happened? So, I got stopped as I was walking over there. Well, I saw when I walked over there and I was just, you know, he had his inside her. >> Were they on the bench? >> They were sitting on the picked table where he was sitting on the table with his feet on the on the seat where she was between them and he had his hands up in in her kukarachi. >> Was he she facing him? >> Yeah. >> So, she was sitting on the bench like you >> No, she was standing. >> Oh, so her feet were on the seated portion. >> Yeah. >> He was sitting where like food and stuff goes. Right. And she was okay. >> And she was facing him. So he was sitting and she was facing >> standing facing him >> and he had his hands up in in her skirt and then was >> Oh yeah. You could you could see he was Yes. >> Oh my gosh. Okay. So he was digitally absolutely >> and then took his and then smelt them and tasted them. >> I don't know if he tasted them. I'm just like cuz I stopped and talked to Benny for a minute and I'm like what the hell's going on? He says crazy. That's >> just uh I got nothing more to say than just hang out for a second and just hold that bottle there. >> Stand up for me. >> Am I getting arrested? >> Yeah. For what? >> For disorderly conduct right now. All right. Disorder with conduct. I don't have any. Do >> you have anything illegal on you? >> Anything that's going to poke me, stick me? Can I get um Can I get the address before we leave? >> The address? >> Yeah. The >> address here? >> No. To our house where we're staying at. >> All right. We'll talk about that in a second. In one second. >> She said his he had her whole his whole face in her crotch at one point, but you did not see that. >> I did not see that. >> Okay. >> All right. And your friend and somebody else stopped me down the thing. He goes, "Uh, did you see that couple on the bench?" And I said, "Yeah." goes, "Well, is anybody going to call?" I'm like, "Well, here's the number. You can call." And then coming back, somebody else stopped me. I was like, "Well, let me call." Okay. >> And I I know you know that you can't have the open container, >> but when I when I when I showed up, that's when you uh tried to hide it in the bag. >> Sorry, I finally given you a lot to do. >> What's disorderly conduct? >> Huh? >> What's this orderly conduct? >> Like if you're doing if you're doing things that are like causing a disturbance to others in the area or anything like that. >> I wasn't. >> Huh? >> I wasn't. >> Well, someone called us here, so We were arguing. >> Okay. >> And she had just taken the bottle right after that happened. She just take the bottle out of the bag and open the bottle. >> The Captain Morgan one. >> Okay. And then after that, they did that and then she was chasing it with a Coke. >> Perfect. And then after you saw the digital going on, did they stop? >> Yeah, they stopped. >> Okay. They stopped and then you called us and then obviously we then showed up, I'm assuming. for you, but every time it was. So, I kept on doing my >> That's it for the witness statement. Let's return to the suspect's arrest. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No, ma'am. >> Nothing tucked. >> No, ma'am. >> All right, I'm going to look. >> Except for my um on my necklace. >> I see your necklace. That's fine. >> You have no bra or anything on, right? >> No, ma'am. >> You have underwear on? >> Yes. >> Just turn this way. I'm trying to avoid a crowd seeing anything. You have a What is that? A pad? >> Yeah, it's a toilet paper. Cuz I'm I'm spotting. >> Man, is he a vampire or something? Can it get more gross than this? I mean, they could have done it at home, that's fine. But doing it in public, and what she's spotting is just gross. But hey, free iron, am I right? >> You got nothing in your shoes or anything like that? No. All right, let's just have a shoe. There's nothing tucked up under there if if I pulled that toilet paper out. >> Yeah. No, >> there's no [music] or nothing in that toilet paper cuz I'm going to be real mad if you get to jail and they find something. >> No. No. >> Cuz you need something now. >> No, I'm not. >> I don't have nothing. I'll go to the bathroom with you and show you. >> Okay. I trust you. I'm just saying I'm gonna be mad if they get you to jail and it ends up being something else. >> CAN I CAN I CAN I get the address to where we're staying so when I get out I know where to go? >> Because I don't live in >> Get the address from him? >> Yeah, because I don't live in St. Pete. >> Does he know the address? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'll get it from him. >> And um the our the phone number to Ryan Williams, which is our roommate. >> Okay, I'll get it. Hang tight. >> Can I get that back? Yeah, it's going on your property. >> Okay. I promise. >> Am I being arrested? >> I guess they're taking you, but I got a couple other things I got to do. So, just hang tight. Do you need more AC or are you good? AC. >> A little bit more AC. Okay. In the end, the couple's charged with disorderly conduct, ordinance violation, possession of alcohol in a prohibited area, and lewd or sexual behavior in public. Moving on to the next case where a man gets caught cheating in this lewd act with his business partner in, of all places, a McDonald's parking lot. >> Were you guys having intercourse in the car? >> Yes, of course you were. >> Okay. It's January 2nd, 2026 in Florida, and officers respond to a McDonald's after a passer by reported a couple was shaking their car in the parking lot. Here's what happened next. >> ID. >> Yeah. >> I need your ID, too. >> So, if it's the original seagull? >> Yes, sir. >> There you go. >> Where you guys coming from? Uh, we just stopped here because we were on our way home. >> Okay. >> You do know it's it's a public place. You guys have the door wide open and there's people everywhere here. >> Okay. >> I got your ID. >> Okay. I we totally understand now. >> Then you guys obviously didn't care cuz the door was wide open. >> No. Totally understand. No, I totally understand. >> We're just getting crazy out with the door with what he's saying. >> Okay. I'm fine. Need anything else from us? >> No, you're going to wait right here. Okay. No, no, no, no, no. We're law abiding citizens. Trust. >> Come on, officer. He's a law-abiding citizen. Just stopping at McDonald's for a happy meal, if you know what I mean. >> Actually, I'm Mike. >> I'm not touching your hand after what I just saw. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> Yeah, there's no reason for me to touch any anything. >> No, no, it's understandable. >> Okay, fine. Don't start the attitude with me. It's not the right thing to do. >> No. No. I Trust me, sir. No, no. >> I don't do any attitude any I support the police officers. >> You have no idea how much money I put into uh the sheriff's department. If you look at my background, how much money I put into police uh the sheriff's department, you understand. >> Okay. But you understand that you're also what you're doing in the public place. >> Yeah. Yep. 100%. >> So, nobody's talked to the callers or anything. No. Are you the one that called? Okay. For this crime, it needs to be there needs to be a victim for it, right? So, you as a witness, we need a statement from you. So, um even though we saw them, everything you said, um just make it easier for us. So, >> and then the video, um I can share you a link so you can upload it. I walk up, he she's with her legs upon >> with the door open and as soon as I show up, he blows her >> and she goes to the driver's seat. >> Honestly, I'm being honest with you, we're fooling around. >> Okay. Where other people can see? >> Uh, we're right here. >> And what makes you think that's okay? >> Huh? >> What makes you think that's okay? >> I didn't say it was okay. >> Okay, but you're just saying it like it's nonchalant. Uh, there was really no one here. Maybe someone came by and saw us. Um, but I'm just saying it's not okay. >> Okay, >> that's all I'm saying. >> I mean, he could have used his right to remain silent. It'll do him much better than being weird like that. Well, being all drunk doesn't really help with your decision making. >> Who's she to you? >> Huh? >> Who's she to you? Who is she to you? Uh, she's my girlfriend and we're just, you know, having a good time. That's all. >> Hey, sweetie. >> Stop with the attitude cuz it's not going to go good for you. I don't know what we're arguing here about, >> sir. >> You go stand over there. I'm not talking. >> I know. I know. >> Do yourself a favor. >> No, I support you guys. >> Okay, that's cool. But over here. >> Okay. >> Right here. >> Do you have any drugs weapons dived on you or anything? >> Nope. >> Turn around. I'm going to pat you. >> No. No. Hey. No. No. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. >> That's not what you do when I'm patting you down. Do you understand that? Do you want to get on your face? >> Nope. >> Do you want me to throw you on your face? >> No. >> So, stop. Put your hands up here. >> Okay. >> Do you have a gun on you or something? >> So, then why did you just do that? >> I'm just showing you. >> I'm telling you right now, if you move your hands off that hood, >> I'm going to dump you on your face. Don't do that again. >> I will not do it again. I swear to God. Holding a signal 13 mile. >> Don't ever do that. >> No, I'm sorry. You understand? >> Yes, sir. >> I don't understand. What? Here. If you're going to reach for it, put it >> no you can reach for it. >> What is it? >> It's money. That's all it is. >> So, then why are you reaching for it? >> I'm just putting my hands in my pocket. It's a comfortable place. That's it. >> 17. >> I swear to God. >> If you look at >> Is there a knife in there yet? >> Nope. to reroute me. >> I support you guys. Trust me. You guys aren't listening and clearly. Have you guys been drinking? >> She's 100% Italian and >> that's one thing. >> I've been drinking. Yes. >> Has she been drinking? >> Uh, a little bit, but she's not. She's okay. >> Drugs or anything? >> Nope. >> I imagine we were fooling around. Uh but the thing is is that we were in the car reference to the previous door was open and I swear to God nobody clearly they did if they called >> no one saw us. Dude, guess why the police are there? Maybe they're psychic cops. All jokes aside, the officers that went to speak to the woman. >> My gun's right there. >> Yeah, thank you. I appreciate it. Nothing else on you? >> No, at all. All right. My gun's right there. >> We'll just hang out right here at your trunk. All right. Okay. My gun's [snorts] right there. I'm not >> Okay, that's We Trust me, we greatly appreciate you telling us about it. >> I'm >> No, no, don't go back over there. All right. Is there any other guns in the >> No, I have an arm right there. >> Okay. Is there Is that the only one in the car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> What is it? >> You see my gun? >> N no no no no. Okay, >> Crystal, we're going to avoid the gun situation. Come over here. You're gonna stand right here by this passenger tire. Okay. >> Right here. >> Yep. >> Why? Why do I see crazy though? >> Well, >> I don't understand what the problem is. >> If if you can follow instructions, we would like to be cool with you. All right. So, >> listen, I I protect all you guys. That's why I have this my car. >> Okay. I appreciate it. Trust me, I I advocate responsible gun ownership. >> Perfect. >> All right. Uh, I think we probably have some questions for you. >> What's your question? >> I don't even know what's going on though. Uh, but because you're not free to go at this moment in time. >> That's crazy. >> We're just going to advise you of your rights. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you. >> After reading her rights, the officers then began to question her about what had happened. >> Do you understand each of these, right? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Appreciate it. >> So, what's going on today? We were hanging out over here inside my car. That's it. >> Okay. Just hanging out in your car. >> Yes. >> Were you doing anything in your car? >> Yes, I was. But I was locked inside my car. >> Okay. What were you doing inside the car? >> With my man. >> With Is that your man? >> Yes, he is. >> Okay. Who's he to you? Boyfriend? Husband? >> He's a my boyfriend. >> Boyfriend. How long you guys been dating? >> Oo, probably about 6 months. >> 6 months. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Were you guys having intercourse in the car? >> Yes, of course you are. >> Okay. All right. That's why we're all here. Once we can figure out >> what's going on. >> We will try and get you out of here. >> I don't know what's going on. You You saw we were like the second to last ones getting here. Okay. So, we're just going to hang out with you until then. >> I'm sorry if I disrespect you in any one way. >> Nope, you're not. Uh, have you been drinking at all today? >> Yes, sir. I did. >> Okay. All right. Are you intoxicated? >> Yes, I was. But I was sitting on the side of this my side of my Denali. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Who's Is it your car or his? >> It is my Denali. Yes, >> it's yours. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> What are you guys doing here at the McDonald's? >> His wife is somewhere else. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, he he didn't want to be caught with his wife. >> Yeah. His wife is somewhere else. >> Okay. Where's he? >> That's true. Palm city. >> Palm city. >> And the man is cheating. Great. His wife's divorce attorney is going to love this video. Is does he have a car here? >> He does. >> Where's his car? >> It's a little bit ways. >> Is it like in Cracker Barrel? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you guys arranged to meet up here? >> Yeah. >> Uh you guys met up. You came over and you guys decided to have intercourse inside the vehicle. >> Is that accurate? >> Kind of accurate. >> Okay. Can you correct me on or fill me in on what's not >> trying to get away from his wife? guy said, "Hey, come over here. We've been getting together for about 6 months now." >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> So, I run about two different body shops and he's like my sublet contract. >> Okay. >> So, I told him, "Hey, >> so you guys also have a work relationship?" >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. And then you guys have been romantic for like 6 months? >> 6 months. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Uh, is he like is he trying to get divorced from his wife or is he >> Yes. Yes. >> Okay. Like I said, that's between you guys. Okay. Um, >> he makes probably about 100,000 off of me a year. >> Okay. Is there a reason why you guys decided to have intercourse inside the vehicle versus >> his wife is going to lose her? >> Okay. Uh, I guess I'm trying to understand why did you guys choose the vehicle versus like I mean there's a hotel right there. Um because I have a better car than he does. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Fair enough. Let it Let me >> Sorry. >> Uh hang out. Uh and we're going to go try and talk with our partners here to figure out what's going on. Okay. >> All right, sir. Sorry. >> Uh because you have a firearm. >> You can take my firearm. It's my firearm. >> Yeah. No, we're just >> It's leg It's It's legal. >> All I'm going to ask while we go talk with Yes, sir. It's >> I'm just going to have you take a seat in our >> Yes, sir. No problem. >> Thanks. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Nothing in your bra. You're not supposed to have any narcotics, anything like that? >> No. >> All right. You just have a seat >> and we're going to try and figure out what's going on so we can get you out of here. >> Okay. >> After letting this woman sit in the back of the squad car, the officer returned to the man to finish the investigation. >> What brought you guys over to here? >> Excuse me? What brought you guys over this way? >> We're on our way home and we stop. We're going to stop at the McDonald's, go to the bathroom, and then we just started messing around and that was about it. >> Okay. >> We were in our car. >> Yes. The door was open and But I know for a fact nobody saw anything. I 110% nobody saw anything. >> Yeah. I >> But yes, we were fooling around. >> Public accessible parking lot. Anybody can drive through your >> Yep. And I probably Somebody drove through and saw us. And I'm well, like I said, I'm not a law-abiding citizen and I'm not going to like disagree with anything, but yeah, >> the door definitely the door was open and >> yeah, when one officer here pulled up, we the door was open. >> Okay. >> Yeah, obviously our concern is, you know, if kids, >> but I'm going to tell you right now, there's no kids involved. >> I know. I got you. And that's big reason we take this stuff serious. If a kid goes by, that's a felony >> and you're on the registry list. >> All right. Just hit me at this time. >> Okay. Y >> you want me to take the bracelet off or anything? >> Uh, if you want to. Here you go. >> It's up to you. I mean, you can leave it on. It's up to you. >> I don't want it to do it for me. >> I'm not going to resist. Trust me, sir. >> I'm a lawing citizen. >> Oh, you search it. What? >> I don't know. >> I mean, I think the bottom >> have you sit back for me real quick? >> All right. Um, have you turn around? Can you find your back for me? All right. So, you are under arrest tonight for I totally conduct. >> For what? >> For being in the car and putting a show on for everyone at McDonald's tonight. Did you want anything out of the car? Your shoes? Anything? A purse? Maybe phone. >> Is this for real? >> Mhm. >> I said I don't take pride in doing this. >> No, I don't either. I just ask you if I can just please and put my shoes on. >> Okay, >> fine. >> Thank you. >> Probably not. >> Would you like a seat belt on? >> No, it's not. >> Anyway, >> safety first. In the end, both the man and woman are charged with disorderly conduct. In court, they pled no contest to the charge and their adjudication was withheld. Moving on to the next case where another couple is caught doing the deed in public, but this time it ended in felony charges. The same point if you guys are actively having in public, public indecency is that kind. It's April 24th, 2025. Officers responded to multiple reports of a couple engaging in inappropriate behavior at a bus stop. Here's what happened next. >> You guys called me a little bit. >> Yeah. >> What's that? >> We're waiting for the bus. >> Okay. So, I can tell you a little bit about what they told me. You guys are saying this wasn't you guys that did this? >> No, we've been here like 5 minutes, dude. >> Okay. Well, >> you want to keep looking for that ID, man. >> Yeah, I was going to say she described you as the individual that was facing backwards towards that way on top of his lap, his pants down. >> No, we No, we were kissing a little bit, but that's >> kissing a little bit. >> Not having intercourse cuz maybe she was sitting on my lap. We were kissing and stuff like we were not having. Why would we have >> Yeah. Well, so I was going to say, right, so this is kind of your guys' one one-stop shop to tell the truth cuz we're going to get video footage right now and go figure out if if what this person's saying is happening. Okay. So, this is kind of your one one final chance to tell us what took place. >> I'm just sitting here waiting on the bus. >> Okay. Well, again, that's why I'm asking cuz we're going to >> Yeah, we were. >> Okay. >> And I'm 41. I'm old enough to make my own >> 44. >> So, he's 44. So she should not complain about that. >> Complain by one >> that we're dating. >> Are you sure that you don't have my ID? >> I don't. Babe, you said you had it. >> The officers then tried to ID both of them before questioning them about their actions. >> All right. What's your What's your first name then? >> Anthony. >> Anthony. >> Yes. And I am on probation. >> Okay. What I'll what I'll tell you, right, I understand that you don't think she should be in your business and you guys are two grown adults, but at the same point, if you guys are actively having in public, public indecency, that kind >> I get what you guys are saying, okay, but we also have two sides to every story. That person said that they visibly saw your pants down at your ankles and you on top of him. >> And so, right, that's why we got to come out here and investigate it. Okay, so we're going to go grab the video footage. was literally sitting on my lap and we were kissing. That was >> Okay. And I told you we're going to go grab the video footage and go figure out if if you guys were or were not. Now, I'll ask you, is there any reason your pants would ever be down to your ankles since you've been in this? >> No, absolutely not. >> Okay, I understand. You said you were on top of him, you guys were kissing, so on and so forth. Okay, fine. So be it. That's great. Okay, but we're going to figure out if what that person said, they said your pants were down at your ankles. >> They were not. Absolutely not. Okay. Just make sure if you're going to smoke, you smoke outside of this. All right. There's no smoking inside of these. Yeah. >> During the conversation, the officer learned that the man was on probation. But there's something else he's hiding, and he'll say or do anything to stay off their radar. >> You were just saying she say that word. That's all we >> So, just cuz we had police contact, we're going to end up having to contact probation. We're not going to do it now. >> That is fine. That's fine. I am on probation and I'm on parole. I was in prison. So, >> Gotcha. Okay. And I was going to say I got no issues with that any >> for seven years. >> Yeah. I told you I got no issues with that stuff. >> All right. What? What? It's okay, babe. >> You're okay. >> It's okay. >> Told you. You're all good. >> We got no issues. We're just trying to figure out what's going on. All right. >> We weren't doing nothing, man. We were just sitting here waiting on the bus. >> Okay. >> I'm assuming this is a bus. Where are you guys trying to go to? Just so I know. Well, >> I was going to say cuz we're not going to we're not going to be able to let you get on the bus cuz we're in our best. >> She's trying to go to where she lives and I'm trying to go to the I swear to God we were not. >> I told you. And like I told you, we're going to find video footage, right? Someone's statement and you guys are denying it. It's kind of a he said, she said there's no evidence to either which way right now. Okay. But if that video footage shows that, then you guys can receive tickets or citations or a misdemeanor. Okay. Okay. You weren't doing nothing. >> I'm sorry, man. I I didn't catch your first name. >> This is [ __ ] man. You can't even show displays of public affection without people calling the cops. >> I don't choose who calls the cops on what they call on, but we have to investigate everything that they call on, no matter any which way. Right. >> That's fine. We're not going to get in trouble. We weren't doing anything. >> Well, it's just from last year. >> What happened? >> Well, last year I went to jail. >> Oh. And I saw him get right in front of me. >> Well, I [snorts] told you we're not, >> baby. Nothing's going to happen. >> I was going to say you guys have been cooperative with us so far. I appreciate it. >> I bought this for me and him. >> Yeah. If it turns out that you guys were just on top of his lap and not doing anything, just kissing, great. So be it, right? But it shows something different, right? >> It's not going to show anything. As the man tried to talk his way out of this, another officer checked the surveillance footage and saw that his story didn't line up. >> Am I going to jail, dude? >> So, I don't know. So, there is video footage of her giving you a hand. >> Okay. >> Her giving you a hand, touching your P with her hand and your your shorts down. There is video. >> My shorts were not down. >> So, there's video footage of that. Why would there be video footage of that? >> So, whatever. So, what's up? Am I going to jail? >> I don't know. We have to contact probation. If I'm going to jail, take me to jail. >> Okay. Well, there's no need to get upset with me >> right now. You're getting upset over over us trying to figure out what's going on. We have to contact probation and notify them. >> My PO is going to put a hold on me. >> Is she? >> Well, because of this bull. She is. >> Well, if that's the case, then that's the case. We don't make those decisions. We're not Your probation. >> I really don't want her to put no contact on him. >> Why would she put a no contact? >> Last year, his old one did that to him. >> No contact with you? >> Yeah. But why? Why? Why did she do that? >> Because of her sister. >> My sister? >> Did your sister say something? >> No, her sister didn't want me coming over to >> They said that. But what his partner doesn't know is that the no contact order was never removed and he's been seeing her illegally for months. The man knows this and he knows he's about to face the consequences. >> So, the other officer calling your agent, it's the video that I watched showing something very different than what you guys described happening. like pants around your ankles and her not facing you and kissing you. I mean, maybe you were a jump in the time, but >> she was sitting on my lap. My pants were not around my ankles. She was just sitting on my lap kissing me. >> She wasn't kissing you. What I saw. >> So, what's up? Someone driving to jail? >> Not right now. Not unless probation puts a hold on you, >> sir. Please. >> No, I'm going to jail. >> I said if probation puts a hold on you, otherwise we're going to do a referral charge. >> I know I'm going to jail. >> You don't know that. >> I do know that. I say that's up to probation at this point. I'm still very confused on the whole no contact ordeal though. >> That was last year. >> Her sister contacted my old PO and put a note and asked if there could be a no. >> Okay. So, she asked >> but I have a new PO. She lifted the no contact. >> I'm not going to sugar sugar coat it. Right. Probation's placed in that hold. >> So, I'm going to go to jail. >> Yeah. >> Can I smoke one last cigarette? >> Yeah. I want to smoke one. Can I >> Can you please talk to your patient officer not to put no content? >> I'll let you I'll let you smoke one more. We got to get you in cuffs though, just because they are placing the hole, but I'll let you smoke that last one. All right, we'll just have you step out here. Is good to take your backpack? >> Yes, she will. >> Okay, >> great. I don't know what this one. >> The officers began to put the man in handcuffs, move him to the squad car, and take his partner home. Okay. >> All right. You want to step out here? Put your hands behind your back. I want you to smoke it. Sorry, baby. >> Is that good? Not too tight. >> Don't freak out. Don't freak out. It'll be okay. >> Suzanne, you still need that ride to mom's. >> No. >> Take deep breath. >> Be okay. >> I'll tap it out, dude. >> I love him and he loves me. >> And that's fine. Happy for you. Don't do it in public. Whatever you do in whatever bedroom, wherever the heck you're doing it, it don't do can't do it in public. Why? I'm shocked only one person called. >> Yeah, >> that camera caught it clear as day. Not Not why. What are the chances someone comes out over here like walks in to bus stop to get picked up? You guys are both getting a referral charge. He's only going to jail because he's probation put a hold on him. Okay, we're going to do a report and the DA will decide if they want to do anything with it. >> He's going to make better decisions. >> I don't want those. We're going to do referrals. All right. So, you are receiving the referral charge. Okay. It's not a in custody charge or anything like that for that misdemeanor I was telling you about the lud and lascivious. So, that kind of just goes to the DA and they kind of choose if they want to prosecute it out or what they kind of do from there. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. We gave her number to you so that we can contact once you're in booked in and everything. >> So, am I being charged with something? >> Yep. Yep. So, it's lud and lascivious behavior. So that's the referral charge. So we're referring it just like you said we were going to refer it. You guys are residents of the city. It's a misdemeanor charge, but yeah, that's kind of that's kind of what we're doing. Okay. >> Okay. >> All righty. >> You got anything in your pockets or anything like that? >> No, it's just my phone. >> I'll have you just toss everything in the in the backpack. >> I just have the seat belt yourself right here. >> At least he cooperated and didn't cause any scene. Well, until he claims he needs medical attention. You see, at the hospital, doctors found nothing wrong with him and quickly discharged him. But as the officers prepare to take him to jail, he suddenly goes completely bananas. >> You're putting over my head. >> I'm not going to spit on anybody. >> You stop, mother you. >> All right, Anthony. We're going to stop right now. Okay. You stop this [ __ ] >> Stop this. You [snorts] >> got to go on. >> I can't breathe. >> All right, we're going to sit you up then if you can't breathe. >> There we go. >> Ah. Ow. They are not. You can't pull me up like that. >> You'd calm down. Then we could adjust for you. When >> I get to jail, I'm going to kill me a pull on me. Pull on me. You >> pull on me. Pull on me.
