And here's how that happens. >> How you doing? >> Was that you were going 65 and a 45? Okay, that's a lot of complaints. So, why do you keep on speeding? >> All right. Do you have your driver's license, registration, insurance? >> Despite arguing with the officer, he still cooperated enough to provide his information. But that's about to change real soon. >> The insurance >> 13. >> All right. Stay in the vehicle. I'll be right back with you. Kayen, can you still forward a citation for speeding 20 and over is $281. Okay. You're going to get a citation today. All right. I changed the speed so it won't be as expensive. You're still going to get one though. 30 days to take care of it. What are you going to do? Get out of the car. Be careful what you do. That's available. Did you >> catch that? The cop told the teen to get out and his genius response was to try to drive off while still in park with the cop holding his license. We call these stable geniuses. And as the officer moved him to the back of the squad car, he didn't forget to run his mouth. >> Get out of the car. >> Come on. Get out of the car. Come on. Get out. Hands behind your back. This what you car got, bro. >> You're a idiot, bro. What the are you doing? Why are you acting like a kid? You're an adult. Come on. Yeah. Put your foot on the blowing up. You know, Randall Robinson. >> No, that's not him. It's Kaden something. Okay. >> His ID is right there. Okay. >> No, don't search it. >> After slapping those cuffs on him, the cops then searched the car to confirm the smell they noticed earlier. And shocker, they found exactly what their noses told them they would. >> It's here. It's right there, sweetie. If I I smell it when I open the back door. >> No. Am I wrong? Cuz I open the door and I smell right here. >> Like, >> you know what it is? I've been training with Claire, so I guess my nose like >> No, I do smell it, but I didn't smell it this strong when I open the thing. >> Yeah, >> that's a >> It's just weird. I really smell this." is I was just looking to see what toys for the storage receipt, but here's another bag. I don't know what else is in this bag cuz when I open this back here is when I smell it. Look, it's got the little >> scale >> scale. And >> [ __ ] >> Yeah, there's plenty of air in there. So, would you mind testing it for me? So Hernandez used to find people that all the time when I went to school. I think it's me. >> Why don't I just take it back to station testing? >> Yeah, that's what we're doing. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you're the new 21. >> No, I don't want to be no one. All I wanted was a ticket just like yesterday. >> I mean, I can take it with me if you want so it doesn't stick your car. >> I'll put it back in the kitchen. Okay, I'll see you this guy. >> In the end, he was charged with fleeing or eluding, resisting without violence, and possession with intent to sell a controlled substance. However, as the officer approached the vehicle, they immediately dash off again, only to find themselves crashed into a lamp post. Losers, >> put it in park. Turn it off. >> Let me [ __ ] park. I'm trying to confirm who you say you are. Who you say you are is who you are. >> You don't got to confirm. I'm like a investigator. You should know me. >> All right. Well, >> how you don't know me? >> You know me. Stop playing. You don't. >> No, I I I really don't. >> You know me, bro. We had too many altercations for you not to know me. >> Okay. Y'all should not care this much. >> We're doing our job. >> Okay. I understand. You get paid for this. >> You have a warrant, by the way. >> I know. Yeah. Well, >> I had it for about a year now. >> It's okay. It's just a little misdemeanor. I mean, driving with no license types beating everybody, you know. >> Yeah. Not not too much. >> A misdemeanor. >> Yeah. Just a little little something. >> I've never heard of that before. >> Me either. >> Godamn it. I don't know if I'm saying it right. >> You're not. It's going to get towed because of the 90 and a 50 55. >> So that's I mean that it's a class A misdemeanor. So that's typically what we do with it. All right. >> Okay. >> So um >> well all you got to do is tell me how much this warrant is so I can get this done. >> Okay. She was charged with resisting arrest, possession of cannabis, and speeding along with her outstanding warrants. Moving on to the next case here where another teenager gets arrested after harassing kids in a public park. >> You're going to jail now. >> I'm going to jail. >> Yep. >> I ain't >> You trespassed. I gave you opportunities. >> I gave you Bro, >> now take my money, [ __ ] You going to steal my money, too? All right, that's a real >> think I want your $1. >> Yeah, your money. It >> is March 22nd, 2025, and officers are dispatched to a public park following reports of this young man harassing kids and causing a disturbance. Now, this wasn't their first time dealing with this dude. He was already known to local law enforcement for past arrests, including disorderly conduct and even assaulting police officers. So, here's what happened next. >> What is What is next? >> I don't know, man. I'm just backup officer is all. >> Hey, man. >> Hey, my my man. >> You don't have any right to walk away. If you walk away again, I'm going to arrest you. >> Bro, you white. I'm black. >> What does that have to do with you? >> Bro, my hand, bro. Bro, my hand is broke. Like we said, you weren't under arrest when we put you in cuffs. You're detained because you started acting up a little bit. Okay? That's the whole reason the cuffs went on there. >> I need you to leave your stuff and you're banned from the park. Okay? >> I'm banned for everywhere. You're banned from the park because you need to get your belongings and leave. Just when you thought he'd take the chance to leave and not be stupid again, he does the opposite, ignoring the officer's order, lingering around the parking lot like nothing happened for another 10 minutes. And that's when officers had enough of his entitlement. >> You guys want to come down here? He wants to go another route on this. >> Bro, what's the word? >> You want to? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Give me a lighter. >> You're going to jail now. >> I'm going to jail. >> Yep. >> I ain't >> You trespassed. What you got, bro? Stop fighting. Stop. Stop fighting. Stop fighting. After the arrest, the officers escorted him to the squad car. Car looks like they're secure with taking my money, [ __ ] You going to steal my money, too? All right, I got something for your >> think I want your $1. >> Yeah, your [ __ ] can't have no money. Slickhead, [ __ ] I ain't getting there. I'm not getting enough. I'm not getting that. Yeah, it's in there. >> BRO, I AIN'T A N. >> Spit on me. You got a spit hood? No. >> Let my head go, bro. Go, bro. >> Your head's fine. Yeah. >> Let my head go. LET MY HEAD GO. >> HEY, BOBBY. >> I'm here. Let my head go, bro. >> You got it. >> Let my head go, bro. Let my head go, bro. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a peace officer. Moving on to the next case here where this entitled teenager plays victim after destroying her boyfriend's property. Welcome to December 30th, 2022. Cops responded to a call about a woman smashing a car's window. Why is she doing this? >> What's going on? Why you smashing stuff? >> He sm He smashed me. I'm going get I'm wait for my friend to pick me up. It's nothing. It's >> okay. Well, let's figure out what's going on. So, what you got in an argument with your friend? >> I got an argument. That's it. But my friend is coming to get me right now. Right, Tori? >> Okay. Well, let's figure out what's going on before we >> Okay. >> Who you got an argument with? >> I got an argument with my friend. >> Who's your friend? >> His name DJ. That's my hand is so bloody because I got an argument with him. >> Okay. Why is your hand bloody? >> Because I I was hitting him and he was beating me up. >> Okay. Where'd he go? >> I don't know where he went. I don't care where he went. I don't care. He I'm not pressing charges or anything like that. >> How do you How do you know him? Is he just friend or are you guys in a relationship? >> We talking. We're not in a relationship. We talking. >> Not in a relationship. >> Okay. >> And okay. It's not broken or nothing, right? >> No, I'm okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> I don't have my ID on you, but if you want to see my ID, you can look me up. I just got arrested 3 weeks ago. You can look my ID up >> for what? >> So, shut up. >> No, because the mother got the police on me. >> He did. I Somebody else did it. >> Okay. But Okay. But I'm just I'ming >> So, you and DJ were arguing. You saying he he punched you or what? >> He beat my ass. You You see my ass? He punched my ass. He beat my motherucking ass to God. I'mma beat and I got brothers. >> Where did this happen at? >> Right here. >> Right here. >> That's why. Okay. I swear to God. Oh my god. My friend come to get me. >> Tory, where is you? So I can go, bro. >> So the cop does his best to get a straight answer out of her, but since she's clearly lying, nothing she's saying is making any sense. The next 10 minutes are her basically just saying, "He beat my ass." over and over again. So, we're gonna skip that and jump ahead to the part where her friend arrives. >> Okay. So, he got mad at something you were saying to him and he pushed you to the ground. >> Is that correct? >> She'd be mad. Tori, get out the car, please. >> All right. So, >> this is my friend right here. >> That's fine. >> Okay, but calm down. I am going. I'm talking. >> What happened? >> He beat my I know. I was on the phone. I heard all the freaking jump going on. I did hear everything that was going on. I did. And he just got in the car and he left her. And then that's >> Exactly. He beat my ass and he left me. That's what I'm trying to get him to understand. Like they trying to make it seem like I I did bust out his window. So I did. But the thing is he beat my mother ass. That's the thing. He just he dragged my ass and he beat my mother before he left. That's the thing. Did you call your mama? >> I called mama, but I called you because mama said call you. That's the thing. Like, bro, whatever, bro. What's going on, sir? >> I She's kind of all over the place. So, I'm trying to figure it out. >> Come over here because I'm sitting by myself. >> So, now that now that she's here, we can calm down. >> Okay. She's here to get you. So, come over here and let's start from the beginning. >> So, you and DJ are here. You're riding the dirt bikes and stuff. And then >> riding dirt. >> Okay. And then you say something he doesn't like and then he comes at you and doesn't >> he smuggle me because I don't know why he smoking me. He just smuggled me. He smuggled me and he hit me the hardest thing. >> Well, first of all, I heard him I heard him walk in and he said something and then they started arguing and it it just really went escalated really fast. That's really what I heard. All I know I was on cuz I was on FaceTime with her. I show you. >> Do you have a driver's license though? >> No, I don't have Florida ID. >> Yeah, I have Florida ID but I don't have my ID on me. You got a picture of him? >> That's fine. He's going to He's going to check it. >> Okay. So, he swings on you. He punches you in the face, >> huh? >> Ma'am, he punched you in the face. >> Yes, he punched me right in the [ __ ] face. He punched me in the face right now. I Bro, it's four people right now, bro. If you want to go to the garage right now, I swear to God, it's four people in there right now. >> Okay, we can do that. >> Come on, let's go. >> I want to make sure I have your story in. I want you to go to the right now so they can start talking to this man like that. They're not going to listen to you. >> You're not listening to me. I'm your sister. Are you listen? >> Even with her friend practically begging her to cooperate, she still gives the officer the vaguest answers imaginable. And for all that drama she's talking about, she barely had a scratch to show for it, except for that scratch on her hand when she broke the window. And now we got her mom here. What happened, sir? >> I don't know. She's a little upset. She smashed in the window. >> You bust somebody the window, girl. >> A few windows. >> No, that's her car. She got a car. >> No, he said you bust somebody windows. >> I did. Because he swung on me. You're right. I smoke on. My hands is busted. What do you mean? Well, >> why you bust the man windows out? >> Because he swung on me. My That's a whole dude. What do you mean? >> Well, come on, bro. Come on. Like, dang. >> Do you know who DJ is? >> No, I've never met him. >> Dang. >> Probably shouldn't hang out with him anymore. >> Yeah. >> So, she's saying that he punched her. So, she grabbed this metal rod and started smashing the windows. >> You said what? >> She told me that he punched her. So, she grabbed a metal rod over there and started smashing on the windows to his car and then the office building. Um, we don't know who he is. So, we can't get >> Yeah, I don't know who he is either. >> Um, and then see if they >> he wants press for the window part of it. So, it's going to get written up. It just has a like an information report until we can get >> further on information on who he is and >> where they have and there are cameras. So, >> um, we should be able to get all the business in there on Monday and and roll those up if need be. But, >> I don't know. She's She's I don't want her to have to get in trouble for it. So, she she probably shouldn't hang out with them. And she's >> she goes around smashing windows. She's It's >> I know >> that can quickly turn into a felony. >> I know. >> Cuz windows are expensive. >> Oh, I know. >> So, I don't want to She doesn't need to be getting a felony. She just turned 18. >> Yeah. >> So, I don't know. I I talked to her and just she doesn't want to listen to me, but Okay. So, we got her information. We let her go and now it's time to go find the ultimate ass beater. Guys, what we find instead is a completely different story with a very frustrated man who is ready to press charges of his own. >> My god, man. >> Did you know about this, too? >> No, man. >> Oh, so you were gone once you did this? >> I told you I was pulling because if you check my record, you can see I went to jail for stuff already in the in the domestic thing. So, I know how to avoid it. >> She literally just left. >> So, what I did was I pulled out. She like, "Yeah, take your ass on. Going on." So I slid. The first thing she did was grab this plant right here. >> Okay. >> And threw it right here when I was here. So I said, "Okay, now you b you know the people going to call the police on you now. >> I don't give a Okay. Let me get up out of here right now then. I don't want no parts." >> Yeah. >> So when I left this was all this. I put that back cuz you know it was disrespect. I was going to come clean it back up but I didn't know she did >> cuz another this is your place. >> Yes. Okay. >> And another dispute me really. >> Please don't do that to me, man. >> Well, if I'm going be honest with you, I know I'm not even going to be able to. I know they going to. You feel me? Mr. Ralph, y'all know Mr. Ralph. This is >> We don't know him. >> That's who owns all this. I know Mr. Ralph. >> So, so here here's where we're at, though, right? >> You don't have to. >> Yeah. You don't. So, here's the thing. I I cannot force you. >> I can't force you. It's entirely up to you. All right. But we're at a we're at a crossroads here. You can go left, you can go right. I cannot make a decision for you. So if you want to press charges, that's one route. Or if you don't, all I got to do is you sign a little piece of paper and then >> got to get within reason. >> Yeah. And then we need to talk to him. >> I got I got to call him. I ain't going to lie to you. What he did to her? What she did? >> The front windshield smashed. >> Oh god. He is about to go crazy. Oh my god, boy. Oh my god, boy. He about to go crazy, boy. >> So where was when you left? Where was she? She was flipping >> still standing right. >> She was she was throwing them throwing them on the ground right there. >> Were you the two of you get physical at all? >> Cuz get here, boy. >> Was there anybody there that besides the two of you that could? >> The only two they were here first. Them two were the only two that was here. >> The gentleman over there. >> Yeah, they saw her do all that. >> Yeah. See I Hey, boy. Get here, boy. To the shop, boy. She She car. This is your business, too? >> Yes. >> Do you want to press charges for the business? >> You got to, bro. We going to pay for this. I'm not paying for this. >> After getting confirmation to press charges, the officers went to the girl's home to initiate that arrest. >> Hello again. >> How you doing? >> Good. You remember me from earlier? >> Huh? >> You remember me from earlier? I was one of the deputies. Is uh here? >> Yeah, she's right there. >> Hey, can we talk to you real quick? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, real quick, let me put your hand on your back. All right. She's going to go to jail. Why? >> Why won't we jail for her? >> Because of the damage to the vehicle and the glass and they want >> Okay. Hey man, I found her >> as a separate. >> Oh my god. >> While the officers are escorting her to the squad car, she started acting up, screaming and resisting. >> Oh my god. >> I'm going to go this way. COME ON. HEY, STOP. STOP. STOP. I swear to God. STOP. [screaming] PLEASE. PLEASE. Let me talk to the [ __ ] ON ME. NO, BRO. Let him record. Go get my phone. Go get my phone right now. Mama, go get my phone. Please. Go get my phone. Please. Get my phone. Can you get my phone? I don't care. We going to go here right now. We're going to go here right now. I don't care. Go get my phone. >> All right. Well, we're going to go to the car and then >> No. LET GO GET MY PHONE. >> Come on. We'll bring the phone to the car. Come on. >> NO. STOP TRYING TO ARREST ME FOR NOTHING. >> We will bring the phone to the car. Come on. >> Oh my god. Bro, >> can't leave my cousin Destiny. Come on. Come here, bro. >> She's going to bring your phone and that'll go up to the jail with you. Okay. Okay. >> Y'all going to take me to jail for what? >> For criminal mischief. For smashing the windows of the vehicle and >> it being on me first. The thing is that understanding. >> Well, I will put that in the report that you said that. >> Nobody said I was getting press charged or anything. So, >> that was before we spoke to them. >> Okay. But the thing is you met with but you ain't about him on me. >> Yes, we did. >> Okay. So, what do you mean? Okay. But they he on me. >> IT DON'T MATTER. HE BE HIS hands on me. >> Now he want TO PRESS CHARGER. >> OKAY. BUT [ __ ] I PRESS CHARGING. He his hands on me. The [ __ ] He on me first. Let's go. Let's go. Let's see that ring camera. That's the thing. That's what they trying TO >> I DON'T CARE. >> THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY >> I DON'T CARE. >> SHE LAME. >> I'm not being lame. >> Come on. Sit down. Sit down. put your feet in. >> And as the cops are trying to explain the arrest to her mother, she just starts screaming again, kicking the door. >> There's nothing nothing on camera got caught that we were able to view. >> All right, so that's number one. There's nothing to support her claims. Meanwhile, I've got windows that are smashed, a car that is completely smashed in. I have eyewitnesses completely not even involved with them, like independent witnesses, right? workers that were there who stated to me they saw her smashing the hell out of this car and throwing bricks through windows and everything by herself. She was there. They didn't see anybody else there. She meanwhile she say that he had no love. >> I I understand that. But I understand me being the neutral party here. Okay. >> Right. >> She has nothing to support anything. Right. Meanwhile, I have all this other evidence. And the other issue here is she keeps saying, "Oh, he he punched me in the face. She hit me, you know, 10 times, 20 times, whatever it is, right? She had zero injuries to her face. >> Well, she got scratches on her hands, but that's also People were dragging her. >> I understand that. But here's the issue. She had that one injury, right? There was nothing else that we saw anywhere on her body. Her clothes didn't look dragged at all. She's got no injuries on the face. We looked at >> the other business next door has cameras that points there. So on Monday when they come back and are open, we can get those footage. >> And when I looked at his his hands, no injuries on his hands. >> Show perfectly what happened. There's nothing to support what she's claiming. >> Hey, stop. Stop. >> Calm down. >> So, here's the other thing, and maybe you can explain this to her. >> Yes. >> If she keeps kicking here, here's what's going to happen. >> Stop. Stop. >> You're going to get another charge if you break the window. >> Explain to her that she's about to catch another charge. Yeah. >> Out, bro. I [ __ ] THEM OUT YOUR GET the [ __ ] away from my window. MY GOD. GET THE [ __ ] AWAY FROM ME. >> You going YOU GOING TO GET ANOTHER CHILD? >> SHUT UP. SHUT UP. DON'T TALK TO ME. >> YOU DON'T TELL ME NO. SHUT UP. >> YOU GREEN. >> I'M GREEN. I wasn't even there. >> Green. I DON'T CARE. YOU'RE GREEN. GREEN. >> MA'AM. We're getting nowhere with this. So, thank you. Anyways, I'm sorry. >> Hey, LISTEN. [ __ ] BELIEVE ME, BRO. SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. >> MA'AM, PLEASE. We're done. We're done. >> I don't care. >> WE'RE DONE. I'LL TAKE THE PHONE. >> GET MOM IF YOU DON'T GET OFF THE PHONE. I SWEAR TO GOD, MOM. I SWEAR TO GOD, MOM WOULD NEVER TALK TO YOU FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I swear to God you won't let me talk to you, >> bro. I swear to me. >> LISTEN TO ME. >> Y'ALL [ __ ] LYING. >> LISTEN TO ME, >> BRO. MOVE, BRO. I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU, BRO. >> OKAY, so I'm going to be real with you. If you if you keep acting the way you are, two things are going to happen. I will charge you again and you already have felony strikes against you. If you want to keep stacking them up, by all means, we'll do this so you can stop and grow up and act like an adult and stop doing that. The second thing that will happen to you >> taking me to jail for what? >> The second thing that will happen to YOU >> TAKING ME TO JAIL FOR WHAT? >> I ALREADY TOLD YOU criminal mischief. >> Why are you TAKING ME TO JAIL? >> IF YOU ALSO LISTEN, if you keep kicking my window, listen, let me finish. Let me finish. Why you taking me to jail? >> Yeah. If you let me get this, if you let me say this, I'll tell you why. Okay. >> Okay. If you keep kicking my windows, I will also strap your legs together and I will spray you in the face. >> But why are you taking me to jail? >> Because you smashed windows out. >> HE BEAT MY ASS. THAT'S THE THING. HE'S A [ __ ] MAN, >> BRO. I swear to God, you so bro. I swear to God, you're a lame ass person, bro. >> Stop. Stop. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] CAN YOU ass kick the windows out? >> Stop. You're going to get hobbled. >> I DON'T [ __ ] CARE, BRO. [ __ ] you, bro. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you, BRO. >> [ __ ] you. >> I'll be stopping at 57 and 15. Can you send me another unit? [screaming] >> All right. >> Do not kick. No, she did not kick. >> Nope, she's getting hobbled. >> No, she is. You got to unlock it. >> Do not kick. All right. Do not kick. >> It's open. It's open. >> Stop right now. All right. That's another felony. Okay. Do not kick me. Taco Bell. >> Don't kick me. She's sentenced to 36 months of probation, paid some fines, and had to attend an anger management class because holy crap. Wrong way. >> You got a um >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Welcome to May 27th, 2023. Cops are called to a high school where a suspended teenager decided that rules simply didn't apply to her and refused to leave campus. Uh here's what went down the moment police showed up. >> Come on, let's go. Let's go. Let's go then. Thank you. If you go anywhere besides the front office. >> Well, I am. >> Let's go. Come on, man. He needs to go off campus. Wrong way. >> At first, it looks like the teen was finally heading for the exit, but no, that would have been too easy. Instead, she made a sharp left into more trouble, refusing to leave campus and forcing the cop to use force to stop her from causing problems. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Go this way. >> He's asking you, don't make it worse than what it means to me. You got to leave campus. >> You have to leave campus. >> You can't be on campus. Calm down. Stop. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> Relax. [panting] >> We just need you to exit campus. That's it. >> So we can walk with you to campus. Like off campus. Come on. You're making it worse than what it needs to be. >> Stop. Stop. Relax. Stop. Leave me alone. Making it worse. >> [clears throat] >> in that corner. [clears throat] Stop. Leave me alone. >> You just need the extra comfort. That's all we asking you to do. >> Leave me alone. Let me go. All we doing we need to walk. >> That's it. >> Let me [panting] >> If you want to walk either that or trespassing, which one you want? [panting] >> Let me go. You're not going to win. [clears throat] [snorts] >> Back up. Stop. >> You got to get off campus. >> After struggling to convince her to leave for a while, the officer finally moved on to put her in handcuffs. >> We're doing too much. You don't say that. >> What do you mean? >> You don't want to touch me. Grab one. There you go. >> I'll go. >> No. >> No. No. >> Who just hit me? >> Go for two. >> No one hit me. Who did that? >> No one hit you. >> After detaining her, he escorted her to the school resource officer's office. >> You open that door. >> Don't let me go, man. >> Come on, guys. Don't let me go down. So, just to give you a rundown, I will go get the one from >> This is one of the ones from >> the um smoking incident. >> I was smoking the next day when she showed up here. >> Mhm. >> So, we gave her >> She's on campus to finish her stuff. >> Miss Smith said that there was nothing to get completed. >> So, we gave her the opportunity once more to leave campus. did not want to leave campus. Finally got her out of Miss Owen's room, started walking towards the front door, decided to take a detour. >> Grabbed it by her arm. She's like I was like, "No, you're going the wrong way." Let me go and started pulling away from me. And now we're here. >> So, this is really not about us. >> Mhm. This is about graduation and not >> so it's projected at the wrong place. >> Exactly. >> Besides the fact that besides [laughter] the fact that her actions led up to this begin >> is she slain the wall or is there something? >> I don't know. Um I know her mom just had a kid. >> Um so she has senior privilege. She only has three classes. She has a first period and a third period every day. Um, so what I explained to her last week was since you're a senior, we we're just waiting on test scores. Um, and whatever event took place, all of them got the same consequence. You're not doing that because we're done. I told her I would contact her to see to let her know if she passed her SAT to let her know if she needed to come today to take her. I let her know that she did not pass SAT, so she did not need to come. So when I saw her, she just ignored me, walked past me. Babyiana, I tried to slow her down, kept walking past me. Miss Kennedy, Miss Kennedy knows as well. Tried to stop her. Are you ready to listen? Miss Hoffman is a teacher. I am an assistant principal. Dean Magna is a dean. We had communicated to you that you were expected not to come back. >> No, I didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> Your mom via email and on the phone. So, Miss Hoffman cannot supersede what the administrators have already told you. >> Whatever makeup work you need to It's probably my mama. >> That's not important to me right now. I explained that to you last week. >> So you're not going to let me go on my work? >> No, ma'am. that it is not comprehended. >> I think it's misdiagnosed to be honest. It's very misdiagnosed. >> Regardless, this is this is now twice she's and and had she just got up and left when she was born this time, she wouldn't be sitting in handcuffs right now. >> Mhm. >> So, this is 100% on you when you're an adult now. So, what I don't know what you expected to happen. Law enforcement and the school told you you cannot be here. you have to leave and you chose not to to exit the school. You chose to pull away from a law enforcement deputy that was trying to escort you out of the school again because the whole purpose was to avoid you getting in trouble just to have you leave so you don't get in trouble and you escalated the situation to where you're in handcuffs right now. >> After a while, the squad arrived to transport her to the station. I think that what where the issue lies is and this is this is going forward for the rest of your life. Right? If if someone who's a representative of an establishment says you need to leave, you're not allowed to be here and you choose not to go when they tell you to leave, then that still applies for trespassing cuz your invitation there has been revoked. >> Dad, >> so even if >> Yes, sir. >> So even if she said, "Come on back today." And then you got here and she goes, "Nope, never mind. You didn't you don't need to take this test. You need to leave now. You have to go. >> What? What did you do anyway? What? She got a warrant. >> Um >> she got a warrant. >> No trespassing and um resisting without >> Wait, you don't she go here? She go what? You uh say you're an adult. You was just all sweet on the phone with your mom and now you want to sell out again. Chill out. >> This is a different person. >> My ear. My ear. >> You say one more thing. You walking out with them braids showing. I swear >> I swear you going to walk out with them braids showing. >> Hard. You got handcuffs talking. >> Luckily, like I said, you're only going to be in there for a couple minutes. >> She was charged with resisting without violence and trespassing. >> Don't be stupid. >> I ain't stupid. Well, what you want to do about that? >> You can walk out that door and go home. >> Hold on. You been to >> It's January 10th, 2026, and cops get a disturbance call at a gym regarding two intoxicated women who were refusing to leave. And here's what happened next. >> Okay, so the management here has elected to have you guys trespass. >> It's not that deep. It's I just >> Well, ma'am, I I have no control for that. >> That's something you can take up another time with uh like whoever the big big person is. >> It's not that serious. Who's the manager? >> Ma'am, I don't know. >> All right. Can Can you just listen to what she's saying? >> So, stop being argumentative and listen to what she's saying. >> I can hear that, but I'd like to know the name of the >> Let me finish talking and then I'll get whatever you need. You need to listen to me. >> You saying management. I want to know the name. >> Well, give me a minute. >> I want to make sure you understand what I'm telling you. So, you don't get yourself in trouble. >> So, for 18 months, if you come back here, >> you will be arrested. >> Uh, according to what manager? >> Let me finish my job as a law enforcement officer cuz as a manager, I don't give a damn. I'm trying to tell you so that you don't get yourself. That's my last. >> Okay. I'm telling you not to come back here. Do you understand that? >> You don't say that. >> Okay. So, if you come back, you're going to be arrested. >> It's not that serious, >> ma'am. I don't care if it's serious or not. I really don't. >> Ah god, why are people in these types of body cams always so dense? When the cop says go, you run like Usain Bolt. Also, of all the places to go when you're drunk, why the gym? I have no idea. But jokes aside, as the cops are taking the name of the manager, one of the drunk women decided to be even more dumb by getting close to take a picture of the paper, which didn't sit well with the officers. Hey, do me a favor. Just back up from her a little bit. You're a little bit too close. You're a little bit too close. >> Listen, don't start. >> You're finishing trouble. >> Stop it. >> I don't know what I'm doing. >> You were getting too close to her. >> What am I going to do? >> You were getting too close to her. >> I'm taking a picture of what she's writing down. I want to do Wait until she's done. Wait until she's done. >> She did it and it's done. What you want to do about that? >> Don't be stupid. >> I ain't stupid. Well, what you want to do about that? You started off by number. >> You are. You are stupid. You're dumb. >> All right. And this is how you treat me and you're in law enforcement. >> All you're very disrespectful to writing down. >> I told you I was going to write it for you. >> And I'm took a picture. >> You don't need to take a picture of it. I gave it to you. >> I do. I know what I'm doing. >> So go on. >> I'm sorry. I have some >> Yeah, you will. Wait cuz I'm busy now. >> Ignore her. right now. >> No, I appreciate that, but you need to talk to her before she loses her job. >> Just come over here. >> Do you want an Uber home, ma'am? >> They're willing to provide you an Uber home. >> Just talk some provided. >> All of us come here and try to get >> done. You have to leave. >> Uh Uber home. >> As soon as we're done, you have to leave it so further. So, y'all want to talk about law and all that? You're not even seeing my side. >> I don't have to. I've been here since earlier. All I've done is sat on their side. All I did was try to open a locker and see stuff. If my keys were in there and they're being extra, all I'm doing taking pictures, recording the scene because I paid $300 a month to come here. That is it. They've never had a problem with me. Okay. Well, I'm going to tell you what I was told. >> Come here. >> You want to hear what I was told? Do you want to hear what I was told? >> I was told that you guys had been drinking. Someone I don't know if it was you or you threw up in the hot tub. >> Yes, that's my friend called. >> You're not You're talking over me again. >> Okay. And >> I actually You want to hear what I have to say? >> I heard what she said. She the hospital. >> She's not done. So >> So you know what? I'm done. Get out of here. Matter of fact, she's about to make things a whole lot worse for herself. >> No. Go because you're not listening and I'm not going to sit here and y'all ain't listening. >> $300 a month for trespassing. >> It's not that deep. Do you understand the trespassing warning? Okay, then you need to go. >> It's not that deep. You need to go. >> It's not that deep. I'm sorry. >> You need to go. You're also >> She's also >> We work for Comey County Animal Control. We're sergants for animal. >> But you're both being trespassed. They need >> since we arrived. It's not that deep. Yes, I have. >> You need to go because you're being trespassed. I'm not going to stand here any longer. She fixed trespassing. >> It's not I don't care if it's deep or bit shallow. I don't care. Let me explain. >> Let me explain something to you. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to >> get her out of here. She's going to jail. I'm not waiting much longer. >> I'm trying to be nice. >> I'm just trying to complain. >> Get your friend and get her out of here. >> You had a moment. She got >> This is This is a >> You hear what I'm saying? >> I I hear you. But here >> that's what I'm saying. Hear me out. She goes to jail. And since the footage has a bunch of fbombs, that means no audio. So, let's just go straight to the charges. In the end, the woman is charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, resisting with violence, and two counts of battery on a Leo. In court, she plead guilty to the trespassing and disorderly intoxication charges. The other charges were amended down to resisting without violence, to which she also plead guilty. In the end, she was sentenced to one year of probation, 75 hours of community service, 8 hours of an anger management course, and was told not to have any contact with the two officers during her probation period. As for her friend, she was charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, and resisting without violence. All of her charges were dropped. Thank you so much for watching.
