So, I guess it was bothering her, so she started talking to me. I'm on the phone with my sister. So, like I'm trying to focus on what I'm talking with and I'm thinking this lady's on the phone right there. So, I'm not paying no mind at first and then she starts saying the hard er. She's like, "You fat [ __ ] You think you're so attractive sitting there on that car." And I'm like, me and my sister looked at each other on the phone. I'm like, "Did I know she's talking to me. She starts flick like, you know, like doing the little when you throw it into the air and it start doing the little twirls and you start She start doing that. She kept talking stuff. She kept calling me the hard er. She's like, "This is my corner. You You're a [ __ ] prostitute. You can't work here." And I'm like, "Not a prostitute." Then I still didn't say nothing though. I was on the phone with my sister. I'm like, "I'm not going to say nothing cuz you don't know what She's obviously could be on some type of drug and >> Yeah. >> you don't know what people like that could do to you when they're on something like that. You don't I don't know what she's on, so it's like >> So, and then So, she was just kind of saying that stuff and then you called us? >> No. And I I didn't get At first, it was just her saying stuff and then she got closer to the car. >> Okay. >> That's when I got scared, so I stood on the the hood of my car and I kept telling her get the [ __ ] back. Get the [ __ ] back. And then she hears my sister on the phone saying, get uh my sister was saying something. I can't even remember right now because my adrenaline when I saw the [ __ ] knife. I never had anybody do that to me in my life. And I've I've been born and raised here. >> So, how it's all started? >> I was sitting there. >> Okay. >> She came over there. still talking crap to me. >> What did I do like no reason? >> No, she just was like um She just started yelling at me. This and I'm like Hey, it's on camera. You can't just do that and think it's okay. I and I told her I told her I was not >> or over there? >> No, it's right here. I I wasn't over there. >> So she just came to you for like no reason started yelling at you? >> No, she was across the street. >> Uh-huh. >> And I was like, you know Listen, I'm a local. I live here. >> Uh-huh. >> You don't get to just yell at us. >> So she just started yelling at you? >> Yes, she did. >> Okay. So listen, uh just stay here. So officer Cahill, that's his call. >> I know Cahill. I know you. >> Yeah, I'm just listen. So >> I know a lot of you officers. >> What do you call us? So >> This is not fair. I have to go to work in the morning. >> And nobody said nobody said you're in any trouble. Just stay right here. We're going to figure it out, all right? >> I'm telling her to get back and when she put her hand too close to me, I was standing right here and she was literally My feet are right here. She's right here and she's like yelling at my sister calling her a dyke cuz my sister looks a different way than other women which is fine. >> Whatever, it doesn't matter. >> She's like that thing is a woman and da da da da da da. I guess you got a glimpse of my screen and then she started saying technology is so different. It's not like the 80s. Why are you hard ERs are here right now? And I'm like, >> Like the end? >> I'm not Yeah, like the end where hard ER. I'm like I'm not black, ma'am. I'm white. What are you talking about? No. >> So why she why she in my hand to light my cigarette? And she kicked it. I said it was a knife and I said this one knife is my lighter. It's a little bitty white lighter. It's still laying over there. >> So >> I mean I've lived here for 5 years. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to understand why she started yelling at you. >> Why she because she's a [ __ ] That's why. >> Okay. Sounds good. >> She was just a [ __ ] that thought she could bully somebody and then when she found out she couldn't she didn't like it very much. >> Do you have your driver's license with you? >> I do not. >> Why not? >> Because I'm working on getting one. >> Okay. >> My client right now is helping me to get my ID. >> Okay. Can you just tell him your name, date of birth? >> But I guess when she heard what my sister said it pissed her off. Like she I don't know I I don't know if that was her name for real but whatever the hell when she said that she's literally trying to like come at me so I kicked her freaking hand and her lighter went flying over there and then she went over there when she saw I was calling the police finally and I started doing stuff and I thought she was trying to get rid of that pocket knife that she had. I don't know where the hell it's at. >> Okay. Did she flash that at you? >> Yes, she had it open. She was coming at me with that thing. >> That was open? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um What what when when she had it open kind of what was she doing with it? Just holding it in her hand? >> She was holding it in her hand. >> any statements like she was going to do anything with it? >> No, she was just saying um you keep talking [ __ ] you fat and stuff like that but she wasn't like saying she was going to do something but her body language was saying something completely different. >> aggressive towards you. I thought she was talking like on the phone cuz I don't I don't have my glasses on right now. I can't even see from afar.
