This woman's more hammered than an anvil. And if she was drunk enough to fight a cop, pretty sure she's probably pushing her family around. >> Or did that just magically not happen? >> Do you want to talk to me or not? I'm here because I pushed my mother. Huh? >> Yes. That's why we're here. >> Because you put your hands on me. >> Can you put my hands in front of me, please? >> Not right now. >> I can physically have like >> That's not what your sister told me outside. She can throw me under the bus all she wants. And >> so you don't like them? You made some comments and then >> No, it's not that I don't like them. I was hoping to come home to, you know, family love. >> Okay. So, you guys got an argument about her friends, right? >> Yes. No, it's not her friends. She has a boyfriend and a girlfriend and they're both pirates. >> So, like are we talking like like a romantic relationship kind of? >> Uh, yeah. with her and hand him hand. >> Okay. >> And she >> What happened once you guys started talking about that? >> She off. >> Okay. >> And she said she was definitely going to show me where she could get me. Watch your step. >> For what reason? >> Ma'am, did you get in a vehicle? >> Sorry. Can Sir, can I please ask like why? >> For domestic battery. >> What? Who did I touch? >> Excuse me. Yes. Get your feet out of the vehicle. >> Sir, I did not touch this one. Sir, excuse me. Hi. >> Yes. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> I did not hurt my husband. >> Okay. What did you say? >> I said I have never done anything to hurt this man. >> Okay. >> This ising honestly I done what what did I do? I just sat and chatted to gay guy and I said like talk to him and sing with him. That was it. And then everything gets stol. Excuse me. Hi. Hi, sir. Oh my god. [laughter] Excuse me, sir. Excuse me. Oh my god. Can you please answer me, sir? You're mine. [screaming] >> Can you uh >> Excuse me. >> Second, man. >> Yes. Thank you. Do you realize I have a business here? Can I talk? Am I allowed to do that? No. Not part of my rights, is it? Can I please talk? No. Sir, [screaming] my bag, my phone, my everything has been stolen tonight. You don't care. Why is that some white? I'm let out emotions, just so you know. Honestly, I cannot wait to leave this country cuz you are all psychos. Can you please not ignore me? I'm asking you a question. >> I want out of this car. Can you let me out? Can you please let me out? >> Well, let me out. [screaming] In the end, this woman's charged with domestic battery. Moving on to the next case where the police had to deal with a woman who had terrorized her own poor family with her rage. >> We don't want any cops involved. He had me on the ground and I was scared and I hit him upside the head. He said that he was going to basically take my baby away from me all because I wanted to go on a drive and clear my head. >> So you got hit with that bottle right about there, huh? >> Yeah. >> My baby's not going to get taken. >> It's May 17th, 2024. Cops get to a residence following this report of a mom allegedly assaulting her boyfriend when he said that he wouldn't let her see her child. When the officer arrived, he was met with a mother and her constant lies. >> All right. What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Uh, don't tell me nothing. Tell me what's really going on. >> My partner and I were arguing. >> Uh-huh. >> We don't want any cops involved. >> Doesn't work like that. Commonwealth law says I have to be involved at this point. Where's your baby at? >> She's over across the street with my aunt. How'd she get there? >> What? We took her over there. >> Who took her over there? >> My partner. >> Your partner? When you say partner, can you give me a better like over the age of 40 description? >> Oh, >> okay. So, it's a he and it's your boyfriend. >> Yes. >> Okay. And what happened to him? >> We were arguing. It was a mutual physical altercation. He had me on the ground and I was scared and I hit him upside the head >> with what? >> A bottle. A glass bottle. Okay. >> But he had me pinned on the ground. He had my arms down and he was threatening me. >> And what did this all start all over? >> I was upset. I was going on a drive and he said that my baby would not be here when I got back. So, I was extremely upset and irritable at the fact that he said that he was going to basically take my baby away from me all because I wanted to go on a drive and clear my head. >> Okay. And where did this take place at? >> Here. >> Like where in the house? >> Living room. Right here. >> Okay. All right. Do me a favor and step on out here with me until we can clear this up. Okay. >> Can I grab my >> You're not under arrest or anything like that? Yeah. Go grab it. >> You got your wallet? >> That's my mom. >> Hi, officer. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm actually camera. >> I am father. I'm on my way to come and get the baby. >> Okay. >> I don't know what's going on, but come get the baby. >> I'm still trying to figure that part out myself. The baby's fine across the street. So, >> yeah. >> Okay. All right, but I'm a come and get her waiting that whole situation right now till it gets all sorted out. >> All right. Well, you can respond to the house ma'am, but I got to finish out finish doing what I'm doing before we figure it all out. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. Yep. >> What you got? >> That's the question I was about to ask you, sir. >> A somewhat unruly gentleman with a gash in his forehead and a lot of marks on his neck. >> So, tell me one more time. It started and then over the argument about what now? I was just irritable and upset. So, I went on a drive. I came back to grab my phone and he said that Gelanie might not be here when I get back. So, that's what set me off and that's why I got extremely upset and defensive. >> Okay. But at this point, we're still talking about arguing back and forth. Then what happens? >> What it, you know, got physical basically. You know, I came, you know, inside said that I was going to take Gelanie and then he went over her and was pushing me away from her and that's initially how it started. He was trying to get me away from her. >> So he's pushing pushing you off of the baby. Is that what I'm >> away from her? Yes. He's pushing me away from her. >> Okay. He had the baby in his arms at that point. >> She was laying down. >> Okay. >> And I was going to go pick her up and then he started pushing me away from her. >> And then what? >> And that's when it got physical. I started to push back and that's essentially just how it started. We were pushing and arguing and then I, you know, he got up, you know, I grabbed the bottle and, you know, I hit him. I didn't mean to, you know, break it on his head. was just instinct. It was a reaction. But >> well, when you say you hit him with the bottle, right? So you he's trying to keep you away from the baby. >> And he had me pinned on the ground as well. Like I also >> Well, see, you're leaving that part out. I'm trying to figure that part out. >> Well, I Well, I told you before he I was on the ground. He had me pinned on the ground. >> Right. But I'm trying to figure out the time table of events. All of this comes into play. With her confused between lies and the truth, the officer is asking her to explain this more clearly so that he can understand something. >> So, it starts off with him trying to keep you away from the baby. >> That's basically >> And then you push back on him. >> Yeah. And then we both ended up on the ground. >> How? >> He pushed me down onto the ground. He was holding me against the ground. So when he pushes you down on the ground >> and I'm trying to push him off. >> Did you fall on fall for towards your back? Did you fall towards your front? >> It was more like on my side towards my back. >> Okay. So now now you're on the ground on your side. Then what? >> Wait. He's pushing on me and I'm trying >> Well, he can't push on you if you're on the ground at this point. >> He's on top of me. >> Well, that's ma'am. That's what I'm trying to get at my arms. That's what I'm trying to get. He's pushing on me. He's pushing on my arms and I feel on my chest like his like arm or something. So, you're saying at that point once he knocks you down to the ground, he gets on the ground with you? >> He is. Yes. >> Okay. That's what I'm trying to figure out. And then at that point, what what's going on at that point? He's trying to hold you to the ground. And then what? >> Yeah. We're just arguing and screaming at each other. I'm trying. >> Huh? >> No. >> No. They got They got him somewhere over there >> and the baby's across the street. She So, >> they're over there together. >> He's holding you down on the ground. And then what? >> I'm trying to push him off and get him off. And when I eventually get him off, you know, he walks away and, you know, I push him off. He's still arguing with me, threatening me, saying that he's going to take Galanie, that she's not going to be here or whatever. And then that's when I get extremely upset and I grab the bottle and that's just the first thing I do. I just instinct grab it. >> But he's already off of you at this point, right? >> And but he's still threatening me >> verbally. I get it. But he's already off of you at this point. And how far away are you guys at that point? >> Maybe like less than 2T. >> Less than 2 ft. eating y'all. And you're up off the ground at this point as well, right? >> Both of us. Yeah. >> Okay. And then this and we're back to verbally screaming at each other. And then you pick up a bottle and then you hit him with it, right? >> Okay. Who's Olivia Parker, ma'am? >> His other daughter. >> Is she anywhere here? >> Okay. So, that's not the same kid. I still want to talk to him though. >> So, where are you guys? >> After sewing whatever pieces of this explanation from the mother, the officer then proceeded to interrogate the boyfriend for more information. >> Hey, bud. How you >> doing? Better, right? >> I got you. So, listen, man. I got a couple questions for you. Uh, you guys, can I do it? Can I ask him some questions right now or you guys still in the middle? >> You just give him a uh give us a second. Get his information. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'll talk to him outside. >> I mean, at the end of the day, she had no cause to hit him because they were already separated, too. There was no self-defense in it by admission. If he had her by the neck or something like that or was holding on to her and she hit him with the bottle, I'd be like, "All right." All right. So, you're not gonna go. All right. Let me take a look at you. I'm not a medic. I just need to look. All right. So, you got hit with that bottle right about there. Huh? >> Yeah. About it was an accident, man. >> Well, first off, explain to me how it was an accident. >> We were sitting there arguing and then the bottle was wet. >> Mhm. And you know how glass bottles are slippery and wet? She was shaking the damn bottle, arguing that her damn thing slipped out of her hand. She was going like this. What? Why the hell would she be doing that? >> Well, she's mad, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, look, what's your first name again? >> Cory. I heard that over. So, Cory, let's back it up a second. Have you ever has she or you ever been arrested for like say domestic viol domestic or anything like that? No, this one of y'all got any record or anything like that? Well, this that's what that's what I'm getting ready to explain to you. So, the sad part who called police. >> The neighbors did. Yeah. Okay, that makes sense cuz they got the kid and that's you all's kid in common, right? >> Okay. >> Well, I just wanted to take her out of the situation. >> How did the kid wind up across the street? >> I took a little >> You took a little after you got hit? >> Yeah. >> Now, where was the kid when you got hit? She was in the living room uh watching. Oh, I had >> on the floor. No, she was in the little bassinet thing. Okay. Been a long time. My kids are their grand. >> All right. So, here's the thing. The first thing I want to tell you is I'm going to be 100% honest with you in this this entire process. And I'm going to tell you why. I'm too damn old to lie. I don't do it very well. I've done a lot of these. This guy's done a lot of these. And the first thing you need to know is that 30 years ago or even 20 years ago, the Commonwealth would send one of us out and we'd say, "Oh, okay. You don't want to press charges. I got you, bro. Go back to a family matter." The problem being is is the law has changed. Okay? And it's been like this for a while. >> There is there is no ifs, ands, or buts about an arrest with a domestic situation once the facts are found >> to be probable. If that makes any sense. And it's not you doing it. it's me or him, right? So, there's no prosecution on your part or her part or none of that. None of that stuff, right? There's nobody pressing charges on nobody but but the police because the law tells us we have to. Now, going back to what happened to you, the argument started over the kid, right? >> I think so. Yeah. >> Something about she So, what I'm getting from her is is that she didn't want you taking the kid, >> right? I mean, yes, because we was having an argument and she was going on and on about [ __ ] about some something. I don't know. I can't really remember. >> I can believe that. I understand that. >> Um, and then she was saying some other I was like, "Okay, you'll be back. Whatever." And she came back and said, "If I lost my phone while I was walking there this morning." >> Mhm. >> I don't even know where the hell that went. I even backtracked and still couldn't find it. >> Okay. She came back in and got her phone and said, "I hope you like being single." And walked back out the door. >> Hope you like being what? >> Single. >> Single. I got >> And I was like, "Well, I I opened up the door." I was like, "Maybe me and Gelani will be here when you get back." >> Gotcha. And that that door. Okay. When you say you close the door, the front door. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And then tell me about it. >> I sat down um on the c uh where I had my daughter. >> Okay. >> And >> And she was still in that little basset thing. I got you. >> And I was sitting there watching TV with them. >> Kept on running back in and out. Running back in and out. And I was like inside inside the house in like if you're going to leave, leave. Okay. You know, I'm not going to sit here and it was like you sit here and wake her up for nothing something stupid. Right. >> The bottle went off. And >> was there anything it took I mean cuz the bottle seems to get like like So what happened before she hit before the bottle hit you in the head? back out of the >> uh I had the bottle in the warmer >> and we're so this is a baby bottle we're talking is it plastic or glass? >> Glass. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. When when you have a glass in your hand you're you know and it's wet. >> No. No. I got you. I got you. >> It just came out warmer. >> But she's still pissed off. You tell her like if you're going to leave, leave. >> Mhm. >> Before the bottle makes contact with your with your cranium. H what went on before that? like >> uh nothing really. I mean, she just kept on coming back and in and out. >> So, she So, did at any time she tried to get the baby and you tried to keep her from getting the baby? >> Well, that's after I got hit. >> Okay. >> After I got hit, I was just like, "Okay, that's that's it. I'm not getting this is done. I'm I'm not I'm not You know how you get hit and you're like >> And when the bottle hit you, were you sitting or were you standing?" I was standing. >> You were standing. Okay. >> All right. Did you guys >> Did you guys ever Okay. So, you were Did you So, were you trying to keep her from getting the baby because she was all upset? >> Like, like, you know, like sticking holding your hand out or pushing her back from the baby? >> Like, God, it's kind of hard to explain. >> No, not really. You can use your own words. Like, I wasn't trying to keep her away from the baby. Like, I had her and when as soon as I picked her up, she immediately stopped trying to grab me. picked who up? >> My daughter. >> Oh, okay. Okay. So, you picked the daughter up. Okay. >> As soon as I picked up my daughter, she immediately stopped grabbing me, you know, cuz I had >> You mean uh Ashley? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, she was trying to grab you. >> Yeah. So, I was trying to get my daughter out the house. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> You know, I was I needed to get away. >> Where was she trying to grab you at? >> All around here? No. No. No. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I got it. You're making sense. And then then what happens? >> I finally grabbed her, [ __ ] up. >> I mean, nothing happened. Like, >> so from your recollection, you got hit with the bottle and and then and and at that point, you're trying to get the baby out the house and she's trying to grab you. So, there was no push or shoving prior to the bottle. >> No. >> Okay. >> Props to the officer here. He did an outstanding job gathering info from both sides. Under his calm, guided questions, everything became clear and easy to follow. Honestly, he gave off major, excellent dad vibes. the whole time. After having everything he needs to know, the officer initiates the arrest of the mother. >> All right, Ashley, if you would stand up, place your hands behind your back. >> I'm being arrested. >> You're being arrested for malicious looting and domestic assault, and I'll talk to you about it, and we'll >> Can I put this in my bag? >> Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to explain everything to you as we take a ride down there. Riazi, if you can do me a favor. He doesn't have a lap and he doesn't have a DV package. And if you have a voluntary >> I have DV. >> I've got a DV packet. If you don't have that, >> um, come on back over here. I'll grab this for you. >> Okay. >> It's a little bit more complicated than that. Plus, his story is slightly different than yours. But yes, um, I'm sure that there's there's more sides to one story. I get it. That's why I went over there to talk to both of you. Um, just have a seat the best you can. I'll talk to you a little bit more about it as soon as I get get him straight. >> My baby's not going to get taken this year. >> No. >> Would you promise she's not going to get >> Yeah, I got no intention of taking your kid. Not at all. Not at all. Your mom's still on the way down here. Okay. >> Is he going to come take custody or his mom? >> No. You You said you were going to take him. >> I'm No. No. He's asking who's coming to get the kid >> and and to be honest um really honestly he has I mean you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend so y'all have the joint custody, >> right? >> So I would imagine that it's really up to him. I mean whether you know I mean if he wants to get the I mean take the kid back then I can't really say no. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Um your mom's not going to cause a scene with him is she? >> Uh no she shouldn't. >> Okay. I mean and she's not here yet. I >> No, she's probably like 30 minutes out. >> Okay. Okay. Good. Well, I'm going to I'm going to talk to you some more, but I'm going to release release him to come back and then we'll talk about what happens. Okay. >> Am I going to be, you know, in jail till court? >> Uh, probably not. You'll probably get a bond, but you're probably going to wind up having to bond out if I were to take a guess only because of the the injury part, but we'll talk about it. >> No, there's nothing to be scared about. I'm going to walk I'm going to walk you through it. I've done a I've done a unfortunately I've done a lot of a a million of these. So you're not the first person. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> No, no, no, no, no. I'm I'm I'm >> so much anxiety. So like I'm really restless. >> No, I got you. I I don't mind doing that for you as long as you you stay the way you are. >> Thank you. It's just freaking me out. Well, I mean, it's not a pleasant experience, but it is a process. Uh, understand my job is not to convict you. You know that. My job is just for probable cause of the incident. >> I don't know. I've never been arrested before. >> Well, I'm going to explain it all to you and you can ask as many questions as you want and I'll answer as many as I possibly can. >> Well, your mom might. >> I don't think she will. >> Why not? I mean, she seemed she seemed pretty nice over the ring camera there. >> I don't have any expectations of her body. I can't even explain it. I just, you know, I did it to myself, so, you know, [cough] put yourself >> Well, that is a true statement, but there's, you know, trust me that there's always worse things and you are nowhere near the worst thing. I already feel like a horrible person and mom. >> Well, I' I would not say that. >> Of course, you call me a bad mom just for being depressed. >> Well, >> being depressed is is not does not make you a bad person. You know how many police officers get depressed? >> Police officers. >> I I I I believe I honestly honestly to be honest with you, I pretty much stay depressed. I just manage it. on that. >> I got you. >> This woman is charged with stabbing or cutting with malicious intent and simple assault against a family member. Let's move on to this crazy case where an abusive wife tries to run over her husband and then attacks her daughter. >> Stop. It's August 15th, 2025. Officers get to this domestic dispute call about a wife who tried to run her husband over and then attacked their daughter. It's crazy, but this is what happened when police got there. >> Officer, >> do you live here? >> No, we don't. >> This is my wife's house. I want us to get one of us to talk to. I still have things in here. I stayed here last night. My car is in the backyard. Also, abuse with her daughter. She beat her daughter. Punch her in punching her. Punch her in the nose. punch in the mouth. And guess what? She tried to get up in the morning and do the same thing to me. >> So, >> you know what I'm saying? She just rammed me over with her car, hit me, knocked me on the ground in the dirt over there. I just grab went over there and grabbed my hat. Neighbors probably seen it. As soon as she did it, I got on my phone and called y'all, bro. She can't keep doing this to me or her. She does this all the time. And guess what? And now it's time for somebody to stand up for her and for me cuz we be letting her get away with cuz she act like she got some mental problem. >> You can't keep doing that. >> You don't live here though. >> She snatched my chain off. That's why I was holding the door open. You better close the door. My chain somewhere. >> We'll figure it out. You know what I said? >> The officer then asked the husband about what had happened and what he told the officer was horrifying. >> So what happened today? You came over last night. >> I was here all day yesterday. Okay. >> Got food, everything. Her her brother was over here. Her brother's girlfriend was over here. They kids was over here. We cooked, had food, everything was cool. Went to bed. No, at night she her daughter, me and her sitting down watching TV. She called her daughter. Her daughter come downstairs, sitting next to her. She said, >> "Blow your breath on me." She blew her breath on you. She smell smoke on her breath. So she like, "You've been smoking. You been smoking." I'm sorry. Put your fingers in my mouth. She's like, "I'm just trying to get that. I understand." So she like she like you've been smoking. You was smoking and punched her in the face. >> Jump on top of her. All four all four on top of her on the couch. Smack she brought her like this. She's smacking her. Smacking her. Smacking her. Smacking her. Smacking her. I'm trying to be like, "Hey, hey, doing too much. Hey, get off her. You're doing too much." And my kid she going to grab a hammer, grab mace, pulled me off with hammer and mace. I can't stop her from doing. You know what I'm saying? So that get calmed down in the morning. I just woke up. I'm sweating like this because I was in the shower. >> We got a guy at the on Manchester Road. I had a car. Then I get out the shower. I try to go in the room to get my clothes. She got my clothes, my watch, my jewelry, everything in her hand. And she got a hammer in her hand and and mace and she's like, "Get out the house." Of course, I'm not going to get out the room naked. So, she grabs the clothes, goes by the window. I'll throw the clothes out the window. So, I go over. I said, "No, give me my clothes." snatched my clothes from her. >> Listen, man. Stop trying to grab on with me. >> I'm sorry, bro. I swear. I'm sorry. I grabbed my clothes from her. It's innocent. I swear. Yeah. I I grab my clothes from She tried to act like she was going to hit me and hit me. I'm about to do it again. Act like she about to hit me in the head with a hammer and bang the door. Start beating the door. I just go like this. >> She's just beating the door on top of my head. So, she wants to go sell or climb my chain to get the car fixed, which is still my property and my money. >> And And then I'm standing I'm standing out here. She She pulls back. She gets up in her car, leaves, go down the block, come back, park over there. I stand in front of her car. I said, "Can I just have my chain so I can go?" She drives on the gas like enough to push me, pushing me, pushing me, and then she bags up all through the yard, drives forward towards me like she's going to hit me. You know what I mean? I move out the way. When I move out the way, she go, she swerves the same way I I move out the way. So, I got to try to double move out the way. And when I do that, she clip me and I fall in the dirt over there on the ground. And then she stops like she cares and she comes and she parks right there where that car is at. And she just sits there and the whole time like she I was on the phone. She knocked the phone out my hand. I get the phone. >> As this cop is talking with the husband, another officer comes to talk with the wife. >> Yeah. So boom. Okay. This >> this started from let's say he gave me $175 for my car to get fixed, right? >> Okay. So he calling y'all telling y'all I hit y'all. Hit him with my part because I told him to get the out my house. He was in my shower. >> Okay. >> This morning I get up, mind you. He in the shower. He's doing his ritual routine. He pulled the shower curtain back. He was like, "Yeah, I'm going to make a Facebook post about Justin." Um talking to me crazy. He want me to He told me he going to sue me. I got transportation issues. I got many minor children in the home. He telling my daughter, I recorded them some of it. He said, "I got you. I'mma tell him that she beat you. I'mma tell him that she be abusing you. I got you. I'll never leave you. I'll never forsake you. I got your back." I said, "What type is this? We're divorced. We've been divorced since 2023." >> Yeah. >> June. >> Yeah. >> I don't got to make this up. This man don't live here. He's not on my lease. He does not live here. He came and stayed the night. >> Okay. >> He has his own house, Maple Street, Maple Dale. >> Okay. >> He trying to stir up the pot and stay on the can and go to jail. And then he got access to my kid. She 14 years old. She's disabled herself. I caught her smoking last night. >> Okay. >> I said, "What was you smoking? You can ask her yourself." She sat right here cuz I told her, I said, "You can for uh restit she get to go certain places with her rest rest, right?" So I said, "What if I tell your restit worker what you think this is going to be?" You know what I'm saying? You're smoking. >> Period. Point blank. That's a nogo. He hear me frustrated. You know what I'm saying? So I'm out here on my back porch smoking my cigarette away from the kids, getting the clip. >> I've been on the phone with her. >> Yeah. >> She been in my pocket. Okay. >> The whole time hearing everything that's been going on. Why? Because I want somebody else's witnesses. I just went through with this man in 2024. He tried to keep me barricaded in my room. So I did. I took the hammer and if you go upstairs right now, you will see this hammer holes in my door because I'm like, "Let me out my room." >> Now the daughter comes out and speaks with the officer. >> And you try to put on the pressure on the [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She saying she won't get you in the car and she is. >> I'm scared. >> No. Come here. >> I'm scared. >> No. Here. I'm using nose in the light. What was the address? >> Did you brush your nose? Unless she tries to hit you with >> No, I just want to It's >> right there on the bridge. >> Does that look so unus? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz I just I I don't know what her when I seen this start happen. I seen Lee cover her face and then like I just I turn my head the other way cuz I if I'm if I'm looking at Yeah. Like I can't I'm I'm going back. You know what I'm saying? >> Um does that camera record? >> I think they all working. She come over to my house. She can she can watch them on her phone. >> Can I see her camera? >> With enough evidence, the officers begin to put her under arrest. >> Leave them up here. >> I I just was picking up this stuff and, you know, trying to see if I [ __ ] with his chain or whatever. That's it. >> All right, ma'am. We're going to we're going to walk outside. Okay. >> Y'all about to take me to jail? >> Just walk over here, please. >> Can you answer that? >> Walk over here, please. >> Is that a yes? >> I'm asking you to walk over here. >> I'm asking, sir, so I can put on this shirt. Domestic dispute between me and my other half. >> All right. In what way? >> She wants me out of the house because my kids were helping me do dishes. I mean, it's just a mess of crap. I mean, my auto license, it went out of date and she's mad that I can't get that anymore. And I've offered to pay for her own, you know, and she's mad that I won't do it. And this is what kind of started the whole thing. But anyway, it doing dishes and she left this morning. I went to kids went and got feed at the feed store. I left the whole morning and I came back and she's in her on bed with her phone doing whatever. And uh had the kids doing dishes while I'm making them grilled cheese sandwiches. And then I told her I needed the dishes cuz macaroni and cheese next so I can feed them later that. and there get kicked out and we're having a argument over here. >> The man's correct. It really is just a mess of crap. Chasing your own husband out of the house just because he asked the children to do the dishes while he was making him sandwiches. That's a whole another level of BS. Anyway, when the cops came to talk to her, things spiraled out of control. >> Are you the other half of this? >> Yes. >> All right. If you would stay up there, I don't need y'all around each other right now. >> You can off. Hairs are closed. You can get out. You can off. HOW DO YOU I >> I DID NOT CALL YOU. YOU'RE ON MY PROPERTY. If I got a penny, every time an entitled Karen shouted, "I know my rights," I'd [laughter] have a full piggy bank right now. Her caringness is so off the charts, she even endangered her own kid just to oppose the officer. And believe it or not, things are about to get even worse. >> You understand? >> You were COMING INTO MY HOUSE. >> I'm here for a reason. >> You're not allowed in my house. >> Yes, I AM. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> I don't need a warrant. >> Ma'am, you're going to stop right now. Quit it. about 31. >> Pull over on your stomach now. You got in the middle of that. You could have waited >> and I would have come back out and talk to you. I would have my phone. I know my rights. I want a supervisor out here now. >> He's on his way right now. He still is. >> Leave me alone. You're still getting cuffed. Yes, ma'am. You can customize. >> I'm fine. You can leave me alone. I will wait for your supervisor. >> Roll over. >> Put your other hand behind your back. Do you understand me? >> Now, >> I'm waiting FOR YOUR SUPERVISOR. THIS IS GOING RIGHT ON THERE. >> Come on. >> You tried to come into my house and you harmed my child. >> Come on. >> Here she is showing off her thousands of followers on TikTok like it means anything to this nononsense officer. But her tantrum didn't stop here. >> Come on. I'm going to stand right here for your supervisor. I'm not getting in your vehicle. I'm not GETTING IN THE VEHICLE. >> Do you son of a >> Stop resisting. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. I SAID I would wait in here. >> You need to calm down. You are against your I know my rights. You infringed on my personal rights trying to go inside my house. >> I have a reason to be >> You had no reason to detain me. >> I gave you a lawful >> You had no reason to detain me. >> Yes, ma'am. My dick. >> What? >> I'm here for a call for service. >> That's not a reason to detain me. >> Yes, it is. >> I did not commit a crime. >> A domestic dispute is not a crime. >> So that's why I know that you're in trouble. >> Resisting with battery on Leo. >> No. >> Yes. I came out to bring my husband his bag of clothes so he could leave. He grabbed my arm and told me to stop. I told him I was coming back into my house to grab my phone so I could record this. He followed me into my house, came into my house, shoved me and my child into the door while threatening to tase us. That is against my right. I was not being detained for a crime. A domestic dispute is not a crime. I want his badge number. I want his name. You'll get it. Sit up. >> I have handcuffs. All right. Sit up. Everything's videoed and recorded. >> My glasses are on the porch. You knocked them off. This is >> fine. I'll stay up there. Now, uh, back to the father and kids. >> How nice. We're looking for your dad, buddy. >> Oh, >> hey, Paul. Sheriff's office. >> It was only me, him, and the baby, and my dad and my mom. >> What's up, guys? What's been going on? >> My mom was speaking out at my dad. >> What were they arguing about? Nothing. >> Um, seeing them were putting the dishes away and my mom's getting cuz you're putting dishes up or doing it the way she want. >> Turn that down for me, would you? They start arguing about you guys. Something simple. >> Yeah. >> Okay. We were putting dishes away and she was in her back. She was >> Oh, she heard the noises. >> Is she on the day, man? >> I have no idea. I've been gone all morning because we got into this morning. So, I left with the kids cuz she wanted she was not she was just like you seen her. So, I left and I took the kids to go get feed. And um this is the stuff we're donating. >> Does she take medication? Uh, she has been to Meridian before and she does go see the doctor, but I'm not in a loop on what she does. >> But you guys are okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> On and off. It's, you know, bright and sunny, bright and sunny, bright and sunny. Then there's a bad day and then I just try to, you know, leave, take the kids and leave and and do what I can. And she flipped out for sure. >> There's a firearm in the house, so you know, it's in the closet in a bag hanging up. >> Thank you for telling me so. >> You're welcome. Has she ever been violent like this before? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. I did ask you a minute ago. Are you married or is that your girlfriend? I'm sorry. I probably >> We're not married as common law. But yeah, >> I'm not I'm not just so The kids were looking at picking up all that. >> Right. >> All right. Appreciate it. >> I said just two seconds. I'm grabbing the last few dishes and she's pushing me out of the room. And um then it just manifested into the kitchen that I don't do anything that she asks me to do. And at that point um she started getting physical a little bit and I got on the phone and called you guys told you I need a deputy out here and then I got pushed out the door and um >> so there was physical earlier and this time here >> earlier as earlier today. No, just this last time here. >> Okay. So when you call the sheriff's office, >> when I call the sheriff's department, it has started to get visible. So then I call >> What did she do? >> Just pushing. >> Okay. >> Can you provide a sworn statement based on what you're telling me? >> Sure. >> Okay. How does she push? >> Just pushing and pushing. >> And did you continue pushing you out? >> Yeah. Until I got the door. I held on to the door for a second and then spun around her so I could grab my cell phone so I could finish going out cuz that's what I wanted to get my phone so I could exit and leave. And then once I had got the phone, I guess kind of stood between me and the door and then she did let me out. >> The woman is charged with battery, simple battery against a specific person, resisting arrest, and child neglect. Let's move on to the next case where an unhinged woman refused to leave after multiple warnings. >> What are you reaching for a knife? That's my technically don't. >> I have [screaming] no shoes on. I came to visit. I have no shoes on. You >> piece of pig face. You get up. >> On September 8th, 2022, an officer responded to a neighborhood with reports of a woman walking around yelling at people. And despite his efforts to understand, none of what she said made any sense. >> Where's your mom at right now? Is she home? >> I'm 39 years old this year. Okay. >> You don't need to talk to her. You're talking to me. If it was about me and they try to call on me, >> so it's nothing to do with her. >> Okay. After the officer contacted the reporting party, he explained that his son believed he had heard Britney shout an expletive even though he couldn't understand the rest. He wasn't disturbed himself, but he did mention that the Quick Trip customers were. In the meantime, the woman's having a breakdown for no reason. >> You are not free to go. You are not free to go. >> I have You have no right to tell me I have no You have no right. >> 4730. Can you just check for open cases on Britney? >> Please. Why? Please, please, please stop. His mission is to arrest me and bring the woman down. >> Stay with her real quick. I'll be right back. >> The officer then discovered Britney had an active case in Columbia County that specifically prohibited any contact with her family. Yet, here she was standing outside their residence. At that point, it's obvious the situation had escalated beyond a simple disturbance. >> Well, you can't even have contact with your mom. >> Yes, I can. >> No, there's an open case saying that you can't >> 72hour. There's a bond condition saying you cannot have contact with your mom. >> That's not true. >> That is true. >> And afterwards, I just looked at it place. [screaming] >> You Britney, >> you like it in the don't you? >> Yeah. Closet. Okay. That was my technic. >> Okay, I'm closing the side doors. [screaming] >> During transport, Britney made several disturbing statements, claiming she wished the officer would choke and that his house should burn down. She screamed non-stop inside that squad car throughout the ride, showing no sign of calming down. And once taken to the hospital for medical clearance, she immediately resumed screaming, causing a scene so loud that a young girl in the next room began crying and told the staff she was scared. Hospital personnel were eventually forced to sedate Britney to calm her. Once cleared, she was transported to jail where she was charged with five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, obstructing or resisting an officer, and battery or threat to a law enforcement officer.
