Your citation today for the driving under the influence will act as your temporary driving permit. That means you have 10 days to drive around, do anything you need to do with that uh permit, all your businesses, get your affairs in order. Uh but after that 10 days, if you're caught driving, you could take be taken to jail for driving on a suspended license. >> Okay. >> Um your vehicle was impounded today. There's a couple ways to get it out. The first is to contest it via an administrative hearing. You have to do that administrative hearing within 5 days or uh if you'd like to, you can pay the $500 administrative fee to the police department. Uh that doesn't have a time frame, per se. The administrative hearing does. If you fail to do the administrative hearing within the five business days from today, uh you forfeit the right to contest that hearing. All right. Uh you're also going to get a citation today for the unlawful speed. I did stop you for 67 and a 40. It was a little fast. So, um a couple things coming your way.
