And I got to tell you, man, these cops probably didn't see it coming. >> Yes, sir. >> Are you okay? >> Oh, she was being disrespectful >> She hit me so hard. She threw a bottle at the staff inside the restaurant. She put to a lot of customers and demand a huge She don't have money to pay. But he have a little issue because she don't have to >> She was super nice at first. She got here around half. She got a drink. Then she like met a couple who was sitting in the corner. They got into conversation. She got another round of drink. And the guys bought two rounds of shots for them. So she before at least, I don't know. Here she got two shots, two drinks. She In her tab was only two of her drinks, her tipsy there, uh food, her meal. She was acting nicely. >> Okay. >> There was >> No, everything was all great. There was no tension, nothing. Eventually couples left. She also asked for check. It's still getting a busy. I'm running around. I give her a check. She give me the card. I run the card. Card charged it's 10 bucks because there's My system says it's funds. I went back and said, "Could you please check your card? Maybe some kind of mistake, you know, it happens." She's like, "You need to slow down." I'm like, "Darling, I'm not working just with you. Please check your card. I'll be with you in a second." Coming back, she gives me card a second time, running again. Now it's charging 14 bucks and it's still not enough to cover the whole bill. I was like, "Sweetheart, please make sure." And she's like, "You need to slow down." I'm like, "Sweetie, once again, I can't stay with you." She's like, "I need to check my bank. I need the Wi-Fi password." I explained to her how to get our Wi-Fi. Spent couple minutes making sure she's finally going to get connected. After this, I was like, "Okay, I'm going to go." She's like, "No, you need to stay with me." I'm like, "Once again, I got like other customers that are looking right now at us. They're waiting for me. I'm going to go back." After this, she started yelling. So, I need to come back. I went and asked her to pull her to make sure that she's going to be all right because once again, I got bunch of customers. As soon as she came to her, things escalated. I haven't heard what was happening. I just see she started yelling at him, throwing stuff at him, throwing glasses, almost hit couple of the customers with the glasses. >> You know, what I will say is that that waiter did a play-by-play announcement on exactly what her attitude and what she actually did. So, we got a couple of crimes going on. Let's see what's going to happen. >> Touch my hair. >> I see it. I see it. >> Touch it. Okay, if you're not touching my hair, I'm not talking. Can you touch my hair? >> Hang on now. >> Do you Okay. I just literally asked you to touch my hair so I can explain my story and you refused. So, I'm not talking until Did you call your sergeant? >> He's coming. He's coming. >> Okay, what's this obsession about touching her hair? I wouldn't touch her hair. You shouldn't touch her hair. That has nothing to do with the investigation and I mean, look, I can see it for sure and it's all slimy and sweaty. Look, no one's touching your hair. >> I don't know. I feel so. >> Yeah, are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm so like >> Yeah, I just want to let you know that Yeah, it's okay. You know, we're here to help you. >> Yeah, I saw especially with the customer at front. I talked to the GM. He's the owner. >> Okay. >> And I don't know. Okay, well, good day. >> I'm not Nobody's touching your hair. >> Well, wait for your boss. >> So, we don't even know what's going on. >> my hair is wet? Can you tell them my hair is wet? Can you see that my hair is wet? >> Yes, we can see your hair is wet. >> He first, the employee of the restaurant. He hit me with a glass straight upside my [ __ ] head and I fought him back. >> So, so listen. I First of all, how are you doing? >> I didn't fight him, but I got him off of me. My name is Trinis. >> Trinis. My name is Harzinski. >> Harzinski? Thank you for coming. I asked you to touch my hair. If you refuse to do this, you acknowledge that I do appear to be wet. >> [laughter] >> Yes, we acknowledge that. >> And I defended myself. >> I did not see him swing. That probably was on my way over. She did put him in a headlock and was uppercutting. >> I am calm. I am calm. It just started a second ago. I'm I'm not yelling. I'm a motivational speaker, so I'm elevating. And at the end of the day, I'm going to be clear for your body camera and hope that it's on. >> Okay, so she wants to talk to the sergeant and there's this miracle sergeant that's going to come here and what is he supposed to do? Believe her story? Like all this evidence and all these witnesses that saw her just acting crazy. I don't know. >> She almost killed that woman with the long brown hair. She We were sitting right next to her. I mean, that that was like like Trump. It was like right by her head. >> Let's see the video. >> Do you know what vehicle she drove here or not? >> The Jeep in the front. >> Oh, that's hers? >> Yeah, cuz she was going to get in it and I started screaming. And she's going pretty far. >> Snap. So the officer has all this? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> I have two I have two kids outside. >> The manager now says not wanting to come back in. You can clearly see in the video she headlocked the manager. >> That's right. That's why I called for your mama. >> I don't know. Looks pretty clear to me. >> She She threw a huge vase. It almost hit me in the head. Right here. You can see the glass shards all over. Luckily I ducked. >> I was only defending myself just so you know. >> They don't know what's going on. I'm here to help out, okay? >> Okay. >> So you're sitting at the bar, all right? And you're trying to do your thing. >> Yep. >> And then that guy comes up to you. >> Yes. >> And then >> And with the worst attitude in the world. He had it with already buys. And then he kind of tapped my arm in a aggressive way and pulled me away. No, I wasn't triggered. >> No, I'm saying that kind of irritate you after that one. >> Then I said, "Hold on. Listen. Let me Let me show you something." I was trying to show him my balance. But he didn't want to see it. So he was like, "No, I don't No, ma'am. I don't want to see none of that [ __ ] You need to come on this [ __ ] way." >> What did he say then to you? >> Oh, he was? >> Yes. And then I said, "Hold on." >> I don't know. I have no idea. Still to this moment. >> then? What did he say to you? >> Because he was pointing towards the door. And then I said, "Hold on. Wait. I have enough money. Just give me a second." There is no way you're going to believe that story. Even when the sergeant or the supervisor arrives at scene, this is the story that she's going to tell considering you have all that evidence, all those witnesses that saw her acting crazy. >> I see you so >> No. You're touching the side of my shirt. You know what I'm saying? But I'm You touched my shirt. Because you don't want to do your job. I do want to do my job. I'm not touching your shirt. I'm so and I'm aware. >> Unless I have to touch you, that's the only way I'll have to touch you. >> We're inside >> But you don't mind giving me your ID, you don't mind giving me >> No, I'm not giving you anything. If I tell you to touch evidence, it's important. >> I agree, it's very important. >> Then that's your position. If you have the power to investigate and it's not costing you your safety in any way, then it is your job as hired by taxpayers. No, I'm fine. So I am here >> It is also our job to gather all the facts, articulable facts that is, to determine whether or not you committed a crime. And guess what? You did. >> No, I'm not going anywhere, dude. Calm down. I am here at Finger Lickin' Mexican Restaurant in Johns Creek. I am standing here with Johns Police and this guy. And these officers. Um, I was attacked at this bar after sitting here for an hour and a half. And as a result of the attack, um, I am attempting to press charges. I had to defend myself in order to make it out safely. And now these officers are here. I've asked them to touch my shirt. >> Ma'am, you listen to me. You are detained at this point. And if you do not listen to me Listen to me. You're going to go in handcuffs, okay? Step up there. That's fine. Come on. Come on. Let's cuff her up. Because I have not done anything wrong. Defending myself is not a crime, no matter how bad your white ass wanted to be. >> Okay. >> Sir, are you done? >> No. No, I'm not. >> Are you done? Me either. >> I'm not. I'm >> Your job is to move your [ __ ] finger because you work for me. And I don't deserve this. I don't deserve you. >> Step back and let me see >> don't deserve this. The problem >> And cops don't deserve to be treated that way also, considering that you were the one that started all this. >> that I have is that sometimes these police officers will come into an establishment and show only where the owner wants them to see. >> Okay, so here's the lieutenant, I believe. >> value because it's a local business. If you don't see me walking through the door and grabbing my seat and hanging out with two other people, you have not seen the beginning of the video. >> All right. Here we go. Cuff her up. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? And it's not the It's not the truth. What has happened here is not the truth. >> Okay. >> And what he saw is not the truth. And I'm telling you to grab the beginning of the video. >> We will. And you're not grabbing the beginning of the video. I have the right to defend myself. >> And in court, yes, ma'am. >> No, he hit me first. >> Oh, you mean out here? >> No, he hit me first. It's not true. It's not [laughter] true. It's not true.
