No, no, I'm fine. Where's your sister? No, no, no. You're not trying to do anything bad to you. No, we're trying to make sure That's why you know I'm okay. I'm over here. I'll ask you to step out in a second, okay? Okay. Step out. Step out. Step out the car for You can talk to me correct. Yeah, Jessica. You know, talk to me correct though. No, this cop called me and talked to me all crazy. Like so what? Like what reason? Look at my record. Like what the cop called me and talked to me crazy for? Yeah, be on your way real quick, ma'am. Like act crazy. I'm not going to act crazy. How you know I'm not going to act crazy? Well If I If I want to sit in jail tonight, I'm going to sit in jail tonight. It's not on you. So if I want to be super salami, super salami. You know, exactly. So don't make me act like that. Well, well, well. No, why would you be be accordingly? Look at my car. Look what the [ __ ] I'm in right now. Look at my record. Look me up. So why you acting act like that? Just search me and do what the [ __ ] you need to do. Like this fool ain't going to do Do what you need to do. What you need to do? I'm going to ask you a few questions. This what she got asked for. Hey. It's exactly what she asked for. Hey. It's you know, it's exactly what she asked for. Jessica. Hey, what? My name is Jessica. Jessica, okay. Yeah, Jessica. What's up? What's up, Jessica? Okay, look. Jessica, your car is right in the middle of We We it an apron. Like, you know, the beginning of the driveway, as you can see, right? And you are asleep at the wheel. Maybe your forehead was on the was steering wheel or maybe like this. One of those, but you're out cold, knocked out asleep, and police arise and we got to investigate. That's That's what we got going on, Jessica. Where you coming from? Yeah. Mhm? Where are you originally from? You going to answer my questions? Yes or no? Jessica, I'm giving you a chance to speak to me. Yeah, what's going on? I was asleep in the Yeah, I was asleep in the car. I'm fine. You got to take me to do whatever you need to. I'm okay. I woke up in my car. That's what it was. Yeah, I was I was asleep because I went to work. I work overnight. I'm a bartender. I sleep, yeah. I'm not going to say anything else because you don't look like you're cooperating. cooperating You want to speak to these people, officer? Yeah, I'll speak to that police officer. Thank you. Good morning. Good morning. Yes, ma'am. What's going on? So, you know why we're here? No. What happened? I was sleeping. They ain't waking me up and my sister He spoke to my sister. My sister said, "Hey, yeah, she did an event. She was sleeping and now you see here I just was worried about this girl that was sleeping in her car. That was it. So, why is he making a big deal about it? I don't understand. Is this a way to talk to people about it? I was sleeping in my car. That was it. My sister called me after she spoke to him and said, "Hey, they're making a big deal about you sleeping in your car." Da da da. Okay. Okay. That's fine. Well, the thing is cuz you're in the Peachtree light. And so, typically when we run into people like that Not saying you are, but typically when you run into people like that, they're under the influence. So, that's probably why he kind of came off the way he did. I'm not sure how he came off this way, he did, but I apologize Let me stop right there. I'll say it for you. Yeah, entranceway, the apron, right? You fall asleep, typically you're under the influence. At least that's the assumption, right? That's the speculation by which we feel that you know what? You probably had too much to drink or maybe some drugs. Who knows? But at the end of the day, we have to conduct a DUI investigation. If it offended you, but simply why we kind of make contact with people, make sure they're okay, make sure there's no medical attention needed, make sure, you know, you get home safely cuz that's the biggest thing here. Um Your sister drives this truck, the black truck? No. Where's your your sister here? Is she able to drive? Yes, I don't feel fine at all. Is she able to drive? Oh, yeah, yeah. Okay. Do you have your license on you by chance? Yeah. Okay. This is your vehicle, correct? Yes. Okay. Give me 1 second, okay? So who called? I did. Okay. What did you observe? She was passed out, right parked right there with the car running. And she went up to her to see if she could wake up and if she was, you know, okay. And she did wake up and she was able to talk to us. And you know, we were concerned that maybe she wouldn't be in a condition to drive. She said she lives close and her ID says she lives in Cobb County. So we just didn't want her driving all the way out like this. She was She was fine. She was not calm. She was, you know, we were trying to get her help. She called her sister. My sister's coming to get her. Like she wasn't doing anything wrong. She was just passed out like this. I think so. It was like a medical thing. Like we thought something. So we just called y'all to check on her. And then she woke up and just seemed not, you know, completely I got my kids in the car. They're probably terrified right now. So, I don't think we can stay. That's fine. Okay. Um This is the So, how was she asleep? Was she like her head back or her head slumped over? No, no, no. She was laid back. The seat was laid back. She was laid back. You observed that, too, right? Yes. Okay, you're good to go if you need to go. She's not a problem here. Oh, I'm sorry. I just need one ID. Just that's a witness. I mean, you don't have to write anything. I just I don't mind, but I saw her. If you guys want to Oh, you saw her though? Yes, yes, we did. That's fine. You can give me your name and badge. Have a good day. Thank you so much for calling. Yes, thank you so much for calling and uh that makes you the PR, right? The person reporting or the RP, the reporting party. I mentioned that in the past in terms of process and procedure. Just to divert a little bit, right? I remember we had a commander who was driving on the freeway and he was getting off the exit and he actually saw a driver with his head on the horn of the steering wheel and it just kept going off, the horn. Green light, no. He gets out of his car and he kind of taps on the window. The driver's like surprised and next thing you know, he takes off. What ends up happening is we're the responding unit and we booked this guy and this guy blew BAC level, I think it was 0.30 or 0.030. So, I mention all that to say is that when you do fall asleep, yes, it's got a correlation with uh driving under the influence. So, one of my employees pulled in over here and then came and got me. So, I came over here to see um if she was okay. Were you here first or they here first? We got here all at the same time. Same time? Yep. Her head was Yeah, she was laying back in the seat. Um she got out and she knocked on the window. She did not wake up. She opened the door and that's when she woke up and was kind of disoriented. We asked her how long she'd been here. She said been about 4 hours. Oh, okay. But I don't know if that's the truth or not. Yeah. Just a witness. Ma'am, put your phone on the hood of the car for me, please. Why? Put your phone on the hood of the car. Why? Cuz I'm asking you to put your phone No, but why? Cuz we're here investigating something, that's why. Investigating what though? What we got called out here for. What did you call her for and why it needs to be on the hood? Did someone die or did I die driving or something? Like, I don't understand what Why does my phone needs to be on the hood when I'm calling for someone that's coming here to get me when I wasn't driving and talking to whoever or anything? with you, okay? So, why? You can call whoever you need after we finish. No, why does my phone needs to be on the hood? telling you to get off your phone. Why? Because we're here investigating something. What? And she's going to finish with you. No, but what though? I'm not going to talk to her. So, just stand right there until the officer comes out. not going to talk to me? She didn't want to talk to me, so she was going to take care of it. Ma'am, um what is I can't go in my car to get anything, right? No, you can't. She You have a female officer. Open the door for me. I'm not going to open anything for you. So, I can't get a water or nothing out of the car? No, not yet. We're almost done. We're almost done, okay? We're almost done. No, not I think you guys are not almost done because what he did doesn't make sense. Then go ahead. You're a bartender? Where at? Twirls Bar? Okay. I think he's a douchebag. [ __ ] douche. [ __ ] douchebag. It's the five you [ __ ] [ __ ] Yeah, turn it down a notch. Come on, Jessica. No one's being rude. One of the officers here is trying to make small talk with you, but I know you ain't having it, but just turn it down a notch. Why you looking at me like that? Why are you so hostile? Because this is no reason. There's no reason for this. Give me Give me two There's no reason. There's no reason. This is so unnecessary. Look at my right cat. Okay. It's so unnecessary. So, what do you go by? by what we see at the scene. Okay. What do you go by the scene and make it seem like this is all necessary? Okay. Let me explain something. No, I'm not yelling. Talk to you like Don't talk to me. Then don't [ __ ] talk to me. Okay, then. Then shut the [ __ ] up and get away. You're not If you cannot talk to me like a human, like you're a regular person, I'm older than you. Okay. I'm older than you. So, talk to me with respect. Respect. Why are you screaming? Respect. Respect. I'm not I'm not raising my voice. Am I raising my voice? Am I raising my voice? Oh, you know what it is? You ain't even raising your voice. Are you the one under any any situation right now? No, you're the [ __ ] not. So, shut the [ __ ] up and be respectful and be human. Be human. Be human. Where the [ __ ] you from? You're not from here just like I'm not. I'm not from here. You're not from here. I'm Nigerian. I'm African. I talk. Okay. I'm not from here. I was born in the suburb, but you're not from here. Why are you looking at me like you just a part of the system? Like it makes sense. to do with anything? Because of the way you're acting and talking. I'm not acting. That's right. Look at your Look at your bodyguard coming up here. Let me shut up. It looks like it's not going to be the standard field sobriety test that's going to be conducted. What [music] so ever, she's just like completely refusing and you can do implied consent as opposed to express. I mean, she's already told you. I know you got to ask and you got to go through the process, but we ain't having it, you know. ATTI, right? Ask, tell and do. Got to ask her, you tell her and then you go ahead and do it. I live right here. I live right here, literally. Literally, no kidding. I'm married. Just arrest me. That's it. They see me getting arrested. They see me get in the backseat, why they can't see me pull my dress up? I don't see. Read her ID, however. Excuse me, sir. Lame as [ __ ] I'm pulling my dress up. You don't want nobody seeing me pull my dress up. They seeing her with a rack to me. Morning. They're all like that. I'm not talking. What's the hold up here? I'm 36. 36. I'm going to read you your implied consent notice first. Age 21 or over, okay? So, I'm going to read it to you then answer at the end. Okay? Do you understand? Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath? Yes or no? When I got here, she was sitting there. Got you. Uh like to take a test. Breath test. Do you want me to read it again? No, I Yeah, you can read it again. I'm going to read it again, okay? Pay attention, okay? I'm paying attention. Just read better. Read better? Let's see. Read better. And what is she getting arrested for? DUI. Why did you guys do a sobriety test? She refused. Cuz she wasn't drinking. That's why I'm asking. Park your car back there. I'm sorry. Is she in one of these cars? Yes. Can I speak with her? No. No. You know she was tired cuz she hasn't had any sleep. So I wonder why she was All right. Oh, I don't even know what to do right now. Cuz they They called me to come and get her. I didn't know she was going to get arrested. You You want me to take your car? Or she's Or she's getting towed? Can we park the car here and then I'm going to call them and have them help me um get the car from here. I'll take the car. I'll take the car. Yeah. Your sister's here. You want her to take your car? It's not my car, though. Whose car is it? It's a rental. It's like I'm No, no, no, no. It is a rental car. I'm I'm going to tell her it's a rental car. It's not her car. It's a rental car. Yes, she does but she had this car for like 2 years now. So she rents it but she pays monthly for it. But it's her car. Okay. Okay, time out. Let's push the BS button on this one cuz I'm going to call BS. You help me and let me know, can you rent a car for like 2 years? Well, hold on. Oh my gosh, she is so She gets angry, she gets like that. I understand but when she calms down, she's fine. She's so dumb. Very dumb. Very extremely dumb. Can I get her keys, please? I can just park it here so she can It's a rental car. Cuz she does that trip. What's it called? Turbo or whatever where they rent it for months and but it's her like her car. Okay, I didn't know that. Oh. But here's the deal, she's going Cuz all our stuff is in here. She's going to the county jail. Uh-huh. This is just citations, so you can go later to the Shamu Police Department and pay the Please, is there any way I can just get her stuff out and put it in my car? If she only can get her stuff out of the car, that's fine. But as far as That's a lot of stuff. Oh. There's a lot of stuff, yeah, there is. Yeah. So, it's just a citation? Listen to me. I understand what you're saying. So, once you pay the citation at Shamu Police Department, we're going to send the request to the county, they're going to release her, okay? It's just a citation. It's just a citation. Okay. All right. Just She's um excuse me. Huh? You're slamming the door in my face. Don't talk down to me. Okay. Oh. She's car's going to get towed. However, do you want your sister to um take all your some of your belongings? You you're so disrespectful. Okay. Get out of my face. Are you going to answer my question? No, I'm not. Okay, then I'm not going to It's like a [ __ ] door in my face. You're disrespectful. You have no even right. Hey, she don't She don't She don't got to take nothing out. She doesn't want to talk. I'm not going to put up with her attitude. Just Let me stop right there. Okay, look, I talk about the two A's and the two D's in past videos. So, if you're new to the channel, what I mean by that is all these police contacts are all about your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, and your disposition. And it goes for both parties, both the cops and the arrestee, victim, suspect, PR, or RP. Doesn't matter who that person is. What I will say is yes, maybe perhaps they could have went this whole interaction that's happening with Jessica could have went completely different, right? A little bit more understanding, not so stern. The fact that the cop is like no nonsense, right? He's just giving like one-word answers, and that's it. He's probably already pissed off because Jessica had an attitude from the get-go. Whatever the case may be, but with all that being said, yes, we can always do better with the two A's and the two D's. Come and talk to your sister real quick. Are you going to to her through the window. I thought I heard a radio. Jess. Like, are you okay? I am okay. But, why are you acting crazy? I'm not acting Yes, you are. The way you speaking. But, the way you even acted it doesn't matter what he said, but the way you acting. Okay. Call my job and let them know I'm going to sue them. What you want? What job? Which one? You want her You want her to take her stuff? Get out of here. Don't you say [ __ ] to me. You don't have to talk to me. Don't talk to me. You want her to take her stuff? Talk to me. Just stay out of the window cuz she's not going to stop. You want to take her Can I fix her stuff up? Is she going to do it? You going to stand by? Or if you here, too. You here, too, then. All right. No. Why is he Why is he doing that to his girlfriend? Why? Why? Why? Why you 355 10-13 130150 for intox. Starting mileage 13183. Yes, Jessica. That's his shop. That's his police cruiser. He's the one who is arresting you, taking you to the Grapevine Motel. All right, man. No. Come on. We out. Yep. Well, follow that officer. Just march in. You're not missing [clears throat] I'll tell you who's off the Look at this woman. She lost the kid. When he balling time, he gets nothing, okay? I want this. Yep. You got to see. All right, so you're under arrest for DUI. Do you want I said it to you and explained it to you. I explained it to you. I said it to you and explained it to you. It's 0.08 grams or more, and we charge you with DUI. This is yours. So, same amount. Versus 0.194. So, it's way above. On the on White Claw beer, there's no way. On White Claw beer, there's No way. Okay. 8% 8% serves White Claw. There's no way. There's no way. There's no way. What the You want to do it? I don't have to do that. He doesn't say she hold on to me, though. I know he's going to fight with us the same way. Go to sleep. I'm going to go with this. Try to discard it again. But Jessica, we just want to discard this. You won't be charged with it, okay? And then you're going to go to the hospital. So that's why I was arrested for? No. Okay, let's go ahead and wrap this up. Final thoughts. Uh like always, uh first and foremost, big shout out to Shambly PD. Good investigation, you know? I know the cop in the beginning, no nonsense, like one-word answers. Probably didn't like the attitude that Jessica was giving him, you know, from the from the get-go, just right from the start. Now, what I will say is this is I don't think that a lot of these uh DUI arrests understand the predicament they're putting themselves in when they refuse all these tests, right? And you're going to refuse the FST, you're going to refuse to breathalyzer, then you got to go for blood, right? Got to get a warrant, the whole nine. And criminal defense attorneys are going to say, "You know what? Just go ahead and refuse everything." Knowing that you have a 1-year suspension pending. Maybe perhaps you can spread the word that hey, you might want to comply because it might turn out that you won't get a suspension. Who knows what these circumstances are, but just know that if you don't comply and then you don't give consent, then uh things can get much worse for you. Please be safe out there. Up next, I'm looking at an armed suspect turning his neighborhood into a war zone. I can hear him reloading or something. He's down and shot. No move! No move! A bomb. But that's over on my second channel, where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Ultimately, Jessica was charged with driving under the influence. As of now, there are no available court records, news follow-ups, or sentencing details regarding the outcome of these charges in any public sources.
