She grabbed my granddaughter and tried to drag her into the house. She scared the crap out of myself. She peed her pants a little while ago. >> Take a step back. >> Do it. >> Do it. I dare you. >> I'M NOT you again, mother. >> Do you want it? Do you want it? >> It's wild how some neighbors turn everyday life into a nightmare for everyone around them. Spoiler alert, their actions won't be tolerated by the law. You're going to get another [music] charge for contributing. >> I mean, I'm kind of curious how your right leg hurts as bad as it does, but yet you can rake a pile of leaves with it. >> This This is the wildest thing I've ever seen. >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's craziness in Cops versus Dumbest Neighbors who terrorize entire neighborhood. Starting with this woman who brings out a 10-in knife to scare off her neighbor over a lawn care dispute. On July 7th, 2025, officers in Florida responded to a neighborhood regarding a dispute over lawn care. The thing most people handle with a polite conversation, but this neighbor decided the best way to handle her inconvenience was to bring a knife to make her point. Here's what happened next. >> What's up, dude? >> So, we had an issue with her just now. We have a video of her pulling out a knife and threading us right here. >> She had came close to my father. Uh, we show you right here. >> Take a video. Take a video. >> You go the other direction and stop in the police. >> Please call. Please call. >> Call the police. Please stop blowing that into my yard. Stop blowing it into my yard. >> Yeah, she took took the knife stuck inside the little fire. >> Yeah, she's over there. She's just chilling in front of our >> police. [screaming] Take that back. >> And we have multiple problems with her like when we do our lawn service for this person's house, >> but it was just mostly verbal. But today we had to call cuz she had pulled out a he got. >> Okay. Too many many times. >> Cool. What >> bro? This is the this is the when kids coming sometimes only watch talking lot >> this time come to the garage and can get a knife like this you know >> coming at you what uh where exactly did it start like over like specifically why >> what's her what's her her deal here? Uh uh cuz we had like apparently blow grass but we like for the lawn more we put something so it doesn't blow up to her property >> cuz she that's what that's why she keep yelling at us when he does the lawn service >> and we have put the cover so no grass cannot go over there but after when we done with the lawn service you blow the grass to our >> I know what I know what you time I think be careful >> because I had this job for a long time I know what you doing >> I do be careful don't blow don't blow that way and blow pretty good and blow that grass this Gota. So she >> So she's just agitated over you blowing grass or potentially there's a grass that's that's it there. Nothing else. >> Yeah. There's potentially blowing grass or grass heads our property. But when we blow we blow our way and the grass that's on our property. We blow this way. >> Got to our house to this house. >> Some neighbor told me he he mad with the yard. >> Gotcha. >> I don't know. She m her with a tree everything. It's not my p. It's not my It's not my yard. >> Yeah. No, I get your >> She's mad with me all the time. Why? I tell her, "Wait, it's not my yard. >> I come and do the service and that's it." >> Okay, >> I got you, man. >> After taking statements from the neighbor, the officers then came to talk to the suspect about the situation. >> You um you have to have a driver's license on you. >> No, but I can get it. >> Can you please get it for me? >> Why do you need it? >> Send you a file you just to put down for my report here since you're involved with party with him. >> My yard, my house. Did >> you take theirs? >> I did. So, uh, go ahead. What? What's >> I'm tired of him mowing the and blowing it into my yard. He blows it into my windows and I've asked him numerous times to stop. You're shaking your head and look where your lawn exit is. >> Talk to him, please. >> Come here. Let me show you. Come here. Let me show you. I want to show you. >> Relax. >> I'm tired of it. >> Okay, cool. But you yelling and cursing and screaming, getting agitated. >> I'm not screaming and cussing at anybody. He said that to you. You were cursing and screaming at him. You're yelling while I'm right here. >> I did not cuss at him. >> Relax. >> I called him illegal. Relax. Take a breath. Calm down for a second. Okay, we're here. You yelling and getting agitate is only going to help further hinder me from being able to help you and them. Okay, great. Just chill. Take a take two seconds. Relax. Everything's fine. Okay, now calmly. What's going on? >> The guy won't stop blowing the into my yard and into my windows when my windows are open. I've asked him to run the mower the other direction, he says he doesn't do it. He does it every freaking time because I video him in my windows. >> Okay. >> No matter how many times he's been asked to run the mower the other direction, he still blows it into my window. >> Have you talked to the your next? >> She's trying to find a new guy because of him. >> Okay. How's that coming across? >> I haven't talked to her because she goes to work at 5:00 in the morning and gets off late. >> All right. >> Early. >> So now run me through what happened with you. Listen closely to how she defends her erratic behavior here because it sounds kind of ridiculous. >> I was trimming my plants. >> Yeah, but you were waving the knife in his face. >> No, I wasn't. >> Yes, you are. >> No, grab it. >> I had the knife in my hand and I had the stuff and I'm out tying up my plant. >> Okay, >> you can look the tomatoes. I tied up. >> That's great. Just cover. So again, you're waving the knife in front of his face. I saw on video. Okay. What happened with you taking his phone? >> He's videoing me in my own yard, so I threw it. >> Okay. So you grabbed his phone, took it from him. You were had the knife and you were waving in front of his face. >> No, I wasn't waving the knife at him. I was cutting my thing and I got tired of being videoed >> regardless. You approached him with a big kitchen knife. >> Well, I'm sorry that didn't >> All I was doing was trimming my plants. >> Okay. >> And then I picked their thing up because they had it across the sidewalk and I tripped over it. So, I picked it up and set it in the grass. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Who has it? >> All right. Do me a favor. Sit tight. Can you watch it for me for two seconds, please? >> Yeah. Are >> you going to arrest me? Just do it. >> No, I don't know. I don't know. >> The officers then rewatched the recording footage. After getting enough evidence, he returned to put the woman under arrest. >> Step out here for me, please. >> Yes, ma'am. dog. Can you just go ahead and put down the uh paper towels and stuff for me? >> Let me just let me dry off real quick, please. And let me put my dog in the house. >> We'll make sure your dog gets to the house. >> So she's not freaking out. >> We'll go with you while you do it. >> Okay. We're fine. >> Can you put them in front? Can you put >> We can give you two. You have two pairs. >> I have one in my car, not on me right now. Any cuffs here? I have one. >> Can you put them in front? Oh, don't do it. >> Stay here. >> Got it. >> Yep. >> You can't do my arm. >> Is there anyone here? >> No. >> I live by myself. Please don't my shoulder. Please, please. >> We're good. >> No, no, no, no, no. Literally, I got into a car wreck and total two cars in 8 months. >> There you go. >> Hey, Cris, see if we got the the knife. >> Did you see what it looked like? >> It's huge in the video. It's humongous. >> Does that >> looks like a butcher knife? It's hard to tell, but it looks like a butcher style knife. I mean, it's the blade's probably 5 6 in. >> Is this the knife? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Laura's going to find out, buddy. And stop videoing. >> Come on, miss. Relax. >> Tell him to stop videoing me. I've asked you so many freaking times. >> Hello. >> I love you, Meer. I'm just going to help help you out with the uh >> I have just two cards from her. I checked her right pocket. She's got another pocket over here to the left. >> Could be easy. >> No, it's not. Literally. I need to pull myself up. >> We can brace you if you want to turn around and push yourself up with your feet. >> Um, that's a good That's a good >> Can you please put these in front? >> Unfortunately, I can't. >> Can we put a third pair on them? >> We're going to be We'll be there. In the end, she was charged with robbery with a weapon for taking his phone while holding a knife. She was issued a $5,000 bond, which she later posted. In court, she initially pleaded not guilty to robbery with a weapon, but the charge was later amended to improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon, and she was additionally charged with petite theft. She was placed into the pre-trial intervention program and was required to pay $265 in costs. After she successfully completed the program, both charges were dismissed. Let's move on to the next case where a drunk woman harassed her neighbor's kids. >> She grabbed my granddaughter and tried to drag her into the house cuz she was worried about her. Go ahead and stand on the side of the road. We don't need to stand on the road. >> I guess that makes sense. >> What's going on tonight? >> The neighbors crazy and dressed. >> She keeps coming out of >> the incident. What she did? >> I live right here. >> Mhm. >> She was playing right here. I think we've met you before, right? [screaming] Did you come out investig? Okay. I think you came and interviewed the girls actually. But anyways, I was out with Alex. >> I wasn't out with Alex. Cole was out with Alex and I having a couple, you know, they were over here. She thought she was alone. She grabbed my granddaughter and tried to drag her into the house cuz she was worried about her. She's so drunk. She scared the crap out of my son. >> She's so drunk. She came out. >> She fell over. She peed her pants a little while ago. Like it's bad. >> So Alex came running home. We came out. The cops showed up. I don't know who it was. I explained the situation. He said, "Have a great day." And left. >> We have since then, keeping keeping a closer eye cuz she's wanted to go a little further and a little further, >> but now she's coming out drunk. She's tried to grab her a second time. As part of a plea deal, the judge chose not to prosecute on the charges of breach of peace and resisting with violence. The battery charge resulted in a withhold of adjudication, meaning that the judge accepted her no contest plea, but decided not to formally convict her. She was sentenced to one year of probation. Her husband, the man who charges at the officer, was charged with battery, resisting without violence, breach of peace, and assault on a law enforcement officer. The judge found him guilty on all charges and sentenced him to a concurrent sentence of one year of probation for all four charges. The third person, the man who tried to work things out between the woman and the neighbor, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting without violence, and breach of peace. All charges were dropped. His wife was charged with resisting without violence, disorderly conduct, and violation of probation. While the charges of disorderly conduct and violation of probation were dismissed, her resisting without violence resulted in adjudication withheld, and she was sentenced to 6 months of probation. I've never seen her before. >> Mhm. >> We just came out here. She was in her backyard >> and we were like, "What are you doing?" And she says, "Oh, you guys pull my dog and then pull the knife out on us." >> Mhm. >> We're like, "We don't have your dog." And then >> how was she put the knife down? >> How was she holding the knife? >> I could actually see I have a video in the green camera. >> Okay. >> And I was like, "What the heck?" And I didn't even see that she had a knife until >> a dog back there. >> We have two. >> We have two dogs. And so our neighbors behind >> Are they both your dogs or did you like find one of them? >> No. No. They're both ours though. And then that she was like, "Oh, I can hear the dogs barking." I was like, "Our neighbors behind us also have dogs." >> And so I was like, "They're the ones that are probably barking cuz like >> Oh, yeah. So, let me pause it real quick." So, actually, I actually downloaded the video. >> As you can see in the video, the female was clearly seen knocking on the door with a butcher's knife in her hand, but turned away as soon as she noticed the Ring camera. Then this >> she came back. The first time she came she knocked and then by the time I got out she was already walking away. And then this time she came back in and were like all of a sudden I heard this like super loud banging and I was like what the heck was that? And so um I got out and I was like make sure the dogs don't get out. So I walked out and then on my other cameras I saw that she just like barged into the backyard and I was like what the heck? And then by that time when I came out, she was like walking out and I'm like, "Hey, what are you doing?" And then she was like, "I'm looking for my dog. You guys have my dog." I'm like, "You don't have your dog." >> And I didn't see that she even had a knife. And then my wife was like, "What are you doing with that knife?" And she's like, "Put the knife away." And then she like hid it behind. And she was like, she was kind of like swinging it a little bit. She wasn't like doing anything, but she was like, >> "Um, I'm looking for my dog." And so I was like, she said something like someone's going to like hurt her dog if she doesn't get it back. I was like, "We don't have your dog." And so, >> um, then she put it in the back. >> Mhm. >> And then walked away. >> Yeah. But apparently, uh, she knows where she lives. >> After speaking with the victim, the officers quickly located the suspect sitting inside her vehicle parked outside of her house. They then approached the car to have a word with her. I'm sorry, ma'am. Can you control your dog >> right now? Can you >> Can you control your dog? >> Yeah, she's just sitting there. >> Okay. >> I just got back from getting her. I'm sorry. I'm not dealing with this right now. I'm going through a lot. >> What are you going through? >> Here, ma'am. Come out of here for a minute. >> No. >> Yes. >> No. >> We got to talk about something. Leave me alone, >> ma'am. Step out of the car. >> Hi, pup. >> Someone stole my dog. >> Someone stole your dog? >> Yeah. Okay. Gates are closed. >> I went outside. Still no gates are open. And she's not in the backyard. >> Do you live here? >> Yes, I own this house. >> You own this house? >> Yes. >> Okay, step out of here for a minute. >> Oh, come on. >> No. >> Step out of the car. With no sign of cooperation from the woman, officers decided to remove her from the vehicle. However, she was somehow able to pull away, start her car, and shift into reverse, leading to the chaotic scene that follows. >> [music] >> Hey, 54. Shots fired. Shots fired. Vehicle is going to be a white Dodge Challenger heading now southbound. Shots fired. Shots fired. All officers are okay. Vehicle fled from us. It's a white female adult [screaming] attached to the pole. After a short 1 15minute chase, the officers were able to catch up with her and initiate a felony stop on her vehicle. >> Hey. Hey, turn off the car. >> Put your keys out the window. >> GO. >> TURN YOUR CAR OFF. >> Turn off the car. >> Dog coming up. Dog in the car. Dog in the car. >> Hey. Hey. Yeah. Sit in traffic. >> THROW THE KEYS OUT THE WINDOW. >> Throw your keys out the window. >> All right. Keys are out. Keys are out. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Who's who's arresting you? Hey, hey, HEY, HEY, HEY. >> STEP OUT OF THE TREE. >> You got commands. >> HEY, step out. Turn around. Turn around. Face away. >> Hands up OVER YOUR HEAD. >> [laughter] [laughter] >> YOU READY? YOU READY? GO. HANDS. HANDS. Do not move. Go. >> In the end, the woman was charged with resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer. On November 2nd, 2025 in New Mexico, officers responded to a residence regarding a report of criminal property damage involving a truck. Here's what happened next. >> You have anything else to do? You want to talk to me? I'll sit over here and talk to you. >> Yeah, I can talk to you over here. Any matter? >> No. >> What do you want? That's the game. that's getting met. >> I don't even know whose truck that is. >> Yeah. >> Oh, it's my girlfriend. It's my uh is my brother's. >> So, before we go, any further we do this? >> Wow. All right. >> No, no, no. That truck's been here overnight. >> And it is the friend of my >> and they let us know about it. They called when they when they left it here. >> Why? >> Because it's broke down. So, it's stuck here forever. >> They're trying to get it moved. >> Oh my god. There's >> But I'll tell you what, we did find peanut butter ear over there. >> Good for you. >> Yeah, there's peanut butter on there. So, that's why I want to ask you about >> what? My dog likes peanut butter. >> But I need to read you your rights before I can ask you questions. >> You're not reading my rights. Hey, did you hear that? >> Well, just letting you know, you're going to get criminal support. Okay. >> Did you hear that? Okay. So, there's a broken down truck in my driveway that I've never seen before except for yesterday. And now they're trying to kill. >> Go ahead and do a criminal summon on her, charge her with everything, >> and then she can go to court. If you don't go to court, we'll put a war. We'll go with you. We'll go pick you up. Okay. >> Well, you damaged someone else's property. Court is inevitable. But at least it's not an arrest. Not yet, anyway. >> WHAT HAVE I DONE? THIS IS NOT MY TRUCK. I'D HAVE NEVER SEEN >> But that's why you got to go to court because you damaged someone else's property. Ma'am, >> it's not my talk to you. >> Don't call me ma'am. >> Hey, did you hear that? Okay, then. So, I don't What do you want me to call you, >> [ __ ] Cuz that's what I'm going to >> [ __ ] >> You damaged my truck. You damaged. >> I've seen that truck before until yesterday. And your glasses are stupid. >> Yeah. >> Ah, see >> now you got spit on your chin. >> Assault. >> Yeah, that is. >> Now it didn't touch him. It didn't touch him. >> Come here. HEY, WHAT THE HELL? NO, NO, NO. Stop it. >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> STOP. Drop the phone. >> Drop the phone. >> You're going to damage your own phone. >> That's okay. That's where I want you to go. >> Let me go. I haven't touched any TV. >> You wanted to try to spit at me. Got on your own chin, man. I didn't even touch you with my space. >> You don't have to [ __ ] The act of it alone is an assault. [snorts] >> It isn't. >> Yes, it is. >> It isn't. >> Which one? >> Let go of me. Let go. >> Between my legs. >> Let go of me. >> Nope. >> Let go. >> Huh? >> I need my dog. Let go. Let me >> do not grab hold of me. I WILL BREAK YOUR DAMN HAND. >> Let go of me. >> All right. Who's got TO HOLD THIS ONE? POLICE. >> She's not double locked. >> I got you for that. >> Let's go aside. >> What the? >> Don't hit me. I'm going to get an extra charge. I'm going to tell you right now. You hit him and I'm going to you up. >> Do you understand me? >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> IT'S A SIMPLE YES OR NO. YOU KICK ONE OF these and I'm going to you up. [laughter] >> You're going to hurt a little girl. Yeah, hell yeah I am. >> Why? Sit up on your butt. >> You I haven't done nothing. >> What an officer. I mean, who doesn't love a nononsense cop in a body cam video? >> You now going to get a battery on a piece of kicking him. You understand me? >> I haven't done anything to you. >> You spit at me and you just kicked him. >> This is my house. >> You want to keep it up? >> This is my house. >> Do you want to keep it up? >> This is my house. >> You're going to jail now. >> This is my house. >> Watch out. Got that on. Why do you feel good about this? Are you going to put your head in shape? Do you feel good about yourself? I'm a little girl. Don't you want to walk? >> You're hurting my arms. >> Then walk. What drag you, ma'am? The arrest. >> Arrest me for what? My house. Working my own house. My brother. Don't touch him. >> I need to get your brother. TAKE MY [screaming] I'M GOING TO [ __ ] YOU UP. >> OH my god. I can't wait for my eternity. >> I can't wait for you Tony either. >> I'm a little girl to weigh 100 lb. You're a poor girl. >> You're an old ass lady. >> [ __ ] >> As goddamn adult acting like a two-year-old. >> Ouch. Spicy. That's going to hurt a lot emotionally. >> You got anything else? YOU STOP ME. STOP. Now you got three lb. >> Oh my god. As long as you don't feel anything. >> Now you got three lb. >> What you do? >> Ready. Ready. >> OH MY GOD. SHUT UP. THIS IS MY HOUSE. >> HEY, LET'S GO. >> Don't be kicking me. Roll over and sit on your butt. >> Where? What about my dog? >> Do you have someone that can take care of him? >> Oh, I can notify >> Elaine. As soon as YOU GET OUT, >> I WORRY ABOUT MY DOG BECAUSE I love my dog. >> This is the time to be nice. >> But it's your time to be nice. >> I gave you every chance >> in here. God. >> And then you decided to try to spit on my deputies. We're going to try to help you out WITH YOUR DOG. I WANT MY DOG. >> WELL, HE AIN'T GOING WITH YOU TO JAIL. >> It's actually a girl. Her name's Queen Elizabeth. And it's Larry over there with the white truck. >> Uhhuh. >> Or um >> Do you give them permission to enter your house to retrieve the dog? >> Dog right behind us. >> Where is she? >> I guess she got out of the dog. But you want me to give them the dog? >> Make sure they don't get hit. >> Sit this way a little more. >> No, we should have to pay for this. We don't want to take him to THE SHELTER. >> OH [screaming] MY GOD, IT'S A GIRL. >> WE want to take it to the shelter. You know what? Actually, >> you know what? >> Seven bas Stop that. I'm open THIS DOOR. >> OKAY. I LOVE which >> I love your glasses. >> Which neighbor? >> Right there. Over there. His name is Raymond. >> Raymond. >> Take my dog. He's right over there. Please don't take what? >> He's a little old man. Please don't take my dog. >> Don't touch your house to get the dog. Your dog ran back inside. >> Please don't order my dog. >> Okay, so I'm going to go ask Raymond if he can watch your dog. >> Yes. >> If he SAYS NO. >> NO. NO. HE'LL say yes. He loves my dog. >> The officer really doesn't want to send the dog to the shelter. So he asked around the neighborhood to see if anyone is willing to take care of it. And surprise surprise, nobody wants anything to do with her. >> Yeah. >> Can you take care of a dog if we bring him over? Or bring her over? >> Who? Her? >> Mhm. The dog? >> No. Wow. I don't want nothing to do with him. >> You don't want nothing to do with him? >> No. He just came by. That guy came by. He threatened me, man. >> For what? >> Cuz I said, "Hey, man. You and your sister should get along, man, real good." He He tells me, "Fuck you, man. I'll kick the [ __ ] out of you." >> Who's your sister? The lady we put in the cop car. >> Yeah, the guy in the in that truck. >> Yeah, >> that's that's They're related. That's his sister. >> Oh, what? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> They're brother and sister, man. >> Okay. I I just wanted to ask before we we did that. Okay. >> That's a shame and having that problem. >> Yeah. Well, she she's not helping a case any spitting at people, kicking deputies and officers. So, I mean, she's she's going to go to jail today. Okay. >> You're going to take him to jail? >> Yes. Yeah. Who else you take you or the >> Well, who if you take the dog, who will you take the dog? >> I'm taking it to the pound. >> Okay. Take him to the pound. >> I'm going to see if Rosa can pick him up. >> Huh? >> I'm going to see if Tuli can pick him up. >> And if not, uh dog is going to go me to the county pound. Okay. We all have AC. >> I can't believe he I was dying when he came out. >> The entire family is seem to be that way. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. >> All right, man. We're going to get over and finish this up. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Appreciate you. You stay safe. >> The dog through the clown. >> Yes, sir. >> What the? We just came up before an assault. Yeah. He He don't want nothing to do with them with any of them. So, she's going to be a fun one. >> Yeah. >> Do you guys want to watch the dog? Absolutely not. >> Okay. >> After a while, her brother arrived at the scene. >> Hello. [laughter] >> Doing good. You >> nice to meet you, >> Nice to meet you. >> Hey, so I saw you were here and we was dealing with some other stuff and then we got out there. So, just so you know, me and my partner actually originally got here on something completely unrelated. >> Yeah. >> We was actually here No, no, that was not why we were here. We were actually here to meet with the TPD officers to take over a case they were working for something completely different. and we got pulled into this. Uh, so your sister is being arrested today. Uh, not your wife, your sister. >> She's being arrested today. Um, two counts of battery on a piece also, one count of assault on a piece also. She decided to try to spit at me and then run away. So probably going to hit her with resisting also. Um, >> what's up? What about the dog? >> So the dog we're taking it to the shel. >> Okay. And >> Tulie. Okay. >> Yeah. So the guys were nice enough to say, "Hey, they'll take you to the show to drop it off." >> Okay. Um, >> not the dog's fault. >> So that was our thing. And your sister had asked if you could watch the dog, but your sister's behavioral. >> Yes. So, and so I wasn't even going to ask you. >> Be honest with you. >> The dog, not the dog's fault. >> So, do you want the dog? >> Absolutely. >> I can get one of the guys wing it over. >> That would be fine. Come here. >> I don't know if y'all would need a moment to >> No, not even. Okay. >> Dogs, man. You know, we got I I get it. I got four dogs at the house. >> No, you know. >> Um so we'll let we'll let them know >> on your door. >> Yeah. No, not my door. No door. >> Hey, buddy. >> Hey. Uh he's going to watch the dog. >> I'll take care of the dog. >> He's willing to. >> The woman was charged with two counts of battery upon a peace officer, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer, attempted battery. In court, she pleaded not guilty to all charges. Let's move on to the next case where an unhinged woman went absolute meltdown on a family. On February 3rd, 2025 in Florida, officers responded to a disturbance regarding a woman attempting to retrieve her son's belongings from her friend's apartment. What happened next was totally unnecessary. Hi. >> Did one of y'all call us? >> I to actually call because >> Okay. >> I'm trying to I'm getting my son right now and this man has a lot of our stuff upstairs and I want to go up there and I need to be accompanied by somebody to make sure that all my belongings are out of his house. If I am not able to go up there, then that means I'm not able to get all my belongings, which means if he is able or wants anything of his, he will not receive it. >> Okay. I mean, you used to live here or >> I don't I've never lived with him. Okay. Why does he have your stuff? >> They had my daughter's carrots for a couple of nights, which they said it was okay. >> Okay. How long? So, you were staying here, but you don't live here? >> No, I wasn't ever staying here. >> But your son's staying here. And he's just all that stuff. That's your son's. Okay. >> So, this is obviously someone you know and trust if your son's here. >> I thought I trust him. Got >> until >> I saw what they would be willing how far they would be. >> So, he knows you're here and he's going to come down or >> he came down. Um, I don't want any of my belongings, my son's belongings, her boyfriend's belongings or her belongings in that room. >> Does he understand that that you're here just to get all the stuff out? >> He doesn't seem to understand that because you see my battery is about to die. My I need a new battery. I have not gotten checked >> for your phone. You're talking about >> No, for my whole car. Um, and he thinks that I'm going to give him back the only thing that helps my car move. You think I'm going to give that back? By the way, I gave one to somebody already. >> Okay. >> So, technically, I'm getting it back. Do you have your ID, ma'am? >> I'm not giving this and he >> Yeah, you're done with this, right? You just want your son and your stuff or your >> I want all of our stuff >> and Dominic stuff, too. >> Since this case seems to be a civil matter, the officer can't really stay and watch over them for long. He then came to the other party to discuss the situation. >> How much other stuff you got? >> Um, I think we got most of the stuff. Uh, we got um um we got other stuff right now. >> All right. Just Just be done with it, dude. Get everything out of there so that way they don't have to come back here. You know what I So yeah, like then they can't um they can't Yeah, she um she can't get in. She can't go in there. She's not allowed to go in there >> in your apartment. >> Yeah, she's not allowed to go up there. >> Hey, ma'am. >> It's actually not allowed to go in there. >> Does she have keys or anything? >> No. Is it locked? >> The door is unlocked, but um the lady said she's has problems with coming here. This is not >> No, I'm not. >> Did she Is she going upstairs? I want to remove from the building if she's not if it's not a guest. >> Gotcha. >> And you can give her a warning. >> Can you go grab her and I'll just kind of hang out here with them. >> The only thing we could really do today obviously she has a right to her property. You know what I mean? And I see you're obviously being cooperative trying to which is the only thing to do. That makes sense. And obviously that's her son. >> Um so maybe just try and give it a couple days and talk to her or No. All done. I got you this for 4 years now. After this, the officer then walks upstairs to keep an eye on the woman as she gets her belongings, but she won't stay silent. >> Is she up here? >> Yeah. >> They were trying to tell me she walked out in the parking lot. >> Well, they saw the door open, but it wasn't. >> It's not cuz he wouldn't be laughing. >> Listen, if he says that's not yours, you're going to have to give that back. He said this time I am not going to have to give it back your >> uh the amount of your >> and I said it. >> Why are you acting like that all of a sudden? >> Cuz why are you acting like that all of a sudden? You was good until she pulled up. You scared? You scared of a Mr. Padd? >> You scared of padding? >> What are we talking about? >> Exactly. You weren't just acting like this downstairs until she pulled up. Now it's something different. You scared of puss. >> I guess you are. Okay. >> I'm taking the stairs. She could say I'm wrong. Oh [ __ ] >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Is that all hers or? >> She also has a starter for a car for me. >> That's >> Yeah, we're not going to do the property thing. >> That's why you don't want to say the police all [ __ ] cuz they scared of vagina. >> Yeah. >> Anyway, I don't know what happened to her. That's what I'll tell you. This is >> No, I get it. >> I sit with friends. >> So, it's clear now. She has no rights inside this building anymore. And that's per management, obviously, since now I understand. >> So, we'll trespass her. >> Do you have her info? I don't. >> I already ran her. >> What's her name? >> She was the ARO. I didn't write her stuff down. She didn't have her deal. >> Oh, do you remember her name? >> As the officer waited a few more minutes, she continued to hurl insult after insult at everyone else. >> Here for a minute. If you see something else you want to bring down, then bring it. But >> you're acting like you scared and >> knock it off. What's wrong with you? >> Him. >> You're acting like a >> I'm acting like what? You acting like you're scared of now. You just told me I could go upstairs and now you telling me I can't cuz of him. >> Yeah, you're good. Go ahead, dude. Oh, she won't go back. >> If I have to I hate like you. >> Why he still got stuff up there? >> As the officer decided to stay a little longer because of the woman's behavior, she grew increasingly agitated. She then did something that really put her in trouble. >> There's anything missing? It's civil. Okay. You'll have to take him to >> take to court. That's a there trader. That's a traitor. That's a traitor. >> Where are you guys staying? >> You don't stay anywhere. >> You stay in my car. That's why I keep my stuff because I'm going back to school. >> He doesn't want to keep your all stuff. He doesn't He made it clear he doesn't want her here or have a reason to come here. So, >> well, I don't know why all of our stuff is not down. I just need >> He's going to go double check. You heard him. He's going to go double check. He'll bring it down. It doesn't matter. He's a liar. Like it doesn't matter. >> If he's lying, I don't know either way. But >> we can't go over there to get our like our stuff. >> You guys cannot. Nobody here could go back in there. >> What about if Dominic came here? So she's not even here. >> If you guys make arrangements at some other date, some other time, that's fine. But right now, because of the way she's behaving, it's causing a disturbance. Okay? And other people are out here now wondering what's going on. We're not going to continue that. Okay? >> They trying to put so many underwear in here. That's not mine. You see what I'm saying? No. Damn mother say my son's underwear. My son ain't this. You can have this. I don't like to treat. I'll give it back. I don't want her dirty. This then you going to put dirty ass shirt. You can have that. Give it back. I might have to pick it up. >> If it's not yours, you can leave it there. >> Huh? >> Leave it there if it's not yours. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I guess there's nothing. Oh, there it is. Yeah. >> Is that it? >> All right, man. We're getting her out of here. Just head back inside. We're done with it. All right, >> Ella. So, listen. >> Hey, real quick. >> That kid, don't even bring him back here. Don't invite him. Tell them to take him off the lease or something. So, that cuz if he comes here then >> Yeah, that's more trouble. >> That's all. >> All right. that thing. Don't put that thing. MOMMY. MOMMY. GET OFF MY MOM. GET OFF MY MOM. >> GET OFF MY GET OFF MY MAP. >> RELAX. >> GET OFF MY MOM. Get off. Get off my mom. Get off. >> Get off. >> If you do it, it's just going to get worse. >> Stop. Hey, >> if you interrupt, >> it's done. >> It's done. >> It's done. Hey, it's done. [crying] >> She's fine. >> I can't help her if you're over here. I can't help her if you're over here. >> Help her and you're not helping her. >> No. No, man. Help me. Mommy. >> Yeah. >> Send me another one. >> After calming her son down, the officers proceeded to put her under arrest while her daughter kept screaming to the woman upstairs. >> Negative. We got one of us here. >> I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. >> Go inside. Shut the [ __ ] up. >> Ma'am, go. Go inside. You're not helping us. SHUT >> THE [ __ ] UP. I have no idea. >> Stop talking so I could talk to her for a second. >> Go inside. You're going to jail? >> Not right now. >> So, we don't have anybody that we can call again? >> No. >> I'm going to let go of you.
