I don't want to say. She I was at that light over there and she literally reversed. I saw her pass the light. She put her car in reverse and went reverse into the red light. Oh. And then when I pulled her over, she kept going. Like she literally just With the suspicion of her driving drunk, the officers then asked her to step out of the car to do some field sobriety tests. So, as of right now, um I will be doing a DUI investigation, okay? Okay. All right. Yep. Would you be willing to perform some some field sobriety exercises for me? Would you be willing to perform some field sobriety exercises for me to make sure that you're okay to drive? Yes. Okay, perfect. >> on what it is. So, I was looking it up and I'm sorry if I backed up or did something wrong. I wasn't trying to. Okay. Listen, we all we all make mistakes. It's just the fact that you backed up I know I did. straight into the light, okay? You saying no would be a refusal and from what I'm observing, from what you've told me, it'll be DUI arrest. Okay, I'll do it. Yes. You'll do it? The more tests she took, the more agitated she became. And after all the tests, the officers decided to put her under arrest for DUI. You're under arrest now, okay? Ma'am. No, I just had asked you. Ma'am. Because I'm freaking out, okay? >> Why are you freaking out, ma'am? Because I don't want to go to jail. I don't You got to follow directions. >> I'm here. I'm sorry. >> That's fine. You got to follow directions. >> I am. We're just opening your eyes, ma'am. I don't think you're I just had love and smoking at it. All right, ma'am. So, based on my observations and what I observed, um I'm not excited. Ma'am. For what? >> Turn around. Just stand you up. This one is not working. Just hold on a second. They're not. No, put your hands behind your back and we will listen to you. You don't get to make the rules. I'm going to try to save your sweater. There you go. Come on. Stop. Do you want your Do you want your phone in your purse, ma'am? For what did I do wrong? You're going to jail tonight. Why? Cuz you're you're DUI. No, I'm not DUI. >> You're slurring your speech and saying speaking insanely. I mean, you're taking a breathalyzer? No. You'll You'll have that opportunity. Do you want your phone in your purse? No, I want a breathalyzer right now before I go in. At the jail we'll do that. No, right now. We don't Yeah, you have to. You have to. According to the law I know, my dad's a police officer. So, I didn't do anything It doesn't matter. So, give me a breathalyzer. On scene we don't have them. At the jail we do have them. I'm not going to jail cuz I called my dad and he'll be right down there. And so, I'm telling you right now. Stop this. Oh, mm. Whenever I'm talking, just I don't like this. I'm telling you right now. Bringing her cop dad into this? Did she think he would be proud seeing his daughter driving and acting drunk? If your father is a cop, wouldn't you work harder not to be a disappointment? Okay, I get beat up on me every day. You don't care. Yeah, you're looking You don't care. But, I did. I understand what you're telling me. No, you don't care. >> Why didn't you Why didn't you call the cops? Um because I care about that person. Okay. And I don't want them getting in trouble. What have I done? Like I got drunk and I got caught. Drove the wrong way down the road in reverse. And then you went into the middle of an intersection. Have her lean against the back of your car till the paramedics get here. No, I will not. No. I'll call my father. You don't want to move? >> Ma'am. I really don't want to move. >> Hang on. Hang on. Listen to me. No. Listen Listen to me. You need No, no, no. You need to listen to me very carefully. I'm not going to jail. You're Listen, you're you're making this You're going to make this more >> Get your hand off me. Hey. Listen. Get your hand off Listen to me. Hey. You're Hey. You're not talking to me. No, no, you're talking to me. No, I'm talking to him. >> No, no, no. Listen to me. If you don't listen If you do not listen, you're going to catch another charge. Resisting. I suggest you cooperate, okay? You need to calm down. Right now. I've been calm down. I haven't done anything wrong. Please don't arrest me. Please stop grabbing. Stop pulling. I'm not playing this game with you. The officers then moved her to the squad car. I'm Listen to me very carefully. If you start fighting us, this is not going to end well. Let me Let me ask you, why am I going to jail? I just told you that. You're drunk. This way. Oh, you can't have alcohol? Hurts. Okay, no, no, no. I want a breathalyzer You will get one. Move. I want one now. Oh my god. Get her cleared so we can take her to the jail now. >> take me to the jail without a breathalyzer. Passenger seat. No. Well, I have a lot of medication that I'm on that I have to take and I have my children and my phone and stuff I need to take, okay? So, I am on a lot of meds that they do not give you in jail. Stop grabbing my arm so hard. I'm literally not even touching your arm. >> Yes, you are. Oh, yes, you are. Oh my god, you're hurting my arm. Stop. What do they have in there? Well, the fact that it was I looked at you and you cut yourself. I'm not assuming that you don't have a blade on you. So, I have a I cut myself. Is that like against the law? No, but for the safety of my officers I was not trying to cut your officer. Ma'am, can you please face the car, please? You For what exactly? We're not going to keep going through this. >> No, I'm asking you, what did I You reversed into traffic and now you're under arrest for DUI. We're just going in circles. No. Shut No, I'm going to tell you what. What are you going to do? She has to search you, ma'am. I want my stuff in the car. Get in the car. What do you need from the car? What do you need from the car? Get in the car. Get in the car, or I'm going to forcefully put you in the car. Get in the car, MA'AM. IT HURTS. YOU KNOW WHAT? You can't do that. YOU DID NOT KICK ME. HEY. STOP KICKING. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. Back up. Stop kicking. BACK UP. STOP IT. SHE FORCED ME IN THE CAR and my head first. That's why. Seatbelt. Just whatever. You know what? You guys Yeah. In the end, she was charged with DUI 0.15 or above, battery on a law enforcement officer, and driving the wrong way on a one-way road. This incident is a textbook example of how ego and poor choices stack charges fast. Driving impaired, lashing out at officers, and making reckless decisions didn't just lead to an arrest, it showed a complete lack of accountability. The takeaway is clear. Cooperation and self-control can limit damage, but entitlement and excuses only guarantee harsher outcomes. Let's move on to the next case where a drunk woman jumped out of a moving car. If I leave you here, you will jump out of this car again and hurt yourself. You have water right here. >> It's so hot. I want cold water. >> Why do you need water right this Cuz I'm overheating. My blood is going to spill out of the car. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. On July 30th, 2025, officers responded to a gas station regarding a welfare check where the caller stated that his girlfriend jumped out of a moving vehicle. Here's what happened next. Hey. I'm the one at fault. I jumped. Well, the second time he pushed me out. First time I did it my own will. The second time was a happy happy. It was a happy happy. Like half me out, half he pushed me out. So, what happened? What's going on here? She jumped out the car twice at 30. Okay. Where are you going? Okay. He tossed my way here. He can't speak straight. How fast were you going when she jumped out? The first time she jumped out as when I was on Grandma's Frog, whatever. Grandma's road. Is that what it was called? Grandma's road. Okay. Okay. Okay. Front me, truth. Going the speed limit of 25. Okay. Everybody's on there, and she jumps out. I turn around Okay. So, I backed her to get her again. And then over here, I told her I was like, "You're not going to do that again, man. I'm going to start recording you cuz I'm not going to be the the brown skin dude and the white girl getting into trouble for this." Okay. And she's like she's like, "Oh, no. Get out. Stop right here. Stop right here." I was like, "All right. Cool. I'll stop right here." The reason why she's down here is her boss died, and she decided to just leave St. Louis. Okay. >> And then she asked me to come down here from St. Louis, so I flew down 2 days ago to kind of like support her in this. Okay. And then she's going through a rough time, which is totally understandable. You know, everybody has their own thing to be worried about. You know, life is hard, but it's even harder when you're a drunk fool. Where What is your plan for today? For tonight? We keep my things at home. I was going to fly out with him tomorrow. Tomorrow? Okay. He's probably down here because my best friend killed himself. This is supposed to be like an escape. I think that when it to your grieving, obviously, okay? And so when it comes to grieving, you maybe overindulged on a little alcohol. Okay? And I think that's why we're in this position right now. Would you agree with that? Not completely. Not completely? Okay. Uh Why not completely? Because he has any if me saying completely would get us out of this and go home, yes. Yes. Yes. Completely yes. Yes, I'm I'm I'm an alcoholic. Yes. That's not what I said. That's not what I said. I want to go home. Okay. So, I can't take you home. I know that he can, so whatever can make it so I can just go with him and deal with him when I get back, that's fine. I can't have you jump out of the car. I fell out accidentally. Well, I can't have you jump out of the car. I can't have you acting out. I didn't. I fell out by accident. It was like really frustrating when I like my elbows did and I fell out. Okay. Yeah, right. She accidentally opened the door and accidentally fell out. Total BS if you ask me. Go back over there. Hang out over there. Okay? I don't want to be left here. I don't want to be left here. I'm not leaving you here. Go back over there for a minute so I can figure out what's happening. So, obviously, we can't hang out together. Like you you and her. Right? Because we're going to have an argument. Correct? See what here she is. Okay. So, this is not helping your situation. Okay? I need this to be documented because I cannot let her control the narrative. Yeah, that's fine. I'm not going to allow that. I want a report. She is very intoxicated. So, she can either go to the hospital and get checked out, or go to the jail for um protective custody because of the fact she is she is so intoxicated. And this situation, she's jumped out of the car twice. Okay? So, I'm going to give her those options, and we will The officer then approached the woman to offer her some options, but as she was doing so, she noticed the woman had pulled something out of her purse. You want to put that up? What What up? What you just pulled out. What? Yeah. All right. Well, this No, I just found this right here. You just pulled it out of your bag. No, it's No. I pulled it I literally just saw you pull it out of your bag. I pulled it up here, and I I found it. I was like, "Oh, this is fine." I was like, "It was an excuse." Yeah, I literally just saw you pull Go ahead. What is this? I What is this? It's a [ __ ] pipe. With Is Yeah. What you just pulled out of your bag. >> It's Delta 8. Is that illegal? Delta 8. It's Delta 8. Okay. It's I was smoking the Delta 8 that I bought here. I bought all that here. Delta 8. Thank you. It's Delta 8. I see that it's a pipe, but I don't like people lying to me. I'm sorry. Okay. I'm I'm I scared I'm it's Delta 8. I But I don't like Number one, I do not like people lying to me. Number one, okay? I literally saw you pull that out of your purse. And And then you tried to say it was just it. I'm scared. I'm sorry. I lied to you, and I'm sorry. Okay. Okay. It is Delta 8 that I bought at Hayes Purple Haze. That is fine. But I'm sorry. Like I said, I don't like the lying. Okay? Okay. It's It's all right. I don't like the lying. That's the thing. Okay? You look through the whole bag. It's Delta 8. I It's Delta 8. I bought it at Purple Haze. Put it back in your in your I bought it at Purple Haze. Okay. Put it Put it back in your purse. Put it back in your purse. I'm done with it. >> I'm sorry. Okay? Is there anything else in there that you should Anything you shouldn't have in there? All your Okay. I'm done with that. After that, the officer began to tell the woman some options she could take in this situation. So, this point, you are extremely intoxicated, okay? And I am I am in fear that if I was to leave you I I am not extremely Can I give you a um What do you call that? DUI I am not extremely intoxicated. So, my fear is that if I leave you here, you will jump out of this car again and hurt yourself. And I'm already I'm already worried that you have hurt yourself and don't realize it because you jumped out of a car that was going down the road. Okay? So, why don't we get checked out? I don't want to do that. Okay. Can you just let me go with him? No, because I'm not going to have a whole fight again. I'm not going to have a whole fight again. Okay? Your option Your options are you either go get checked out, or you get put in protective custody and go to jail. Okay? Because I'm not going to keep dealing with you fighting with him. And if I leave you here, I'm going to keep getting called back. No, you won't. I promise you that. I I will. I will keep getting called back. So, it is those two options at this point. Honey, can I find a I can I promise you I will go home. You will not get any more calls. It is those two options right now. Go to the hospital. Just go to the hospital and get checked out. You need to sober up. Go to the hospital. You're This It's no big deal. You'll be fine. No. You'll be fine. You're going to go to the hospital. >> me go with him, please? >> No, you need to sober up. >> Yeah, you need to sober up. >> Cuz I don't want I don't want you jumping out of the car again. >> to sober up. >> It's okay. Go just sober up. >> Because if you jump out of that car again, especially the fact that you jumped out and it was moving, >> There's nothing There's no marks. I'm fine. I'm fine. I would much rather you get checked out. So, you're either going to go >> Listen. It was a misunderstanding. >> Listen. >> No, it was not. >> Okay? Please. I'm not not my siding on you on this. Just Just go over there so I can talk to her. Please. So, listen. You're either going to go to the hospital on your own accord or I'm going to take you into protective custody. You're going to go to the hospital. >> I get How How long am I going to be in there for? Until they check out, make sure you're good. You're going to wait for me? You promise? Come take me somewhere with me then. I'll go if you take me somewhere. 54 lbs. No, don't leave me here. Don't leave me here. You cannot leave me here. Please. Kiss your finger. You cannot leave me here. We have MS 296 in our car for an extremely sick old lady. Of course she's going to choose jail. She won't choose a hospital since all drunk in these types of videos will always choose the hard way. Can you just be nicer to me? Listen, if you're going to start yelling, you're going to go to jail anyways. Should I just get a second to collect myself? >> Yes. Am I going to get a nice water from Thank you. I'm not doing anything. Not right now. Remember 54. Not right now. >> I just I really need some cold water. I'm getting nauseous. Please. Please. Please. I said no. Can I give you some cash or something? You will sit there. You will sit right there. >> I need cold water. You have water right here. >> It's hot. >> That is fine. >> in the car for 3 days. You will sit right here. Because my boyfriend threw me out the car, I can't get a nice water? How many times have I warned you? Sit down or go to jail. I didn't do anything wrong. I made a wrong choice in a man. Can I get a nice water? Please. You can have my ID. You can have everything I have. >> You have water right here. >> It's so hot. I want cold water. >> you need water right this second? >> overheating, which is making my stress worse. You are perfectly fine. The ambulance is coming to check you out right now. Okay? If you don't If you do not straighten up, you will go to jail. >> straight. I would be more straight if I had ice cold water and I wasn't overheating from stress. >> You are fine. I've been in this heat all day since 4:00 this morning. If I'm going to say you're okay, I'm just fanning myself out. Relax. I'm just fanning myself out. Put your hands behind your back. I'm just I'm just fanning out. I'm fanning out. Ow. Ow. No. I didn't do anything wrong. My boyfriend threw me out of the car. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. Yeah, I didn't do anything wrong. I'm about to throw you on this thorn. If you do not walk right, you're going to get thrown on the ground. Turn left. Lean up against this wall. STOP ACTING LIKE A [ __ ] IDIOT. I didn't do anything Okay? I didn't do anything wrong. Lean up against the car. I didn't The woman was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest. Alcohol plus ego is a shortcut to cuffs. When officers offer help, taking it is the smartest decision you'll make all night. Let's move on to the next case where a habitual shoplifter tried to escape shoplifting warrants by jumping into the water. Oh, dude, there's a big gator coming up. Help him out. You're going to get eaten by gators. 1 2 3 He said he was going to kill me anyways. I'm doing this to me right now. Why? I didn't do anything. On June 23rd, 2025 in Florida, officers on patrol noticed a woman wanted for questioning in two shoplifting cases with both Walmart and Target having filed cases against her. Here's what happened next. How's it going? Yeah, how's it going? All right, what's going on? Yeah, can you tell us? Me? Yeah, ma'am, can you go talk to this officer? Where you guys coming from? I'm just giving her a ride. Oh, okay. What's your name, sir? Chris. So, I'm going to read you something and we're going to talk. I already talked to them. I wasn't trying to steal anything. I was just trying to grab my phone. I'm going to read you something and well, if you want to talk to me to explain your side of things, I I'll be >> But I'm under arrest now? No, you're detained right now. You're detained. You're not free to leave. But I I already tried to talk to the girl. Like I I mean I wasn't stealing anything. >> Okay. So, I'm going to read it to you. If you want to tell me your side of story, I would be glad to hear it. So, just give me a second. >> Okay. You have the right to remain According to Walmart, the woman took $223 worth of food on April 4th. Then, on June 23rd, Target said that the woman had walked past all points of sale with a cart full of merchandise. Security stopped her and they got their items back, but she took off before they could do anything more. What happened on that day? What? I don't I don't I don't know. I don't know. I can't I don't even know That's you, correct? I mean I mean Yeah, it looks like it, but I don't know what happened on that day. That's you. You're saying that that's me, but I don't even know if that is >> Clearly you. It's I mean it's that It kind of looks like a gorilla. I mean it's kind of >> You might have had a rough day, but it's you. Uh it's kind of blurry. But [music] I did have one incident at Walmart where it they were trying to help me check out, but it my phone said that I paid I paid. We're just trying to see. So, obviously you have a you have a reason for or or an explanation for what happened today. We're asking you what happened that day cuz you're on video passing all points of sale. Past all points of sale? I don't even know I don't even know what that is. >> Okay, here's the thing. You I showed you the picture. You said, "Yes, that's me. It looks like me." Then you you just But I don't have >> 10 seconds 10 seconds later you just said, "No, no, no, I don't have that shirt." But I don't I don't have that shirt. But it does look like me because of my shorts and everything. I always wear those cut-off shorts. But I don't go past points of I don't make it a habit to go past points of sale. I don't make it a habit to just be stealing uh food and and stuff at Target. Like I don't want I don't want to get in trouble. Like I don't I don't like getting in trouble. I don't like I think that they told me I wasn't trying to steal anything. And she said that I was trespassing. While the officer went to the other officer to talk to him, the woman, who was left by herself, decided to do something really dumb. Yo! Where she going, man? She just dipped. Come over here. Hey, she's on the south side of the canal. South side of the canal. The woman emerged from the water for a bit, running, then jumped back into the water again as additional officers arrived in the area. Eventually, the officers were able to pinpoint the woman with the help of some homeowners. Which way? Which way? >> She's talking to me. So, she just went in the backyard. Look at the bushes right there. Yep, I got Where Where is she at? I got one of them on my on the residence. Come on, with your hands up. Where is she at? Hey, there's a gator coming up. Yeah, she's in the water. She's in the water. Where is she? She's in the water. Just right here. Oh, dude, there's a big gator coming up. Holy And she's on it? Yeah, she's in She's in the water. In the water? Yep. Yep. She banging on my door. Female's back in the water. Can you see her? Yeah. Get the Come over here. It was a mistake. It was not a mistake. Come out. You're going to get eaten by gators. Hey. Yeah, we're about You're about to get you. We're about to jump in. The marine unit is going to grab their boat. I froze. I froze. She's in the middle. She's in the middle. Come on. Come on. Hold on. Let me get this. Step back. Oh, I got police [ __ ] I got police [ __ ] too. Hey. Hey, come No, he didn't want to get in there. Yeah, he did. I hope he didn't grab all these What's wrong with her deal? She uh She went from our staff to his building. No. Right here, right here. >> going to the other side? I'm going to the other side. >> her right here. Right here. It's shallow. Bring her here. >> Hey, hey, it's shallow over here. Bring her over here. >> Bring her here. Bring her here. There. There's somebody across the canal. We need officers over there to detain. Props to the officer who jumped into detain her in the water full of gators. He was able to bring her back to the shore. I'm not You know what I'm saying? I just thought I'm right here. >> Let's go. Come on. I can't move my legs in the dirt. >> Get the [ __ ] up. Let's go. My legs are not working. I can't. Well, how do you expect me to help you out? Come on. I can't. I literally can't can't move. Well, sit down right here. I can crawl up. Let me have my arm back. >> We're done talking. Can I have my arm back? No. Let's go. >> can crawl up, please? >> No. Use your feet. Help, I can't. I can't feel my legs. Use your feet. I cannot. You don't understand why I'm swinging my arms. I can't feel my legs. 1 2 3 He said he was going to kill me anyways. On your side. Down your side. Please. Ow. Can't pull the shorts out of my ass, please? No. Pretty, please? No. Ow. Just pull them out of my ass. Please. Don't tense up. Please. Ow. You're hurting me. >> Give us your You're hurting me. I can't. You're hurting me. You're hurting. I can't move. You're hurting me. A moment of self-control could have ended with nothing more than an inconvenience. Instead, it ended with criminal charges.
