I have done nothing. >> And by the look of her situation, it's safe to assume that she didn't know what she was doing. After all, if she knew it, she would have stopped and things wouldn't have gone this way. However, she's too entitled to arrogant to think that way. I was like, "THIS IS ANOTHER FOREIGN STATE. I DON'T KNOW WHERE I am." And I was driving and he PUL HE TURNED HIS lights on in California. You pull off of this freeway where it is safe. >> The Lord's back seat. >> You want to just wait for >> You pulling safe. You get somewhere where you're safe. And I am a safe single woman. I put my hands out after >> and you did exactly what I asked you to do. >> Exactly. And I said to you the reason >> I said you have to get out of the car. You said I'm not doing so because I'm not a criminal and I've done that. >> I never said you were a criminal, ma'am. I told you that you were speeding. >> All I was trying to do is catch up on cruise control. >> You were not. You were at the 18 pulled up behind me when we >> before that you passed me at the speed. I was on cruise control. Cruise control. >> Ma'am, is your ID Is your ID in here? >> Yes. >> What is your name, ma'am? >> I was on cruise control the whole time. >> Why would you bite me? >> I didn't know what I was doing. >> You didn't know what you were doing? So, you bit me. >> I didn't know what I was doing. >> It says before we ask any questions, you must understand your rights. We means myself or any police officer. >> Why you didn't do that before you grabbed me out the car? >> At that point, I don't have to read your rights. Okay. Now, if we ask you questions, that's what the rights are. After the EMS medically cleared her, she was transported to the station and charged with resisting arrest, assault on a law enforcement officer, fleeing or eluding, and failure to stop for an officer. The moment someone decides to run, resist, or fight, they give up control of the outcome, and the charges that follow are the direct result of those decisions, not police presence. Moving on to the next case, where a dumb woman tripped her own feet three times after running from the police. You're going to give me your license, your insurance, what I'm asking for right now. >> On February 12th, 2025, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle making an illegal turn. Here's what happened next. >> 331. >> Hello. >> Hey. What's going on? >> Hey, you did a no turn on red up back there. So, >> that wasn't a no turn on red. >> This was at 95th and Western. >> That wasn't a no turn on. IT ACTUALLY THE TURN. IT WASN'T even red. >> It was red. >> There was a car in front of me and it went green. >> I literally went live. >> I got a camera and I was also recording. All right. >> Can I go back to get it? >> Go ahead. Yeah. Go ahead. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You good? >> Yeah. I got different keys. Hold on. >> So, this is what we're going to do. You're going to sit in the car while we're doing this. All right. Where you going? >> I was coming right here to the wellness center. >> A simple traffic stop. That's all this is. However, this woman is about to do something really idiotic. All right. So, what what's what's going on? >> You're doing all this because of a right turn. >> Yeah, I I told you the problem caused already for the stop. All right. Um, so I'm going to have you get back in the car for right now. All right. >> You're going to give me your license, your insurance. Okay. We'll go. That's what I'm asking for for right now. Don't run. Got one running from me. >> I got her in the parking lot by asking Dun. Unfortunately for her, running from the police doesn't work when you fall flat on your face. >> Turn around, dumbass. >> Not yet. Give me one more unit. >> Turn around. >> Just stay here. >> Not angry. >> No, I'm not. >> No, I do not. >> Turn her up. All right. You're under arrest. leg is hurting. >> Okay, >> I'm turning around though. I'm not resisting. >> Put your arm back. >> I'm not resisting. >> Then stop doing it. >> I'm out of >> All right. How about this? >> All right. Give me >> my shoulder. My arm behind my shoulder. >> Give me this. >> That's all I was trying to do. >> All right. >> That's all I can get up. >> Okay. Okay. >> Talk to >> I'm not going to lie. >> Stand up. >> Walk to her car. >> Stand up. >> They're not to that car. >> Stand up. >> I'm standing up. I know the place. >> Don't match that car. >> That was the dumbest [ __ ] I've ever seen. >> Cuz I know the I didn't know officer. I know. >> You're on [ __ ] >> But my girlfriend those are it's going to go back to >> Okay, cool. >> It's just a different car. >> It's just a different car. >> Yeah, >> I know. We just put the plates took them off the old car. >> Do yourself a favor. Anything in the car other than the plates being [ __ ] up? >> No. >> Where's the keys? >> Damn. That pocket right there. >> All right. >> I got two keys, but one of them is in the pocket. If >> I go through the car, I'm not going to find anything. >> A little bit of weed. That's it. >> Okay, cool. >> It's in this pocket right here. My left pocket. It's a little bit of weed, maybe a couple bags of weed. That's it. My keys in the left pocket. Officer, I got two pockets. >> You're on the rest, so I can go in all the pockets. >> I figure we might be good because in the car >> there still at least. >> What's your ID in the car? Uh, I don't know. It might be. I don't know. It might not. It might. I don't think so. I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN IDEA. I GOT >> As she was sitting on the back of the cop's car, she decided to make things even worse for herself by slipping the handcuffs and trying to unlock the door. >> This is the problem. >> What? >> What are you doing? Trying to roll the unlock the door. >> I was What are you talking about? >> Step playing with you. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? [snorts] TURN AROUND. >> OH, >> REALLY? >> It's It's off. You [ __ ] idiot. >> One of them was checking. Check me. Please check my pocket. >> No, I ain't going through here that way. >> Check this. Y'all are sleeping. >> I was trying to get the lady window down to tell the lady to >> Oh, yeah. Where you reaching? I saw you reaching out the door, too. Out the window. Shut the up. Sit there like a good person and just go with it. You're under arrest. >> Yeah. See >> what you doing? >> I don't know, man. >> Nobody else was with her. >> This is literally just her. >> Yeah, a little bit. It's all right. I'll be off a month. [laughter] >> Hey, how many times you going to [ __ ] trip over your own feet on that chase? >> Three. fell there, fell there, and fell over there. Each one of those is a charge. You know that, right? >> What? >> Fallen while running from cops. >> No way. >> Yeah. Each one's a felony. >> A felony? >> Yeah. Run for falling on. >> Yeah. It's tripping while running from police. >> How old are you? >> Oh my god. >> Yeah. >> You know better. >> This is [ __ ] like >> I know. >> Um >> I got I got a baby. I got a light. Dude, I needed >> my computer keeps going out. >> I got to be picking them up. >> Hey Caleb, what's back? What comes back on this plate? >> It comes back to a minivan. A Chrysler minivan. I already know cuz we had the minivan. We crashed the minivan and we didn't have the money to get the place on this car registered. So, we just put the place off the minivan on this car. I'm not even >> You're going to the wellness center. That's why you're >> Are you pregnant, >> Chry? >> Hey, are you pregnant? >> No, I'm not pregnant. >> All right. >> No, I'm I'm kidding about that. >> Hey, but that feeling you feel right now, remember that next time you think about running from the police. >> That was some dumb [ __ ] >> The woman was charged with multiple vehicle infractions and resisting arrest. When you turn a simple traffic stop into a game of escape, the consequences stop being minor and start being permanent. Just when the officer thought they'd seen it all, along came a dumb girl who turned her horrible attitude into chaos. >> This is really weird. >> Don't [ __ ] do that. >> Don't kick YOUR >> You just bit me in the arm. On December 26th, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after noticing its registration had expired. Here's what happened next. >> I'm good. How are you? >> 11th and Elm with Idaho Nora boy 248. Hi. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Yeah, my friend was going to follow me back home. >> Okay. >> Um and now I completely lost her. So, >> who's your friend? >> Ray, why are you shining a flashlight on me? to see what you're doing. I like to see what's inside vehicles when I stop them. Reason I'm stopping you is your registration has expired since October. >> Oh >> yeah. Do you have your license on you? >> No. >> Autumn? >> No, I don't have my license on me. >> Are you licensed? >> I mean, [ __ ] >> And your friend was following you home? >> Yes. >> Where's home at? >> Pound lane. >> Pound lane. You're in Clarison? >> Yeah. I'm going to have to go back to the house. >> Okay. What? What? Why are you tripping? Just >> just cuz I was just passing a cop and of course they pulled me over. >> Well, why'd you pull over in here? >> Because my friend was following me >> and you got right behind her. >> I got behind you first. >> I know. Do you have entrance on the vehic? >> I do not. No. >> You don't? No. >> Okay. Why not? >> Because I don't have enough to pay for it. >> Huh? >> I don't have enough to pay. >> You don't have enough to pay for it? >> No license, no proof of insurance, and expired registration. This is not going to end well for her. And guess what? She also doesn't have brain. >> Okay. Is there anything illegal in the vehicle? >> Mm-m. >> Nothing. >> In the vehicle? >> No. >> Okay. Where were you coming from? >> I was coming from um his name is Cody's house. >> Still hanging out with Cody? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm sorry and I won't get another but I don't feel like what you guys did was exactly how I should have been treated in that situation. Just because you're police doesn't mean you can ask so far. >> Dude, you kicked my partner AND BIT HIM. >> I'M SORRY, BUT THAT is your brother. My uncle died and so did my grandpa. GO TO MY NOT EVEN AUTUMN officer I HAVEN'T listen >> to Autumn. In the end, she was charged with obstruction, two counts of thirdderee assault, resisting arrest, and knowingly possessing cocaine along with other traffic infractions. This stop shows how attitude can turn a routine paperwork issue into serious criminal charges. Expired registration and missing documents are traffic problems, not jail problems, until behavior escalates. Screaming, resisting, and fighting officers didn't fix a single issue. It multiplied them. Once someone chooses confrontation over cooperation, officers shift from resolving violations to controlling a threat. What could have been citations and a toe became assault charges, obstruction, and drugrelated offenses. The takeaway is simple. When you lose control of your behavior, you lose control of the outcome and the consequences grow far beyond the original stop. Let's move on to the next case where a woman turned a simple traffic stop into felonies only with her attitude. >> You picked the wrong cop today. Start recording. >> Do you have such an attitude? >> Put the cigarette out. Thank you. Put your hand behind your back. You mother. >> An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. What should have been a simple traffic stop will soon turned out to be much more chaotic. >> Lower this back window, please. Thank you. You're driving with no tail lights. >> You got to put the thing there. >> Yep. You have her driver's license. Yeah. registration, insurance. No one's wearing seat belts. That's safe. >> Pull the insurance up on my phone. >> Who's the owner of the car? >> I am. I got to put the insurance up on my phone. >> What's your current address? >> That one. I haven't been here very long. Been here like 4 days. >> 4 days. >> Yes. This is my address for sure. Well, you have two different addresses. Which is it? >> This one? >> Okay. Well, you just told me it was this one. >> No, I didn't. I meant this one on my ID as I was pulling it out. I didn't say that one. I said this one as I was pulling it out of my wallet. >> I'm asking you and referring to this one. So, before you go down the road of attitude, you cut it. You understand? You picked the wrong cop today. >> Start recording, please. >> You already being recorded. Audio and video >> on my end. >> I have a body cam. I'll take your driver's license again. I'll take your driver's license. >> Would you like my insurance also? >> Yes, please. And I'm asking the driver because he's the one operating the motor vehicle. >> So, I'm still waiting on the insurance, please. >> You're asking >> insurance? >> Yes, the insurance. >> The insurance is on her phone. >> And you really shouldn't be smoking with a baby back here. So before I take you >> before I take you to jail for for endangering him, I would suggest you >> It didn't take the officer long to pick up on the suspect's attitude. What really angered him though was seeing her smoking with a child in the back seat. And as bad as that was, her attitude still didn't stop there. >> That out cuz I will do it in a heartbeat. So put the cigarette out. >> Why do you have such an attitude? >> Put the cigarette out. Thank you. >> Did you just >> No, I didn't. Get out of the car. HE JUST GET >> OUT OF the car. >> Get out of the car. You just LIT A CIGARETTE OUT. >> NO, I DIDN'T. I PUT IT THE OUT. Get out. You're going to get sprayed. Get out. You're going to >> You're going to GET SPRAYED. GET OUT. Get out. You're going to get sprayed. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY? >> YOU'RE going to get sprayed. Hold on. Hold on. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're going to get tased. >> I'm called. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. Stop vide. >> Are youing serious? I am on the ground. >> Put your hand behind on your back. You mother [laughter] >> turn around. >> Turn around. >> ARE YOUING SERIOUS? YOU AIN'T >> LET'S GET SOME OTHER UNITS OVER HERE. Chaser to point. Are >> you serious? Get your hands behind your back. >> Very, very. >> That's a whole chain of bad decisions she stacked up herself. From giving the officer attitude to throwing a cigarette at him to resisting arrest, every bit of it was on her. Meanwhile, the officer decided it was time to arrest the husband, too. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. She made a bad move. Turn around. Hands on your back. What are you doing here? Sit in front of my truck. >> Sit in front of my truck. >> Sit in front of my truck. Sit down. Sit down. Feet out. Cross your ankles. >> Bad move. >> You can slow it down. Bamboo drive entrance. Put this cigarette. Screw it over there. Are you kidding me? >> I didn't flick anything at you >> right on camera. Okay. >> I didn't flick it at you. I >> knocked the car. I threw it over there. >> Stop. >> I flick anything at you. >> Is everybody else? >> Go that way. What are you doing? Go that way. So, you're under arrest. >> That's my son in there. >> Unhandcuff her and make sure she has no weapons so she can take care of her kid. >> Whose kid? Whose kid is it? >> It's m >> Okay. Someone responsible that can take care of that kid. Please. >> So, wait. She's the mother. >> I'm the mother. >> The one that was smoking in the car. Okay, >> that's a child endangerment charge right there. If she truly cared about her child, she wouldn't have done any of what she just did. And when the police searched her car, they were about to get a surprise of their own. >> Ma'am, stop. But driving further back into a neighborhood is >> where else am I supposed to go, dude? >> Ma'am, you're supposed to just pull off the road. >> Okay, but I didn't know where to go. I'm not >> So, what were you going to do? >> What do you mean? >> Just keep driving around. >> No, that I just parked here because I was trying to make it safe for everybody else. I just told you I saved someone's life on the road because they were parked in the middle of the street. >> Do you have a valid driver's license? >> Huh? Huh? >> Do you have a valid driver's license out of Texas? >> I do. >> Even though it's a simple request, she continued to argue with the officers as if she were in the right. >> I don't I'm not from here. I am sorry that I did not pull over right away, but I was trying to figure out where to pull over. >> I understand that. And now in your mind, >> I'm sorry that I didn't pull over right away. >> And now you just communicated to me that this officer tried to stop you whenever you were coming over the bridge. >> That's not true at all. >> All right. Whenever you came off the bridge, that's when he initiated his lights and tried to affect the traffic stop. >> Where to stop at that point? Are we going to talk about this or are we gonna >> I'm trying I'm just trying to make it clear to you that whenever you see lights, pull to the right and stop. >> Absolutely. On June 30th, 2025, officers responded to an airport regarding an intoxicated passenger causing a disturbance on the plane. Here's what happened next when the police arrived. >> Going to walk straight down the aisle. >> Yeah, you guys, please. The crew and the captain want to captain. >> They're going to do a witness statements and everything else. And if if she's going to cause an issue, you're going to be good with deporting the plane, getting everybody off. >> Yeah. Okay. >> You want to take >> where she's sitting at? Right where the agent is talking captain thought I'd like to speak to you. >> How you doing captain? So you want her off the airplane? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you able to go down there and tell her? >> We'll be right with you. You have to tell her first and then after that if she refuses we can arrest her for trespassing. >> She I don't know. I mean >> I don't think she's I don't think she's she's pretty safe. I mean, she knows. I didn't see her stumble on. >> I witnessed her stumble. That's what I'm saying. >> And she gave me a nasty attitude. So now we're not comfortable. >> That's what I'm saying. If you're not comfortable, then that's what it is. But I'm saying like to me, I don't think she's that like maybe she took medication. Maybe there's reasons. She's perfectly fine talking to me. And I get, you know, now she feels like everybody wants her off. >> Well, everybody does. So then that's it that she's refusing to come off. >> And um >> why was it an issue to begin with? Just so I have a story. when she was um here boarding on the lead and then she's boarding. She's standing there holding on to the door there and then stumbles on to get into the aircraft then stumbles down there. When I asked her if she was okay she gave me an attitude about it and when I asked her when she when she was seated she did not want to answer. >> So is that alcohol or is it a medical condition? Do we know? >> I don't know specifically. I don't really smell alcohol. >> She really can't walk because it could be a medical condition. She is she is speaking to me clear day. She feels it's a special now. It's a whole thing. >> So, we need to take her off if maybe if the officer holds on and ask her to come quietly. If not, then we're going to have to think it's either. >> Yes. If you want to try, >> but you guys don't want her. >> Captain has refused her travel. >> All right, Captain. Let's head down there. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Well, captain's refused her travel. I mean, you just got the 24F to the left >> with the captain and the officer. They then went to the woman to tell her to get off the airplane in >> my life. Have I gone through something like this? >> How you doing, ma'am? >> Hello. >> So, this is the captain of the aircraft. He's requesting. >> Babe, did I do something? Like, what is going on? I have never in my life experienced something like this. And as soon as I came on this plane, people were telling me to get off it. I'm not drunk. I'm not belligerent. I'm not nothing. And people are telling me to get off this plane and then you have the whole audience, >> right? That's not the perception that everyone else has, >> right? But what did I do? >> Are not comfortable. They're >> No, there was one flight attendant that said something to me. But what personally did I do? I've never been attacked this magnitude. >> She feels that you're under some kind of influence. She's not comfortable >> with you riding on the aircraft. So, am I making comfortable when I'm talking? You can only go by what the flight attendants, >> but I'm really being harassed and nobody's standing up for me. And I'm so sorry. >> No one's harassing you. >> I am being harassed because never in my life have I ordered a flight and people are telling me like, "Oh, you can't be on the flight cuz you're what am I doing? I'm I've literally >> Raise your hand if I did something to offend you." >> Ma'am, at this point, you have to come off the aircraft. >> Like, I literally did nothing. Ma'am, this isn't for Ma'am, this isn't up for this isn't up for discussion. >> You have to get off the plane. It's either you get off or we're going to deboard the >> Everyone on the plane was visibly annoyed by her drunken behavior. Yet, they still tried their best to get her to move. >> What did I do? >> I just need you to come with me. >> You don't understand what that saves a woman. Just come with me and we'll discuss it off the plane. >> So, do you have a carry-on bag? >> You don't understand what that means to a woman of color. No, you're making me get off a flight because I did nothing last. I'm sorry. >> I walk this line. >> If if I cannot control you on the ground, they cannot control you in the air. I need What's happening? >> Okay. I need your back. >> You have to come off. They're going to reook you. >> If you don't come off, everybody's coming off. >> It's not fair to the rest of the country. If everybody wants to go, just come with me and we'll pick everybody's just so mad and they don't want to have to come off. >> I'll carry your bag for you. Let me take your bag from you and I'll carry you. [ __ ] up that you guys do this to a woman of color. >> It's not anything to do with anything like that. >> So, why am I here? >> Because you're out of control at this moment and we need >> What did I do that was out of control? We're going to go now. >> Can anyone here tell me how does any other customers Okay, this is it. I'm not done. I'm done with this. Let's go. >> I haven't disrespected anyone. >> You actually are disrespecting a whole aircraft. So, please we're not arguing with you. >> I haven't disrespected anyone. It's just so disrespectful. >> You are triggering the other. >> We're going to All right, that's it. We're going to deplane the whole plane. So, it's your fault. >> Let's go. Okay. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Okay. That's it. All right. Let's go. This is the rest of her. After trying for a bit more, she finally got her ass up and off the airplane. >> I'm told you. That's fine. Like, you guys aren't delusional. >> You're just making a risk for yourself. >> But what did I do? I literally just walked on a plane. You haven't heard me say a piece. >> So, ma'am, at this point in time, >> listen. Are you going to listen to me? All right. So, they're a private business. They could deny you boring. They're going to They're going to rebook you. >> Has anybody here do anything? >> Okay. you keep travel. >> No, I never said that before her, but the girl directly in front of me keeps thinking and I never said anything. >> I'm going to get off this plane because get off the plane. >> Go. >> But you guys are weird. >> That way. >> Let's go. >> You go that way. >> No, you go. Let's go. >> You're disrespecting me like I did something wrong. >> Let's go. Please don't touch me. >> Let's go. You're going to be arrested for trespassing after. Come on. >> Trespassing on a >> Go that way. >> You're putting your hands on me. >> Turn around. Let's go. >> How dare you? >> Go. >> Please let me go. >> I'm not a criminal. Let me go. What is wrong with you guys? >> I literally didn't do anything and you guys are putting your hands off me. This is >> You're violating so many civil rights and you guys are just watching it. Oh my god. >> I'm not drinking. I don't drink. Thank you. So, we can do it. We're not going to let her travel. So, you can take her off the street. >> Go that way. >> It takes a whole kind of entitlement to make the entire airplane cheer when you get kicked off the airplane. As soon as she's out, the officer put her in handcuffs immediately. >> Here you go. >> Please put your hands off me. >> Get your hands off me. >> Get your hands off me. >> What? What the What the happening? You guys are just letting this happen. Why are you grabbing me up like this? >> What is happening? Why are you grabbing me up like this? >> I didn't. >> What is happening? You let this >> happen. What? >> Why are you grabbing me up? >> Why did you just do that? >> You got her. >> Yo, you just manhandled. a woman for what is happening? I'm not even moving. She's actually seen on >> I'm literally not even moving. You're okay with this? >> Why is driving these so much? >> You're literally urinating on the floor. That's not normal. >> I'm not urinating. >> You actually did. >> Come on. Let's go. >> I did. All right. You're actually going. Come on. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Where's 31? I don't want >> You guys are grabbing me up. Whenever by police officers, you're out of control. You should be ashamed of yourself. They >> just grab me up. >> They did not just grab you. It's videotaped. >> They grabbed me up. They did not. >> No, he's grabbing just grab all that. >> It could be whatever you're >> After securing her, the officers then escorted the woman to the squad car. >> This is the most disgusting thing I ever dealt with in my life. >> I mean, >> you're telling me I peed a little? >> YOU JUST PEED ON THE FLOOR. PETE, IT'S because three officers just grabbed me. It's not >> Why are you guys treating me so bad? Like I'm criminal or something. What's wrong with y? >> He's coming. >> Y I wasn't even belligerent on my flight and you guys are treating me like I'm the worst thing in the world. >> 24 hours. I'm just going to stop talking cuz I don't care about what I think. Really not a lot going on at Venezuela or whatever. >> I peed a little because four officers just brought you up. You're >> kill her off. Let's go. Come out and you guys can take her out there. >> We're going to go out this way. >> We're going to go this way. >> And then what? >> We're going to bring you to the station. >> So I'm going to a police station. >> Yes. >> For what? Let's go. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Got to watch yourself. >> Let's go. Come on. >> This is insane. >> Never in my life have I experienced something like this. >> In the car. >> And I'm supposed to go in this car with who? >> One of the officers >> and I'm supposed to trust the officer that has taken me somewhere. >> There's cameras everywhere. So, it' be really stupid for them to do something they're not supposed to. We're all wearing it and it's inside the car. very point everybody has doing things they're not supposed to do. >> Okay. >> So, I'm very scared for my life. Literally. >> Well, you'll be okay. There's cameras. There's cameras everywhere. >> I've literally never in my life that was something I'm doing. >> All right. Just have a seat for me. >> This is insane. >> I'm doing it because I have to and I have no choice. >> You want to scoot in just a little bit? >> Like, what the is going on? What the [ __ ] did I do? Right. >> The woman was charged with disorderly intoxication. Being drunk doesn't excuse being disruptive and public spaces have limits. If your behavior inconveniences or endangers others, authority steps in. And once it does, the outcome is no longer negotiable. Respect the setting, control yourself, or accept the consequences. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman who turned a traffic citation into a felony arrest. >> Pulled me over to do. That's why you pull me over. >> CAN'T DRIVE. YOU CAN'T DRIVE. OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> On March 20th, 2025, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a large fracture across the passenger side of the windshield. Here's what happened next. >> What do you mean? What's my problem? >> Why did you put me off? >> Because your windshield's broken. >> I know that. It just got broken. >> That sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. That's why I pulled you over. It's a valid reason. Where's your driver's license? >> You pulled me over cuz you had everything to do. That's why you pulled me over. >> Wmp. >> You're the registered owner of the vehicle. >> Here you go. Duh. >> Duh. Okay. You got full uh full coverage. What happened? How did it break? >> Uh, one of my children play baseball. I was at Davos. I was at the park, the Orange and Blue Park in Dville. They was playing at the damn thing. I had to go. >> I'm sorry that happened. That sucks. >> Yeah. Well, give me your ski moments. Okay. >> Hey, what's up with your uh license? >> Um they suspend it um on the 31st. Um I don't know why. Well, I had to get a SR22. >> Okay. I know. >> And then when I had to get a SR22, they sent me something in the mail saying that my license will get suspended. And the only way that I'll be able to get my heart shut in after a year after March 31st. [music] >> Okay. >> So, um I've been trying to figure out ways that I can by me having a job, how can I be able to get a hardship before? >> So, now are you still happen to have the SR22 or now they they told you? >> I don't know. That's the part that I'm trying to figure out. Do I still need to pay for my SR22 while they're secinged or what? Oh, so you got the SR22, then they suspended it, and now you're trying to figure out if you need to get a hardship. >> I'm not suspending until 31st. That's what >> on March 31st. Okay. March 31st. Got. >> So, I still have the SR22, but what the DMV told me to look see if I still needed to pay for the SR22. And to be honest, >> it's my first time going through this. I don't even know what >> what that is all the way. I know. Of course, I got teachers. So, I don't have any DUI, you know, none of that stuff. So, I'm still kind of confused on why they would be suspended because of course I know I get tickets. I know that I didn't have insurance the last time I got pulled over, so I couldn't bring something I did not think. >> Yeah. >> The officer then explained to her why her license was suspended. After attempting to cut her some slack with a ticket, the officer returned to explain she would still be receiving a court date. That's when the encounter took a turn for the worse. >> Well, what I can say, I've been in a situation like this before where I had to have the SR22 >> and it's at heightened insurance. it's more expensive. Um, this non-judgment suspension that it has on there, possibly there was a lapse in coverage somewhere and maybe a ticket didn't get paid, something like that. That'll usually happen. It'll cause the license to get suspended. Um, it's showing that it's currently not valid now. It's showing that it's not it's suspended right now. Okay. Um, it sounds to me like maybe there was just confusion for the 31st versus today or whatever. Can I look? Can I look you see the type here? So you can see the >> what it looks like to me on your is so this one right here is just slowly revoking it whereas yours was already suspended and it's suspended for the 17th. But it looks like this is saying that it's just completely getting revoked unless you get all that stuff taken care of. >> And that's what I'm saying. I turned it all of that. I paid all my tickets. [music] I turned in all of that stuff. So now I'm still confused on I got the SR22 what they wanted me to do. [laughter] >> Yeah. The bottom. did all of that stuff what they wanted me to do. So now I don't I don't know what else they expecting me to do. >> Got >> like I'm really confused. Like I did everything that I was supposed to do. So I don't be in predicament. >> Yeah. >> So I don't be in predicaments like this. >> But I really did care everything and I paid >> when I got my taxes. I paid everything to make sure that >> the toes it was one for pala that I didn't know anything about. I paid I paid everything. Nothing. It sounds to me like it was just honestly an honest mixup cuz it is showing suspended. I'm going to go see what I can do about it. Technically, when it's a suspended license, I have to give you a court date and it's a misdemeanor. Okay, >> that's if it's driving with a license suspended knowing. Okay, >> so that's So, it seems to me like maybe it was just a miscommunication. We thought it was the 31st, but it's actually it's already shown on the 17th. Okay. So, I'm going to go see if I can do something about that. All right. >> So, I don't even have nothing in the letter saying that this is the only thing. So, what I can what we can look at I'm going to look at and see if I can downgrade it to driving without knowing as opposed to driving while knowing. Driving while knowing is important. Okay. Driving without knowing is just a ticket. All right. It's just a ticket. You get it fixed at the DMV and get it all straightened out and then ideally they might be able to just, you know, take it off. Okay. >> So, I'm going to go see if I can do that for you. All right. Hang out for me. >> I did not go. >> All righty. So, here's the situation. >> That's weird as >> So, here's the situation. So, I do have to give you a court date. It's going to be on April 29th at about 9:00 a.m. You're going to want to call the Bradford County Sheriff's Office or excuse me, the Bradford County uh court. They'll be able to give you the specific time for the courts. Okay, there's that right there. I just need your signature right here. This isn't an admission of guilt or anything. It's just saying that yes, I did give you that. And instead of me taking >> I'm about to go to court. That's cuz Bradford just on some racist ass [ __ ] >> All right. So, instead of you going to jail, I had you do that. Okay. If not, it could be when it's in black and white right there that my license wasn't suspended to March 31st. >> So, it's suspended right now. >> So, here's what's going to happen. I just got to let you know. >> Don't yell at me. >> YOU CAN'T DRIVE. YOU CAN'T DRIVE. DON'T YELL at me. >> Get out OF THE CAR NOW. OUT OF THE CAR RIGHT NOW. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T DON'T touch me. Get off me. Get the off me. Get out. Get off me. Get off me. That was stupid and unnecessary. Her attitude turned this simple stop into this mess. Later, her cousin arrived at the scene. >> Wow. >> Your cousin. >> She's in the back here. >> She's in the back here. >> Can I just get her? >> No, she's under arrest. She's under resist for arising resisting as well as driving without a driving with a license suspended. >> She resisted. >> Yeah. >> Can I get her far? >> Um, I don't care. That shouldn't be a problem. >> Uh, I can get Where are her keys at? >> Can I see? >> I'll roll down the window for you to talk to her. >> She resisted you? >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. Oh, please. Sir, what happened with her leg? It's >> probably from her fighting. Do you want your phone in the jail? Do you want your phone in your property? >> Do you want your phone or do you want your sister to have your phone? >> 674. You can cancel, record, >> sister's going to go ahead and take the car. Oh no. I'm obvious. So what happened? Cuz I was just on the phone with her the whole time. >> She was given a ticket. Her driving with license suspended her court. >> It's it's suspended. She was getting ready to leave. She can't drive. And I TOLD HIM I SAID I WAS coming on. So here >> it's all on video. Got it off. >> Dad, you me help. Okay. >> You needed help if you want. >> I'm done with this. >> You can't even do nothing with me. >> Your mama. >> You can't do [ __ ] with me. You needed help from two other >> nasty Russ. >> All right. So >> So even though she had all her paperwork from the police, >> you still >> taking to jail is resisting. >> That's all you can do. >> So I don't understand. >> Going to do it right now. Here's the situation. You can drive the car. >> Okay, >> that's all that's going. She's going to be taken to the Bradford County Court. She should have first appearance first thing tomorrow morning. Okay, at that time they'll set bond and get all that other stuff figured out. Figure out how to get her out. Okay. >> As she was sitting on the back of the cop's car, she kept making the situation worse for herself by getting worked up. >> He better be glad I'm in handcuff. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Yep. >> What happened, >> GIRL? I HE TOLD ME CUZ I'm talking on the phone and I'm telling him it DOESN'T MAKE SENSE WHY I GOT TO GET A ticket if he read the paper black and white saying my license don't get suspended for till March 31ST >> PAID YOUR LICENSE >> I just paid all of this stuff insurance and everything. >> He getting mad cuz I'm talking on the phone. I'm aggravated. I'm frustrated. He telling me, "Oh, get out the car. Hey, >> he telling me to GET OUT THE CAR. WHAT AM I GETTING OUT THE CAR FOR? I NEED TO STRESS MYSELF. THE YOU TALKING ABOUT I'M DOING EVERYTHING by myself. WHAT DO YOU MEAN? I'm frustrated. I JUST PAID all this [ __ ] >> SIR, >> THAT MAN GRABBED ME. >> AND YES, I WAS TELLING HIM DON'T GRAB ME. >> You don't think that you would just? >> More than likely not. Especially with this situation where the fact that she's resisting and she wants >> So listen, if she resists you, what happened? She I'm saying you ask to get out the car and she resist you or not. Stop. You making it harder for yourself. Just stop. >> Hey, knock it off. Knock it off. [crying] Knock it off. >> I understand. >> She's under arrest. >> She's under arrest. >> She under arrest. >> She's under arrest. >> Are you done with this car? >> So this car? Yeah. She's going to take that car. >> Okay. Let her go take her straight to the jail. >> All right. I'll meet you there. >> All right. Can you grab the car and you're good or get someone to get it? Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> While on the way to the station, she kept on running her mouth, arguing and spewing out profanities. She even kicked the car. >> Why the DID YOU TOUCH ME? THIS IS YOUR FAULT. YOU SHOULD HAVE KEPT YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF. I DIDN'T DO [ __ ] TO YOU. I CAN EXPRESS MYSELF. I DON'T GIVE A I did get my jail and the jail's been a I don't care. I don't care. I don't give a >> Oh, is she going to need >> I don't give a >> I DON'T YES. YES. YES. CUZ I'M HURT CUZ OF YOU. I'M HURT CUZ OF YOU. I DON'T GIVE a >> 5674. She's advising she needs EMS. >> Stop all that. What is wrong with you? You're acting a fool. EMS. >> She's advising she'd like EMS. >> It doesn't matter, dude. You're throwing a temper tantrum for something you did. >> Okay. Well, look at what you did. I don't know what to tell you. >> And you spit on me, too. So, that's another thing. That's disgusting. >> You're gross. >> I don't care. >> I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. Hey. Hey. Knock it off. You want another charge? All right. You keep that [ __ ] up. When we get to the jail, you're getting tased. >> LET ME OUT. >> OKAY. All right. I'll let you out. Hang on. All right. So, EMS is here. I need you to act right. Okay. You going to act right? Are you hearing me? All right. Well, act right. Don't do anything stupid or else you will get tased. >> In the end, she was charged with driving while her license was suspended, resisting without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. You can't talk your way out of the law, but you can talk your way into more charges. When officers give you patience or leniency, your response matters. Keeping your composure protects you. Losing it guarantees consequences. Moving on to the next case where an entitled woman got arrested for lying on an airport's floor. >> I KNOW THE WHAT? WHY HAVE YOU NOT GIVEN IT TO ME? >> ON JULY 22ND, 2025, airport officers responded to a call at a southwest gate regarding a woman who was lying on the floor, refusing to get up, and was behaving erratically towards staff. This is what happened next. >> Ready, ma'am? Hey, how you doing? >> So, hi Uh, so I was uh Yeah, I will tell you before they die. >> That's why I'm talking. >> I've been on delay for however many hours you're going to look. >> No, you don't need to demonstrate, ma'am. Ma'am, why don't you get up for me? All right, ma'am. Can you stand up for I know I can get up. I'm going to show you. >> Okay, I get it. >> Yeah, you know what I mean? Here is the two passports to two countries because I have traveled to the fly. I'm going to hold on to hang out with my fourmonth-old granddaughter. So no I'm not all that. >> That's all right. That's right. >> So here's my >> New Zealand passport. Here's my Canadian passport. Here's my New Zealand driver license. They've traveled over a hundred times >> and paid on the floor. >> Okay. >> I get No, no, sorry. I get that it's a a public risk, but look, my flight is not to arrive until >> Okay. >> Uh 8:38 in the afternoon. Okay. >> 808 or 936. No, sorry. I can't just hang out on the floor. >> No, unfortunately. Can I just >> All of the I don't think >> No, you can sit down and see. >> Every single time I've been to the airport several times before where I've laid on the floor. It's never been a problem. >> Okay. But you're laying in the middle >> floor right here right now in front of everyone. >> Was she drunk? Because lying in the middle of an airport floor isn't something a sober person usually does, and even the officers seem to suspect the same. So, let's >> the middle. This is the middle. >> Don't you see that? There's a gate right there, ma'am. >> No, no, no. Ma'am, >> the middle. All right, let's calm down. >> All right, ma'am. Don't you think that gate right there, right there in the middle, people can trip over you? >> And so, they don't know how to walk around me. >> Yeah, but you're telling me everyone's >> No, sorry. Are you Is that what you're saying? Because people can't watch me walk around them. So I can lay right here like this first time ever. >> I'm boarding the mortgage behavior continues more don't want to rebook her. We can rebook her tomorrow but she won't even so at this point. What do you think? Just cancel it. Yeah. >> Wait for my flight delay for 3 hours. >> Well, I can smell a little bit alcohol. It's >> a matter of you smell. I have gotten gastric sleep. I can't believe I can't get up. Well, where where were you drinking at? Just >> hanging out. We're just hanging out over there. >> Uh, three guys. >> One drink. >> One drink. You have a good drink before you came? >> No. One drink. >> Okay. >> The funny thing is I am literally more self-aware than you are. >> No matter how many drugs I am, >> are you on any other drug? No. >> Well, you you know, I don't know if you're just upset cuz >> No, I'm just upset with the fact that I'm enjoying myself. Where have been several times flying out of this country, which I want to be here cuz I'm a Canadian. >> Are you Canadian? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm Italian >> and I'm Great. So, you don't want to be here? >> I like it here. I like >> be here because you have to be here. >> Yeah. Yeah. I like it. She wasn't. >> Okay. >> There's even a book right here. >> Physical and mental health. Oh, good. So, you study that stuff? >> Yeah. I literally am smarter than every person here. >> Okay. So, look laying here. >> I got it. So, let me >> get a safety risk if there are people here. No, >> I guess she wore the wrong crystal today. She should have worn the calming crystal instead of the sarcastic rage one. comes up. You're not allowed to sit here. >> Well, look, you guys have literally >> Let's put your stuff together. >> No, look at this. >> Look. No, look. Look. I've literally flown to Thailand. I've flown to everywhere else in the goddamn world and I've never been in trouble. I've seen my ass. >> So, just a little update, right? Your flight's been cancelled due to the way you've been acting. >> I don't care if it has. >> Okay. So, >> they are going to reimburse me and I don't care. Okay. Yep. We can get that figured out. But >> it doesn't matter actually because on the plus side, my sister was going to pick me up. She had a fourmonth old baby because you guys think I'm whatever the I was going to watch my fourmonth old baby or uh sorry, sister's baby. >> Now they give you a refund. >> I will see if I have to. But I need I need you to listen to me cuz the last thing I want to happen to me. The last thing I want to happen, >> you're going to send me to Delton cuz I will turn around and say my bad ass right here. Listen, we we don't want to do that. So, they denied you boarding at this point. We have to escort you to the Nazi. >> That's fine. >> If you can show me that train and take care of yourself, you can grab your >> ma'am. Grab your items.
