This woman hit multiple cars and kept driving until deputies intervened. >> So good. >> Do you hate me? >> I don't. >> Cops respond after reports of a drunk driver, but things escalate when they realize just how drunk she actually is. Take a look. >> The tow is coming to work this. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to go stand there and see what they got. >> Okay. So, uh they said they think they can push it off. Is that good if we just push it off? >> I'm fine I'm fine with it. Yeah, I don't know. I don't think so. Hey, I don't know if we got a double DUI if she hopped in after she got in a wheel right here. How you folks? Who was involved in the crash or witnesses? >> They're the witnesses. >> It says we didn't we didn't see the crash itself. >> Okay. Who saw the person driving the truck? >> Me. >> Male or female? >> Female. Oh, driving the truck was a woman. >> Woman. Okay, driving the truck was a woman. >> Oh, I saw >> The guy who just come in and he looked really weird. >> Okay, so the woman was driving. >> Yes. >> Okay, that's all I need to know. >> I don't know if they ended up switching or something. I doubt they were able to think that far though cuz they both seemed like extremely obliterated. >> Okay. Hey, they both said the female was driving. >> The female was driving originally? >> Yeah, originally. That's all I mean was male then they swapped, but she said >> Are they going to need her to do a >> I I don't know because she She has them driving the vehicle also on the traffic stop. I can figure it out when I get down there. So, >> But it's towards like uh >> Let me go down there and see what they have. Let me if If you have to, then I'll have I'll have one in the back. Yeah. I mean, white female no clothing I don't know. >> Okay, let's flush out these details real quick. So, yes you do have a hit-and-run misdemeanor, not committed in your presence, okay? And you got a witness that can place the driver behind the wheel, right? Operating a motor vehicle. And according to her, it was she was obliterated. I don't know how she was able to tell whether she was drunk like a skunk or not, but we're about to find out. And all you really need is their statement, right? And if she can describe her, great. If you can do a field show up, which doesn't normally happen in a DUI investigation. But you know what? I think it's a great idea. Let's find out. >> Um let me go down there and see what they have. I'll let you and Patrol know what we need. At any point the male was never behind the wheel? What you guys saw? >> not see him behind the wheel. No. >> Well, I walked up to the car. He tried getting into another car though. >> Okay. >> I walked up to the vehicle. I was on the phone with dispatch and they were asking me if there was any injuries. And so I went and I peeked and the woman was in the driver's >> If we needed to would you be able to if I drove one of you guys down there, would you be able to point her out if you ever stopped on the side of the road in case she's not willing to admit what she did? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'll let you know. >> Occupied by a white female. And a white male. Step out. Step out. >> Confirming a white female and a white male. >> 10-4 and it's possibly signal two. Copy. >> Possible signal two. >> She needs to put that on first. >> I Oh my god. So male. She got in the car. That's >> I'm sorry? >> Yes, she got in the >> Oh, 100%. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Do you see the situation you're in? Okay. Well, a vehicle actually several vehicles were struck, okay? You guys took off. >> No, not me. >> You're driving, correct? Okay, you're in the car, correct? So you guys took off, struck a guardrail, probably nearly hit several more vehicles. >> I didn't see her driving. >> Okay. Hurry up, step Put your bra back on and step out. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> We know. >> Hey, partner. Now, you got about 5 seconds before I take you out. Put her bra on. Yeah, it's upside down. Got to have at least a t-shirt, you know, and and at some point you got to ask her, "Hey, you know what? Put on your t-shirt." But, at the same time, I can't even understand what she's saying. I mean, that speech is like slurred first degree. Are you going to Okay, stop for a second. Are you going to put her bra on, yes or no? Well, I need you to help put her thing on. Here you go. All right, you got anything on you? Any weapons, narcotics, anything that's going to stick me or poke me? >> No. No. I don't want to see you naked. >> Thank you. Thank you, sir. I saw it on my way here. I was >> Baby, I need a shirt. >> Where's your shirt? >> In the car, honey. >> All right. It's going to take a second to find your shirt. >> He said also they almost tried to call you today. >> Yeah. Jesus. >> We got a guy in this car that I think you got hit. >> Not yet. And um I don't know if you saw from down there, there's like four cars hit hit the guardrail. Look at up here. There's like I don't know if any of these cars got hit, but I don't know where to begin right now. I'm just >> Baby. >> Do you need medical attention? >> No. >> Okay. He doesn't need a 54, they're good on injuries at the Chickasha. I don't know about the injuries on Seminole Woods, though. All right, come here. Come here. No, come here. You can hold it. >> I can't breathe. >> Just hold it. Come on. What do you need? >> I want to see you if if she's okay. >> She's perfectly fine. She's sitting there. >> No, I mean, being arrested is not perfectly fine. >> Okay. >> Is she being arrested right now? >> Did you see the situation we're in? >> I'm asking. >> He's asking. >> He's asking if she's being arrested. >> Is she being arrested? And you can smile. It's okay. >> I can answer that for you. Yes, she is. She's being arrested for hit-and-run with maybe luckily with no damages, right? No injuries and driving under the influence. We're about to do the standard a sobriety test if she can perform it, right? Because it seems to me like she's impaired and sir, you might be impaired, too. >> So, am I allowed to go? Please like free myself of >> You have to use the restroom, correct? >> Yes. Got it. That's That's it. So, am I am I allowed to do that? >> I think we're >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Once Once Once that's done her as as far as speaking as her. >> Mhm. >> Can I help her in any kind of way? >> I can I I'll explain it to you, yeah. Um if you want to go, go behind the vehicle that way nobody's seeing you. >> And after you explain it to me. >> I sure will. >> I don't Listen. Listen. >> Back up. >> Back up. You have the right to remain silent and anything you say may be used as evidence against you. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her with you now or at any time during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. If at any time you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questioning will be stopped at your request. Do you understand these rights? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you want to just move the rocks a little bit? >> Maybe we can go this way. I don't >> Can I stand right here? Okay. I'm going to check your eyes, okay? Keep your feet together. So, stand with your feet together. >> Charlie 223 >> Like this? >> Charlie 223 Can you notify the sergeant? >> All right. I'm going to check your eyes. Keep your feet together and your hands at your sides. Just like that. Keep your head still and follow this pen with your eyes and your eyes only, okay? Do not move your head. Okay? Can you point to the tip of the pen? Can you point to the tip of the pen? You can point. Good. With your finger. We'll begin. All right. So, now we're going to do the walk and turn, okay? So, you see this line right here? >> Yeah. >> Watch it. Yeah, go to the back. Okay? Stand with your feet together, your arms by your side. All right. What you're going to do is you're going to place your right foot directly in front of your left foot with your heel Before let me explain something. >> Just call it. >> All right. So, keep your feet together while I complete the instructions. Don't move until I tell you to do so, okay? So, put your feet back together. Put them like this. Okay, we're calling it. >> And rightfully so you should, right? As I'm watching this and I just think to myself, you know, what? That's probably not the first time she's done this, you know, meaning get all drunk like that and get behind the wheel and start driving. It just sucks. It's sad, you know? It it it really uh I guess the kids nowadays call it cringe. I I really do get a little worked up about these uh DUI type of breakdowns that we do and you know, we'll cover all that in the uh on the final wrap-up. So, >> Why? >> All right. >> I want to drive home. >> Yeah. So, you want your phone with you, right? >> Yeah. >> And it's in the It's in the fishing bag in the front? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Keys are on >> And what else? What else do you >> I want to call my mommy. >> Your phone and what else do you need? >> I want to call my mommy. >> Your phone and what else do you need? >> Mommy. >> Okay, let's wrap it up. Final thoughts. First and foremost, big shoutout to Flagler County Sheriff's Office. That female deputy was probably learning. Looks like she was conducting like maybe her first DUI or maybe she's just starting to do DUI investigations, you know, the SFST and all that good stuff. So, shoutout to her. Shoutout to everybody for being professional, respectful, and all that good stuff. Now, the biggest lesson of them all is be responsible, okay? When you go out having a good time drinking with all your buddies, your family and friends, and all that good stuff. But, you know what? Make better decisions. Be responsible enough to know that, you know what? You cannot get behind the wheel. You are putting a lot of lives in danger, including yours, okay? Hope you learned something. Up next, I'm looking at how a teen passenger shoots an Uber driver six times. >> I think he shot me in the right side of the car. >> He told me he shot the Uber driver three times. Did the Uber driver die? >> Yeah, six times in the torso. >> Six? >> But, that's over on my second channel, where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay, so Marina was charged with the following: driving under the influence with property damage, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, and last but not least, driving without a valid license. Now, her breath test results showed a 0.25 BAC level, which is more than three times Florida's legal limit. However, there is no further information on the outcome of Marina's charges.
