This entitled woman thinks she can argue her way out of an arrest and then threatens a lawsuit when she doesn't get her way. Just so that you know, you are a pond. Do you want to lose your job because I'm going to 10 million dollar lawsuit with the Sarasota County. So leave me the [ __ ] alone. Deputies respond after a woman allegedly punches her boyfriend. Things quickly take a turn when she refuses to cooperate and argues that officers have no reason to arrest her. Take a look. My girlfriend had a confrontation with a few girls like she's been drinking a lot. More than a little bit a lot. Your girlfriend punched you in the mouth? Yeah. Or someone else punched you in the mouth? My girlfriend. You right there? You right there? All right. We're just waiting for you. What happened? She was 17. What do you mean what happened? You okay? Yeah, I'm good. Do you need EMS? You look you got a little cut in your leg. You're bleeding. Yeah, my friend she had just like acting a little bit crazy. Don't touch it. Don't touch it. You don't want to dirty it up. No, it's okay. Fine. How long have you all been dating? Uh about a year. A year? Do you all live together? No. Do you need EMS to look you check you out for that? I mean what do you think? I'm fine. It's up to you. Honestly like I don't know if I want to press charges right now or give any information. Just want to talk to her. Is there a reason that you're here right now? Am I like concerning people? Uh yeah, you're being detained because you punched your some girl in the face up front. No, I didn't. I did not punch a girl in the face. Okay, that's what we're being told so you can't leave right now. Uh I did not punch a girl in the face at all. Okay, so what what did happen? Uh literally nothing happened with the girl and literally have not punched a girl in the face at all. Okay. You can check the camera footage. We will. We're not going to act on anything without Yeah. investigating, okay? It seems suspicious for sure. What's your middle name? I don't need to give you any information right now. You have to You are you You actually do have to identify yourself. No, actually You have to You have to identify I did I did I identified myself. You guys are What's your last name? You want to look me up? You guys are under an investigation look you up if I don't know who you are. You're the suspect of a crime. Before you interrupt me, you guys are under an investigation for multi-million dollar lawsuit with police department. Okay, how much have you had to drink tonight? Two coronas. All right. Okay, there you have it. Two, it's always two. And I get it. I know that I've had comments where they say, "Hey, they can only remember their first and the last one." Which is two, yeah? But for whatever reason, you know what? When you decide to get drunk and the police show up, you always tell them two drinks. Now, let's get back to action. We seem to be having a two-step controversy at Joyland. The fact that the boyfriend's like, "You know what? I don't want to press charges." What we don't know if he's the PR person reporting or the RP the reporting party. My thinking is who called 911 was from inside the bar, right? It's got to be. But we have a lot of investigating to do, and you can tell right now with her attitude. What do I always say in prior videos? If you're new to the channel, it's all about the two A's and the two D's. Your attitude, your approach, your demeanor, and your disposition. That's how this is all going to go down. So, if I were you, I would cooperate. Let's see what happens. What's your name? What's your name? You're going to look at my arm? I hear You have a body cam on? Yes. I see a flashlight. Do you have a camera on? I have my body camera on. So, why did your girlfriend hit you? She had a lot to drink. Okay. There was a few girls that smiled at me, waved. She got confrontational with them. I don't really want to put her through the whole legal system. She's wrong. I'm just going to break up with her and be done with her and like let her What's your last name? You guys have a multi-million dollar lawsuit Are you going to give me your name? I already Who you that. I know what first name is, I need your entire name. I already told you all of that information. No, you didn't. You said your name was Carmen. What's your middle name? Yes, I did. Go ahead and look me up. You guys are in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with me with the police department. We'll go get her name from the Because you walked into my house And we kicked her out. She came up and just like punched me right in the face. Like right in the mouth. Like I was freaking seeing like kind of like I don't want anybody to go to jail. Like I think she's drunk. Who said that I would that I punched him in the face cuz that's a lie. Like pull the body camera footage. Okay, what did you do after she like why are you bleeding? I just went to go meet my friend and she was like, "We're going inside." And I was like, "Okay." And I walked right here. Yeah, and then you jumped into a random girl's car and tried to take make her take you somewhere. I didn't drive. I have no vehicle. jumped into some random girl's car and asked her to take you somewhere. No, I have no vehicle. All right. Well, we'll find out who you are here in a second. Don't worry about it. I To my I literally What's wrong with what? What's wrong with you guys? I've been through this game before. You guys are in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with me because of um usurping authority over me, because of um negligence, because of breaking the law. Just so that you know, you are a pawn. You're a pawn in the story. Just so you know. Oof. We're the pawn. Carmen. Can you just let us know your last name so we can go ahead and run you? Ask them for the video camera footage. You say you have probable cause, I get it. Ask them for the video footage. Ask them if I did anything. I don't want to mess with this. Taking this in the state of Florida because you've been dating for an extended period of time. If you don't mind, I'm going to start recording. Go for it. Go for it. No offense to you, just feel like being a police officer. Yeah, no, go for it. It's all within your legal right. I'm recording, too. I believe with you to go get the video footage. I believe I don't care what you believe. Go get the video footage, get probable cause that I actually broke a law, and then come talk to me. I'm dead serious. You guys are in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with me, that's over $10 million dollars. In April. Okay? This is a game. They are playing a game with you. You are a pawn, just so [clears throat] that you know, you are a pawn. And I respect police officers. I respect them in my whole life. I've done events with you guys in Portland, Oregon and lots of other places and I have had police officers there with me. They are intimidated because I have actual probable cause. They broke into my house and had no authority to be there. They had no body camera footage and they assaulted me and they called a dog on me when I wasn't resisting arrest. That is why you are here today, because somebody apparently lied about me and said I assaulted somebody. Go get the video footage and ask if somebody actually assaulted me. I knew exactly what you guys were doing when you did it. I don't think we can classify this like end it with her or or be the guy. I don't want to be responsible for sending her to jail. Drunk or not, drunk's not an excuse. I understand. Yeah, I don't care how much you've been drinking. I'm still without my conscience, you know what I mean? Say she never been arrested. This is me a wake up call to her. They're like, "Oh, maybe I should take not Well, she's been arrested multiple times for assault. Okay. Ask them for actual evidence. Ask them for evidence. You've seen nothing. You're going off of what you are told, just like they did before. Ask them what you are told, because if you don't, I will sue you like I did everybody else. I'm not threatening you, but I will sue you like I did everybody else. You will end up losing your job. Not because you're not a good police officer, but because they care about their money. Ask them for the video footage. Okay. Go ahead. Cops get threatened to get sued all the time, okay? And then she says, "Hey, you know, go get the video footage." Even if there is no evidence of video surveillance to prove that, hey, you committed a battery. You know what? We're going to investigate, turn every single stone, and go ask. We have a lot of witnesses, or else why would someone call 911 unless you're the culprit? She said I assaulted her. I got a prison for probably a year. Is that hers or what what the hell is that? Yeah, it's her hair. She has extensions. One of them came out. Okay. I'm swear to you. I swear to you. They gave me nine tickets. They tried putting me in jail. They gave me nine tickets when I had no criminal record. I have had no criminal record. They tried putting me in jail because my fiance was the president of the Republican Party and he [snorts] hate people. Go ask them. Ask them for actual footage. Ask them for any evidence that they possibly have. I'm dead serious. Ask them. And then you are more than welcome to arrest me on probable cause, but until then you have no probable cause. Okay, so what are we here for today? Uh you guys are here apparently because of what he told me, which is that I assaulted some girl in a bar, which is a lie. I don't want to be held responsible for her like 10 years in prison, you know what I mean? That's not your fault. She said I punched you. I know that. Are you here with your friends? I'm not here with anybody right now. No, I'm not. Yeah, my friend she had just like I just wanted to go meet my friend and she was like I have literally no girlfriends here. Pushed the BS button, for sure. And then you got the boyfriend talking to the uh other cop or the other deputy, I should say, and he's like, I don't want nothing to do with this. And you know what? I'm not here to give like dating advice, by no means, but you know what? If she's got a criminal record and she's been arrested before, you might want to might want to throw the red flag, you know, like time out, hold the phone for a second. So for somebody to say that I assaulted them is a lie. It's Joyland. Go ask them for the video footage. Like I'm like literally, what is wrong with you guys? Go ask them for the video footage. They can pull it. It takes 2 seconds. I have so many friends there in business. I'm an entrepreneur. Go ask them for the video footage. It takes us what? 20 minutes? 30 minutes? [clears throat] And if you're wrong, they're going to come after you. When I sue, everybody is going to come after you. Seriously, I didn't I literally did not assault a single girl tonight. Ask them for the video footage. Now that he's figuring out that oh, she's going to jail, he's really just backing up on it. He's like, "I won't talk anymore. I won't talk anymore." And would you be willing to let us take a picture of your what? No? Okay. All right. Do you need anything else from us? I'm good. Okay, good. Have a good night, yeah. We don't just You're not detaining me because you have no proof at all. We don't just harass people for no reason. So, you called us over here. You don't. And you have no right to detain me. You haven't ID'd me, and you have no reason at all to detain me. I am not unintelligent. You guys have no reason to detain me. You have not ID'd me, and you have not proven that I have broken any crime. So, leave me the alone cuz I know Sorry, I'm so sorry, but I'm not fighting against you. I'm fighting against the system and I know exactly what they're doing. And here he comes to step in. You have no right to detain me. You have not ID'd me. You have no proof of anything at all. I'm going to read you this before I talk to you. No, you're not reading me Miranda rights because you do not have any legal reason. Do you want to lose your job because I'm in a $10 million lawsuit with the Sarasota County? What does it look like the other person say? Look at the video footage and ask them what I actually did. Her boyfriend says that she hit him in the face. Look at the video footage and say what I actually did. Okay, well, you don't want to talk, so we're going to go off of what you Is your boyfriend the person in that Republican Party? Is it the same person? No. No. Okay. Is this your actual boyfriend or just a friend? I don't know who you guys are talking about, so I I literally have no idea how to answer that question. We're going to go this way. He got to you or lose your job just like everybody else. I'm in a multi-million dollar lawsuit with the Sarasota County Police Department, just so you know, and you're report. Yeah, we're not Sarasota County. You're North Port? No, do you know where you're at? Um, no. I can't No. Oh, well, this is my jurisdiction, yes. oh, okay. Is that the guy? I have this I don't have a boyfriend. You want to check my texts on my phone? That's fine. That's fine. I got a good ass attorney. Subpoena the texts on my phone. I have no boyfriend. I don't know who the hell you guys are talking about right now. You're not searching me. Well, you're under arrest, so you're going to get searched. You're not searching me. What are you basing You are not searching me. A woman can search me, but you're not searching me. And did you get a positive? For her? Did you get Yeah. No. No. Well, she don't want to identify herself. You have no identification on me. And you're literally You don't even know who just asked you questions. You don't even know who just asked you questions and you are trying to detain me. You're not searching actually serious? Do you know that he's been arrested for several several things? Look up Washington State. was she charged with? Look up what he did 9 months ago. Yeah. Then he tried to get We're here for what happened tonight, not 9 months 9 months ago. For what you heard happened tonight. You have no proof. You have no probable cause. cooperating, so we're going to go with what we're reading from. This is not a matter of not cooperating. Wow, you guys are not doing your job. You guys are not doing your due diligence, are you? I'm going to call [ __ ] on that. Do you know what? They're doing their due diligence just fine. I really think they are. Carmen, look, with all due respect, you just keep going back and forth and yap, yap, yap. And you're talking and talking and talking. Can I get your last name so I can run you? You are just a bunch of punks. Make sure you have your videos for the John Doe sexual assault in the city. Wow, guys. Wow. Like seriously, you have actually no probable cause to arrest me. You have literally nothing at all. You have no idea I'm not on anything. It's a sticky bra. I have a I didn't hear anything you said. I'm I'm on drugs. I've done nothing wrong. Can you take off your She's not cooperative. She's not cooperative. I'm not They made allegations about me and they lied about me. a pawn Did he confirm the relationship? He said he'd been dating for a year. That's fine. Let them prove that in court. There's no witnesses. They have zero proof. They're accusing me of something I didn't do. So, they want you to find somebody that's a witness cuz they have nobody. And they're trying to accuse me of a crime that I did not commit. I would like to leave jail with my shoes on, to be honest with you, but maybe you can bring them with me and all my other information. Show me the camera footage before we take you anywhere. Just stay quiet Take some photos of me. No, I'm demanding that you take some photos of me before you arrest me. For all my injuries that you claim that I have. Oh. Oh, no. Hell no. I've done this before. No, I know my rights. Take some photos I don't care. If you think that I'm detained, you are young and you don't know what you're doing. Take some photos of me before you detain me. You're taking photos of me. Please watch your head. I am not resisting arrest. Take some photos of me. We're going to take some photos. No, take some photos. Watch your legs. No. Did you guys see what happened? I did. Her and the boy that she was with, uh, they started arguing and she started pushing him and so our security jumped in and grabbed her by her shoulders while trying to walk her out. She was fighting back with our security, uh, pushing our security. The guy was still inside and she ran back up to him and said, "You." And then decked him in the face. Okay. Is there a camera that catches that angle where it happened? No, there is not. But you saw it happen. see it happen, yeah. We had, uh, multiple people that saw it. But then, did they tell you about how she ran out back, ran into somebody's car as well? Yes. That's how I found her. She ran to a random person's car and asked for a ride and they told her no and then Oh, and like actually got Yeah, she jumped into somebody's car. and got in and locked the door. Yeah, she offered her $100 to give her a ride home. She's going to be banned from, uh, the facility. Have you ever trespassed anybody? Okay, so you're going to explain to her that she can't return a year. If she returns, she's subject to arrest. Okay. I have to explain that she's going to be subject to arrest. Well, just tell her she can't go back for a year. If you don't want to explain the arrest, I'll I'll explain to her the criteria for the trespass. If she talks back, it is what it is. Hi, so you're no longer going to be allowed here for at least a year, okay? If you come back, you're subject to arrest within a year. You understand? Yeah. Okay. Ask her what the relationship Can you check the camera footage? Ask her what the I can definitely ask. I can definitely ask. Yeah. Ask her what the relationship is. Ask her about the text messages. Ask her about the text messages. We're going to have a fun ride up to the jail. Oh, this is one of those cases I just blast music. Song of choice. Yeah, let's see. You got to be a DJ sometimes because she's just going to I mean, she's going to tell you everything that happened 9 months ago. She's going to tell you about the lawsuit, right? And you're a pawn. Don't forget that part. Look, what I don't seem to understand is and maybe you can help me understand is it why do you think that she's saying I don't have a boyfriend? My thinking is, you know, she doesn't want to throw him under the bus, you know, because she did, according to the boyfriend, battered him, right? Straight punched him. I mean, you got evidence. And by the way, you're inside the bar, which I'm sure there's a lot of cell phone video, a whole bunch, right? And that's going to be up to uh the detectives to do a follow-up investigation. I'm not going to be petty about it. Give them their song of choice and take them out. Where is the person that accused me? With the other deputies. If you don't do your job and I sue them for millions of dollars like I'm already doing, you have literally no legal right to detain me. You're not detained anymore. You're under arrest. You have no idea who I am. We'll find out. So, what's your uh what's your full name? You guys have no legal reason to detain me. Yeah, we do. No, you don't. You have literally no legal rights. Do you want us to explain why you're in handcuffs right now? me to give it to you the hard way because you guys are under a multi-million dollar lawsuit with Okay. Well, that's okay cuz we're in Muncie County, so that doesn't really matter to us. If you're going to identify yourself, it's going to be another charge. Do not make it harder for yourself, please. We're trying to help you out. Guys, I'm I'm like literally begging you. what I'm saying? You need to give us your full name. Do you guys realize that I was the I was the girlfriend of the president of the Republican Party? Do you realize that I know my rights? Okay. What I'm telling you guys Can you listen to me? honest evaluation Mhm. Literally tell me exactly what I did. And And prove it to me. You have no probable cause at all. Okay. Because what they are saying what what whoever is saying is a lie. And you know, you know Do you know what happened? You were there. No, I don't know what happened. No, I actually don't know what happened. No, I know what that somebody is lying about me. Okay. Holy crap, you guys it out for you, is that right? You don't want to identify yourself? If we don't have your ID Then you are getting sued for millions of Shush. If we don't have your ID, then you sit in jail until we can find out who you are. I don't care about your Yeah, and let me stop there because in terms of procedure and process, right? In the state of Florida, you don't ID yourself, that's like an automatic charge. Unfortunately, in the state of California, it doesn't quite work out that way. With that being said, when you're at the grave bar motel, right? You can actually go ahead and dab us, is what we call it, right? Fingerprint, right? They have an automated system that's going to tell you exactly who you are. And unfortunately, and sometimes we have to wait until we do all that just to ID who you are. And as you can tell, it's not easy. It's never easy, especially with someone who appears to be under the influence. We talked about this, right? When you're drunk and you're yapping, you know, you can't and uh quite comprehend this whole entire conversation, so. threats, because the fact of the matter is that look at my arm. I spent a month in jail while they illegally called the cops out on me because they walked into my house and they usurped their authority over my second amendment right and my fourth amendment right and my sixth amendment right. And they're in a multi-million dollar lawsuit. If you actually want to look up information on me, then I suggest that you actually do your full research. know how to because you won't you won't give us any information. Exactly. Uh-huh. Because I'm not stupid. You guys are not only not making sense, but you're not even looking at the facts of the matter. What what county did I grab you in? Look at my arm. What county did that happen in? I don't need to answer any of your questions. Look at my arm and Are you going to work for yourself? Oh, no, I'm not. That's a threat. And you guys are making it worse for yourself. You have illegally detained me. No, we haven't. I have no identity on me. The reality is that you guys don't have a video on me. Good luck with that. Stand by real quick so I can put the seat belt on her. Sit back real quick. I'm going to put the seat belt on you. Let me talk. I'm not Okay. Let me I need to put No, Carmen, no, no, no, no. We're we're not talking anymore. Let's just uh enjoy the ride to a free reservation to you know where? The Great Barbe Motel. The seat belt on you. Can you let me put the seat belt on you, please? Thank you. Let me let me talk for a second. You said that I was detained because I assaulted a woman. Yes? Nope. That's what he said. It's on video footage and he said that he had a body camera. What's your over there? lying? She just got up and she's trying to find something on uh multi-million dollar or whatever. Is there a specific song you want me to play song? on the way to the jail? You're not going to play a song. You're going to let me use my freedom of speech. This is on camera. Yeah. Do you want to put your boots on? I don't have boots. I have them with I have them in the front seat. So, are you wanting to drop charges? You don't want the anybody to proceed with the case or what do you want to do? So, my lieutenant said that you have to wait until state attorney gets a hold of you. So, they'll be able to drop charges essentially. It's not going to be up to us. So, with the state, okay? Okay, let's wrap it up. Final thoughts. Like always, first and foremost, big shout out, okay? Like a major shout out to Manatee County Sheriff's Office. These deputies, spot on, man. Great investigation, your demeanor, professionalism, and your toleration level, right? Is way, way up there. But, what I will say is even though she's just, you know, yapping and telling you this whole story and this, this, and that, you know, you maintained a level of respect and you continued on with your with your duties and responsibility, which is fine and all, but lesson of them all here is the fact that when you go out drinking, right? Especially at the Joyland or anywhere, you know what? Learn how to control your alcohol, okay? I don't doubt that she did batter, you know, a couple of victims in there and she got all pissed off and angry and just went off and she happens to have that type of anger issues. I don't know. But, you know what? Let's just hope that Carmen gets better, okay? Hope she gets the necessary treatment that she needs, okay? So, that we don't go to Joyland again, call 911 and here we go again, okay? Please be safe out there. Up next, I'm looking at a suspect who unleashes bear spray on eight officers. You're going to get dog, [ __ ] Show me your hands. Stand back, I'm a United States citizen. Keep them coming. Keep them coming. I already assaulted a bunch of officers, buddy. But, that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay, Carmen was already on parole for a previous battery on a law enforcement officer. And now, she's facing a new battery charge along with that parole violation. Unfortunately, there is no other public information as to the outcome of these charges.
