It's shocking how far some people push their luck during a traffic stop, thinking the cops will eventually just give up. Spoiler alert, they don't. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for some broken windows and cops versus [music] dumb as Karens who got window busted during a traffic stop. Starting with this woman who immediately stripped as the officers were arresting her. >> Ma'am, put your hands on the dashboard. >> Keep your clothes on, ma'am. Stop doing that. >> Stop. Stop. What are you doing? >> It's October 15th, 2024. Officers conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign. But this case proves to be anything but routine. >> How you doing, man? Officer Rodriguez with the Orlando Police Department. Your vehicle. >> You got my license registry. Oh, I remember this guy. Okay. You got to stop at stop signs. Okay. >> What stop sign? Stop. >> Okay. I'll just write you. >> I'm going to take you to court. >> That's fine. That's your uh that's your right to do so. Okay. >> But it seems like >> Ma'am, you got a license on you? >> Ma'am? >> No, ma'am. No, sir. I'm a minor. >> How old are you? >> 19. >> I'm 18. >> So, you're not a minor. You're an adult. >> No, but I don't want to talk to nobody. >> Okay. We're not wearing a seat belt, so I need your ID. Seat belt is broken. >> Okay. It's still illegal. So, you could have sat in the back. I need your ID. >> I need your ID. It's plain and simple. You have to be wearing a seat belt in the front seat. >> How can I? >> You can write me that citation. >> Well, she would be getting a citation. >> No, you can write me that. >> No, that goes to the passenger. >> I don't know. I don't know nothing safety issue. You could have sat in the back if the seat belt's bro. >> I don't even know. >> Okay. I don't >> Okay. Unfortunately, you could have switched to the back. So, I need your ID. >> I need I need I need your ID. Are we going to keep going back and forth or I have to take you to jail for resisting? It's it's that simple. >> I'm giving you a lawful command for you to give me your ID. >> I'm not a pilot. It's not even my >> It doesn't matter. You're not wearing a seat belt in the front seat. >> Write me the citation. >> Ma'am, >> that's my shirt. Sorry. It goes to her. You're making this a lot harder than >> She's not driving. You pull me over. >> I don't have nothing to do with this. Y'all making me >> I'm okay with that. >> Ma'am, I need you to identify yourself. Okay. >> Sir, okay. I'll explain it to both of you at the same time. Okay. Crime did she commit? She's not wearing a seat. >> Are you going to let me explain or keep talking over? >> Yeah. >> Just two minutes in and both of them are already showing an outrageous level of entitlement toward the officers and the cops aren't having any of it. >> You're going to step out of the car. >> Write me that. I don't have to get out the car. >> Yep. You're being difficult both of them. >> I gave you my license registration. >> So, I'm I'm I'm educating you. Okay. >> Okay. >> The least you can do is give me your ID because it's required. >> Where is the case loan? Who did I >> Pennsylvania versus Ma'am is the case law. >> It's very cut and clear. If you're in the front seat, you're not wearing a seat belt. You can go you get a ticket. You're required to identify yourself. >> I'm going to get a ticket for even if I identify myself. >> No, it's a ticketable offense. We use our discretion to give you a ticket or not. But you have to identify yourself. >> Okay. Because if we're going to write a ticket for somebody, >> but are you >> right? We have to know who they are. What's that? music >> as it were with how things >> don't hit my >> probably going to get a ticket. >> I need your right. >> Both hands on the steering wheel while you're I'm going to have you step out. Both of you are stepping out of this car. You first. You hear me? Nope. You're not doing whatever you want. >> I'm a free man. >> I'm a free man. I don't. >> The victim card comes in many forms for Karens. Some scream their lungs out, others get violent. But the woman in this case, she decided the best course of action was to strip and cry, hoping the officers would halt her arrest. >> Oh my god. Can you call my mom, please? >> No, I'm not calling out right now. >> I don't know what's going on. I'm getting I'm in fear for my life right now. >> Put your hands on the dashboard. >> I'm in fear for my life. >> Put your hands on the dashboard, ma'am. Put your hands on the dashboard. Keep your clothes on, ma'am. Stop doing that. >> Stop. Stop. Ma'am, what are you doing? Put your clothes on. Put your clothes on. >> Ma'am, you're going to get pulled out and we're going to put your clothes on you. Stop doing that. [screaming] >> Stop doing that. Stop doing that. Put your clothes on, ma'am. Put your [screaming] clothes on. >> NO. GRAB the stop. >> Call my mommy. Call my mama. Call my mama. [crying and screaming] Stop. Stop. Stop. >> What are you doing right now? What are you doing? >> Come on. Put your clothes on. >> Cover up. [screaming] >> I want my mama. >> Stop. Put him under. Y'all arrest me for nothing. We didn't do nothing. Put your bra on. >> We didn't do nothing. Put your arm on. Come on. Come on. We didn't do nothing. Hey, we didn't do nothing. >> Put your arm to your sleeve. >> You didn't do nothing. >> After giving the cops a strip show nobody asked for, she kept the chaos going, arguing with them, using a string of gibberish excuses. >> Okay, let's do this. >> Let's put your jacket on. >> Out of the car. We didn't even do nothing. >> Put your zipper [clears throat] on. >> It's hot. >> We're going to cover you up because you felt the need to take off your clothes for no reason. >> Hot and y'all trying to pull us out THE CAR. OUR BED WAS GOING TO TAKE OFF our shirt and y'all put Now you're going to be covered up. >> Nothing. You're going to be covered up and you're going to be detained. That's it. >> For what though? >> Because you're failing to identify yourself. >> I gave you my ID. He has my ID. >> Does he have it? >> Okay. >> Why am I getting pulled out of the car? He has my stuff. >> You're just detained. >> We can traffic stop. >> Why though? >> Stand there. >> In Florida, we could ask any opport [screaming] What are you doing? >> Turn. >> Yeah. Uh, drive the door. >> It's so hot. I hate BEING OUTSIDE LIKE THIS. >> You're doing the most right now. >> I hate being outside like for no reason. I don't >> I don't even >> I don't like >> You failed to identify yourself. You failed to identify yourself. >> I was standing at the window. You failed to identify. I don't want to talk. >> You need to identify yourself because you're not wearing a seat belt. >> You're not wearing a seat. >> I never heard that though. I never heard that. I identify myself. >> Then we we are the law enforcement officers. Weident we educate people on that. We don't give tickets and arrest people for no reason. >> I don't like talking to THE POLICE THOUGH. I DON'T LIKE talking to >> then. All you got to do is listen. >> Not me. I'm not the person. >> All you got to do is listen. Like I don't like have anything to do with everybody. >> That has nothing to do with it. This is ridiculous. has nothing to do with it. You're throwing out excuses for no reason. That has nothing to do with it. >> After this, the officers move the woman to the squad car. >> Do not call my mama, please. >> Not at this moment. >> But can you call my mom? >> Not at this moment. >> This is ridiculous. I don't like being stopped for no reason. Y'all stop THIS CAR 50 TIMES AT ONE MONTH. >> Why do y'all want it? >> Write it. Right. Write something. >> You can't see nothing. I'm familiar with a plane view doctor. And I'm glad I never been in it. This my I swear to God I'VE BEEN IN IT TWICE. >> BRO, this is ridiculous. Y sat. >> Damn. I have really bad anxiety. I GOT ME OUT HERE IN THE HOT SUN. I'm burning up for nothing. >> I'm telling you, I don't consent to any search of the seasons. >> I'm just letting you know. >> Huh? >> Burning up. >> Is he running or not? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Judge one. >> Does it count as the base? >> Stand up. We're going to get you out of the heat. >> Count the base. >> It does count as total base. >> Judge wants to base. >> Where am I going? >> We're going to walk to this car. >> Where am I going? >> I'll explain it to you when we sit inside the car cuz you're hot, right? You want to get you AC? >> Yeah. >> Um, so here's the deal. Okay. Um, you're going to get arrested for resisting without violence. Okay. I gave you multiple plans for you to give me your ID and you didn't give me your >> I gave you my ID. Sir, I have we I sat there. >> I sat there multiple times giving commands. >> And what else? And what else? What am I getting arrested for? >> Resisting without violence. I just told you, sir. No, please. I can't. Please. I I did not pull away from you though. I didn't do I didn't do anything. >> It doesn't need to be that. It is. >> But I gave you my stuff. >> It took way too long. >> But I gave it to you within what? 5 minutes. >> I'll talk to you. Okay. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> I didn't do anything. Please tell them before they take me. I don't want to hold you on that thing and then I'll talk to you. >> Just watch your feet. Okay. >> The man was released right there after being given a ticket. The woman, however, after searching her belongings, the officers found marijuana in her purse as she was transported to the station and charged with resisting without violence and possession of cannabis. Moving on to the next case where this woman showed what not to do when police ask for your license. >> I need a license. >> I'm going for you. What is your name? >> I need your license right now. >> I don't have my license. >> Are you refusing to buy your driver license to me? >> Stop touching it. >> It's October 9th, 2025 in Florida. An officer conducts a traffic stop on this vehicle for speeding through an active school zone with unbuckled children. M. Here's what happened next. >> First of all, >> you're doing 31 and a 20 and both of them are not buckle in. He's standing up. >> Yeah, I told him to sit down. >> All right. Well, I need your license. Um, you got to wait cuz let me go inside. >> No, that's not how it work. >> I don't have it on me. >> That's not how it work. I don't have it. Do not touch me. You just touch me. No, you just touch me. >> I need your license right now. >> You shouldn't be doing that. >> I need your license. No, you just you just touch a female. >> I need your license. I'm going for you. What is your name? >> Officer V number. >> I need your license right now. >> I don't have my license. >> Are you refusing to buy your driver license? >> Yeah. >> All right. Put your hand behind your back. >> You're not touching me. >> Your hand behind your back. No, I'm didn't refuse. I said I'm going to put my kids right then. Stop touching me. Stop me. Do not touch. No, >> YOU JUST TOUCH ME. [screaming] Get out. You just touch and my kid has >> Stop. LET ME GET UP. I GIVE YOU MY LICENSE. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND your back. >> Let me GET OFF. >> YOU L JUST PUNCHED ME. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK >> BECAUSE YOU TOUCHED ME. >> WELL, that was dumb traumatizing your own children like that. I mean, it's not like she sets the best example for him to follow anyway. Also, the nerve of using your own children as an excuse. >> You just touch Let me get up. [screaming] I'll get I'll put my hand to my back. >> Let me get up back. I'll give you my life. >> We're past that point. >> I didn't refuse to give you my >> Yes, you did. You said you refuse. >> Let me I said, "Let me put my key." >> No, that's not how it works. You don't do this. When I give you an order, you do it. Okay, sir. But you TOUCHED ME BEFORE ANYTHING >> CUZ YOU WERE WALKING AWAY. >> I WASN'T WALKING AWAY. I got down. I was bringing my kids to school. >> THEY LITERALLY HE [screaming] literally poisoned me. The children he didn't let me bring the children inside. Can I get up at least? No matter how you break you my you push me before anything. >> While the officer secures the woman, school staff step in to remove the children from the vehicle safely. >> Hello. >> Hi. Sorry. That's mom's stuff. This is the >> pull me baby everyone else out. You good, man? >> I got punched. I'm seeing her flying by the school zones. >> 31. I clock her at 31 and 20 and both her kid as she runs right by they were standing up. They not buckle in nothing. >> Okay. >> So I led her up in front then she pull in and parked. So I got here and she got out say I got to take my kid to school. I was like that's not how it works. >> No, she's in the car. So she started from here. She got out kind of walking. So I put my hand right here trying to stop her. She said oh you don't touch the female. So she say I'm going to report you. And then I tell her I need your driver license. So I don't have it. I don't have it. Say are you refusing to provide your uh drive license? She says yes. So then I go point is resisting. >> Yep. >> I'm trying to go tain her as I'm going like this. >> She swings. >> She swing. So I grab I brought her down. >> She's going to he's got you. So he's got your whole thing. So we're just here making sure you're okay. >> Did you put it on the ground or anything like that? B >> Yeah, I have ticked it down. >> Okay. >> So it's a use force. >> The officer then came to speak to witnesses about the situation and they gave him a completely false statement. >> Are you okay, ma'am? Do you need medical? >> He literally touched me. That's why he's trying to be >> okay. That that wasn't my question. Do you need the fire department? She don't do nothing. She don't do nothing. No. Witness the entire thing from the start. >> Uhhuh. >> Are you willing to provide a sworn written statement of what happened today? >> Can't you just love how the witnesses are all, oh, he pushed her for no reason and [clears throat] then suddenly don't want to be involved when the officer asks him to provide a sworn written statement. I guess they don't want their lies to be written on paper and held against them. Now, back to the woman who just slipped out of the handcuffs. >> Okay. She doesn't even have cuffs on. Step out. >> Yes, I do. I have them. >> Step out. >> They hurt. He tried hard. >> She had her cuffs all the way off. So, we just readjust. We put them back on on her. >> Did you talk to her? >> No. No. I didn't ask any question. Ask her if she needs some medical attention. She said she's on traffic. >> Okay. Hey person. >> Hello ma'am. >> All right. So I'm Sergeant Rush. Reason why I'm here, I'm not investigating why you got pulled over, but I'm investigating the the part where it was a confrontation, the the response to resistance. That's what I'm here for. So can you first of all, are you okay? You need medical or anything? Okay. So can you explain to me what happened? >> Um I was coming in from school and I was telling my kids, "Sit down. Sit down." But my two kids, they have autism. >> Okay. So they don't like want to sit down. I dropped him and then I didn't know there was a cop out of nowhere. He comes and follow me when I'm turning in the school. [snorts] >> And he don't I parked cuz I didn't know he was pulling me over. So I parked and he turned on the light. So I got down >> and um he got he got down running to me and pushed me to the door and I was like, "What are you doing? I'm just bringing my kids." And he was like, "Oh um can you give me your license?" I was like, "I don't have my license at the moment. like in in physical I don't have it on me >> and he didn't even ask me for my name nothing he just pushed me to the floor and just >> that was it and since he hit me I pushed him like hey stop >> and that's that was wrong >> that I did but I apologize but he pushed me first and I told him do not touch a female when I'm not doing nothing wrong to you >> by chance do you know your um driver license number >> my be >> my license is but do you know the number by chance >> what spin it 927 tickets. >> Okay. So, as of now, you are going to be arrested. >> Yeah. >> For multiple offenses and you know, the driver has a suspended license and battery on a Leo. >> What do you mean? >> Battery on a law enforcement officer. >> I didn't touch it. >> Okay. >> So, that's what you're being charged with right now. >> Ah, suspended license. That's why she acted that way. Well, she sure knows how to make a bad situation worse. After this, she was taken to the station and on the way she complained about her leg pain which forced the cop to take her to a hospital where she did get medically cleared. After that, she was finally transported to jail. >> Hello. >> What the going on right now? I got she getting picked up by my mom, bro. >> Yeah, cuz they stopped me. >> What happened this morning? >> I'm walking. They stopped me the other way. >> They pulled you over. Why? Why? >> Cuz I was driving. Um you ate a stop sign. >> No, he said I was going 30 uh miles and then since I don't have a license >> and I I restricted what I and I smacked the cop. >> Why would we smack our cop? >> Cuz he grabbed me first. He shouldn't be grabbing me. I was just grabbing my son. He thought I was going to fight him or or or run off. So that's why he grabbed me and I that [ __ ] got me mad. You know I don't you know I don't like it zero zeroto zero bond. So I might stay here. >> She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, resisting without violence and driving while license suspended or revoked. Her bond is set at $7,000 which she later posted. When the state formally filed charges, the charge of resisting without violence was dropped. She initially plead not guilty to the remaining charges. However, she later reached a plea agreement, changing her plea to no contest on the charges of resisting with violence. As part of that plea deal, the rest of her charges are also dismissed. The judge withheld adjudication on the charge of resisting with violence, and she was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation along with 75 hours of community service, attending an anger management class, and no hostile contact with law enforcement. She was also ordered to pay $716 in court costs and fees. Moving on to the next case where this drunk woman gets her window smashed after refusing to cooperate. >> This is your last warning. Get out of the vehicle or I'm going to break the window. >> It's June 26th, 2025. Cops conduct a traffic stop on this vehicle that nearly struck a cruiser after making a reckless turn. Man, here's what happened next. >> Good sir. Hey, you can roll the window down for me? >> No. >> Okay. Well, then you need to step out of the vehicle. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, this is a traffic stop. >> For what? What crime? >> For multiple different IVC violations. If you roll your window down so we can talk. I'm officer MC called Bloomington Police. I'm wearing a body camera. Okay. There's several reasons why I'm stopping you. Number one, you don't have a front license plate on your vehicle. Number two, you failed the signal 100 ft prior to your turn. Number three, when you turned off of Morris right in front of my squad car. Now, I don't have to repeat it for you on your camera, okay? I'm repeating it on my time. You can't even figure out your camera right now. You went over the middle line. Okay. Give me your license and your insurance, please. So, class, what does she do when confronted by the fact that she had just committed multiple traffic infractions right in front of a cop? Well, she pulls her phone out and starts scrolling as if nothing happened. Lady, googling your way out of a traffic stop ain't going to work. >> Right. I do. >> I have a right. >> Okay. Give me your driver's license. >> You don't need to tap. Give me your driver's license or this window is going to get busted in. That's what's going to happen. >> Okay. >> What did you just tell me what's going to happen? >> I said if you don't listen and give me your driver's license >> and step out of the vehicle, the window's going to get busted in. Absolutely. Pennsylvania versus Mims is a Supreme Court case that requires you to exit the vehicle when demanded. And I'm demanding it. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. >> Are you going to give me your license? >> My license? >> No. Give me your license. Okay, we're going to play this difficult. All right, guys. She's refusing to get out of the vehicle and won't roll her window down. So, we're going to bust it. >> This officer is all business and she's about to find out the hard way. >> You going to get out of the vehicle? >> Are you going to get out of the vehicle? >> Get out of the vehicle. >> I haven't done it yet. >> You're under arrest for obstructing. Get out of the vehicle. >> Are you going to get out or do you want your window busted? You're trying to make a big scene and it's your fault for not exiting the vehicle >> with a car. >> You're in a car and you've made multiple IBC violations and now you're not identifying yourself with a driver's license and you're not providing insurance and you're not stepping out of the vehicle. >> I will give you my >> Get out of the vehicle now. Okay. Are you going to get out? >> Ready. >> Explain. >> Nothing in my car. >> Okay. Get out of your vehicle. >> This is your last warning. Get out of the vehicle or I'm going to break the window. >> You are bullying me. >> Get out of the vehicle or I'm going to break the window. Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. I warned you when I was >> I warned you. >> Out of the vehicle. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Go and cover her up. >> A foreseeable outcome. Let's hope her drunk butt learned something after getting that window busted and being dragged out of a car. >> Are you surprised at what happened? >> I warned you when I was going to break the window. >> You're a bully. >> I warned you when the window was going to break and I told you what would happen if you didn't get out of the vehicle. You've been told everything that was going to happen from the very beginning. >> You're No, no, no. You are on a traffic stop. You are required to give your driver's license. >> You are required to give your driver's license. Do you understand that? >> You are. >> No, I'm not. >> You haven't even identified yourself. >> What you're doing is illegal. >> Okay. >> I have nothing on me. I haven't done anything wrong. >> Roll this way. We're going to check you. >> All right. She's good. Okay. So, I'm going to have you sit up and then stand up. >> What the >> Okay, go ahead and step back here. You are under arrest. You >> kidding me? >> No. Don't look at me. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay, go and stand right here. I'm going to check your pockets. >> I don't have pockets. >> You do? You're Why are your pants not even Get back here. Where are you going? >> You are in custody. You are under arrest >> for what crime? >> For obstructing at the very least >> and probably DUI. >> Get youring hands off >> and now resisting. You're adding charges. Knock it off. >> God. Get your hands off me. >> Absolutely adding charges. Get your hands off me. >> No, you're in custody. That's not how this works. You couldn't listen to simple commands earlier and now here we are. >> B, I got a goddamn constitutional right. What you're doing is unconstitutional. Oh, find out. You got to >> pocket right there. Just the coin pocket. After searching her, the officer then asked her how much she had to drink for her to act like that. >> Wrong. >> Okay, perfect. >> Also, don't listen to a problem. >> Yeah, I know. It's like knock out too cuz I should submit to a man, right? >> I don't care if it's a guy or a girl officer telling us what to do. You need to listen. >> I didn't have You didn't have to pull in my car like that and bust my window out. >> Man, how many opportunities did you want me to give you? Are you a toddler? How do you want me to count to three? I told you like what 12 times. >> How many times did I tell you what was going to happen? Was it a surprise to you? >> A toddler? >> Yes. You can't listen to simple instructions. >> Oh. How many times did your mommy hurt you? >> Okay. What is your first name? >> D I D E A N A. Last name is Knight. K N I G HT. If you would like my social security number, I will give that as well. Joyce. What's your name? >> My middle name. 9981. >> Okay. Is your driver's license in the vehicle? >> No, sir. It is not. >> Are you driving without a without a driver's license on your person? >> I have a driver's license. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> One busted out window and drugged me out my car and threw me on the ground. >> Yes. Cuz I >> What he's asking is how many alcoholic beverages have you consumed today? after you drugged me out of my car and busted out my window. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. >> I'm pretty sure that's illegal. >> Before that. >> Okay. >> How many drinks have you had before that? >> Oh, yeah. I know. Because now you guys have everything after you drugged me out of my car and busted out my window. There is nothing in my car. >> You have any eye problems or abnormalities? >> Any eye problems or abnormalities? Okay. >> Yeah. with people who have power issues. >> Okay. >> All right. >> I don't think she's willing to do field. >> Really? >> All right. Um >> the rescue >> here. Rescue. Come out. >> Okay. You're taking away all of my rights. >> You're in custody right now. >> You're taking away my rights. >> Stop. >> Somebody I have a me bully me. >> Nobody's trying to bully YOU. YOU'RE TAKING AWAY AND TELLING US WHAT we're going to do. That's not how this works. >> Do you understand? >> Me. >> Nobody's me. >> I'm fooling you by your bicep. >> You don't have a right. >> You are under arrest and you keep resisting and walking. >> What am I under arrest for? Number one, resisting. Number two, obstructing. Okay. And you've got a slew of traffic charges on top of that. >> No, I don't. >> You do. >> Where? >> Citations. I'm going to write them here in a minute. >> Show me. >> I will show you every single one as soon as I write them now. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> You want to write them now? I have nothing. You have pulled me over illegally. >> Okay. >> Can you hand this way so I can take pictures of me? He's going to take pictures of your leg. >> Get off of me. >> Turn around. >> Get your hands off of me. >> Cuz every time I let go of you, you just try walking away. >> Get your hands off of me. >> Stop. >> Yep. >> Pulling me some more. In the end, she is charged with DUI, resisting arrest, failure to signal, driving on shoulder, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to possess or display a front license plate. Moving on to this next case where an entitled cop's daughter turned a simple traffic stop into a broken window. >> I'm just trying to be >> I don't I also know my rights and I don't think I have to. >> You do. Ready, >> sir? No. No sir, please. I need a supervisor on scene. >> Officer, I need a supervisor on scene. >> It's November 3rd, 2023, Ohio. An officer on patrol notices a vehicle making an illegal right turn. So, here's what happened when the officer conducted the traffic stop. >> Hello. Um, so the reason why I stopped, you made that right turn from Pearl to Bagley. >> You met at the red light and I'm not sure if you realized Oh, you almost struck me. >> I apologize. No, I do not. >> Okay. You got driver's license on you? >> I actually don't have any uh going up to work. I didn't bring anything today. >> No big deal. Stay down here info. >> Yeah. So, I I'm not really used to serial. >> So, where you heading right now? >> I'm going back home. So, I'm going to go back home. >> Where's your job at? >> It's not right there. So, uh it's >> Is there anything illegal inside this vehicle? Who smoke weed in here? >> Uh, it's just my car. >> This is just my car. >> So, nothing illegal. >> Can I look inside? >> I I apologize. I was just heading home. Like, I really I really didn't know that like I can't turn around there. I'm 100% aware of it now. >> The reason why I messed is cuz I do smell weed. I apologize. >> And I I really didn't mean to. Like I I had no idea. I'll be super aware of the intersection from now on. >> Um >> I'll be way more confident. >> Do me a favor because we're going to cause traffic back up here. Can you just pull into that street right here? Just make a right. >> Sure. >> All right. >> With suspicion of her driving under the influence, the officer then moved her to a better place for further investigation. >> I appreciate that. It's just um safety wise, traffic safety wise, excuse me. Um, so yeah, that's that's the reason why I'm asking is because I do smell weed. Obviously, I'm not if if there is some in here, you're not going to get cited or anything for it. >> Like a roach or something like there might be something like that, but I don't >> I don't know off the top of my head. >> I got you. Yeah, like I don't we don't site no more for those. >> I just >> I just my only concern is if there's anything else other than that. That's why I'm asking you. Is it okay if I take a look? Well, this is what I got. This is what I got. >> But that's not what I'm asking. >> Uh I mean I prefer not to like because I >> So based on that I could just so you know. >> Okay. I'd prefer if you didn't. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you based on that >> I understand. I'd prefer if you didn't. Like again I'm super sorry. It was seriously it was just an accident. Like I I really didn't mean to. >> I really I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I get it. >> I get you trying to get home. >> Really bad day like as it was. I was supposed to go to the office. People weren't there. I just I'm trying to get home. I I really didn't know that inter. >> All right. Here. Come on. Step out. >> Take a break. >> Huh? >> Please come. >> I have not written you anything. I'm just trying to be >> I don't I also know my rights and I don't think I have to. >> You do. So, don't make it hard. >> I really Please. I just want to go home. >> I'm asking you to step out nicely. >> I'm asking you to step out nicely. So far, she's playing nice with the officer, hoping that she can get away with this stop. But as soon as she learns that things won't go her way, she flips a switch and she goes from cooperation to entitlement. >> I'm officer 732. >> Come on out. >> 3222. >> Yeah, if he not tied up, he'd want to swing by. Hey there, miss. >> Hey there. Okay. Hi there, miss. >> Can you talk to me now, please? >> One moment, please. >> Okay. >> I uh I have to like marijuana. >> Um I accidentally took off your uh companion there. I >> kind of used to the area. >> Okay. >> I was aware of the grand closer. >> Okay. >> Pull me over the marijuana. >> Yeah, >> I have to search it. I'm comfortable with that. I have to pull over. >> Okay. So, now what? >> Um, I'm not comfortable in my vehicle. My dad car out as well. >> Okay. Well, I can smell the marijuana, too, as I'm up here. And I So, >> it is. So, if an officer tells you you have to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. That's a lawful order. Okay. So, >> that's not true. >> I'm I'm being very nice and patient. my name badge number really quick. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. If you comply with me, I'll give you whatever you want. But right now, >> comply with anything that I don't officer in the law, badge number, sir. >> Oh, are you a sovereign citizen? >> I would have to know your name and badge number. >> Patrolman Venus badge 722. Okay. >> Okay. So, you've been given a lawful order to exit the vehicle three times by me. Okay. >> This is the first time you've actually. >> Okay. So, >> can you please exit the vehicle? >> I would like to wait. >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> I would like to wait. >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> Yeah. I would like >> Can you please exit the vehicle? >> I'm not. >> Okay. So, >> you have to exit the vehicle. >> And if your father comes here and interferes with a traffic stop, things could get a lot worse right now. If it's just marijuana, I'll be honest with you, we do not we do not sight for marijuana. However, it is probable cause for church and we will need to seize that because you cannot have that legally. >> I would like to wait. >> Do you understand that? >> Yeah, I would still like to wait. Okay. >> Can you please step out of vehicle? >> I would still like. Instead of complying, she continues to stay in the car despite the officer telling her to just step out. The cop then gave her a last warning before taking action. >> Okay. If you continue this, you're going to be arrested for obstruction. Okay. >> And that'll give them a lawful arrest and we can deal with that in court. >> Good luck with that in court. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you've been given a lawful command. I did it seven times in a row. Okay. Or eight. That was eight. Well, I also have my rights and I have a lot of >> Okay. Um >> Yeah. Great. Great. Fantastic. >> Are there any firearms in the vehicle? >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, listen. I'm going to tell you if you do not comply, if you do not get out within the next 30 seconds, I'm breaking this window and you're being drugged out. Do you understand that? Do you understand that? >> If you do not comply, I've given a lawful order for you to exit the vehicle 10 times. If you do not comply within 30 seconds, I will break the windshield and drag you out of the car. Do you understand that? I don't think I can make that any more clear to you. You must exit the vehicle. Okay? You can post this. You can think you're cool posting it on the internet. You are wrong. You are wrong. Okay? So, you must exit the vehicle. >> You can peacefully exit the vehicle. Yep. >> Scared. >> Well, I feel >> this is all this is all on you. Okay. >> I'm thoroughly scared. >> On the scene, >> refusing to >> with this woman still refusing to cooperate. The officer has no other choice but to break the window and pull her out. >> Okay. I'm going to break the window if you do not exit the vehicle. >> Officer, I really I need a supervisor before you take those kind of extreme measures. >> Sir, no. No, sir. Please. I need a supervisor on the officer. I need a supervisor on the scene. I need a supervisor on the scene. >> We got one. >> I need a supervisor on the sea. Hands behind your back right now. Hands behind your back right now. Stop resisting. Stop resing. Stop resisting. Let me get this out your hand. >> I'm not letting go of that. >> Okay. I'm going to put on top of the car. >> I'm thinking you are being recorded by three of our cameras. >> And now you're under arrest for obstruction. How's that? Huh? That's what you wanted, right? >> After securing her in handcuffs and moving her to the squad car, a supervisor arrived to talk to her as her request. >> So, I'm the the supervisor of the shift. Um would you like to talk to me about what happened? Okay. So do you understand each of these rights that I have explained to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? And especially as the last one said, if you don't want to answer a question that I asked, you just don't have to answer that. Okay. So, can you explain to me what happened and what led to the situation that that is here now? >> Um, who's this officer who just walked by? >> Gentleman, the ball captain. >> Yeah. >> Um, he's the one who initially pulled me over. Um, I apparently accidentally cut him off. >> Okay. >> I'm not familiar with that intersection. Was unaware that it was um it's actually my father right there. >> Okay. >> Was unaware that that I turned right there and I just started recently working with him. office. Um, >> okay. >> Uh, he's crime investigator. Um, been criminal justice for over 30 years. And so I was actually out there doing some work. Uh, I had to head home. Didn't realize I made a mistake. Uh, the officer in the ball cap or got the Yeah, the officer in the ball cap was the one who was um, pulled me over. Initially, I didn't realize I made a mistake. He did say my car smelled of marijuana. I was like, "Okay." Pull over here. I did. Um, he called me back up. The second gentleman there ordered me out of the car and was confused as to why. Uh demanded that I get out of the car. I told him I felt scared and unsafe and proceeded to bust my window out. >> Okay. >> And now I'm handcuffed in the back of a cop car. >> Okay. >> Very unaware of exactly what I've done wrong besides accidentally turning red light on accident. So, um >> I'm very scared. >> Okay. >> And I'm very uncomfortable. >> All right. Um, I'm very upset about my car. Uh, I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to turn red. I'm sorry. I I would have gladly taken a ticket for smelling like marijuana. >> Like, I didn't know I did anything wrong. So, I'm very shaken right now. I didn't know I did something and I just wanted to go home. I want to go see my kids. I want to go see my husband. I don't want to be here right now. >> So, in the in several things in the state of Ohio, a traffic stop is a detainment. It's a tra a traffic law is a law. So when you're pulled over for the police officer, you have to abide by what the police officer is asking you to do. >> Okay. >> Browns, there are stipulations and things like that. I'm educated enough to know >> if an officer Okay. Even Even without the smell of marijuana, if you pull over and an officer asks you to step out of your car, >> that's not true. An officer that pulls you over has the legal right if they believe that you're making >> any fertile movements, any fertive movements or anything to search the driver's side area of the car. That would mean removing you from the vehicle to do that. Okay? >> So, you have to have plausible. >> In this particular case, marijuana is still legal or still illegal in the state of Ohio. It is not legal. So, if an officer smells marijuana in your car and then they ask you to step out because they need to search your vehicle, it's a probable cause search based on the smell of marijuana. >> Smell of marijuana is not a probable articulate cause. >> It is. >> Okay. >> Okay. See, that's where you're mistaken. And the place on the side of the road is not the place to argue that. That would be in the court of law. >> I just trying to go home. I accidentally cut somebody off. Now I'm in handcuffs. >> No, you're not in handcuffs for cutting him off. You're in handcuffs because of this attitude right now that you're working up to. And that is believing. Okay. >> I'm genuinely scared. An officer approached my car and blew my window out without warning. I was just trying to go home. He gave you scared. I was trying. He gave you numerous warnings. >> I wanted a moment to think and couldn't get out. >> He gave you Why wouldn't you just listen to the officer? >> Because I wanted a couple of minutes to figure out what was happening. He explained my rights, too. No, you have >> Well, I have my rights, too. You have rights, but you have to listen to the officer when they're explaining this process to you. Just like right now, >> when I say jump, you say how high. Like, I'm allowed to have my rights and and figure out what's happening before I have to be detained. >> So, you can continue to just ignore what they're saying. >> No, I'm not abide by what they're saying. >> I would have happily complied. >> How How many How many times How long would he have had to keep asking you to open the door? Two more minutes >> to let me myself 10 seconds. Why? Why you? >> I didn't do anything. I'm sorry that I accidentally cut your officer off. >> That's >> That was my mistake. >> Okay, we're beyond that. >> I know. You busted my window out. >> Okay. Well, then we're trying to explain to you why that happened and you you don't want to see the reason for that happening. >> Then I apologize. >> Okay. Okay. So that's that's the reason that we're at where we're at now. Okay? I'm just trying to explain that to you so that you understand, but you keep getting very emotional and worked up and hopefully you are starting to understand why I'm saying why we're at where we're at now. Okay. >> Okay. Sit tight. >> Her father, who's a retired officer, has now arrived at the scene. >> Hello. >> Hi. I'm your dad. >> Yeah. She explain that. Yeah. So, um, I'm former law enforcement private investigator office. >> Yeah, she explained that as well. >> She works for me. So, he called me up at the office. I don't know what I did, but boyfriend's one of the goddamn, you know. >> Okay. >> Well, I yell at him all the time. [music] >> So, that's why I I just >> I mean, we can see you can release her. Great. Okay. >> That'll be, you know, that's my car. You can under my name. Um, I'd be happy to, but I'll make sure she goes to whatever she got. >> Um, >> yeah, we could see, you know, just from talking to her in a little bit of the back of the car here, you could see the the the tinges of the sovereign citizen or at least the >> the the Okay, one of those came out of the car when we when we actually opened up the passenger side door. So, >> well, I'm going to go back over to the office. I got my dog's over there. I got to get him home and then um >> Okay. Okay. But if she needs to hear me, come get her. >> The woman is charged with obstructing official business, open container, and traffic control device. She's released to her father right at the scene. Moving on to this case where a woman turned lying into a felony. >> Did you just lie to me again? [screaming] >> It's May 17th, 2025, Florida. An officer conducts a traffic stop on this vehicle for speeding. What happened next would be lies turning into a felony. >> Insurance, please. >> What did I do wrong, sir? >> I think it's going to make sure >> Okay. Would >> you like my insurance claim?
