How far does a cop have to run backwards waving a taser before he sends 50k of voltage into a dangerous nut job? Maybe he determined that she wasn't a danger. Maybe. I don't know. Only he'll have the answer. >> I am the head, not >> okay. Put your hands while you're back. Crash 15. They are the tail. They have not the head. They like to >> This is what they do. >> This is what they like to do. >> She really did. >> She like to sit around and not do nothing. >> She's unlawful and they know it. They need the They need the melan to keep people sweet. You couldn't even you couldn't even arrest me without a black person touching me because you know you tell you like to put your in the air and let people lick on the >> Was she hit by a taser? >> No, she wasn't. She said I said I had one hit by the taser because taser point. >> That's what I asked her. >> So the cop tries to get her information which doesn't really seem plausible to us. >> Okay. >> No, I'm not going to be quiet. I'm not going >> I'm not asking you to be quiet. Just give us some time to work on things. Okay. >> Work on what? the the action scene. I am the head and we're trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. >> I am the head. >> Can I just have your name? Can I just have your name? >> I don't have no name. >> My name is My name is David. >> My name is David. >> Her name is David. >> Yep. My name is David. >> All right. Sean, thank you. >> Who are you got weapons on? You ready? >> I don't have no weapons. >> What is that? Is she holding this? >> I don't know where this came from. I just ran up. >> Y'all are out of line. You know it. >> I ain't got to do nothing. >> Please. We're beyond this point. >> You are No. No, we're not. No, we're not beyond this point. We are the head >> and not the tail. >> We are the head and not the tail. We are the head and not the tail. We are the head and not the tail. >> You think this is lawyer? >> Wow. For anyone who's wondering, this whole mess had begun when the woman was kicked out of a Waw Wa branch for screaming and talking about Satan. She then decided to take her crusade to that nearby Walmart where she smashed her car into random vehicles. And here's how much damage she caused. >> Okay, so right now we only have three cars that we're aware of. Two here and then that one. But we don't know if there's anything else at Walmart right now. >> Yeah, I think one of those cars was one of the ones involved at Walmart. >> All right. Can you guys swing by Walmart and just check that? See if there's anything else over there. >> Over there. >> Hey guys. So, >> who was driving this? >> I was driving. I had >> Were you in here, too? >> Uhuh. >> Okay. I was just trying to figure everything out. >> All right. So, what happened? >> I went to the Walmart to get some formula cuz the phone was low. I was leaving out of Walmart. >> I'm driving on the right and I see I see her I see her just coming coming in the same direction I am and she stopped in the like right in front of my car. So I'm >> And now is this at that intersection where you're making a left to go to the light or >> this was a little bit before. >> Okay. >> Oh, so you're still kind of in the parking lot going straight. And then she she rammed it to the front a little bit and then then she started saying she started saying something about a nookie and started trying to get out or whatever. So I I was trying to reverse and then like to leave and as I'm leaving I see her following me. >> Oh my Jesus. I'm waiting right here and this lady came and just turned right in my car and turned my car around. Then she jumped out of the car and attacked me. >> Yeah. She ripped my necklace. She had a Bible in her hand and just acting crazy and I and I was calling for you heard it. Do you need medical? >> I know. I'm I'm on my way to my friend's funeral. I have to speak. >> The altercation started at the Walmart. >> She smashed. She Yeah, me too. >> Another lady said she hit her back. >> She said you hit the back of me. She said I didn't hit anything. >> So she was coming towards you at first and then spun around. >> Yeah. And started to follow me. Then that's when I got to the stop sign of construction. She hit me again on the side. >> She came up behind you and kind of smashed into here. >> Now you already made the turn. She came back and did this. >> It's almost like she sped up and went on the wrong side of the road just to hit me on that side and she kept on hitting me. >> And you have no idea who she is. >> I don't know who she is. >> No. Yeah, that's that's what we were just trying to get everything straight. Okay. >> Uh, now back to the crazy woman for a bit. >> That was a lady that I snatched her pearls off. That was that is my sister that's been helping you guys. Tell how many times you want me to come back and you just want you just going to admit with y'all with the hail and not the head. Come on now. Stop playing. >> Oh, that's that's the witness. Looks kind of like my son, but it ain't my son. >> Have you guys thought about making her go to skip? >> We're going to we're going to charge her >> because she uh she don't seem >> she seems like she's going through >> Okay, now big question. If you remember, do you know what she was driving for? It was I want to say it was some type of Nissan Sentra or something like that and it looked peed up like so. >> I don't know if it's still in the Walmart gray or silver. You said >> it gray maybe silver. >> Did we figure out her vehicle? He said he's giving me a brief description of what she was driving when she did this. >> It's not the one >> and she was driving. >> It's not that one up there. >> Probably is. That's what we're we're guessing. >> Okay. I'm confirming. >> Yeah, that's it. >> And it would have been front end damage. >> So, this is the one that she was driving. >> Uhhuh. While the cops are gathering more evidence, she's taken to jail. And that's when officers began picking up on clues that might explain her behavior. You >> got anything in your um your side pockets? You mind if I check? >> No, I don't. Go ahead. >> Thank you. >> Oh, you got some food in there? >> A little bit of bread, maybe? >> No. >> What is that? >> Eggs. >> Some eggs. >> My sister's been trying to make me look bad for a very long time. >> Uh-huh. sad. I love her to death. She's switching up her name. She choose money. She'll choose money over anything. Money is not the end all be all. Don't me. That's it's it's okay. I don't understand. Like it's okay. So what? You have this. You have that. What does that mean? Does that not mean we're not >> Oh, so this started over here. What in the world? Oh, so this is the one guy. [cheering] She's legitimately driving circles around this guy. He tries to leave. She follows. Oh, >> would have started before this. >> Yeah. Can you try to find that? I guess >> right there. Oh, so she came so she came in the parking lot right at him directly. >> Or that might be the name of the alarm. >> Okay. >> You made me go out. Do you want that? >> Yeah. Can you see? Because I want to see because So she purposely just hit my man. Spins out down here. >> He's going to do a turn. >> And what you think? Turn. >> Uturn. There he goes. >> She's going to move and boom. All right. So, same car hits him twice. >> He leaves. She chases him. And then that's how she runs into the other car and they start down the street. All right. In the end, she's charged with assault by auto, obstruction, resisting arrest, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Class, we move on to this case where a woman shoots a delivery guy with a BB gun after not getting her way. >> So, I have a BB gun and I pulled it out and I just popped a couple of shots and that was it. We just went on about our way. It is May 8th, 2024, and cops responded to a call from an Amazon driver about a couple who had shot him in the eyeballs with a BB gun. And this poor soul is experiencing temporary blindness. >> What's going on? >> Down here with the red door. >> Red door. >> Red door. >> Okay. Where's that person at? >> I'm not sure. The car was behind me, so I I made a stop to, you know, deliver the package. You parked in his driveway and walked down there by me cuz I was still down there. He said, "Well, why would you park in the middle of the street? This is our street or some something like that." And I told him, "Just go on by his business cuz I'm Amazon. That's my job." >> Yeah. >> So, he he was trying to fight me when he was saying all this stuff. >> It was a black whale. >> Yes. >> What kind of car was he in? >> I'm not sure. He drove around that house >> around to the back of this house. >> He had to 23 16. It's going to be a black male subject. Apparently, he drove his vehicle behind six on the same street. What kind What car was the car? >> Black car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you just hang out >> over by our cars? Are you You're okay right now? >> Can you open your eye up? >> Okay. All right. Just hang out over there and meet with one of those officers. >> After speaking with the victim, the officers immediately rushed to the suspect's house. >> Yeah. Come here. >> Yeah. I don't have anything. I don't know why I called you guys. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, he was pulling up, threatening us, telling us to get out of his way. >> We're just going to pat you down real quick. Hang on. >> Okay. I I don't have anything. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you, ma'am? >> This just how we pat people down. Okay. We're good right now. >> Just like this. Spread your legs for me. >> Anybody else in the backyard? >> No. >> Any dogs or anything >> in the house? >> Okay. >> Constantly kept threatening us, cussing us out. We're just telling him, you know, you can't park in the middle of the road. He has his door wide open as he's walking to deliver packages, you know. >> Okay. >> So, as this cop is talking to the couple, another officer goes back to the victim to get a little bit more info about what had happened. >> Can I see your eye real quick? >> They're not bleeding bad. Is it still in there that you know of? No. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened to what you know? >> I delivered at this house. I stopped and he he drove to the house and parked and he he walked all the way down here and then he asked like, "Why would you stop in the middle of the street?" I said, "I'm delivering. That's my job to deliver to Amazon. So, he was trying to fight me. I got back in the van and I was going to deliver to the house across the street from him. He walked up to me again and I told him just go on about his business. His girlfriend get out the car, a white Caucasian, and she held up a rifle and I'm sure it's a BB gunner. >> But she shot me in my eye. >> Okay. Tell me what happened. >> He pulls up delivering Amazon packages. Has his door wide open. He's across the street delivering a package. We hunk the horn for him to move his car. Another car is trying to get by. So, he has to hurry up, run from whatever house he was at to shut his door. Then, he slams on his brakes and wouldn't let us get by. We go to drive over, he's not letting us go to to turn in. We go to drive, he's not let us get over. Finally, I have to aggressively turn and drive around him, cut in my yard a little bit just to park right here. >> Okay. >> Get out the car. He's screaming obscenities at me. >> Like, such as >> such as, you know, you you know what I mean? Look at those tight ass pants. >> Trying to fight. >> Yeah. Trying to fight. So I walk over there to him. I met him right there where he is now. >> He's still just cussing me out. Cussing me out. He goes to reach in his vehicle once. Reached in his vehicle again. I'm like, "Hey, what are you doing?" You know what I mean? Like what are you doing? So my wife is seeing the whole thing. She gets out the BB gun. You know what I mean? He reaches in the car again and acts like he's just going to go and, you know, swat at me. And that's when my wife went on ahead and and shot the BB gun, you know? and he he walked up to me like he was going to fight me. Okay. >> So, I ignored him and got back in the van and I was going to deliver to the house like trying across the street from me. He walked back up towards me saying like, "You're not supposed to do that, this, that, and the third." And I told him like, "Really, like going about your business cuz this can go to a situation you don't want it to be." Then his girlfriend get out the car. I'm assuming that's his girlfriend. He held up a rifle and she just shot it. >> Shot it. What color was it? >> Black. >> Black. >> Then they drove around in the backyard. Imagine getting so upset over this delivery driver who's we are out of control. This poor man's doing his job and she just shot him with a BB gun. Saying stuff like, "I just popped a couple shots and went on my way." That level of delusion and entitlement is wild. >> Where's the BB gun at? >> Oh, it's right back there on the yard. >> In the yard where? >> It's right in the house counter. >> I'm sorry. >> It's right in the house on the counter. >> Okay. The BB gun's in the house on the counter. >> On the counter. >> Okay. >> Yes. That van was just really just [ __ ] up traffic, you know, and we off his horn. So, he had his door wide open and there was another car trying to come the other way and the car had to wait for him to close the door and he just he stays right there for a little bit and we hopped the horn to, you know, get him to go cuz we want to go home and um he starts yelling crazily at my husband acting irate and you know that's mine. You know what I mean? and he's reaching in his vehicle, you know, directing my husband continuously reaching in his vehicle and I'm afraid for my husband's life. So, I have a BB gun and I pulled it out and I just popped a couple of shots and that was it. We just went on about our way. >> In my opinion, this couple should have minded their own business. He's an Amazon driver doing his job. They should have just driven around, called it a day. Instead, they chose to escalate this situation. And the guy's a goddamn Amazon driver, man. Of course, he's going to reach for stuff. Hey, quick question for you. When you when you shot at him, about how far back do you think we were away from? Were yall like >> Oh, I was still in my yard. >> In your yard? >> Mhm. >> I was actually standing like right here. >> Right here. And where was he at? >> He was right there totally. >> Okay. >> He's an Amazon driver. He has to do his job. He escalated truck. >> So, she escalated that. >> You know, like they could have deescalated. They never chose to >> since they >> And I know their defense is going to be, well, we didn't know what he was reaching for. He's an Amazon driver. He's getting into his truck to get back. >> That's a defense that the lawyer can bring up. But as of right now, what we can see >> Yeah. This is probably all day. This is fine >> cuz she he can still see out of his eye. >> It's not even I mean I I >> I just read aole. It can still it still counts as it because it doesn't have to have that >> seriously injury. >> But and it doesn't the injury doesn't have to be. It's just the attempt to popping him in an eye. >> Well, not we're not going to get aggravated battery cuz nothing was rendered useless more temporarily use. Actually, as I found out, there is case law that if you have blurry vision as a result, >> that is act battery. So, I need to discuss I need him to >> say how long you have to lose the function of the >> That's right. You're just temporarily disable. >> I'll go I'll go clarify with him if you want 10:15 on how >> at least got somebody can come with me. >> I got you. I got you. I'll come. >> After discussing what the charges are, the cops then came to put the woman under arrest. >> All right, ma'am. If you could turn around, put your hand on your back. Right now your charges are aggravator salt um and aggravated battery. Okay. Take a seat. Watch your head. Don't get both of them. Okay. >> Lean back on it. >> Yeah. >> In the end, she's charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. The aggravated battery charge was dropped, but she was found guilty of the assault and as a result, she was sentenced to 3 years in jail and 7 years of probation. Moving on to the next case here where an entitled woman gets arrested after terrorizing airport staff. You're being loud. Listen to you. I talked to him already. Why do I need to talk to y'all? Why are y'all >> Why do I need to talk to him? >> Wait, what the he tell him to let me go? He's holding the out of me. You're acting like >> Welcome to June 3rd, 2025. Airport officers are dispatched to this gate in response of an iate passenger who's just behaving aggressively toward Delta employees. Oh man, what's happening here? >> Has she got Has she like ever like talk to you guys? She's just interly aggressive with her talking snatches kind of person. Um the passengers are hearing her say she's going to come up and throw hot food on us. >> All right. One passenger came up here and like I just want to let y'all know she's threatening to come up and throw things on you guys and I'm just looking out so I can see it. She's going off again. >> Okay. >> After taking some statements from employees, the cops then approached the suspect and spoke with her and they were in for a surprise. >> We got you for what? because this gay ass didn't want to let me on the flight and he checking out for his best friend. I don't even care no more. Stop talking to me. I don't even want him included in this [ __ ] Just I don't give a out of here. I'm tired of Nashville. I'm tired of Tennessee. I like him more than you. >> I don't care. Walk this way. >> Walk with him, not you. >> I don't. You don't have that choice. Walk. >> Thank you. >> No, I do have a choice. >> Oh, man. When you tell somebody that they're not the center of the universe. Woo. She walks out of the airport, her mouth running non-stop, but then stopping in the middle of the way. >> No, he's not going. >> Yeah. I just got I just got here. >> All right. >> Wow. So, as long as she doesn't keep being disorderly and yelling like she is and stuff and causing other people's disturbance, she should be fine. But she has a very big issue with me, so I'm keeping my distance. >> Right. >> Back up. Godamn. I hit this nothing. I know this man. Back up. We're walking down the stairs. It's embarrassing. I rather you and her. I don't need a whole B. Get the out of my face. >> It doesn't matter. You don't >> get away. No, I'm not going.
