This beach bully is finally going to get what he deserves. >> I said why? He said I said so. I gave him the finger. >> Casper called after he assaulted a lifeguard and refused to leave the area. >> What's up? Sir, he was out here one of our guards made a water rescue on him. He was out there exceeding, you know, we're going to make contact, make sure he's okay and bring him in closer. All right? So, guard makes contact. I should have kind of last heard he was already back on, but he was in an altercation with our guards. Then he started uh yelling back and forth with some families over here. >> Okay. Which guy is it? This guy that parked all sideways? >> upset about the exceeding standpoint, but again, our job is to bring him in. But he's getting saying he wants to follow charges on one of the guards for assaulting him and >> Okay. >> you know, at the end of the day we're >> We'll go. >> we're trying to bring him in and get him to his family. >> Yeah, definitely. >> But he did tell me the guard. I said, "Well, what did he do to you?" What did you say? He said he needs nothing medically, he's fine, he has no injuries. But he is saying, "Hey, you know, um I told him I'm fine. I don't need your help." shot the guard and said, "F you." So, that's just what he basically just told me. >> Okay. >> Again, it's not a debate. We got to bring him in. >> Yeah, yeah, definitely. What's going on, sir? >> This employee assaulted me in the middle of the water. >> he assault you? >> Kicking me twice under water when he said, "You need to come back." I said, "Why?" He said, "I said so." I gave him the finger. He kicked me twice under water. >> he kick you at? >> In I was trying to swim. >> Where did he kick you at? >> Right in the stomach. >> Okay. >> I don't have any bodily injuries. >> I don't know. I'm going to call BS on that. Come on. >> He assaulted me twice. I want to press charges, please. >> Okay. >> Can I do that? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Uh I have a passport. I can give you my name and a >> Passport. Fantastic. Grab it, please. In my 24 years with the LAPD, I've seen entitlement before, but this kind of takes the cake. The pause after asking for his passport, if you can see through his sunglasses, there in the headlights look. I've seen this movie back in my patrol days. >> Just take my name and number. I don't have any ID. Seriously. >> Well, I need a passport to verify who you are as a picture on it. >> name and number and my address on the >> Why are you making things difficult? I paid $20 $23. I paid 20 here and 30 there. No one, I told everybody this is not fair. They're only concerned with their conviction. I'm a citizen that got charged twice and I shouldn't >> Okay. Get him in the way. >> Yep. >> Good job, guys. >> Thank you. >> In my 24 years with the LAPD, man, I've seen plenty of these main character moments. Lessons learned here is when the lifeguard or the cop tells you the party is over, just get out of the water. And parking like you own the beach and running your mouth at officers is a fast track to handcuffs. But the biggest lessons of all, a little humility and common sense would have saved this guy a felony record and a very expensive day at the beach. Small egos create the biggest problems every single time. Stay safe out there and maybe leave the Froggy Style Olympics at home. Okay, so Su Hill was charged with the following: possession of cannabis, resisting arrest, battering a law enforcement officer, as well as littering, and using a loud speaker on a public beach. However, the latter two charges were ultimately dropped. He was sentenced to 24 months probation with a $970 fine for court costs. Ring that bell notification, smash that like button.
