Like I just got back from deployment and he's here to be with me. Like if that's what you want. And how is that important to this traffic stop? They're going to kick her in. >> Hey, talk to me. She did not drink. She has not drank the whole night. >> I just want to give you my driver's license. >> Yes, we will take that if you have not given it to Officer Cotton already. >> I want you. >> I'm I'm fine. I'm I'm fine. >> No, I'm [laughter] >> I'm fine. Dear, get your driver's license. I feel like you just take my >> Yeah, that'll work. >> After checking her license, the officer then asked her to step out of the car to do some field sobriety tests. This is when the passenger started to cause a scene. >> So, new step out. >> Is there a reason? >> Yes, there is a reason. >> Yep. What did y'all know? >> I'm so sorry. >> What in the world did he just say? >> I don't I don't understand to be honest. >> He has been sitting here saying that ride. Just take the ride. >> I'm so sorry. >> She's going to jail. All that stuff. >> I've just been trying to be the civilized mother. Just trying to take him home. >> She has spontaneously stated whoever she was on the phone with that she was going to jail, stuff like that, too. >> Yes, sir. I'm so sorry. All right. >> I just got back from deployment. I'm so sorry. >> Can I get out? >> No, you cannot. >> Am I being detained? >> Yes, sir. You are lawfully You are lawfully detained. >> And you are part of a traffic stop. You are lawfully >> detained. I have not done anything wrong. >> No, you cannot. You are lawfully detained. >> You're on a traffic stop, dude. >> You're on a traffic stop. You're going to stay right there. >> You can stay right there in the car. >> We don't We didn't commit. >> I'm an Uber. >> I don't care. >> Stay in the car. >> All right. Take me to jail. >> Put your hands together. My hands are together, baby. >> After putting the man in handcuffs, the officer returned to the woman to deal with her. >> All right. Essentially, you'll read your adverse consequences. So, I can't I can't force you to perform these exercises. >> Yes, sir. >> Is what it is. >> But if you don't, you going to force me to make my decision based on anything and everything I've seen and heard thus far. >> Yes, sir. >> Now, with that in mind, do you want perform these exercises or are you still going to refuse? >> I refuse. And just know that any such refusal can be used against you in court. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> I I have I don't have anything for you. >> Okay. >> How you doing? It's officer East Police Department. Can I help you? >> Yes. >> Um whoever the female is in this car, she's being arrested for DUI. Okay. >> Okay. Uh, Genius, you need me to come up there to help out or >> I will >> take your number down and I'll give you a call back here shortly. Uh, the passenger, whoever, whoever just called you. Um, the male, he's being detained for right now because he wouldn't listen to our command. So, here, I'm going to get you back here in a sec and I'll get all what you need. >> Even though it's cold as in your county, you guys don't care about nothing. Well, I can't control the county or the weather. >> You guys can't control what you guys put me in. You guys >> The car is warmer than outside. >> After arresting the woman, the officer asked her to submit to a breath test. And of course, she refused. >> All right, question for you. Will you will you submit to a lawful breath test? >> No, sir. >> Okay, I'm just going to read this to you. Okay. If you fail to submit to the test I requested you, your privilege operating a motor vehicle will be suspended for a period of one year per first refusal or for a period of 18 months if your privilege has previously been suspended. Do you understand what I just read to you? >> Yeah, I have a lawyer and I have done nothing at all. >> Okay. With with that in mind though, are you still refusing to take the breath test? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, no test. >> Okay. I did. >> As the officers informed her about her car being inventoried, she began to grow agitated. >> You guys are really like >> like investigating my vehicle. Like I don't have anything in there. >> Listen to me. Just listen. So you >> I'm not doing anything. >> Okay, just relax. Okay. >> Thank you. >> I just got here. I even know you. Okay. >> I don't know you either. Like I'm >> Can I explain to you? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, with every arrest during a traffic stop, Yes, sir. >> We have to inventory the vehicle. That's what they're doing right now. Okay. We can't just turn your vehicle over to someone and then have whatever if you have belongings in there that are valuable. >> We have to we have to document that. Okay. I talked to your dad. Okay. >> And I am uh lawful military personnel. >> Okay. >> I have served this country. >> So have I. I was in the Air Force as well, so you ain't got to tell me. All right. >> I just got back from deployment and I am hurting. >> I've been there, too. I was at Eggland that got bombed. >> Okay. I've been there, too. Okay. So, here's the deal. All right. >> Just take a breath. Okay. >> Act like act like the airman that you are. Okay. Airman to airman. I got you. Okay. >> Airman to airman. >> Yes. I was I was the one off at Herbert Field. Okay. AC130. All right. So, [snorts] here's the deal. Okay. Right now, the train your car is and I will never disrespect the law. I got you. So, here's the deal. Okay, I'll talk to your dad. Okay. Um >> Thank you. >> They're going to inventory the car right now. >> Inventory it. There's nothing in there. I will never >> just for the No, we're not looking for anything bad. Okay. Just relax. You have to inventory because if it gets towed and you have anything bad, >> I don't want it to. >> Listen. Listen. Just listen. >> I've been nothing but respectful to you guys. >> Finish talking. Okay. >> I've been >> I got you. Hey, what's your name? >> Alyssa. >> Alyssa. Okay. Alysa. Like I I just got back from deployment. This is not what I want. >> Okay. Let's I understand that. Okay. But for right now, please inventory your vehicle. >> Okay. Inventory. >> Make sure nothing of value is left in the car because if it gets towed, you know anyone to steal your stuff. Okay. That's all they were doing. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Um I talked to your dad. I'm going to see if he can get he can get your car. >> Okay. Um if that's okay with you. >> If he's able to come get in time manner, I will gladly turn over to him. That's what you want. Okay. If he can't take it, not >> I've been a a civilized person. >> Do you want your dad to come get it? >> I'd rather him come get it, guys. That's And I want to ride with him. >> Okay. I'm going to call him back and uh see if we can get arrange that. Okay. All right. Sound good? >> And I can be released. >> No, ma'am. >> What did I do? >> That's for the other officer. >> I have not done anything wrong today. >> All right. Yes, ma'am. I believe you. >> Yes. >> Why am I back here? I have done nothing wrong with you guys >> driving under the influence. >> No, I have not. I've been picking up people from the influence. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> On the way to the station, she began to bully the officer with her words. >> Copy start. >> Can I get my lawyer on the phone? remember >> we make a he'll make phone calls from the jail >> and he's about to own you guys. >> I don't really care. >> He knows me. >> Congratulations. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> You guys just like just pull somebody over for somebody not doing anything wrong. >> I'm sorry, sir. My wrists are hurting. You guys have my uh race bracelet on tonight. >> This is unacceptable behavior. >> I'm going to let my lawyer know and they're going to give you two times and godamn [ __ ] >> My are about to find out about you guys. You [ __ ] >> They don't know. He knows better. That mother has my back like a mother. 169. >> Sir, >> whiskey. >> Sir, can you help me with my bracelets? >> When you get to the jail, >> I didn't pay for these. >> I didn't pay for these braces. My my attorney, he he's about to hole. I protect this country. They only protect the county. You ever protect the country before? I'm about to find out. They don't know what country means. They only know what county means. >> So, does that protect your country? It's what you do. I just got back from deployment. >> I don't give a Obviously, they don't care what we do. Obviously, you don't care. >> Do you hate military, sir? >> Alissa. >> Sir, he doesn't have the authority. >> Sir. >> Alissa. >> No. I'm trying to ask him a question. >> He don't have the >> He's just a patrol guy. >> Why do you hate military people? >> He loves military. >> Why do you hate me? >> I don't I wasn't even driving. >> I'm not even driving. >> So, just shut the up >> and that's all it is. I'm going to jail for being a passenger. >> Well, you're not here for being a passenger. on the ground. >> Well, you got told to stay in the vehicle because for Maryland versus Wilson, passengers are detained for a traffic stop. >> And okay, I tried to answer your question, but >> in the end, she was charged with reckless driving and resisting without violence. She was also cited for no proof of insurance and two counts of running a stop sign. She was issued a $1,000 bond, which she later posted. In court, she initially pleaded not guilty to both charges. The prosecutor later dropped her charge of resisting without violence. She later pleaded no contest to the remaining charge and was sentenced to 6 months of probation and ordered to do 50 hours of community service. She was given the option to complete the community service or buy out the hour at $14 hour. She chose the latter, paying a total of $700 for the 50 hours. Her three traffic violations were dismissed by the court. Moving on to the next case where a military doctor got a busted window during a DUI stop. And >> so either you cooperate from here on out or we're going to break the window and pull you out of the vehicle and you're going to go to jail. Yes or no? Are you prepared to spend the rest of the night in jail? >> Huh? >> Okay. Break the window and take her out. That's >> on February 25th, 2025, officers in Florida conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Here's what happened next. Good afternoon. Hey. >> Hey, Colonel. You want to roll your window down? >> No. >> Why not? >> Why are you detaining me? >> I'm not detaining you, Colonel. I'm stopping you for doing 63 mph and a 40 mph. I need your driver's license, your insurance, and your registr. >> Do you have proof of the speed? >> Yes, I do. It's on my radar, ma'am. >> May I see it? >> No. I also had you doing 73 further down the road. I need your license, your insurance. >> Can I see the radar, please? >> No, ma'am. You are not entitled to see my radar. >> You're incriminating me on something and you're saying that I'm not allowed to see. >> Colonel, I need your driver's license, your insurance, and your registration. >> I would like to see your supervisor. >> 227. Can you send me a supervisor? I need your license, insurance, and registration. >> When your supervisor, what is your name, sir? >> 1721. It's my permanent ID number. >> Okay. And your name? >> Deputy McKenzie. It's >> 227. She's refusing to provide driver's license, insurance, and registration, or roll her window down. Is there a reason why you sat at that green light for several seconds, just sitting there, the green light? >> Um, no, not really. >> Didn't want to make your turn with a green arrow. You didn't want to make your turn. >> Um, >> no. >> Is there something wrong about >> sitting at a green light with a turn signal giving you the authority to to pass through the intersection? Yeah. Most people when they get a green light, they drive. Yeah. >> Yeah. I was just curious. >> There are different kinds of Karens. Some exploded right away upon contact with law enforcement. Others, like our suspect right here, operate in a different kind of chaos. Calm, but just as destructive. >> Yes. >> Are you going to roll your window down all the way? >> No. Can you hear me? >> I can't. Problem? >> I don't know. Your officer stopped. He also see radar. >> He stopped for Well, if you want to see the radar, you have to step out of the vehicle so you can see it. It's not a handheld device. I don't have to step out. >> You do by Florida law. So, I'm not going to argue with you. What's going to happen is you're either going to roll the window down and cooperate from here on out. >> What are you detaining? >> Or right now you're impeding an investigation. >> I'm investigating for what? >> For a traffic violation. >> What was the traffic violation? >> I already explained to you, ma'am. You're doing 63 and a 40 mph construction zone. >> I'm just going to tell you what's going to happen. And so either you cooperate from here on out or we're going to break the window and pull you out of the vehicle and you're going to go to jail. It's that simple. >> To break my window, vandalize the car. >> Yes. And you're going to go you're going to go So I'm asking you one more time. Are you going to cooperate or these are they going to have to take you to jail? >> Why are you taking me to jail? >> Because you're not cooperating. It's just that simple. >> You're not cooperating. It's not. >> Okay. But are you you're refusing to provide all the documentation that you want that you you're supposed to provide? traffic. >> Okay. >> Okay. But United States Supreme Court says that you that we can have you step out of the vehicle during any traffic violation, during any investigation. So, you are violating the law. So, you can argue with me all you want. In the end, you are incorrect and you are wrong. Whatever you learned on the internet look is all incorrect. It's not the truth. It's not right. The Florida Supreme Court has said if I tell you to step out of the vehicle on a traffic violation, you will step out of the vehicle. So, that's why I'm ordering you right now. You either cooperate and step out of the vehicle right now, or they're going to break your window, unlock your door, open the door, and pull you out of the car, and instead of just cooperating and getting a traffic violation, you're going to spend the night in jail. So, are you prepared to spend the night in jail? Yes or no? Yes or no? Are you prepared to spend honestly? Props to these officers for staying composed and professional the entire time despite her arrogant and uncooperative attitude. They even gave her multiple chances to comply, but she didn't take it because when you let your ego take control, things usually end in handcuffs. >> Rest the night in jail. >> Huh? >> Okay, break the window and take her out. Hey, that flash went my >> Are you cut my face and you took my Can we have EMS come check our eyes out? >> You need to send an ambulance. >> I just requested it. >> Glass is in my eye. >> Yep. Just sit you up. Just move over to >> Watch my glasses, sir. There's glass in my [snorts] eye. >> We've got an ambulance coming. And there is no crime. >> Oh yeah. Oh yeah. >> There is no crime. >> I'm sorry, Lieutenant Colonel, but there's definitely a crime. >> There's none, sir. You're detaining me unlawfully. You will be getting sued. And if there is injury and scarring to my eye, you're going to be sued, sir, and you're going to lose your job. >> Ma'am, are you under the influence of anything? >> No, sir. I am not. >> Is there a specific reason why Lieutenant Colonel United States Air Force is acting in such a manner? >> Because your actions are unconstitutional. >> Yeah, unfortunately that's incorrect. >> It is not correct. >> That's what I just said. >> EMS then arrived to check on her injury. After that, she was transported to the hospital and medically cleared. >> She didn't want to get out her window. She's got some glass in her face. Just want to make sure she's good to go before we take her up to >> Can I have my phone, please? Not right now. It'll go with you when you go. >> No, I would like my phone. I have a right to contact. >> That's not how it works. >> That is how it works. >> No. Look, this is how you ended yourself in handcuffs. >> Don't tell me how to cop. >> Sir, you don't know how to cop. Where is my phone? >> Where you last left it? >> May I have the phone? >> No. No, you can wait. >> Yes, sir. I have to call my commander. Yeah. >> May I have my phone to make contact? >> What the hell is that? >> What is that? >> What is this? >> That is probably an instrument. >> Yeah. Matt, you see that? >> No. M. >> All right. Are you going to go with them? >> Okay. I will be following you guys. >> Okay. We're going to need to kind of switch to the front when we get her in. >> That's fine. In the end, she was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and multiple related public order offenses. Let's move on to the next case where a woman thinks being the wife of a veteran will get her out of trouble. >> Your husband works for the US defense. >> So, you're arresting me. I just need to know if you're Excuse you. Excuse you. How dare you? Oh my god. On January 27th, 2025, an officer pulled over a vehicle for cutting through a parking lot to avoid a stoplight. What happened next was anything but routine. >> Hello, Officer Fair MKPD. The reason I pulled you over is because you're cutting through this. >> Good morning. So is everybody else. There's one right behind you. There was one right here that just turned, but you got me. So, good morning. >> All right. Well, actually, I've been sitting here the whole time doing traffic crash. There's literally one right behind you. But yeah, and then there's one that just cut right in front of me, too. So that's okay. >> It's okay. You let me. >> You know what? I don't know what you're talking about. >> Of course. Okay. >> Because I've been sitting here the whole time. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right. And there's no need to argue. >> Yes. Good morning. Okay. >> Do you have your registration insurance? >> That's um >> And if you happen to be talking about the Jeep in the Hyanda, that was a traffic crash that I was taking care of. >> No, it wasn't that. It was literally another car right behind us. But it doesn't matter. Oh, I'm not going to argue. I can't. >> I'm not arguing. >> It didn't take long for the woman to start giving the officer attitude. Even though she had just broken a traffic law, all she kept complaining about was why the officer pulled her over and not everyone else. >> That's what I have on me right now. I'm sorry. >> 92 works for the US defense. He's on a blue. >> Okay. I'm going to tell you right now, you should know better then. >> I know. We just moved here. So, I just came straight from the base. That's all I know. >> I know that's not an excuse, but that's what I have right now on me. And I just switched my bag, so that's why. >> Okay. Not having a driver's license makes me believe that you don't have a valid driver's license. >> Okay. I I mean, literally, that's what I have. Like, you can I'm just letting you I mean, there's no need to be a smart mouth because I'm going to tell you what that's going to talk your way into a ticket. Okay. >> I'm just letting you know that's what >> Yeah, but there's no reason to be smart with me. >> Cuz right now you're looking at two tickets. >> Okay. Well, I'm not trying to. >> You're making it feel like I'm purposely not giving you my driver's license and I don't >> No, I didn't say that. I'm telling you you should know better because your husband works for >> I understand, but you're making me arguing with me. What's your address, please? >> All right. What's your insurance provider? >> USA $20. >> Instead of handing over her own license, she gave the officer her husband's military ID as if that would magically get her out of a traffic stop. Spoiler alert, it didn't. When the officer ran her information, she discovered the woman didn't even have a valid driver's license to begin with. And the moment the officer asked her to step out of the car, the chaos began. >> All right. Do you want to go ahead turn the vehicle off and step outside for me, please? >> Can I ask why? >> Well, right now you don't have a driver's license. All right. And I need to Why don't you step out here? That's why. All right. So, bumped off. >> But I would like to know why I have to step out just cuz I don't have a license. >> Because I'm going to read you your rights and I'm going to talk to you. I'm not going to ask you again. >> Okay. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> That's all I want to tell you. All right. So, you're arresting me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No, I want to know. You're arresting me. >> I'm not going to ask you again. >> I just need to know if you're Excuse you. Excuse you. Excuse you. >> Absolutely not. >> Excuse you. Oh my god. >> Stop. Step out of the vehicle. [screaming] >> How dare you? Oh my god. Stop. I'm scared. Oh my god. Stop. Help me. [screaming] Oh my god. Help me. [screaming] [crying] Help me. Help me. [screaming] >> I need help. [crying] >> No. Please don't touch me. Don't touch me. Please. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. I look at hell. Don't touch me. >> Put the phone down. Step out now. >> If this other officer gets here, we're both grabbing you and pulling you out. >> But she literally forced the door open. >> I'm going to be there soon. >> She forced the door open on me. I >> You're going to pick yourself up a resisting >> if you don't do as I say now. >> You ripped me out. >> There is no exceptions. >> You ripped me out of my [screaming] car. >> All right. You got yourself a resisting. You are going to go to jail. I'm done. Out. >> Your husband can come pick up this car. I need you out now. >> [crying] [crying] >> Why can't people like her just listen to the police? It would have been so much easier. At worst, she'd get a few tickets and be on her way. But no, she had to let her attitude take over. And now she's heading straight to jail. >> I've asked her to step out of the vehicle multiple times. I can't get her out of the vehicle. She has no driver's license. >> I want to read her her rights back here >> because I have a feeling that she's never been issued one based on what Teletype is telling me. But who knows? >> And I haven't even read her rights. >> Take one. Can you pull me out to the 1101? >> All right, ma'am. You need to step out of the car. All right. Step out of the car, ma'am. It's okay. >> The show's over. Step out of the car. >> Cuz you're crying doesn't mean you can't walk. You do what the police say, they won't touch you. Yeah. Okay. >> Step back here by my car. I have the mortar touch. Put your hands behind your back now. You have the right to remain silent. Anything that you say can be used again. Understand your rights. With that in mind, do you wish to speak to me? >> I'm not gonna deal with this smartass talk anymore. >> Yes or no question. >> You already ran her. >> Yeah. >> No license, >> nothing. >> Never is truth. >> Play the game later. >> All right. >> Doesn't want to talk. It's fine. You want driver license? That's fine. >> Oh, am I asking am I answering your questions? I'm sorry. Am I literally No, we don't have time. We're done. Okay. >> Well, her yapping won't save her this time. Once she refused to talk to the officer, they began to move her to the squad car. >> QuickBooks >> cuz she had pulled over when I came by here literally 15 minutes ago in the car. I was like, "What the hell?" Well, she was screaming and screaming. I couldn't hear over the radio. I heard a lot lot of radio traffic. So, I got pulled and I can't hear what's going on. >> I looked at you. I'm like, "Yo, I need help. I got to get this chip out." >> I had no idea. I heard you yell something. I thought they were phoning me out. I was like, "Yeah, take 14 step." Uh, >> and I was like, I didn't hear my number, but I just said that could be >> Yeah. I mean, she had attitude me from the start. She handed me this defensive uh >> it's a DoD >> military yeah ID. I said, "Where's your driver's license?" I just use that. I said, "No, you need a valid driver's license." "Oh, well, I switch those purses out and stuff." I use this all the time. >> I said, "No, that's not valid." >> You ran out of New York then, right? >> Uh uh Virginia. I ran around. >> Virginia. >> Yeah. Um as well, and uh couldn't find her either. I see that. >> I mean, it's a shame because I really, you know, somebody that's >> Well, yeah, she doesn't want to she doesn't want to. >> It shows what Florida says. She's never been issued a driver's license, >> so she knows she shouldn't be driving. If that's the case, um, doesn't show suspended. All I wanted to do was talk to her and see if maybe I mean, with this new system, who knows? >> It is what it is. If she doesn't want to talk and tell you what state she has a driver's license out of without giving it to you, >> I'll try to talk to her and see what state she has. >> What's her name? >> Uh, Danielle. >> Danielle. >> Now, another officer came to talk to her and instead of admitting her fault, she immediately started blaming everything on the female officer. Classic deflection move. >> Hello. Hi, Daniel. I'm Officer Karpo Police Department. What license do you are you driving out of? Do you have a license at all? >> I do. I It's Texas. Texas. >> Yeah, I can give you my social. I don't know why she didn't ask me for that. >> Cuz the So, what she's saying that she asked you and you gave her a extremely hard time? >> No, she asked me if I had a driver's license and she made me feel like I was lying to her. I literally showed her my bag. I just switched it. People forget. >> I literally don't have it on me, but I do. >> Yeah. >> So, I would have I didn't really want her to have a head injury. I could have tried to pull her feet out and I grabbed him. I thought twice. cuz I just I didn't have somebody else and I didn't want to risk that. >> Yeah. >> So, the reason why you were detained is because you gave her extremely hard time. Okay. >> I wasn't resisting. I literally asked her if she was asked if she said, "Get out of your car so I can read your rights." I said, "Wait a minute. It clicked." And I said, "Well, >> why are you like She didn't say that before. She said that the second time." >> And then I said, "Well, wait. Are you arresting me?" And then she said, "I'm reading your rights. Get out of the car." And then I said, "What?" And she literally went into my car and forced herself in and started yanking me out. I just wanted to know why she was doing what she was doing. That's all I was asking her. And she got frustrated and upset and went into my car and yanked me out. >> In the whole of I'm crying and I can't get out of my car. I do not have time for that. Not at all. Get out of the car. You can cry all you want. Out of the car. We're going to double check Texas, you said, right? You have a license? >> Yes. And my husband is on his way. He drives a motorcycle, so I don't know about my car, but >> Okay. You guys live here in Cape or >> Mhm. >> Okay. All right. So, just hang tight for me. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, your license is expired since 2022. Do you have any other license in any other state? >> Not. >> So, technically, you don't have a license. theoretically >> Massachusetts. I mean, that's probably >> How long have you been living in Florida? >> Um, since >> I know 2015 >> since May of this year. Of last year. >> No, no, no. This last year. >> So, 2024. May. >> Okay. >> And where were you before? Texas or Massachusetts? >> No, Virginia. >> Virginia. Do you have a Virginia license? >> Um, I don't think so. No. >> So, it's just Texas. >> I I might have mass, but for now it's just Texas. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, the Texas one expired in 2022. >> Okay. Well, I didn't know that. I didn't know that. >> Um, where I'm sorry, what? >> Where were you at 2022? >> Oh, god. Uh, >> Hawaii. >> Hawaii. Okay. Do you have a Hawaii license or no? >> No, you never took that out. I've reached it. Unlocked the vehicle. Pulled out this one. >> I'm guessing so. >> Just hang tight. I think your husband's here. >> Finally, her military husband arrived and he's the same as his wife. >> How can we help you? >> I was just wondering what the pause for the stop was. >> She cut into a lane. >> Okay. >> A little parking lot. >> Okay. And then the the cause for pulling her out of her vehicle >> because I asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused. >> For what purpose? >> Well, she's going to jail right now because she has no driver's license. >> Actually, she does have a driver's license. >> From where? >> Okay. >> Huh? >> From where? >> From Texas. >> It's expired by more than 22 years. >> And as a military service member, that's also passed on to the spouse. I already have it pulled up on my phone. It's on my bike. It's still valid. Can't use it as an ID, but it's a valid license. So, but you've been living in Florida since uh May of last year, correct? >> That's correct. >> So, you can't have a Texas license if you're living in Florida. >> That's not true. As I'm an active duty in the military, yes, you can. Okay. >> You can't have an expired driver's license by over 6 months. It's a criminal offense. It doesn't matter if you're in the military. I'm in the military, too. >> Then you should know. >> It doesn't matter. You can have a a license out of another state. That is true. But you still have to have a valid license. >> It is valid. >> Are is she deployed right now? No, she's not. That's the only excuse to not >> keep your license renewed. >> Do it right now. Then I I can tell you that you still have to have a valid license. >> Drive. >> They can have us a license out of a different state, but they still have to have a valid license. >> Yeah. To be able to drive. If you are a military duty member, spouse, or dependent, and are stationed outside the state of Texas, not outside the state of the United States, the expiration date of your Texas ID is automatically extended unless your driver's license has been suspended, cancelled, or wrote, which it has not. >> Wait, where are you guys stationed at? >> Uh, South Colonial and Fal. >> Are you like a recruiter or something >> on temporarily? >> Okay. I was like I was trying to figure out why there would be a station there. I've never heard of that. What what statute is that? >> That is >> Yeah, but we're looking at 2022. This is two years. >> Three >> three years. Yeah. What am I thinking? >> That and that's fine cuz it doesn't have the time >> because you've only been Yeah. I don't think so. >> It's uh DL16P out of state packet 10 tech 24. >> Can Can I see that? >> The highlighted one. >> Sorry, adrenaline's got me going. That's why I'm really shaky. It's it's understandable. The the problem is when she was asked to step out of the vehicle, >> she had a resisting charge, too. But why was she asked to step out? >> You have to have a reason other than officer safety. If we're requesting you to step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle. If you do not >> feel like you're unsafe >> because right now, the gun, she didn't have a driver's license. She did not have a valid driver's license. >> Go to jail. We need to interview her to determine whether or not she has a valid driver's license. >> Okay. But we asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused to comply. >> Yes, she does. >> Unless you have a >> I'm done. You know what? I'm taking it. >> I will be in touch with you guys. It's all right. >> What do you want to do with the vehicle? You want to tow it? >> I'm going to drive. >> You going to take it? >> Yeah. All right. >> I'm going to park my vehicle in a secure parking lot >> and then I'm going to take the vehicle. That's all right. >> All right, man. >> That's good. >> Good, man. >> All right. Thanks, guys. >> Absolutely. She was charged with resisting without violence and cited for driving with an expired driver's license. Let's move on to the next case where a chief's daughter stick her nose onto the officer's job and got herself arrested. >> My dad is a retired police chief. >> You're going to jail for a felony for battery on law enforcement. >> You can call your daddy. >> On July 7th, 2024, officers in Orlando responded to a fight broke out at a bar. Here's what happened next. What? >> Is that obstruction of investigation? And she's on the phone. Riddle me this. It's an obstruction of investigation. [laughter] If I said you >> No, no, no, no. My dad is a retired police chief. So that that's your thing. Shut up. The that she was saying it don't mean nothing. If I'm saying she has her phone and I'm trying to call somebody. You can't tell me I can't get her phone to call somebody. >> No, you can't. >> For what? How was that obstruct? [laughter] >> Because because you are interfering with someone who is currently being placed under arrest. investigation. I think let me get her cell phone so I can contact somebody. >> She's a grown adult. She can contact her herself. >> You seem like you have >> So So you're going to You didn't get that stuff for when we're done. >> Okay. Well, can you get that for me so I can contact your body? >> But what are you investigating? >> I just got here. >> What are y'all investigating? Y'all have some asses at the end of >> Thank you. Have a great night. >> Like shut up. You seem like you have some things. Like I told him, this y'all be trying all these civilians that don't know what the going on wrong. >> First off, we got called here. So I don't give a [ __ ] >> I know you. That's okay though. >> Anyhoo, like I said, I'm not drunk. They [ __ ] She shouldn't have bumped into her. She should have put her hands on her. I told them I wanted my shoes. Now y'all sat in all this extra ass [ __ ] because she wanted her stuff. My shoe was broke because one of their security guards was on me. Make it make sense. >> So why can't I contact somebody got her? Look how y got her. >> You can call anybody you want. No one said no one said you're not allowed to call nobody. >> But we're not giving you her phone unless she says she can have it. >> That's what I'm saying. They won't let me get your phone >> once we're done. >> That's what I'm saying. And that was the one that was sitting there swinging on people and all that. She swung on her when they had her in the So why isn't she under arrest for investigation? >> Say she's concealed carry and to go to her car and get her [ __ ] >> So why isn't she sitting under arrest? >> Why isn't she? As the officers tries to explain things to her, the woman kept on running her mouth and insulting them, refusing to listen to anything they said. >> Girl, my phone is dead and they won't let me get her phone. So, she's in handcuffs. That means one of y'all can go in her bag and get her phone. Mia, >> who? >> The police officer. So, y'all need to figure that out before I go ahead and put a goddamn complaint on y'all asses. Y'all need to find her cell phone. I asked you stop doing that ass. You think you're above law and you're not him? He seem like he got you seem like you got a goddamn thing. You can contact somebody. Why the is she not in handcuffs? Why she not in handcuffs? They had her detained. She swung on her. So why the she not in handcuffs, too? Shut the Nobody talking [ __ ] >> You don't have that energy now. You was swinging on her and you know you were. Don't you not at the end of the day. Get it under mother. You got to just like I do. Anywh who, like I said, why is she not being detained? >> But why is she not being detained? >> I'll give you a great reason why. I'll give you a great reason why. >> Yeah. Then she put her hands on you when they were picking you up. >> Hey, I'll give you >> Why is she not a great reason why? >> No, I want to give you a great reason why I want to talk to you. >> But what the I say I'm talking to you. I'm not understanding. >> Cuz remember when we told you when we talked to you about interfering? We are. >> Who is interfering? She's standing there with anybody talk. No, because you sound dumb as you're not let sound dumb as >> focus all my energy on you. >> Focus your energy on me for what? What I'm telling you? >> You keep asking questions. >> You sound dumb as >> That's fine. >> You sound like a dumb ass. >> Thank you. Appreciate that very much. Thank you very much. >> A simple touch or strike. It's not a battery tool. It's not a battery tool. Out of here. They won't let me get your phone. They won't cuz they dead ass wrong. His ass whatever the is ass dead ass wrong. No because like I told her >> she's she's supposed to go to jail. >> Well, she's digging her own grave by constantly screaming and yelling. If she get arrested for sticking her nose into somebody's else business, she will get no one but herself to blame. >> Already said we've already said it multiple times. Yeah, >> I tried to explain what interference is and she wouldn't even hear it. So, >> let me get her phone, please. Can y'all get her phone? >> Why can't you get her phone? >> We'll do it when we when we are ready to This is not your time. This is our time. >> On your time. Yes, it does. Yes, ma'am. It does. He is right there. >> Do me a favor and get her phone so I can contact her mother. >> That's the fire department. He is here to medical. >> No, that's a patient back there. That's all I want her. >> Oh, you can't do it right now. >> Why can't I get it right now? How is that obstructing what's going on? She's in handcuffs. >> Because we are doing our investigation is on our time now, not hers. Yes, ma'am. It is civilian. Why are you saying you cannot get her phone? She was under arrest. If you have to contact somebody, then that's what it is. So, how is that? >> That's your sergeant? >> Nope. That one's standing right there. But that is a sergeant, too. Yep. >> Because I want to get her phone to contact her. We're not from over here. >> The is wrong with y'all? >> And you're above the law and that's going to get you up when you do. >> I'm telling you that's my >> That's it. There we go. >> Put your arms behind your back. Behind your back. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> Behind your back. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> There you go. Now your hands are finally behind your back. >> What you wanted to do. >> Stop right there. There we go. >> You now place under arrest, ma'am. Thank you very much. >> For what? >> Obstruction and resistance. >> How am I obstructing? How am I obstructing? >> How am I obstructing? >> You're charging. We'll explain it completely. >> How am I obstructing? >> How am I obstructing? >> Explain your charging. >> How explain your charge, ma'am. >> How am I obstructing? And he just dead. It will be a waste of breath to explain things to her since she refused to listen to anything. So, the officers immediately moved her to the squad car as soon as she's secured. >> The [ __ ] is wrong with you? You're saying I'm obstructing because I tried to get her mother phone. I asked y'all for her phone. You can put my phone in my purse. >> You want slide your feet? >> Can you put my phone in my purse? >> I will. You won't put You want to put your shoes on or >> you want to put your shoes on or no? >> That's what I'm not understanding. >> You want to put your shoes on or no? >> This is ridiculous. >> I'll take a No, you can walk on barefoot. >> I don't understand what the going on with. >> There you go. Since it's on her time, I gota put her phone in here right now. >> It's not on your time. What the do you think this is? >> This is dumb as Can you stop me so tight? You won't go in. Get in. Get in the car. >> Get in the car or you're going to be hog tied and put in. >> The is wrong with you? I didn't even >> You know what I'm saying? You're going to you're going to jail for a felony for battery on law enforcement. >> You can call your daddy to get you out. >> She was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer's resisting without violence. Moving on to the next case where a woman turned a ticket into a full-blown arrest. >> Okay? So, if you can sign up here, I'm stopped by you signing. It's not an promise up here. Okay? >> Come talk to somebody else. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not going to. I don't. >> Step out of the vehicle. On July 3rd, 2025 in New Mexico, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after noticing it, making a rolling stop at a stop sign. Here's what happened next. >> How you doing? >> You scared the heck out of I was expecting you to come over there. >> Hello, ma'am. >> Officer, old school cars by PD. Okay. Reason for your stop is you didn't stop at the stop sign and you went over the white line. Okay. You got to stop behind the white line and make a complete stop. Okay. You have your driver's license on you? I do, but I'm pretty sure I stopped at the stop sign. >> No, >> you went over it. >> Absolutely not. Okay. You have your insurance and registration for it? >> Yeah. >> I'm not I'm not going to argue with you, but I am a law-abiding citizen and this just really takes me off. >> Okay. >> Okay. People who do everything are the ones who get stopped. >> I I understand. Um, so you want to go to court or do you want to go to KSI? >> I don't do anything. >> Okay. >> Why don't you bring me along? >> All right. All right, man. So, here's your stuff. Okay. It's going to be a citation. Okay. Here's your stuff. All right. You can go and sign here by you signing down admission. Okay. Okay. I ended up signing into court. Okay. You came all the way across the white line, which is number one. >> What makes you right and me wrong? If I say I stopped and you say I didn't. Why? Why are you right? >> So, that's why I'm I'm doing business with her. Okay. She's the one that committed the violation. So that's understand. So this is I don't have to talk to him. Okay. >> No, he's a witness. >> So this is why So this is why I'm signing you into court so you can go ahead and fight it. Okay. Don't tell me no. You didn't need to. You need to tell me if you don't sign it. If you don't sign it, step out of the vehicle. No, I'm not stepping out of the vehicle. I don't trust you. No. No. >> If you're going to step out, you're going to get charged for resisting another one. Okay. >> Oh my god. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I am not stepping out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. What's wrong with you? >> I asked you twice if you're going to sign it. You said >> putting your hands on me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not [laughter] putting your hands on me. >> No, you're not touching me. >> Are you going to step out? >> No. >> Are you going to step out? >> No. Are you sure? >> Step out. >> Hey, you can't do that. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. >> Step out of the vehicle. Stay in the vehicle, sir. >> Step out of the car. Step out. This is >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Let me tell you something. You're on camera and we're trying to give you multiple opportunities. >> I'm glad I'm on camera. Let me tell you. No, let me tell you something. That's not how this goes. Step out of the vehicle. >> This is how it goes. This is my car. Step out of the vehicle. >> I am not stepping out of the vehicle and you're not putting your hands on me. >> No, you're not putting your hands on me. >> Ma'am, I'm going to give you one last opportunity. Step out of the vehicle. >> Can't walk. >> Step out of the vehicle. Dude, why don't >> I'm going to ask you one more time before you get charged with resisting arrest. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I am not resisting arrest. I told you I will sign that. You should have told me. If you don't sign it, you're >> I'm explaining it to you. >> You can't explain. >> I'm explaining it to you and you're interrupting me. You can't explain it. Didn't she just say no before and it led to this? So why in the right mind would she say no again? It's like the more no she said, the worse it got for her. >> Are you going to step out? >> It's No, you have to tell me that it's okay for me to sign this. >> I just I'm explaining to you the violation. >> I'm waiting for the other cop. >> Step out of the vehicle >> because I want to talk to somebody else. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not going to. I don't. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Don't Hey, back up. Hey, you back up. Get him out of the vehicle. Get him out. >> Hey, stay in the car. Stay in the car. See what you're doing. I'm getting out of the car. >> Put your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> Oh, my shoulder. My shoulder. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Put your hand behind your back right now. >> Hold it. Hold it. You can't listen to me. Listen to me. We're going to put you on the ground. You don't put your hand on your back. I can't. And I can't put my hands behind my back. >> You're not going to say I pulled you out of damn car when you got out yourself. >> It's on camera. >> Can I see the camera? Can I see it? >> You You already forgot what you did. >> You got out of the vehicle and I told you multiple times. Get back in the car. I didn't get out though. You pulled me out. >> Okay. >> You're still tensing up. >> We're going to forcefully put your hands behind your back if you keep tensing up. >> Can I just explain something to you? I I don't have anything to hide. I'm telling you the truth. The They were They abused us. This was abused big time. >> You have anything in your pockets? >> No, sir. No, >> except my phone. >> Just your phone? Okay, we can bring that. Do you want to Is your wallet in the car? Do you want to bring it? >> No, it's not in the car. We went to Dollar General and then we came down to the beach to um see how many people there were. >> Yeah. >> And I got pulled over because he said I didn't stop, which I did, but he said I didn't stop anyway. Anyway, so he um >> told me that, you know, I needed to sign this. I said, "I don't want to sign anything." And he said, "Then get out of the car." And I said [screaming] I said, "No, I'm not getting out of the car anyway." Anyway, I'm sitting with hand in handcuffs. Yeah. >> Right now? >> Yes. In the car? >> Mom, why did you do that? >> Well, honey, I wasn't going to just sign something. >> You have to sign it just for receipt. It doesn't mean that you agreed. >> I didn't. And that's what I said. He could have said, "Ma'am, if you don't sign it, you're going to get arrested." And then I would have signed it. >> Right. You're in hand right now. >> Yeah. So is daddy. >> Oh my god. >> Yeah. And what did dad do? Uh well he the officer said he tried to punch him which he didn't. He was just trying to protect me but and that somebody made him bleed. I don't know h how how but they made him bleed and they've got him in handcuffs. So you know his shoulders >> anyway. >> Anyway anyway the reason I'm calling is because I need you to come get my car. It's down here at the beach. >> And what are they doing with you guys? >> They're taking us in and we're getting arrested and and because it's a weekend he said I probably will have to be there all weekend. Yeah. So, tomorrow may be off. >> What? >> At our house? Yeah. I don't know. Dude, I don't know. This is It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. >> Seriously. >> Mom, you cannot do. Mom, you cannot get so defiant with cops. >> Honey, I wasn't defiant with him. I just said I didn't want to sign it. I should have a right. >> I should have a right to sign it or not. I And if I didn't have the right, he should have said, "Ma'am, >> right to get arrested." >> Well, he should have said, "Ma'am, if you don't, you will get arrested." And I would have found it. There would have been. >> Yeah. He should have given you that the opportunity to get out of that. Oh my god. >> Yeah. >> Why was that? >> I don't know. I don't know what they did. >> He had some some scabs on his arm that opened up. >> Well, because he was manhandled. >> Mom, learn your lesson. Don't get defiant. You're in handcuffs. >> Honey, >> right now. Don't >> you know what? >> Mom, be I'm just telling you. This has happened to me before when I got too big for my britches. They're going to win. >> Don't get too big for your britches. Be be kind now. Now is the time to be kind. >> Okay. Who's the kindest person you know? >> I know, Mom, but I also know that you're getting super defiant about everything lately. And this this is a >> I'm getting old and I'm getting tired of people taking advantage. >> No one's taking advantage, Mom. But it's going to get taken care of. Don't worry. I know you're scared. >> I'm not scared. I'm mad. After a while, the daughter arrived at the scene. >> He just wants to talk to you real quick. >> You okay? >> It must have been one of those camel straw that broke the camel's back type thing cuz I mean, they said it's possible that there might be a judge on Saturday. There won't be one tomorrow for sure, but it's possible on Saturday. So, I'll I'll call tonight. I'll call tomorrow and I'll figure out if possibly hopefully we can push it through and if there is a judge Saturday, that's a possibility. So hopefully Saturday and not having to wait till Monday. >> Yes, ma'am. Do you have any questions or anything? I was on the phone with your mom when you called. >> Just um Oh, yeah. >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> Um yeah, just I mean I wish there was something I could do to make it I I wish I wish we could too. the the timing of everything. >> I just make sure everybody knows uh her blood pressure is an >> issue. Yeah. And I think they're taking I think I just heard the guy say that they're they stopped by the jail and the jail wants them to get her medically cleared at the hospital. So, they may have to go do that first, which is all we'll >> we get fitted for that bill and stuff. So, she didn't have to worry about any of that when she can make all that stuff. Um in turn be able to send that information and her prescriptions and stuff and try to get all that taken care of. >> Okay. And then I guess I just need to keep calling to see when they're able to judge. Is there anything I can do to expedite that? >> Not not necessarily. I will say though that I don't know what arrests were made um prior to us getting on at 6 p.m. um that were new charges um or warrants and stuff like that where the they work the the way the arraignment list works is basically like first come first serve type deal. So, I will say that they will they will be above the list of the the Russian Fourth of July arrests if there are any. So, which is which is good. I just unfortunately can't guarantee that they would be able to see a judge tomorrow. Okay. >> So, there's like I said a potential for video arrangements to take place Saturday. Um I don't know what time that would be in the morning or in the afternoon or um judges have I believe they have 48 hours to review PC on new arrest which is probable cause I'm sorry. Um they have they have to review new arrests to determine the probable cause and if it stands and then they can go from there on um issuing the bonds and stuff for the release information. >> Bonds. >> Yes. >> I thought it was no bond. >> So it is a no bond until they see a judge. >> A judge has to in initiate that bond >> cuz they could poss they could possibly keep them longer. >> Correct. >> Oh my god. >> There there I'm not going to lie to you. There is that potential. I don't foresee that. >> I really don't. I really don't. They would either either see Judge Fish or Calico and they're both at at the magistrate court right there by McCoy. >> Okay. >> They would they would be the ones to do those video arrangements for you. >> Okay. >> Okay. Thank you for answering my question. >> Yes, ma'am. You're welcome. >> Okay. If you need anything, just get with the police department. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> The woman was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and resisting arrest. In court, she pleaded not guilty to both charges. Later, both charges were dismissed after the prosecutor failed to appear in court. The man was charged with assault on an officer and resisting arrest. Both charges were later also dismissed after the prosecutor failed to appear in court. Moving on to the next case where a man thinks being in the military means he can do anything he want. On December 30th, 2024, officers responded to a call from Rick's Bar after receiving a report of a young male allegedly attempting to start physical altercations with security and other individuals. Upon arrival at the scene, officers made contact with the suspect who is now walking down the street. What the officer encountered next was an arrogant teen with only one year in the military. This encounter >> fights [snorts] with people. >> I am not starting. >> I got multiple people that said that you started fights with them. That >> is good for you. All right, I'm going to tell you how this is going to go. I'm not the one to [ __ ] around with. >> I'm not the one around with either. >> Do you understand? >> I do. >> Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Watching mouth. >> You have ID on you? >> I did about 5 minutes ago. >> Uh, >> you must not be from here, huh? >> I'm not. >> Yeah, but you're going to learn the [ __ ] hard way. And your military acting like a [ __ ] [ __ ] Who's your command staff? >> Who's who's hiring? >> Sergeant ML. Call him up. >> Call him up. So, what's going on? Why are you starting fights with people? >> Dude, I'm aing 150 lb white boy. You think I'm starting fights? >> I have multiple people. >> It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter about your weight. I had four people telling me that you were starting to try to fight over there, starting to fight, and especially with the security over there. >> Since he was already in the game, the officer didn't have to treat him gently. With a strong and stoic voice, he tried to teach a lesson into the young man, but he was too arrogant to listen to anyone. >> Look, I'm going to tell you this one more time. >> Tell me more. Military, watching mouth, dude. >> Tell me six more times. Come on, dude. >> Oh, okay. Let me get my cigarette. >> Okay, drop it. Drop the cigarette, dude. You don't need it. >> All right, you bro. You're [ __ ] great. >> Come on. You literally talked your way into hell. >> Shut the up. >> What? >> Shut the up. >> Okay, I will. >> I don't want to talk to you anymore. >> Military military. Okay. >> Yeah. You don't know who you're talking to. >> Oh yeah, >> I bet you shut the up. >> One year in the military. Okay, buddy. >> Thank you for your service. >> Don't do that. Come on, buddy. >> You don't know what you're going up against. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. >> Private. >> Who's that? Private first class badge. Well, >> who's your supervisor? >> We're going to find out either way. >> Yeah. First AR ML. Call him up right now. >> Call him up. First Sergeant M. >> Okay. >> You don't have nothing on. >> No. >> Take a seat, buddy. After putting him in the squad car, the officer then escorted him to the station. >> You know this is an alcoholic. >> Shut the up. >> You know what happens. >> Shut the upriv private. >> All right. I know. You know. >> Shut the up. You know what we do to guys like you in the [ __ ] military? Sorry. Push you forever. Going to jail, boy. Learn a lesson. >> Are you down here? What are you down here for? You down here for training? >> For uh leave. >> You're down here for leave? >> Yeah, >> he's down here for leave. >> Leave. >> Yeah. >> Okay. He's not even stationed here. You're not stationed here, are you? >> Nope. >> Nope. All right. >> Well, the good news is you're going to be staying at a good hotel tonight. >> Good to go. >> For the Moro County Sheriff's Office. >> Hell yeah. >> All right. >> Good to go. >> Oh, yeah. You're good to go. All right. >> Welcome to your hotel for tonight. >> The man was charged with battery and resisting without violence. Starting with this woman who went full meltdown after being busted trespassing in a stranger's studio cooking hot dogs. >> Hey, can you just put your hands by your bed, please? >> Really? >> Yep. Yep. Christine, we're not [screaming] >> my wrist. My wrist. Are you okay? [laughter] >> On April 15th, 20123, officers in Wisconsin responded to a private property regarding an unknown woman causing a disturbance inside a detached studio on the property. What should have been a simple trespass call would soon turn out to be much more chaotic. >> Ma'am, how are you doing? >> Hey, Sergeant Wilson, Sheriff's Office. How are you doing? >> Hi. I mean no harm. >> All right. What? What's going on today? >> Um, I was just needing a safe place. >> Okay. You were looking for a safe place? No. >> Okay. >> I just told him the whole story. >> Okay. Where are you coming from? >> I don't know. >> You don't know where you're coming from? >> Final act. But >> Okay. Where you walking from, Final X? I >> mean, I don't know where I'm coming from because I don't know why I had to force myself to leave. I knew one day I was going to have to pack one bag and leave. >> Okay. Do you have any ID or anything on you? No. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Christine. >> Christine. Okay. Was that with a K with a C? >> C. >> C. All right. I don't know if it was like K R I or I'm guessing >> I >> Okay. All right. Just >> weapons. >> Hang tight here for me for a second. >> I mean nobody any time. >> Okay. We're all in your bag. Do you have a driver's license at all? >> Where is you coming from? You're on foot. >> I mean, no harm. I'm just going to get going. >> Okay. >> Well, no. Just hang out here for a minute. Okay. What's your last name, Christine? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> Okay. >> Hold on here. >> Did you say she was in your house? >> Was she in your house? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. You guys don't know who she is? >> You guys don't know who she is? And with that, the officers began to put the woman in handcuffs. >> Hey, can you just put your hands behind your back, please? >> Anything you say? >> Really? >> Yep. Yep. >> Why? >> Stop. Stop. >> Hey, stop, Christine. Stop. >> What are you doing? >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Okay, you're being detained right now. Okay. So, we can figure out what's going on and what's going on with you. All right. >> All right. What What happened? I came out here to look at our coal tunnel and I noticed a door was open and everything. >> We have Christine detained. >> Thought I thought she was I walked into I thought he had left >> I thought he had left the door open, you know. Okay. >> And I walked in there [clears throat] and she was standing in there and I'm like who are you? >> So where like where inside was she? >> She was right inside the door. >> Okay. >> She's been upstairs and I think this is her coat. >> Yes. >> Okay. And but it would have to be her hat, too. Or no, that's all part of the coat. >> Yeah. She was just standing here and she was she she said, "I was just going to make myself a hot dog." I said, "You're going to make yourself a hot what?" She says, "Can I have a hot dog?" I said, "I think >> maybe you need to leave. This isn't your place." >> Okay. So, she is standing just right here. >> Was she upstairs? >> Yeah. She's moved stuff around. >> Really? Okay. >> She She hasn't harmed anything that I can see, but he has some really >> I haven't. Look, I have sculptures and things upstairs that are very fragile. I been up there and seen and you guys don't recognize her whatsoever. >> Oh, no. I've never seen her before. >> Okay. >> She says she thought it was it looks like her dad. I don't know. She's pretty incoherent. >> And she said to me some other last name after she said Christine. She gave me a last name and she said she lives she has a house. >> She really made herself at home, huh? To be fair, Art Studios do have the best hot dogs, if you know what I mean. Wink wink. Did you sleep here last night or? She said she was thrown out of a car, but she's just making me statements and not collaborating or anything. Okay. >> Trying to ask questions where this happened, when this happened, who, >> but she won't tell me why. >> Okay. >> Um, there is paraphernalia on her. >> Did she give you a actual name or anything yet? >> No. >> Anything more than Christine? >> No. >> Okay. >> Christine, do you have any ID? Any ID or anything on you? >> I could check her bag and actually go through her bag. Yeah, >> I don't have any identification. I have bug spray, >> hand sanitizer. I didn't have any food or water. >> So, I mean, >> take off the handcuffs. I don't mean anybody harm. >> At minimum, we have criminal trespass. >> I was just going to get going on my way. >> Trespassing. >> I was hungry. >> So, your full name Christine. >> Christine, unfortunately, you can't you can't just enter enter places, enter buildings. >> Studio. >> Sure. But you can't just enter places that don't belong to you. >> What class is going on there? I was waiting for them to come. Oh my gosh. >> So, how did you get here? >> How do you think? >> I honestly don't know. Christine, >> what does it look like? >> Um, I think she's 961. >> Yeah. >> Uh, just to take her bag off these handcuffs. >> Can you help me with the handcuffs to get her bag? >> No violation to anybody or her. The officers then tried to escort her to the squad car, but that would prove to be more difficult than they thought. >> To walk, please. Christine, can you walk with us, please? >> We're not We're notine. [screaming] Christine, we're not hurting you. >> My wrist. My wrist. >> Christine, stop. [screaming] >> Christine, stop. Please [screaming] >> let me go. >> Christine, right now >> I'm not doing anything wrong. [screaming] I was hungry. >> Okay, right now you're under arrest. Okay. >> And I was going to the art class. >> Okay. >> On Saturdays. >> Can you please just walk? >> Oh, I can't. [screaming] I just pissed. >> Can you please walk this way [music] for us? >> Walk over there. You can see him from here. Can we please walk? No, >> please. >> I can't. >> Yes. Yes, I can. >> My wrists are getting broken. >> Broken. [screaming] Your wrist. Your wrists are not breaking. Let Let me take a look at him here quick. Okay, I'll take a look at them. [screaming] >> Just Just stop pulling. Stop pulling on Christine. Stop. Please >> stand up. Stop pulling on them. [screaming] >> You're You're doing okay. Okay. [screaming] Let's just get let's get [laughter] the first Christine. >> You're okay. You're okay, Christine. [gasps] >> Need you to not move. >> Keep your Keep your hands where they are, please. Okay. >> You're doing okay, Christine. Stop pulling on him. First time. Stop. [screaming] Stop. [screaming] >> She's going to try. >> Christine, you're okay. [screaming] >> You're okay. Christine, >> there's one there. Don't pull on them. Pulling on them is going to make them hurt. >> After adjusting the handcuffs, the officers continued moving her to the squad car. >> We're going to need you to stand up. Just going to leave that. >> All right. Can you stand up for us, please? >> I can't walk. >> All right. We're just going to walk this way, please. You can walk. You can walk. >> Christine, can you please walk for us? >> Please walk. You can walk. You were walking just fine and you wanted to leave before. >> Can you please stand up for us? >> This is just going to get you into more trouble than what you need. >> Okay, we need you to stand up and walk, please. >> Please stand up. Can we help you up? And can you walk on your own feet? You were walking totally fine before we put you in handcuffs. Are you okay? Christine, what's wrong? Let me bring my car up here. >> What's going on, Christine? >> Up here. I was thirsty. >> See this car that's pulling up here? So, if you look to your right, >> go with you. >> Yep. Yep. So, I I need >> Yep. Yep. But I I need you >> I need you to get into this car for me. Okay. >> It's from my daughter. >> Okay. You have a daughter? >> How old's your daughter? >> Did you Did you take that from the art studio? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> I showed it to him. That's why I stayed. I wanted him to see it. >> I'm going to die. I'm going to die. >> Okay. Okay. No, you're not going to die. You're not going to die. But we're going to stand you up. Okay. >> Christine, can we stand up? Thank you. No. Can you stand up for us? >> Come on. Stand up. We're going to go have a seat in the car. >> Come on. Come on. Stand up, please. [screaming] >> What's in front of me? What's in front of me? >> That's a car. This is a car. [screaming] I'm dying. >> You're not dying. >> I'm dying. I'm dying. I'm dying. I'm dying. I'm dying. While she was screaming inside the car, officers recovered drug paraphernalia and a substance that later tested positive for THC falling out of her clothes. She was charged with criminal trespass to a dwelling, resisting arrest, bail jumping, disorderly conduct, and drugrelated violations. Most charges were later dismissed, and in the end, she entered a no contest plea to attempted possession of THC. She was ordered to pay $443 in court costs and additional court-ordered conditions. Calm, clear communication gives officers something to work with. Chaos, entitlement, and resistance only turn you into the suspect regardless of how the situation started. Moving on to the next case, where a rapper freaked out and assaulted personnel at her own event. >> That's why you shove a stick up your ass, [ __ ] If I get six, gang [ __ ] to jump you and beat the [ __ ] out of you and shut your [ __ ] up your ass, [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] up talking to me, [ __ ] You going to hell. >> She kicks the bartender that helped her. >> On May 31st, 2025, officers responded to a fight at an event in Georgia which ended in the arrest of Atlanta rapper Cara, also known as Caribou. Here's what happened next. Okay. >> On the floor. >> Okay. Retal. Calm down. I got I got you. Let's pass you right now. You told me to get the I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. Look at him. I didn't see him. >> She goes out to these security buff. >> She's in her dressing room. Y'all got to calm down. >> I just came here. I don't >> I just came here. I have no idea. >> Where? I have no idea. Tell her to come down. Tell her to come down. >> What they slam for? >> I have no idea. [screaming] Who slammed it to the ground? No. Oh my god. No. >> I don't like that though because people like to do things and just let it pass by and not talk about it or do what the [ __ ] need to be done. So who slammed her to the ground? >> Miss, I just got here. >> Sir, I don't even care. Do you know who slammed it to the ground? >> I just got here. I mean, can you Can you come here? Come here. I'm a troll man. Come here. >> What happened? Who slammed into the What's going on? >> When by the time I came >> by the time I came, they was yelling. Someone's holding it back. I don't know what happened. I have no idea. Yeah. So, was it was a discrepancy at the door somewhere? >> Security. She trying to get back. >> You did too much. >> They both did. They both was wrong. They both put their hands on each other. >> Like I said, I don't You know what I'm saying? But it's like she know she >> While this officer was getting nowhere outside, another officer was watching the security footage to find out about what had happened. >> First, there's where just all that just happened. >> No, before that. >> Did it happen at check first? >> Pass started that pass check first. He said I shut the door in her face. She had her walking arm and arm. I stopped him. He said he I saw his wristband, but she didn't do it. You see? >> And I'm telling him, you see, she's saying, "I just got off the stage." And I said, "Well, wait here." I went to call Scott. I went inside the door to call Scott. >> Oh, hell no. >> Oh, no, dude. >> That's why I'm pressing. >> I had to get him, too. >> Yeah, he was in on it. >> Yeah. I just got a call from Caribou. >> Well, I'm watching video of Caribou and Caribou's boyfriend or somebody with him attack one of my past check people. I got a video right here. I'm watching it. So basically what happened is Caribou walked up and she had her credentials but she was walking arm in- arm with this other gentleman that was wearing this no wristband, no no nothing to get in and they started to argue with my pass person saying you know let us back, let us back. I just come off stage. So Tim's like, "Okay, cool. Give me one second. Just let me step right back here just to verify who you are." And when he stepped into the door, they pushed the door and if you saw this video, you'd know exactly what happened here. The dude literally jumped on Tim and then Caribou like wrapped around his waist and just started swinging and took him right to the ground. Dude, I could show you the video right there. He's telling him to wait, wait, wait. And they just pushed through the door. There's Caribou wrapped around and there's the boyfriend on top of him. Caribou's on the ground. >> Wait, there's three people. Who's the guy in the hat? >> The guy in the hat is a security person. They that they push through >> and the guy with the mic pack on is the boyfriend. >> No, no, no. The the guy with the green hat is the boyfriend. Sorry. So, right here. Boyfriend. >> Yep. Caribou is down here. Security. So, my security wasn't even touching her. He was trying to bite off this other dude. And Caribou went down to the ground because Caribou came in and wrapped her arms around um this guy's waist and started swinging on him. >> The guy The guy in the polo shirt. Wait, can you rewind it? The guy in the polo shirt, security guy. Okay. So, that's >> I see them wrestling right now. >> Yep. All right. So, that's the one video. And you just saw smack. You see that right here? There's Caribou. So, our bartenders, get her out of there. Get her safe. go to pick her up. She kicks the bartender that helped her and then bl like right there in his face. He's pushing him. You can see everybody's trying to deescalate. She's still snapping. And then right here, you're going to see her punch him right in the face. I'm right there. The ball dude. I finally come in like, "What's going on? Calm down." We have a credential system or a bracelet system. 65 bracelets. Every tour aderes to it. Every tour has no problem with it. Tonight, what this tour decided to do was hand out a shitload of credentials with no bracelet. So, all these credentials kept trying to come to these pass checkpoints and gate points. Like, we literally watched them hand credentials up over a fence. The problem is is all these people are running around with credentials that are not on the tour, and they're trying to gain access to places that require a second tier credential. And >> you guys have issued your 65 backstage passes to whoever needed them, gave them to the tour manager, >> and they blew through them. Yep. The whole night has been fine until this. Caribou tried to bring this dude back where he wasn't supposed to be. She didn't like the answer. My guy said, "Hey, hold on one second. Let me step back just to verify." He went to go into the back room. You can see another video besides this to where she's walking up hiding his arm, tucking him in. He didn't have the bracelet. Oh yeah. She didn't even have her credential on. Jay, >> I've rarely seen the artist, not just a female artist, get in the middle of a man all man versus man fight. >> I was pretty shocked of it myself. So here they come right here. So arm and arm. Her credential is on. No bracelets. So he stopped him and said, "Hey, just give me a minute." The dude in the hat's already yelling and being confrontational. She's sort of standing back for a minute and then that's where he stepped back to say, "Wait a minute. Just wait a minute. Let me verify who you are cuz you don't have the bracelet on." And then that's when the other video happened. We did not assault any artists, man. I take that very seriously. And if that happens, the person assaulting the artist would get arrested and terminate. So, we don't we don't tolerate that. >> Your security guard will be filling out a police report. Yes. Pressing charges. >> Yes. If my guy would have touched her, did anything to her, he would be getting hooked up himself and he'd be terminated on the spot. So, HR wouldn't even hesitate with that [ __ ] You know that. I don't know if you can get in >> open that door for EMS. >> Demani's in that. >> Who's Demani? >> Tot. >> Yep. There's Demani. Get out of there. >> No, he gets out of there. >> Tenie's out of there. >> It's these three guys. The guy that's in the beanie in the black >> is the one they arrested already. They need to arrest other. >> Yeah. >> Are those two back there? >> I don't know. >> And he kicks them. These two need to get arrested. >> After getting all the information he needed, the officer then informed the others to take action against the rapper. >> Going to put cuffs on her. >> So step over there or you go to >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Come in for me, man. >> Come on. Care, bro. What did I do? What did I do? >> What did I do? In my eyes. >> Okay, sure. >> Can I get that first? >> I don't care if he going to jail. I want to go anyway. Funny. Her friend seems really care about her. The person in question, on the other hand, she had the most spoiled and horrible attitude ever. >> This is not how we get order in the courtroom. >> There you go. >> We can't win right here. We can't win right here, bro. >> We can't win right here. >> Listen, just keep everything calm. >> We can't win right here, bro. We cannot win right here. >> That's what I was just trying to tell y'all earlier. We can't win right here. >> But she didn't do anything. >> We going to get our justice. We can trust you. >> But that's not for you. >> It's okay. >> Can you just tell me your mama? >> Don't go too close. Just stay right here. >> We have to ban you out. [screaming] >> How? We have the funds. You can't Your funds, your money won't be released to you in jail. >> Come this way. Come this way. Come this way. Listen to this gentleman right here. Please settle down. >> Come this way. >> Well, what are y'all taking her? It doesn't. It doesn't It doesn't have anything to do with you. >> This way, come on. >> She's fine. >> I want to do something to get arrested, though. Like, I'm trying to >> You already did. That's why you're sitting right here. >> That's why you're sitting shove a stick up your ass, [ __ ] So, I get six gay to jump you and beat the out of you and shut some [ __ ] off your ass, [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] up, [ __ ] You going to hell. >> Yeah, right. >> Like right there. >> Shut the [ __ ] up, [ __ ] Yeah, [ __ ] Y'all arrested a girl for no reason. Grown ass [ __ ] kicking me in my head. I hope you get pegged by the gayest of the week, bro. God, please protect me and keep me from just keep me from squeaking. Amen. Keep me from squeaking. Amen. Darn. I will pay all your [ __ ] and I'm sorry. >> You good, bro? I'm not tripping. I just I'm trying to figure out what I did. >> What did you do? What did any of us do? We didn't do nothing. >> Figure out. You going to figure that out? >> But they got the video camera footage, so we're good at the end of the day. >> Say we jumped. >> No, but here's the thing. My complex gave me permission to park my car there. He said it was okay. >> The guy in the blue shirt. >> So, who is he? He's the apartment people. So, um, long story short, the lady came. She was trying to record my VIN number and license plate. All I ask her like, "Ma'am, can you tell me why that you want this information?" >> And who's who's her? Who's the lady? >> The other police officer. I don't know her name. She never even told me her name on the scene. >> Okay. >> She hopped on the scene, didn't tell me the name. Why she wanted my information? I said, "Ma'am, I do have the right to know. Why are you taking my >> Where was your car?" >> Right back there. >> It's that white one. >> Mhm. Okay. >> I said, "I do have the right to know why you take my information now." She will not tell me. It's okay. You're not going to copy my information then. You're not going to tell me why I do have the right to know. You know what I'm saying? She will not tell me. She was asking. So I'm like blocking right in front of us. So she couldn't take my license plate down. So she's pushing me. >> I'm lifting my hands. I'm not touching you. I'm not touching. So then she decides to say, "Stop resisting." Then she allowed that man to put his hands on me. You're not a police officer. She allowed that man to slam me down, throw me on the ground with some more stuff. >> Okay. Press charges against >> So this was all on video. >> All on video. They have all on video. I like to press charges on him and their company. So, >> after finishing taking the information from the woman and the witness, the officers were finally able to move her in the squad car. >> Now that I have >> We're going to watch all the video, get everything figured out. Okay. So, who called the tow truck? >> I I don't know, ma'am. Bring my phone over here, please. >> No, you're not going to be able to use a phone. You're not going to be able to use >> FaceTime FaceTime Daddy. And you can put the phone in my face. I can't. >> No. No, you can't. You're detained right now. >> When we're all done with this, then you can call whoever you want. I'm not talking to anybody right now. >> I can talk to you. I have the right to talk to anybody. We're going to put her in the squat in the squad. >> Yep. You're being detained right now. Okay. So, you can't talk to anybody. >> Just going to sit right here. We'll get the AC going. Okay. >> We're just going to have you sit in the car right now. >> They just trying to detain me. Hold on. >> You are detained. You're in handcuffs. >> They trying You don't got to be smart, youshole. >> But I'm just saying you don't got me. All right. Have a seat, >> you're not able to talk to me. >> Just put your feet in. We'll get the air going. Okay. >> I can't talk to my daughter. >> Not right now. >> No, that he can talk to That's my dad. My dad has the right to talk to you. >> No, he doesn't. >> I will talk to you in a minute, sir. Okay. Thank you. Appreciate it. I didn't do anything wrong. Again, I'm not detained. I'm not detained. You are detained. Okay. >> You're detained until we figure this investigation out. Okay. >> As soon as I'm done talking to you, I can go talk to them. Okay. >> After piecing together what happened, the sergeant spoke with her father and his disappointment was obvious. >> So, the officer gets out here, that's getting figured out. The officer then goes to look at the vehicle information to investigate whatever parking thing that occurred. Your daughter was blocking the officer from getting the vehicle's VIN number or plate. So, she was impeding the investigation. >> Absolutely. >> So, during that, the officer asked your daughter to move away from the vehicle so she could do what she needed to do. At that point, your daughter does not go with that. The officer then tells her she's going to get detained and put in handcuffs if she does if she keeps acting the way she is. That doesn't go over well. And then the officer goes to put her in handcuffs and then your daughter and the officer then get into a physical altercation. >> She's being charged with resisting arrest. >> Okay. >> All right. So she's going where? >> To the jail. Dane County Jail. >> Okay. >> She see a judge Monday. >> Oh. So we can't let her out today? >> Not today. Because she's got the officer's got claw marks into her arm. >> I'm being real straight with you. >> I I don't like this any more than you do cuz this is over something ridiculously stupid. I can't I can't have her putting hands on an officer. >> Absolutely. >> So, I get it. I don't like this any more than you do. And I'm a dad, too. And I know last thing I want to see, but I can't I can't have that behavior. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. I'll talk to her and let her know that, you know, your actions, you know, no matter whether you were right or wrong, you can't do that. >> That it's not the time or place to have an argument. >> It's not like >> it's not not over something like that, >> right? If there's anything I can do, >> you're a good officer, man. I find like you, brother. >> Appreciate it. >> The officers then escorted her to the squad car. Respect, cooperation, and self-control are powerful. Entitlement, ego, and confrontation only guarantee one thing. Things will get worse, not better. Starting with this woman who turned a simple traffic stop into an arrest. >> Step out of the car. >> Can you please not touch me? >> Okay, I will. But can you please buy your plants? >> You're not under arrest. >> Me like that. Why? You was just about to let me go. What the [ __ ] >> Help me. Help me. as as a taxpayer, as a woman, I'm telling you. >> On January 29th, 2024, officers on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving recklessly and having an expired license plate. Here's what happened next. >> Sure. >> Do you know the time tag is expired? >> Uh, I don't know. I just I just said, "Let me see I can show you the text. Let me see your car so I can take my baby to school and go to work." >> No problem. >> Why am I getting pulled over? >> Your time is expired. Uh, a little bit. >> Where do you work at? >> Right here in this [music] um the part you see where they say tax is at. >> Mhm. >> Today my actually my first day opening my own office. >> Oh, really? Congrats. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Um, this is my license. >> Thank you. >> And actually with the 10 tags, you want me to call? >> There might be a uh registration or insurance in there. >> I don't see nothing but snacks. registration. I don't know if this this is it. No, this is the >> Does he have any insurance for the car? >> I'm sure he does. >> Well, you may contact. After checking her paperwork, the officer then returns to inform the woman that her tag hadn't registered to her yet and is still under the dealership. But as they are doing so, they also notice something different coming from her car. >> So that was this the registration? >> No, it's okay. Um, so that tag is not coming back to this car. It's not coming back to anything. >> He said the dealer he just told me the dealer said I think two weeks or >> two weeks >> or he told him two weeks ago. It should be coming back though. >> It was the dealer. The tags. >> The tag. So he's already spoken to the dealer. Yes, he's spoken to the dealer. >> Okay. >> I thought you spoken to the dealer. >> So, technically, you're not supposed to be driving this car. That tag is attached to it because it's not coming back to the vehicle. >> I was going to seize the tag, but since you're telling me he spoke to the dealer, I'm not going to seize the tag just so you can get back home with this car. But once you get back home with this car today, >> don't drive it. >> Okay. Until you get that new tag on it, it's not coming back to the car at all. >> Okay. Okay. >> I'll definitely let the dealer. Well, he'll talk to the dealer. >> Does that make sense? >> Yes, that makes sense. >> Do you have any questions? No. >> So, let me ask you. You said you dropped your kid off at school. >> Yeah. >> How old is your child? >> Why are these questions? >> Well, cuz your car smells like weed. So, I'm trying to explain something to you. How old is your child? >> I want to answer more questions. >> Okay. What I'm trying to tell you is your car smells like weed. If you're driving a kid around in it, what happened? >> No, I would never drive a kid around. Ain't nobody Ain't no kids in a car. >> Okay. When'd you drop your kid off? >> Ain't nobody in the car with me. Ain't no kids in the car. >> Why did she not admit to that? The worst she gets would be a ticket. Now, the officers had to do much more than that. >> Don't care in the car with me. >> Okay. Do you have anything illegal in the car we got to worry about? >> It's not my car. >> Well, that's not what I asked you. >> I don't know what's in it. I just told you I want you back down there, please. Right now, we are going to search your car cuz it smells like marijuana. Okay. >> Okay. Can Can I speak to someone else? >> I'm telling you, put your stuff down and step out of the car. >> Can I have a supervisor? Cuz I think you was just about to let >> I don't understand why you not let me go. >> Based on based on your behavior right now and there's no marijuana, we're searching your car. >> I don't have no behavior problem. Let me tell you to step out of the car. I don't know. Let me let me call. >> Okay. Step out of the car. >> Can you please not touch me? >> Step out of the car. >> Okay, I will. But can you buy you place hands on me though? Because I'm telling you the car. You're not listening. Step out of the car or you're going to jail. You understand? >> What am I going to jail for? >> For resisting if you don't get out of the car. >> I'm not. But but you're grabbing me. Listen. Listen. It's for me to listen. Let me calm down. >> We are calm down. Step out of the car. >> No, I need to calm down. >> Okay. Step out of the car >> because you you feel like my heart is just racing. >> I'm telling you. Step out of the car. You understand that? >> Ma'am, we're going to search we're I understand. We're going to search your car. So, we need you to step out of the car. Okay. Why is he playing force on you? >> Because we need you to step out. Okay, I will. But I understand that. But he didn't never told me to step. He grabbed me before he car. >> Just Just step out now. Just step out. >> I don't think that's right though. >> We are searching your car. We can't have you in the car. >> I don't have no kids in the car. He asked me. >> I understand. But due to the smell of weed, I I like I said, >> step out of the car, man. Why you Why you treating me like that? >> Should stop out of the car. >> Why are you treating me like that though? >> Why are you treating me like that? >> Why are you treating me like that? Crystal, they pulling me over. These guys arrested me. >> Finally, she got a little smarter and got out of the car willingly. It would be bad if she kept staying in the car. It would have gone really bad. Well, it's not like things hadn't already gone bad for her as soon as she refused to step out. >> What you ain't talking about? I don't understand what I put my hand behind. Put your hand behind your back. >> We're just going to detain you >> cuz you're not listening. Put your Put your hand behind your back and that's me for no reason >> right now. You're being detained. You're not under. You're not under arrest. You're just being me like that. Why? You was just about to let me go. Why? >> You're being detained. >> Okay. But you understand me. >> Why is he grabbing on me? >> Help. Help me. Help me. >> Why is he wrong with me? All we're asking you is put Look how he got my back. Look Look how he got my back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> There you go. >> I didn't do anything. >> We're just detaining you, man. That's it. >> But why she's being rough? You're a woman. You understand? He's being rough. >> Put your then then woman to woman. Put your hands behind your back. >> That's why he got my hand. Oh my god. Why you being a jerk? Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop [ __ ] resisting me, >> man. Just >> you were hurting me. >> We asked you to step out of the car several times. >> He was grabbing me before we asked him to step out the car. So, you understand that, right? >> Turn around and face the car. >> Can you please the car? >> Please car. I'm going to take this. Your phone is right here. >> Can you please answer the phone? >> The officers then searched her vehicle and her body. >> So, since we did smell weed in your car, I'm going to search your person as well. Okay. Good. >> My camera open. My whole office for my car is that >> ma'am. Hey, just face the car. Can you spread your feet for me? >> I have anxiety. >> I understand. >> I don't think you do. You You can't have anxiety and be a cop. >> That's not true. >> You should get his hands off. >> Wow. You still got to be a jerk today. She is searching me, but I don't have no issue with her. She's not afraid of me. My hands are already >> Do you understand why we're searching for me? Yes, I understand why you're searching my car. >> Okay. >> So, what we're doing now is we're going to wait for another unit to search the car. Okay. >> This is not even my car. >> Okay. Did you say >> Yep. >> So, she didn't want to get in the car at first. She's upset, but I grabbed your arm. Oh, stop. Stop moving. >> How the police turn around? >> Just No, just stand just like that, please. >> You're not going to >> I have nothing to do with any of this. The supervisor's on the way. I'm just another officer and my job is to just make sure that you don't move. >> Okay? >> Simple as that. Okay? >> We're just going to stand here. You >> got something to do with my laptop. >> We'll get it all figured out. >> But you don't understand. I was just opening my store for the first time. >> Ma'am Ma'am, just hang tight. Everything will get solved. >> I understand. You're not You're not trying to hear me. Not trying to listen to me. It's just >> You asked for a supervisor. Supervisor on the way. You'll have your opportunity to speak with a supervisor. >> All right. But I'm telling you, >> ma'am, >> as as a taxpayer, as a a woman, I'm telling you, >> okay, I'm telling you, a supervisor will speak with you and get everything. >> I'm telling you something else. >> My my job right now is to just stand here. That's it. >> So, you don't care about nothing. I >> didn't say I don't care. >> But, but what I'm telling you is he was really being rough and just can't >> And that's something that you can talk to the supervisor about. >> My phone, please. >> We're not going to move. We're just going to stand here. >> There's a joint here. Okay. It was right next to the cup. >> The officers then came to confront her about the weed they found inside her car. >> So, this is what we were smelling is marijuana, right? >> Okay. >> So, you understand you smell it? >> Not my vehicle. Okay. >> But you're driving the car. >> I don't know why you're trying to make things difficult. >> I couldn't I couldn't even find the insurance in the car. When you asked me for things immediately, I told her that's not even my car. I can show you the text messages where I just sent to someone. >> If you're driving a car, you're responsible for what's in the car. Does that make sense? You're the only person driving this car. Nobody else is in this car. Just you, >> right? >> Okay. >> Is that an accurate statement? >> Right now, at this moment, I'm the only person driving this car. If I wasn't driving this car 5 minutes before me, it would just drop off to me. >> Okay. I'm just explaining to you when we get here. I don't know if you've been driving this car all day or if you just drove 5 minutes. I don't know. All I know is this car smells like you. I'm trying to talk to you about it. Eventually, say I'm not going to answer that question. >> You never asked me about. You asked me what time I dropped my daughter off the street. >> Yeah. asked how old your daughter was. Right. That's what the first question I asked you. You said why? >> And I said because your car >> strange you asked me about my daughter. I don't want to answer no questions about my daughter. >> And then when I told you the car smell like you said I don't want to answer no questions >> because it's not even my car. When you when when you pull me over all my windows is down. So I don't even know what the car smell like. It was literally dropped off to me. I got in the car, dropped my daughter off, and literally came right here. This not even 3 miles. I >> I just want to see if we can get on the same page with this is this is stupid. This is a little bit of weed. It's not a big deal, right? But when you're telling me you're not going to get out of the car and I have to try to get actually pull you out of the car, that's when you start getting into resistant resistance. >> Cuz you don't get out the car for >> because your car smells like we >> pull me out the car. No, you told me exactly. We didn't look at the camera. >> Yes. >> In the end, the woman was charged with resisting without violence and possession of cannabis less than 50 g. The possession charge was later dropped and she pleaded no contest to resisting without violence. Her adjudication was withheld and she was ordered to pay a total of $585 in costs and fees. Attitude and cooperation often matter just as much as the original violation. Staying calm, following instructions, and not trying to outmaneuver the process can be the difference between a minor inconvenience and a costly legal outcome. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman jumped in a stranger's car to avoid arrest. >> If you keep tripping out, you're going to go to jail. Knock it off. Get out of the car and come over here. >> No. >> I'm going to take to jail. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I don't care. You want to play games with me out here? >> What am I doing? You guys can't even work in the parking lot, though. >> Stop. On January 18th, 2023, an officer was following a female with an active felony warrant when she jumped into a stranger's car to avoid him. Here's what happened next. >> What's going on? >> I don't know, man. She does. >> Check just jump in your car. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You know her? She She came with a friend. My bad. >> Yo. >> Yo, you ain't tripping. What are you doing? You ain't doing nothing wrong. She's >> She's probably tripping cuz she got a warrant. She knows she's got a warrant, but that's okay. She does. Hey, if you keep messing, you're going to go to jail. Okay, step up in front of that door for me. >> Hey, if you keep tripping out, you're going to go to jail. Knock it off. Get out of the car and come over here. >> Get out of the car and come over here. >> Why? >> Because >> I'm going to tell you one more time and then I'm going to take you to jail. >> That puppy was on point. Hopped into the front seat like, "Arest that chick." Also, ain't you just love a nononsense cop? He won't take her BS for answers. >> You think I'm kidding? >> No. >> I'm going to take you to jail. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I don't care. You want to play games with me out here? >> No. >> Like I don't know what's going on. Take your hands out of your pockets. >> Where's my phone? >> I don't care. >> You run away like I don't see you and then you want to play hide in the car. >> Oh, I just >> What? You gave him your dope? >> No. >> What? I saw you pass something up there. >> Yeah, the dog. I put the dog in the car. >> Really? Come over here with my partner. >> I put the dog in the car. >> Step over there. >> What's that? >> I got you. I got you. I'm not here messing with you, man. All right. If you happen to find something in there that doesn't belong to you, Stop. >> Knock it off. >> What are you doing, though? >> Knock it off. You got a warrant for your arrest. >> What am I doing? You guys can't give me We're just in the parking lot, though. >> Stop. >> Watch. After she was secured in handcuffs, she suddenly went limp and faked passing out. >> Stand up. >> You know, the good part about it is we're all here working today and I'll sit with you at the hospital. >> Lay on your back then. fell off. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> Yeah. >> Hey, wake up. >> Is that thing locked? >> Let me guess. You're having a seizure. >> Wake up. Hey. >> Oh, look. Your eyes work just fine. Wake up. >> 14 liquid 107 show. >> All right. >> Yeah. From like 512 SPW. >> Okay. You can just lay there for a minute. You're under arrest. >> According to the records, the woman had pulled a similar stunt the previous night with the same officer assisting that time. But tricks only worked once, not twice. If there's a supervisor that can swing by here, um, this in custody is likely going to gain an illness. Um, maybe just help us out. She's got a warrant under arrest or a warrant for arrest and she did this the last time and she's doing it again now. Hey. Hey. Are you getting tired yet? What is it that's bothering you? >> You can break off of that if you are. >> Your eyes are flickering. You're cuz you're trying to keep them closed. Open them up. >> Open them up. >> You can see just fine. >> We're behind in this car. >> Wake up. >> Wake up. >> You can't wake up anymore. >> Yeah. What's wrong with your head? >> What's wrong with your head? >> What? What are you saying? >> That's not a true statement. That is not a true statement. >> After a while, the EMS arrived at the scene, but she still continued her fake medical condition. The officers should have given her smelling salts. It would change her BS bluff real quick. >> How are you? >> Good. Good. >> So, she was just dandy running away and running around cars and doing all kinds of maneuvers um prior to be being put in handcuffs. Once we put her in handcuffs, this is what we have. >> Okay, >> she's >> So, just so you know, you guys last night came out and dealt with her around 11 o'clock over one of the other hotels. Okay. >> She was claiming to have some type of a seizure. She was taken to St. >> Uh, she was claiming to have some type of seizure. She went to St. Clair was vomiting. >> Is she running? >> She's got one. >> That seems to be kind of the >> Okay. process. >> Okay. >> Hey, miss. My name's Madam with the fire department. >> Can you open your eyes and look at me? >> Okay, let's take a couple steps to the back of the engine. Okay, >> you two. >> You were just literally running around cars. >> Okay, we're going to go right to the back of the engine. Right there. >> Come on. Ready. >> Walkie walkie. There we go. Life's about to get a lot better for you. Can Hello. So, this is how this works. I don't know who you are, but I need to fingerprint you. I need your pointer fingers. If you tell me who you are, you can save me time or I got to run this. And if it takes two weeks to come back, that's how long you sit in jail. Can you stand up and give me your pointer fingers, please? >> J. >> No, not your name. Your pointer fingers. Your finger fingertips. Can you stand up today? >> What? >> Not really. Go ahead and stand up. We'll hold you up. >> Pressure >> right. Oh, one more. We'll be done. Thank you. >> After the medics confirmed she was fine, it's now up to the supervisor to take a stern approach to put her in line. A >> one time offer. You want to stop playing the game? I'll let you smoke a cigarette. You can chill out for a minute. But you go to the hospital and you run my guys through all this for nothing, just like you did last night. Then the deal's off. So you got about 10 seconds to tell me and I'm leaving. >> You want to stop playing the game? >> I'm not playing. >> What? How do you want this to go? What do you want to do? >> Okay, then stand up like an adult and stop acting like this. >> What? Here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Thanks, guys. >> Let me help you set up. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> So, you've got no >> That's Jana. >> So, are we done with the game? >> All right. Did you get rid of anything that you had on your person? >> I left this car. >> I knew you did. >> What'd you have? >> Little bit. tutor my pills. >> Nobody cares about that. >> But if that's you trying to get away from that, like all this turns into is a big giant drama fest or a doc worm. You know what I'm saying? You know what I bet you could tell me now is I s I know you were searched but are they going to find anything on you in the jail? Put it up there. They're going to charge you with it. >> Nothing. No wheels, no nothing like that. >> The woman was charged with resisting arrest and escaped from community custody. This situation is a reminder that repeated stunts don't become smarter with practice. Officers document patterns, supervisors step in, and consequences escalate. The calm, non-nonsense approach from law enforcement contrasted sharply with behavior rooted in avoidance and deception. And in the end, accountability showed up exactly as scheduled.
