Here's what happened next when the police made contact with the suspect. >> [music] >> People walking by will have a rough time thinking her wig is a dead animal and to be honest it kind of looks like one. And what did she surprise about? Did she think the cops were her servants? What a rude lady. Where are your friends Where Where are your friends at? You just dropped that to be honest. Where are your friends at? My friends are Can you call them so they can come out and grab you and take you somewhere else? Something. You said you don't have a driver's license on you. It seems the mother might be part of the reason she turned out this way. Yes, while I was on the phone with her. Okay. Ma'am, can you step out, please? Can I figure out what's going on here with this car? If you're getting dragged out like a toddler, you really need to do some soul searching. Ma'am, can you step out of the car, please? Am I being arrested? No. You're being detained as everyone is during a traffic stop. And so, until I can't figure out what's going on, you're going to step out of the car until I figure out what's going on. I can't see why I'm stepping out of the car, though. Because I'm telling you to. Step out of the car now, or I'll make you step out of the car. I'm not going to ask again. This is your last chance to do it on your own. I can't see why this is so important I'm stepping out of the car for no reason. So, you're going to put handcuffs on me? No, I'm not unless you refuse to step out. Ma'am, you can step over here. Over here. Ma'am, over here. That way. This way. I'm calling you ma'am. Ma'am, over here. Over here, please. When the police come to your door, the last thing you want to do is act like that woman. Just let the officer do whatever they do. Bring your phone to record just in case since it is within your right and everything will be just fine. While all of whatever this is was happening, another officer was on the other side of the parking lot talking to the true victim of this case, and they were called to help arrest the two women. So, what happened is So, this lady's pulling out of there. She doesn't even go in the turn lane before she goes She goes straight straight across, and I'm going through, and if I did not swerve completely You stay here, okay? Please put your hands up. Now, the officer returned to the victim for the full story. Ew. All right. Let's try this again. Uh they started fighting us. They're fighting you. >> going on? So, say what you just said. Yeah. There's There's something wrong. What did she do? So, just go back to what what happened with you guys. So, so uh she almost smokes me. So, she gets next to me and I'm just like, "Learn how to drive, you idiot." Cuz she almost smoked my car and I was obviously mad. So, I said >> by yourself at the time? >> No, I was with my friend. She was like, "Fuck me off." She was like, "I'm going to kill you." So, I flipped her off and I I'm going to hockey. She's in front of me. So, I'm thinking, "All right, whatever." She keeps flipping me off in her mirror and you know, uh stupidly I I regret it, but I kept flipping her off back. whenever she would flip me off in the mirror. I regret it because obviously she's crazy. Yeah. >> And uh so then I she gets in the turn lane to turn into I think El Patio, and I'm like, "All right, I'm good. So I I don't have to worry about her following me." My friend Vince goes, "Look over." And this lady's park car Like I'm parked right here, but back then her car is facing mine like right like that. And she's "You don't know what the F I've been through." And immediately I'm like, "Yep, I'm done." She's walking towards my car. I I think she had like something in her hand most most likely like pepper spray. And I I don't want to get pepper sprayed or anything. >> She had pepper spray? >> I'm 90% sure she had something in her hand. So it was like a wallet or something. You usually carry pepper spray in a wallet. Okay. >> So I immediately put in drive, get out, go around that side, go out through Genesis, go around, pull in here, and uh she couldn't get in her car and get there in time. So I thought I was good. And then I am putting my helmet on, getting on the ice. Uh Tyler comes in the locker room, and he goes, "They're out here with baseball bats. Do not go out." At that point I'm getting undressed, and I'm like, "Call the cops for me." Okay. >> Cuz I I don't want my car getting destroyed. When I was running out here, she said, "I'm going to F'ing shoot you." Okay. She's running through the rink yelling at everybody. >> Okay, was she on the ice with you? No. Okay. She wouldn't have been on the ice. She would have probably regretted it. Probably, yeah. Sadly, only one of the two Karens was arrested. The other one gets to walk free with only a ticket. Okay. You were technically arrested today for disorderly conduct, disorderly person. You were issued a civil infraction ticket, okay? So you're being released here. For what? For disorderly person. Okay. Okay. Did the boys get disorderly for running me off the road and >> I didn't speak with the boys. I'm just relaying this one to you, okay? Okay. So I'm in trouble, but they're not. Let me finish, okay? Emily Law was arrested and is going to be lodged for assault police officer for punching me in the head multiple times. Her Okay. So, she's going to be arrested tonight and all that. So, we're releasing you with the vehicle. There is your ticket. So, she's going to OCJ or >> be going to OCJ. But, you are actually good to get out of here then. Okay. So, when can I get her? Um once she sees a judge and or magistrate. So, it's three It's 4:00 now. Probably not until sometime tomorrow. But, you are good to go. Just make sure you go to court within 10 days of today's date. Okay. Step on out and we'll get the show going. I hope you rot in [ __ ] Valerie. Not you. I don't know you. Where's all my stuff that was on the ground? >> In the car. Thank you so much. You're welcome. I'm sorry I reacted how I did. I like was I had a brain injury. Like I don't I couldn't talk for like 8 months. I just don't trust any cop. >> While one female was given a citation for disorderly conduct, the other was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and obstructing. Regardless of who was initially at fault, your behavior when police arrive dictates the outcome. By becoming combative and assaulting an officer, you forfeit any claim of being the victim and make yourself the primary offender. Moving on to the next case where an entitled Karen assaulted her own friend and then the officer at a resort. Valerie, you can't lay on the street. What are you doing? Why are you over here? Cuz what? Well, you're chilling in the road. Somebody almost hit you. Do you need to go to the hospital? No. Well, you're laying It didn't take a second glance for the officer to realize the girl was clearly intoxicated. So, she tried to prevent her from walking on the road drunk until the ambulance arrived. Come on, Valerie. Get out of the road. I'm not in the road. Yes, you are. You can't be walking in the road or you're going to have to go to the hospital. Stop. Look, the car is coming and you're in the road. >> in the road. You are on the road. You can't even stand up. I can stand. I'm standing perfectly. Oh, really? Yes. Oh, yeah. Come on, Valerie. What did you What did you take? What did you take? Why are you falling all over? I'm not. Uh you are. I pulled up and you were laying in the middle of the road here. I wasn't laying in the middle of the road. I was laying on the side. Okay. Well, that's in the roadway. That's on the side. What did you take today, Valerie? Nothing. Listen, Valerie. We've been more than reasonable with you. When we I'm not doing anything. >> Okay, listen to me. We could be issuing you summonses every time you're walking in the roadway. Because when there's the law states when there's a sidewalk like there is here and you're in the roadway, you're actually jaywalking and it's a ticket. So, we can give you multiple tickets every time we deal with you or what's the alternative? Nothing. But we're dealing with you every night walking in the road. >> my problem. I'm not walking It is It is our problem because when we get a call, we have to address it. >> I'm not walking in the middle of the road like last night. That was literal total I was parked on the side of the Okay. Well, tonight you can't even stand up. No, I can't. Uh we know. The officers clearly had experience dealing with the girl and this wasn't the first time she had caused trouble in the middle of the road and this case proves to be even worse than the last time. And she refuses to cooperate in any way with the officers' instructions. Valerie, come here. Come here. Come Come over here. Come over here. Just down over here, okay? I'm dizzy, man. Exactly. That's why you sit down. I hope it. Sit down. Come on. Sit down over here, okay? Why are you touching my arm? Cuz I want you to fall and crack your head, that's why. All right? I got you. Just sit down over here, okay? Sit down over here. Sit down on the curb, Valerie. Sit down over here, okay? I can't even stand up. I'm standing fine. Oh, yeah? Yes. Until you fall down and crack your head open. That's okay. No, it's not okay. You want me to sit? I'll sit. That'd be perfect. Do some roly-poly walking on that. All right. Well, you can't be roly-polying down the street. That's okay. >> [screaming] >> Valerie, sit down. All right. There we go. Real comfortable. It was like babysitting a toddler. She was so drunk she could barely stand. And what she did next completely sealed the deal for her arrest. That's correct. Jeez. I'm Valerie, come on. Out of the road. I'm in the road, am I? Ah. You really think I'm going? Tell me, Valerie. I'm not going, bro. Oh, yeah, you are. >> No, there ain't no god damn chance. Ain't no [ __ ] No. [ __ ] No, come on. Valerie, stop. Ain't no Stop. Ain't no You're under arrest, and stop. Ain't no way I'm going back. Stop. Come on. Bro, there's no way I'm going. There's no way I'm going. Stop. You can barely walk, Valerie. Let Let go to my god damn You can't stand up. I'm standing perfectly fine. >> falling all over and you were standing in the road when I pulled up. I am fine. I am good. I am good. You are going. You are. As the ambulance arrived to evaluate the girl, she began to freak out at the officers and tried to deny any assistance from them. As time went on, her meltdown became increasingly intense. I'm not going. No way. No way, man. Let's go. No. Yes. No. You have to. No way, buddy. You have You have two options here. You can come in the ambulance with us on the stretcher, nice and quiet, or these guys have to come with us. You're probably going to have the handcuffs and we're going to have to restrain you to the stretcher. You can't let that happen, man. No, no, no, no, no, no. Let's not. Let's not. Stop. Please, just come with us. Stop. I know you don't want to. Stop. But we don't want to restrain you to the stretcher. I'm not going, bro. Stop. Now, we're at a point we're going to go regardless. Just make this easy on yourself, okay? Let's Let's not make >> to take you. This is [ __ ] insane. Stop. Stop. I'm going, bro. Stop. Please. Stop. Stop fighting. Yeah. All right, stop. Shut up. Fight your stupid you. You. You want to [ __ ] hold it any stronger you want to break my god damn wrist? Val, you don't want to make this more difficult than it needs to be. I'm not doing sh- [ __ ] Stupid [ __ ] It's called a nice letter of matter. I didn't rehab. Can you pull my shirt down, please? No, she's still a nice lady. God bless your heart. I've been called worse, Val. Don't worry. >> [screaming] >> Stupid ass Val, come on. I'm going to have to spit in your face. You like that? You will love love it. I'm going to have to put a mask on you. I don't want to have to do that. You got something to you? Val, come on. Come on. All right, Val, stop. Come on. Stop. >> I'm not doing sh- You are. I'm not doing sh- You are. Legs Put your legs down. Put your legs down. Come on. We have a 20-year-old female coming from the side of the road. Appears to be intoxicated. >> on the side of the road. You were on the side of No, I wasn't. Were you in the middle of the road then? Suicidal statements if you ask me. Suicidal statements? Buddy, then, buddy. Y'all have no idea what's coming, bro. Y'all have no [screaming] idea what the is coming. Why am I spit while I'm in trouble? Yes. Why? You know what, buddy? Tell them sh- my I'm going to spit on y'all mother- Val, really? You don't want to do that. Watch me. Don't Hey, buddy, I got a present for you. Val, if you spit on him, you're going to get charged. Don't do it. >> For what? I didn't do sh- Talking and that's assault. Assault? Yeah, it's actually assault. You shouldn't arrest me then. Yes, and then you're going to go to jail. Is that really what you want? >> were loving me. Val, come on. Can you take this stupid No, because you were out of control. Why was I out of control? No. Yeah, you do. We're going to get you to the hospital. We're going You s- We're trying to help you. We can take you out of here and get you I'm buddy. Help [screaming] me, bro. You don't want to see me go in? Come on, that's what's up. Val, let's not do that. >> You don't want to see me go in? Come on, that's what's up. Val, let's not do that cuz then they got to come out with the big needle. Bro, let them stick me in my They don't stick it in your ass, it goes in your neck. Bro, I'm better. And it hurts. Can you turn this light off for me, please? Yeah, we can do that. Thanks, man. How's that? That's too bright. Yeah, that's better. >> [laughter] >> I'm going to puke, man. Do you want a bag? I'm going to puke everywhere. All right, let's not do that. She stayed at the hospital for the night and was released to the deputies the next morning, where she was arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case, where an entitled girl is trying to accuse her father of abuse. I know that, but my happiness comes first. Hey, no. Officers responded to a teenage girl accusing her father of abuse. And just as they arrived on the scene, the girl ran into the patrol car seeking refuge. But as the officers learned more about the situation, they realized things aren't what the girl said. I told everyone I said, "Please don't send me down there it's going to happen. I knew I was going to feel depressed. I told everyone I said, "Please don't send me down there cuz it's going to happen. I knew I was going to feel depressed. I knew I was going to feel depressed. I knew I was going to feel depressed. Okay, okay, let's roll back. What happened Was your father physical with you? That's your father? Mhm. Okay, that's your father and your mother? Okay, how'd that happen? >> [snorts] >> She was grabbing my arm and stuff. Okay, why was she grabbing your arm? >> She was just like, "Here, let me see. I'm not going to hurt you or anything." >> No, just tell me. >> Like she was like, "Come on, give me your phone. Give me your phone." And then I hit my arm on something. She can't take my phone. She does not pay the bill for that phone. And then she was like, "Get out of my house. Get out of my house." And the only reason she's saying that is because I was cursing. Okay. Because they're so Christian that they don't they can't hear one curse word without them >> Okay, what's your name? >> flipping everything out. Jemi, j e m i. I begged the judge to send me Okay, who'd you beg? My case worker, the judge, everyone. I told them what So, the girl flipped out because her stepmom wanted to take her phone away. That's a strong start for her. Let's see what more she has to say. Here's like I'm not going to be able to control that. Like I've been cursing for the longest time. Like what the world is not the end of the world, right? Mhm. And then his wife was like, "Get out of my house. You're not welcome here." And I was like, "Okay." So I packed my stuff and then she takes my phone and goes in the other room. Well, first of all, that's not her phone to touch. Her and my dad do not pay the bill for that phone. That is my phone that I have for years. She took your phone, what happened? You said you then proceeded to go take her phone. >> Yes, and then I called the Okay, what happened from there? I called the cops. I stayed on the phone with the cops the whole time. So, where did the physical stuff happen? Whenever she was trying to What Oh yeah, whenever she tried to take my phone, I was like, "No, give me my phone back." And then >> you went to grab the phone and you slipped off of it and slammed into something? Yes. What did you hit? One of the I don't even know. I'm so mad right now I don't even know. Did you >> And it's going to be for Dad, did Kelly ever lay hands on you? Outside of what happened right now? I'm asking as of right today or in the past four days you've been here. No. Okay. Okay, and how long ago was the last time that happened? The last time he was it's like was when I was 10. You said it was Okay, so you said it was when you were 10? Okay. I ran away when I was eight because of how bad he used to abuse me. The injury on the girl's wrist was evidence of a physical struggle. Well, it didn't even take 5 minutes to see how self-centered this teen really is. To her, the universe only exists to cater to her every whim. Her happiness is measured by everyone doing exactly what she wants, when she wants, and how she wants. After leaving the talk with the girl to another officer, this officer came to speak to the father. I'm tired of this. I don't want to lose them. I begged them not to send me down here. Uh tell me tell me a little bit about what's going on today. All right, so we just got my daughter I got custody papers here. >> Okay. Everything's been fine. She got in a fight with her boyfriend last night. Uh kind of uh had a fit of rage. I was vaping in our house and stuff like that. Asked her to stop. Uh that kind of escalated uh her attitude, throwing stuff in her room, punching stuff. Uh we took her out to eat earlier. She was hitting the back of our car seats and punching our car seats, yelling. She got on the phone with her CSB case worker in Ohio with >> Mhm. yelling and screaming and jumped out of the truck over here at Bethel Church. >> Mhm. And then we got home and my wife told her that she was grounded from the phone and took her phone. Okay. >> that's when she proceeded to call the cops. She was like, "Grab my arm." She was like, "No, like I don't even know." And then like I swung my arm back like that. And then I ran into her room and I grabbed her phone so I called the cops because like I didn't want to lay my hand on my dad's wife because like that's disrespectful. Like I'm just not trying to be disrespectful. I just didn't I literally didn't ask to come here. When she tried to grab the phone back, what happened? When who tried [snorts] to grab the phone back? When your daughter tried to grab the phone back. I think she grabbed it off her bed. I don't even know if she grabbed it out of out of her hands. >> Okay. I wanted to still stay in the foster home I was living in. And the lady told me I could I'm welcome back whenever. That's where I wanted to stay. Or I wanted to live with my mom's boyfriend, but he when he was fostering me he got charged with a misdemeanor to a minor. >> So she she's had she's had she's been in and out of children services and she's had problems up there with running away and not respecting authority and cops and stuff up there. And all this is stemming from her being grounded due to what you explained to me. >> Okay. From the cell phone. I don't know what to do no more. I just don't want to have I think my happiness matters more than anything. And I am depressed I am when I'm around you. Both the dad and his daughter had conflicting accounts of how the incident went down and now it was the stepmom's turn to verify either of the stories. On January 2nd, 2024, officers in Florida noticed a vehicle with its headlights out and parked in a fire lane. What should have been a simple ticket will soon spiral out of control. How you doing? You all right? Do you have your license with you? Can I see your plate? Well, you can't park here. It's a fire lane. No, not yet. I need to see your license now. Yes, you can't be here. I just said that. It doesn't matter. There's your car was off and you were parked in the fire lane. What are you doing parking here? Yeah, you did pass me around there. Say again? Okay. Thank you. Find me the registration and the insurance now. Now we're having problems. As officers move to place her in the patrol car, she suddenly claims she can't breathe, clearly trying to stall for something else. I don't know what the problem is. I don't know what feeling what I'm going to go through. If you want to write me a ticket, go ahead. Where do you live? Down the street. That's not helping me. Sir, go ruin my life. I'm not wanted. Or No. No. I walk back to I walk back to my car. All right. No. Come on. Let go of me. I don't want to go in the ambulance, and I'm not going. On July 20th, 2024, an officer responded to a woman yelling for help on the side of the road. What he doesn't expect is that his night is about to be ruined. I tried to go home an hour ago. My phone died. If one of you try to call my phone, my dad will literally show that he is on his way here. That he tried to come home. My phone died. I tried to get them to put me to my car because I obviously am drunk. >> Showed up. What's going on? What are you yelling for help for? Because I'm trying to wait for my dad. I'm trying to wait for my dad because I obviously am drunk. Do you just need a ride home? Yes, and they're pushing me out of the They're literally pushing me into the street. >> Who is they? Literally whoever they are. You got it. No, I'm sorry, but literally I'm sorry, but who are you? I'm sorry. I don't know you. >> We were talking to you earlier. No, I'm sorry. No, I'm sorry. And it still has a no license plate number on it, and it says Just so you know, her phone's dead. Didn't she yell for the officers to help her? And this is the way she acts. Also, holding up a dead phone and pretending like you're recording is huge brain energy, especially when you yourself mention it's dead several times before. I guess she's so drunk that she totally forgot that fact. And apparently, she had acted belligerently at a liquor store just before this. How old are you? Okay. You're supposed to give me a a phone call, on your phone or not. >> Okay, then it's a wash. Is your phone on? It is on, actually. So, can you make the phone call? And again, she called the officers for help and they were still trying their best to help her. But here she is being as entitled and belligerent as possible. On the side note, I could use that patience meter of Midwest safety hovering over my head in real life. Stand over here. >> Right? Because I do mind I do know my laws. If y'all want to talk to my dad, that's fine. We can. Yeah, we can because unfortunately I live 40 minutes away. I am aware. So oh boo mother [ __ ] who? >> please stand over here? Hey, what about my Miranda rights? You're supposed to say I have the right to remain silent. Nobody said I have the right to remain silent. Donkey, you have the right to remain silent. What you lack is the capacity. Because otherwise Otherwise I could go to my car. You're being detained for your safety. Am I detained? Am I arrested? No, because then I can go to my car if you're not going to let me. Yes, I am because I'm not going to let me. Let me go to my car and you can come with me. >> You are not free to leave. And I have a right to call my mom or dad. Absolutely. What we get to the station. Yeah, thank you. That's all right. After securing her annoying ass into the squad car, the officers transported her to the station, finished their paperwork, called her parents, and returned her custody to them. Take your cuffs off. Just hand on your head. >> [music] >> Sorry, what? That wasn't a full sentence for me. >> When I put this hand on your head, we're staying in cuffs home. Sorry, what? Sorry, what? Say one more time. I'm sorry. That wasn't a full sentence. You are not facing me, are we clear? Can you get it? Now, put your hand on your head. I see. I have a seat out here. I see. Can I actually raise my concern and sit down? Lift your hand up. You can put your arms down. You can put your arms down. I'm okay because you told me not to lift them.
