This police officer's daughter was arrested after allegedly kicking an officer in the head while intoxicated at an airport. Whoa. Whoa. Miss Gina, how did she get through TSA with [clears throat] this? Please. [crying] Officers responded to reports of a woman at the airport who appears too intoxicated to board her flight. But things quickly escalate when officers attempt to take her into custody. Take a look. Well, Gina, the way you're acting right now, they're not going to let you fly cuz you seem like you're intoxicated on something, right? So, have you had anything? Don't just be honest with us. I will I'm um I had shots in the airport. Um, but I What time is your flight today? I apologize. You don't You don't have to apologize for it. No, I feel I feel like I don't want you to worry like I'm too and I understand that you need to um but I'll tell you exactly what my Gina when's the last time you drank something or took something. Have you been drink Did you have some drinks last night or today? Just be honest. No, not today. Um, I just saw my sister in relation and that was probably Okay. Okay. Time out. Hold the phone. Let me try to answer that for her. Look, it's uh it's like almost 8:00 in the morning. So, my thinking is she probably had those shots. I think she says shots, right? And it's always two. Two shots of vodka, two shots of tequila, two margaritas, etc., etc., right? But come on. I mean, I've worked at the airport and I know early in the morning, I think they open up the gates like at 4:45, 5:00 a.m. TSA opens and I don't think the bar starts opening up like around 700. Could be that she actually took the shots there. But here's the most important part of it. Having work at the airport and if you're an airport PD officer, you can feel my pain here. You know what? You just need to leave the secure area. That's it. Somehow someway, we got to work together. Well, right, you're acting like said they're not going to let you fly. So, what time is your flight today? Right now, if you went to the gate, they probably would not let you board. But do me a favor. Finish tying your shoe. We don't want you to trip. What gate? Ma'am, I didn't hear you. Um or who you flying with? I'm What I'm telling you is that if they don't let me board my flight, it's going to be a huge problem. Well, see, that's the thing. They're trying to avoid it. So, I know. I I I will do anything to Okay, we'll start the tiny shoe. Okay, go ahead and tie your shoes so you don't trip. I honestly like I really I would be too scared to get out. Well, right. I can tell you right now the way that you're they're acting, they won't let you fly cuz they think you might be intoxicated and they can't have you up in the air like that. Okay. Do you have anyone we can talk to? I I don't It's okay though. It's It's okay. Okay. Who you flying out with? First of all, I'm not flying with anybody. I'm flying alone. No. No. Who you What airline are you flying with? So, I'm going to Orlando. You're going to Orlando. And who are you flying to get to Orlando with? Like Delta, sister. Which airline? Like Delta, American, United? Southwest. The flight that you just missed. You want me to cancel this reservation and not rebook you for tomorrow? What? You're 6:00. I get you out tomorrow morning at 6:00 in the morning. Tomorrow morning, which is Thursday. Tomorrow at 6 o' Okay. I'll rebook. I'll bring over your information in just a minute. Okay, Gina, right? You want to sit down over here? Give you some first class ride. Okay. I can walk. No, I think you should ride this. All right. You should take a seat. Earlier, we want to make sure you're okay. You're not like Hey, let me let me get this. Okay. Treat you like a queen. Come on. Sit down. Okay. But can I talk to you about Huh? Yeah, sure. Go ahead and have a seat and you Yep. Tell me everything. Let's go. Yeah. Okay. No, you come over here. I like it. So, you know what? I got this. Hold my beer. You know what? Let me show that command presence. I'm going to build that rapport with her. Just get in the wheelchair, right? First class ride to the exit of the airport. And then here's the deal. Then what do you do? You got to get Uber, Lift, taxi. Somehow some way you got to make sure that she's okay cuz that's that's what matters to most. But I'm going to tell you right now, just from experience, I've worked LAX LAPD on an overtime detail and it happens and it's not an easy task at all. I think I've already said that. Okay, let's see what happens. I want to hear everything you got to say. Just sit right here. I mean, I'm I'm going to push you. It's going to be great. Asking you to let me. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems cuz right now you you've wavered. You're So, stand up. Stand up. Please. I want you to walk to that officer right there. You can't. Ma'am. Okay. Then sit down, please. Sit down. Sit down, please. Stop. Ma'am, sit down right here. You, ma'am, just sit down right here. There you go. Whoa. Ma'am. Ma'am, listen. Ma'am, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. First off, I got her. Stop. Want to be in handcuffs? Let's go. Go ahead. No. You got you. All right. Dude, I'm about to 1095. Screw it. Screw this. All right. Come on. You're under arrest. Come on. You're under arrest for public intoxication. Stop resisting. Give me your hand. Please. No. Stop. Go ahead. Hit hit the latch. Hit the latch right there. I thought you already had her. Oh my god. I'm just calming down. I thought you already had the other hand got on her. I'm sorry. That's fine. She got out of it. She's got skinny wrist. That's so good for you. 12 downstairs. Downstairs. Whoa. Whoa. See, she's got it again. Okay. White female 1095. She slipped out of these. Yes. I just want to talk to my dad. You're going to have to undouble it. I want to talk to my dad, please. I want to talk to my dad, please. Yeah, somebody help me. She's going to slip out. She's going to do a tight rude. You had every opportunity. Don't put your hands on me. It's okay. Come on, chill. Oh my god. I need help. Help. Help. Help. Let me talk to my dad. These are pretty loose. Don't Don't put your hands on me. Help. Somebody help. Help. Oh my god. You know what? Do me a [crying] favor. We're going to get in the chair. I'm going to go get AP12. She's [clears throat] kicking. Okay. Get up and sit in the chair. You have to go. Here you go. All right. All righty. We got the hat. You got that doozy hat. It's hard to watch, you know, cuz it's more than just the arrest and trying to, you know, exit the secured area. But with all that being said, another tactical plan would be maybe perhaps I know you're probably thinking of the rap, right? It's called the burrito wrap is what people call it. But maybe a gurnie. You know what? Maybe get an RA, get EMS to take, you know, her blood pressure, get her vital signs and I don't know, in a gurnie and take her away from that sort because the officer is right, her legs are going to be kicking. She's going to be flat on her legs everywhere. And so you got to maintain control, right, of her whole body before you even get to the uh exit of the airport. Just a thought. Is what it is. Get your feet over here. Push your lip. Don't lift. home. I asked you for this. I asked you for this. Who the [ __ ] are you, bro? Come on. Oh, you're tired. That's cute. You see? I mean, my I I swear to God, my dad will you. You have no idea who the you're messing with. My dad will literally kill you. So, worry about it. He will in the next week. I promise you. Where's my phone? Your phone and stuff is in here. Let's go. Okay, good. Help. Help. Help. Help. Oh, you got it. There's no way easier. Okay, just just shut the Somebody help. Miss Gina, no. Stop, Miss Gina. We are done with you. So, you're going to sit down. And you're going to listen to this officer. Sit down. Put your feet up right now. No. No. Do you think we got an AP up upstairs? Help. Help. Go get an AP, man. Just let me know if there's one upstairs or not. Look, what I will say is that sense of humor in law enforcement is like a must. I'm going to tell you right now, we see the most darkest places and people. We're in our darkest moments, right? And all the trauma that we built through all these years, right? decades. Okay, you got to have a sense of humor. You can't take it too serious because if you do, it's just going to eat you alive. And I know that that officer was chuckling, but again, the consequences lies all on her, right? It's your actions that's causing all this license for us. No, no, don't worry about that. Get the AP first. Somebody. Sorry, man. Help! [screaming] Help! Help! Somebody help me, please. Dude, can you stop? No. No. We're trying to be nice to you. No, you're not. Yes, we were. Be nice. I don't even [ __ ] care. me right now. No, we're not going to. Go ahead. Just relax. Somebody help. Can you stop, Gina? You're acting like a child. No, I'm not being You're acting like a child right now. Are you serious? You are. Leave me alone. Act like an adult. Are youing serious? Yes. Well, I don't use it. How did she get through TSA with this? Cuz you're supposed to have prescription if it's like if it's like herbal and you're supposed to be in there supposed to be in a ziplockc bag. Yeah. Jesus Christ. She said she was trying to fly out. She's intoxicated when she gone through the TSA checkpoint. Why did Why are you putting me in handcuffs? Cuz you were intoxicating. He's getting off the phone so he said he was allowing me to speak to him. Well, you won't get a chance to call them when you get to the deal, ma'am. Call them. It's pre-booking. They'll let you make a phone call. Okay. And let me stop right there because maybe maybe perhaps I'm just throwing this out there is maybe call the father and say, "Sir, you know what? And just let her know that we need for her to comply. Like tell her, hey, follow the instructions of the officers. Listen to them. Okay? They're going to take you to to the police vehicle, the cruiser, and we're going to go ahead and arrest her." Maybe use him right as an instrument to get her to cooperate. And by the way, it's probably a combination of alcohol and maybe the meds, right? The prescription drugs. It's got to be cuz she looks completely way out of it, right? Unless she had more than two shots, right? Be right over here. So, you said this isn't your first time in jail? Sorry. This isn't your first time in jail? This is my first time having something. You just said that you've been arrested before, right? I've had a DUI, but this is the first time that I've been um treated like this. I'm I'm I'm a bisexual woman. Okay. So, I understand like that men get treated certain ways and when I get treat treated certain ways, I don't like to compare it to men because I think like we're the same. But this would be my first arrest where I felt like I was treated in a way that a man would have been treated. You don't think you've been treated fairly today? No. No. No. I wouldn't say that. So, you don't remember that you know the the officers, even me, you know, were trying to talk to you with respect? Yeah. But you didn't want to listen? I I I understand and I apologize. My father and my grandfather were both Chicago PD. Um my um cousin is also she's uh her name is Donna Runo. Okay. And she represented uh Diddy and Harvey Weinstein. Oh wow. not something that I'd like to admit, but um everybody in my family is, you know, kind of a part of the um the police force in Chicago. So that's why I'm like I'm trying to be as as nice as I can be, you know. Okay, let's go ahead and wrap it up. Final thoughts. First and foremost, like always, a big shout out to Savannah Airport PD. Man, those officers to be able to tolerate and put up with that, it doesn't just happen once in a shift. It probably happens a couple of times, maybe. I don't know. Now, the biggest lesson of them all is this. Uh I think her name is Gina. Me being a father to a young daughter, awesome, beautiful daughter that I have, uh I'm here to tell you that you know what, daughters need their dads. They do. And so, you had a DUI and you know, you just look what just happened here. My thinking is that you need that necessary help, that treatment. All family members, everybody has to be there to support you and make sure that you come out healthy. Okay? We're there for you. I hope you get better. Okay? Be safe out there. Up next, I'm looking at a Walmart mass stabbing that leaves 11 victims injured. Throw it away. Those were all criminals in Walmart. Your name is Jesus Christ. Yeah. Now it's Brad. But that's over on my second channel while I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay, so she was charged with public drunkenness and obstructing an officer along with possession of a schedule 4 control substance and prescription medication that was not in its original container. At this time, we don't know the outcome of those charges or how the case was ultimately resolved. Okay, so you know the drill. Let's click that like button, that notification bell.
