This enraged woman chooses violence in a Starbucks drive-thru. She comes and hits my car. No, she ran into me. Why would I run my Mercedes into her car? Cops respond after reports of a road rage incident, but things quickly escalate after dash cam footage reveals what really happened. Take a look. How you doing, man? Sorry for interrupting you, sir. I just I have cameras. This is my fiance. We can pull the footage. I have one beverage in the vehicle and it's full. Okay. Nope. The lid has not been removed. Can you tell me what happened? Yes, sir. I'm sure she told I did get upset. I did honk my horn at her. That doesn't give you a right to assault someone with your vehicle. Okay. She I have footage of all of this. Baby, calm down. She was There was a line at Starbucks. Both people coming through. Sir, sir. No. Babe, babe, calm down. I'm getting my computer so you can see the footage. All right. Okay, he's coming in hot. You know, he is pissed, you know, and rightfully so. He probably should be, right? But let me just kind of flush out a little bit of details here as it relates to a TC, right? Tap of collision investigation. It seems as though that she's going to end up being party too, right? And the female black lady who claims that, hey, she's the one that ran into her, she's probably going to end up being party one. But we don't know all that information regarding this TC investigation unless we watch this video footage which is very very important because it's going to tell like not the entire story but it is going to tell for the most part a lot of the story or what happened uh in this investigation. I hold a second 35 radio I need additional unit. Can I get out and see the damage to my car? I'll make sure he stays calm. I I'm sorry. This is a brand new car. We've gotten in a lot of accidents. I mean, I I I She She cut somebody off and she tried to cut me. She did cut me off and I got mad and I was honking my horn at her. And right or wrong, however you feel about that, that's all I did. When we pulled up to the Starbucks, you got your driver's license on you? was uh sir, were you in the car with her? Was he on the phone with her? The whole driver's license. Can I can I finish telling you my my side of the story, please, sir? So, I and as soon as he moves, I'll get my driver's license for you. Okay. I was honking my horn at her and then she stopped. And I told the people at Starbucks, I feel threatened now because she stopped instead of just getting her coffee and pulling on. So, they went out to talk to her and I guess maybe I should have let them finish and let her pull off, but I really didn't think she would hit my car. So, I pull around while the guy's talking to her. I figured it was safe to go on and pull around and pull out. And I come up here and I'm on the phone with him just complaining about the altercation that I had. And I said, "She's behind me." But I didn't think she was stupid enough to hit me. And then all of a sudden, she threw something at my car. And if that was the worst that would happen, I'd move on with my day. I'm not This is a brand new car. I've gotten in three accidents in the last year, none of which were my fault. I'm not about to cause an accident. I have front and rear view facing cameras of the whole thing on camera. She comes and hits my car. Do you have that video, though? Yeah, absolutely. We have it. I'm going to get you to send it to my email. Okay. So, while we'll wait for the video, uh let's put on our TC investigative hats on and see the damage uh that caused this particular vehicle, right? It's consistent, right? You can tell with uh the scrape. It's got fresh, I want to say white, you know, kind of gray paint. Uh, but with all that being said, it's pretty consistent with the fact that the front headlight, right, the driver's side front quarter panel of the woman's vehicle, party one, party one being at fault, uh, is going to be where the actual impact happened. Now, again, let's all talk about this video footage cuz it's going to paint the picture pretty well. I'm not going to say 100%, but it's going to pretty much tell a lot of the story of what happened. I'm going to I'm going to have to like pull it off cuz it doesn't I mean I am sorry for getting as upset with her as I did. But there is no excuse for this. I got you. There's a big difference between honking your horn and yelling at somebody cuz they pissed you off in a drive-thru and hitting them. I got you. Who is the driver? I don't know. I pulled up. How are you? Hey, I'm good. How are you? Good. Just want to make sure you got her statement. Um, who was the driver? Which is the vehicle that was hit? The Mercedes. Okay. Yeah. Are you the driver of the Mercedes? You're the driver? Okay. Are you friends? Okay. Were y'all in the car when it happened? No, it was me. Okay. Do you have your license with you? Um, I gave it to the man already. Okay. So, tell me what happened. So, it started from Starbucks. Uhhuh. Were you in line at Starbucks? Yeah, we was in line at Starbucks and um the way how the line is, I was there before her. So when I end up going to the intercom, she was blowing her horn at me. Even when I was trying to make my order, she was blowing her horn at me and calling me a So we was still waiting in line. By the time I got to the front of the line, she's still blowing her horn. And I'm like, "Okay, the the the situation is already over. So why are you still trying to blow your horn at me trying to start stuff?" So then I end up talking to the Starbucks dude and then me and him talk or whatever and I told him what happened. He said he even heard it through the little intercom and then we left. So I'm leaving out of Starbucks. She's behind me. So I'm turning. I'm making a right out of Starbucks. She tried to speed in front of me and end up swerving and hitting my car. She hit the front of that side of my car from the back all the way to the front and we was on the right hand side. Okay. So she tried to speed up and go in front of me trying to be funny and try to drive fast and cutting me off and she end up swiping me on the side of my car and then and I end up on the back all the way to the front cuz she had fall. Okay. Are you hurt? Huh? Yes. My back hurt. Your back hurts? Okay. No, I called cuz uh he was about to go over there and start fighting. So So they weren't they didn't come over here and start fighting? No. Okay. I didn't know he was here until he started coming my way. I was like, "What happened?" They got to fight. They got to uh arguing in Star Boy line. Radio, can you score for a 24 year old female complaining for some reason? I guess she's she's she's claiming that she called her the N word. Okay. Um he has he has camera footage of everything. I just want him to see it. Hard to You want to put it in the car so you can see it. This is from you see it. I can put it in the brightness that way. It would have been nice if we can actually see the actual laptop video footage. That way we can all kind of make a determination, right? Uh who's at fault? Who's party one or who's party two? Sorry for the dirty screen. So soon as she passes this transfer truck, she comes up beside her and just rans. So she's on camera. She is on camera. I should have told the Starbucks that. Yeah. Go around. I was wham straight in the lane. Straight away. Not even turning. No blinker. No. Laura's part about the drink being thrown. Where was that at? I think she threw a drink at me. My When did she right before? Right before she hit me. Like I kind of come in my in my She had the drink in her car. It's full. It's full. I'm going to give it to you. It's full. You can hear in the video there's no window down, you know. Sir, I haven't touched it. Okay. I haven't taken the little thing out of it. You want to feel it? No, that's a drink that she th No, this is just my drink. this is the only drink I have in my vehicle. I don't have anything to throw at her. And that just goes to show you the uh inconsistencies with the statements that the uh party one that the lady makes. And again, we're about to find out. And one thing that I noticed also is is that if the black lady claims that this lady hit her, right? You would see actual evidence of the front end of this SUV, right? Where the front driver's quarter panel where the headlight is to actually hit and it would cause that similar damage. But that's not the case cuz we're about to see the damage that was caused from party one. The lady over there in the Mercedes said that this girl called her the N word during their argument. Okay. While going down 74, that lady over there says that she came over into her lane of traffic and that's where all the damage happened. Okay. But you just watch the dash cam in her car and you can see that she's in her lane of traffic and the other girl just rams the crap out of her. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, and and and that's her dash cam. That's her dash cam. Awesome. This guy where you can actually see that she just come She doesn't go over anything like that. She's safe in her lane and she gets around. Wow. Okay. So, that beer to maintain lane or improper lane change. That's We used a vehicle to You're not Yeah, she's not. She didn't. It's not an accident. Yeah. For the other girl. It's not an accident. It's a criminal act. Yeah. She used her vehicle intentionally to ram that car. Yeah. That was no failure to maintain though. Yeah, that's more of a that's aggravated assault. We use that weapon to cause seriously body injury or damage. Yeah. Let me kind of add into that is that here in the state of California, we call that ADW with a vehicle, right? The vehicle being the weapon. And it's what we call a wobbler. It's either a felony or a misdemeanor depending on the circumstances. But yeah, we just transitioned from just a CC investigation, right? exchange of info and you're pretty much good to go to now a criminal act. Someone's gonna have to end up going to the Great Bar Motel. So, who said the drink was strong? The drink was strong. Okay, sir. That was actually the front camera. We have the rear view as well. So, we'll be sending you both. Okay. This is a little bit like a soy latte. Come on, Sarge. It's a pumpkin spice aventi latte hot. That's the way I roll. She cut her off from the drive-through line. But okay. I mean, but everybody got their stuff, right? Supposedly. Yeah. Well, the other girls missing her drink apparently. She threw it at this car. So, no. I think they're saying that this girl threw it at that car. Oh, which she doesn't have her drink. So, that didn't happen. Here's her throwing at the I got the back camera footage pulled up. Here's her throwing the stuff. Where's your camera? You couldn't get it on that. Watch her out the window. throws wham and then wham. That's teren. Hey, how you doing? And then she's How are you, sir? This is why I paid $400 for camera. Right in the side. She tried to say I hit her. Where's the It's over there. So, make sure you get the uh You sure? Well, make sure you get the keys and all all that stuff you handle. Well, she's going to the hospital now. Sure. No, the other one. Why is she going home? She had back pain. She's got back pain. Go ahead and push that BS button cuz I don't think that she has back pain. In fact, I really think that she has a lot to lose by telling the truth, right? Not holding herself accountable. So, she has to be deceitful because she doesn't want to take any responsibility for her actions whatsoever. And that's that's some pretty significant damage uh to the SUV to party too. I suppose now we can just call her a victim, right? So, she's a suspect uh and now she's the victim. You know what? We got to move forward with the uh booking and arresting procedures. Hey, get all the information. Thank her. There's your license back. But I do need you to step out the car for me. Put your phone down. All right. Put your hands behind your back. Cuz you know why? Huh? Aggravated assault. On her. I seen I seen the video. Cuz I got out the car. No, ma'am. I seen the video. Uhhuh. And it shows that you threw the drink at her and rammed her. Ram. Yes, ma'am. No, I did not ran her. The video will be in the report. She ran for me. Okay. Well, what when you taking her? Uh, she's going to have she's going to be going to Rice Street for aggravated. So, she ran into a battery or something. Not aggravated. No, ma'am. That was that was a hard hit, huh? No, she she she was Oh, girl was driving in her lane and she went she ran. No, she ran into me. I saw video front and back. No, she ran into me. She long story short. So, the altercation, whatever verbal altercation is Starbucks, she waited on her to leave the driveway. Mhm. She left the driveway, then followed her out and then got right about up there and threw the drink at the car and literally rammed the car. Let me add into that because like I was saying earlier is that if that's the case, right, if we take that to be true and factual, then the damage on the other lady's vehicle would have been on the passenger front quarter panel where the headlight is, right? And there is none. That damage up there is what hit the car first. So, she hit like this cuz she went in at an angle and then it did like that. That's how that damage got there. There you go. Hit like that. Because she was behind her, she moved over a lane, accelerated, threw the drink out the window and then swerved left into her cuz she was in the left lane. And the only reason we know all of this is because the video. That's the only reason other than the video, it would just be word, you know, word against word, but it's literal video footage. Okay. So, this has to be an assault charge. It's aggravated assault. Yes. Ramming somebody with a car is a forcable felony. Okay. So, u I'll be be able to bail her out today and damn, right? Probably not. She'll be able to call you. We don't So, the way we do it is they the judges set bonds. We won't have anything to do with that. Basically, we'll take her back to the police department, do the paperwork. It'll be a couple hours. Okay. She'll go to 911 right street at Fulton County and she'll be able to make a call when she gets there. But I'm going to go ahead and tell you that she's not going to have a bond until she has a first appearance hearing. Do Do you know if we ever figured out if this car has insurance on it? She got insurance. I'm sorry. She got insurance because the system showing it does not. So see what she wants. Yes, ma'am. Do you get the report from Starbucks? Cuz she's the one who started with me. Well, it was at at that time it would be just a verbal. It wouldn't be nothing but just a report. But she hit me though. Where? Okay. Huh? No, the her according to her video, you hit her. No, I did not hit her. Now, I'm not going to lie. I did throw a juice at her. So, when when did you say she hit you? Okay. So, I threw the juice and then she tried to cut me off and then that's how we ended up hitting. I did. Hey, why would I run my Mercedes into her car? Okay, ma'am. Look, I saw the drink and she was in her lane and you swear and ran. No, I did not. Oh my god. All right, so this is completely off topic. Do you have insurance on the car? Yes, I do. Who is it with? progressive. Yeah. Do you have the app on your phone by chance? Yes, I do. Okay, cool. Let me address a couple of things here. First and foremost, look, the mom solid in a sense that she's she's very compassionate. She understands, you know, it's almost as if she's taking accountability for her daughter's actions, right? Because she could have easily just acted crazy. What are you talking about? My daughter didn't hit nobody. That lady's at fault. Blah blah blah. All that good stuff. When we are talking to the suspect, when we ask her a question, she's hitting you back with a question. Why would I hit my Mercedes? You know, why would I do that? Or why would I do this? It's not a matter of why you're asking me the question. I'm just letting you know the facts. Is this where I'm being left at? No, ma'am. Step out for me. What's this place? Let's just hold it while we take care of the paperwork to take you to 101 191 109 right. You have anything in your pockets for me? No. First, the appeal is going to be an animated assault. Yes, ma'am. Let's go. And then that'll be up to the judge to decide though. You going to sit on that 10 bench right now? Your version of you guys from the beginning. Yes. So, we was at the Starbucks line. Okay. So before she goes on to tell her story for like the third or fourth time, uh we've watched other videos where we mirandize suspects, right? And for some reason in this particular video, it doesn't depict the fact that she's been mirandized. Just a thought that if you're going to be telling this story again, you know, you're kind of self-inccriminating all your statements. Okay. And she tried to get in front of me, but my car was already there first. Okay. So, I get to the speaker, she's blowing her horn, calling me out my name. So, we're arguing back and forth through our windows. After we leave, after well, after I paid for the Starbucks order, um, I spoke with the Starbucks employee there. He came outside and I spoke with him. I told him what happened with the situation. As we pulled off, she she threw something at me and then I had a a juice in my car. It was on Wendy's cup. M. So, as we turned out, after she threw something at me, I tried to throw something back at her, but when I threw it at her, the cars end up swerving into each other, but I did not sit there and ramp my car into her intentionally. That's crazy. For one, I'mma call BS on that. The cars ended up swerving at each other or towards each other is what she said. That's not what the evidence shows. And according to party two, right, the victim, she didn't throw any drinks. She showed the officer, you know, her drink that still has the lid and, you know, it's kind of warm and it was the only drink inside that vehicle. So, she threw something at me. I threw it back. But when I threw it back, I lost control of the wheel and my car swerved in the hair car. That would be considered reckless driving. And I threw a I threw a cup back at her. So, that would be considered um disorderly conduct. hospital. I was speak I was talking to the other officer. She told me the difference between the um reckless driving and the aggravated assault. For one, I did not aggravate a aggravated assault this lady because I did not do any I did not intend to crash my car directly into her for one and then two, I did not cause any bodily harm or injur injury to her for two. What I did was reckless driving. Yes, I threw the cup back. I should have never did that. But by me doing that, by me throwing the cut back at her, I swear things hit her car. Okay. All right. So, you understand that she has dashboard cameras, right? Front and rear. Mhm. Okay. Perhaps you could have been the bigger person and just drove off. Just drove. I should have. I should have. But because of your actions, this is where you it led you to where you're at. And so, I need you to look at that. And so what you just said, I want you to tell me if there's anything close to what you said. Make it happen. That's you behind you, right? Yeah, cuz I was talking to the Hold on. Stop. Stop right there. Did was anything tossed at your car? Did you Did you play the beginning from when we was at the um Go back the beginning of the line? No. No, I'm talking about when we Okay, so this is this You're not behind her, right? That's not you. I'm in front of her. Okay. So, go ahead. Now, let it go. Don't play when it all happened. Love, that's what we're doing. Okay. Right here. This is her leaving Starbucks. No, I'm saying beginning when she threw something at me first. Why y'all not playing that? What did she throw? How would she How'd she get anything thrown at you when she's just leaving? And No, I'm talking about the beginning, sir. When we was about to What did she throw at you? She threw some I don't know what kind of it was a little cup or something. Keep going. Let me stop right there because that could be true, right? I'm not saying that she's lying about that or, you know, her facts are inaccurate, but what I will say again goes to the video footage. It doesn't tell the whole picture. It really doesn't. It paints it to the sense where we're going to have enough probable cause to go ahead and arrest her, but it just doesn't paint the entire picture. So, but you made it a point to follow her. We was both leaving. I said we both left Starbucks. Okay. She threw something at me. Not here, but in the beginning. You're not playing the beginning. From when we turned inside of Starbucks. Why would I just follow her for no reason? What's this? Hold on a second. What are you doing here? Why would you Where were you going? I was going home. I live this. I live that way. So, you couldn't come on to another lane, but just continue going on and you and I was trying to get in front of this truck. That's when I got over. After this, I got on that side. Uhhuh. And that's when I tried to throw the drink at her, but when I threw the drink, I end up swerving into her car. So, look. And I end up swerving. I did not intentionally try to hit her. Hit me. I did not. That's not intentional. That's the act. Here's the thing. The judge already signed the warrant. Okay? You can have this conversation with the judge. A judge found enough probable cause to charge you with that. So, there's there's nothing to debate here. Okay? So, get your paperwork, B, and let's just get on. Okay. Want some Make sure you don't forget that clearance. No, she's got a copy. Yeah, I got We got it right here. We have it right here. Make sure they're gonna want that. Got it right here. Oh, yeah. I'll make sure I put it in. Let me just add on to that as well that the uh female officer looks like she's the boss, right? You're right. Let's not play judge and jury here. That's about the only criticism that I have. We're playing the video, you know, we're trying to get her statement against the these are all self-inccriminating statements. Uh for that matter, let's just go ahead and, you know, you're at the Great Bar Motel. Let's get her before the judge and and and call it a day. That's aggravated assault. Yes, I lost control to I didn't assault. Okay, that's that's how this this bad boy interprets aggravated assault. I didn't cause her any bodily harm or anything. Okay, let's go ahead and wrap this up. Final thoughts. Uh first and foremost, big shout out to Fairburn PD, right? Officers conducted thorough investigation. No stone goes unturned, as I like to say it. SARS was spot on with, you know, supervising and overseeing this investigation that went from ATC uh into an ADW ADW with a vehicle is what we call it. Okay. Now, the biggest lesson of them all is look, just don't let your frustrations get the best of you. Okay? Because when you decide to just ram a vehicle, right, and just go off and hey, I'm going to show you and oneup you, uh, it's going to end up with criminal consequences. Okay? Hope you learned something. Up next, I'm looking at how a teen passenger shoots an Uber driver six times. I think he meant part. He told me he the Uber driver three times. Did the Uber driver die? Yeah. Six times in the torso. Six. That's over in my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay. So, she was charged with aggravated assault, reckless driving, and child endangerment. Unfortunately, there are no available court records, news follow-ups, or sentencing details tied to this exact body cam video in any public sources.
