I didn't hit my son. >> I don't understand where they're at. >> Where they're at is I'm going to feed your son. I'm going to take care of it because I'm sober. Whatever help you need, you need to find it. Pisses me off. Being a parent comes with responsibility, but these mothers seem to have forgotten that part. Their reckless decisions put their own children at risk and eventually put themselves behind bars. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Here are the times when cops put dumb, irresponsible mothers behind iron bars. Starting with this case here where a mom fought the police in front of her kid after stealing with the child. >> You know what? You know what? Yes, I did. Here, take it. You can have take it back to him. >> No. No. See, you don't want this car. We're way beyond. I'll take it back. >> No. No. No. No. We're way beyond that. Go. Stop. Go up to my car. No sir. I cannot >> go to my car. >> I cannot get out of the car. >> Welcome to May 1st, 2026. And cops respond to this grocery store's parking lot to confront a woman who'd been caught stealing multiple items on camera with her child present. Let's check out mom of the year. >> Can you call back the complainant and find out what items were not paid for? >> I just want to go home. I'm not going to take my son to my brother. >> Sit back and put your seatelt back on. What are you doing? We are going to go to McDonald's, but you need to stop. I've had that. That I've had that. Stop. Go up to my car. >> I cannot >> go to my car. I cannot >> get out of the car. You're under arrest. >> Please. Please. Okay. NO. NO. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. STOP. STOP. STOPING. STOP. STOP. LET ME CALL MY MOM. LET ME CALL my mom. We are beyond that. Stop. Take it down. Take it down. Take it down. Go. Go to the ground. Go to the ground. I STOP. STOP. >> STOP. >> STOP. I'M STUCK RIGHT THERE. >> STOP IT. >> STOP. PLEASE. >> YOU ARE DOING THIS. NOT ENOUGH. >> I'M ASKING you to let me call my mom. >> Stop. >> I'm asking you to please let ME CALL MY MOM. >> I HATE YOU. [screaming] >> You're also getting resisting arrest. >> I already have one of those. >> Oh, now you got another. >> You are resisting. >> Hey, buddy. >> Okay, here we go, buddy. >> Get off me. Get off me. No. >> Well, a disgrace for a mother acting all crazy in front of her child. Poor baby. Probably scared to death. >> I can't breathe. Get off. >> Roll her over. >> Roll over. >> Sit up. >> Sit up. >> Okay. >> I I can't. You can't. >> Stand up. >> No, we are way beyond that. Stand up. >> I have to call my mom. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. [screaming] >> Stand up. Oh god. >> Tuck your legs under you and stand up. >> It's not my legs, it's my arms. >> Please let me call my mom. That's all I'm asking. Please just let me call my mom. So you can tell me in my car, please. >> It's okay. You don't want to mess with me. >> Please. I'm asking like you let me call my mom. She >> It's okay. >> We will. But you need to let me console him. >> If you comply, we will be willing to stand up with you. >> Okay. Can you take this thing off? >> No. Absolutely not. Stand up. 1 2 3. >> [screaming] >> OH MY ARM. OH MY ARM. OH, PLEASE LET GO THAT. LET GO that arm. Let go that arm. >> Okay. >> Oh my god. No. No. Please let go of my arm. >> Okay. The message. >> No. >> We are way past that. No, we are way past that. >> Hey, I No, you did not. >> I did. I finally I said fine. Here. Take it. >> That is not cooperation. >> That is cooperation. >> No, it is not. >> Yes, sir. It is. She dare to call that cooperation right after squealing like a pig. [laughter] Hilarious. Somebody needs to call CPS on this delusional person. >> Kathy Storm. >> Okay. Do you know her phone number off the top of your head? >> I do. >> Okay. Hai. >> I want to call I want to call my friend, but I don't know her phone number off the top of my head cuz she needs to find somebody to pick up her son if you're arresting me. >> This is your mother? Yes. >> And you want her to take come take your son? >> She's got to come get my car and my son. >> Okay. That's all we're worried about right now. What? What do you want the other friend for? >> I because I have to have her pick up find someone else to pick up her son cuz I'm supposed to take her son out to go eat. >> What's your mother's name? >> Kathy Storm. >> After getting her mother's contact, the officers moved her to the squad car. >> Stop talking and let me talk. Now it is my turn. >> You had your turn. Now it's my turn. >> No, obviously I do. >> No, >> obviously. >> Okay. >> No. Okay. What's up? My son's right there. >> We are getting in the car. If you don't get in the car, you're going to give him instructions right away. >> No. >> Give me my shoe. >> Give me my shoe. >> Hey, give me my shoe. Just let me go. >> Get in the car. >> Grandma, give me >> Stop. >> He hates the police. You guys are [ __ ] >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> You guys get in the car. I'm in the car. You were getting all the way. Now you're getting >> That was supposed to be mom >> that we're trying to call. >> Put your feet in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> I will. As soon as you finish talking. >> Put your feet in the car. >> In the car. You said put my feet >> all the way in the car. >> You said put my feet in the car. I'm going to give you one last chance to comply with all orders as they beg you. >> I have one call to my mom. >> She's not answering. >> Okay, call. Uh, then go get my phone so I can give you the other number >> for my sister-in-law who lives with us. >> She wants your phone. Grandma coming. She didn't answer. I don't know where her phone is. Where's mommy's phone? Mommy's phone. >> [crying] >> Oh, right here. >> Go ahead. >> Stop. >> Cuz Yeah, cuz you're yelling and not listening instead. >> You're not complaining with local orders. >> Okay. I would if you were listening to me. So, why would I complain? >> Okay. Look, let me talk to somebody. >> Thank you. >> What is the phone number that you want me to call? >> Uh, you got to get on my phone. I don't >> As they try to contact someone to pick up the kid, the cops try to talk some sense into her. >> I I really don't. I mean, y'alling tried to jump on top. Six Six of you tried to jump on talking while I was 9 months pregnant with that little boy. And I wasn't even involved in what was going on. >> I don't know anything about >> I I honestly I was honest with y'all. I gave y'all the stuff and just there's no need to arrest me. I gave it back. Just let me go and let me go home. I'm not doing anything wrong. I won't go back to Walmart. I'll stay away. I just I just need my son. I just want to go home. >> I know, but you crossed the line. >> How? doing what? By by not being able to afford things. Sir, listen to me, please. Can I speak real quick? The reason I have to steal is because I don't have any money. I don't have anybody to help me. Yes, my mom is there, but she won't help me. >> Mhm. >> I I literally live off of tiff. I have no money. I have to provide for my son. I lost everything. I just left domestic violence situation. I just got out of his shelter. Adrian, >> yeah, we're here with him. >> And I I just want to go home and be with my son. I'm scared out of my mind as it is. Nobody has helped me with the domestic violence. Nobody's helped me with anything. It's all going to be my son as traumatized as it is. I just want to go home. Please. I don't need to go to jail. I will go back to Walmart. >> All right. >> I'll I'll be I promise I'll I'll do better. Just please don't arrest me. >> I I understand. >> I just want to go home. >> Listen to me. >> Okay. Will you listen to me? >> Okay. I can understand that you're down and out. Okay. And you're trying to survive. All right. It's a wireless. >> Hear me out. Okay. I heard you out, right? >> Okay. But there is plenty plenty of resources that could have helped you. >> I have called home. Let me help you. >> You could have you could have probably gone home with a citation. >> Okay. So, but I wasn't resisting. >> I really wasn't. >> I was scared. >> I wasn't resisting. I was telling I was trying to talk to him. He wouldn't let me talk. So then, oh, now you're getting resisting because you won't listen. No, I'm not going to leave my son sitting here by himself. >> Leave your son. >> My son is scared. My son just wants me. Please let me go. >> But you chose that. >> No, I didn't choose anything. >> I chose to go home. Y'all are the ones pulling me over. You're the one with me. I just want to go home. >> The victim syndrome is strong with this one. She chose to steal. She chose to resist. And the police are somehow at fault for arresting her. The nonsense is amazing. It's okay to steal. What do you mean? I'ming with you. >> Okay. It's okay. Yes, it's okay to steal when you have nothing and you have to make it somehow. So, tell me who would have helped me because I've called every resource out there. Literally every resource out there and nobody has the funds right now. Nobody's helping. I've tried. I've asked. >> Who have you talked to? >> I've talked to Salvation Army. I've talked to my case worker with DSHS. I've talked to everybody. Lorie something. I I don't think she's a case worker. She's like the leader. I don't know what she but I talked to her and I was told I couldn't do anything until I got my work first stuff done and it's like I I've been trying to and every time I turn around you're telling me I have an appointment and I keep missing the appointment because I'm not getting notice of these appointments. So now I'm calling you and when I finally get the notice that I missed an appointment and you're telling me you can't help me because I haven't and now my appointment's on the 5th. I have to go to court here in Sultan for a traffic ticket. That made no sense because he pulled me over, but he didn't actually pull me over because I already at my destination getting out of the vehicle and then he pulled up and said he was pulling me over. >> So, you're just the angel. You don't do anything. >> I'm not an angel. I do [ __ ] wrong. And yes, I stole, but I stole for a good reason. It's not like I was just stealing to steal. >> Okay. There's stuff in there like Red Bulls. There's stuff in there like >> Oh, those hat. I got those from Nom Nom. >> Yeah, it's all in the bag. It's all been stolen. >> It's a Red Bull. There shouldn't be a Red Bull in the bag. I got all my Red Bulls from from Nom Nom down there. I don't know what to tell you. >> I I mean, I put some put my a couple of my drinks in there. I think >> I didn't steal them. I thought I'm nom nom >> cuz that's why I get all my drinks. >> Are you self-medicating? >> No. I just want to go home and be with my baby, please. >> Well, let's go take care of this. The sooner we take care of it, the sooner you can get home. Okay. So, put your feet in for me, please. You got to get your slide around. Can I please? >> You can put your feet up underneath the the thing. You don't want your son to see you like this. >> He's already seen it. Just bring him over here for a second. Talk to him. >> Well, whoever your friend is that's coming can bring him over here. We're not doing that. >> Please let me do it. >> Let me just talk. Take me over there. >> Put your feet in. >> Please let me talk to him. I'm acting nicely. I'm not caught so tight as >> Okay. >> And it hurts biting into my arm. >> Then let's get you to the jail. No, I don't need to take footage here. For what? For for cooperating, for giving you the stuff, and telling you to take it, and then you all [laughter] want to arrest me because I gave it to you. >> Silent. >> This is why I hate you. I hate every single one of you again. I shoot. >> No. >> As she's sitting in the back of the squad car, she keeps hitting her head. >> Why are you hitting your head? >> I went like this. I didn't mean to hit my head. I just put my head against glass. Maybe a little too long. >> No, you're shaking the car. You hit your head so hard. >> I went like this. >> I know. >> Put my head forward. >> All right. >> I just want to go home. >> It's all on camera. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Yeah. Everything's audio video recorded. Dash cam body cam. Once you get to the jail, you have the right to a lawyer. >> I won't go back to Walmart or else. You have nothing. You be coming from back from Portland. You from a domestic violence. I can show you the picture the way he did to me. I probably would do everything the police told me my stuff and I have nothing. Please just let me go. I want to go home. Please just let me go home. Please let me go. Please. Please let ME GO HOME. [screaming] I was not trying to flee. I sat like this in the driver's seat. I did not sit facing the wheel. I sat just like this. You attacked me. >> Okay. Well, you can you'll have your day in court. >> No, let me go and I'll still go to court. Let me go. I didn't do anything. You're the one who started it >> because all I did was be honest with you. And then you wanted to act like you acted. >> I wasn't trying to flee the scene. I wouldn't do that. I'm not stupid enough to do that. >> You're the one stupid enough to think that, but I'm not. >> Just relax as best you can. >> Yeah, relax. Sure. Tell them to take the cuffs off and let me go home. Let me go. Let me go. YOU HAVE ANXIETY. YOU DON'T DO. WHAT THE SHOULD I DO? I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. STOP TOUCHING ME. STOP TOUCHING ME. YOU'RE not a female. >> I don't know. >> If you want to touch me, go get a woman now. Stop touching me. >> I'm taking the cuff off you. Get a female to touch me. Not you. >> We got a female at the jail. >> You must be asked. >> And that's her mom arriving on scene. What's >> going on? >> Well, to make a long story short, she stole a bunch of stuff from Walmart and then wanted to resist. Didn't want to go with the program >> and now she's got to go to jail. >> I sat down. So, I appreciate you coming to get you going to see the scene instead of trying to just have a conver. >> And then she wants to bang her head against the glasser there. That's why she's all bloody. >> I was honest with you. Okay. >> Excuse me. I'm sorry. >> She's charged with retail theft, obstructing justice, resisting arrest, and contributing to the delinquency of a child. Moving on to the next case here where this mom gets so drunk that her own kid turned her in. like, "Honey, is everything okay?" to the 8-year-old boy and he's like, "She's doing drinking and my baby brother's in the back seat. There's an infant in there." >> Or that is I'm going to feed your son. I'm going to take care of it because I'm sober. Whatever help you need, you need to find him. >> Pisses me off. >> It is November 1st, 2025, and cops get to this gas station after getting a bunch of reports of a possible abduction of three children. Now, what the officer didn't know was that this situation would be a whole different kind of serious. Who's calling and who's the one we're we're uh worried about here? >> This is the young woman we're concerned. >> Okay. Ma'am, do you mind talking with him for us? >> So, what's going on? >> Hi, sweetie. If you want to go over there with your brother, that'd be awesome. Just talking to your mommy. Okay. Could you could you go >> Could you go over there with your brother? >> Yeah. Can you go over there with your little brother? Thank you so much. So, what what's going on with that? >> We just were driving and Yeah. Okay. So, I was driving and then um I was >> Okay. So, what we're going to do is do you know why we're here? So, what I want to do is I want to check your eyes. What car were you driving? So, I want to check your eyes to see if you're into vaccinated. You're not good to go. and everybody's making whatever up. But are you willing to do that for me? >> I'll go with the ch. >> Okay. Upon arrival, the cops learned that the supposed abductor was actually the mother of the children who'd already risked their lives, including a 7-month-old infant by driving across the city while clearly being heavily impaired. This is no joke. Now, the cops instructed her for a field sobriety test. Another would soon learn from her children just how bad the situation really was. Awesome. You guys have a little brother, too? What's his name? >> Okay. >> Are you able to walk? >> Okay. So, we're going to go over here. >> We're going to go over here. >> Is that okay? >> This way. >> Keep going. >> Are you the big brother? >> Do you want Can you answer a few questions for me? Awesome. Do you know how old she is? >> Uh, she's four. As soon as I saw my mom drink the alcohol and I knew she like could not drive anymore. >> Oh, wait. You So you you did see your mom drink the alcohol. >> Okay. All right. Tell me about that. >> She like when we stopped in the gas station, she like went inside and then she came out and alcoholic. >> Come over here. Come over. Don't Don't walk towards the street. And then and then she put it right here and then she just like like chugged all of it and then just like threw it >> threw it in that trash. >> Do you know um do you know what color it was or what kind it was? Was it tall? >> We'll get it. We'll get it for you. >> But I feel um um um after she drank it, she like started like walking on like talking weird. So that's how I absolutely knew it was an alcoholic for sure. >> Okay, >> this officer will get it. >> Yeah, it's >> Don't touch that. Don't touch that. Yeah, come over here. >> God, listening to him really just broke my heart. For this little kid to know the visual clues of impairment. Imagine the drunk behavior he's seen coming from this woman. My mom has been to jail before for drinking and driving. >> I'm sorry, buddy. >> Because And this is going to be the second time. >> Oh, we don't know if she's going to jail or not. They just want to make sure she's okay. >> Well, this is the first day she she got her her driving license back. >> Today was the first day. >> Yeah. Well, well, >> but she just got it back recently. >> Yeah. Well, no, today. >> Oh, wow. So then the next thing we're going to do is called the walking turn. So what you're going to do is you're going to place that left foot on that line just like you are. And then you're going to take the right foot. Nope. Yep. There you go. Then take your right foot and put it on the front of your left. >> Oh. >> So like this. Just like this. And then hold that position and put your arms down at your side just like this. >> Perfect. Are you going to be able to safely do this? >> Oh my gosh. >> No. Okay. >> I mean I don't even know if I could do this in general. >> Okay. So let's let's try it. And if I think you're going to fall or hurt yourself, we'll stop it all together. I don't I just don't want you to get hurt. From this position, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. So, you're going to go 1 2 3. Don't practice it, but you're going to go all the way to nine. The only reason I'm stopping at three is just for >> Yep. to nine. Okay. Are you ready? >> Okay. So, you see this is a nice Okay. >> Okay. Are you ready? >> Yeah. >> All right. You can go ahead and start whenever you wait. You said I have to do the test that I do one. >> Yep. Just the steps. >> What grade are you in? >> Third. >> Third grade. How about you? >> Um, second grade. No, no, she's in prek. >> PreK. >> Extremely upfront with you. You are going to go to jail. But what I don't want to do is handcuff you in front of your kids because they're right there and my car is right there. Um, so so I'm going to walk you over there. I'm going to put you in the car, but I'm not going to do it in front of your kids. So we're going to walk over there. I'm going to open the door and then I'm going to cuff you. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt cuz I don't want your kids to be scarred from this. So please don't like take advantage of that. >> I appreciate that a lot. I do like cuz I don't want my kids to see it. >> Exactly. I don't want them to either. >> Okay. >> So, I everything that you're seeing right now so they can see it. >> Yep. So, my car is over there. So, we'll walk over to my car. I'll open the door to where they can't see. Okay. >> When When's your grandma going to be here? >> 964. >> You're so fast. 10 minutes. All right. Perfect. 67. >> What? >> 67 is a cursed word. >> It's a what? >> 67 cursed word. >> It's a curse word. I don't even know what that means. >> You have six dream and and it kills you. I had a bad dream. >> You had a bad dream. I had it the six bad dream. I could have been saying six a lot. You've been saying 67 a lot. >> What? >> I don't even know what that means. >> Come here, please. Hey, >> I don't want you running around cuz all the cars coming through here. Okay. >> While the mother's being placed under arrest, the officer is handling the children with another finally making contact with the caller. And what they described was even worse than what the children had said. >> So, what's going on today? I just pulled in and you know 10 minutes ago and they're I thought they were being abducted or something and they were screaming. The kids were hysterical and then I thought oh maybe he's having a temper tantrum. I'm a mother of four and then it kept going on and on when I went into the store and she tried to push him in the car and I'm like honey is everything okay to the 8-year-old boy and he's like she's doing drinking and my baby brother's in the back seat. There's an infant in there. So I went up to >> let's walk and talk and we'll >> So I didn't open the door or anything, but I made the kids come stand over here. Well, I tried to assess what the heck was going on. So the grandmother's coming on her way. I guess her mother. >> Okay. >> And when I say I mean this little boy was trying to save this kid. >> So they were all both of them were screaming >> hysterically. >> What was she doing again? >> Trying to get them in the car and just swing. She was out there. >> How was she trying to get them in the car? Yeah, she had this door open, that door open, and she was trying to get >> just running around the car trying to get them into it. >> And they were running all over. I mean, I I spoke to her to make sure I wasn't, you know, >> jumping to the gun or anything. >> And what what' she say to you? >> Couldn't even speak. >> Couldn't speak. >> And she was just swaying like this. I mean, I've seen her addiction. That's what I had foundation. I think people I don't know if she's done something like that. She said they she threw alcohol in the trunk. girl saying >> that's what he he was saying somehow she was throwing alcohol >> and so when you walked up to him he was like she's doing drugs is what he said to you >> out drinking and doing okay >> in the he was yelling that at her when she was saying get in the car he she he was saying no I'm not getting in the car with you you're drinking and doing >> what was the mom doing when you're bringing the kids over here >> she was out of it I mean she's on the phone you know I could hear this another woman which is her grandmother screaming going please don't get in the car with those skates. You can't get in the car with those kids. And that's when I realized, okay, now we've got >> That's what you heard on her phone >> on the speaker phone on her phone. >> So then you bring the kids over, you're talking to the little boy. You're like, what's going on? He's like, oh, my mom's, >> you know. >> And when I say hysterical, I mean absolutely hysterically crying, sobbing. My mom is. >> So with that and a failed DUI, I'm sure she'll be charged with child endangerment and driving under the influence. And what's more, a search of her body would confirm the caller's suspicion, proving she was in for more problems. >> I don't understand. >> So, just stay. >> So, just stay right here. >> I got her. >> No, I'm not going to be here by >> Okay. So, Dan, just go ahead and put your hands right up here. Just turn around. Okay. the proof you had. >> I cussed. >> So, I'm asking you >> what >> the proof? >> Um the the exercises that we just did. >> No, no, you're saying I'm arrested for a DUI. I'm like saying we're approved. >> What do you mean we're proof? So, you were seen driving a car. >> Who? You. >> Who me? A lot of people. That's why we're here. >> No, just You have a glove. >> Put that in the Put that. >> Nice. >> 96. >> 96. >> Yeah. >> What is your issue? >> Can I just um Is anyone here for my kids? >> Well, we're we're going to have to call DCF and then we'll figure that out. Can I give you a number? >> Your mother? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's on her way. But we got to make sure she's okay to take the kids through DCF. >> Okay. I don't want to be your enemy. I want to be like I want to make sure my kids are okay. >> Well, you probably should have thought about that before driving while intoxicated with your kids and having your bra. >> What was in your bra? >> Well, that was >> Was that Or was that? >> No, it was >> I bought it as ketamine. >> Ask ketamine. >> Yeah. That's what I bought. I >> What did you do? You smoked that. You shoot it. What do you do? >> No, you snort it. >> You snort it. >> 10. This will be a 24y old female. >> Not a I don't sell it or anything. >> Okay. >> There's a user. >> Despite what she just said, the cop later tested that substance, discovering it was cocaine. And a further search of that car would turn up something even more disturbing. 41 with two arrests. They just need transport. So I need two separate units for transport. >> 9851. Zap's going to grab each 74. >> Do you guys uh do you have any MDMA kits? I do not. >> [ __ ] I mean, she's got like crystals down the line. Kind of looks similar what like people have in their door handles. She said it was ted. >> Looks exactly like >> After further testing, they confirmed it was meth. And shortly after, the grandmother would arrive on scene to learn about her daughter's irresponsible actions. >> Here, I I'll talk to you. Um, did anybody explain to you? >> Yeah. And I, you know, I said that I had talked to her just before she approached the gas station cuz I was wondering what, you know, what time she was going to be home. She sounded fine. >> Go over there real quick. She said she pounded it down in there and I don't know if she took pills. I don't know what she's doing. She is She is probably She's probably the drunkest I've ever seen somebody. >> She wasn't when I talked to her prior to stopping here. >> She's extremely drunk. >> Okay. But >> and I also found Crystal. >> So that's what I'm thinking that she did that in there too and pounded down. >> She pounded down alcohol right in front of the son cuz he watched it. >> Okay. >> So she was driving like when you were on the phone with her. >> When I was on the phone with her, she had just pulled into a shell cuz I had to go to the bathroom and she sounded fine. So, she sounds fine. >> Prior to that, she stopped at some guy's house prior to that. So, I'm thinking that's where she got whatever she got. And when she got here, she did whatever she did. >> She's got like a good amount of on her, like a lot. I did the feely exercises with her and she failed them absolutely miserably. >> Oh, sure. Sure. >> I'm just going to be very transparent with you with her charges. She's gone through some pretty serious trouble. She She could lose the kids over this. The fact that a baby is in the car, let alone two other babies, is not okay. I've done a lot of DUI in my life, and her eyes are probably some of the worst I have ever seen. I've never seen that. Whether it's on drugs or whether it's alcohol, for her to do that, I mean, the way she pulled in obviously isn't great. She is lucky that she didn't kill them. She's lucky that she didn't hit anybody. She put those babies in in very bad. The son was hysterically crying so bad that he refused to get in the car with mom. >> He was hysterically crying to me prior to that because she even drove us in the first place. >> He watched her do the he watched himself. >> He watched her do the he said that >> he told us that mommy was doing >> hey whatever happens to her she deserves. I don't know what I'm going to do with the baby. >> But so we have to we have to involve DCF with this as well unfortunately. So, we have to call DCF that they just run your name through the system and then once they get cleared, we're going to release the babies to you. >> They'll get cleared. >> She's going to have she's getting DUI and there's an enhancement with having uh three passengers under the age of 18 in the car as well. She's she's going to get a ton of charges stuck on her. And the possession of jail time I mean she's going to jail now obviously, but is she going to >> she's facing felonies. So, I think with the possession she could face up to 3 to four years just alone on that possession charge. And most courts for simple DUIs, they're pretty lenient of like, hey, we'll just drop it to go reckless as long as you learn your lesson. But I don't foresee that happening. >> Is she working? >> What's she doing for jobs? >> She got a job at a daycare where she's lead teacher with the infant, but I mean, she hasn't been doing anything. She hasn't been doing any drugs or anything. >> And the first time she got her car back, here she is. >> How much does the baby eat per bottles? >> 7 o. >> 7 ounces. How many scoops you put in her? Okay, we're just making sure. When's the last time he ate? >> What time is it right now? >> It's 7:30. >> He ate like 2 hours ago. >> Okay. >> Why? >> Because he's hungry. I'm going to make him a bottle. >> I know he's hungry. >> Yeah. Listen, I got a body camera on, so I can't say all the things I want to say, but I want you to take a look at this. >> I hope I hope you get the help you need. I hope you get the help you need. We have nothing but resources to help you, but this has to stop. I have a body camera on, so I'm very reserved in what I'm going to say. But this is disgusting. What? What? >> Am I my son is hungry? >> The fact that you're That's what you're getting out of this. Not that you're in the back of a cop car. >> No, I understand where I'm at. I'm trying to understand where they're at. >> Where they're at is I'm going to feed your son. I'm going to take care of it because I'm sober. Whatever help you need, you need to find it. Pisses me off. In the end, she's charged with felony child neglect, felony possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, possession or use of narcotic equipment, and refusal to submit to DUI testing. The bond is set at $5,500. Moving on to the next case class, where this extremely toxic mother gets arrested after assaulting her husband and child 3 days after her mother-in-law's funeral. >> Mom kicked us out of the room. What happened to the back of your head? >> I'm not being detained. Let me call my lawyer. No, his mother's funeral's tomorrow. I got it. >> And he's been a total for 3 days and I just got upset AND I WENT LIKE THIS. I didn't hit my son. >> Welcome to February 15th, 2025. I got it. >> And he's been a total for 3 days. >> Did you just hear what came out of her mouth? Saying it like it's his fault. Somehow, lady, your husband's mother just passed away. Pretty sure he's going to be upset for a bit. The problem here is why you're acting like an entitled nut job and attacking your own family. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Cheryl. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to advise you your Miranda right at this time before I can ask you any questions. >> Yes, that's fine. >> Okay. I don't know. He left. And I >> What? What happened tonight? >> I don't know. I just know that we got back here and he was in a horrible mood. I said, "Wan, you need to shower. You haven't showered in like three or four days." And that's a little boy that was next to him right there. Anyways, he showered and he was in the shower and then I got upset because he started yelling at me and he's telling he's telling my other son that he needs to clean up. I SAID, "STOP EATING. WE GOT TO CLEAN UP. JUST GIVE HIM a minute." >> Okay. And then what happened after that? >> I said, "Maybe they're hungry. Maybe they're like, "We haven't slept. None of us have slept in three or four days." He just got back from here. He just got back from here like Monday. Then we had to fly out again. What's today? It's only Friday, right? Saturday. >> What What happened when y'all were in the room? When did this physicality get involved? >> Because he started yelling at everybody and I was LIKE, "STOP IT. JUST STOP. Just Just we all need to calm down right now. I know we're all tired. Just relax." And Wayan went to the bathroom and he started showering and then we and then he started yelling at George. Where did this physicality involve Brent? Who who was all harmed tonight? >> We just started at it and because I was so mad at him because he spent three or four up in the room. >> Okay. And you started at it. What happened? >> I don't know. So then I don't remember but he went to the bathroom and then he started yelling at George to get cleaned up and then I was trying to find my charger. That was what happened and I was like where's my charger? I was like where did my charger go? And then I grabbed I grabbed George's computer plug cuz he was on his computer and I was like, "You need to stop being on the computer right now. We're having family issue and you need to you're not even paying attention. You need to go shower. Like your dad wants you to shower." >> So you grabbed Brett. >> No, I grabbed my son. Um, so look, buddies. Um, y'all just hang tight right here for a second. I'm going to speak with him over here. Okay. Before I ask you any questions, I'm just going to advise you of your Miranda rightites. Do you still wish to speak to me? >> Yes. >> Okay. For sure. >> Uh, what what happened tonight, sir? >> I have no idea. So, we walked in there. We were at um at my sister's house and all the family was there and she had a lot to drink. We all had a little bit to drink, but she got I don't know. I don't know what happened. She snaps. She's got a really hot temper and she ran at me with the pulled the phone out of the wall and ran hit me in the back of the head >> with what? >> A phone. The phone. The the phone that's in the room. The plastic phone. >> Mhm. >> I hit him right back in the head with it. I didn't start. >> When y'all were in the room, what happened? >> That's what happened. >> Like from from beginning to getting in the room to the end, like what was the argument over? Yeah. So, I can defend my myself. Like I said, we all went to the train. My mom died out. It's a little family gathering. We had some drinks. Got back to the room and and we're all tired. You know, my boys are tired. I'm tired. And she just kind of aggravating the situation. I don't know. I don't know exactly what happened, but the next thing I remember, she has pulls a phone out of the wall >> coming at me with a plastic phone hits me in the back of my head. That's what happened. And then I restrained her cuz I'm not going to let that happen again. I have that right. Okay. I restrained her. I don't remember. So that's it. I restrained her. I got my other son. I left the room. I didn't want to do anything else. That's what I did. >> Okay. So we got a call. Did a kid leave the room before any of that happened? >> Uh, so I have two kids. >> So the oldest one left with me. He was with me the whole time. >> Mhm. >> God. And I can't believe you. >> The youngest one. >> I'M IN C. >> GOOD. >> REALLY? >> GOOD. >> STOP. >> You sprinkled me. >> Stop it. >> Shut up. She's a psycho maniac. >> Okay. >> I have no idea. She's trying to get >> She hit you with a bone a plastic bone. Jerked it on the wall. >> We got a call over here cuz there was a kid in the lobby by himself who said his mom took him. That's him. Okay. >> That's my youngest son. She kicked him out of the room after she hit me over the head. I have no idea why. I took my older son out. >> What happened to her lip? probably me from her training after she busted me in the head with it. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I will certainly admit to that. >> What did she say whenever she hit you in the head? >> I have no idea. >> So, she just You don't know why she did that? >> She's crazy, dude. I don't know. So, she's in a bad mood. >> Yeah, but like was she a like whenever y'all went into the room, was there any like key details as far as like what she she said to you? Was she just giving you an attitude? Was she telling you anything aggressive? >> No. So, here's the deal. So she just goes on and she talks a lot on and on and on and on and on and on about and so me and the boys are just tired. We just want to go to bed. >> She's talking and talking and talking and I don't know. Someone may have said just let us go to bed. I don't know. I swear to God I don't know what happened. But then she got pissed off because we were tired and wanted to go to bed and she came at me with a phone cuz I know she will not hit my kids with me in the present. >> Do Do you have an ID on you? >> Sure. You can't take me to jail, dude. Cuz my kids are here. My mom's >> I just got to identify. >> Sounds like the husband also doesn't really know what happened either. Maybe the kids will give the best story >> right now. You were up there when all of this happened. >> Want to explain to me uh what happened when y'all got to the hotel room? >> So, I was um I was just sitting down. I've told her like I I was just like saying that she was like singing too much cuz she was like kind of drunk I think and she was just kind of singing and stuff and then she got like really mad and start she grabbed this lamp and then started like slamming it everywhere and then um grabbed this coffee pot and then ran up to my dad and like hit him on the back of this back of his head and I think that's what his um scars. When that happened, I started just like going to the door and starting to walk out because I didn't want to see that. So, I was walking there and then um they started like fighting on the bed like they they're just like punching and slapping each other. So, >> they were they were both punching and slapping each other. >> Yeah. Yeah, I think so. >> Okay. So, >> so after she after she hit him in the head with uh and she is who's she? That's >> uh Cheryl. Cheryl. >> Abraham. >> Okay. >> And after after Cheryl hit him in the back of the head, what did he do? >> Um, he kind of just like took it and then I think I was like facing the other way cuz I was walking out of the room, but I think she was I don't know. I think she might have gone up to him again because he just kind of took it. And I think she might have gone up to him again and started like fighting him again. And then I think that's when they went on the bed and started like slapping it and touching. >> Okay. What did you What did you see when they were on the bed? >> That's like when I was leaving the room. So >> were Were you still in the room, buddy? >> Um I was showering. >> You were in the shower. >> I was in the shower. Shower. And then and then I just heard yelling and screaming and then I was still in the shower and then like after the whole thing I went out and then and then I just saw her just like screaming like and then like and then and then I just walked out and then she was like she's like get the heck out like like >> talking to you. >> Yeah. >> And then you got out. >> Where was your dad when you left? >> He was down here with me. >> Yeah. >> He had came down here with you whenever you >> Okay. So, you were still in the room whenever >> uh George and your dad left? >> Yeah. When I left, um he came like after me and we both went down and then into the bathroom right there and then just stayed in there for a little bit. >> What did he tell you? >> Cleaned up his scar. Um we just talked about it. And >> she do this often or >> Yeah, a lot of like every trip we go on, she does this. >> Does y'all's dad ever get angry like that out of nowhere? >> Not out of nowhere. Not out of nowhere, but if if like she starts hitting him, you might get like mad at her and like like hit her. So whenever he hit her and they went onto the bed after she had hit him, did you see how he reacted as far as did he try to defend himself or >> Well, he was So the doors here, he was facing this way and she ran up behind him and like that and then he just kind of took it and then I think she came back up to him and started fighting him again and then that's when they went in bed. >> She's hit your dad before? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> How often does that happen? like every day, once a week, not every day. >> Probably like >> once >> once a month. >> Whenever they went and they were rrestling, fighting on the bed, did did it feel like they were both attacking each other? Did it feel like anybody was just trying to protect themselves? >> I think they were just both attacking each other at that point. >> It's all right, buddy. See? Heartbreaking. The kids deserve better. >> Look, right now what's going to happen? I'm going to go get something out of the back of my unit. It's called a lance form. >> I expect. >> Okay. Yeah. Form the victim notification form. I'm going to fill out all the proper information and I'm going to need your phone number, your address, your email. Um, as far as it goes, she's going to come with us tonight. >> Yeah. >> Do you want an ambulance for that? I suggest if you don't want an ambulance, at least go get that thing stitched up. >> Do you mind if I look at it? >> I took pictures for you. >> Oh, you need Yeah, you need some stitch. So, did he give you a big old spiel? Like a lie to you or what? He was like, "He should be cut through." >> Is she serious? You're going to jail and your kids have no one else if the father goes too. I mean, she only has revenge on the brain right now. >> Well, there's a difference between uh the way he reacted to us arriving versus >> Well, so he was speaking to us and then you went out the back door. >> I had to leave him because I didn't want to come back. Well, there was an active >> crime that had occurred. >> Huh? >> I said, well, there was a crime that had occurred that we needed to investigate and you you didn't want to cooperate. >> Crime. He hit me and I left. I don't want to come in and come back anymore. I left him. >> Thank God. >> So, listen. >> My sister's number listen. >> Listen.
