All right. >> And now it's time for the field sobriety tests. >> Just follow these instructions. Is this your >> card? They're all ma'am. We're going to we're going to see if you're you you're safe to drive home. Okay. Okay. I'm right down the street. >> I understand. Would you be willing >> to drive? I can leave the car here and I can walk home. >> Well, would you be willing to do field sobriety tests? >> What? >> Would you be willing to do field sobriety tests to see? No, you're not doing Okay. Would you be willing to submit a breath sample? >> No. But can I drive home? >> No. >> Can I just go home? >> Nope. Nope. So, I'm going to ask you one last time. Do you want to do field sobriety tests? Miss, would you like to do field sobriety tests? >> No, but I'm just saying like I don't want anybody to pressure me or do anything bad. >> I'm not pressuring you. It's just if you haven't been drinking today, >> nobody's going to hurt you. >> I'm not going to hurt you. >> I've been nothing but respectful to you. Okay, >> I understand. >> Okay. >> Why Why can't I go home? >> Cuz we we want to make sure you're safe to drive, miss. >> I'm going to go down the street. I'm going to walk home. You >> mind come over here for me? Let's just get you over here. Just stand here. No, no, no. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. You're not free to leave. >> You're not free to leave. >> Here, let me explain something. Okay, we just got here and you can't even stand up. >> Okay. Can Can you remove your glasses for me? >> Well, I like my sunglasses. >> Put them back on. What? >> So, the deputy said that you're having a hard time talking, which is very clear. Okay. >> Um, you can't even stand normal. You're you're stumbling all over the place. Okay. He's given you multiple instructions and you can't listen. Okay, here are the factors. I'm just going to explain. >> Somebody called out that they watched you consume alcohol. Okay, you hit a curb. This deputy has his observations. I've only been here for like 2 minutes and I can clearly see >> that you've had something to drink. Okay. Um it's not that big of an you can't be arrested for drinking alcohol. It's when you're impaired that makes it a crime. Do you understand that? So, you can drink a keg of alcohol, but as long as you're not impaired, that's where the criminal act becomes. Okay? Our job now is to do a DUI investigation based off the factors of the nature of the call and what we've observed since we've been here. Okay? It is your right to refuse all those tests. We're explaining to you we're at the point of where we want to administer fuel soiety test. If you pass the test, you're on your way. >> If you don't pass the test, then we have other options that we can talk about. Does that make sense? >> That's where we're at. Deputy's going to ask you to admit, he's already asked you. So, do you want to take the test that we're going to provide to you? And they're very simple test. >> Can you recite letter the alphabet from letter A to Z without singing it? >> A B C D E F G H J K N P. Let me Hang on. That's hard for >> That's hard for anybody. >> What's your first name again? >> Jennifer. >> Jennifer. Okay, listen. Calm down. Relax. These tests are important. Okay. Slow down. and then type the letter alphabet from letter A to Z again. Be slow. Okay. >> I can't do that right now. >> Why can't you do that right now? >> Cuz I'm scared. >> What are you scared of? >> You. >> What? Why are you scared of me? I'm about the most mild man man or person. >> I'm scared of you. >> Would you rather talk to him? Why would you be scared of me? Have I given you any reason to be scared of me? >> I'm not a bad guy, right? You guys >> have treated you disrespect scared of you guys. >> Did we take off when I got here? >> No. Where? >> What do you mean? >> I'm scared. >> Don't scare be scared. Okay. >> Scared. >> Listen, these tests are for not doing the fail, but just to show us that you're not imperial. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you want to try to recite the alpha? You don't have to if you don't want to. >> I can go to another test. You want to do a different test? >> Why Why are you doing that? >> Cuz we have to. We have to. We're required to. We got to make sure our body came on. All that stuff. We have to make sure you're you're not impaired while you're operating a motor vehicle. >> I understand. You could be we could be in your driveway. We may be doing the same thing, right? >> You want to try resetting your alphabet again? >> You don't have to if you don't want to. I don't want you to feel pressure. I know you feel pressure. >> Okay, let's do this test. Okay, this is called the finger contest. Watch my hand. Okay, >> put your hand over. Just watch my hand. Okay, look at me. I'm going to want you to count and touch your fingertips like this. Watch this. 1 2 >> 3 4 4 2 3 1. >> And to no one's surprise, she failed. The cops officially placed her under arrest. With all the tests that we did, I'm going to have to place you under arrest right now. Okay. >> For uh potential DUI. All right. Do you mind putting your hands behind your back for me? >> Where am I going? >> You're going to go to Lake County Jail. Okay. >> Yep. >> Why am I going to Lake County jail? >> Cuz you're driving under the influence. >> You got any weapons on you? Knives? Anything like that that'll stick me focus? >> No. Okay. All right. I'm going have you face in front of the camera. Hey. Hey. Okay. Right here. >> Okay. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your chest area. Okay. >> Okay. Got anything in your pockets? >> No. >> No. Okay. Mind just spreading your feet apart for me like that? Okay. All right. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your chest area. No weapons. Nothing over here. >> Okay. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your buttocks area. Okay. Back of my hand. Search your butt area. Okay. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your buttocks area. Okay. Keep your legs spread apart. >> Can you keep your feet spread? Going to place you in the back. Squad. >> You okay? >> No. >> In the end, she is charged with fleeing an eluding and aggravated DUI. Second offense. So, now we move on to this case where a drunk driver somehow mistakes the police cruiser for her car. >> Ma'am, that's my vehicle. Ma'am. >> So, cops pull over this woman for a suspected hit and run. And from the moment the cop had approached her vehicle, they just knew that something definitely was wrong with her. Oh man, I'm kind of scared to see what's going down. >> When I walked up to the door, her makeup was running. She's very sweaty. I mean immediately a bunch of alcohol in the vehicle. Where you headed? >> Um, I'm going 57 Barcelona Drive. >> What happened with the uh dent over here? >> Was always been there. But let me let me just tell you what happened. We got a call that you hit somebody over on the 7 mile marker. That's why I pulled you over. Okay. Did I hit someone? >> Yes. Okay. That's why we're here. All right. So, you're saying your first name is what? Roita. >> Unless your last name. >> Do you have your insurance? >> Okay. It's in your vehicle. You want to grab that for me real quick. Ma'am, that's my vehicle, ma'am. Okay. Come on over here. >> I can't imagine being so wasted. I'm thinking a cop cruiser is my car. That is insane. You know, at least to her credit though, she didn't really scream or yell or anything. >> I need you. I need >> going into the passenger. >> This is my patrol car. >> You're you're you're trying to get your car. Let's go get to your car on this side. >> You have no weapons or anything in the car, right? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. You're good then. I just have to ask. I ask everyone. >> I'm I'm I'm really confused. I'm I'm I'm really confused right now. I'm >> You want me to explain it again? >> No. >> Okay. >> I understand what's going on. I just >> I don't understand >> why all this is happening. >> So, you remember insurance registration and if you have your driver's license? Nothing. You can't find it or you don't have it? >> I don't have it. >> Okay. You have your driver's license? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can I get that? Uh Ma'am, you can't have a bush can. You can't be drinking bush and driving. >> I >> It's beer. >> I don't want to drink beer. Oh, >> okay. All right. ID. >> Mhm. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Find it. >> All right. >> After getting her driver's license, the cops read her some rights before questioning her. >> You found the rival. >> What was your first name? >> Rosita. >> Rosita. and last name was >> Morris. >> Morris. Okay, I'll find it on my computer. All right, you can come back to my car. We don't need it. >> Just walk right in front of my patrol car where the lights are. Okay. >> Right in front of it. Right in front of it. Right in front of it. Right here. Hang tight. Okay. And then what? She strikes the back left panel like of his back bumper or like the wheel well. So, what color is the bumper that got hit? Is it black or white? Okay. Black [ __ ] Rosita. Rosita. Rosita. >> All right. I'm going to read you something. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. You have a right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. You cannot afford a lawyer. One will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me now? You don't want to talk to me. You're at fault for a car accident tonight. Okay, I'm going to be getting all your insurance information. I'm getting their insurance information and I'm going to be deciding if they want to press charges or not on the incident. Okay, I believe you're impaired under the influence of um alcohol and narcotics. Okay, >> you are smelling on you. >> I'm wondering if you would be willing to participate in field exercises for me today. >> Yes. >> You want to participate? >> Mhm. >> Okay. You stand right here for me. Okay. >> Mhm. And with that, the cops would instruct her for a field sobriety test. >> All right, you face me. Okay, I'm going to go check your eyes. Okay, you're going to keep your um your head still and you're going to follow the stimulus with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay, do not move your head. Keep remember when I mean with just your eyes. Don't move your head like this. Just your eyes. Follow the tip of the pen with your eyes. Okay, >> I'm doing a bad job. You see the the yellow line right there? >> Mhm. >> You start on this line. >> Mhm. >> You're going to put your left foot on there. >> Right foot in front of it. Hands down by your side. All right. When I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps on the line. When you get to your ninth step, you're going to take several small steps. Okay? Like look at me. One, two, therefore to nine. All right? Till you get to your ninth step, then you're going to take several small steps on the line. Okay? And then they'll start to tell you. So left and then right. >> Okay. >> Okay. We're going to move on to the next one. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, one foot either foot 6 in off the ground. Okay. With your hands down by your side. >> Both legs need to be straight. While holding that position, count out loud in the following manner. 1,001 100 1,002 1,003 and so forth until I tell you to stop. >> All right, get back into those starting position. Bravo. >> So, hands down by your side. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you understand those instructions? >> 12. >> Okay. You got to have that one foot either foot 6 in off the ground. Okay. Hands by your side. >> All right. >> I can't do it. >> You can't do it. No. 1001. >> All right. Well, not until I tell you to start. Okay. >> I'm not going to I'm not going to hurt myself. I just don't want to. >> Okay. Come on over here to the front of my car. Okay. >> Yeah. So after the test, they decided to put her under arrest for DUI. >> One pass. >> You see the red light and juvenile problem. Go >> ahead and face the red light. >> See the little red light. Go face the little red light. They live in the area. And there she is. Behind your back. >> Okay. You're under arrest. All right. In the end, she's charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage and DUI with a BAC of .008 or higher. Her bond is set at $20,000. She pled no contest to both charges and was sentenced to 8 months in jail with credit for 238 days served, followed by 6 months of probation. Oh, and she had to pay $1,198 in court costs and fines. Moving on to the next case where a classic MAGA topless woman in a golf cart gets arrested for DUI. >> You do it since you're so >> Stay where I put you. >> No, you do it. >> Stay where I put you. I'm not going to go over there. >> I'm not complaining. You do it. Arrest me. >> It's October 22nd, 2025 and cops pull over a golf cart with this topless woman on it. Awesome. What's going on here? >> How you doing? >> I'm fine. >> All right. It's a rental. I get it. >> It's who? >> It's boring here. I get it. >> No, it's actually not boring. Just >> It's funner than >> How' you Where did you come from? >> Louisiana. Girls, >> you drove all the way around >> Marina. >> No, I'm saying like did you drive from here or like how did you get here? >> I don't know. We were at the fantasy bus. >> No, I'm saying though. How'd you pull in right here? >> Uh, I don't know. I was on that street, not to the left. >> Oh, okay. >> I was thinking this would get us closer to our >> Oh, okay. >> resort. >> I was just curious. >> The streets are a little bit confusing cuz there's a lot of wineries. >> A lot. Yeah, there's a lot. I'd rather you not ticket me or take me to jail? >> Huh? >> I'm not I'm just I'm not I'm just a backup a backup officer. I wasn't the one who first came. >> I know you just came as a sign to our hotel. >> All right. >> Ah, why is no one questioning this unique choice of clothing? Who am I to judge? Like we >> unless you found a good Yeah. Unless you find the fines for the parking, no problem. >> It's just we our phones died. So like finding our You don't have any directions to get We all >> But I could probably pass all of your sobriety tests. So you want to do that? We can do that. >> Okay. >> Do y'all get a lot of people that like don't have clothes on because it's just this week. >> Just this week. >> Yeah. So, how many people have you pulled over that don't have tops on? >> None really. I just see them all. >> None. I'm the first one. That's That's kind of insulting. >> I just see them all walking. >> That hurts my feelings. >> Yeah, we haven't. You won't be the only one. >> I won't be the only one, but so far I am. >> Yeah. Tonight, you're the only one. >> Well, jokes's on you because I can pass the brain test. >> All right. I'm just >> I don't usually like let my titties hang out. >> Obviously, not only people only do this cuz it's fantasy fest. So, >> fantasy fest and that's it. That's this is your the only time you can >> This is the only time you can dress up. >> Don't give us a ticket. We're trying to come back. We're not trying to be like, "Oh, we'll never go back there again." >> We're at the Kasa. >> Kasa Marina. Yeah. 278 around. >> We're just trying to get there. >> You just >> You can have a seat if you want. >> I don't >> like take some video surveillance so that you can have like >> How long you guys been together? >> We've been together about 4 years. >> Yeah. >> Well, married about four years. About together about seven. But >> after a while, the cop then returned to the scene to deal with this woman. We don't come to Key West all the time. >> So you've been Yeah. No. A lot of people don't. >> So listen, >> first of all, you started off with calling me EP. So I feel like you've lost there. >> Is that not Is that >> I go by the name? >> Okay. Well, it's on your license, so there's no way I would know that. >> I know. Give me a hard. Sorry. >> So, you know, I'm not going to give you a ticket for um driving in here. I'll make this thing. All right. But now my concern is >> I've drank too much. >> Your intoxication. I am intoxicated more than I normally am. So maybe 100%. >> So now what we need to figure out is we need to determine whether you're safe enough >> to drive to our room or not. >> Okay. To drive anywhere regardless of how far he goes. >> All right. You want to do a field test cuz I can do that if you think we need to. You're going to have to get >> this vehicle over there. And then I'm going to move my vehicle. >> Like really, you don't have to. You should. >> So, where do you go by? >> I go by D. My first name. >> Come over here. >> He's going to >> come over here. >> Dawson. Hey, come here. We're in front of the fire station. >> If they need to go to a call, they can't go because his car and the golf cart. Okay, >> that seems like a y'all problem. Not all >> I'm just talking [ __ ] Okay, fine. What do you want me to do? >> Just sit here and be quiet. >> Okay, I can do that. >> Nah, she can't do that. If she could, she wouldn't be doing this sobriety test anyway since she basically talked herself into this situation. >> Has nothing to do for sure. >> Huh? ful and attractive. It's a good thing. >> Copy. Thank you. All right. You can have a seat right there. >> Where? >> Oh, yeah. You have a seat right there. >> Care. He's strong for sure. >> I know. >> Yeah. >> Yes. Good. Carp back on one. >> What do y'all do? >> Just stay right here. He's He's wanting the show. I'm just like I said, we got to move vehicles around. Do >> you have nothing better to do? Really? I'm just never going to say it, but does it matter that like we're also like Never mind. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Just sit back. >> We have Do we not have anything better to do? >> It doesn't matter. >> You're putting yourself in harm's way. You're right. >> And everyone else. So, you're just [ __ ] talking for no reason. You're right. >> No one's in the wrong. >> I'm in the wrong. It's fine. >> You want to walk him over there? >> Where we going? All the other side >> on the other side. And then I'm going to move my car. >> All right. >> Cuz I'm your car's fine because they'll still fit through here. >> Nicholas, bend my car. >> Just >> All right. So, this what we're going to do. >> We're going to walk over here >> and you're going to sit over there. >> All right. We're going to walk across the street on the other side of fine. >> Hold on. Come on. You You two coming. Yeah. >> I don't want to get that. No, we're not sending them. We're moving over here. >> After that, the cop would instruct this woman to do a field sobriety test. >> Can I leave you somewhere? >> Okay. So, >> can I leave you somewhere? >> Uh, not right now. >> Like within the next >> jump if you take me in your car cuz I'm going to pee. >> That's another That's another charge. >> It's not a charge. Okay, go ahead. Under. We're on vacation. We're flying home tomorrow to our baby. >> How many babies you got? >> We have seven all together. Seven kids. Two babies up tomorrow. Yes. >> You have seven kids together. >> We're just trying to get to the hotel. >> Just stay right there. Stay right there. >> I can stay wherever I want. Actually, >> right now I'm not under arrest. So, >> don't do that. >> Technically, don't let's not be a law student. All right. >> I'm not a law student. I'm just saying like, please don't act like I've done something wrong. >> I'm not. I'm telling you to don't move. >> I feel like there's so many more people you can arrest versus like >> Yeah, harassing me. >> You're not the first one. You're going to be the >> I know I'm not the first one. What's jokes on y that they're going to dismiss it anyway, but okay. >> All right. So, we're going to walk over here. >> Okay. >> All right. So, >> we're just trying to go home. >> I know, man. We should be done shortly. >> See what's happening. >> Huh? >> I mean, I see what's happening. What's happening? >> She already done it. >> She pat. Well, I don't think she's done with the exercise yet. >> She's I think he's still explaining to her and then she's going to do it and then there's one more after this. >> She's a naked woman out there doing that. I got to think about that. >> Well, she's >> that's men watching her naked with their titties out. I'm just saying right now. >> I I understand that. Does she have any covering? Does she Do you want to give her >> making her nervous? >> Do you want to give her your shirt or something? >> Huh? >> Stay where I put you. Just saying. >> Probably making her nervous naked with her teddies on. >> I don't want to, but >> Okay, listen. I asked you earlier and you said you would. >> But I would and I say I wanted to. >> Okay. Well, stop. I'm not forcing. >> Okay. Well, like go ahead. I don't know what to do. >> Well, so do you want to or not? >> No. No. Like I want to go get one of these and go to bed. >> Okay. So, do you want to continue? >> No, I don't want to continue, but I will. That's like will >> the opposite. >> What are my options? >> You can not. I can't force you. >> I can get in my car and leave. >> No. >> So, what can I do? >> You could tell me yes. I want to continue with these exercises or no, I don't want to continue. >> I told you to continue, but I will. >> Okay. So, you are going to continue. You're not going to continue. >> Okay. So, we're going to use this line right here. >> Okay. >> Which one? The wife. >> Man, you can see the cop is trying his best here, but she just keeps making things difficult. All right. >> Okay. So, when I tell you it again, and only when I tell you it again. Okay. >> Like, how many people can do that? Like, let's be real. Okay. Go ahead. >> Okay. So, are you going to let me talk or are you going to interrupt me? >> Kind of. But like, let's be realistic. Like, how many people can actually do that? >> So, either you're going to do this or not. >> I don't know. >> Okay. Well, you need to stop interrupting. >> Can you arrest me right now? >> You need to stop interrupting. >> Go ahead. Whatever. I'm out of you now. >> Okay. I don't care. So, are you going to continue the exercises or not? >> Just make them more interesting. Go ahead. >> Okay. So then you need to let me >> All right. Go ahead. >> Tell you and explain to you the instructions. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Okay. So get back into the start position, please. >> I want to. >> Okay. Hands at your side. >> Okay. When I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. >> All right. >> Okay. Looking at each step and counting each step out loud. 1,00 1,002 1,003 and so on and so forth. So, how many sober people can actually do that? But I'll do it. I'll do it. But how many sober people can do that? >> So, this again, >> I'm sorry. I'm just trying to get follow. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. Thank you. So, when I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps, counting each step out loud. >> 100,00 1,002. Okay. All the way to nine. >> When you get to the nine step, okay? Keep your hands on your side. >> All right. When you get to the ninth step, you're going to do a series of small steps, keeping your left foot on the line. And then you're going to come back to that same position, and you're going to walk the opposite way back. >> All right. In case y'all were wondering if sober people can do it, too. No, they can't. Okay. You're going to walk nine back. >> All right. >> Okay. So, nine out, nine back. I'm going to I'm going to demonstrate it to you. Okay. So, put your hands at your side. >> No, you go ahead. You do it since you're so >> stay where I put you. No, you do it. >> Stay where I put you. >> You do it. >> Stay where I put you. >> I'm not. You do it. >> Okay. You're not going to go over there. >> I'm not complaining. You do it. >> And with her refusal, the cop decided to put her under arrest. >> Arrest me. >> Hold your back. >> That's fine. But you couldn't even [ __ ] do it. >> I was about to demonstrate it to you. >> But you didn't >> because you was paying attention >> hard. Like, let's be real. It's [ __ ] hard. I don't care. My husband will bail me out tomorrow. I'm not moving. >> Oh, am I resisting? Go ahead. Say that [ __ ] >> He can't [ __ ] bail me out tonight, but I'll be bailed out in the morning. It's fine. >> That's fine. I don't care. >> No, it's not fine. >> I never have arms around for golf cart. >> It is. >> Like, I don't have to deal with tonight. No problem. Get sick in the [ __ ] I probably get a book. Like, I'm down with it. Y'all, I don't need a jail. I don't care. Go to jail, too, babe. >> I got you. >> And we got an open container. >> Poppy, >> she was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing and resisting arrest. So, while this woman's over here driving all topless, the next one's driving and crashing pantless after a fist fight. >> I don't know. And now she's peeing in the street. >> Wait, I have no pants on. Can I put pants on? Wait, can I put under? >> Wait, I have to put my pants on. >> It is July 17th, 2025, and cops in Washington get a call about a woman who'd been in this fist fight with another woman at a park before leaving the scene. So, with her possibly intoxicated, the cops immediately started searching for her, and they quickly spotted her vehicle crashed into a wooden fence at a nearby home. And here we go. >> I'm sorry. I have really bad anxiety. I don't know where I'm at. I have literally like I don't know where I'm at. >> You don't know where you're at? >> No, I have really bad anxiety. I came here to hang out with a guy in Tacoma and I can't find I don't know where I'm at and I like have really bad anxiety. >> Okay. >> I have really bad anxiety and I have a panic attack. >> Okay. [laughter] I don't. >> No, because it's really bad and nobody is listening to me. >> No, I got you. So what? >> Now so many people have not been listening. >> So what? >> I'm trying to go home and nobody's listening. I'm trying to go home. >> I hear you. >> I live in >> you. You don't live in You live in >> I'm TRYING TO GO HOME. I LIVE in But I live in Seattle. I'm literally I don't out here. I don't know where I am. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? [laughter] >> 152 if we can get aid. This is a 13 and I'll take a second routine. >> She's extremely worked up. >> Well, she's drunk, that's for sure. Could be that overly emotional behavior indicating it. But the vomit dripping from the passenger side window has to be a big clue. >> Oh, can you take this? That's a gift card. I have an actual identity card here somewhere. I'm looking for it. I'm so sorry. I'm looking for it. I'm just like, >> yeah, your driver's license is underneath. >> And then do you have insurance on the car? >> I don't right now. I'm literally like stressing. I don't even know what's going on. Like I literally >> Well, you were in a collision. >> You you hit someone's fence. >> Do you have the registration in the car? What happened at the waterfront park? You had other people in the car? Fist fight. I left. >> You got >> I got into a fist fight. I left. >> Why were you fist fighting? >> Because they fist fought me and set me up. My baby dies crazy. >> Okay. I >> No, MY BABY DIES. >> OKAY, I'm I hear you. >> No. >> Do you want to keep looking for the registration? >> No, because why is she doing that? >> Okay. [laughter] >> No. [screaming] Crazy. [laughter] off. Like what is my baby daddy telling me? >> I have not talked to your baby daddy. I'm >> tell me everything cuz I don't believe that. >> Okay. So you don't have insurance on the car though. >> What are you going to arrest me? >> No, I don't know yet. >> Well, I DON'T KNOW MY BABY DADDY. SO NO, I DON'T HAVE ARREST ON MY CAR. I JUST WANT TO GO HOME. >> OKAY. WELL, that's not an option right now. Okay. >> Okay. too. If a third is available, that'd be great. She's very helpful. >> So, as the officer's dealing with her, she called someone and they seem to be much more reasonable than her. >> Do you have shoes? >> Do you want me to take my shoes off? >> You don't You're not wearing any shoes. >> Is there a problem? >> I'm asking if you have shoes. >> Do you want me to take my shoes off? >> You're not wearing any shoes. >> Well, are you going to cause problems? >> No. I just want to ask if you want to have shoes cuz I'm going to have you step out and talk to me. >> Talk to you. Yeah, >> I try to talk to you. >> Give me a minute. I'll wait till I get a second. >> I try to talk to you in jail. >> What's that? >> Why would I talk to you? >> What? >> Why would I talk to you when you literally tried to arrest me? >> I haven't tried to do anything. How much have you had to drink last night? >> So why? >> Because you're operating a motor vehicle. I want to make sure you're okay to drive. >> Operating a motor vehicle, actually. >> Well, you got here somehow, right? >> I thought it was you. >> You So you weren't just sitting in the driver's seat? No, that's weird. You know what's crazy is my camera's rolling. >> You want to know what's crazy is you're lying because everything that happened before that you're lying. >> Oh, okay. That's perfect. Okay. You want to go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me? >> Are you kidding? >> No, I'm not kidding. >> What the I have a son. I'm trying to like this. Like, do you just enjoy like taking people to jail that have kids? >> No, I enjoy doing my job. >> Well, I don't have a kid. I used to go to >> Okay. Well, obviously you know. So, do you feel right? >> Do I feel >> Do you feel good? >> Do I feel quiet >> about taking like people out of this jail? Like, do you feel good about yourself? >> Sometimes. Yeah. [snorts] >> As a me >> as a you take care of my son. >> Okay. I'm glad. I hope so. >> Yeah. So, what do you have to say about that? >> Congrats. and if what >> I have to pee. She didn't argue about this anymore. Where can I urinate? Sorry, but where can >> Sorry. >> Ah, nothing like being drunk at 8:00 in the morning, man. You know, life took a dark turn somewhere for you to be like this. >> But can I use a bathroom in like a good way to where I can the bathroom, please? >> I have to urinate. I'm trying not to go out. >> In a nice way. >> Yeah. No, we're not we're not gonna go urinate in public. >> Yeah. That's why I'm asking if I can go in a possible way cuz I really >> like really bad. >> Like it's going to urinate my pants. Like I need them to like I don't even care what they say. I need to go. >> Well, we're going to wait for my second unit to get here. >> I can't wait. Can I just go? Are you going to press the charge on me if I go? >> I I really have to go. Can you just turn around for two seconds, please? >> I I can't, >> dude. I'm going to urinate. Like, I can't control my urination. >> Okay. >> Okay. You're going to urinate. >> You lost money, by the way. It fell out of your car. >> I lost some money. >> It's right there. >> Love you. Can I please go out to the bathroom? >> I I I can't let you go to the bathroom in public. >> Good. I'm about to go. >> There's people walking that are walking their dogs. There's houses. Come back, please. I have to go. >> It's not me that I'm worried about. It's kids that are walking and dog walkers. >> Dude, it's so bad. Okay, >> I don't. >> And now she's peeing in the street. >> Standing in the street >> urinating. No. >> Are you kidding? >> All right. We got alcoholic mornings. Driving and crashing a car. No pants on, pissing in the street in front of a cop. I mean, just add an alligator into this and you're in Florida. >> I helped you. >> How did you help me? >> I had to go so bad. What did you want me to do? Pee on the You pee on yourself. >> Okay, >> dude. I literally like messing. I literally pissed. Are you kidding? >> One two other units been slow. Three is good for right now. [groaning] >> I'm going to jail. Slow down. >> I'm going to jump a kiss. >> What's that? >> I'm going to drop a pin on the ground. >> I told you I was paying on the ground, dude. >> Okay. >> Are you kidding? >> And I told you you probably shouldn't do that. >> Nothing but argument. Raising your voice. [snorts] >> No. >> Can we please take my money? >> What was that? >> Can we please take my money? >> Can we just leave it right there for now? >> No, because I need I asked You're not going anywhere, so you don't need it right now. Okay. >> I asked him if I could pee. >> Okay. >> And he said, "Okay." >> Oh, did I? >> No. At this point, no. Where are you going to go to the bathroom? >> She just did. >> Oh, she just did. Oh, gotcha. Oh, you said in the street. >> He watched me. What was the problem? >> Okay. Well, just put your money down so you don't lose it. Okay. Keep it in the car. >> What's your first name? >> Are you really? [laughter] >> Are you kidding? >> What's going on today? Keani right now. Well, it appears that you might have consumed some alcohol. I have a state trooper here. >> I'm going to I have to consume alcohol, but I don't want this. Like, I don't want drama. Like, >> I know you don't want some drama. Would you be uh willing to participate in some voluntary field sobriety? >> Everything. >> Okay. >> All righty. >> I don't want to like I wasn't even involved in this. I don't >> She said she's >> My boyfriend is literally a piece of [ __ ] I don't want to be involved. Wait, but hear me out. He beats me. I don't like like before you say anything like I need you to like listen. >> Okay, I'm almost >> He beats me. Don't say that to it. >> Did he beat you today? >> She said that. [laughter] >> What time did that happen? >> No. >> She should. She said she's willing to participate in every single field so test. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yep. Okay. >> I'm surprised that she's willing to do any kind of test, but who knows? She's got to be too drunk to realize what she's actually saying. >> But Kelani, like I said, I have a state trooper. State. >> Well, I can't drive home. So, >> but I understand that. But I have a state trooper. You said that you're willing to participate in field sobriety tests. >> You're going to be taking like I'm not going to jail, but I'll stay here. >> Okay. >> You said you're going to participate in those field sobriety tests. >> I'll go home with you. Yeah. But I'm not >> going to step out of the car and participate. >> I'm not doing that. >> So, you don't want to do that? >> I trust you. I'm not doing that. I trust you. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to be right here the entire time. Okay. [laughter] >> No. This is giving like I'm in jail. I don't want to go to jail. I just want my baby. >> Is that a yes or no to the test? >> No. >> No. Okay. Would you be willing to do a um the PBT the blow test? >> What would that be? >> That's when you blow in the tube though test. >> Would I go to jail right now? >> Well, I'm just asking if you're willing to participate. >> What if I like failed? Would I go to jail? >> It's not a pass fail. >> It's not a pass. [laughter] Yeah. >> And as the cops are preparing the test, her mom arrives on scene. Hi. Can I help you? >> Hi, her mom. >> Her mom. Can we talk over here real quick while she's So, what's what's going on? >> Um, well, my stepdad called me and told me she got into a wreck. >> Mhm. >> Um, I I think she's on her way home. >> From where? Oh, okay. [snorts] She's very obviously been drinking. Um, >> can I just [laughter] please take a We're past We're past that point. >> Like right over there. >> We're We're past that point. How old is she? >> She's 23. She has a one-year-old. a one-year-old. Where's the one-year-old at with you? >> Daycare. >> Um, >> let's get out of this. >> She's been a lot. >> What's been going on? >> Um, just the baby daddy. Did this happen just so much? >> Mhm. So, was she gone all night then? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did she call Did something happen at the waterfront or >> I have no idea. >> So, she's very amped right now and I think if if she knows that you're here, it's going to make it Escalate more right now. >> Did who called you then? >> She I called her earlier. >> Mhm. >> So, we believe that you are under the influence of alcohol and are not safe to drive whether you participate in field sobriety testing or not. >> You call my mom. >> We'll talk about that after. >> I need my mom. >> Okay. So, one, you are under arrest for RCW 4661502 driving or being an actual physical control. >> Are you listening? Are you I need you to listen to me. This is super >> I'm looking at her and listen I >> do you want to read it? Do you want her to read it, too? >> I need her to listen to me. >> All right, so implied content warning for breath. [laughter] >> Call my mom. I need to call my mom. I don't care what you're doing. CALL MY MOM. CALL MY MOM. I NEED TO CALL MOM. I DON'T CARE WHAT you're doing. >> Call my mom. Call my mom the breath test and that if you refuse >> call my mom >> your driver's license permit or privilege to drive you >> call my mom. Call my mom please. >> Call my mom TO KEEP READING. >> CALL MY MOM. >> CALL MY MOM. >> All right. Go. >> So this is mom. >> Oh, is it? >> Well, she's wanting me to call you. >> She's extremely drunk. Extremely. >> I know. And I told him if I could just take her home. >> No, we're past that. Absolutely past that. We cannot allow drunk drivers on the road. >> And with that, this sloppy drunk gets placed under arrest. >> All right, go ahead and face it. >> Wait, I have no pants on. Can I put pants on? Wait, can I put >> You're under arrest for DUI. >> Wait, I have to put my pants on. Where's your pants? >> Wait, my pants I have in the back sit. >> Okay, we'll get them in a second. Okay, >> dude. This is really embarrassing. No, let me put pants on. Dude, I need to put your under for DUI. Okay, go. But I need to put pants on. This is really embarrassing. I need to put pants on. >> I'll grab you the pants in a second. Okay. >> Really bad. Focus on me. Where are your pants? Where are your pants? >> Are they IN THE BACK? >> MY MOM'S GOING to kill me. >> Where are my pants? It's in the back seat. >> What color are your pants? >> I have your pants. THAT'S >> REALLY BAD. I NEED MY PANTS before my mom freaks out. I need my pants. My pants. >> Okay. >> My pants. >> What color are YOUR PANTS? >> BLACK. MY >> BLACK. WHERE ARE THEY AT? >> NOT MY PANTS. >> She's wearing like a shirt, >> please. A skirt. PANTS. I DON'T CARE WHAT I HAVE ON. Pull it down. Okay. Pull it down. >> Pull your shirt. >> Pull it, please. Pull it, please. >> After slapping the cuffs on her, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> This isn't real. >> Go and face the car so I can do that. >> Go and face the car so I can do that. >> Yep. >> Is that a shirt? >> There's no pants in that. >> The fact I'm going. >> Okay. So, Lonnie, you're socked the pants at. >> All right. We're going to go this way. >> Sorry for being rude. I'm not being rude. I'm just saying. >> Thank you for your apology. >> I'm just saying that was a little rude. Okay. Say that wasn't my pants cuz my butt. Are you serious? Give me a good deal. So like, bro, look at my baby daddy. He's worse. Like, are you serious? >> Why do I get the worst punishment? >> Hey, well, can I at least have a promise that you're going to look for him? [snorts] If I'm getting >> that's >> I don't EVEN NEED TO TAKE I'M pissed off. Like why is this happen? Can I at least talk for 2 seconds? Do I get to >> Okay, Lonnie, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you. >> Silent. I get it. >> You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have a present while you're being >> I have a present and I get it. I have a lawyer. You cannot afford to blah blah blah. Can I please >> you have the right at the time to talk to a law you while you're being questioned? Can you please put my record button? >> I asked to talk to you. I asked to talk to you. >> If you can afford to hire a lawyer one to represent before questioning if you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and answer any questions or make you understand each of these rights I've explained to you. >> Understood. Can I speak to you specifically? >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to >> Yeah. Can I speak to you specifically? >> Yes. Go ahead. >> Okay. >> That you understand right? >> My question is >> yes. How am I in the wrong? >> So, you're under arrest for DUI. You are under the influence of alcohol. You said that you had some alcohol and then you were driving that vehicle and it crashed into a fence. So, that's why you're under arrest for DUI. >> Okay. Well, >> okay. All right. I'm going to let you just hang out here for a little while. Okay. >> Well, can I talk to somebody that's going to listen? >> Okay. >> In the end, she is charged with DUI. No public urination or indecent exposure for her. And now class, we move on to this case where a driver argues with the cops after getting caught for DUI. >> I don't like being accused of something that I didn't do. >> So, a cop conducts a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Right after that, the officer would see this man jump out of the vehicle and run into a nearby house. Oh yeah, let's get it. >> So, where did he go? >> Where did who go? >> The person who got out of the car. >> Nobody got out of the car. >> Ma'am, I have it on camera. >> Excuse me. >> We'll we'll play like I didn't say anything. Where you come from tonight? >> Work. And I live here. >> And you live here? Okay. I'm pulling you over for doing 61 and a 45. Let me see your driver's license. >> Nobody got out of my car. >> Okay. Maybe I'm wrong. Where do you work at? >> I work at the Marriott in Marathon. >> How much have you had the drink tonight? >> I had two drinks tonight. >> So, you have a Kentucky registration, a New York driver's license. You work at the Marriott. Live here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Why don't you have Florida on anything? >> Cuz I've only been down here for 3 months. My boyfriend is right inside. This is his car. I use it to get to and from work. We met when I was in vacation at Key West. So, I moved down here to see if I wanted to live here with him. >> Okay. So, you know how long you have to transfer your license once you move? 10 days. >> I don't Okay. I >> Can I see the registration proof insurance, please? >> Uh, I believe he ran in the house. She's saying he didn't. All right. Stay in the car. >> Since the cop wasn't able to catch the jumping on camera, we're going to let that slide. And as he's conducting the traffic stop, this man went to the woman who we assume is the one who jumped out of the car before to interfere with police work. >> Sir, if you're not involved, you need to go back to the house. >> Oh, yeah. How is it you're involved? So, you're going to admit you got out of the car and ran in the house. >> Then you're not involved. Then get away from my traffic stop. >> I'm at my house. >> Then go to your house. >> This is my yard. >> This is a parking lot. Go to your house. >> I'm on my property. >> All right. All right. Let me see your ID, too, cuz right now you're interfering with my traffic stop. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> Let me see your driver's license or your >> I've been home all day. >> Is this your car? >> Yes. >> So, it's registered to you? >> Yes. This is my boyfriend. >> And you were trying to say you didn't get out of the car that I'm seeing things >> absolutely >> pulling up. Okay. Then you could go over there. >> I've been here since I got off work at 5. >> We share a car. She went to work in marathon. Okay. >> Good. Sit on your porch. You're allowed to watch all you want. Don't interfere with my traffic. Where do you get your mail down here? >> I don't get mail down here. I still get it. >> Nobody sends you mail. >> No, I don't get mail down here. I get it to my parents house. >> You're not doing yourself any favors here. >> Um, she's possibly DUI. 61 out of 45. She's driving. >> Okay. >> He's passenger. They pull in here. They were quite a bit ahead of me because the speed they were going. But when I pull in, I see her stop him get out, run in the house, and then her back into the spot, and that's when I pull up. >> And what? He said he needed to use the restroom. >> No, no, he's denying he was in the car, which I don't get. Unless he went in and hid drugs or something. I don't know. I'm confident. I saw him get out of the car and run in the house, but not confident enough I testify in court with my hand up. >> It's not what you know, it's what you can prove. >> After telling backup what's been happening, the cop then turned to the woman to deal with her. >> Can you explain to me what's going on? All right. So, my sergeant pace you or not paced you. Got you on radar going 61 to 45. Okay. So, 60 mi over the speed limit. He gets here, someone runs out, someone doesn't. So on and so forth. >> Did you review the footage? Because nobody ran out of my car. >> I did not review the footage to my sergeant. He paid to go 61 and a 45. That's the reason for the stop. >> That's fine with me. I don't like being accused of something that I didn't do. and he's claiming that somebody ran out of my car is questioning me about what my address is and where I'm living and I I don't think that that's appropriate because I moved down here to be with my boyfriend and I've been here for the last 3 months. I'm still trying to figure out if I like it here or not. That's why I'm not receiving mail here. He said it looked very bad for me to be receiving mail in a different state and not here. Do you know when you establish a formal residency within a different state or a different address within 10 days you have to update your address? >> I didn't establish it though. I literally just packed a bag and I've just been staying here and I've been working at the Marriott and that's just what I've been doing because I'm not sure if I want to >> You're primarily staying here and you have you have work down here. So, yes. Where are you coming from tonight? >> I'm coming from work. I stopped for two seconds at the Tom Thumb to pick up some drinks for me and my boyfriend because I don't spend a lot of time with him because I work late. >> Okay. >> Where did you get this drink from? >> Right in the center. >> Oh, that's up that's from my job. >> Will there be any reason I'm smelling some type of alcoholic beverage? >> I did have two drinks at my job as I was closing up. >> So, would you mind submitting to Fieldspr exercises to dismount my belief that you're not operating motor vehicle under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, narcotics, anything like that? Um, I don't want to do that because the reason I was pulled over was for speeding. I don't feel that I should. >> Okay. >> Well, then to jail she goes. >> Friday exercises will be held against you in court. >> That's fine. >> All right. Go on. Stand up. >> Do you notice anything about her speech? Her eyes >> a little slurred. Her eyes are slightly red. Just smell like straight alcohol. >> We have the charge of the non-resident exempt as well, which is an arrestable offense. Can I ask you we're not being arrested for >> DUI? You're operating motor vehicle under the influence. Go ahead and take a seat. >> Why is he not arresting me? >> Cuz I was the one that asked you to submit to field exercises. >> But I don't understand why he didn't do everything himself. I'm not trying to be disrespectful or anything. >> It just sort of seems like he was wrong and he wanted somebody else to come here so that he didn't have to admit that he was wrong. >> Okay. So, I'm going to request that you submit to a lawful test your breath for purposes of determining its alcohol content. Are you willing to uh submit to that test? >> No. >> You what? >> I'll just do it. >> Your results were on your first sample of 115. So, legal limit is 008. So, you're a little under double and at 211 you 113. So, you're coming back down a little bit. Save me hustle through that. All right. She was charged with DUI and violating the non-resident exemption for a driver's license. She pled no contest to DUI and the other charge was dropped. They gave her 12 months of probation along with 50 hours of community service. She had to attend DUI school, complete a victim impact panel, abstain from alcohol with random urinalysis, 10 days of vehicle impound, 6 months of driver license revocation, and had to pay about $1,188 in court costs and fines. And now we move on to this case where the police have the worst class reunion ever. >> We had several classes together. >> Relax. Did you swallow anything inside? >> So this cop pulled over this woman after witnessing her blow right through a stop sign. Really struggling to stay in her lane. >> How you doing? >> Good. Corp sheriff's office. The reason why I'm stopping you is he came hauling butt out of the RNL. I'm sorry. >> Didn't stop and you got a headlight out. You got your license, registration, and proof insurance with you? >> I don't have any of that, officer. I'm >> okay. >> I'm in >> What's going on? >> Uh, I'm going through a domestic violence situation. >> Huh? Well, listen. You're not in trouble right now. Why don't you hop out and come talk to me about what's going on? Okay. What's your name? Listen, everything could be fixed. Okay? There's nothing that's the end of the world. Just don't do anything to make it worse. Okay? Come out and talk to me. Okay. You're not going to come out the car and talk to me or what? >> Yeah, I'd rather not, officer. >> Okay. I'm I'm telling you to come out and just talk to me. Okay. And we'll figure out what's going on. >> Walk away from my house. >> Huh? >> A block away from my house. >> Okay. So, let's have that conversation back here on the sidewalk. Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Sarah. I'm from Miami. >> Okay. Sarah. I'm from Miami. Did you go to Southridge? Yeah. I know who you are. >> There you go. >> Step out and let's talk, Sarah. Okay. I don't want to have to come take you out of the car. >> Thank you. Your car is in park, right? All right. Come on, Sarah. >> Ooh, baby. You got attitude, that's for sure. But hey, at least you got out of the car, right? >> Anything illegal on you or inside the vehicle? Drugs, weapons? No. >> Sarah from Miami. What high school did you go to? >> South Ridge. >> Okay. You remember me? >> What year? >> Graduation 08. >> 08. >> Mhm. >> Stop. >> How old are you? >> I graduated 08, too. >> I know. It's cuz I know who you are, Sarah. We had several classes together. What are you doing over here? >> Long story. >> Okay. >> Well, [ __ ] I'm in I'm in a domestic violence situation. Okay. >> I know I should be driving. >> Sarah, what's your date of birth? December 4th, 1989. >> All right. What was your middle initial, sir? >> S for faith. >> Mhm. And was it S A R A or do you have an H? >> S A R A H. >> So, is this the issue of the license? >> I believe so. Um I I beat a I had a a DUI. >> Okay. >> Okay. And I believe um I beat it for intense police brutality. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Is that out of Miami? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, you had a DUI, you beat the DUI, but your license is still bad for other reasons. >> I'm working that out. Okay. >> Okay. >> And um >> is that case still active then or? >> I believe so. >> Like my mom just got here today to help me fix fix all this [ __ ] >> She literally drove I mean, she caught a bus >> down here to help me fix all this [ __ ] >> Not exactly the class reunion either of them was expecting. Sadly, she didn't remember him, though. Let's be real. She probably doesn't remember anybody from high school. >> Anything in the car? I need to know about Sarah. Drugs, weapons, anything like that? We're with our STAR unit. Basically, that means the unit we're with is we ride along with several deputies that don't answer calls for service. We ride along with K9 units. All right. That pretty much do whatever we need them to do. So, that's why I'm asking you, is there anything illegal on the vehicle I need to know now? Drugs, weapons, anything like that. If I wanted to search your vehicle to make sure you didn't have anything like that, would you let me do that? You would? Okay. I'm going to figure out what's going on with your license. If I had a female come here and just check your person for any weapons. >> That's fine. >> You're okay with that? Do you have any warrants or anything out of Miami? >> No. >> No. >> I should be driving. I was trying to fix this [ __ ] >> So, you just got some domestic stuff going on tonight. Is that what's going on? >> I wouldn't be here right now if it wasn't for that. >> Okay. >> I would be home in Miami. >> Okay. >> I wouldn't be there. Yeah. I I beat a DUI case >> for intense police brutality. >> Have you had any alcohol tonight? A little bit. >> A little bit. All right. >> I just want to go home. It's just a couple blocks away. >> Mhm. We're just waiting for the female deputy to get over here [cough] and then we'll talk. Okay. Is there any like restraining orders in place or anything? No. And you said your mom just moved here. >> She just got here today. >> Just got here today. Where are you staying at right now? >> Two blocks away. >> Okay. What's What's your address, sir? >> Just got a job. >> You got rid of your 305 number? >> I'm a chef at Prime. >> Oh, yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. So, I'll take you tonight. I'm done. Just >> Well, I'll make mistakes. So, right now, we're just still talking. >> Are you a felon? >> Big felon? >> No. Just one prior DUI or more? >> No prior DUIs. >> You beat the one that >> Yeah. For intense police brutality in Miami. >> I don't know what that means. I applied to places in Miami and Well, after high school, I went in the military for 4 years. >> You remember me? >> Mhm. Very well. >> It's a a good or a bad thing? >> No, it's a good thing. You're you're very friendly. We got along. So after he's done with her, he goes to check on the other officers who were searching the car while a female officer goes to speak with her. >> I haven't finished. >> Okay. >> Something could be meth residue. Could be fatty. >> Trying to say, >> "Hi, Sarah. >> Hi. How are you?" >> Good. How are you? I'm >> okay. Um better. >> Okay. So, he was obviously filming in a little bit. Okay. Um Deputy Datson, by the way. Okay. >> I have a situation. Miami minor [snorts] unpaid uh traffic violations. >> Okay. >> On top of um a DUI that I uh took to trial. >> Okay. [snorts] >> For intense police brutality. >> You saying that? Okay. So, you said she ran the stop sign. >> Came out of RNL headlight out. I think it's the left side. >> Okay. >> And then ran the stop sign right here. >> You said she is suspended as well. >> Yes. Uh, I think you said two prior stars, >> boy. >> Got you. Careful. >> Okay. All right, Sarah. I have uh obviously been what what I told. Okay. You were kind of swerving in that lens. Okay. Due the fact that you're driving. Okay. Do you mind performing field sobriety exercises? >> No. I'm going to have to refuse that, officer. >> So, you're not willing to do DUI field sobriety test >> under certain circum circumstances um due to prior um events that I've witnessed. I'm talking about guns to my face. >> Okay. All right. So, you're refusing feel so ready. >> Sarah, if you don't do it, that's your choice. But that makes us go off of what we observed, which is running the stop sign and swerving all over. Okay. >> Yet again, I was uh leaving a domestic violent situation. >> So, you have positive for 31 and then the driving. >> Okay. >> All right. So, >> refusal to submit to DUI testing, huh? Well, based on what they witnessed so far, they got no choice but to put her under arrest. You're going to be under arrest for DUI. Okay. And also paraphernalia that was found inside the car. Okay. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me, stab me, harm me? >> I'm sorry. I didn't hear you what you said. >> She said no. >> Okay. All right. We're going to go back to this car back here and I'm going to search you to go in my car. Do you have anything inside you that I did not find or anything else like that? >> No. >> Because if you introduce it to the jail, it's an extra It's a film. I love I love how nobody asked me about what's going on with my DUI situation or DUI situation or my domestic violence situation. No, >> you know, put the resisting aside. The traffic stop went pretty smoothly. However, things are about to take a huge turn with what she's about to do next. >> Double check. >> And the paraphernalia is in the back of my car. Let me grab that. >> We can't breathe. there. I'm going to leave the door open, but don't come out. Okay. >> Why not? >> Cuz you can't come out. >> I need I need to breathe, please. >> You're breathing. Listen. Did you No, no, no. You can't come out. You're the door's open. Okay. >> You can't come out. >> Let me breathe, please. >> All right. Sit sit down. Sit down. You can sit. Don't come out here, Sarah. Sit down. >> Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. >> Relax. Did you swallow anything inside? >> Right hand. I got the left hand. >> Someone pull her legs out. >> I need to breathe. I need to breathe. >> She slipped a cuff. Now, now she's getting obstruction. Also, >> I need to breathe. >> Escape. That wasn't too smart, young lady. >> I need to breathe. >> Stop fighting. You understand? >> If you do that again, you're going to get hurt, okay? We don't want to hurt you. [snorts] >> Definitely obstruction. Definitely resisting. >> Stop. Better not kick me. >> No. >> [ __ ] you. >> Escape cuz then you don't fight with deputies either. >> Not too smart, dear. [clears throat] >> Don't do that again. All that's done. >> Now, the search would show an open alcohol container in a clear plastic baggie containing something that tested positive for methamphetamine inside her vehicle. In the end, she's charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked. DUI, resisting without violence, and possession of drug paraphernelia. Later, court proceedings would focus on the DUI and driving with a suspended license charge. Now, prosecutors would file a separate charge for refusing to submit to testing, but that was eventually dropped. On April 7th, 2026, she pled no contest to the DUI and driving with a suspended license charge and was found guilty on both. They gave her 12 months of reporting probation, a suspended driver's license for 12 months, and 50 hours of community service. They also told her she had to complete a DUI school, attend a victim impact panel, and serve a 10-day vehicle impound. like honey is everything okay to the 8-year-old boy and he's like she's doing and drinking and my baby brother's in the back seat there's an infant in there >> or that is I'm going to feed your son I'm going to take care of it because I'm sober whatever help you need you need to find it >> pisses me off >> it is November 1st 2025 and cops get to this gas station after getting a bunch of reports of a possible abduction of three children now what the officer didn't know was that this situation would be a whole different kind of serious >> who's calling and who's the one we're uh worried about here. >> This is the young woman we're concerned. >> Okay. Ma'am, do you mind talking with him for us? >> So, what's going on? >> Hi, sweetie. If you want to go over there with your brother, that'd be awesome. Just talking to your mommy. Okay. Could you could you go >> Could you go over there with your brother? >> Yeah. Can you go over there with your little brother? Thank you so much. So, what what's [screaming] going on today? lollipop. >> We just were driving and >> Yeah. Okay. So, I was driving and then um I was >> Okay. So, what we're going to do is do you know why we're here? So, what I want to do is I want to check your eyes. What car were you driving? >> Okay. So, I want to check your eyes to see if you're intoxicated. If you're not, then we're good to go and everybody's making whatever up. But are you willing to do that? >> I'll go with the chance. >> Okay. Upon arrival, the cops learned that the supposed abductor was actually the mother of the children who'd already risked their lives, including a 7-month-old infant by driving across the city while clearly being heavily impaired. This is no joke. Now, the cops instructed her for a field sobriety test. Another would soon learn from her children just how bad the situation really was. >> Awesome. You guys have a little brother, too? What's his name? >> Okay. >> Are you able to walk? >> Okay. So, we're going to go over here. >> We're going to go over here. >> Is that okay? >> This way. >> Keep going. >> Are you the big brother? >> Do you want Can you answer a few questions for me? Awesome. Do you know how old she is? >> Uh, she's four. As soon as I saw my mom drink the alcohol and I knew she like could not drive anymore. >> Oh, wait. You So you you did see your mom drink the alcohol. >> Okay. All right. Tell me about that. >> She like when we stopped in the gas station, she like went inside and then she came out and alcoholic. >> Come over here. Come over. Don't Don't walk towards the street. And that and then she put it right here and then she just like like chugged all of it and then just like threw it >> threw it in that trash. >> Do you know um do you know what color it was or what kind it was? Was it tall? >> We'll get it. We'll get it for you. >> But I shouldn't uh um um um after she drank it, she like started like walking on me and like talking weird. So that's how I absolutely knew it was an alcoholic one for sure. >> Okay, >> this officer will get it. >> Yeah, >> don't touch that. Don't touch that. Yeah, come over here. >> God, listening to him really just broke my heart. For this little kid to know the visual clues of impairment. Imagine the drunk behavior he's seen coming from this woman. My mom had been to jail before for drinking and driving. >> I'm sorry, buddy. >> Because And this is going to be the second time. >> Oh, we don't know if she's going to jail or not. They just want to make sure she's okay. >> Well, this is the first day she she got her her driving license back. >> Today was the first day. >> Yeah. Well, well, >> but she just got it back recently. >> Yeah. Well, no, today. >> Oh, wow. So then the next thing we're going to do is called the walking turn. So what you're going to do is you're going to place that left foot on that line just like you are. And then you're going to take the right foot. Nope. Yep. There you go. Then take your right foot and put it on the front of your left. >> So like this. Just like this. And then hold that position and put your arms down at your side just like this. >> Perfect. Are you going to be able to safely do this? >> Oh my gosh. >> No. Okay. >> I mean I don't even know if I can do this in general. >> Okay. So let's let's try it. And if I think you're going to fall or hurt yourself, we'll stop it all together. I don't I just don't want you to get hurt. From this position, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. So, you're going to go 1 2 3. Don't practice it, but you're going to go all the way to nine. The only reason I'm stopping at three is just for >> Yep. to nine. Okay. Are you ready? >> Okay. So, you see my steps and I'll go. Okay. >> Okay. Are you ready? Yeah. >> All right. You can go ahead and start whenever you wait. You said I have to do the test, but I do one. >> Yep. Just the steps. >> What grade are you in? >> Third. >> Third grade. How about you? >> Um, second grade. >> No. No. She's in prek. >> PreK. >> Extremely upfront with you. You are going to go to jail. But what I don't want to do is handcuff you in front of your kids because they're right there and my car is right there. Um, so so I'm going to walk you over there. I'm going to put you in the car, but I'm not going to do it in front of your kids. So we're going to walk over there. I'm going to open the door and then I'm going to cut you. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt cuz I don't want your kids to be scarred from this. So please don't like take advantage of that. >> I appreciate that a lot. I do like cuz I don't want my kids to see it. >> Exactly. I don't want them to either. >> Okay. >> So, I everything that you're seeing right now so they can see it. >> Yep. So, my car is over there. So, we'll walk over to my car. I'll open the door to where they can't see. Okay. >> When When's your grandma going to be here? >> 964. >> You're so fast. 10 minutes. All right. Perfect. 67. >> What? >> 67 is a cursed word. >> It's a what? >> 67 cursed word. >> It's a curse word. I don't even know what that means. >> You have six in your dream and and it kills you. I had a bad dream. >> You had a bad dream. >> I had it the six bad dream because I've been saying six a lot. You've been saying 67 a lot. >> 67. >> What? >> I don't even know what that means. >> Come here, please. Hey, >> I don't want you running around cuz all the cars coming through here. Okay. >> While the mother's being placed under arrest, the officer is handling the children with another finally making contact with the caller. And what they described was even worse than what the children had said. >> So, what's going on today? I just pulled in and you know 10 minutes ago and they're I thought they were being abducted or something and they were screaming. The kids were hysterical and then I thought, "Oh, maybe he's having a temper tantrum. I'm a mother of four." And then it kept going on and on when I went into the store and she tried to push him in the car and I'm like, "Honey, is everything okay?" to the 8-year-old boy and he's like, "She's doing drinking. My baby brother's in the back seat. There's an infant in there." >> So I went up to him. >> Let's walk and talk. So, I didn't open the door or anything, but I made the kids come stand over here. Well, I tried to assess what the heck was going on. So, the grandmother's coming on her way. I guess her mother. >> Okay. >> And when I say I mean this little boy was trying to save this kid. >> So, they were all both of them were screaming. >> What was she doing again? >> Trying to get them in the car and just swing. She was out there. >> How was she trying to get them in the car? Was >> Yeah, she had this door open, that door open, and she was trying to get them. just running around the car trying to get them into it. >> And they were running all over. I mean, I I spoke to her to make sure I wasn't, you know, >> jumping to the gun or anything. >> And what what' she say to you? >> Couldn't even speak. >> Couldn't speak. >> And she was just swaying like this. I mean, I've seen her addiction. That's what I have foundation. I think people I don't know if she's done something like that. She said they she threw alcohol in the trunk. Poor little boy was saying >> that's what he was saying. Somehow she was throwing alcohol. And so when you walked up to him, he was like, "She's doing drugs." Is what he said to you. >> Out drinking and doing drugs. >> Okay. >> In the He was yelling that at her when she was saying, "Get in the car." He she he was saying, "No, I'm not getting in the car with you. You're drinking and doing." >> What was the mom doing when you're bringing the kids over here? >> She was out with it. I mean, she's on the phone. You know, I could hear this another woman, which is her grandmother, screaming going, "Please don't get in the car with those kids. You can't get in the car with those kids." And that's when I realized, okay, now we've got >> that's what you heard on her phone >> on the speaker phone on her phone. >> So then you bring the kids over, you're talking to the little boy. You're like, what's going on? He's like, oh, my mom's, >> you know. >> And when I say hysterical, I mean absolutely hysterically crying, sobbing. My mom is drunk. >> So with that and a failed DUI, I'm sure she'll be charged with child endangerment and driving under the influence. And what's more, a search of her body would confirm the caller's suspicion, proving she was in for more problems. auto. So, just so you just stay right here. >> I got her. No, >> I'm not going to be here by >> Okay. So, Dan, just go ahead and put your hands right up here. Just turn around. Okay. >> So, I'm asking >> what the proof >> um the the exercises that we just did. >> No. No. Sam, I'm arrested for a DUI. I'm like saying we're approved. >> What do you mean we're approved? So, you were seen driving a car? >> Who pushing you? >> Pushing me. >> A lot of people. That's why we're here. >> I'll just go ahead and set. You have a glove? Put that in and then put that somewhere. >> Nice. >> 96. >> 96. >> Was that our bib? >> Yeah. >> What is your issue? >> Can I just um Is anyone here for my kids? >> Well, we're we're going to have to call DCF and then we'll figure that out. >> Can I give you a mother? >> Your mother? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's on her way, but we got to make sure she's okay to take the kids through DCF. >> Okay. I don't want to be your enemy. I want to be like I want to make sure my kids are okay. >> Well, you probably should have thought about that before driving while intoxicated with your kids and having your bra. >> What was in your bra? >> Well, that was it was >> that or was that? >> No, it was >> I bought it as ketamine. >> Ask ketamine. >> Yeah. So, I bought >> What do you do? You smoked that? You shoot it? What do you do? >> No, you snort it. >> You snort it. >> Toothball 10. This will be a 24 year old female. I'm not a a I don't sell it or anything. >> Okay. >> I'm just a user. >> Despite what she just said, the cop later tested that substance, discovering it was cocaine. And a further search of that car would turn up something even more disturbing. >> 41 with two arrests. They just need transport. So, I need two separate units for transport. 989. >> Zap's going to grab it. All seven4. >> Do you guys uh do you have any MDMA tits? I do not. >> [ __ ] I mean, she's got like crystals down the line. It kind of looks similar to what like people have in their door handles. She said it was ted. >> Looks exactly like >> After further testing, they confirmed it was meth. And shortly after, the grandmother would arrive on scene to learn about her daughter's irresponsible actions. >> Here, I'll I'll talk to you everything. Um, did anybody explain to you? >> Yeah. And I, you know, I said that I had talked to her just before she approached the gas station cuz I was wondering what, you know, what time she was going to be home. She sounded fine. >> Go over there real quick. She said she pounded it down in there and I don't know if she took pills. I don't know what she's doing. >> She is She is probably She's probably the drunkest I've ever seen somebody. She wasn't when I talked to her prior to stopping here. >> She's extremely drunk. >> Okay. But >> and I also found Crystal. >> So that's what I'm thinking that she did that in there too and down. >> She pounded down alcohol right in front of the son cuz he watched it. >> Okay. >> So she was driving like when you were on the phone with her. >> When I was on the phone with her, she had just pulled into a shell cuz had to go to the bathroom and she sounded fine. >> So she sounds fine. Prior to that, she stopped at some guy's house prior to that. So, I'm thinking that's where she got whatever she got. And when she got here, she did whatever she did. >> She's got like a good amount on her, like a lot. I did the feely exercises with her and she failed them absolutely. >> Oh, sure. Sure. >> I'm just going to be very transparent with you with her charges. She's gone through some pretty serious charges. She She could lose the kids over this. The fact that a baby is in the car, let alone two other babies, is not okay. I've done a lot of DUIs in my life, and her eyes are probably some of the worst I have ever seen. I've never seen that. Whether it's on drugs or whether it's alcohol, for her to do that, I mean, the way she pulled in obviously isn't great. She is lucky that she didn't kill them. She's lucky that she didn't hit anybody. She put those babies in in very bad. The son was hysterically crying so bad that he refused to get in the car with mom. >> He was hysterically crying to me prior to that because she even drove us in the first place. >> He watched her do the and he watched her check. >> He watched her do you said that? >> He told us that mommy was doing >> hey whatever happens to her she deserves. I don't know what I'm going to do with the baby. >> But so we have to we have to involve DCF with this as well unfortunately. So, we have to call DCF that they just run your name through the system and then once they get cleared, we're going to release the babies to you. >> She's going to have she's getting DUI and there's an enhancement with having uh three passengers under the age of 18 in the car as well. So, she's she's going to get a ton of charges stuck on her and the possession jail time. I mean, she's going to jail now obviously, but she's going to >> she's facing felonies. So, I think with the possession, she could face up to 3 to four years just alone on that possession charge. And most courts her simple DUIs, they're pretty lenient of like, hey, we'll just drop it, go reckless as long as you learn the lesson. But I don't foresee that happening. >> Is she working? >> What's she doing for jobs? >> She got a job at a daycare where she's the teacher with the infant, but I mean, she hasn't been doing anything. She hasn't been doing any drugs or anything. >> And the first time she got her car back, here she is. >> How much does the baby eat per bottles? >> 7 o. >> 7 ounces. How many scoops you put in her? Okay, we're just making sure. When's the last time he ate? >> What time is it right now? >> It's 7:30. >> He ate like 2 hours ago. >> Okay. >> Why? >> Because he's hungry. I'm going to make him a bottle. >> I know he's hungry. >> Yeah. Listen, >> I got a body camera on, so I can't say the things I want to say, but I want you to take a look at this. >> I know. I hope I hope you get the help you need. I hope you get the help you need. We have nothing but resources to help you, but this has to stop. I have a body camera on, so I'm very reserved in what I'm going to say. But this is disgusting. What? What? >> Am I my son is hungry? >> The fact that you're that's what you're getting out of this. Not that you're in the back of the cop car. >> No, I understand where I'm at. I'm trying to understand where they're at. >> Where they're at is I'm going to feed your son. I'm going to take care of it because I'm sober. Whatever help you need, you need to find him. >> Pisses me off.
