What's wrong with you? >> The man was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault on a peace officer, and obstructing justice. Moving on to the next case where an intoxicated woman got police called on her at Arby's drive-thru. >> Where did the intoxication come from? I want to know because I drove through here to order food and somebody called in on No, I'll do it. No, I'll do it. No, I'll arrest. >> No, I'm going to do it. >> Hey, have we got a report that person driving a red Dodge might be intoxicated? >> I'm not intoxicated. >> You're not? >> No. >> Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> I might have a few. What do you mean by a few? >> All right. So, am I all right? >> How about we have you park your vehicle right up front there? Okay. >> Seriously? >> Yeah. >> Who called in on me? >> One of the employees heard that you were slinging your words and appeared to be intoxicated. >> Yes. >> Because I ordered food. >> Well, without your talking with me right now, you appear to be intoxicated. Can we just have you turn off the vehicle and step out >> right now? >> Yes. We can move your vehicle. >> Stop here. >> Yes. Okay. What do you want me to do? Okay. Denise. >> Denise. >> Denise. >> Denise. What's your last name? Venice. >> Ruth. >> So, Venice, I'm Officer Hall with the Collection Police Department. >> Nice to meet you. >> Nice to meet you. >> So, you as well. >> Like I said, we had a report that someone might have been intoxicated in a matching vehicle. Where did you go at? >> I shot at the uh salad. I just stopped to have some food. I don't want to go to jail. >> All right, Venice, if it's all right with you. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> I'd like to conduct some testing. Okay. You can say no if you want to. >> And then you're going to take me to jail anyway. >> I'm not going to say I will. I'm not. Okay. It's just up to you. If you want to do some standardized field testing, we can do that. or if you didn't want to do that testing. I have a PBT or he has a PBT in his car too. >> I'm just giving you some. >> So, the woman is drunk and the employee of Arby's is concerned about her driving drunk. So, they called the cops on her. Sounds like a reasonable and responsible thing to do, but the woman won't appreciate it. >> Where did the intoxication come from? I want to know because I drove through here to order food and somebody called in on me. >> Mhm. >> You're intoxicated because you drink alcohol? >> No. No, that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking a question, a simple question. I drove through the window and I ordered food and all the sudden I have cops here because I ordered food and somebody called in on me because I ordered food because I'm intoxicated. >> That's what I'm asking. >> I was already through the window ordering my food. I'm only asking a simple question >> and I got an answer for you. >> You're not answering my question. >> You won't let me. It's your choice if you want to do any testing. >> What's going to happen if I don't want to? >> So if you don't want to, I do believe you are intoxicated. So you will go to jail. >> What do I have to do? >> So you >> After a series of tests, which of course she failed, the officers decided to ask her to do a breath test. 1,001. >> Hold on. >> She's going to fall. >> No, I'm not. I'm not going to fall. >> You can't use that to help you. >> I'm not going to. >> You can't use that to help you. >> I'm not going to. >> All right. We're We're done with this test, >> Venice. We're done. We're done with this test. Okay. >> No. >> Yes. No. >> Yes. >> No. 1. No. >> You cannot use the vehicle to help one. No. 1,002. >> You're going to fall over. >> No. >> Okay. There's one other thing we can do. >> All right. It's called a preliminary breath test. >> No. >> No. You don't want to do the PBT. >> It's a yes or no. >> Can I try one more time? >> Yes. One more time. >> No. If you don't listen to me, I'm going to put you in handcuffs and you're going to be under arrest. You can do the preliminary breath test. That's a yes or no as well. All you do is provide a breath. >> Can I Can I try one more time, please? No. >> No more time on my s. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. I'll do the breath test. >> Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. It'll be okay. Yeah. >> No, I'll try it. >> Okay. >> No, I don't want to go to jail. >> Okay. Hey, tight. >> No, I don't want to go to jail. >> No, just relax. >> No, I don't want to go to jail. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Hey, stop. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> So, I'm phobic. >> It's either a yes or no on this. >> And you're going to shake me no matter what anyway. >> This just helps gauge where you're at. >> You're going to shake me anyway. >> Okay. You're running in circles. This is >> You're going to take me anyway. >> This is a yes or no. >> And if I don't, I'm going to go to jail. >> It's admissible in court. Okay. >> And if I do, I'm going to go I'm going to go to jail no matter what. >> Do you want to Yes. It's the This is the last time we're going to ask you. >> I'm only asking a question. >> Do you want to do this test? Yes or no? >> I want to ask you a question. >> If you ask me what you did wrong, I'm not going to answer it cuz I already explained it to you. So, do you want to blow into that machine? Yes or no? >> Okay. My question is to you. I'm going to go to jail either way. Probably >> it's it's I I'm not I'm not an attorney, so I'm not going to tell you yes or no. That's his decision. Do you want to blow into that? Yes or no? >> My I wasn't driving. >> We're not going to debate this. The vehicle doesn't magically just show up here. >> Well, if I blow into it and I blow wrong, I'm going to go to jail. >> It's admissible in court. That's not >> And I'm going to go to jail no matter what. >> That doesn't decide. That doesn't decide it. I do. You decide. >> I decide. >> So, are you going to blow into it? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? Last time. This is your last opportunity. >> I'm only asking you. If I don't, I'm going to go to jail. Yes. >> I'm not going to say yes or no to either. That's not where we're at right now. Where we're at right now is this is another thing you can use. These are tools I'm giving you. >> Well, what's the tool? I I just want you to So, you you provide a breath sample by blowing into it. It shows your blood alcohol content and it gauges where you're at. It gauges where your BAC is. It's admissible in court. So, this is not the this is not a deciding factor on this. >> But it will take me to jail. You know, >> Nope. >> If it shows where I'm at, what's going to happen to me? >> Well, that like I said is not a deciding factor. The deciding >> Well, it might be if I go to jail. >> The deciding factor is my initial contact with you while I was talking to you and what I saw from the testing. Are you going to arrest me? >> We're going to This is your last chance right here. I only want to hear yes or no. Any other word? And we're done. >> And surely she refused. So the officers immediately put her under arrest. >> Done. >> What happened to >> Okay. >> No, I'll do it. No, I'll do it. You're under arrest. >> No, I'm going to do it. >> You're under arrest. >> No, I'm going to do it. >> You're under arrest. >> No, I'll do it. >> No. Stop. >> I'll do it. >> Stop. Stop. >> No, I want to do it. No, I want to do it. >> You're under arrest. >> No, I want to do it. >> I want to do it. >> Nope. >> Yes. Please let me do it. >> I want to do it. >> Nope. >> Please let me do it. >> I want to do it. >> Nope. >> Yes. I want to do it. >> You keep resisting. I'm going to charge you with resisting arrest. I'm going to charge you with resisting. Keep resisting. >> Please let me do it. I want to >> stop resisting. >> No. Please. >> All right. You're getting charged with resisting arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I will do it. >> Nope. >> No. Let me do it. >> You're under arrest for DUI. >> No, I want >> and resisting arrest. >> I have nothing. >> She's been on this. >> Please. I'm not arguing with you. What is your last name? >> Arguing with you. >> You want me to arrest you or you want to give me your name? Do you have a warrant or what do you not want to give me? Yes, you do. I wasn't going to push the issue, but now I'm going to give me your name. Get off the bike. >> I don't you do. You have a warrant. Get off the mask right there. >> Come over here. Hey, I'm Deputy Copeland with the sheriff's office. You got blue lights in the back. You can't have blue in the back. >> You can't have blue anywhere on a bike. >> I I bought the bike. >> I believe you, but that doesn't make it legal. >> I got you. And then >> McDonald's riding home. >> Yep. Got it. >> Oh, I don't live here. >> Oh, you don't live here? Where you live? >> Hopeale. >> Hopeale. Okay. You got the Hog Days or what? >> Yeah. Okay. Do >> you have a way to shut those blue lights off? >> No, I do not. Okay. >> Do you understand why we enforce the blue lights? >> What color are our lights? >> So kids see you with blue lights and they put blue lights on their vehicles and then they run around. You make sense? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have ID on your TMS? >> No, I don't. I'm just a passenger. >> Okay. Will you provide me your info? >> No. >> You don't want to provide me your info? Okay. He provided everything the officer required him to and didn't try to argue unlike the woman. She's about to get herself in a whole lot of trouble. >> Seriously? >> Yes. I'm being serious. Provide me your last name. >> Your first because >> you're committing traffic violation. What is your driving? >> I'm not arguing with you. What is your last name? Arguing with >> you. You want me to arrest you or you want to give me your name? Do you have a warrant or what do you want not want to give me your name for? >> I don't I didn't do It's not an option. You're resisting. >> Oh my god. >> She wants your money. I can count down my money and my purse for my kids. >> Well, you can deal with all that later. >> Well, that's fine. >> 25 with me. >> You got $9. >> Can you chill and just stand here? >> Yes, sir. Spit your cigarette out. Spit your cigarette out. >> Can I get my cigarette? >> Spit it out. Spit it out. Thank you. >> After securing her, the officers then searched her. >> Can I please get my hat? Nope. Right now, you get nothing. Okay. You don't make the rules. We do. >> You've lied to me from the get-go. So, I'm not going to be nice to you. Yes, you did. >> About what? What? I lie about. >> Ask if you had a warrant. You should not. >> I didn't. I don't. I shouldn't have a warrant. I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> I for what? I have next month. Not this month. >> You have a Turn around. I never said turn around. Stop. >> I just want to tell my kids, please. >> Right now, you need to listen. Okay. You need to listen. You're not Okay, that's it. You need more. Okay. >> Once we get all this done, do you have anything in your pockets? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Um, do you have a female that's working? She did. It's on camera. It's literally on camera. >> I don't care if it's on camera. I didn't drop anything on camera. Okay. >> Um, you have You don't have a female working, do you? I want to search her. Uh, well, since she's obviously trying to hide stuff. >> I did not try to hide anything. I didn't drop anything. >> Can you have uh 2025 here if she's available for a third? Uh, Elizabeth is 1095. She did resist a little bit just for 43. >> I did not resist. >> Did you see? >> I was just trying to talk to him real quick. >> Talking about you pulling away from me. You were You were letting us talk to you around. That's not being cooperative. >> I I wasn't trying to resist. I was just trying to explain something. >> I had to literally put you on the hood of the car cuz you wouldn't be cooperative. I was resisting. >> I just wanted to tell him something for my kids. >> I have my son is at home alone. >> I was just trying to tell him to go back to my house. >> Why did you leave your son? >> Well, he's 15. >> Go ahead. >> I just wanted him to go back home or back to my house before he headed home. >> That's all. >> 104. Is H20 available by chance? >> You can here with her. I have not surgery yet. I'm going to have uh 20 come out. She dropped a little crystal of math right there. >> I did not. >> It's on camera. Stop lying. It's on camera. Okay, whatever. >> She didn't do anything apparently. She didn't have a warrant either. She told me >> I have next month. I don't need >> Hey, can you just be quiet? >> You have the right to remain silent. You should use it. I'm going to call for her. She's already resisted me once. Keep an eye on her. >> Yes, she did. >> I did not. >> Not arguing with you. >> I'm not arguing either. >> You are. >> You have an evidence back. >> Look in the car. You don't need anything. >> I can check in my car. See if I go. Okay. I'm going to wait for a female to search her. in her hands. >> After searching, she was then placed in the squad car. >> Hey, you want your glasses back, man? So you can ride home? >> Yes, sir. >> I figured you did. >> Um, I'm going to get you a warning so you can get out of here. She's going with us. So, >> I'm sorry that I'm mean, but if you would have gave me your name the first time I asked you, >> none of this would have happened. Okay. didn't realize that I had to have sun or glass. >> Oh, I told you that. I told you. But you did. And I told you you had to give me your name and you refused to do that like 25 times. Okay. I gave you like 20 chances >> on the back of the bike. I wasn't the one driving >> in Illinois. You both have to have glasses on. That's the law. >> And after you told me that, I gave you my name. >> About 20 times later. Yes. You told me that when I was about to place you under arrest or you probably wouldn't have. Let's be real. She was booked on an existing warrant and additionally charged with drug possession and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where a woman somehow got arrested over donuts. >> Property. They don't want you here. >> It's not private property. >> Yes, it is. They can tell you to leave. >> Okay. I'm going ask you to hop out of the vehicle. >> You are, you know, I try to help you and do this. >> You get A LAWYER HERE NOW. >> STOP RESISTING. >> WHAT is your um bachelor? >> Stop resisting. We're under arrest. >> Stop pushing me. >> You're under arrest. >> On August 13th, 2024, officers responded to a Dunkin Donuts after a woman parked herself in the drive-thru and refused to leave over a refund. Here's what happened next. >> This is your daughter. >> She needs to step out of the car and we need to speak with her. I'm here. >> Okay. She's trespassing right now. They do not. >> They do not listen. They do not want you on the property. >> THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. >> They do not want you on the property. Going for trespassing. >> Private property. >> Okay. It's private property. They don't want you here. >> It's not private property. Yes, it is. They can tell you to leave. >> They're stealing that pressure. >> I am. I told you to give me your driver's license and I will take care of the situation. >> I expect you right now. >> No. >> Serve it in your >> I told you give your driver's license. I can help you get your refund. I told you that. Did I not? >> You said you're going to take it in there and write down all my information. That's not going to >> Okay. Well, they don't want you. Okay. You've been warned for trespassing. Okay. Okay. >> You've been warned for trespassing. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, do me favors. Hop out of the vehicle. >> Okay. >> They don't want you on the property. >> Because I'm What are you going to do about that? >> Imagine going to jail over $8 donuts. That's exactly what's about to happen to her if she keeps on refusing to cooperate. >> My understanding the manager. Okay. I'm going to ask you to hop out of the vehicle. >> You are driving me out of the car now. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> You just leave. Now you're going to get charged with trespassing. >> You're going to let go of me. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Stop. >> You have been >> You're getting arrested for trespassing. >> Trespassing. >> If you try to do this the easy way, you're resisting. >> You're trying to arrest me now. >> Okay. Put your hand behind your back. You're under arrest. >> You know, I try to help you and do this. >> Get a lawyer here now. I mean, >> you're going to break my arm. NO. >> Stop resisting. >> What is your um badge number? >> Stop resisting. You are under arrest. >> Give me your badge number now. >> Stop resisting. You're under arrest. >> You are refusing. Don't do this. >> YOU'RE DOING IT. LIKE ME. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. You're under arrest. Stop resisting. >> I'm nuts. I didn't do >> Stop resisting. >> You're going to end up >> You're under arrest. You're a dick. >> Stop pushing me. >> You're under arrest. >> He just pushed me completely out of the car. Hit me in the head. Made sure of it. >> Take the phone. >> NOW HE'S TAKING THE PHONE. >> MATT, you want to cuff her? >> Yeah. Coffee. Go ahead. >> Yeah. Throw me up again. >> After securing the woman, the officers then moved her to the squad car. try to help you out. Try to do >> anything. I want to She stole. I want to file a report against her. Why aren't you doing that? >> Huh? Mr. Officer, >> I get her right. >> Fine. That was awesome. Toes is going to be a lot more than the donut. >> 6600. Oh well. >> Oh well. Here you go, Matt. I'll bring the spray station and I'll get the car out of the drive-thru and wait for the tow and >> I'll follow him back. >> Okay. She was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where a controversial case happened at the McDonald's drive-thru. >> Mexicans, give the go back to Mexico. >> I'm married to a Mexican. >> Okay. I am the least um racist. >> On September 5th, 2025, officers responded to a McDonald's drive-thru regarding an altercation. Here's what happened next. >> So, what's going on, guys? >> Being racist, so I threw my drink. >> Let me talk. >> She was being racist. >> Mexicans get to go back to Mexico, pieces of my husband's a cop because they're going to get arrested. >> Huh? >> Like, okay. And the lady the ladies there even heard it, too. >> Okay. >> Absolutely. >> Like, that's not okay. Gotcha. >> I'm not I did throw the drink. I'm not going to lie. >> You threw a drink at her? >> Yeah, but it it didn't It's just like I just dumped it like that. >> Where were you at? >> In the drivethru. >> We were in the line. >> You guys were in the opposite. >> Yeah. >> Inside lane or outside lane. >> Parked behind us. So, we're going to order and she's like, "Learn how Mexicans. Go back to Mexico." And what? >> Talking about my husband's a cop. He's going to come arrest you guys. Like, >> oh, okay. >> Okay. Stop. Back up. What are you doing? >> Go that way. >> Stop. >> You're going to stay back over there for right now. >> No, you're not. You're going to go back over here. >> Why? No. >> You're going to You're going to >> I will explain to you over here. >> Over here. >> Tell me what's the problem with my son. >> We're still investigating that right now. You're going to stay over here, though. You're not just going to show up and you were going to hit the her bump or the car. You would have just I don't care. >> I don't care. It's my car. It's my problem. It's your >> What happened? Okay. Okay. Relax. >> I don't need to relax. You need to relax and stay out of your vehicle. >> We're going to figure that out. I just showed up here, too. >> Please tell me what's the problem for my son. >> Are you Do you hear me? I just got here. I'm figuring that out. I just pulled up as you did. So, stay by your car. >> And that's the man's father. After that, the officers separated them and tried to figure out what had happened. >> What's the Why did he do to all this? Not you. What did he >> Well, it's cuz she started yelling at us cuz I guess I covered the lane or something. And at first I was just ignoring it. And then that's when she started saying like, "Go back to Mexico or some [ __ ] like that." But she started saying stuff and then I just told her or some [ __ ] like that. And then she said, and then my boyfriend got mad because that's when she said, "Go back to Mexico." And he got upset and put the drink. Obviously, it didn't like actually on her. It was like on the car. >> Mhm. >> But um that's when she started saying my husband and got >> And that's basically all that happened. I was not trying to make a video out of it cuz it was just a stupid line. Oh my god. Like I agree with that. >> Yeah. >> But obviously we can't be whipping. What is it? A pop or ice cream or what was it? It >> was Starbucks. >> It was Starbucks. Oh, it's like a $9 drink, too. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> But like I said, like >> So, you don't know what she said exactly. >> I know exactly what she heard when I say go back to Mexico. >> That was after the fact though, right? Or was that before the fact? >> That was before. That's what got my boyfriend mad cuz she's saying you guys don't have I'm from here. >> Yeah, that's an ignorant thing to say. >> And I can't [snorts] go back. It's just this person out of it. I said, "No, I'm not." >> Okay. >> The officer then came to speak to the other party about the situation and she gave him a totally different story. >> All right. Give me the skinny. What's going on? >> Okay. I pulled in. I ran right into the parking lot. >> I pulled in. They were blocking both lanes of the drive-thru the way they pulled in. I don't know which way they came through. Okay. >> But I waited. The car in front of them moved up. >> I slightly tapped my my horn >> and I I told her I says, "Could you move up to keep cuz there were like three cars coming in this way." >> Okay. >> And that's when it incited. >> She called me a this and that. And I just sat in the car, you know, and all this. He got out of his car and started yelling at me. Okay. >> So, what the f did you say you racist, >> right? >> All you all you Rochelle fat are the same. >> I'm married to a Mexican. Okay. >> Okay. I am the least um racist kind of person. >> Okay. >> And he got out and he had a Starbucks cup and he whipped it at my car. >> I got out. I'm like, "What is your problem?" Mhm. >> I go, "Why are you throwing at my car?" >> Okay. So, you were in their car the whole time until he whipped that out? >> Yep. >> Okay. Did you tell him to go back to Mexico and to get papers or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. >> Sounds good. Stay out here for me. I talk to her. Okay. >> Hi. >> Hello. Can you kind of give me the down on what you observed, heard, whatever? I observed is that me and my mom, you know, and she said she came in and she was like kind of like subways in the drivethru and she asked her like to go up like maybe she was a little bit loud like oh >> your mom did. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Was she in the car or out of the car? >> Uh she was in the car. >> Okay. And um same same thing like from my perspective like um they like she was the other driver was saying things towards my mom very offensive things >> like what >> like calling her calling her names anything you know self gratification >> the driver was or the passenger >> the driver >> the female her >> the female >> and the um the male in the passenger seat he decided to get out and started yelling things at her some more. >> I don't really remember too much. I have anxiety so it's hard for me, >> you know. Um, and he was yelling stuff at her and then all of a sudden he grabbed he reached back into the car, grabbed the Starbucks drink and then whipped it at her car, hit my mom's on top of her car and went everywhere. >> All right. Um, did your mom make any comments to her about going to Mexico, getting your illegal, any of that type of stuff? >> No. >> Okay. All right. All this over McDonald. After asking all of the parties that were involved in the altercation, the officer came to the man's father to answer his questions. I know. >> Okay. So, now that I'm done doing some of what we're doing, I'll come speak to you. What is your question, sir? >> I don't know what happened to you. >> How old's Ivan? >> Huh? >> How old is Ivan? He said he's your son. How old is he? >> My son? >> Yeah. Ivan? >> Yeah, it's my son. >> How old? >> 21. 22. >> Okay. So, he's a legal adult. So he's going to deal with us on what we have to do and then he can fill you in on all of that. >> Anyway, it's my son. >> I know. I understand, sir. I I I totally understand. >> Every time, sir. Every time. Look, it >> understand the problems for my son. >> Yep. >> Understand everything. >> Okay. >> Every time different offices stab me in the car, stab my son, Miguel, stab me, Stean, follow me every time, follow me every time. This is no good for me because this is persecution every time for my sons and me. >> Gotcha. Well, we got called here. We didn't just follow your son. We got called here for an incident. >> Why? What happened right now? >> He'll tell you. He'll tell you about it, but we didn't we didn't follow him anywhere. >> So, >> now it's time to detain the man because he threw the drink at the other vehicle. >> I was just telling you I need to turn around. Okay. Can I take care of my stuff? In and out. Okay. So, take this. I'm going to help you out here. Okay. >> Do you need me to take my shoes off? >> No. Okay. >> So, what's going to happen? Just to kind of fill you in, he's going to get what they call a notice to appear. It's a piece of paperwork. He'll be out of here in about 5 minutes. So, he's going to go to the squad car. He's going to sit there while they complete some paperwork. >> But you guys are not excused. No, he's going to get a what they call a notice to appear now, right? Because this whole thing over McDonald's coffee is ridiculous on everybody's part and what we can prove, right? And I even said it and you said it. Yeah, he whipped coffee at the lady's car. >> So, can't do that. >> Notified probably something like something like that. >> It's disorderly conduct. But again, I I already told I even can fill you in on all that here in just a few minutes. He'll be released in 5 minutes. So, it all seems ridiculous. >> So, she denies saying anything racial to you. She did say she honked at you and told you to move up and you were swearing at her and she swore back at you. I agree with all that. And um their passenger said, "No, my mom didn't say anything racial." She said, "I'm married to a Mexican." I have no issue with that. My issue was that she was blocking the driveway. >> I don't I don't know one way or another on that. I think everyone acted inappropriately, especially with the toddler in the car. Everyone acted inappropriately with the car. Agreed. The toddler's that the c she's or he's the one that we need to take care of, right? Not some lady getting coffee. You know what I mean? But he'll be out in a few minutes and you'll be out of here. Okay. All righty. >> Be a few minutes and get you out of here. >> Okay. >> All right. Yep. >> This whole thing I will say this whole thing's ridiculous over coffee. >> Yeah. >> On your part, too. You know what I mean? yelling back and forth and everything else like the whole thing seems a little ridiculous. >> So I you know we weren't here obviously we're going to pull the camera footage but it should never have gotten to the point where we're chucking coffee at cars, right? >> And like she like like I said before like all she asked him to do is and he got very aggressive got very you know and it doesn't have to come that >> no but like you stated the two I'm sure >> and I was always taught you don't screw with somebody >> I and I don't disagree with you. Thankfully, it's just a Starbucks coffee and not a >> a water bottle, >> a brick or anything. >> Yeah. Like you guys have been dealing with somebody throwing water bottles at cars. I saw >> So my my whole thing is all of this is over McDonald's coffee. Like I think everyone probably could have acted better. >> Like I told the officer, if I could have backed up, but I had a car I had two cars behind me. >> Sure. >> If I could have backed up, I would have just backed up and locked. I don't like confrontation. I'm >> Well, we'll get you down here in just a >> The man was cited for disorderly conduct and released. Let's move on to the next case where an entire family working at Burger King was fighting each other and one of them rolled up with a knife. >> Stop. >> Please wait. PTSD. You can't do that. Please >> don't TOUCH ME. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I KNOW. Y'ALL GET WAITING on your baby. >> Walk over here. >> Your baby NEEDS YOU. >> YOUR KIDS NEED YOU and you walk over there and you fail. Why you take one OF YOU DEAD ASS MAMA? >> What happened? >> What happened? >> You serious? Go over there. >> That's why you put DCF. >> Yeah. >> Stop. >> Please. Wait. PTSD. You can't do that. Please >> put your hands behind your back. >> YOU WANT ME TO GET ARRESTED? >> PUT YOUR hands behind your back now. >> Going too hard. Please >> put your hand. >> With chaos unfolding, the officer managed to detain one suspect, but several others were still at large. Inside the restaurant, her family quickly locked the doors the moment they saw the arrest happening. >> I'm good. >> Can you stop rushing up on me? >> Hey, you don't tell me what to do. First of all, >> leave. >> Ben told you to leave. >> I don't give a damn. >> IT DON'T MATTER. I WANT TO PRESS CHARGES SO YOU HIT ME WITH A BROOM. AND I WASN'T DOING HER. I NEED HELP. >> Stand up. >> I need help. >> Stand up. How supposed to know that, right? Cuz my mama want me to get arrested, right? >> Go the passenger side of my which side? >> PASSENGER SIDE. THANK YOU. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. She came out here TRYING TO FIGHT ME. >> HE CAME OUT HERE TRYING TO FIGHT ME. WHAT THE YOU WANT MY BABY TAKEN AWAY FROM ME THAT BAD? >> TAKE A SEAT. >> Just take a seat. >> You want to be your mom? Like really? >> WE ARE. THEY ALWAYS GET A CALL by the daddy. What's she supposed to be? >> What is going on? >> You want to see the video? >> Sure. >> All I'm trying to do is figure out what's going on. Everybody wants to start trying to fight each other. >> My mama Ranada Brown. Ranada Rogers Brown. >> I know. I never >> So why are we here? What happened? >> Whatever. I don't give a what you talking about. >> Is that your hand? Hurry. >> Yeah, this my hand right here. >> What happened? No, >> they My two sisters was laughing. Matusa. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> He just got out >> from He need to shut his up way. He beat up my daddy. >> Don't nobody tell what he talking about. >> The same who crashed her. >> Bernardo, I'm going to come talk to you in just a second. [laughter] >> Look that rock in her hand. I'm the manager that's worked here tonight. >> I'm going to come talk to you. >> Hold on, babe. >> I'm going to come. I told you I was just going to come talk to you. Hold on. >> None of the officers was able to make any sense of what was going on. And they had no idea it was going to get even more chaotic. >> You're Ranata's daughter. Who's she? >> Yes, Ranata's daughter. >> Okay, cool. >> They was fighting. You want to check all the cameras in Burger King >> and all of y'all work here? >> Yes, we all do. Him, me, her, her, and her. Y'all can check all the cameras if y'all want. and see what it is. >> That's when all that police car. >> Come on. LET'S GO. >> WE are ain't nothing. Let's go. You [ __ ] train. Sorry, but we going we going into work. I'm we at work. >> I'm being >> yo >> why ARE YOU DOING THAT? >> I will break your door. Open up the door. Open up the door. >> I am going to break your door open. Open up the door. >> They trying to detain. >> I am going to break the door open. Open up the door. >> She's going to jail. And the other one's getting detained. >> We all need jobs. Why y'all do this? >> Open the door. >> I kept telling her, "No, let's go. Calm down." >> I kept trying to tell her to leave. >> I watch this.
