What what led up to it? I mean, what what were you pissed? Did you get mad? Did is it a self-defense issue? Did was it an accident? I I knew that this girl was kind of She was different. She was different. Ain't no doubt about it. I knew who she was. She's a little bit out there. Where were you guys headed? And what the hell happened? Was there an argument? Honestly, like she was just >> Spoiler details are in the video description and the full results of all charges in the case are laid out at the end of the video. >> Do you have a brother named Dennis by chance? >> He's younger than you, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. You know what? Did he tell you had like a little runin over there at Walmart like last month? >> Yeah. Okay. What did he say happened over there? >> Uh nothing. He just came back all um >> like he's been involved. Yeah. He's all been involved. >> His lip was uh his lip was messed up. >> That was about it. >> He just told me he got down with some scratch. >> Yeah. >> I was like >> he's doing okay now or >> Yeah, he's doing all right now. >> He's all right. Yeah. And I mean I obviously he was talking he was talking to law enforcement there as far as you know that he was okay but of course like in many of those cases uh you know he wasn't going to say anything but yeah we got to get those videos anyway. We got to get those tapes and stuff like that and reviewing those cases. Um I don't know how much they've uh they've explained to you as far as why you're here uh or anything like that. I'm gonna let Greg kind of explain that part to you. Um Hugh, uh how long you you still living over there like in the uh in in the Proer area, Kenowak area or where you living at? Just kind of back and forth. >> Yeah, kind of back and forth. >> Where's your girlfriend at? >> No, no girlfriend, no wife, no kids, no nothing like that. Where's mom and dad at? Are they here or they over there? >> My mom's here, my dad's in Brazil. >> Okay. Um not to get too personal, separated or they just uh >> they got separated. >> Okay. So then you just got to go visit back and forth then. So your mom's here now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Uh your mom lives in actually in Ellensburg and stuff like that. Okay. And you're still a young guy, man. You're what? 24 25. >> 24. >> 24. And how long you been working right there at Anderson now? >> Uh since August. >> Since August. Okay. And you're a mechanic there, obviously. Did you go to school for that, too? >> Yeah. >> Cool. Where where'd you go? >> Wipe. >> Okay. >> In Wyoming. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Coldest place I've ever been. >> Oh, really? Oh, I bet. I bet. Now, where'd you grow up at? >> Uh, I grew up in Proer. >> In Proer. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And I saw that um, you know, in talking to you a little bit and and you said some that your brother had gone down with some scraps and everything else. Obviously, that's a derogatory term towards Daniels and stuff like that. Um, did did uh and and kind of you still kicking with the kind of some of those guys from back there from the from from back in the day maybe like like Toker and stuff like that. used to kick it with them a little bit. >> Yeah. >> From Granger. >> From SV over there. >> Oh, >> yeah. And then also with um what about Mons? >> Yeah, he's locked up right now. >> Yeah. No, I No, I know. I'm just saying kind of keep tabs on those guys and stuff like that. >> Yeah, I seen him. Um I seen him when he was uh in Yakama County a while back. >> Yeah. >> Um were you ever involved with the like with industries over there? Cuz I know I saw some stuff that they had you documented as a northeno and stuff like that. Were you kicking with Dennis V's there? Is that what that was? >> I am about it. >> Okay. Are you >> um what was your moniker then on on there when you when you were kicking with those guys? Are you still kicking with those guys? >> What do you mean >> like your moniker? What was your tag name? >> Uh Crispy Lopes. >> Crispy Crispy Loes. >> Crispy Lopes. >> So you know like the like the guys like Nightmare and all those other guys, all the Watts and stuff like that. >> I grew up with Nightmare. >> Yeah. Nightmare's little brother Jesse. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Richard. Um same thing like with um I'm trying to think the other one to that I've actually talked to from there. Um let's see. I know we just recently cuz I think Nightmare just got out. I want to say >> Nightmare had gone out but then again in like a couple months later. >> Yeah. Okay. And then who else is the other one though that actually that um I was thinking about cuz you got Adrian. You had Adrien Boozeman and then you got um I'm trying to think of the other W that actually I was talking to. But then uh the other one that Do you ever get caught up in the politics over there with a lot of their politics and stuff like that? >> What about the guys from Yaka and stuff like that? You ever talk to a lot of those guys over there? Especially like with the LR's. I know they're having some little rifts right now. You got the LR1's kind of a little bit of a rip. I don't know if you heard about what happened over there. >> Yeah, they have their little bell going on. [ __ ] Rasa and Vio had a little falling off a while back and then kind of just patched, you know, things up. >> So, it's all good. And >> what was that all about? Who was that? Because of uh somebody usually because somebody's banging somebody's girlfriend. >> Pretty much. >> That's what it usually starts off with. Honestly, I didn't get too much into, you know, into the details, but you know, my big homie just said, "Hey, [ __ ] you see I'll let you take off." I was like, "Fuck." Okay. It's like that then, huh? >> Yeah. >> So, >> you know, and I don't know if it's because um how is it like Do you know who KUI is? Do you know who BigQu is at all from uh from two ones? >> Yeah. >> And stuff like that. >> I've heard about him. >> Yeah. Big and he just got shot. Not that he got shot probably like I think it was in like end of October like in November or something like that. But that they had some I know that the two ones because you know of course you know a lot of them are adopting the NF stuff. They're all adopting that NF mentality that they're going ahead and jumping into those rules and everything else. And so you got some of them that are abiding by them and some of them that are not. Um do you know Legion from LR at all? You never met Legion from LR? >> Okay. So I know that there was like like a falling out between GUI and and Legion from LR. So I I didn't know whether or not that's where V got themselves uh mixed up and and stuff like that. I wasn't sure if that's where that came from at all. If whether or not V had a side on one on one end or another cuz I know that the T1's and the LR's kind of like started to have a a little bit of a riff um a riff there. Um so what about this? Do you still do you still kind of keep in touch with from over there from a lot of them? >> Just the ones I grew up with? >> Mhm. >> That's pretty much it. >> Like some or anything like that? >> Um, no, not really. They kind of parted their way. >> Yeah. But cuz you're still a young guy, man. So I these guys are all still older than you or whatever. >> I want to say that they got to be at least already approaching their their 30s >> over there. >> Mhm. So, and so what others are you still kicking it with uh from from there right now? I mean, just whenever you go visit your dad, what about are you seeing? Do you kick it with over there? >> Honestly, not a lot. I mean, if I go, I mean, it's just, you know, do my thing with fam and that's it. >> Mhm. >> I mean, right now it's just everything. Everyone's just been laying low. >> Yeah. You know, so pretty much the only one I got, you know, beside me is my brother. >> Yeah. >> That's it. And to kind of get back a little bit about why we're here today, um, obviously you've already been advised of your rights. You know, you you you've I'm going to remind you of those. You know, you've always got the right to remain. You always got the right to an attorney. I want you to always understand, bro, that at any point we make you feel uncomfortable, you tell me to go ahead and pound sand, bro. I I I get that. You know, you don't have to talk to me at all if you don't want to or anything like that. That's going to be all up to you. I got a couple different questions on something that happened and uh that basically um you know basically you you got picked up on man. You just got all of a sudden you just you're in the mix. You got caught up in the mix and all I got to do is just kind of try and figure out this mix and figure out you know what the deal is. Right. So, the detectives uh detective uh Banister here, he him and and and his team of detectives have been investigating um the homicide of a female. All right? And so, generally what ends up happening in these types of investigations, these guys do a lot of backtracking. You know, first of all, we start off all the time with identifying who the person is and then we start to we start to find out a little bit about that person. we start to find out who were their last with and then we try to verify all that. Right? So that's what these detectives have already done. They they basically they know a bunch of stuff as far as knowing who she is, who she was last with, and everything else. And they backtrack her from going to a store to going to a casino. And so she has these deals from her beginning of her day toward the the middle of her day toward the end of the day. And they get her at a casino and uh and Brock, I got to tell you right now, that's where you come in. All right. You come in um there's there's another guy that that's in uh on a video um uh who gets identified as a coworker of yours. And so what we see is then we see this female walking off with two people and getting into your Mercedes at the casino. All right. And so we basically have gone through that whole thing right there and we've got all of our answers already there. Boom. We're just trying to find out from you what your day was like. What did your day start off like that day that you when you before you went to the Topish Casino and stuff like that? How did your day start off that day? Did you work that Saturday at all? I don't think so. I think that was a day off. I >> think it was a day off. We came in in um early on Friday. >> Okay. >> So that way we can get out earlier as well. >> Okay. >> And we don't work Saturday. So, >> yeah. So, did you sleep in Saturday at all? >> So, >> all right. Where'd you stay at on Saturday? Did you stay at mom's house uh that day? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, obviously at one point you make a decision like, you know what? Let's do something as good. Let's go to the casino. Let's go check it out. See what's up. Um, what'd you do at the casino? play a couple machines. >> Mhm. >> What kind of machines you play? >> You have any favorites? >> Yeah, the Long Wolf. >> Okay. >> Wolf. But then I just tried out some new machines this time. >> Mhm. >> You know, I had like 40 50 bucks. Trying to keep myself at a limit. >> Yeah, that's smart. That's smart. How much do you actually play normally on those machine when you're out there pressing that button and stuff like that? By how much you keep it like around 50 cents, a dollar? What do you keep it at? No, it's like the 10-centent machine or lower. >> Okay. So, you play the 10-centent ones and pay out a little bit more and stuff like that generally because if you can pay the minimum, usually I heard that they pay more if you play the minimum. >> And it's probably smarter to play a 10 machine. Yeah. >> Um and you can actually go ahead and do that. So, you play a couple stop machines and stuff like that. Obviously the cameras are capturing everything. Casinos have got the cameras everywhere, right? So obviously you know what we're seeing. So why don't you tell me what happens when you're playing these these slot machines? What happens? >> Nothing. I mean the last two machines that we were that we were on um we were by ourselves actually and then all of a sudden this girl just comes up to us. >> Mhm. >> Like you know she started hitting up on me. >> Yeah. Like that's honestly I was just kind of laughing my whole I was laughing the whole time because I just Okay. I can't believe anything you're saying right now. >> Yeah. >> And who who is she? >> I don't even know her. >> You don't even know her? >> I don't know her. >> Yeah. Um did she ever tell you what her name was at all? She's just hitting up on you. She's just hitting you up. And so when she's hitting up on you, she's flirting with you and she's talking all this other stuff to you. What kind of stuff does she say? Like when you go, "Man, I can't believe this girl's even telling me this shit." >> I don't know. She was just like, "Man, you just kind of good-looking. You know, you got me attracted like got attracted to you." I was like, "Come on now." >> Yeah. And so, what was your impression? What were you thinking at that moment? Did you uh what were you thinking who she was? You thinking like, "Okay, is this a this a little hood rat or is this a uh is this some girl that's working the streets? What what what's going through your mind? Or is this girl legitimate? Is she actually legit? She's just flirting with me. >> No, honestly, it just I don't know. To me, at the time, I didn't really feel right. >> Mhm. >> I was just I thought it was a setup. >> Mhm. >> Like maybe she's, you know, uh, some girl [ __ ] you know, with some scrap or whatever cuz there was there was a couple waters in there that kept mad dogging and [ __ ] >> Well, [ __ ] cuz you walked in there all freaking You knew what you was wearing. I was like up. >> Yeah, you were. >> And so, yeah, at first I, you know, I just kept on looking everywhere trying to see, you know, what was going on, see if I any sus, you know, suspicious activity. And that was about it. >> Just kind of watching your back. >> Yeah. And she just she wanted to get drunk. >> Mhm. >> That's it. She was just like, "So, what you know, can we go drink or what?" I was like, "You know, you guys got a place." I was just like, "Fuck. All right, this girl's really up front. >> Yeah, >> nice. So, I looked over at my coworker and it's like, well, what do you want to do? Like, I can drink. >> Mhm. >> So, >> you guys bounce? >> Pretty much. >> You guys headed out. You guys got into your car. And where'd you guys go after that? Cuz we picked you up somewhere else. >> Um, we stopped off at two gas stations in Yaks. Well, before he acts too, um, is there another one out there before rap? >> Uh, 71, I think. >> Yeah, >> 7-Eleven. >> 7-Eleven where >> in Top. >> And so you guys you guys stop by. What do you guys pick up at the 7-Eleven? >> I think it was like a case or two. >> Yeah. Um, you guys end up heading into Yash. What exact remember? >> I think he went to um the first gas station off of I think the Moxy exit. >> Mhm. >> Know what exit it was? But the one the gas station next right there was at Yeah. And uh you guys you guys weren't you guys got off at that exit. Where'd you guys stop at? >> Uh the gas station. >> Which one? >> The one next to the casino. >> Um did you guys go to another one? >> Yeah. Ampm where like Jack box is at? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's a jacket box right there on on First Street 9. Uh are you familiar at all with Yaks? >> Are you okay? You ever been in that area? I mean that is all NAO territorial right there in that area. Um but if you go even in the slightly west slightly west you hit Sudano because that's literally the border right there of uh of the like area. Um you guys stop by right there. Who gets off? U my coworker dude. What does he purchase? I think he went some for some condoms. Um, and again, a lot of the stuff, bro, we already know the answers to. We already know the answers to it. Everything else, we're just uh just kind of confirming, man. Um, so you guys end up busting out, you guys cut out, you guys head back. You guys don't hit the freeway, you guys end up heading back to where you guys came from. >> All right. So then then where do you guys go? >> Um, from there we were just kind of cruising. Well, you guys went to that Well, we talked about that one gas station that's by the casino. Who get out? Who got out there? >> I got off. >> Yeah. What' you end up buying? >> Another case. >> Of what kind of bear? >> Uh, I think it was corona. >> Yeah. Yeah. Um, you guys after that, you guys hit the highway back on ID2. But on your way back, which which direction did you guys take on the way back? Coming back cuz you guys are heading back and you guys headed back to Heber. You guys are heading back to the B at that point. So you guys get back onto the highway. Which route did you guys end up deciding to take? >> Um, we went through the back roads. >> Mhm. >> Uh, well, I was the one driving. >> Mhm. >> And I was already I had already [ __ ] up, you know. >> Yeah. um drink driving. So >> Mhm. >> I was like, "Ah, if I can, you know, this hit the back roads and it's kind of what we did." >> All right. So you guys got to the bird and um where did you guys go? >> We were just out there. >> Out where? >> In the canyon. >> Okay. Um you guys drinking out in the canyon? Out at the canyon? You guys were just drinking out there. You guys didn't stop anywhere else. All right. Um, what time did you get home that day? I should say the next day, right? Cuz it's already after midnight. What time in the morning you think you got home? >> I don't even know. I can pretty much tell you what time you go home, you know. And the thing is, uh, Chris, what you have to understand is that the minute you walk out of your house, there's always a 90% chance. 90% chance, bro, you're always going to be on video. The minute you walk out, that means that you're on video all freaking night. You're on video all night. I can actually tell you what time you got home. That's how crazy this [ __ ] is, right? And you know as well as I do why we're here today. You know as well as I do. You [ __ ] up that night. And I know that you don't come you come across as an educated kid. You know you want to do good. You know you want to work, but you [ __ ] up that night. What the [ __ ] happened in that situation? What happened? I mean, I know this girl, you know, obviously your intent was to party that night. You know, your intent, I don't know. [ __ ] Even possibly [ __ ] late. I don't know. [ __ ] She's been hit on you all [ __ ] night. I I I know. what happened, what the results of it were, what what I don't know is what was going through your mind at the point of it. I'm not I don't know if this is an accident. I don't know if this is a self-defense. I don't know what what led up to this is what I don't know. What I do know is I know what the results were and I know who caused those results. I just don't know what caused it as far as what led up to it. I should say what led up to that. And I know this shit's got to be [ __ ] laying on you deep. I know it is because in the end, I don't see you as anybody that's all that [ __ ] coldarted. You're an intelligent kid based on your parents and stuff like that. You know for a fact they [ __ ] raised you right because of the fact that you know how to get a job. You know how to freaking work with your hands. You know what you got to do. So I don't know if there was a disrespect in any way. I don't know if there was what if it led into a confrontation or what the hell's happening? But you have to understand, you understand they got your car. You understand they're going to be writing a warrant for your house, your mom's house. You understand they're going to be taking some swab. They're going to get a warrant for some some DNA from you. They're going to be interviewing all sorts of different people. You know that there's some people that um seen a gun on you that night. We need to figure out what led up to this moment. What happened here? Cuz this was a mistake. This is a mistake. And I'm sorry that you know what that you're even [ __ ] here today. That you got yourself [ __ ] caught up in something. But unfortunately, once you're [ __ ] you're in the mix, you're in the mix. The other thing we got to do now is just, you know what? Let's just go ahead. Let's figure out why the [ __ ] this [ __ ] happened. Because in the end, you know damn well that you're going to be charged with it. You know that. So, what what happened? What led up to it? What what led up to it? I mean, what what were you pissed? Did you get mad? Did Is it a self-defense issue? Did Was it an accident? What the [ __ ] happened? I mean, I I know that this girl was She was different. She was different. Ain't no doubt about it. I knew who she was. She's a little bit out there cuz where were you guys headed? Were you taking her back home? Where were you guys headed? And what the hell happened? Was there an argument? honestly like she was just I don't know she was something else. >> Mhm. >> I mean she said that she grew up in foster home. She didn't have you know she have any family here. I was okay. So honestly after that, like after she told me all that, I was just like, "Fuck, you know, this got to be a setup and [ __ ] you know." And then all of a sudden, I don't know, she just she was bugging for a phone. >> Mhm. >> Like she just kept bugging and bugging for a phone. Just like, "Okay, that was even more sketchier." So I don't know. She just kept acting weird and stuff. And I talked to her once. I told her, "Look, like, you know, you need to calm down. You know, this [ __ ] ain't right." >> Yeah. >> If it's a setup, >> [ __ ] And I don't know. I don't know what to say. You [ __ ] up. you know, but if this I don't know what you need a phone for, but if you keep bugging me again, I mean, well, you're going to have to get the [ __ ] out of here, you know? She calmed down for a while and then after a while like she just got like she was hesitate, you know, to ask for a phone, but like I would see her, you know, wanting to get the phone. So, I'm just like, "Okay." So, I put the [ __ ] in my [ __ ] pants. I was just whatevers, you know, if she tries to reach for it, probably just let her have one and that's it, you know. But after that, she just calmed down and then she kept on asking me like if she could go to my house, if she could go to my house. I was like, "No, I'm not going to take you to my house." You know, it's like my family's there. And I was just like, "No, no." She kept on bugging and bugging. So after that, I just [ __ ] I dropped off uh dropped off Pedro. at his house and I was like, "Hey man, I'm going to go talk to you real quick." And then after that she just So this is at that this is at the at the place where you guys were kicking it at. But then at the canyon, what happened in the canyon? >> What happened there? Cuz bro, that's only about it's I mean from where you guys were kicking it at, it's probably less than a 10-minute drive. So, it was less than 10 minutes. What happened up there? I mean, obviously, she's probably still tripping about the phone. >> I understand where you're coming from as far as being a setup. I get that. I mean, she was tripping over the phone and stuff and like all I really wanted to do is just kind of talk to her. I mean, I wanted I was trying to figure out what's going on. Like, why does she need a phone so much? >> You know, like who is she trying to contact? Like, I mean, cuz I >> mean, you know how body puts in work and [ __ ] you know? >> And they've [ __ ] they'll do whatever just to, you know, catch a [ __ ] slipping. Mhm. >> So I [ __ ] I could try to talk to her. I took her out of the car. I was just like, "Hey, like what's going on?" You know, and I don't know. She just she got close and like started hugging me and stuff. I'm just like, "Well, what's this going to fix? I mean, what are you trying to do?" >> Like, and it was just it's [ __ ] up. I mean, she tried to go for my gun. >> I mean, she knew I had it on me and she tried to go for it. I pushed her back and I was like, "Hey, so [ __ ] >> That's when she was hugging you." >> Yeah, that's why she was trying to hug me. She said she was cold and [ __ ] And um she just she wanted to go back in the car and whatnot. So, she I left the door open, but I kind of blocked it and I told her I was like, "No, man. We need to talk. Like, what's up? Like, what what's going on? Like, why do you need a phone so bad? >> And like, why you acting this way?" >> You know, I mean, since I met her, like since the day she uh or since the minute she like walked up to me at the casino, like I could tell there was something a little sketchy. I mean, she acted a little different. >> I don't know what it was, but I mean, I didn't judge her for it. >> Mhm. >> It was just Well, everyone has their own little deals, you know. >> Yeah. >> So, that was it. It was just I didn't know what to do with like, and I get it, bro. I mean, there's a lot of authors that get set up, particularly with females. They're going to get set up obviously. Um, they're going to try and catch you slipping. There's no doubt. I get that. And I can understand you actually wondering what does this go up to and is this a setup because this is different. You got all of a sudden you got somebody that's almost even sometimes even treating me like if I'm some kind of a celebrity or something like that. You know, there's something's got to be up. >> Yeah. And the worst thing was it was just she was just focused on me. >> Yeah. >> She was just more focused on me than anything else. >> Yeah. And I mean, honestly, I've I pretty much made myself out there, >> you know. I put myself out there, you know, going like that into the casino and [ __ ] I mean, >> all famed up. >> All fed up, you know. I was like, "Fuck it." You know, I'm going to show these [ __ ] what's up. >> And so I I walked up in there, you know, everyone's just mad dogging. I'm just walking up on my business, not even a damn >> whatever. And after that, that's, you know, when she showed up, that's why, you know, it was just kind of weird. And then to me, she looked like she was, you know, scrap involved. >> Mhm. >> I mean, she had a blue jacket. I mean, she had like some scrap looking shirt and some black leggings. >> Mhm. >> I mean, that was it. >> I mean, I kind of had a feeling she was working for him or something. I don't know if she was or not, but that's what she made us seem. >> Um, so you're saying you guys were outside the car at one point? when she's shot. Where where where is she at? She's in the back of the car cuz she was trying to get inside, but I I didn't let her. So, I kept on, you know, just kind of walking forward and, you know, just letting my chest pressure and I kind of just put her out there. I was just like, "Look, I mean, we like we really need to talk. Like, what's what's your purpose for being here? Like, what's your purpose for coming at me like that?" And then she didn't say nothing. She just looked at me and then she looked down at the floor and she came like came creeping, you know, up towards me like to try to give me a hug and stuff and she tried to reach for the gun again. That was the second time. So after that, I was just, well, if she's trying to go for my gun, I mean, she's she's doing something. >> Yeah. >> You know, she's trying to use it on me. >> Mhm. >> So I let her have it. How many times did you shoot her? >> Twice. >> Do you remember um where you may have shot her at at all? >> I was looking pretty much just straight across me. >> Yeah. Let me one of the things that that I didn't see and that we didn't see. Now, did was all the [ __ ] going on inside the car? And at one point, did you tell just to get the [ __ ] out of the car because The the only problem everything sounds legit on what you're telling me, but the one part that doesn't I didn't see any tracks, any any shoe tracks, no footprints, no nothing. So, I got the impression based on what I saw, based on what I saw, I got the impression this shit's going on in the car. The argument at least, if anything, it may be, did you ever tell her, "Hey, get the [ __ ] out of my car. Get the hell out of my [ __ ] car. Do whatever." Whatever. Because I don't see any shoe prints all around that area. I don't I just see it hers. One set and that is it. So what happens there? I mean is all this argument going on inside the car? >> The argument was outside. >> I mean I had I flipped I was going towards uh towards Yakamong Canyon. >> I turned around. I flipped and I put the, you know, put the car in park. I left it on. I I unbuckled her and I told her, I was like, "Hey, look, you know, let's step outside. I need to talk to you." And she don't want she don't want to. So, I stepped up. I opened the door and I was like, "Look, come. I need to talk to you." I mean, and my purpose was was that purpose the purpose for that was if I found out something, I was just going to close the door and leave. Honestly, that's I was just going to ditch her there. I was like, I didn't have no intention to do anything else. I mean, I've never laid hands on a girl. I don't plan to either, but she just She wasn't acting. >> Did you ever did Did you slap her at all >> or anything like that? You didn't punch her or anything like that at all? >> She had some She had some other marks on her. I I'm just trying to figure out if whether or not that was something that she already had on her or or what? >> Um I don't know. >> No, so Chris, would you guys when you when you flip your [ __ ] and you were What side of the car were you guys on? We were on >> Okay. We were on the side where the you know where it falls down. >> But you'd already you were heading towards Yeah. Come on. You turned around. So you were on the >> Yeah. >> Would that be the driver's side? >> Uh yeah, that'd be the driver's side. >> On driver's side. So she gave She got out on the passenger side and come around. No, I um so my side was on the side of the where all the trees are and stuff and it goes down. >> Okay. >> On the rail and then her side was towards the other side of the road. >> So towards the pavement. >> Towards the pavement. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. >> So I got off of the car. I opened her door. She didn't want to get out. And I was like, "All right, look. You know, you need to get out. I need to talk to you. Like you're not acting right. After that, she stepped out and she just that's when I started asking her like, "Hey, you know what? Like, what's up with you? Like, what's your purpose for being here? Like, what's your purpose coming at me like that?" And she just wouldn't say nothing, you know, and then she tried to come close to me, you know. She's like, "Hey, I'm cold, you know, hug me." I was like, "No, I mean, this ain't the time for that." and she tried to reach for my gun. That's when I, you know, kind of stepped back a little bit and then after that she wanted to get back in the car. I was like, well, ah, that's, you know, I knew something was up after that. So, like with my chest and stuff, like I said, you know, I was just kind of, you know, pushing her back, walking her back. you know, she was on she was on the side of the road now uh where the ledge is at. >> So on your side of the car? >> Yeah, on my side of the car at that time. And you know, I I told her I was like, "Hey, you know, I I don't know what you're doing, but whatever it is, you know, it's it's not adding up. Like, who are you working for? Like what are you trying to do?" I mean, like, you know, seriously, like, this ain't this ain't, you know, this ain't right. I mean, if a girl wanted to party, she'd party. She wouldn't act sketchy like that. So, I don't know. After that, she looked down at the floor again. >> When you say look at the floor, you mean the ground? >> Yeah, like she looked at the ground. She put her head down and then she tried to, you know, come walking at me. >> So, you said she came creeping at you. >> Well, like >> that's what you said. What do you mean by creeping at towards >> walking slowly? >> Standard. Stand up. >> Stacking up but walking slowly with her head down >> and she just, you know, she's like, "Hey, I'm cold. You know, I'm cold. I want to go back inside." And she came up to me again. She put her put her head on my chest and she was trying to, you know, wrap her arms around me. And that's when she went for my gun again and I pushed her off me. That's on my shoulder. >> Where was your gun? >> It was on my right side of my pants. >> In your in your pants. >> In my pocket. >> Okay. She knew it was there. What kind of gun was it? >> It's a 38 special. Revolver. How many rounds is it all? Five. What color is it? >> Black. >> Where's that head again? I know. Cuz we're going to be hitting your house. I don't want to disturb your mom when I have to. I don't want to disturb your family when I have to. I'd rather just go ahead and get get the [ __ ] and get it out of there already. Is that one of the homies house? It's going to end up being at your house. >> Oh, it's in my car. >> It's still in the car right now. >> It's in my car. >> Okay. Where do you have it in your car? >> Uh, the middle console. Okay. >> Did you have sex at all with her? >> No sexual relations? Nothing like that? >> Nope. Was there any kind of a fight at all where there's any way, shape, or form she's going to have any from scratching at you or anything like that on her nails? >> Your DNA, your skin, nothing's going to be found in her nails, nothing like that. >> I mean, she didn't she wasn't really trying to get physical. >> I mean, she knew she was >> It kind of seemed more like a setup. >> Yeah. I was like I mean she must be wanting or needing to call someone. >> Mhm. >> I mean cuz that's I mean it's a smart way to you know get [ __ ] caught up. >> Yeah. No, I know. >> And they get a female to go out there, you know, hit up on you, take you somewhere and then >> Yeah, I know. >> They catch you at a weak moment and they call someone. Sure enough, [ __ ] 10 [ __ ] deep and boom. >> Mhm. >> You're the one being murdered. >> I know. I've investigated a few of those. >> So, where'd you go after that, Chris? Um after that I just stay in for finish the rest of the beer and did about like I don't know like a whole eightball of coke was just your way of self-medicating on that dealing with That's one of the things >> I mean I didn't know whether you know if I was right or wrong. >> I mean it's just to me it just felt it felt bad man. >> Like I've seen [ __ ] like that happening you know since I started hanging out in >> I mean guys [ __ ] love females man. >> They love girls and they they use them against you. I mean, I've had I've seen, you know, one of my [ __ ] [ __ ] die because of that. >> And if I can, it was a girl that shot him in the hotel in Sunnyside. Like, that kid, you know, I wasn't going to go out like that. So, to be caught off guard, not get it. >> What kind of bullets did you have in that gun? And just some simple bullets I got in my Fred Myers. >> What? What's simple? >> What a bullet really kind of looks like. >> Just put a ball around is what round? Yeah. >> Well, okay. >> No auto tips. Nothing special. >> Right. Right. You buy a whole box in >> Yeah. >> Where's the other bullets? >> Down to like whatever. There's the five in the gun right now and then maybe like seven left >> still in the box. >> No, >> no, just loose kicking around. >> So So you said there's five in the gun now. Did you put two new ones in there? So loaded it back up full after you shot her two times. Then you put you So you got a full full cylinder back there. >> Yeah, >> cuz I mean I wasn't sure if uh you know I mean I knew they were going to find her. >> You still got to be loaded up. >> I mean I knew they were going to find her >> and some way somehow someone was going to hear about it >> and well the body's in Ellensburg. >> Well [ __ ] it must be in Ellensburg, >> you know. >> So you're still thinking it was a setup? >> I was still thinking it was a setup. >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and who knows, maybe it still is. >> What did you do with those two casings? Are they still in the car or I want to go dump them? >> Where'd you dump them at? >> The river. >> I mean, I was going to [ __ ] just throw, you know, the whole gun away, too. Do you remember how she was positioned when when you actually ended up shooting? Do you know how she was? What was her positioning? Was she standing up at you? Was she coming at you? How how was her positioning? Was she bent forward? Was she actually uh coming at you face to face type of thing? What was the What was her her body like? No, she was just >> she was like she was bowed down like she was looking at the ground walking towards me. >> So So let me if you don't mind. So she's standing upright. >> Yeah, she's standing >> pretty much upright, but she's I mean how far down's your head? I mean, >> it's like at an angle >> like >> cuz like like a little bit I mean not too like just like this but I mean just enough so like where she can you know see me >> still see you and still see the ground. >> Yeah. >> So kind of like where she's looking at you but she's not looking at you. She's got her head where she's not necessarily making eye contact but she can see you through her peripheral vision and stuff like that at least where she's able to still kind of see you pretty much. Okay. And then she was just walking slowly towards me. You know, she didn't I mean cuz like I guess I I mean I figured that you know she knew she was she was no match >> you know physically. I mean she wasn't going to get past me. >> Yeah. >> So her >> catch you off guard. >> Was to catch me off guard and let my emotions get at the best of me. you know, she tried to come up and give me a hug. She put her head on on my chest, looking towards that way, looking the opposite way of the car. And after that, like my hands were just right here in front of me, like, you know, cuz I had my hands crossed over like this. And she just pushed tight up against me. After that, she just pretty much slowly started putting her hands up like she was going to hug me. And that's when I, you know, felt her go for my gun again. >> Now, we know the answer to this. Was there anyone else there other than you two? >> No. How did she know that the gun was in your pocket? >> Cuz she seen me. That's where I carried it. >> You mean she saw it through your pants? Is Is that what you're saying? >> Yeah, >> cuz the whole night I mean I had it with me just right there >> in the casino. >> No, I didn't tell you. Not in the casino. >> No, >> but in the car. >> But in the car. I mean, >> did you let her know? Hey, did you let her know you were strapped then? Hey, you know what? I ain't [ __ ] around. So, if if you got anything in your [ __ ] head, it ain't going to happen tonight because I got something right here that'll [ __ ] protect me. I mean, so is that how she knows that that you're that you're strapped or how does she know that you're strapped? >> Well, that's pretty much it. >> You know, she like she looked at me and then she's, you know, she kept on asking questions like, "Hey, why you wear so much red?" >> You know, she started like interrogating me. >> Yeah. >> I'm just like, "What's my favorite color?" >> And then she's like, "Oh, why is there a red bandana on your rear me?" You know, >> like I said, you know, it's my favorite color. Why so much questions? And you know, while I was, you know, bumping any cuts and she must have heard, you know, actually paying attention and she's all like, "Oh, okay." Like, we were just driving and then all of a sudden she's like, "Oh, well, now it all makes sense." I was like, "What?" She's like, "You're a gangster, huh?" I was like, "I guess that's what you call it." >> I mean, yeah. I'm not, >> you know, and I don't, you know, I don't take [ __ ] lightly. >> I mean, when it comes down to, you know, a certain point, you know, you know, I'm not going to go out looking like a [ __ ] Yeah. And one of the things that I like clarifying certain things because I know what it means. Um, I just want to make sure that we have the same understanding as to what it means. When you say you're all flamed up, what are you referencing? >> Well, I'm wearing all red. >> That's right. And and I got the same idea. I mean, and when guys are all dressed in blue, what do they name really? Do you know what they call it at all? >> Well, I don't know their term, but >> Okay. Because they've got their own term as well. >> Yeah. I just was it >> they're all flu. >> That's That's your term like the flu virus. Mhm. Um, they call it still a little bit different. That's that's just uh they they they call it a little bit different. But >> I got a quick question. When when she went for your gun right before you shot her, you shoved her off. You pushed her back. >> Yeah. >> How far away how far away you would you shot her? How far away was she? me to you. >> I'd say from like right here probably to the end of the table. >> To the to the end of the table. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Best you can remember. >> As best as I can remember. Like I mean she she didn't fall off the, you know, ledge or nothing. >> But >> So did you see her laying there? >> Um honestly I just shot and just did. I mean I didn't bother to look back. >> Yeah. You didn't go back down and check and make sure done. How far do you think the pistol was from her from her body? If it was if this is it about how far away do you think the barrel the end of that barrel was from her if you had to guess? Cuz I can tell you pretty much. I have an idea. probably like two two feet two and a half feet. >> So if I'm if you're if I'm her and we're this far apart like you said the table, how how did you have the gun? >> How are you holding? >> If if you if you were to extend your hand out, is your body about right here? >> No, it's more >> further back. >> Go ahead and hold on to that there, Greg. Extend your hand out. Is that how far it is? That's about roughly about 2 and 1/2 ft. Yeah, just about. >> How long in between the shots? >> They were fast. >> Bam. Bam. >> Bam. Bam. >> Yeah. Have you talked to anybody else about this? Even just you ever talked to anybody about it? I got to and the reason I asked is is just because of the fact that you obviously got to know we monitor social media and [ __ ] like that. There's a comment made and somebody asked you something about some guilt. You remember that? >> Some guilt. >> Uhhuh. No. >> You don't recall anything like that? Somebody asking something about some guilt. You ain't talked to nobody about it? No. So, you've kind of locked this up on your own to yourself >> pretty much. Okay. >> All right. Maybe I must have missed uh I misread something or maybe I was looking at somebody else cuz [ __ ] you know what? Sometimes I get I I get people off of me mixed up just because I uh I have to monitor a lot of stuff like that. So, sometimes I I get a little confused. So, >> I try to stay off of social media as much as I can, too. Um, I've got to go out there and review a couple things real quick. I'm going to come right back. In the meantime, you need to use the restroom, need to take a piss, you need some more water, you need cup of coffee, you need anything for me, >> I can use some more water.
