Yeah, I took it from her hand. She was taking it when I caught her. Like she had the bottle. I heard that's why I heard her. I heard the pill. Your pill rattled cuz you know in the in the bottle. >> Thanks. I got you. >> And that's when I ran down there. And >> on May 7th, 2021 in Williamston, Michigan, Christopher Palolo, was brought in for questioning after his wife, Elise Palisol, was found unresponsive in their apartment from a drug overdose. What began as a medical call quickly drew deeper scrutiny when investigators noted extensive injuries in various stages of healing on her body. I have a thing lad once. >> No, I know, but I mean I'm I'm not like my story is completely true. There's no fabrication here. >> Spoiler details are in the video description and the full results of all charges in the case are laid out at the end of the video. >> Fill us in. And I I I don't want us leaving here with any blanks. All right. So, >> what do you want to know? >> Give me a little history on you and Elise. All right. What How long you guys been married? >> 16 years. >> 16 years. Where'd you guys meet at? >> Oceanside, California. >> Dang. >> She's from Long Beach. I met her in Oceanside. Uh I I stayed there for a couple years. >> Are you from Williamston? What brings you? >> No, I left when I was younger and just I just moved back when Jasper was in school. start the school so he could be around my family and uh grow up, you know, the same way I did with a bunch of family around. And I like the I like Langston a lot. It's really nice. It's comfortable community. It is >> good morals. It is connected. Everybody's really okay there. >> I can see why I'm in the back. And you guys have Jasper together, >> correct? >> G A S P E R. >> G. >> What's his middle name? >> Just uh Gus. >> Gus. Goss. >> Yeah. T A L A Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C Z C O L L What's his birthday? >> 7307. >> You go in school? >> St. Mary's. >> St. Mary's. >> Eighth grade. He's going to graduate 8 years this year. And then St. Mary's only goes kindergarten up to 8th grade. So he'll be going to probably Lancing Catholic next year. >> All right. Was he born in Williamson or was he >> born in Virginia, North Virginia? That's where I lived when I had him. >> Dang, man. >> I moved around a lot. >> Yeah. Yeah. Was that for work? >> No, I just wanted to. I didn't I wasn't tied down and I like traveling. So, >> found something I like doing and stuck to it for a while. >> Did Elise like moving around and >> Yeah, man. She really wanted to Yeah, I was dating when we met. It was her and Carly. And then I had another friend, but when I was leaving California, she wanted to come with me and I said, "Okay." And she wanted to get married in Vegas. So, we uh ran some errands, went back to Vegas, got hitched, and then uh moved to East Coast. So then all over, you know, every whatever like I had a house in Durham for six or seven years, but I was traveling all over the southeast doing different jobs. >> Mostly carpentry. >> Mostly carpentry. Yeah. She went to school. The reason we went to Durham is uh >> Where's Where's Durham? >> North Carolina. UNCC Chapel Hill is where she was going to grad school at. >> All right. So, >> so she was going to school for >> She's um Well, she's a scientist. She does uh she works with RNA, DNA. >> What What did she do? >> She worked this group. >> Oh, or what? What did she she after everything she learned, she decided that she wanted to work with kids. So, she got a part-time job at St. Mary's working with kids. So, she be close to Casper. She first got a job at Neoen when we moved here. >> I've heard of them. >> Neoen. Yeah. And uh she worked for she worked in a lab there for a little bit, but she liked being around kids more and wanted to be closer. So she quit that and then started working at St. Mary's, which is fine. I mean, she was she's way happier doing that, you know, like it's a lot more rewarding, I think, for her. And she's really good at it. No. >> What did what did she do? Teach, you said? >> Well, yeah. Your she does like the CGS program, which is like a catechism and learn about >> uh Jesus, what he did, some of his miracles. Uh >> are you Catholic? >> Yeah. Catholic, >> brother. >> Yeah. Jasper just got confirmed a couple weeks ago, man. >> Good for him. Good for him. Yeah, I was He's He's older than first communion, but probably right in the age of confirmation. So, all right. >> Yeah, that was really cool. >> Very good. >> Spent a while doing that, man. That was actually really fun. >> But did she volunteer at St. Mary's or was she >> She did for a while. Yeah, she was just volunteering in the library and then Nancy asked her if she wanted to do this and she gets she doesn't get paid much, but she does it and she likes doing it. So, that's what's important. was um was that her was that your guys's main source of income her work? >> Oh, uh yeah, absolutely. >> Okay. Plus your your carpentry jobs here and there. Yeah. >> Contribute. Okay. Um got me sidetracked things about confirmation stuff. My nephew was going through the same thing. But um the last picture I took with Elise in it was on uh Elizabeth, her and Jasper and confirmation night. Well, that would be a nice that'll be a nice picture to looking at it today. Tell me more about Elise cuz obviously something happened today. What? No, we >> help me get to uh help us get to know Elise and and your guys' relationship. >> We've been together 16 years. Um we love each other very much. We uh are not perfect. Every one of us made a lot of less than great choices, but she's still an amazing person. And when I was using I just got it clean a couple years ago. When I was using it didn't really bother me, but it does now. So I uh asked her to change with me and >> was she she plays a lot of games like manipulation. She sleeps around [ __ ] like that. >> Sleeps with other guys. >> Yes. >> She not right. She hasn't for a whole while. We I just we were trying to like we're uh it was suggested by Deacon. >> Is it an an open relationship? >> No, it was it was for a long time. Yeah. But not anymore. So, we were working through issues that we were having as far as um to I guess just be a stronger couple, man. Like just to be better and get right with God, you know. And she has been working and you can talk to Nancy about this. She works more with Nancy on this than me. I just go to like the >> You That's the second time you mentioned Nancy to me. >> Nancy Hilker. She's uh >> Who is that? Nancy >> Hiler at St. Mary's. That's her boss at St. Mary's. Yeah. >> H I L K E R. Deacon Hilker at St. Mary's is her husband and I talk to him. >> But uh so we go over and we we'll sit and we'll talk. And so Elise had some trauma when she was younger and she's never dealt with it. She's pushed down forever. And I printed out these CBT worksheets for her to do. And they require, you know, like real honesty, like the [ __ ] I had to do when I got clean. And she wanted to stop like manipulating and lying and just, you know, whatever. And she like she's got some wicked demons that dug in, man. And and it was, you know, >> that stem from childhood, >> right? Well, we now know that, but you know, I mean, I just knew that she was in a lot of pain and I wanted to help her feel better. So, I gave her this to work on cuz it was something I worked on to help me a lot. >> What's CBT? I'm just >> cognitive behavioral therapy. >> I use mostly, but that one uh it was like a honesty worksheet for like uh I guess it sounds stupid if you don't if you're not interested in anything like this, but I am sort of trying to like make up for the [ __ ] I did before when I was using. So, I try to do a lot of charity and what I can to help out. And Elise is uh trying to sort through some of her stuff and it got really hard for her and uh she got upset. She cut herself. She didn't try to kill herself. When I got in the bathroom, she was in the bathroom. I was sleeping. I got up and she went to the bathroom. She was bleeding. It had already like coag coagulated, you know, but she didn't hit any veins. It was pretty superficial. So, she asked me to fix it. She didn't want to go anywhere. She didn't want to get help. anybody know um for the reason that other people in our lives that have been through this myself included after like uh you know being having a nervous breakdown or whatever you know people talk about that all the time because she works with kids and I think she's worried about anybody trusting her with kids after that. So she was really worried that nobody knew cuz there was another lady who used to work with them and every time she comes up somebody mentions that she had a nervous breakdown and she's like I don't want that. So, she didn't want to get help. I patched up plenty of my own wounds. She's seen it 100 times. And so, she asked me to help her. So, I thrust her wound for the last couple weeks or whatever it was, maybe more. I don't know. And uh she told me she'd never do it again. She wouldn't try to hurt herself. So, we went over and talked for a while with Nancy and Deacon about they gave us some prayer stuff to work on. And uh I don't actually know. I don't I don't I don't even know, dude. I don't know what the [ __ ] she's thinking half the time. But I know that she's really trying. She's making a lot more progress than she ever has before. So, I was really proud of her. But she was also getting really stressed cuz she started talking about something that happened when she was much younger in Long Beach before her parents moved her over. And it's, you know, childhood trauma that she's never addressed. She was, it was hard for her and she thinks that's part of her reason for being like lying and hypersexualized. And it makes sense, but it sounds more like borderline personality disorder. For me, >> we don't we don't have to go into whole We don't have to go into a lot of detail about that childhood thing. >> No, I'm just explaining her frame of mind right now and what got her to >> Yeah. No, I'm with you. But I want to know what what's the gist of what happened to her when she was a kid? Did she ever tell you? >> She told me enough. >> And I mean, was she sexually abused? >> Okay. Family or stranger? >> Well, uh it was a neighbor of her her neighbor like her her parents lived here, her grandparents lived here, and the guy lived next door to her grandparent house. Okay. So after it happened, they moved from Long Beach to Oceanside. They never talked about it. She's just now dealing with it. >> Well, that's that's the kind of background I want, but I don't want to distract you from where you were going. But >> no, but anyway, so so I'm saying like I know how difficult it can be. I had >> I experienced some things when I was younger that made it difficult for me to take sober for life. And I'm not blaming that. I was still a piece of [ __ ] that used a lot of drugs and drank every day. But I uh it's just how I deal with things that isn't right. But she deals with them a different way, not through like using I don't know. Trying to control everything, I guess. Yeah, definitely trying to control it. And uh it's been a real roller coaster, man, for the last probably 6 weeks dealing with this [ __ ] And she's told me a lot about things. She put up a lot of stuff from the last, you know, for a while and uh like Missy Bunny, um all kinds of weird stuff. Wasn't a big deal. And we got I don't know how to say what I'm trying to say without saying anything bad about her. She has issues she need to deal with. Been really difficult for her. She got upset, took my thorazine. I had her puke it up. She was just not calling anybody. She was fine. She slept for 2 days. Turns out she took 13, which isund or 1300 milligrams. Well, they use much more than that for like uh anesthesia. So, she was safe, but it was still like cry for help, but she didn't want to get help. She doesn't want anybody to know what's going on. So, we're trying to just, you know, talk about it and work on it. And after she did that, I took all my pills. I hit them. I put them in a bag, stuck them in the closet cuz I don't I don't the ones that I don't take anymore. I don't take any psychotics anymore. I did up until a couple years ago, but I think it was mostly like drug induced psychosis is what it ended up being cuz it went away now that I'm clean. And she uh anyways, long story short, she so I had those and we've been trying to sort stuff out. It's not it's not perfect, but it's uh it's not terrible. It could be a lot better. she was more accepting of getting help realizing that you know you can't do it alone. So we had this talk earlier this week and then throughout the week we had a couple arguments and the reason like I'm trying so hard to make this work is because she stuck with me through like all kinds of horrible stuff. Dude, I was I was a total junkie. I I'd disappear for like weeks at a time and she wouldn't know where I was. >> Heroin uh heroin crack or words, you know. So, uh I I just I I wasn't a very good husband for a long time. And I feel like I owe it to her to go through her whatever with her right now that she's trying to sort out. And I uh I'm at my wit's end. If there's no honesty, I'm not interested in like trying to work through it cuz I can work through anything as long as we're honest with each other. But it's the it's the line that I don't understand and I I can't work with. And that's like her biggest thing is lying. And it's not like I don't understand it. I don't know. >> What is it that she would lie about? >> Everything, dude. All kinds of stupid [ __ ] Like, >> okay, for example, okay, R.J. gave her a book to give to me. She stole it. Didn't give it to me. She didn't tell me about it until a few weeks ago and she gave it to me. And it was like a book that he gave her when I ODed a few years ago when I was in rehab. But stuff like that just stupid stuff that doesn't make any sense. You know, she steals books from the library. Like >> any with her not telling you that R.J. gave her a book to give to you, did she explain why she didn't tell you that? >> She did. Yeah. She was afraid that um she's kind of insecure and she was afraid that I would leave her if I got better and she didn't. and she uh so she didn't really like she stuck around but she didn't really invest in any kind of uh she wasn't much help on my road to recovery. She was trying to resist an accident and then playing games and like trying to provoke me to, you know, [ __ ] up and uh I I didn't understand. So I confronted her and she then she explained it to me like that. I said, "I don't want to come down to your level. You got to meet me up here." And so I've been working with her and been really really patient. I'm at the end of my rope with it. So, I told her I wanted her to leave and uh she got pretty upset, threatened to kill herself, said she wouldn't cuz we were talking. I'm like, "Dude, that's a permanent solution to a temporary problem." Like, feelings don't last. Just keep doing the X-ray thing. You'll get on track, which is how it works. Take it till you make it. you want to be this person, act like you're that person till you get there. You know what I mean? Like dress for the job you want, not the job you got kind of thing. And uh throughout working on this with her, she has become more resistant in the last couple weeks and and uh stopped working on the stuff that Nancy and Deacon and what she's told to do, you know, like as far as being honest and, you know, working through whatever we're dealing with. So, I told her this week that I didn't want her. She had a couple floodations and I I told her I wasn't comfortable with that anymore. >> Those being guys, >> correct? >> So, I said that I didn't want to see her again until she ended this flirtation. So, she ended the flirtation and then she came home and then she was lying about something else and I said, "I can't work with you if you're lying to me. Glad I die. You got to go." So, I picked her up from work yesterday. I packed her a bag in the back seat. The stuff that's important to her, you know, like this stuff that's important to her. There's only a couple things in there that's really important to her, but I asked her what she wanted me to bring in the house, and she's like, "I just don't want to be without you." Jasper and you know you got to act like a dude. You can't really [ __ ] steal all my money and playing games and lying, you know. I just can't work with that. Frustrated with it. But she uh so she said fine. She she said that she will leave and she said she wanted to go to California. She was going to get help. I said great. Call us when you're ready. She said cool. So I pick her up from work. I'm taking her She gets upset. She wants to go home and say goodbye, Jess. I said, "No, you got to go. Like, he doesn't want to see you. He just wants to say goodbye and he loves you." And she's like, "Oh, I can't leave without saying goodbye." I said, "Fine." And I said, "We'll go home and then you'll leave in the morning." So, we drive back. We get home last night. She talks to Jasper for a little bit. Tells him she loves him. Tells him she's sorry. You know, she's going to do what she can to get better. And see, like, she's picked up guys with Jasper when I'm not there, like this waiter from this restaurant one time. And no, like it's [ __ ] up, dude. Cuz she's such an amazing person most of the time, but she does some really stupid stuff sometimes like that. Like bring somebody you don't know to our house when I'm out of town, you know? Glad you asked for that. It just really bothered me and I said I wasn't going to accept that behavior. So, uh, but anyways, along the lines of like it being too difficult, she wants it. I wanted her to leave. I asked her to leave. I told her she had to leave. I told her I couldn't do it anymore cuz she was still lying. So, she insists she she wants to come home. I said, "That's fine. You can come home." So, we go home last night. She talks to Jasper. They hang out for a minute. She says she's going to the bathroom or our room. I don't even remember what she said she was doing. She went down the hall. 5 minutes later, I hear the I hear the bottle, the thorazine bottle. So, I run down there. I [ __ ] you doing, man? You're not supposed to do this. I thought you were going to leave tomorrow. We can't do this. So I grab a bottle of Pepsi out of the fridge, have her chug it, she chugged it. I helped her throw up. So she throws everything up. I asked her what she took. She said just the thorazine. I didn't know that there was I don't I don't even know at the time what she took that she took if she took the ilifine before this or after this. All I seen was a thorium bottle that was in her hand. I didn't open the drawer and see empty bottles there till later, but they weren't even I I don't know where they were at that time. And uh so so she takes that she throws up. I get her laying down. She's laid down. She's comfortable and she's like, you know, whining. I go on there and she's Can you help me sit up? I help her sit up and then she pukes a little bit. Said she's fine. I give her a hug. Dash walks in, says hi. Lay her down. Put her on her side. Don't stay on her side. Walk around >> in my bed. in in her bed. Like I was sleeping on the couch. >> No, no, no, no. Made her nice. She's comfortable. >> Okay. >> Sorry. And uh so she's laying down. >> Jasper and I are out in the living room for a while. Uh I checked on her a couple times. She was fine. And then I last time I checked her was between 11 and 12 and she was on her back and I asked her to lay on her side because if she was like getting sick or anything then she wouldn't be able to you know if she breathes in her mouth she'd be screwed. She can't move around that well. J standing side. She rolls on her side and says to me, "Get the [ __ ] out of here." So, okay, no problem. Go back out, lay down with J. Go to sleep. He sleeps on the couch with me last night. He wanted to sleep out there, which is fine. He does that sometimes. And uh I thought she was fine. I didn't think she took that much cuz last time like her attempt was 13 pills, you know what I mean? And it's not even going to really hurt you at all. So, I had no idea that there was actually any danger here. And after she threw everything up, I seen a bunch of the horns, the pills come out, you know, all the Pepsi, more than she drank, more than a 2 L, more than a 20 oz of Pepsi that she drank came out and water, too. And so, I swear to God, I mean, I thought she was fine. She laid down. She's a little groggy, like, okay. So, she didn't get everything out, but big deal. You know, it's a couple throw. And I checked on her. I got up at 4:30 to take a [ __ ] Excuse me. go to the bathroom, got something to drink, and I go in and I open the door and she's not moving. It didn't look like she was breathing. They stood there for probably like 3 or 4 minutes. She's looking at me and I didn't know what to do. So, I grabbed her foot to shake her and say, "Hey, her foot was cold." So, I immediately call 911. They say, "Uh, experiencing my call volume, call backs." I hang up. I call the Langston police. They get right out there. Um, but oh, in the meantime, while I'm talking to them on the phone about the cops coming out, the lady on the phone is talking to me about maybe doing CPR on her, and she says, "Flip her over. Get her on the floor." But when I went to flip her over, like she was laying with her the pillows like this and she's laying and her hands are out like this. There's a little bit of puke. Her legs are straight. Uh she was stiff when I went to flip her. So I said she's stiff and uh then I checked for a pulse in her wrist. I didn't feel one in her and her her hands were very warm. So, uh, I was I mean, I think she was already gone, dude. Like, I don't know how long it takes to set in, but I'm pretty sure she was like nothing I could do. You know what I mean? Like, I couldn't have brought her back with CPR. And so, they come in, check her out. Um, Emmy comes, other cops and a paramedic. And uh then my my uh my mom and my brothers and my dad came over. Uh I'm out for maybe till 11 or 12. Jasper said he wanted to be alone cuz they were asking us to get out of the house and I thought maybe that would be healthy. But he wanted not to be around people right now. and he said he wanted to be at the house. And I I totally understand cuz I honestly didn't want to leave the house at all. He just kind of feel like he's still there. And so he uh he wanted to stay so we stayed. I called and talked to a couple people about what they thought and they said that actually everybody one person said get him out of the house. But uh the opinion I value most said trust your gut and ask him what he thinks which I had. and then just watch him and see if he's getting antsy and if he's getting antsy and get him out of the house. If he's not, then so be it. Then you guys can stay there. It shouldn't be a problem. So, well, that's where you guys call us. Pulled in. Let your boy go through. hell, >> dude. He's been like, see, I I put him through hell, too. Man, I was a ter I wasn't a terrible father. I was still there a lot, but like I didn't really I was kind of a piece of [ __ ] for a while, you know? I was my priorities weren't right, though. And it definitely wasn't him. Those drugs for for a lot of years. So, he he's been he knows and all like our relationship is incredible now. It's so much better than it ever was before. Uh but he obviously sees where you know Elise has shortcomings and he encourages her to do better and he wants the same for her. So he's really understanding and really patient, really kind. But he is the reason I'm asking her to leave is because he asks me for peace because the house is kind of hostile when we're arguing or not getting along, you know. So cuz when we're going to one race, everybody's happy, you know, and and then when we're not like just make smart ass comments that aren't very kind to each other. >> Did Elise use any drugs? >> What do you mean? Like ever? >> No, she never used me. No. Like we used to drink a lot before Jasper got born. So was >> Did she Did she use any drugs currently? >> I'm not talking like throughout teenage years and stuff, but But did she use any drugs? >> Well, yeah. The other night she took all the pills. >> Okay. >> You mean like >> like illegal drugs? >> No, cannabis. Cannabis. But that's it. Cannabis. Yeah. No, no drugs. And she maybe drinks a couple times a year, but it's only she doesn't drink more than that since we were uh since before Jasper. >> Before Jasper, we drink a lot. So, her whole the the lying and um >> I don't I don't know if I if I call it cheating or what, but the the lying, the doing stuff with other guys type of deal that was that all stemmed from her traumatic childhood experience. >> I don't know that, dude. How How could I know that? It just seems that that came up while we were working on, you know, honesty and trust issues, >> right? And then she started telling me a couple stories about when she was younger. And at first it was like, how did I know how to do this at this age? And then I did this at this age. And then I got the whole more of the story. Obviously, not everything, but enough to know that it was not fair. >> So, she's she's got that childhood uh or she's she's got that demon in her past, >> right? >> You've got your demon of of substance abuse, >> right? >> All right. Um, you have spent several years and I think we would both quietly applaud you for getting yourself to where you're at. Took a lot of years, a lot of hard work, a lot of uh self-reflection, and you get your spot to a or you you get yourself to a good spot in your life, Elise is maybe still down here working on hers. Not all the time though, man. It's like it's right. But is is it is it safe to say that she was working on coping and and trying to figure out how is Elise going to work through this? You had your way of getting clean and and and like you described, you know, you want to get to here, act like this, act up here until you naturally get there. >> Mhm. >> She she didn't have that skill or she She tries she she'd try and then it get hard and then she'd give up and just >> totally revert. >> How how frustrating >> and I've never been in your shoes but I I >> I tried for years before I ever got sober. She was really patient with me. I owe her that. >> How frustrating it is in your shoes seeing this happen and knowing that you you are an example that hey uh you can get to where I'm at. you can fight through it like I did, but was it like she just couldn't? She didn't want to. She didn't know how. >> Uh, it's hard, man. It's not easy. And >> I'm not saying >> I tried I tried for years before I ever got anything near honest. You know, a lot of years before I could do anything like this is the longest I've been clean since I was younger than Jasper. Swear to God. Longest I've been clean since I was younger than Jasper. this last couple years being clean the longest since I was younger than him. So, it's like but I tried I tried for a long time to get clean, you know, it just didn't pan out and I was I guess lazy or I failed a lot. But no, like she with me has all the time in the world. I'll wait. I'll do whatever I can to help her, but Jasper doesn't need the [ __ ] in the house. And if she's not going to be safe because she a pedophile in the next room when I was out of town, right? >> You know, Okay. >> When did that happen? >> That >> Yeah. >> happened uh it would have been either March, April. No, it would have been April, May. April, May, or June. That happened in 2018. April, May, or June. >> What's You said she she had some flirty relationships recently that you told her you were >> not okay with. I could see. Well, I see the [ __ ] like how she drives it, how she, you know, that stuff. Hey, dude. Like, what's going on, man? And then she started lying. So, like, what? We got to work on this. >> So, you mentioned something earlier. You said the last six weeks, >> that's when we started like meeting with Nancy and Deacon and really diving into the issues. >> Is there anything that happened that maybe prompted her to You said it was about 6 weeks ago she told you about her past. >> Well, what happened like six weeks ago? Yeah, it was uh I I I've seen it so many times. I I see it coming, you know, like I see the change in all kinds of different ways, but I I called her out on it. She said, "You're right." She said she was sorry. She said she wanted to work on it. So, we've been working on it. And then we started Well, okay. So, before we started talking, she didn't want to talk about it. So, she writes me this uh waiver asking me to spank her to uh help her tell the truth. I thought it was [ __ ] crazy, but it actually worked the first time and I wasn't comfortable at doing it after that. I It didn't feel right. So, I uh I whooped her ass once with a hanger and she asked for it. But that's what I did. And so, this didn't feel right, dude. I don't want to do it like that. Like, if you can't talk to me and be honest with me without me hitting you in the [ __ ] hanger, that's crazy. Why would you even ask me to do that? Seems nuts, right? was. >> But the thing is, she really liked it. Like she actually got into it. >> Was it a sexual thing or just >> It turned out to be I didn't realize it at the time. I didn't even think about it like that, man. I thought like, you know, she needed some motivation or something. So a couple times she like starts talking and then she wants to [ __ ] >> So yeah, it ended up being like that. She enjoyed it and that's fine, but it just I wasn't really into it. I didn't really like it. I don't like leaving marks. I don't like hurting her. I just don't that's not what gets me excited. >> Did it leave Mark? >> Yeah. >> What kind? >> You know, like uh well, the kind you'd get if you were smacked with a hanger. >> Dude, I can't say I've ever been smacked with a hanger. >> It leaves uh bruises. And if you hit the same area after you've hit it a few minutes later, you know, the blood will come to the center, then the next shot will break the skin. So, >> yeah. Where's it going? >> On her back or her ass. Like her ass on the back of her on her ass. >> Anywhere else? >> Maybe thighs and lowest lower back maybe. But no, just her ass. >> Was it always a hanger? >> I've used a book, but that was all sexual. That was not like anything like this. That was just, you know, she wanted me to spank her with a book, but that was a while ago. That wasn't anytime recently. >> When did that all start? >> What? That kind of stuff. I mean, just freaky, you know. It wasn't like >> How long ago did that start? >> 16 years ago. I mean, I had the first time we got down, I had these alligator clamp nipple with the vibrator on them. So, like you pinch the nipple and they vibrate. And she got into that. So, >> okay. >> I knew she was a weirdo and I got it on pretty good, you know? >> So, I mean really like >> kind [clears throat] of weird, but it is what it is. It is what it is. Like I'm I'm here to explain this [ __ ] and I told her I didn't want to do it and she wrote me that so I did it. I'm I'm not laughing at that because everybody's got their own groove. I'm I'm laughing because you're like, "Oh, I knew she was a weirdo." And that's like right then and there, I knew we were going to be like this. I love it. >> Uh so you I mean that stuff has been going on since day one. When was the last time you guys had a >> uh when did you guys do it? >> I don't know, man. probably 10 days ago, maybe two weeks ago. I think it was a weekend. So, like a week and a half ago, maybe. >> Did What did you What tools did you use? >> Hanger. >> Like a When you And when you say hanger, >> let hanger. >> Okay. >> Open it up, stretch it out, fold it in half. >> Like a big hoop then? >> No, like a small one like that. >> Okay. So you're like you're bending it for example like that. It would be like thinner. Okay. That's just what Okay. >> That's exactly what it is. >> Okay. >> I mean, can I get in trouble for that? >> No. >> That's all I can think of why I'd be here, dude. That's the only thing I can think of that I'd be here for. >> I mean, there's you guys use the same the same one each time. We've only I only did it once and then when I did it a little while ago, it wasn't the same thing. It wasn't like for that. It was like she got off on it. So, >> you know, I hit her a couple times. It wasn't like I beat her ass. You know what I mean? >> And now, now we are >> Yeah. Open that up >> to to the spot in in our discussion here. >> And this is what you were adamant. Hey, go get the yellow notebook. >> Oh, you want to know about the dude? Yeah, I hit her with a hammer, but I was asked to. >> Where did she get the idea? Like, why did she feel it necessary to write it down? Because I told her I wouldn't do it. I said, "No freaking way, dude. Like, she's not honest with me. I don't know if I can get in trouble for something like that." So, I said, "There's no way I'm going to do that." She said, "Well, write your waiver." Okay, whatever, dude. I didn't think she was serious, but she gave it to me. So, I did it. No, I didn't want like it wasn't it wasn't out of anger. It wasn't like uh you know I mean don't get me wrong when she cut herself I wanted to beat her ass but I couldn't you know I just couldn't take all of that. >> Um yeah it it doesn't matter. I I already told Chris that this is coming with us >> regardless, which uh >> uh Chris just wanted to make sure that >> he got to talk about this and he didn't see it and everything. >> I just want to make sure this isn't lost because I think without this I might be in trouble >> right there. That camera >> that's on. This mic's on. We're talking about yelling. No, we're not. Dude, we're not trying to hide. >> I know. I know. I'm not saying that you guys are giving us No, I know. I know. And and I will tell you our job is just to gather facts. >> Good. Sorry about that. >> If we can if we can prove somebody didn't do something, boom. That's the whole point of gathering facts. >> That's why I'm here. >> We can prove somebody did do something, boom, we put the facts together. We just we go where the facts take us. >> That's it. >> Good. >> We're not trying to hide anything. >> I'm not trying to hide anything either. I swear to God, dude. Oh, I >> like we talked about clean slate. So, >> see, I didn't want Jasper to read that. Look at the end of it. Dude, did you see that? Have him forget me or something. >> Please help him forget. >> Yeah, right. That dude. >> You is you said uh uh >> the other one in there isn't any concern. >> Is that uh what you considered as like her suicide note? >> That's how I took it. >> Okay. Well, you you you referred to when you were talking about this, you mentioned >> Yeah, that I put that in the book today. So, I had it. I showed it to my folks when they were over >> and uh I hid it this morning so Jasper wouldn't find it. And then when my folks my mom asked me if she could see it, so I got it out and that was uh I actually don't know if that one's appropriate or not. I don't know what that one says. Did you show Williamson PD this? You didn't show or tell them about any of this? >> Should I have See, I told the Emmy about it when she called me cuz she said it it would uh what what did she say? It would have to do with intentions or something. So, I took a picture of it and I sent it to her while I was talking to her. But no, I didn't show that to anybody this morning. They asked me. I said yes. They said, "Where is it?" I said, "I moved it." So, Jasper didn't see it. They never asked to see it. Or maybe they didn't. I didn't hear him this morning. You know, I wasn't really all there. >> Did Jasper eventually learn where this notebook was? >> I showed him where it was. I said if anything, like for any reason, dude, this is here. And I showed him that when I put that in there and I stuck it under the table so it wouldn't get lost. Yes. cuz worst case scenario happened, you know, or is happening now, I guess, however you look at it. >> I mean, this is worst case scenario for me, man. Elise doesn't get to come home. Jasper's what the [ __ ] is he going to think for the rest of his life, dude? you know, I I told him it wasn't his fault and he he acted like he thought it was, you know, he didn't say I know or anything like that. He's like he's 13. How could he know? You know, and he told Elise that he wanted cuz we we talked and in uh well, he said it to me, but she was there. Um, we were the three of us were talking about, you know, um, so if we don't, obviously we want everything to work out, but if we need to take a break for a little while, who do you want to be with? And he said he wanted to be with me. And I think that really hurt her. That was yesterday. So Jasper, I think, feels partially responsible for this. And at least in some fashion. I know he feels bad about it now, dude. I feel bad about all kinds of things I ever said, you know. >> How many times has she uh attempted some test? >> No. Oh, three like recently. But they weren't even attempts. And she said that when I asked her about it, I'm like, "Come on, man." Like >> I know. I know. I got scared and I didn't want to >> I didn't want to do it. >> One hand cuts. >> Yeah. Yeah. And then one time she took a handful of Dorsy and then just last night. >> When did the cuts about when did that happen? >> Couple weeks ago or so. >> Okay. >> We have not seen Elise, >> right? >> Were the injuries still there? >> Yeah. Yeah. It's still I'm pressing it for her every morning. >> Did she ever go get medical treatment or anything? >> Anybody know? >> Did it require stitches? >> Uh, I mean, it could have used >> in your opinion, do you think it could have used stitches? No, I would have, if it was me, I would have cauterized, closed it up and cauterized it, but she can't handle something like that, so I just uh filled it up and dressed it. They don't clean it out with peroxide and wash it up. >> So, that antibiotic cream on a couple times a day with new dressing. And I mean, I've had I had lots of scars and I work hard. So, >> that happens a few weeks ago, you said. Do you have an approximate date? And if you don't know, you don't know. >> No, no. I'm thinking cuz it was uh it was before Joshua was the wedding. It was I don't know, man. I'm sure this another cool person can tell you just as close. I I honestly don't know. >> You want to ask him when his wedding was? >> April. >> End of April. >> End of April. April. >> So in >> it was it was in April. >> In April. End of April. >> And then the the second one was she took >> No, the pills. Yeah. The pills were uh the dorsine was a while ago. >> Thorine. Was that before the cuts? Yeah, she took that and then >> I don't know. >> Yes, it was before. I'm sorry. I was thinking I don't know how she comes up with this [ __ ] >> And how many did she take? >> 13 the first time. I thought she took more. >> How'd you know it was 13? >> Because she told me. >> She told me after she made it like she took she was manipulating. She played games. She wanted me to talk her out of it or like, >> you know, save your life and don't call anybody and take care of me all night. You know, that kind of thing. cuz she told me the next day she took 13 and she acted like, you know, it was something that it wasn't. I'm like, "Are you okay? Like, we got to call somebody." And then she'd straighten up real quick and then she'd go back into the Oh, can you give me some water? So, if you could to the best of your ability, because I know sometimes I have a hard time remembering what I had for lunch, let alone remember what I did the day before. Can you walk us through to the best of your ability yesterday? >> All day or uh yesterday? I thought I just did that. Yeah, last night I picked her up. >> I was looking for times like kind of like what's what's our >> time? And where where'd you pick her up from? >> MC Molds. >> MC Molds. >> It's a extrusion blow molding shop in Williamston and the industrial part that uh >> she work there. >> Yeah, she works there part time. She also and stuff. It's a family business. >> Okay. >> So, okay. >> She uh Yeah, she goes up there and works a little bit. Picked >> her up at 5. >> Oh, want to do a timeline? >> Yeah, dude. I just said this. >> Picked her up at five. >> Well, I thought it was St. Mary's. >> Yeah, I did, too. I was >> No, no, no, no. She She got She works at St. Mary's and she works part time at the bow. >> Okay. All right. So, 5:00 p.m. >> Picked her up at 5 yesterday. >> Drove toward Bishop, the airport in Flint, and I took uh picked her up, which is in the industrial park in Williamston. So, I just went straight north on Williamson Road. Then I went west on Headlet Road. Then I went north on Schuman Road. And then we stopped right before I got on 69 talks because she wanted to come home and say goodbye to Jasper and talk to Jasper. And I didn't have the heart to say [ __ ] off and take her to the airport. I thought she just wanted to come home and >> she talked to him on the phone. >> No, we went back to the house and she talked to him. She sat down and talked to him at the house. I went from there. I didn't get on 69. I stopped. I turned around right there and we talked and she wanted to come home. So turn around drove straight home. I was on by 5:45 probably the latest probably probably earlier than that and uh she sat down and talked to us for 15 minutes went I heard the pill bottle that he ran and grabbed him and made her chug a 20 ounce and this would have been I don't know between like six and seven maybe a little later than six probably closer to seven cuz she I think she talked to Jasper might have somewhere in there. >> I don't remember the exact >> Yeah. Yeah. So, uh had her slam on the Pepsi. A friend of mine is Bamic told me that is how she throws up. So, since she couldn't get herself to throw up, I said chug Pepsi. She chugged the Pepsi. Jump up and down. So, she did that and then she took her fingers down. I was throwing a few four more times till it's gone like till she was dry eating. So, I thought she was good. And plus, I also didn't think that she took, you know, what she took because the last time, plus she was insistent on being fine and not to worry about it and just let her sweep it off. So, okay. So, she pukes it up, goes and lays down. She lay down. Maybe she came out for a little bit and then went. Yeah, she did. She did came out hung out in the living room out Jasper and I then she went and laid down. Uh, I checked on her a couple times throughout the night. She was fine. Little whiny, you know, but fine. Um, last thing she said to me was, "Get the [ __ ] out of here." >> About what time was that? >> Between 11:00 and 12:00. I was checking on her before I went to bed and she was on her back. So, I asked her to lay on her side. She's like, "We get alone. Come on, man. Land. I don't leave you alone." She laid on her side. Get the [ __ ] out of here. So, I went out, laid down. I was only in there for like a minute and a half, you know, laid back down on the couch. Just slept till 4:30 this morningish. 4:30ish, 4:30 something. I don't know what exactly. It wasn't 4:40. It was after 4:30. Like, [ __ ] open the drink, open the door, stood there for it felt like a couple minutes, and I didn't She wasn't breathing like, you know what I mean? I couldn't see her back moving. She was laying on her stomach at this point. And uh I went to shake her foot and say Haley's cuz you know she was so still it was really freaky and you couldn't hear her breathing either. So I grabbed her foot and shook and her foot was cold and that's when I called 911 and I called the police department because they had a whatever experiencing high volume or whatever. >> When you called 911 you got that? >> Yeah. It rang twice and said we're experiencing high volume call or whatever. So, I let it ring for 1 minute or maybe 55 seconds. I hung out, Googled uh Williamson Police Department. Call the Williamson Police Department. Talk to an officer. >> No, I think it was a dispatch lady maybe. Uh but she was talking about uh flipping her over and pulling her down to the floor so I could do CPR, but yeah, there wasn't anything to be done. I probably could have flipped her over, but she was stiff and I wasn't going to like, you know, flip over a dead person and try to CPR somebody that's only stiff. But she said that. >> So she told you to get out of the room. That was sometime he said between 11 and 12. >> Yeah. It wasn't like she said like get out of the room. I was telling her to turn on her side. She's like get the [ __ ] out of here. You know what I mean? It wasn't like you get out of here. >> So then where do you go? >> Walked like 10 ft. jumped in the couch. >> Well, you can just said go to the couch, man. I mean, I'm just >> No, I'm not trying to be a I'm just trying to build it. And I know you've had a big a bad It's not been a good day. It's been a hard day. >> Um I'm trying to build the kind of the picture. >> Yeah. So, the bedroom's here. My hallway is short. Jasper's room is here. The bathroom's here. >> And was Jasper on the bed? >> On the couch. >> She had slept on the couch. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I jumped in the couch right next to him, fell asleep. Woke up at, you know, 4:30. What time did she So you you said you called a friend that's bimic. They said >> No, no, no. I didn't say I said a friend of mine that's bimic told me this. She told me this in a story a while ago and I just remembered it. >> That's what I remembered when she said she couldn't puke >> and >> and then she stuck her and then I said, >> "Yeah, okay." >> Yeah. I grab Well, I grabbed her the Pepsi and I told her to chug that and you know, she complained about being too full and I said, "That's what you want, man. I ain't want to get full. Shake it up." So the soda comes out cuz soda helps you vomit. So he says, you know, it worked last night. So >> And you said you you saw her throwing up. >> Yeah. More than four times. Four whole times. And then dry. >> What? What? And you mentioned seeing something in the >> orange Pepsi. But it look like Pepsi mixed with water cuz it wasn't straight Pepsi. And she drank water. I guess >> orange. >> Thorine. It's like a orange pill, orange cover on the pill, you know? It's like an M&M shell on the outside of a pill that was orange. And I seen that color orange in her vomit. >> Okay. >> As well as, you know, whatever else was in there. >> Did you see any other pills? Any other >> No, I didn't see any other pills. >> Okay. >> I didn't even think that she took the other ones. >> How many thorsin do you think you had? >> Dude, the bottle was like full. It was like this big. And when I caught her, there was this much less in it. >> You know how many? Like >> it's 90 in the bottle. And so I'm guessing she took like 50 thorazine dude that's like okay 5,000 milligrams that's what they use for anesthesia maybe more. But that in combination with ailify and dyrex which are both stronger than thorazine >> and those were hers ailified. >> No they were mine. Yeah they're mine that I quit taking a while ago. I just had them in the bag in the closet in case I ever like you know freak out and I needed something to settle down you know. So I just hung on to them in case I needed them cuz you know it it it Chris, anybody with a curiosity is going to want to know. Would want to know. I'm one of those guys with curiosity. >> Why didn't you call 911 right then and there? >> When? Last night. >> Yeah. >> She didn't want me to. And I didn't think she took enough pills to hurt herself. Cuz last time she only took 13. She She only took 13, dude. Not in a million years did I ever think she'd actually hurt herself. It was only superficial before and she said she was sorry. It was a you know, she wanted attention. So, I honestly didn't think that she would actually take something that would hurt her. She's a smart girl. She knew what she was doing, man. She makes three different antisycchotics, I imagine, because they're gone and there were there before. And I haven't got the tax report back yet, but she said that she'll let me know or I'll find out then what the tax screen is. But I think it's the other two bottles that were empty my bag that weren't empty before. Was it Vilifi? Zypra, which Zyra is a really low dose, so like it wouldn't actually hurt her unless the combination was bad for her. You know what I mean? But it was a vilifi and a bunch of thorazine, man. And >> did you look at the thorazine after she took it last night, the bottle? >> Yeah, I took it from her hand. She was taking it when I caught her. Like she had the bottle. I heard that's what I heard. I heard the pills. You hear pills rattle cuz you know in the in the bottle. >> Yeah, I got you. And that's when I ran down there and grabbed a Pepsi. Jasper's witness to everything, dude. It's not like it's a a secret. I'm not lying about this. He was there. >> I haven't said he lied once. >> No, I know. But I mean, I'm I'm not like my story is completely true. There's no fabrications here. >> What did Was there any arguments last night between you two? >> No, I wasn't going to argue with her anymore. I told you I said, "We're done fighting, babe. I can't do this. Jasper wants a peaceful home. No more hostility. If you can't be honest, you got to go get help and then come back." And I shouldn't have said that cuz she gave me all the time in the world. And she never like told me I couldn't be a part of Jasper's life. And I didn't tell her she couldn't be a part of his life. I told her to get help and come back because I, you know, it's not safe. >> Did she have plane tickets? >> She has a plane ticket at the place cuz she had a ticket a while ago when we first started talking. She got scared and got a ticket. She wanted to leave. she's like had to face her, you know, imperfections and deal with what she's done or whatever. So, >> okay, >> she she was she was going to run and then, you know, she wanted to stay and work on it. So, we stayed and worked on it. And then I uh need peace. Jasper needs peace. So, I said, you know, if you're not ready yet, you need to leave and come back when you're ready. And she agreed. And she came home to say goodbye. Said goodbye to Jasper. They talk and she goes down takes pills catch her and make her drink Pepsi. This is as it happened like exactly like that. >> Was she on any medications? >> Zoloft just an anti-depressant. And then we she takes um seasonal allergies. She takes allergy medicine. I forget what it's called. And then vitamin D3. >> So Zoloft D3 and uh some like allergy medication. There's a couple of them over there. >> Yeah. I don't like over on the counter. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Maybe Lauradine is anybody guess what the name is for it. I think >> back at the apartment uh you told me either you take medication or used to because you used to suffer from schizophrenia. >> No, it was it was drug induced acute psychosis is what it was. I did a bunch of drugs and I started hearing and seeing things that weren't real. It's went away since. So that's you know how we know because used to do a lot of drugs and I guess that happens sometimes. I didn't know that >> that that's caused by the drugs. >> Uh well, yeah, now we know that because he said, you know, >> you take medication for that now. >> No, no, I haven't been taking it for a while. No, >> but I didn't throw it away when I switched or stop taking it. I took it for a long time though cuz I didn't, you know. No, >> but yeah, it took it took it for a few years and dude the side effects are so much worse than the actual like ongo you go to eat like you're shaking so bad the food will fall off your floor with thorazine you're so tired all the time you feel like a zombie and you're just not yourself it's just you're a total hollow shell you know >> have you taken any medications today >> eedran allergy G medicine. Oh, vitamin D. And uh did I say >> you did? >> Simalta. >> What's some for? >> It's a mood stabilizer [clears throat] for like I get I get depressed in the winter, but I take it. It helps me feel better. I have really bad social anxiety. And I used to take a lot of benzo, but since I got clean, I don't take benzo anymore. And that stuff kind of helps. So, >> any alcohol or illegal drugs today? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. >> No, I don't have any. I mean, cannabis will be in my system, but that's it. I like edibles only sleep. >> Okay. >> You got to use the bathroom or anything? >> Mhm. >> All right. Uh, can you give Brian and I a minute to gather our notes? See if there's any other questions that we got to ask you. Anything that we missed? >> All right. Give one second. I was going to say you need a refill, but >> I'm chugging my monster here. And you still got a full uh full gator. I'm going to close this a little bit. Chris Heat. Heat. Appreciate that, Chris. Anything during that break that has come up, you want to let us know you forgot anything? No. >> I mean, if you ask me something, maybe I don't know what you're looking Not exactly. I can't think of anything I missed. >> We get to have a little pop because sometimes I'm thinking this, Brian's thinking that, but we go out there. Hey, anything, you know, you think I missed, anything he missed? I think uh um we don't have any other questions that we can think of right now. If we have something tomorrow, in a week, in a month, are you good with us reaching back out to you? >> That's fine. >> Awesome. >> What do you guys think right now? >> That's a million-dollar question, and I'm not even going to take the bait on that, Chris, just because I we aren't allowed to formulate opinions. Straight up. We gather facts. >> Oh, >> you are uh you possess facts and that's what we get from you. Okay. We type it up into a report and that's it. >> I call them brass tax. But yeah, >> brass tax. >> Yeah, somebody's talking in circles. Brass tax. >> Get to the point. >> I tell you what, we will there will come a point when we put all the facts together and we're going to communicate with you. We're not >> I mean, we've been straight up with you, dude. I mean, you told me you got some reservations about your past experiences with the police. >> You guys are fine, dude. >> I know. I know. I know. >> But you're also there's a you got a lot going on today. >> Yeah. >> Um Jasper, this is just a side note question. Um he had any counseling? >> He was. Uh he was until like maybe a year ago. He said that he didn't think we needed to see him anymore. He thought Jasper was good and he didn't need to see a counselor. >> Okay. >> Um when I when I uh I was like I was gone a lot. I didn't live with Jasper and Elise for a little while and well I did but I didn't like I had my own house separate and uh we didn't see each other as much and he started seeing a counselor a few years ago and he and he had him till about maybe like a year after I got clean and then he said we didn't need to see him anymore but uh I'm going to call him on Monday and see his name's job see if you can get back into him cuz he knew like he knows Jasper isn't me and like we do family sessions too but it was just Jasper's counselor Yeah. >> So, he's going to start seeing him and then I'm going to reach out to either El's place or Ellie's place. I don't >> Ellie's place right off of Oakland and like where Oakland and Sag are right there. >> It's right the old uh over by St. It's right behind >> right. So, yeah, I was going I was going to check that out and then uh but yeah, I definitely want to see if he'll start if >> I was just thinking about him again. >> Yeah. No, I've been thinking about him. >> Well, I'm sure I'm sure you have. Um >> Yeah. No, I appreciate that though. If you have any suggestions, dude, I'm open to listen. I I've heard good things about Ellie's place. I don't have um any personal experience to relay, you know, children are a little different than adults, >> but it was just something I was thinking about >> for him. Um >> the only other question that comes to mind, the police been to the apartment for anything in the last few years? Jasper was uh ding-dong ditch and on uh some neighbors and the cops came and somebody told them it was Jasper and some of my nephews. I didn't know that that was going on and when they got there the cops came. >> Yeah, that's >> any any domestic violence between you? >> No, we never had any. >> Okay. No. >> Um no, I put my hands on her once and that was like uh Jasper was one. That was the only time I ever put my hands on her when I was mad. Okay. >> And uh I felt really bad about it. >> I saw I saw the airsoft guns in the house. Is that a family? >> Yeah, we all do airsoft together. Yeah, it's fun. Yeah, I got some uh M41s and a bunch of pistols. A lot of >> I saw the M4s. >> Yeah, dude. Those pistols are 780 rounds a minute. >> Oh, wow. >> Yeah, that's fast as hell. >> Is that like air powered CO2? >> Gas or I mean uh No, that those are battery. Oh, >> okay. Yeah, those are battery powered. That's a lot. They're pretty sweet, man. Yeah, >> but the it's only like 250 FPS, so you can shoot each other up close and it, you know, it stings, but it's not going to really hurt too bad. >> Christopher Palisolo was originally charged in 2022 with torture and domestic violence in connection with the 2021 case in Williamston, Michigan. On July 14th, 2025, a jury in Ingam County Circuit Court convicted him of one count of torture and one count of domestic violence.
