At some point, if trouble follows you everywhere, you might be the problem. Also, why the shower cap? Well, I guess when you're too lazy to wash your hair, you can wear a shower cap everywhere. >> Where'd you get that vape? >> Don't like my What the does he matter for? >> You didn't have that earlier. And he said that he didn't want to call the cop cuz he didn't want to look like that. So he kind of go and she swear to God she knew me. >> She does she she's she's got mental issues. I mean obviously >> obviously >> if she comes back here and give us a call. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to keep my eye on her though and just be in the area. >> Hopefully she it'd be ideal if she'd go to the hospital with me voluntarily, but she's not going to. >> Yeah. >> The officer patrols the area while keeping an eye on the suspect. >> Well, at least she left. But half an hour later, the officer received another call for help from a family. They stated that a woman was trying to break into their truck. And to no one's surprise, it's the same woman he'd been dealing with all day. >> Dealing with her all day. >> Some people are just stupid. >> My truck locked. >> She trying to get in? >> Yeah. >> Don't touch it. Go away. HE >> THAT'S MYING MOTHER. >> THAT IS MY MOTHER. >> IT'S A GUY, BRO. Whenever you're like, I guess right now I can't earlier. >> I know that. But when you threaten one of us, things kind of get escalated. Well, that's not what Sorry. >> That's a taser, too. >> Can't have that. >> You have ever protect yourself, but >> Dang. >> It's another felony. >> Well, we have to search your bag cuz we got to make sure in there any weapons that go into the jail along with drugs. Okay. Do you have anything like that in your bag? >> The only thing that there is like one empty card somewhere in it. >> Any marijuana? Any go here and we're going to take [music] a right. >> In the end, she was charged with terrorist threatening, resisting arrest, drug possession, and unlawful possession of a taser. Let's move on to the next case where this woman crashed into a neighbor's house and tried to flee. >> Listen, >> just shut up. >> All right, I need to be able to check on your children. >> Girl, >> okay, >> girl. >> You're right. I'll just GET TS. >> GIRL, DO IT. [screaming] >> SIX. >> DO IT. >> ON DECEMBER 31ST, 2024 in Ohio, police and firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle crashing into a residence. Upon arrival, they found the house badly damaged and the driver was nowhere to be found. Officers quickly then located the driver a few minutes later. And here's what happened next. >> Who's driving that car? >> Long braids. She was a female, black or white. >> Hey, run the plate on that real quick so I can see where she lives. >> Headlocks. >> She said, yeah, black female with like braids. And she said she was headed home to see her kids, but her address comes back to the girl who owns the car comes back to Cleveland. So, >> Oh, no. No. Don't run. We're not doing that. >> We're just trying. We're investigating something right now. We just need you to ID yourself so we can figure out what's going on. Don't run. Stop walking. We're going to go in cops. >> Oh [ __ ] I >> Okay, come here. >> We're just investigating the traffic strip club. Jesus Christ. >> It looks like you're in a car accident. Come with us here real quick. >> No weapons or anything on you, dear. >> No. >> What's this right here? Kind. >> It's nothing. It's just your pants. Making sure. >> Can I just hold your purse real quick, dear? Do you have ID on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can I have your ID? >> Yes. Can I just give you my name? >> Do you have an ID? It'd be a lot easier. >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay. Can I have your ID, please? >> Your ID now. >> 34 units coming here to eat. >> All right, ma'am. Go. Put your hands behind your back. Can I Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Change for this moment. >> Wait. Can I check on my kids? >> Yeah. In a moment. Put your hands behind your back. >> Why are you taking my purse? This is so Can I check on my kids, please? >> Going and let go of it. Going in and let go of it. >> What do you want me to let go of? >> Stuff in your hands. >> No, I'm not letting go of my crackers. >> Can I have my crackers? >> Why you worried about your crackers? >> Just letting go of them. Cuz let me have my crackers. >> You're going to get your property back. I don't want your crackers. >> Right. So why can I have them? >> Because you have to go in the back of the cruiser. >> Just let go of it. >> No. >> Just just that close. >> Does she not realize the situation she's in? She just crashed into a house and now she's resisting over crackers. The stupidity is strong with this one and talking about being stupid. Right >> here. >> No, I'm going to walk to my >> No, we're not. Yes. >> We're going to go right here. >> Can you please walk me to my >> We can't >> listen. Don't do that cuz then we going to have to put you in this grab device. Listen real quick. >> Please. I'm not saying nothing. Please let me talk to my kids. That's what I'm ask. Listen real quick. If you act a fool, we going to have to put you in this grab device. And we don't want to have to do that. So, we have to put you in the back of this cruiser for our investigation. So, when we open this door, quit trying to pull away and try to run. >> You're going to get yourself in trouble. My kids are in the house by themselves. Please talk to my kids. They're just minors. >> Okay. Well, sit in the car and we'll check on them. >> Get in there. >> No. >> Get in there. Your other option is we're going to put you in a wrap and we're going to put you in our house. >> You don't get that. >> I just want to talk to my kids. >> I don't get that. >> But it's a process that you have to take. Right now, you are involved in this investigation. We're going to check on your kids and make sure that your kids is okay. No, I'm not going to let y'all. I'm not going to leave that up. >> Either Either way it go, we're going to have to check on your kids. First of all, you left your kids by yourself and they minors. >> What are they? >> So either way it go, we have to check if you check on them. >> No, you're not going to check on them. We're going to check on them. >> So I need you to put your feet inside >> and then we're going to check on your kids. What's your address? Which one is it? Where the black truck is at. >> Something's telling me that she only uses her kids as an excuse not to get arrested. If she were actually concerned, she would have wanted the police to go over and make sure they were safe. Either way, >> just put her in, bro. >> All right, go ahead and hop in there. >> Don't touch me. >> Put her in. Put her in your device, bro. >> All right. >> Set her down. >> I think so. >> Why y'all have to do that? you check on my kids. >> You don't dictate what happened, >> right? So why can't I? >> Because you don't dictate what happened right now. You're in a police investigation. You did something wrong. So now we have to do our job. Well, our thing is you have to let us do our job. And you have just got in the car and let us do what we needed to do. We could have went and checked on your kids. All you had to do is get in the back seat. Now we about to put you on this rap device cuz you want to fight and you want to kick. I don't want her to do that. kick. When did I kick? >> You just was fighting and kicking RIGHT THEN AND THERE. TRYING TO PUT YOU. Did you want to sit in here? >> Did I kick you? >> I never kicked anybody. >> Okay. Are you going to get >> I never kicked anybody. >> Okay. Are you going to get in the back of THE CRIB? >> NO, I'M NOT UNTIL I see if my kids are okay. >> You don't get to dictate what happens. >> Am I wrong for wanting to see if my kids are okay? Y'all can take me willingly and I promise you I will not. Let me see if my kids are okay. It doesn't work like that, >> right? That's all I want to do. Yo, let me see. >> I want to see my kiss. That's not a rule. >> You left your kids. >> They came out my >> You left. >> Okay. That's why you GOING TO THIS RAPTOR, >> RIGHT? You're the only one sitting up here in my face yelling. >> I'm trying to help you. I'm trying to help you. >> I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP, THOUGH. >> CLEARLY, you don't. >> After this, a supervisor arrived at the scene, and he seems to be much softer than the officer who didn't want to take her BS. >> Get up. Get in the cruiser. What's your kid's names? >> Jaden. No. Can I please see my kids? >> Not at this time. >> Why? >> Because we're investigating a traffic accident. >> I suppose y'all can't try to investigate anything. Why can't I? Because a car went into a house, so someone else needs to check. >> But it it wasn't >> So that's what we're investigating. So can you get in? >> It's okay. No, >> you're going to you're going to talk yourself in a county. Do you want to go to county? >> I don't care where I go. Please just let me see my kids. >> All right. >> I don't want to talk to you though. I don't like you. >> I don't like you either. >> Where are your kids at? >> It's They're in the house. >> She left the She left her kids inside. >> I just want to see my kids. >> They're minors. She want us to do her favor and go let her check on her kids first before she cooperated with us. It don't work like that. >> How old are they? Are they like young? >> They're minors. >> They're minor. >> She said, "Okay, >> that's that's all she said. They're minors." She won't tell us, but she want to check on her kids that she left in the house by they self. >> All right. So what? Now you got to judge me because I'm a mom. So what? And I'm not. And I don't feel bad about it cuz my kids are taken care of. >> Oh dear. >> Will you willingly get in the car if we let you just talk to your kids? You're still going to be in handcuffs. You're still going to be in handcuffs. >> Let me see. No. >> Let's just show her. >> Regardless of the fact she left her kids here. Why is we doing her a favor? Put her in a cruiser. If she fight, put her in a device. >> We don't have one. Okay. Just bring her over. I don't. >> Since the officers got to her house, they decided to check on her kids and put her into the squad car, but that'll prove to be quite difficult. >> Please, >> is there any >> Is [laughter] there anybody else in the house? Hold on a minute. >> Please, I just want to see my kids question. It'll be a lot easier to work with you. >> I just want to see my >> Is there anybody else in the house? >> Yep. >> No. Keep him away. I don't want him. >> Keep him away from my house. Keep him away from my kids. No, I will stay away. Keep him away from my kids. >> I'm not going BY YOUR KIDS. >> DON'T OPEN THE DOOR. DON'T OPEN the door. >> Don't open the door. >> Don't open THE DOOR. >> DON'T OPEN THE DOOR. JAYEN, EVEN WHEN I leave, do not open this door for nobody. Let's >> get in. You're going to get pulled in or you can get in by yourself. Just pull her that way and then we'll get the door closed. [screaming] >> You're the one doing it. >> Let's come out. NO, NO, NO, NO. I WILL GO. I will go. >> I'm trying to sit you up. >> I will [screaming] go. >> Can I sit you up this way? >> Let's come this way. >> We have to move. >> Oh, okay. I said okay. >> We're not doing anything. >> Get off of Get. >> Do you want to sit up? >> Probably. >> Okay. I said I will move. >> I'm about to go grab it. Come on, Par. >> All right. Do you want to We can get you out and you'll sit down >> or we'll put you on the wrap. >> Please, just give me a second to move. >> I We can help you. >> No, don't touch me. Please don't touch me. >> So, here's the thing. The other car is going to pick up a wrap. And if you're not sitting in here by the time they get back, >> I don't care. >> I just said I was going to move. >> After a while, the burrito wraps brought to the scene. >> Let's go. Oh, you cooperating now. Can is she going to sit now? >> Are you going to sit? >> We not trying to put you in this. I really don't want to put you in this. >> This is what I need you to understand. I might have came off. >> Why are you talking to me? >> Okay, you talk to >> You can go in this restraining device >> and we can put you in the back of the car or you can get in the back car in your own power and we don't even have to deal with this. >> Talk to my kids. >> Okay, that's not on the table right now. I know it sucks. I know you're upset about it, but these are the these are your two options. So, you get in by yourself or you get put in the ra. >> You're not going to get in the freezer. >> No, I told you in a bear. I want to talk to my kids. >> I told you I'll go check on your kids. I just need their names and information so we don't >> No. >> All right. Lay down. Yep. All the way down. >> Lift up. Go around like this. >> Yep. Just >> I just was okay. You did not give me that [ __ ] to see if my babies was okay. >> I did not let it happen. Watch your face there. [laughter] >> All right. Look, I'mma I'mma lift you to I'mma roll you to your side. All right. >> It don't matter. >> Okay. Okay. I'm just letting you know. >> You're the main one I don't like. >> Stay away from me. Everybody arrest me but him. Keep him away from >> Jesus Christ. Y'all acting like I'm did a mass shooting. card. You said >> Well, I would I would have did it if I knew they was going to do this. >> They did. They explained it to you that you were >> No, they didn't. They didn't explain it. No, they did not. No, they did not. >> No, they did not. >> All right. But that's >> Don't open up my door. Don't open up my door. >> Listen. >> Just shut up. >> All right. I need to be able to check on your children, >> girl. >> Okay, >> girl. >> You're right. I'll just get >> Girl, DO IT. [screaming] RULE SIX. >> DO IT. I WILL. >> JADEN, [screaming] DO NOT OPEN UP MY DOOR. They need a warrant. Do not open up my door. >> Why you got to put something over my head? I do not FOR NO ME. >> Get off me. >> Tighten everything up. >> Y'all got to tighten it cuz she got way too much movement. >> I don't have nothing TO J. [screaming] DO NOT OPEN UP MY DOOR. >> NO, we're not doing that. I got her. Close that door. >> Get off of me. I DON'T HAVE NOTHING. OH, GET OFF OF ME. >> BUCKLED UP. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> YOU'RE GETTING buckled up. You done better? >> Yep. I sure am. OPEN THIS CAR. GET ME OUT OF HERE. >> I'M GETTING YOU OUT. >> GET ME OUT OF HERE. >> WHERE'S THE CAMERA? >> GET ME OUT OF HERE. >> LEAN FORWARD. I'M GETTING YOU OUT. >> NO. >> I'm getting you out. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> I HAVE to take the seat belt off. >> I swear to God. Where's my kids? Where's my kids? I was on your >> I cannot wait. I'm about >> She's holding one seat belt and biting the other. It won't let me get it. >> Can you hear me? So, here's the deal. I cannot leave your children here. I can't leave them here. So either I need permission for them to go stay with a parent, grandparent. >> Perfect. Perfect. >> Please don't take my baby. >> Then help me help you. How do I get a hold of her? >> How do I get a hold of your sister? Because here's the thing. If I don't have someone to give your children to, I'm going to have to give them >> I will have to give them to children services. [laughter] How? As she's being transported to the station, the officers were able to get a hold of her sister's address. >> Okay with it, then they will be transferred from us to you by CSB, but CSB has to make they have to run >> run you make sure there's nothing that you know sets off any alarms. >> How do we get when they when they call, they will call you. >> Okay. >> And if you have any other leads on where they could go, you can talk to CSB about it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Just keep an ear out for your phone. All right. >> All right. All right. Thank >> the suspect's other sister arrived at the scene to pick up the children. A CSP agent also responded to the home for an inspection, but it was revealed that she had a prior CSP case involving her own children in which she was suspected of using drugs while caring for him. And to make the matter even worse, the officers find out that she does have a felony warrant for her arrest. >> I apologize. I thought the other officers ran you before you came over here. >> How did I get in trouble? The case number is in 2024. So I don't know about you brother exactly happened. >> I never got charged. >> Where did this happen? >> This was like a couple months ago and a detective I had a detective call me and that was the last thing I heard about that. But they never said that they had like evidence that it was me or anything. >> Okay. Well, for some reason somebody's got an order on you. So Okay. And I was just notified of that. So >> like, how am I being in trouble for this? >> My sister was the one who got in trouble and for helping my sister I get arrested. >> You have a warrant and we can't just like my partner said we can't summon you on the warrant. >> Yeah. Listen, >> if we could, we would. >> You have your time in court to figure out everything. >> But but our hands are tied. >> But what about my kids? >> It's a felony war. It's the same thing that's happening to your nephews is is going to happen to your kids. >> This is crazy. >> Okay. >> So, I have to go to jail. >> Today, you're going to jail. >> Don't take me to jail, please. >> Our hands are tied. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> Our hands are tied. Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> We have [laughter] a warrant and it's got this is the only way it's going to get taken care of. Okay. >> But my kids don't don't do this to me. I'm going to need you to take a seat. Okay. >> Can you put your feet in? >> The woman who crashed was charged with DUI, endangering children, obstruction, and open container. Moving on to the next case where a woman shows what happens when entitlement and ignorance meet religion. >> Don't scare me. >> Okay. >> Don't scare me. >> Get on the ground. and I don't regret it. >> It's October 7th, 2025. Officers are responding to a bus regarding a woman who had just had a religious meltdown, threatening the driver and passengers while going into this homophobic rant. Here's what happened next. >> It doesn't matter which bus you were asked to leave the property. When I said get off the bus, you leave the property. You got off the bus. Yes, I did. I heard sit down or get off about to leave and that's when I told him to leave. I told you if I have to call him standing behind you right now. >> I don't care. I don't care. >> Right. Well, you might think differently. >> I won't hear you. And I hope you >> need to first thing you need to do. >> I worship. Yeah. >> I want her trespass. I'm I'm done. >> You can't trespass against me for speaking against your creator's righteous. I'm not speaking against your >> He can trespass you and he can absolutely trespass here. So you better hit you better before your maker and execute Deuteronomy chapter 19. >> You know what's worse than entitlement? Bringing God into your entitlement. And she's about to find out the consequences. >> Are you refusing to leave the property? Are you increasing? >> When I'm done when I'm done judging you, I will I plan on leaving. >> All right. Do you want her gone? Do you want to press charges if she doesn't leave? >> Okay, listen here. >> Leave the property. >> You can't stop me from >> leave the property. >> Like I said, you weren't >> I'm about to put you in handcuffs. You have about 5 seconds. >> No, you can't. No, you can't. >> I absolutely can. And I'm about to. I absolutely can. I would go off the property real soon. Here. >> I would go off the property real soon. >> I can speak to you. I can speak to you. >> You can speak, but you have to get off the property. >> If you were not here, you don't know what happened. >> You need to get off the property. >> Okay. And I'm walking back. >> You're not really moving very quick. Put your hands on me because I was >> I'm about to find out who you are because we're going to take you to jail and get your fingerprinted. That's what's about to happen. >> You don't scare me. >> Okay. >> Scare me. >> Get on the ground. >> All you have to do is walk away. >> I don't care. And I still don't care. I don't care because what I'm doing is more important than you falling for me because I don't regret it. >> It's 10:15 black female >> because at the end of the day what she did was wrong. If you really care about my sexuality cuz then you went to stop me from using my voice. And that's where that's what they treat a hypocrite. >> Can you grab her stuff? >> Stop. coming. >> I think she forgot the part where God said, "Love thy neighbor." Really feels like she just found out what the Bible was. >> Yes. >> Okay. Come sit down for me. >> If y'all sit down for me. >> So, what I was trying to explain to the officer, I'm innocent. So, I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to put myself in the car when I know I'm innocent. So, that's me. So, okay. I can't help. I Hey, as long as you know what >> sit in the car, put your feet in. >> That's you. I just told you I I do not want to put myself in the car. You put me in. That's your choice. You can absolutely do that. >> That's your choice. >> Yeah. >> I love you. That's on my heart. >> What was she doing on the bus? >> Well, she started We have a driver that's that's a lesbian. It's obvious. But she just started screaming at her and waving a Bible in her face. I told her to get off the bus. I said, "Look, if you want to ride the bus, sit down. Be quiet. You can ride." I'm not sitting down. I'm not being quiet. And I'm like, "Well, then you're you need to get off the bus and you need to leave the property." She got I managed to finally get her off the bus and that's when I was calling them you guys. And then she went over here and sat down and I kept telling her, "You got to go. You got to go. You can't be here." And then she went to go get on another bus. So I stood in front of her and that's when >> he came and I told her I said, "Very simple. Just walk away. Just walk." She's >> not she she started coming at he was walking toward her. He gave her plenty opportunity to leave. And finally she she went and spun around and hit him with a water jug. And he had a hold of one and I had a hold of the other. It took two of us to get around. >> If she starts being squirmy at all, we got to put it right back in. >> After a while, the officers then tried to speak to her again, but she just spewed out a whole bunch of Bible verses that were totally out of context. >> Hey, she can search her for you. >> Are you going to give us a hard time if I put you over in the van? >> I didn't give anybody a hard time. I was speaking out against homosexuality being a sin. I don't know what they told you, but I told I spoke out and said homosexuality is a sin on the bus. And the security guard wanted me to get stop speaking and I said no. So this ain't right because that's why I'm here. I don't know what they told you, sir. But if you if you're a party to this and I'm telling you on my side and if you if you partake in this will make you guilty and you you may incriminate yourself before the creator homosexuality and that's what I spoke against. >> Well, I'm not taking part in anything. I'm just you know they already they already made you they already put you under arrest. So, >> but you said us so that includes you. >> Well, yeah. >> Right. So, you are partaking. You say us. >> Okay. >> So, I have to tell you the truth. >> All right. So, what what we're going to do, I'm going to take you out and I'm going to walk you over van. Okay? You don't want to. You want to just stay here. >> What do y'all need to do? What do you What do you >> We're going to take you to the van. They're going to they're going to transport you. Not Not in his car. >> Well, y'all So, listen. I I'm I'm seek peace first. I I'm just not willing to put myself in a car if I know I'm innocent. So, if y'all pick me up, that's that's on y'all. >> Well, we're not going to carry you. You're already in a car. So, >> but if you decide not to. Either way you're going, they're going to take you to the jail. >> Okay. So, well, for one, I want to say you don't know for sure what's going to happen before he had the idea of chapter 44. Y'all folks, he's the first person to ask. He's the only one who knows what's going to happen before it happens at all times. Okay. >> We can't We can't predict the That's what I'm I understand. I understand all of that. >> Yeah. Cuz I'm working on spoken certain words out of my fur. We've been taught this. I'm going to do this. I'm going to do that. We don't know for sure until we pull her out, try to search her real quick. >> So, are y'all ready to carry Dan weight? Cuz I'm >> The officers then try to search her before changing the transportation vehicle. >> How are you over here doing this and you didn't even ask me what happened? >> But you're helping them. >> So, where's your conscience? Or is it cognitive dissonance? Okay. >> Cuz this is not right. This system is not about justice. It is about a paycheck for us people. So, could I ask you a question? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Are you Do you consider yourself to be so-called African American? >> Yes. >> Well, I know I'm I'm American. >> Well, >> I never been to Africa, but anyway. >> Right. Right. I agree that I haven't either, but we've been tricked to think we're African-Amean, but we can't come from two different continents. >> Um, they tell us to be black, but we're not. We actually us children of Israel and we under those curses in Deuteronomy 28 and the sword. That's why our brothers and sisters have been getting shot down. A lot of us dying from diabetes cuz we not eating them according to the creator's living menu. Eating swine, eating alligator, raccoon. We ain't supposed to be eating that stuff. Leviticus chapter 11. the creator. He made specific animals for us to eat that's nutritional healing and regenerative for our bodies. And and this these curses are us. We have to return back to the creator and who is the um I want to share that with you. People think I'm crazy, but this is real. We are under those curses. No other nation has been under what it says in Romney chapter 28. All these verses. We came over here on boats into slavery on ships and that's what the creator said, what he his word. She was quoting all kinds of stuff but ignored judge not lest ye be judged from Matthew 7:1-5. She needs to look at herself before judging others. >> It's okay for you to, you know, say that you don't like homosexuality or whatever or you don't agree with it. But if they ask you to leave, back off and and just do so. >> See, doing that is submitting to them. >> No, it's not. It's being smart. >> No, no. See, that's fearing flesh. And the creator commands us in Deuteronomy 1:17, "Do not fear man. Do not respect persons in judgment, for the judgment is God's." >> And so if somebody tells me to be quiet when I'm talking to you, not you, but he did. I'm saying the music is an example. >> If somebody tells me to stop speaking a creator's word, that's blasphemy. That's disrespecting the one who's responsible for why his heart is even beating in his chest. And anybody who does that and once they're told this is disrespectful what the creator tells us to speak out against this nonsense that we turn a blind eye to. But that means we are okay with it. So we are to be respectful when we hear the creator's word being smooth. Okay. And he was supposed to be respectful and he was supposed to use his strength and say you know what5 >> but by him by him telling me to go off the bus when I'm speaking that that is him trying to stop me because he speak louder than words. But you can still speak out off the bus. You don't have to be on the bus to speak out. >> I did and I got off the bus. But the thing is, don't try to stop somebody from going to worshiping the creator. Because by me speaking out against homosexuality, that's an act of worship. The creator tells us to >> the creator tells us to stop to not be partial. We can't talk about that's why we call homosexuality cuz people thinking it's okay to be a homosexual. It's not. Well, well, unfortunately, you know, I understand what you're saying, but unfortunately, >> if you're asked to leave, these these people, they're in charge of this place. So, if they ask you to leave, all you had to do was step off and you could speak your truth all you want. >> But so, what you're saying is that I should have put them before the creator. >> No, I'm not saying what I'm saying is you could have stepped off and still did your thing. >> This is his earth. >> This is his earth. This is his land. He created all this. This belongs to him. That's our problem as human beings. We don't know our place anymore. We We're not to have nothing before y'all. Exodus 20, he says we are to have nothing before him. So if the father tells us, that means Tom, Dick, Harry, Jessica, Tasha, and Renee. When y'all speak and they're going to bow before they maker and have reverence and not try to stop anybody because that's what happened to um when he lasted in the book of what was it? governors, kings like Isaiah 36 another in the book of the creator said that the two sons will both die host. This is almighty king. We talking about yol. >> All right. So I'mma close this up. This woman is charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and battery on an officer. But just when these officers thought they'd seen it all, here comes an activist who sprays people over a chicken. >> So why don't you get out your car? >> Because I want to give her a lesson. >> You open the door back open and then spray her. >> Can you tell me what happened? I need to know what happened so I could help you. I was in a hurry and she stop and I try pass her >> because we going right now to my niece there. >> Okay. >> And she was in the in the way >> and she didn't want to move. She keep standing there and just because she move because we in a hurry because we going to pick up our knees to be her right there. So she come follow us and stop right in front of us and come out and open the door and spray in her eyes. So it even reaching my eyes. >> We don't have >> I do not know who it is but it's a black car. >> Okay. >> Please somebody. >> They're coming right now. They're right here. >> I need somebody on my knees right now and help me. >> Let me Let's make sure. >> After a while, the ambulance arrived to check on the victims. In the meantime, the officers went to ask a witness about what had happened. >> Which way did the car go? >> It went that way. She just took off. It was a beat up old black car. I think maybe four doors. But by the time I got to my camera, they were screaming and she was gone. >> But the car went straight. >> Yeah, >> I think she I don't know what happened. All of a sudden, I was on my phone just playing a game, waiting, killing time. And I I could hear him screaming. And I looked up and she tried to close. She opened the door. She closed it. The girl opened it again. I don't know what she was saying. >> Which one of them was driving? >> She was driving. >> She was driving. The other girl was in the passenger. >> Yeah. And she just sprayed >> the girl came down. >> She got out of her car. >> Got out of her car >> and started yelling. I don't know what she was saying. And hi, congratulations uncle. >> I missed it. Um they uh she starts well first she closed the door then the girl screaming. I don't know what she was saying. opened the door, started spraying her. >> Did she get out of the car at all? >> No, she shut the door. >> Oh, so the girl came, opened the door, she >> shut it. She girl opened it again. It was kind of like this big that with a black top on it and just started spraying like crazy. >> Just went up on me. >> Okay. Do you remember what color she was? >> White, black hair, shirt darkish color like >> Okay. >> It's not white. White. >> Okay. And you remember what kind of car it was? I have a couple >> like like a Toyota Nissan >> have like >> you have like >> After obtaining the victim's statement the officers began searching for the suspect but to their surprise she came to the station herself not to confess but to justify her action justice. >> How you know I'm officer Osborne. >> Hi Officer Osborne. I'm Cynthia. >> What brings you here today? So, I had a problem with a lady on Bahama Village just right now, like an hour ago. I was driving um to my dog to the dog park and there was like a little chicken passing the street and I was waiting on the chicken to pass. He almost passed. He was looking hurting already. And a lady who was behind me, she um instead of waiting like everybody else, she just decided to pass next to me and ran to the chicken while she was watching me. and I am um I do work as a animal right defender. So I got really angry and I decided to chase her which I did. She stopped the car. I opened the door and I sprayed her face when she attacked me. So she came to attack me. Obviously she was feel threatened and then I spray her face with this spray a little bit. After a little digging, the spray was found to be AMC's tactical pepper spray. In Florida, that pepper spray was classified as a weapon because it is over 2 fluid ounces and using it in the manner that the woman did turned a simple battery into an aggravated battery, punishable by up to 15 years in prison. >> I feel so sorry. I didn't want to do that. >> Okay. So, so why did you get out your car? >> Because I want to give her a lesson. >> Okay. So, you think that was the best thing to do? >> No. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> So, just just so I'm going to repeat your story back to you that you just explained to me. >> Yes. >> Um, >> so you were waiting for the chicken across the road and then the car behind you. >> Um, she went around you and possibly hit the chicken. >> Ate the chicken. >> Okay. >> Kill it in my face. >> Okay. So, she hit the chicken and then you followed her and then at the stop sign you got out your car, opened her door. >> Mhm. >> She came to me. So, she got out of her car first or you opened her car door? >> I did. I did. >> You opened her car door first? Yes. Okay. So, you open her car door and then when she was getting out the car or trying to close the door, >> you open the door back open and then sprayed her. >> She came to me to fight. I pulled back and then I sprayed her face. >> Okay. So, you sprayed her with that right there. >> Mhm. For a second. >> It wasn't like here. It was like here. >> Okay. And why did you leave? because I didn't want her to get mad and I came here. I didn't want to leave. I wanted to come and talk to Anyways, there's no police officers around there. I don't >> I was there and we were there within 3 minutes. There's two officers there and the fire department was there. >> Oh, so sorry. I >> Okay. You got your ID on you? >> Yes. >> Am I going to get arrested for um >> Just one second. I I need to take my dog to the house if I'm if that's something that I need to do before getting any um any >> So, what do you what do you work again? >> I work as an Uber driver and I do work as a lift driver and I work as a waitress. I never have any problem with the authorities. I >> So, do you do you know who the female is? >> No, just came here to testify and then I don't want to run away or say anything. Oh, that was way after that. Look, she killed this chicken. >> God dang, that jaguan chicken causing all kinds of problems. Well, to the chicken's defense, Key West is full of wild ones running the road. All jokes aside, the officers then informed her that she is under arrest. >> So, if I get going to get arrested or anything, I wish I could take my dog home and come back. >> Yeah. No, unfortunately, we can't do that. So, um, both females, one just wasn't sprayed. The other one got a >> No, the other one was not. >> She got she got some of the pepper spray on her. >> Mhm. >> So, >> am I going to get arrested? >> So, they both they listen, they both want to press charges on you. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, do you have somebody to come pick up the dog? >> No, I do not. I want to take him and I'll come back with my own word. You can keep my ID if you want. >> Okay. Well, we can't do that. So, you're going to have to call a friend or family member to come pick up the dog. >> So, >> so am I going to get arrested for this? How many uh days you think I'm going to have? >> I don't know. You'll see a judge in the morning. >> Mhm. >> So, today I'm going to be in jail or tomorrow? >> Today? >> So, now? >> Yes. >> Mhm. >> So, and can I pay a finance about it? >> You take it up with the judge. >> Mhm. >> You'll see the judge in the morning. We don't work for the court system. >> We just um make a now to be arrested. >> Yes. So that's why you need to make a phone call for someone to come pick up the dog, a friend or something. >> No, I can't do that. >> Well, you're going to have to or the dog go to SPCA. >> Oh, no. Um, I'm going to call. It was not true. I wish I could see the video, but >> there's no video. I wish you would have stayed on scene. >> So, just make the phone call for me so someone talking to me like that. I was trying to defend an animal. I was not being mean being too hard. >> In the in the state of Florida, you can't defend animals and take it into your own action to teach someone a lesson. That's illegal what you did. >> Yeah. But I did not wanted to do that. And I'm just telling you right now, I'm Don't say don't say I sprayed two of them. It's not true. I'm being honest. Don't Don't make it hard for me because I'm not It's not >> I didn't I didn't make anything hard for you. >> Yes. >> It wasn't my decision to pepper spray people. >> You can't just go around pepper spraying people. >> I never do that. This I got this pepper spray like two literally like a week ago because I feel threatened in my own car. I never I'm not a criminal. >> I never >> Just go ahead and do the make the phone call for me. >> He's going to be so mad at me. >> Do I need to give my phone away? >> No, you can you can take your phone. Just take everything with you. >> Yes. Okay. And what about this face? >> She's friendly. >> You want to hold that for me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, here's our dog's going to stay with her. >> The woman is charged with burglary with battery and two counts of aggravated battery. In the end, the officer forgot to ask the most important question. Why did that chicken cross the road? Moving on to the next case where this entitled woman tests the patience of the wrong cop. I'd like to call my attorney. >> You're not going to call your attorney. Okay. Go ahead and sit by the vehicle. >> No. No. >> It's September 21st, 2025, and an officer on patrol notices a vehicle speeding erratically in the opposite direction with its front driver's side visibly damaged. The officer then immediately conducted a traffic stop on this vehicle. And here's what the officer did next. >> HEY, LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. Take the keys and throw them out the window. >> Okay. Show me your hands. Keep them right there. Do not move. Hey, I say keep your hands out the window. Keep your HANDS OUT THE WINDOW. DRIVER, keep your hands where I can see them. >> Are you the only one in the vehicle? >> Sure am. >> Okay. Hey, it's Officer Black Police Department. Just signed on audio and video recording. Okay, >> great. >> Okay. What's your first name again? >> Misty. >> Misty. Okay, Missy, what's going on today? >> Nothing. What's going on with you today? >> Okay, Missy, want to go ahead and step out of the vehicle? >> Sure. >> Okay. You want to force me to? >> You have any weapons in the vehicle I need to be worried about? >> I don't know. There's screwdrivers and there's blades, but all the blades are for my work. Is there anything else that you need to know? >> Where are these blades accessible? >> I'd like to call my attorney. >> You're not going to tell >> lady. That public defender from your last arrest is not your attorney. And this officer definitely is not going to play your little game. >> Not going to call your attorney. >> Okay. Go ahead and stay by the vehicle. >> No, don't. >> Please don't. >> Please don't hurt me. 16°. Wow, you're really aggressive. >> All I was doing was doing exactly what you were doing. I'd like to show me, please. I asked for I reached for my phone which was outside of the vehicle. >> Okay, let's try this again. >> I reached for my phone >> which was outside and sit up. >> Yeah, thank you. Want to go ahead and sit up? >> I reached for my phone. >> Do you want to go ahead and sit up? was outside of the vehicle. I'm sorry, but my phone outside of the vehicle was of >> After putting her in handcuffs, the officer then began to question her about her questionable actions on the road. >> So, Missy, I'm going to read your phone real quick. Okay. >> Oh, sure. >> Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be against you. Do you understand these rights are you today? >> Do you understand these rights have brought to you today? I over by where >> Domino's is. I'm being put on I'm being put on a I would like you to come here, please. All I was doing was I dropped my phone outside of my vehicle and so I reached for my phone outside of my vehicle and then I was excuse me. her front of the vehicle obviously. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Because you know what? >> I've arrested her twice for DUI. So, >> yeah. >> For what? You've Wait, wait, wait. You've arrested me what? For DUI. >> Twice. >> When was that? >> I have both case numbers, I'm sure. >> Oh, okay. Go for it. Because I am unaware of that. >> Okay. We're going to stand you up, Miss T. I'm going to try to read you your rights one more time if you listen up. Okay. Okay. After all her denials, the officer read her her rights again in hopes of finally getting somewhere. But just like before, nothing changed. >> No, I would like him to be able to go get my vehicle. >> Okay, Misty, go ahead. Face my vehicle to this right now. >> Let the rest of the rest in a second. >> Okay, let me read this to you one more time. I just got to make sure you hear it. Okay, >> I know you have the right to remain silent. Missy, can I talk? >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have a right to an attorney if you are un anything you say can be women's rights to you today, Misty. >> And she's never there's I've never had so >> actually no. >> Do you have anything inside your body that I need to be worried about? >> Um a tampon. >> Are you worried about a tampon? Is the tampon soaked with anything besides blood? >> Are you concerned about people often? They'll soak them in in alcohol. They'll soak them in whatever they want. You can go ahead and take a seat. >> I can soak them in what? I didn't I I'm sorry. I didn't hear you. >> I thought you want to get into the vehicle. >> Please ask her to quit grabbing me. >> Can you go ahead and take a seat? >> I'm asking her what she said. >> Have a seat. >> No. No. What? What did she say? >> She says people soak them in different things. So, let's have a seat. >> I soak them. Now, >> I'm not saying you do. I'm saying other people have and have done things like that. >> Take a seat. >> That's it. >> Okay. I'm I'm so sorry, but I I have I have injuries to my body. I have injuries to my body. I just need to be able to get my grip >> here. Try to sit up. >> I have I know. Can you please >> How can I help you sit up? >> Please. >> What injuries do you >> male? Male, can you please help me to get up? >> Sit like that. >> Thank you. >> I'm trying to pick you up here. >> Please. >> Is that better? >> All right. Sit sideways so the cuffs aren't aren't pinching like that. >> Here we go. Okay. We're going to take you to the hospital since you've been in an accident today. Okay. >> No, I haven't been in an accident. >> Okay. >> You don't understand. Can you tell me what happened? You don't understand. There are four people on my property that I was on that I ran over a concrete. What is that one of those things called that you >> block or no that you put plants around? >> Does it make sense? Like it's a square planter. Yes. Like a planter, but it was a it was a >> concrete one. >> Yes. >> Correct. >> So there was no accident. >> What happened? So you hit the concrete planter with your vehicle. >> Yes. >> And that was on your property. >> Yes. >> Where's your property? >> When I am able to get my attorney, then he will let you know. >> In the end, she's charged with DUI. Moving on to the next case where this grandma went nuts at her grandson's baseball game. [screaming] >> We're at June 20th, 2025 in Ohio, and officers are responding to a call about a woman assaulting family members and hitting vehicles at her grandson's baseball game. When the officers arrived, they were informed that she was about to leave. So, they kind of stopped that from happening. >> Ma'am, you're not afraid to leave. Stop the car. Ma'am, you're not afraid to leave. Stop the car. I will tase you. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car now. >> I didn't do anything. >> Get out of the car now. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> STEP OUT OF THE DAMN CAR. >> I was over there. >> Step out of the car. You're going to get tased. >> Step out of the car. >> Get out. >> Why? What did I do? >> Get out. >> What did I do? I just got done hugging my grandson. Place for the time. >> Back of the car now. Go. >> And I told my son he wasn't my son. My daughter, she's not my daughter. >> Back to the car. [ __ ] >> I see what's going on with her. >> I don't have anything on me. >> I got my CLOTHES ON. YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT I GOT ON? >> What the rules are? >> You need to sit down. You're going to go hand. >> Grandma flashing cops in plain view. She clearly went to that game with the intent to cause drama and not to watch her grandson. >> Okay, we're being we're being called that you're assaulting people and cars. >> It wasn't just people. It's a [ __ ] Okay. >> And my daughter that is a chicken that would let me tell her that she's no longer my daughter. >> Why are we being told you're hitting people? >> I didn't hit nothing. >> Okay. That's what we're being told. All right. >> They're lying. >> All right. Well, that's why we're here like this. >> Okay. Why Why is she telling us that you're pounding on cars and stuff? >> Because we pulled the shade and we got talked to her own mother. >> Okay. Do you understand why we can't be doing that though? >> I didn't realize that that was a problem. I wanted just to say goodbye to Susan that she's no longer my daughter. >> Okay. All right, >> there's no problem. We don't need all this attention. Again, >> when we get called to an assault call, it is a problem. >> I didn't insult anybody. >> Well, again, but your behavior is not how most adults act. >> Assault anybody. >> I understand that, but your behavior is out of line. >> I didn't assault anybody. >> That's fair. >> I went like this. >> That's fair. You think going up was right up here. >> You don't to me. He was right up here next to me. >> You don't need to be chest. >> This is my son-in-law. >> I understand that. But you >> and he was in my face. Wouldn't get out of my face. Go arrest him. He is doing fraud on my banking account >> since 2019. My daughter was on it, not him. This should be a warrant out for his arrest and he's here ready to get a warrant. >> After talking with grandma, the officer then came to talk with her family and witnesses. >> So, the lady you guys are talking to, that's her mom. >> Okay. >> Uh they're married. They're from Illinois. There's been family drama for a year. They came up here cuz her brother coaches a game and then his son plays. Mom said she was going to show up and it caused a scene. Well, they're inside the car, the doors closed. Come start smacking it. So, he came in to try to intervene to say, "Hey, you need to go." >> Um, and then somebody called 911. >> Did she actually physically assault anybody? >> Not really. >> No. >> She pushed me. >> Pushed. Um, when she pushed you, like what do you think her intent was? >> She was angry. She was just trying to be angry. >> Okay. She just like like chest. Did she just push you or what? >> She grabbed my shirt and did this. >> Okay, I got you. >> Yeah. >> Knock my hat off my head. Whatever. >> She like smack it off your head. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, do you have any like marks or anything on you? No. Nothing. Okay. >> Yeah. Does she have like an issue with him, too? >> Probably. >> Yeah. >> Hello. >> Hi. So, did you witness what was going on or >> Yeah, she came right over to my son Grant and I seen her out of the corner of my eye and then I she grabbed him and hugged him. I walked over and she was talking to him about when she can see him again. I said, "No, not here. You don't talk to him like that." >> He's 9 years old. And then she looked at me and she's like, "You're not my son anymore. I'm going to just get rid of you. I'm disowning you or something. I'm like, we're not doing this again. Yesterday, um stopped the game twice. So, >> because of >> because of her >> getting into it with my ex-wife, with my brother-in-law, with my sister, and then with me, and my father was here >> enough to disrupt the game. >> Yeah. And then you and I >> back to grandma again, continuing to blame and cuss out her family. Were you guys arguing or >> was it like a bicker match or >> he wouldn't see out of my face? >> Okay. Meanwhile, back at the game, one of the officers thought he might recognize Raymond and he may have had some additional information about him. >> Based on what I'm gathering from now, so he he gave you the name Ray? >> Yeah. And I I told you that that was the name of a dad. He's been staying with friends who are 17, but they're part of some fight club. They got arrested for some fight club. >> Oh, really? >> And then she also said he's she thinks he's still on parole for auto theft. >> Dad, this kid. Yeah. >> Anyway, my point is this. I have a weird feeling he's coming in with his actual dad for a meeting we have scheduled to do a contract with DC on Monday. Well, >> he's going to be on bond not to have contact with Logan High School. >> So, what what I need to know right away Monday morning is we got to figure out if that's the same kid. I'm going to leave. >> Let's get a a rush on that. >> The officers politely asked the woman to pack up her belongings and leave. However, her entitlement got the best of her and she demanded to talk to her lawyer. However, that was all unnecessary because they were just asking her to leave, not arresting her. >> Want to move on that? What do you need to leave? >> 9 10 >> I don't I don't need >> I get it. I just don't want her to go to jail for something stupid. >> I know. >> Do you want an ambulance? >> No, I do not. >> Okay. >> And I actually have severe CPTTSD. >> Thank you. >> To the point of I don't want to have to >> have to what? >> Hurt anybody. >> Do you have thoughts of hurting somebody? >> Forever and ever and ever and even don't think so. Ohio. Unfortunately, the woman was dealing with mental health issues, but the officer wasn't a social worker. His responsibility was to uphold the law and protect the staff and customers inside the establishment. >> You're an absolute idiot. >> I appreciate that. Uh, negative. >> Okay. >> Not you, but the store. So, I take this back. >> That's fine. >> Not from them. >> Are these your jackets? >> 57. I can't even figure out how to get them all back. >> You got them all in your hand. >> After running Jennifer's information, officers found she'd been trespassed from other local businesses. Staff explained they hated reaching that point, but they had no choice. In a family-friendly restaurant like McDonald's, her behavior simply couldn't be tolerated. >> It's not trespassing. >> I'm just informing your trespass. If you come back, you will go to jail for trespass. As long as you don't come back, you're all good. >> It's not trespassing because I've been wanting to buy something all day and I can't even get up. >> That's fine. They could trespass. >> You guys don't understand. >> Jennifer, >> thank you. >> THEN GET IT DOWN. >> ALL RIGHT. >> I'm on drugs. You're going to jail. >> You're you're Leave the property. You're going to jail. >> Go on. Fold. >> Don't come back. >> The woman left the building, but kept loitering in the parking lot, arguing with the officers. They made it clear they didn't want to arrest her and all she had to do was leave, but she wasn't interested in making things that easy. >> Seriously, >> walk. >> Where you going? >> All the way up your ass, [screaming] >> Jennifer. Go or you're going to jail. No. Nope. Oh. Well, all right. >> Don't you even dare. Damn it. Come on. >> I CAN'T. GOD DAMN IT. DON'T MAKE me help mother. [screaming] NO. [screaming] STOP. Please stop. Given how aggressive she was, they chose to secure her in a wrap before taking her to the station. >> Got my coat, too. >> You should never took your coat off. All right, come on. Get it on the door. But then I couldn't get it on cuz I couldn't get them off. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Could you please? >> I can't get my shoe on there. >> All right. Well, if you step out, you can push it in. But at least she was finally following instructions. The officers didn't want to use the wrap, but with how unpredictable she'd been, they couldn't risk her taking a swing or a kick once they got to the station. Sit up. >> Don't lean back. Lean back. >> You got the other. >> Lean back. >> Oh, not with that up there. That hurt. Hold on. >> Hold on. I have to relax on one side. One's coming up with the other and the other is not. And you have to scul scul it. I cannot do it like this. >> I cannot do it like this. >> Okay. >> Tighten it on three. >> All right. Ready for grab that?
