No, I Okay, so I know you didn't say anything about going to jail. I can tell you that you're going to end up at the Gray Bar Motel because the cop took your license away for a DUI. And by the way, you already told her that you might give her a warning. It's a little contradicting because there is no warning. Okay? She's got to get out of the car. And there's a lot of please, please, please, you know, and I talk about this on other videos if you're new to the channel about the two A's and the two D's, right? All about your approach, your attitude, your disposition, your demeanor. If you are showing me and giving me this body language and expressing like you want to get out of this because of your child, look, we can all be empathetic about it, but at the end of it all, unfortunately, you you got a DUI. You already told the cop that you gave them a ticket. So, it's just a matter of running you for wants and warrants and pretty much verify the information. And uh we're going to see what happens. Did I say anything about you going to jail today? No, but I'm just scared. Okay. Well, you're not cooperating and you're not really showing her the way we're supposed to conduct ourselves when we're dealing with the police. All right. Just hold on for a few minutes. I'll be right back. Alpha 73 University, can you run the uh registered owner warning 93? I'm pretty sure it's going to come back suspended. Starting with registration, it expired April 10th of this year. Deal for the registered owner is not valid. An advisment here that she has received notice reference criminal failure appear and criminal failure to pay. Also, she has a warrant out of Orange County reference to you. Hey, do you have somewhere that you can call to um to come here? No, sir. Okay. Well, then um I live right here. I live literally right there. And if you maybe I just don't take her to school. If you just follow me and I I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to do that because we cuz cuz we because we have a we have a we have an issue. I mean, your license is suspended, revoked. You know it is because you've received the that you've received the information. You told me that you knew it was. And your vehicle hasn't been registered since April. Yes, but I'm I'm in the process. I'm getting a lawyer. I already I already have the lawyer, but I have to finish paying the lawyer. And once I'm once I'm finished paying the lawyer, then the situation is going to be situated. I don't go anywhere. Literally. Literally. I don't go anywhere. I am so sorry. I usually left signal, but please sir, I don't have anybody that lives here. Okay. So, time out. Hold on. Because it has changed completely. The circumstances that is right. You went from a mooing violation to a warrant for your DUI and your card hasn't been registered. It's all a bad recipe for you to you know what, you got to exit the vehicle and I got to cuff you up, right? So now you have to effect an arrest. You're going to have no choice. You sir. Okay. Well, um we'll we'll we'll we'll we'll we'll talk about I got another unit coming so that way for um safety and um as soon as they get here then then we'll talk. I'm sorry. Going to take me home. No. Well, we have to talk. Let's let's let's go back here to my truck and talk real quick. Oh my god. Come on back here and talk talk to me real quick. You're going to make sure she's okay. Yeah, I'm making sure right now by making sure she's not doing so. Let's come over here to the back of the truck. You said in the back of the truck to the back of my truck. Yes. Where it's safe. Come on. Please, the Lord, please do not arrest me. It has nothing to do with arresting you. You have a warrant for your arrest. So, I'm just trying to verify it right now. So, this is what I want you to do. I want you to just stand right here. Put your phone right here. Can I Thank you for cooperating. I I will let you I will let you Oh my god. Can I please write somebody, please? Go ahead. Please. Okay, hold on a second. Cuz the cop said, "Thank you for cooperating." My thinking is she's not really cooperating. I don't know. We're going to make sure that you Oh my god. Listen to me. Turn around. He has I'll let you in a second. Turn. I'll dial it for you. Turn around. Oh my god. Nobody No one is messing with your child right now. And just so we're all on the same page here, I do talk about also if you're new to the channel about ATM or ATD, right? It just depends. So back 28 years ago, they probably stopped maybe 15, I don't know, 18 maybe 15 years ago or so where when you pretty much show command presence by an officer, you always do ATD. You ask, you tell, and you do, or you ask and tell and make it. So in other words, if I'm asking you to turn around, put your hands behind your head, right? I'm gonna cuff you up affect and arrest. Then I'm only going to ask you then I'm going to tell you to put your hands behind your head and next thing you know you got to do it. You have to use force, right? She doesn't have anybody. Listen to me. Listen to me. Please. Listen to me. Don't stop. No. Don't look. You got to university. Stay in the car. Get out. Get out. Get out of the car. Stay in the car. Please. Please. Please, ma'am. Please. I don't have anybody. Oh my god. Please. Please. I don't have anybody. I don't have anybody. I know, but ma'am, please. I don't have anybody. Please. Listen. God, please be with me. Can I at least take her to school, please? What is your name? Please, God. Clear your channel. Do we have a unit in the car? Yes. Damn. You just ran the red light. Well, ma'am, I don't have anything. You are endangering your child. You are making this worse. I know. I don't have anybody. Listen, we can figure this out. No, you're not going to take me to jail. You're going to run the red light. You're going to kill us. I love There's a car. Listen, I need you. Oh my god. Please, I need somebody. Alpha 72, we're at Rosalyn right now. Stop the car. It's my baby. It's my baby. We're at right now. You want me to go three? I know, but it's my Do me a favor. Block this part right here. Don't Don't go. Baby, come on. We'll take care of her. No, she care. Come on. Let's go. It's my baby. Okay, I will. I will. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Okay. Okay. I'm getting out. Get out. Get out. I'm getting out. Yes, ma'am. No. No. Get out right now. The lock is right next to you. Right at the top right there. I'm giving I'm listening. You are making this. You're making this worse. I have a child. You got Okay, don't worry about it. What do you mean? She doesn't have an Do not go forward if you hit that. If you hit No. You are making this worse at a high rate of speed. You know, rather than talk about the tactics, and I'll take care of that later on, you know, when we wrap up the uh the video. Think about the kid. I mean, come on. Look, we always ask for accountability, right, and transparency from law enforcement. And you know what? It's a good thing that we have videos like that. Big shout out to uh Body Cam Stories for putting out such an important important incident to say that the one that's going to be traumatized the most out of everything that happens, right? She's going to end up going to jail, going to go through the whole criminal justice system. She's going to get booked, convicted, whatever the case may be. That child is going to be traumatized by this incident forever. I need you to stop. You guys are not trying to help me. I will help you. No, you're not. You're not taking me to jail. Listen, this is a red light. This is another red light. I don't need much. You need to stop. She's not okay. I need you to take a deep breath. And I need you to stop the vehicle. You are making this worse. Still heading out of my child doesn't have anywhere to go. Alpha 72, we just passed Mills. She's still refusing to stop and driving erratically. I'm not trying to drive erratically, but you are. Alpha 73. I still have eyes on the vehicle. I'm coming up to another intersection cross. I need to take my child to school. Listen, we will get your child to school. No, you guys are not. We can call a family member up. I don't have a family member. My mom lives all the way in Fort Lauderdale. She doesn't have a car. There's another one. Stop. That is a red light. Mom, you got to do this. Oh my god. The worst day. This is the worst day ever. I know. Can I please at least call my sto? No, you're not. You guys lied to me before. I didn't lie to you. He didn't dealt with me. Why are you guys doing this? Listen, everything can be figured out. You guys are not going to figure it out. You guys He's going to beat me up. I know he is. Listen, I know he is. You are making this worse. You guys are going to beat me up. No, we're not going to beat me up. This is going to take Oh my god. No, I'm not. Look, I'm putting it away. I'm not. I want to stop here just to kind of address the fact that, you know, when she says, "You guys are going to beat me up. You guys are going to beat me up." It just goes to show you that there still is this huge gap between the community and the police, right? more reasons to do incidents like this and breaking it down with a host to kind of explain to you that the majority of the time we do want to help. The majority of the time we have to use force and most important than anything is the fact that she created the exigency. Remember that. Okay. It's her actions that caused all this to spin off, right? And spiral downward. I put it away. Can Will you step out of here and cooperate? Please. Please. Please. I need help. Come on. Oh my god. The front of my child. Get out of the vehicle. Come on. Come on. Oh my god. All you need to do is cooperate right now. But what am I? I'm so I love you so much. I must I must have dropped my cuff somewhere. Do you got him? I love you so much. I am so sorry. I am so sorry. I am so I love you so much. I am so sorry. Alpha 73 University, we have a one secured this time. Sorry, you did not have to make this like this. You know that. I love you so much. I am so sorry. I just wanted to thank my baby. Let's Can I keep this a clear channel for a minute? I just wanted to take my baby to the pool. We're at Robinson and Hampton so much. There is a minor childhood. How old are you, dear? television. This her birthday is on Friday. God, it's just so heartbreaking to watch the child. You can see it depicts right now where the cops talking to her, you know, and part of this whole functions as police officers to empathize with both both parties, you know, but how could you be so empathetic when you created this whole situation, right? The sequence of events went down because of you. You got anything on you? No sir. Mr. Do quick. Okay. Come on. I have her out of out of She has no place to go. How long is she going to stay in there? Your your mommy just has computer and stuff that she didn't take care of. Okay. And so she's just going to have to go. stuff. For how long, Victoria? You did not have to make this like this. You know that, right? Now you have all these other charges on you. I had to charge you with fleeing and looting. You You just made it worse for yourself. I just don't understand. Channel and I would let you. I told you I would. You put I was not I was not putting handcuffs on you. I had them out. I I hadn't even put them on you yet. Okay. Can you ride the location? Who do you want to call? We'll be 51 for Sean. Maybe he's up. Hopefully Sean. Yeah. Left on time. Hey, I just got pulled over by the police and I ran and they caught me cuz I was trying to call you or my mom. So, I don't know about Kaboro. Y'all don't know about me cuz you already know my situation. Okay. So, what was she with you right now? I was dropping her off to school. I'm in the back of the police car right now. Oh, so she's in the She was in the car with you. Yeah, I was. We were a little late. And you put her in danger by taking off. Yes. And I put her in danger by taking off. I was trying to call you or my mom. That's all we had to do. We would have called someone for you. That's all I was trying to tell you. Okay. Do you have someone that's going to be able to come and get her right now? No. All right. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Um, do you have Bini's number? Hey, Mr. Sean. This is This is Officer Riley. If you can, um, we're at Robinson. He's not in Hampton. He's not in Orlando. Oh, you're not in Orlando. Okay. Okay. Sorry about that. All right. Where she want to go? I got some other officers that are coming and and we we'll see if we got Yeah, but Bini doesn't have a car and I don't have any money for Uber. So, you're going to try to get this Britney girl cuz we can't be here all day long. I'm I'm taking her to jail. Can Can you get the keys to my apartment so they can get in my apartment for We'll leave We'll leave all the keys with the car. Are Are they all in one set? Okay. What? What were you trying to do? Get the girl out and she gets caught you off guard. I couldn't believe I wasn't expecting her to jump back in the car and take off with the door open and me trying to get her out. Me neither. I was more concerned about her. I didn't want her to get hurt. So, okay. So, hold the phone for a second cuz this is the part where I get to be a little bit critical on the actions on the police officers. Yes. You didn't know that, you know, how is it that she got in the car, right? You weren't expecting that. I get that part. But at the same time, I don't think, and I can probably speak for the majority of cops, okay? And again, a little bit of criticism will go far, is if you're going to arrest her and you know that you're going to put handcuffs and effect that arrest, you got to do it. Whether you have to use a lot of force or minimal force, just enough reasonable force to affect that arrest, we we'll go for there. So, we got we we got um India's coming down here. Once they get down here, we'll let them do it and then I'll I'll take her to jail. What can we help y'all with? Morning, fellas. somebody with her car over at Liz and Huey. She was my backup. Sorry, that's good. When I got here and I was like, "Oh, God." I pull I pulled her over for fail to yield, you know, and then everything comes up and um she comes back up and she just starts freaking out. So, she she gets back in the car. I didn't even realize my partner was was talking to the little girl in the back yet. So, when she jumped in the car, I jumped in the car to see if I could just stop that way. And nope, she just decided to take off. Oh, yeah. So, she took us on a little run from Livingston here. Stop signs, red lights, and other lanes of traffic. Just Yeah. All right. Well, you guys Yeah, that's fun little Monday. Yeah, Monday. Since you're going to have some good charges, what charges are you thinking so far? Okay, first of all, we got the um uh suspended license, failure to yield to oncoming vehicle. That's what I mostly stop. The first thing I stopped it for is how I stopped it. Got the suspended license um unregistered vehicle and the warrant and then the the Is the vehicle unregistered? You said excuse me, it's um expired registration since April. So those are the two. So it was failure to be guild and then the expired tag. She was dualis and she told you what she was, right? So just so we can all get on the same page, will you take her to the the station and then we don't have a holding cell. That's the only thing I You have an interview room. We have the interview room. go to the interview room and then we'll have someone stay there. I'll send uh send someone down and um just stay with her in the room for right now until we can switch off. But at some point, don't Miranda yet. Just keep recording. Yeah. But let's let's try to get a good interview on her. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Good call on the I think it's the Sarge or you know the senior officer. The officer is getting advice from this um probably the Sarge. Don't Mirandise her. And I know in the state of Florida they love to practice, hey, let's meandize on scene so you can tell me your side of the story, right? because there are going to be accusatory type of questions and remember the formula. Custody plus interrogation equals Miranda. You want to go to the station? There's no holding cell, but there's interview. Yeah, let's go to the station. We can do it together. Absolutely. Okay. All right. I'll meet you over there. Okay. I'll meet you. Victoria, we're going to take your daughter to school. Would that be okay with you? We want to take her to the school. Um I think that's the safest place for her right now. And um um but if you say no then then um you know we we're still going to have to contact DCF because you have a minor in the vehicle. We don't have a choice there. I thought I thought um Nachi was coming I thought Nach was but they couldn't give me a good time and we can't be out here all day long. We're blocking traffic and everything else. Catching a Uber though from where? I'm not sure if he was already at work or if he's not then he's on um um in Metro West the Metro West side. Okay. I I'll let them know that. Um so you don't want her to go to school? I mean I do but I don't know who that is. Is that a DCF officer that's taking her? No. No. That's my partner that you kidnapped in your car. I I met the guy with the burgundy shirt. Oh no. He's he's he's our he's a one of our detectives. He's our sergeant for our CIU bureau. Okay. So, if if we decide that route, you're okay with us dropping her off. But you have my phone. Are you able to again to see how far he is? No. No, I haven't. I haven't talked to him. I only talked to your mother. I've talked to your mother twice and your mother said cuz she called back again and I told her where what the exact location was. Yeah. I remember we were right here. I was I was asking if you can I know I put you through trouble this morning, but if you could just call him really quickly to see how far he is, cuz I'm pretty sure he's What's his name? His name is Naji. Naji. Yeah. N A J I. Okay. Okay. Let's stop right here and let me just kind of share my opinion in terms of if we're going to take the child to school or not. I can tell you back in my days, your best bet and your best decision, right? The most reasonable decision to make is you know what? We got to go back to the station and call Department of Children and Family Services. We used to call it DCFS. You have to You have no choice. Why don't you Why don't you step right there? So, uh I'm missing I mean, you don't have to think. I just want you to think about that because I hope you never put yourself or your daughter in danger like that ever again. Please have time to think. Yeah, you're going to have time to think about it. You don't strike me as a criminal or a bad person. But you did you did some criminal just got approved for a business loan for my business. Well, I'm so I can pay for the lawyer so I can get all this situated. But how am I going to get the funds? But you got to follow the laws. Even the smallest ones. It's something as simple as a minor traffic infraction. I know. I know. That's what it comes down to. I mean, I mean, I knew it was going to be all resolved. But thank you, though. I I I think you can bounce back from this eventually, but this is going to affect you right now. Yeah, it definitely is. And lose a car, an apartment. Well, I hope that doesn't happen. But I just want you to know that I'm glad that your daughter is safe and that you are safe. Thank God. Happy birthday, Lauren. Let's wrap this up. First and foremost, like always, big shout out to uh University of Central Florida Police Department. What I will say is this. Okay, Officer Riley spot on with the maintaining that rapport. Very kind, reasonable, professional, respectful. I get all that. But one thing that I definitely would like to bring up is which reminded me as I was watching this is that back in our days when we used to do traffic stops and we knew, right, we had knowledge. We made the decision that we're going to effect an arrest. Chances are we're going to use force. Especially in a DUI and you're going to impound the vehicle, you have no choice. You have expired reg and you have a warrant for your DUI. You got to get those keys. You have to get the keys. Turn off the car, put it in park, and control those keys before you do anything else. Okay, just a little bit of advice. I'm sure and I'm hoping that UCF Police Department does a major tactical debrief and that things get better. Okay, I hope you learned something. Please be safe out there. Up next, cops respond to a shocking case where a wife is accused of killing her own husband. If I have to hate him, I want to kill him. [screaming] We see this car and he's on the floor. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most extreme incidents in policing history. Okay. She was charged with the following: fleeing and eluding, reckless endangerment of a child, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to yield, and driving a vehicle with expired registration. Now, in addition to all those charges, she also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. As of now, there is no public information as to the outcome of these charges. Okay, you know the drill.
