Ma'am, >> step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm not trying to get you any extra charges. Just step out. RELAX. LET GO. >> I'M NOT BECAUSE HE putting his hands on me. >> Who are you asking me? >> I'm not asking you anything. I'm telling you something. You're not >> No, I'm telling you. >> Are you from Florida? You should learn how to around cuz you're going to find out real quick. >> Yep. >> DON'T try to swing on me. >> What happened? >> Stop. They argued, they complained, they pushed their luck. Then they finally realized they were dealing with cops who weren't going to tolerate their nonsense. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Here are the times when nononsense cops give dumb Karens a lesson they'll never forget. Starting off with this case here, where the police teach an old ass Karen a lesson she'll never forget. And I'm sorry what if this is going to come out offensively. You're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger >> or not. >> How's it going? Hey. Hey. Do y'all want to come in? Y'all, what y'all want to do? >> Can we stand out here and talk? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [laughter] Yeah. That's fine. >> So, what's going on? >> So, uh, my girlfriend and I were cycling. Um, this happened only like 20 minutes ago. So, here comes this white Mercedes. I mean hauling >> towards >> hauling. So she's coming down and so like I do my hands like slow down cuz we had just passed all kinds of old people walking >> Yeah. >> on the areas, right? >> So we're telling her to slow down. She screamed up if you throws me the bird up. You can still hear cussing as she's going by. She never let up. I mean she was going 40 plus easy. She There was dust. There was dust coming from behind the car. So we just kept going minding our >> Yeah. We said, you know, and Terry said, "She's crazy." And I said, "She's probably drunk. I just We don't know that, you know, but I just said that. I said, you know, who does that?" And cuz we've all probably had somebody go to slow down. You just do it and be done with it, right? >> Yeah. >> So then y was in front of me and I was behind him on the bike. I said, >> "Watch out. She's coming back around." And so about, you know, maybe a minute later, I hear we I hear the car and I go, "Oh my god, she's coming back around." And I go, "Get off the street." And so I had to pull off into another road cuz she was from she was coming in fast. And >> you know what? She I don't know. But I wasn't going to take a chance cuz we didn't have her helmet. So we were just, you know, tooling. >> And um I said, "Adam, she's coming. Get out of the way." And so he jumps off >> with his bike, his mountain bike. I get way over to the side. She came up and cut me off and and came right off my front wheel. >> Like if I had if I had kept going, she'd have hit me. >> She didn't actually hit you. >> No, she didn't actually hit me. No. So I had to go up. >> She wanted to intimidate. >> She wanted to intimidate. >> And so she was screaming out, "Uh, do you live on the street?" I said, "Ma'am, it doesn't live matter where we live. You shouldn't be driving like that. It doesn't matter." >> And she's just letting out cuss words at you blah blah blah. You don't you don't live on this street. You can't tell me what to do. And I said, "That's fine. I'll just get your tag, mama. >> And so as soon as we said, >> she pulled into a driveway and then tried and then almost tried to hit us again as she was backing up >> and then she tore off. >> Yeah. We moved down the way and she tore off on down the street. So she >> I would think she lives somewhere down. >> Okay. >> You know, near the loop. >> Where the kind of confusion is is it said something about a a weapon was involved. >> We never seen anything. >> The car. >> Okay. as a whip. >> Yeah. >> This might sound like a silly question, but I'm going to ask it cuz how statue reads. Were you scared she was going to try to hit you with that? Absolutely. >> That's why I know it sounded like a silly question. Um, per the way statute reads is you have to be like in genuine fear that you want to write about it. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. Absolutely. >> You want to go get the paperwork on that? Two hours later, after speaking to the victims, the cops head over to the suspect's home to get her side of the story. >> She says that she understood her rights and she agrees to answer our questions. Um, she claims to have no idea what I'm referring to, except now she remembers that somebody gave her a bird, albeit for no reason. >> You asked me and I told you that someone shot me a bird. >> I did. Yes. >> On this road down here. >> Before that, I asked you if there was any type of altercation or incident with anybody in the neighborhood, and you said no. Excuse me if I'm a little upset. I'm sorry, misconfused. Um, so feel free to ask or whatever you'd like to ask. >> So the person that is filing the complaint says that they were riding their bikes and got closer down to here. >> I live. Yes. >> Yeah. And then they seen you flying down the road. They waved for you to slow down and then you sped by. Then they heard you turn back around. >> No. >> And then cut them off and try to hit them with >> That's not true whatsoever. That is not true. Why are you so defensive? I'm just trying to explain to you what be >> I'm trying to explain to you. I'm trying to talk. >> You're just trying to override me and take control of the situation. That's exactly what it sounds like. >> Well, I'm not doing that. >> So, let me explain. Whenever you made the U-turn is what they said that you cut them off and almost hit them and then you started yelling obscenities at them and then they said that they'll just call the cops and give them your tag number. in which time you pulled into another driveway and then as you went to back out you waited till they got closer and tried to run them over. >> Not true whatsoever. >> And then sped off. >> But why would I mean that's a pretty that's a pretty exaggerate story for someone to just make up off the top of their head. So >> did I come down this road? Yes, I did. Did I turn back around after he shot me a bird and I went back there? Yes, I did. Did I turn into a neighbor's driveway? Yes, I did. And then I came back. Did I try to run them over? No, I did not. I would never do anyone like that. >> Even if she actually didn't try to hit anyone, what on earth did she wish to accomplish by turning back when someone gave her a middle finger, which we highly doubt maybe hurt her fragile little ego and she had to retaliate. >> Sure. You drove by and they gave you the middle finger and you made a U-turn to go back. What was your intent? What were you What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> The same thing you would do. >> What would you do if someone did that? You're a cop, baby. keep going in my mind because I'm an adult >> and middle people giving me the middle finger don't hurt my feelings because if it did I wouldn't have a job. People give me the middle finger five times a day. Somebody gave me the middle finger yesterday when they were driving by me. You know why? Because the side of my car says police. And I'll tell you something else. I'm a grown man. People giving me a finger on their hand that they were blessed with by the god does not offend me. It doesn't hurt my feelings. It doesn't evoke an emot emotional response from me. So, I don't feel the need to turn around in someone's driveway to go back to try to accomplish something to prove that I'm a bigger man. I keep driving. I go on about my day. I do what I'm trained to do and live my life. And I'm sorry when if this is going to come out offensively, you're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger escapes me. I can't for the life of me think of why you would do that. And for you to assume that I'm just going to automatically take your side like, "Oh yeah, I would I'd make the same U-turn and go back and confront them." Also escapes me because that's not a reasonable response by anybody. That's not something that civilized people do. What does them giving you the middle finger affect your life? How does it ruin your day? How does it change the way that you're going to come home and enjoy your Sunday night? It doesn't. So, for someone to say that you did that and you've already admitted that you made a U-turn to confront them for some reason leads me to believe that you're not being truthful. Just like the fact that I asked you if something occurred and you said no and then all of a sudden you start adding pieces to the puzzle like >> I'm being very honest. I'm not being >> You're not You're not This is not my first day at work. And if you want to yell at me, I can yell at you, too. >> I'm not yelling at you, but you're not going to talk down to me when you when you were not here to know the exact story. >> I've been doing this for 8 years. I don't have to be here. I can piece it together. Correct. Yes. 8 years. I don't have to be here to piece together a story. And I am very good at knowing when people are not being honest with me. It would blow your mind how good I am at that. >> I just told him the truth of what happened. >> And you conveniently left all that out the FIRST TIME. >> I I DIDN'T leave anything out for you. I told him because to me him I feel like I can relate to him. >> So because you were coming on to me a little bit strong, right? >> Yeah, you were. >> Okay. >> Ooh. getting schooled like a 12-year-old by this cop and it fumed her up. Also, this officer is awesome. >> Well, I'm not deceptive. I can promise you that. >> I disagree respectfully. Without trying to pass to try I don't know what you were trying to do there. What was your intent for making a U-turn to go back and confront them? What What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> Apparently nothing. Per you per you? Nothing. I should have done that. I should not have gone back to him. But when the man shot me a bird, it pissed me off. I mean, like I said, I I agree that what come on, be honest. Would make you mad, too. You could say because you're a police that I don't care. >> It doesn't change my life at all. >> He's not paying my bills. He's not >> I need to start I need to start living my life like you. Then >> I if if it keeps you out of trouble, then you probably should >> because >> cuz in the villages it's very it happens all the time. >> Well, you know, that's I think that's a choice that people make when they choose to live in an upscale community. That's that's that's on them. Listen, I grew up here. I'm not I'm not a Yankee that came here living here. I've lived here all my life. My mother has a gun shop in Wildwood since 1973. I'm not a new I'm not a new >> I never said that you were. >> I never said that you were. >> Never even you. This is an upscale neighborhood. People are a little, for lack of a better word, no offense intended, they're a little uptight. Stuff like that's going to happen. And like I said, I I don't think it's very far-fetched their story. They might be exaggerating a touch, but >> a touch they are. I can promise you I would never try to run anyone over. Believe me. >> Like I said, you you still haven't given me a really solid reason as to what you were doing when you made a U-turn to go and confront them. You haven't given me a a thought process, what your intentions were or anything. >> I told you that probably was a wrong move. I shouldn't have done that. That's what I said. >> I agree. But that again, hindsight's 2020. So what what was your thought process at the time you were doing it? >> I don't have a thought process. I mean, it was wrong for me to go back. When the man did what he did to me, that's why I went back. That's my only answer to you. >> So, did you say anything to him when you drove by? I mean, were you just I I don't I I'm just trying to genuinely understand >> whatever he said to you is what I said. >> I don't know what he said. I I hadn't talked to him. I'm asking you because I wasn't there >> when he threatened me and he said, >> "How did he threaten you?" Because you also left that part out of the story that's just now coming to life. >> You know what? I don't know. You're trying to pick and pick and pick and I don't like that. >> You This is the first time in the 15 minutes you and I have been talking. >> Where are we going here with this? Just curious. >> We're still trying to get your side of the story because >> there's not a side of the story. Long story short, he chased me. He came here. He went that way. I went that way. And I He I pulled into my neighbor's driveway, went down the street who I know. And um he said, "I got your license pl." I said, "Good." He said whatever he said. aggressive like you. But he shot me a bird first. >> So he chased you. >> He didn't chase me. He was going on advice. That's what you just said. >> Those were your exact words. >> If sandpaper were a person, I mean, she could start a fight in an empty house if the house was flipping her the bird. >> Literally, >> he did not chase. >> You said he chased you on his bike. >> That's what you said. Those I promise you as sure as I stand here before you the exact words that came out of your mouth were that he chased you. You guys were going the same direction. >> He did not chase me. He was making the loop like he did that way and I was coming to my house here. >> Just so you know, so you're aware. So you can't say that you weren't warned. This entire conversation has been recorded on my body camera and it's absolutely unequivocally going to say that you just said he chased you. >> He did not chase me. >> Then why would you say that? because I have my words mixed up. He didn't chase me. He came this way. He went around going back out of the loop. >> Okay. So, again, >> he did not chase me. >> Okay, understand. I We cleared that up. I'm just going to ask one more time because again, I still haven't really gotten an answer. What What were you doing when you made the U-turn to go drive by him again for the second time? for the when I came here to go back for I'm gonna call it the first time here to there was because he shot me a bird and that's why I went back that way. >> I understand why you did it. I don't understand what you were trying to accomplish when >> I apparently have nothing. Apparently apparently nothing. I I don't have an answer for you. You keep asking me the same >> because you haven't given me an answer. >> I don't have an answer apparently. >> Fair enough. >> Okay. After listening to enough of these lies, the cops then put her under arrest. >> I'm going back. YOU'RE MY >> I'm standing on my flooring. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Stop it. I'm standing on over here. >> I smell I smell like [ __ ] Let me take a bath, please. >> No. >> Let's go. >> Go walk. Come on. >> What did that do? >> Let's go. >> Can't you have your phone, too? >> Let me check the tension on him. >> Well, you were under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Now you're >> I didn't >> Now you're under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer without >> What? >> Yeah. When I tell you to turn on, put your hands behind your back and you take off running and try to fight us. That's a crime. So, >> I didn't try to I don't have anything on me. Hang here. I want to loosen this one up just a little bit. Lean up against right here. Lean, lean. There you go. >> A deadly weapon. I I I've never >> All right. Have a seat right there. Do you have anything in your pockets or on you? >> I don't No. >> Okay. Cuz we're going to have a female search you here shortly. Okay. >> I have nothing on me except [ __ ] And that's I'm embarrassed about that. >> Okay. Make sure you don't have >> I'm going to have to change my pants. >> My knee's wet. Did she just crap on the officer? Well, that's indeed aggravated assault. >> What will they do when I get here, though? >> So, whenever we go in >> Yeah. >> Um hopefully they have a female cuz they're going to search you cuz I'm going to let them know that we didn't get to do a full full search of you cuz we didn't have a female with us and with us fighting on the ground with you. We didn't feel anything anyways. >> I would never fight anyone. I just had to go number two bad. I've been taking this medication for hemorrhoids. That's why I went inside. >> Hey, coming on. >> But here's the deal. As soon as we said you were under arrest, that was when you bolted. That's not a good way to start that convers. >> I mean, she did say she had hemorrhoids, which is kind of surprising since she seemed like the perfect [ __ ] to me. >> Step out of here. >> Please don't hold that against me. That's gruesome. >> I don't hold nothing against you. Okay. So, before we go in there, I'm going to ask you the same thing I asked everybody before I take them in there. You don't have anything on you in you? >> No. Nothing. Nothing. >> I just asked because you if you bring contraband in there, they can they'll add another charge. So, >> no, I have nothing on me. Okay. >> In me except maybe a suppository. And that was way earlier this morning. >> Gotcha. >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> In the end, she's charged with resisting arrest and assault with a deadly weapon. Moving on to this case now where this nononsense cop puts a drunk passenger in her place. >> What? You're asking me? >> I'm not asking you anything. I'm telling you something. You're not from >> No, I'm telling you. >> You from Florida? You should learn not to around cuz you're going to find out real quick. >> Oh god. >> It's July 2nd, 2025 and cops responded to this airport regarding a disturbance on board an airplane. Let's check it out, guys. intoxicated, screaming at her child. And so the flight attendants were not comfortable in here. So I came back to the gate. >> Oh, so they come back to the gate. Is there anyone else coming off? >> Uh we have Yeah, but she's not related. She had nothing to do with it. Yeah, she's not the one, right? >> She stayed. >> Who's the one that was being her? >> Oh, her. Oh, it is to our daughter. Did you give people that the guy that's delivered every >> So, she's the only one that's coming off. >> After talking with the pilot and the flight attendant, the cop then came onto the airplane, escorted her off, and explained the situation to her. >> Yeah. >> So, you have kids on the plane or >> Yes. >> With who? Who are they with? >> My my daughter and my husband. >> Okay. Well, your daughter's going to go with your husband. They're not going to let you fly. You guys want to check? >> You said who? Him or the flight crew? >> Who you asking? >> Who? What are you asking me? >> Who you asking me? I'm >> not asking you anything. I'm telling you something. You're not >> No, I'm telling you. >> You want to go to jail tonight? >> My husband is >> Listen, let me tell you this. >> Turn around. Start walking. >> I don't think so. >> Okay. >> My husband >> You're going to leave or you're going to go to jail? >> I don't think so. >> You don't think so? This is my last time telling you. You're either going to leave or you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. You might want to walk. I'm telling you right now. >> I will. >> Okay. >> You got the right one. >> Hey, at least she's willing to leave. However, as she was speaking to the agent at the gate about her dissatisfaction with the airline, well, she attempted to reboard the plane by trying to just walk past the officers. >> All right, you guys are good. >> Yeah. Figure it out. Walk over here. See what they going to do for you. She was that close though. You have not nothing nothing to do, right? >> You asked for it, right? >> You don't count. >> It's all right. You want to act like that? Right. Run right. >> You want it? Got it. >> All right. Now you going to jail. Let's go. >> I need cancel her flight. Her phone. >> Is her phone everything? >> That's hers. She wants >> After securing her in handcuffs, the cops then escorted her out of the airport. You play me? >> Yeah, you played yourself. >> You think? >> I think so. >> Uhhuh. >> You >> excuse me? I'm out of the way, baby. Thank you. >> Okay, you stop. I don't want you. That doesn't work. Stop. Stop >> touching me like that. >> What are you doing? Stop touching me like that. >> Relax. >> No, you relax. >> Yeah. >> You want to me? >> Do not even change anything. No, you walk. Yep. >> Yep. You're going to learn. >> Are you from Florida? >> Are you you from Florida? You should learn not to around cuz you're going to find out real quick. >> Oh god. Oh god. >> Yep. >> Oh god. >> Oh god. >> 105. Got a feeling I'm going to get a deputy. >> In the end, she's charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She pled no contest to both charges and was fined about $320. Moving on to the next case here where the cops teach an entitled girl that she doesn't make the rules. >> Ma'am, step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm not trying to get you idiotic charges. Just step out. >> Let go. Let go. Let go. Relax. Let go. No. You making you making it. I'm not because he putting his hands on me. It's July 17th, 2023, and cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle displaying expired registration tags. Sounds pretty simple. Let's see what happens. Go ahead and stay in the vehicle for me. Go ahead and stay in the vehicle for me. This is a traffic stop. Stay in the vehicle. Uh I'm right here off of uh Highway 50 and um uh >> that's Regency right there. >> Huh? >> This is CC Food Market. I think the address is 101 West Highway 50. >> West Highway 50. >> Do me a favor and could you go ahead and get off the phone real quick? We'll do our business and then be on your way. Ma'am, >> I'm listening. >> Okay. Do you got your driver's license insurance on the vehicle? >> My driver's license. The reason I stopped the vehicle is the registration's almost been expired for about a year now. Were you aware of that? >> No, I haven't been aware, but I've been trying to get this mug. >> Could you go ahead and hand me that plastic bag that looked like a little bit of weed in there and your purse, ma'am? >> What about it? >> Just hand it to me real quick. >> Why? >> Because I saw it. That gives me probable cause. >> Probable cause for what? >> We can do this easy way or I'll work with you if you work with me. Okay. Is that all it is? Thank you. You got your driver's license and insurance on the vehicle? Can I see your ID real quick? And do you have insurance on it, ma'am? >> Yes. >> Okay. Make sure. >> You want to do Do you have an app or anything on your phone by chance? >> No. >> Said no. >> Do me a favor. Whenever you find it, just give me a thumbs up. I'll come and check it out. Okay. >> Okay. As if driving around with a tag that was expired a year wasn't enough, she also had a bag of controlled substances sitting in plain view, no insurance, and obviously to no one's surprise, a suspended license. Uh, it's like she wants to speedrun her way to jail. >> Okay. That's been expired for over a year. Do you have anything? >> No, that's that's a old one, but it's the same thing. I just >> Can you pull up a Geico app on your policy or policy on your phone or anything? >> No, it's through my mom. My mom is on the phone. >> See if she could get you a copy of it and send it to you. >> I I don't uh the original copy, the new copy is at home, but you can still run it and it's up to date with you. >> You're supposed to have a valid card on your account. >> I don't even looking for a valid one, >> huh? Is your mother looking for a valid insurance card by chance? >> No, my mom. Mom, send it to me. >> Hang tight. I'll be back with you in a sec. Let me know if you find one, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. >> Because in the state of Illinois, even though it's legal recreationally, it still has to be an odor odorless sealed. >> It is odorless. No, it is not. I saw it though. >> You saw it, but you >> Yeah, that's called probable cause. It's still illegal to possess it. And if you're going to have in the state of Illinois, it has to be in uh the container you get it from in the dispensary. It has to be sealed still and odorless and childproof. >> So, I'm not a child. Ain't nobody in it. >> It doesn't matter. By state statute, you have to It has to be in the sealed container. >> Just take it. >> Yeah. It's being seized at this point. >> Mhm. >> Oh, the nerve on her. Questioning the officer's right to seize her drug bag. Oh, just wait. Her stupidity is about to go up a notch. >> Actually, go ahead and step out for me real quick. Okay. >> For what? >> Just step out and we'll talk out here. >> For what? >> Because I am allowed to direct you to step out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> For what? What is the purpose? >> Because you're going to be placed under arrest for driving on a suspended driver's license. >> How? >> Your license is suspended. I'll explain that. All out of the vehicle. Come on. Come on, ma'am. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm not trying to get you any extra charges. Just step out. >> Getting arrested for getting arrested. I'm getting arrested for a license suspension. Step out of the vehicle. I am You don't have to touch. >> Well, then step out. >> I am. >> Are you trying to get obstruction charges? Then step out. >> You told me to do something. >> Then step out. >> You just told me to do something. >> Gilbert, I am trying to work with you as much as I possibly can. >> You just told me to do something, right? I'm He just told me to do something. You need You need to step out. >> Just step out of the vehicle. Go ahead and set your phones up on top of the vehicle. >> You just told me to do so. >> Set your phones on top of the vehicle. >> Mom, >> I'm trying to work with you as much as I possibly can. >> Gilbert, >> hold on. I'm too relax. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. No, you you making you making it. I'm not because he putting his hands on me. You just told me to do something. I can't even do it. >> Let me go. Let me go. This this relax you're being placed under arrest. You're not being detained. I'm saying they don't get broke. So they don't get broke. >> I cannot do that. Look, I will relax. >> If you just don't let go, please. You're not going anywhere. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> You're going to talk to her right here. >> No. No. That's disrespectful. Y'all can't detain me and put >> You're not being detained. You're being placed under arrest. >> But y'all can't put your hands on me. Y'all just telling me to do a direct order and y'all telling me to do otherwise, but then y'all put your hands on me. That's not right. >> Okay, relax. >> Relax. Okay. >> After placing her under arrest, the cops then escorted her to the squad car. >> Relax. >> My finger. >> Relax. >> Damn. Why you bending my finger? Relax. >> Well, tell him to let go my finger. >> You need to relax. We could get the handcuffs on the handcuffs on me without you there grabbing my finger like that. >> Miss Gilbert, is there anything else? >> Shut my door, please. >> Anything on you I need to know about? Anything I need? >> Shut my door, please. And thank you. >> Is there anything you need? >> Yes, I need my Don't keep walking towards the car. >> Shut my door. >> All right. All right. That's very shutting my door. That's why >> they're not going to leave your car. >> Then why then why are you grabbing me like this? I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Let me go. >> Don't let me go. >> Cuz it hurts. >> Relax. >> Then let me go. You I can't relax if you holding me like this. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Let me go. >> Okay. Let me go. I got it. Damn. >> Get in the vehicle. >> That's what I'm saying. That's why I don't like police officer. This is exactly WHY THEY TREAT Y'ALL THE WAY THEY TREAT Y'ALL. >> Cuz you can't listen to >> No, cuz you disrespectful. You can't listen. >> I asked YOU POLITE NUMEROUS TIMES. >> NO, YOU DIDN'T. >> NO, you did not. How you going to tell somebody that you a direct order and you ain't >> You tell them I got her in custody. >> And while I'm getting her, she's getting her ID out. She pulls a bag of weed out of her purse. Registration's been expired almost a year. >> Okay. >> Yeah. That's why I stopped there. Insurance cards have been expired for over a year. >> Is it suspended for mandatory? >> Nope. It's a Missouri plate. >> She just does it suspended on Missouri. >> Suspended out of Missouri. >> I can still ride her on the suspended, can't I? >> Oh, absolutely. >> Yeah. >> You can write the plate suspended. She's suspended. >> No, the plate's not suspended. It's just suspended. I mean you can write her you can write her ticket for registration expired. >> She's suspended. Okay. >> If you would like, I can explain it to you. >> Oh, no. >> Okay. >> It almost looked like things were finally calming down when this adult who knew her gave her some solid advice. But yeah, the moment she was left alone with the officer, she flips back to tough girl mode. And of course, that led to a very bad ending for her. >> When was the last time you smoked? >> Don't ask me any questions that I don't have to answer. >> Do not walk up to the car. This is where you're going to hang up. Turn around. >> Yep. >> DON'T try to swing on me. >> What happened? >> Stop. >> I DON'T BELIEVE THIS. STOP. BACK UP. BACK UP. I WANT MY MOM. >> She was charged with aggravated battery on a peace officer, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstruction, disobeying a stop sign, and unlawful transportation of cannabis. Moving on to this case now, where this unhinged lady gets some felony charges after refusing to exit her car. >> One more time, I want to ask I [laughter] want to SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR. NO, STOP. STOP. YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO ME. YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY REMOVE ME. >> And I came out because she drove down here at like 50 m an hour. I don't need you reaching inside a bag. >> I WAS IN MY BAG. >> MA'AM, do not reach inside. >> This woman has opened my vehicle. She opened. >> I have every right to be here right now. Yes, I did. Someone called. >> YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO come into my vehicle. >> I am in my car. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> She opened my car and you YOU CROSSED THE LINE. YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO COME. NO, you don't. No, you don't. >> Right now. >> Call your supervisor. Call your supervisor. Please call him. Please call him. This has escalated too too much. This has escalated. >> You're right. So, get the [ __ ] out of the vehicle. >> I don't need to leave my vehicle because I You opened my door. I was sitting. I was calmly and safely in my car and we could have had a discussion. But instead of that, >> oh yeah, real calm. This girl is crazy, entitled, and just completely out of control. And of course, it doesn't stop here because things are just going to escalate from that point on. >> Reach inside your bag, man. You don't listen to my COMMANDS. >> I DON'T NEED TO LISTEN to your command. I DON'T THINK I'M INVESTIGATING THE STORY. >> WELL, YOU DID NOT HAVE TO. YOU opened my door. I The only reason my door is open because you opened it. You physic and I tried to lock my door and you physically broke my door. She broke my door. >> Broken. >> You broke this. IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT. >> YES, it was. It wasn't. Yes, it was. >> Okay. No, this officer is lying. I need I need so much help right now. I need help. I need my family. I need um I need an assertion. >> There's other deputies coming and that's why we're waiting. >> Honestly, why did you open my door? >> BECAUSE I'M INVESTIGATING MY DOOR, MAN. If you had listened to my commands, there wouldn't have been any been any broken. >> If you didn't open my door so aggressively, I would have listened to you. You opened my window. You You >> I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE with it. >> YOU AGGRESSIVELY TRIED TO COME INTO MY MY DOOR. I'M NOT ARGUING WITH YOU. >> I WAS TRYING TO EXIT. STOP EXITING, BABY. STOP. STOP. I was Stop for one minute. Stop. I was trying to exit. I'm currently I'm currently at break. I'm trying to exit with my service dog for training. I was told to leave. So, I'm leaving. I was in the process of I was in the process of leaving and then I was stopped by this cop who very aggressively opened my door, which >> I asked you to get out of the vehicle three times before I opened the door. >> It was locked. The door was locked. You aggressively opened the window as I was >> Should I sleep and I said no? I didn't want to get out of the vehicle >> prior to Yeah, it doesn't matter. I'm investigating a disturbance. It really doesn't matter. >> You could have asked me questions in the through the car through the window. There's no reason I have to exit the vehicle. There's absolutely no reason. This was escalated beyond necessary. And then you then >> Ma'am, I'm not arguing with you. YOU >> I'M NOT I'M STATING WHAT HAPPENED. You physically broke my door. You >> ma'am. No, I didn't. If you want, you can find the piece. But I did not break. >> YOU BROKE THAT. THAT WASN'T BROKEN. >> OKAY, FOUND THE PIECE. IF I BROKE IT RIGHT NOW, THE PIECE WILL BE RIGHT THERE. >> WE'RE GOING TO FIND IT. I'M going to find it. >> Go for it. Find it. >> It's here because that wasn't broken. That was not broken. It wasn't broken. I'm going to find it. But my dog is upset and I have a lot of cops here and I'm on my own and I'm scared and I all I want to do is leave. It's all I want to do. And I don't know why you had to escalate this situation. You opened my door when I had it locked. I don't know how you did that. You You stuck your hand through the window. Why would you? and you rolled up the window ON MY OWN. >> I ROLLED UP the window to close it, but you were aggressive. >> Honestly, the cop wasted too much time trying to talk any sense into her and we all knew it was non-existent. Maybe she was just waiting for backup to arrive to just drag her out of the car. >> So, are you going to stop? I was just coming to do a um a check. >> He stopped me telling me that there was this disturbance and as soon as I stop, she starts yelling. She's she's reaching for her bag. Like I tell her to step out, not listening. So then she goes to shut the she goes to close the window. So armed and I open the door from the inside and she's >> I can't hear >> she's not doing any things and she >> she's going to jail. So cuz she found me. So um but I can't get her out. So >> are you guys ready to um >> get out of the vehicle? I'm going to ask you one more time. >> I want to SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR. NO, STOP. YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO ME. YOU CAN'T. YOU CAN'T PHYSICALLY remove me. You can't DO THIS. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I've done nothing wrong. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO ARREST ME? I'VE DONE NOTHING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN DO THIS TO ME. I WAS LEAVING. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ARREST ME WHEN I DID NOTHING? You Is this what you want? I was leaving, sir. You know, I WAS LEAVING. WHY WOULD YOU do this to me? WHY? Why are you here? Why are you doing this to me when I was in cops? I got her. >> I don't understand this. This has never happened to me before. This can't happen. Please, can we please please don't try again? Can we please have a conversation? I don't understand why you're being so aggressive. What about my stuff? Stop moving. >> Can you like I didn't even do anything. How could this? >> You're right. It didn't have to happen this way. If you listened, it wouldn't have happened this way. >> You're so aggressive. You physically reached into my car >> cuz I gave you a verbal order to get out of the car. >> But I wasn't feeling safe and I didn't do anything. That sucks. >> I don't understand why you have to be so aggressive. >> You didn't listen to my >> I was I was leaving. >> This gentleman told me I can't be here. So I left. >> So I was on my way out and now I'm getting arrested >> for for There's nothing in my hair except for my hair tie. I got >> Okay. What? I don't have anything wrong. >> Okay. There's nothing. >> Oh my. There's a piece. THERE'S A PIECE YOU BROKE OFF MY CAR THAT you insisted you didn't. >> Can you stop moving? >> IT'S RIGHT THERE. IT'S right there. See it? Do you see it? Do you see the piece of my car? >> Moving you to the >> Wait. PLEASE WAIT. PLEASE WAIT. Please wait. >> Go like this. >> You're going to go understand how this is happening WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG. >> DO THIS. This is >> this hold. >> Follow that. No. Let go completely. >> Oh my god. >> Turn the other way. >> Who's going to take CARE OF MY DOG AND MY stuff >> and then go through her arm? >> You guys don't care. >> Go up and over. >> Do you I'm just a criminal here now. >> Through there and up and over her shoulder. >> Yeah. >> What about my Can I ask what's going to happen to my stuff? My car. No one cares. No one cares. No one gives a [ __ ] Ma'am, you haven't listened to anything that I've said >> because you're not making me feel safe and you broke into my car. There's the piece. I mean, what's going to happen to my car? >> Get in the car. >> Can you answer me? WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO HORRIFICALLY AGGRESSIVE? >> Get in the vehicle. >> All I did was not listen to you and you're treating me like this. >> If you want, we can hog tie you or you can get in the car. >> No, I actually don't want to. >> Jesus, can I ask what happened to my phone or my belongings? >> Your phone. >> Why are you treating me like this? She was charged with battery on a Leo and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case here where another entitled girl makes a bad crash scene even worse with her attitude. >> Please go back. >> You have no probable cause. >> I do. You touch that bag, you're going to jail. >> Y'all are going to jail. >> My phone. My phone. >> It's May 14th, 2023 and cops get to this car crash. What is happening here, man? 10 reference injuries. >> Hi there. >> No injuries. >> Uh we have my mother-in-law is hurt and she's okay. >> Charlie 111. I copy all vehicles out of the road. >> How's it going, man? Hey, he's hurt. >> We just need an whiskey fox checked out. >> There was a person slowing down. He thought there was a stop sign. Zero. He He shot across the intersection, ran right into us. >> Okay. Obviously coming from >> coming that way. And he's uh >> he seems like a little looped up. >> Okay. Um you were driving this car. Can you grab your information for me and everything? Thank you. You're driving this car? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Is it drivable right now or no? >> I can. >> No. Once the airbags deploy, you can't drive it. So, what happened? >> I thought it was a four-way stop, sir. The person coming in the other direction, they stopped. So, I thought it was a four-way stop and I pulled out and I wasn't looking that way because I thought It was a fourway stop, sir. >> But no injuries or anything like that? >> I'm good, sir. >> Okay. Do you have your license and everything on you? >> Go ahead and grab that for me. You have your insurance card in there or >> I'm going to go ahead and um It's It's >> Who's this car registered to? >> It should be under me and my wife's name. >> Hey, I need to go ahead and What's our insurance? >> Progressive. >> It's Progressive, but we don't I don't have anything in the glove box. >> Okay, she'll have it. As the cops are working the scene, the driver calls his wife to bring the insurance car. Now, she said she was on her way. Simple enough. But guys, when she shows up with her daughters, uh, this whole situation takes a different kind of turn. >> Someone else in that car have a medical marijuana car cuz it smells like just smoke. >> Now, an issue with medical marijuana, you're smoking inside the car, right? Which is a huge issue when it comes to you being impaired. >> Are you just going to I I know it's a lot going on trying to prevent another accident. What's that? >> I was just trying to get the policy number. I didn't >> I'm I'm This is totally separate. I'm dealing with the narcotics in that car. Where's the marijuana? >> I just need to get the policy. >> So, where is the marijuana in this car? >> It's in the trunk in my bag. >> Okay, go ahead. Who's smoking it in the car right now? Yeah, it's totally separate. >> The policy number. >> Is that where it is? >> Yes. >> Can you go and grab it for me? >> Excuse me. >> What's their name? >> It's Deputy Wilkinson. >> It's 1014. >> And what's your name? >> That's for sure. Is there any other marijuana in the car? >> You have no reason to search for my car. >> I do. It's being smoked inside the car. >> You have no reason to search. >> I do. >> Where's that? >> Okay. Where's the marijuana in there? Hold on. Step. Step back. Step back. >> What's your name? >> Do you either one of y'all >> people's cars for no reason? You have no problem. >> I'm telling you there is a reason. >> There is no reason. >> Do either one of y'all have a medical marijuana card? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Well, showing up to a crash scene with a controlled substance in your car, you're genius. And the daughter's attitude toward the cop is absolutely horrid. But wait, it gets worse. >> Hey, Cor real quick. I mean, they came out freaking like we in the car. Do you mind just keeping an eye on them real quick? >> Yeah. You can't get back in that car right now. I'm telling you, don't don't go back in that car. >> It's my phone. >> Your phone's in her hand. Please go back to the front of there. >> Get my keys out my car. I'll get it for you. I'm searching it now. >> This is my fault. >> Please go back. >> You have no probable cause. >> I do. You touch that bag, you're going to jail. >> What's the probable cause? >> Go back to your car. >> I told you you're marijuana. You're smoking it. I understand. If you don't go back there, I'm going to take you to jail. >> You're going to take >> Mom, do you see this [ __ ] >> bro? What the [ __ ] is Don't put your hands on me. >> Go back. >> Who is you? How about that? How about that? Okay. For what? >> Hey, get away. Babe, get away from this man. I'm not Get away. Get away. >> As the cops are searching the vehicle, the daughters start causing all kinds of problems. So, the cops had to put him in handcuffs. I got aggressively high speed. >> You saw he get out of the car. >> All right. >> What the [ __ ] >> Y'all are going to jail. >> My phone. My phone. >> Not talking to you. Behind your back, >> babe. I You know I ain't doing [ __ ] now. Come on. Y >> all she wanted to resist. She's gonna >> She was resisting. You stand out the front of your car. You're going to go too. >> Yeah. You want to tighten it like Oh, >> I'm double locking it so it doesn't get tighter. >> Roll on your side. >> Yeah, I'm sure you double locking it, you little puss. >> That's for your comfort. >> That's for your comfort. >> Hold on. You probably you probably mad you getting no mad. >> Oh, you >> bae. Don't let him [ __ ] with you. >> 11. >> He just being a little pervert. He want >> you. We'll get We'll get that be later. >> STOP. BABE, STOP. >> Why is you holding me? >> Go to my car. >> Go to my car. >> Why is you holding me like this? >> You ain't got this on record, do you? >> It's been recording the whole time. >> Yeah, it ain't a Take a seat. >> Yeah, it is. It's >> recording. Put that you try kick. You want to take that resist, too? After detainment, the officer then came to speak to the parent. >> Where's your medical marijuana card? >> Because you had other people stop. >> Without grabbing it, tell me where it is. >> It's in my phone, but I'm not sure where my phone is. >> Neither one of those are your phone. >> It's not my phone. >> Where do you think it would be in there? >> Should be right here. >> I was sitting right here. >> Let's go back to the front. No, that's good enough. >> 104. So, at this point, they're they're secured. Not 10:15. >> No, they're 10:15. >> They're only 105. >> You know how stupid it is to come up here. I get it where you're coming from, right? With a car that reeks like weed when we arrest people for DUI for marijuana because they don't have the same functionality when they don't smoke. And I already told you once I found the weed, I was going to destroy it. What they did was completely unnecessary. No one was going to go to jail over weed. I want to put that out there so you understand. >> We cannot cuz she was blatantly resisting me. >> She was literally fighting me and then she tried to kick me out of the car. She's lucky she doesn't get assault on Elio right now. I just want to see both. Understand this doesn't allow you to smoke inside the car. Okay. And I understand this doesn't give the other people the right to smoke cuz there's weed in everyone's car or purses. >> Oh yeah. Well, it's per car, correct? >> It's Well, >> yeah, but I'm like the co-signer, so I take it. >> Is it registered to you? >> Well, I cosign to it. Yeah. >> Is it registered to you, though? >> Not I mean, I think I'm partial. >> Okay. It's getting towed. I don't know what to tell you. You don't fight the police and expect to get breaks. So, and I really don't have a problem with you. I was going I I prefaced it with I understand what's going on. You cannot come into an accident with your car wreaking like that. >> That's real nice to see, huh? My mama crying on Mother's Day. You must feel real good about yourself. >> How can you say that? >> You know your mama number by heart. >> Yeah. >> Who you calling? >> [ __ ] god. So look so great >> on Mother's Day. Like on Mother's Day, it doesn't look so [ __ ] great. >> Does it [ __ ] >> I hope they got that [ __ ] on on live. Put that [ __ ] on live TV. >> All right, ma'am. You want to hear their charges or no? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, who >> whose daughter is that? Yours. Um, that would be Kelseia. Kelsey. Okay. She's getting resisting with violence. Felony possession of cashewish, which is a felony possession of marijuana. >> Resisting with violence. When I put her in the car, she tried to kick me. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, she caught two felonies in a misdemeanor. The other girl, she's going to catch resisting without violence in possession of hashe oil, which is a felony. >> What is that? >> That's a THC vape in the state of Florida when it's not flour.
