house like you literally just kicked my [ __ ] car for no reason and then he's sending me threats right now look literally texting me threats don't worry I got something for you you want to put your said call the police call please right [ __ ] now I said you're done and then he like bottled up in my face trying to get take my phone put in his pocket so I'm grabbing his phone I you grab the back of his knees with my leg and take him down and get my phone back right inside try to he opens the door and that's when I just bro like what are you doing how long you been dating since March 6th not even barely not long all right just give me a second we'll be around the Computing to discuss sorry for all that um so this is what we got going on technically by you stating you hit him and with the whole dating you did commit a crime it is domestic violence Dating Violence whatever you look but he also committed the crime too with the property damage he's not here to testify on his on his side of the story I know what you said but technically if he was here and he did want to talk to us you'd be going to jail property damage is not necessarily something you want to hit someone for so if he wanted to cooperate with us you'd be the one going right now that's not going to happen because he's not here so it's going to be documented but I'm just letting you know if he if he comes back here and something happens again someone's most likely going to jail so do you understand what's happening right now you understand why the whole Dating Violence thing and the battery okay so do you have
