I can't get a hold of him he said he wants two options here apparently some areas anymore I hope they're residents a little bit right dude no that that's perfect uh yeah I think the last time I drove it drove it was when we tested okay hey Dave thinking about uh maybe bumping two more guys around to where the Cs position is just since since we didn't put that other crew over there that way we have a little more reinforced takedown team over there yeah cut off team okay hey uh uh Jansen hey Danny yeah can you uh hey Roy can you take Danny's pop for a minute hey got contact okay foreign now looks like bandolier shotgun shell is what it looks like he's got all right FYI he was just inside one door again I just agitated he had a bandolier shot themselves I I didn't have an aircraft I'm gonna have an aircraft he's gonna come out with shotgun shells now my car I'm just gonna have to win that you still want to do that yeah I think so because if he comes out that other door over there I'd rather have an extra couple guys over there I didn't make anybody when we take bill yeah okay I didn't call him yet either now all right hey do you have their number can you call the hacker as soon as you guys got that squirt away can one of you bump around with Roy just because he's got the 40s that way we have a lethal and less lethal option there which way you're going to go Danny to get there I think the same way they went in go get down that way yeah we'll go down to 26 we'll come up and then all right you're gonna have cabins and Jansen coming to you across after your numbers back there so they'll be coming to you and bringing the same route in that you guys took FYI no Jack how do you know that that's going to be the case you've lived in Carroll County for a while is that correct I said I've been standing away from Carroll County for quite a while right I know I'm asking you I said I understanding lift in Carroll County for quite a while okay Within [Music] okay would you did when was that years ago so I don't know if you've been here also uh yes yeah Roy's got one up on the passenger side front fender all right Dave I got Danny and Jensen going around Danny Jensen yes with him who yeah oh yeah yeah they're in position Now Dave feeding but I mean we got through that they've done didn't you I mean look at where you're outside two two three successful jobs okay hey okay can I ask any questions how do you mean yes for three or four days yeah I I know that but that doesn't necessarily mean that just because you go and talk to somebody at cure high school that they hold you for 72 hours that's not I don't know so it's got a lot of activity if we can okay uh all right I get up just trying to understand that you're going to talk with you like can you give me a call and that's what I'm doing um you know so I'm just like [Music] yeah because because this guy's saying nobody's gonna get you kicked out of Jack the only way you're gonna get kicked out of your flights okay is that if you're a landlord tells you you have to live and as far as I'm there they have to give you notice if you're keeping up on your family okay I don't know what your belief says but if that's you know if you keep it up on your payments I don't know how they can kick you out Jack still there okay I'm listening okay all right we'll get your cigarette yeah I mean it's it's time okay I almost okay let me ask this guy if if I was if if somehow I was able to get them to get up here and talk would you be able to put the guns down and come out and talk what does that would be the reasons why why do we want to watch you play your head off Jack nice to meet you there McKenzie do we have the little bot too [Music] do we have a little bot too say again we have the little bot too no no foreign foreign [Music] everything possible repairs close up okay okay guys foreign foreign why you believe [Music] [Music] in the password foreign foreign watching looks like he's in the um one two yeah yeah it was right here you can see him sitting down right here that statue was yelling in the background except I've never used a lot to make uh I have it but I'm not telling them and like I said my shift probably on there but I don't know how long that's going to take um American flag or something his hands come to the door the lock of the door thanks to the scene movement over there that it's like you might have a flag in his hand or something [Music] yeah let's go there Jack are you still there see okay huh Jack are you okay [Music] right [Music] Jack you still with me bud hello okay you still there bud okay just oh okay it could sound like you're on speakerphone you said you were fixing something he's up now getting a drink I said you get like some water or food with this friction that you want to put outside for us yeah I just flag yeah so on that one two windows mess with the flag all right here she's in the one two in the window [Music] so I'll I'll be I'll bust my balls and do what I can you jack off he was free you got people that that are depending on me foreign well like why why I mean we have people with Will and all counting on you that want to see you again I mean where would you go to I'm just curious all right I'd like to scream with that thank you so let me do this but like I said you would give you a call I'll call you with you on the telephone okay I said well you said hey call me on my phone and you gave me the telephone time okay well this morning and you asked me to give me a call I said call you on your telephone check what 24. [Music] okay let me just take you to the house real quick I need to decompress I would say my shift part was working on it because nobody wants to take you but the only way that that would happen is that if the hospital do you connect the beautiful endangered to yourself and kept me forever before you dance because in the state of Maryland it oh my God okay I mean I mean that's I mean that's your choice about the same I'll try to explain to you again another way that you're going to raise your firewalls is that if you were committed for 30 days to walk and then you know buy them all and yes but this right here now yeah don't want okay so I mean how are we gonna get there if you're still inside you said if if somebody out there comes around you know how are we going to get there who's going inside okay okay but that's what I'm saying [Music] okay thank you Here Comes this flag foreign stuff [Music] yeah racking a shotgun again it sounds like yeah [Music] come on talking to me please foreign [Music] [Music] good okay so do you think he would say the same thing to the hospitals now [Music] twice [Music] [Music] so so so there's no way that I can repaint this you know the the local volunteer hours that you put in and all the time as a volunteer firefighter there's no reasonable person and keep showing my world and take you up to the hospital myself foreign take you up to the hospital eddieu the chief of Statesville Fire Department so if I so I can if I if I can make this happen Jack would you what would happen if we could work to work together if I can get any up here how will I get you to come out of the house and trust me that I will get you to enter I'm not going to lie to you and just tell you yeah yeah you know Eddie's here and he's not and when you scan the house uh like so I'm no reason to lie to you if I can get Eddie up here are you willing to come out of the house and let me and Eddie take you up to the hospital okay and you're willing to do that so let me ask you guys foreign okay okay I have a ball mute so he can't hear me he said he's willing to come out if any work comes up here okay so can we call and make that happen I'm talking to Lieutenant all right see if we can at least make it happen there is no Deputy Brian law okay that's five he's on YouTube there's a Westminster city and he is working right now okay see if he can come down here at least what's his name also who it's you have Deputy Brian Long Mount Airy is not working okay if he was in Westminster city Austin it's a long I don't know what his first name is see if he can he's come down I'm taking it off of you yeah okay so the officer law does he work for Westminster city police department or uh Mount Airy work on it because um my partner was telling me that there's an officer long that works for Westminster city police department okay all right so my my partner is now working on getting Eddie up here to see about getting in touch with Eddie to get him up here so if I get any up here I have your wood it will come out and that will resolve this and then we'll get you up to the hospital okay so like I said my partner was walking you want to see about getting heading up here and and I'm going to take you as man through your wall and then he will come out when if we can hit Eddie to come up here is that fair enough okay so our appointment okay well that's it um a job in Frederick right now so apparently Eddie's working his paid job up in front did you know do what's up in front of it Fire Marshall okay [Music] but if if well [Music] I mean okay what I'm saying is that even though Eddie's at his paid job right now I'm sure that his bosses would understand that he looked a friend Affairs needs help do you want Eddie to call him all right it's working that's correct I appreciate it I'm still in communication yeah yeah well I mean I'm going to be at work at 11 o'clock so let me talk I'm working on this thing can we asked me to try and get Eddie I'm trying to do what you're asking me to do and he is rookie um so I mean protector so what time are you supposed to be there yeah Discount Liquors [Music] dude who's gonna okay okay you want me to call them now because I don't think anybody's open right now foreign happy to advocate for you and and like look I'll even tell okay look Jack's just you know he's not feeling good you don't have to know any different I can tell them for you and look he's not feeling good because I can be in today but he's gonna feel better tomorrow and he'll be in tomorrow we're going to be with that work for you [Music] okay I will do that for you can you please okay so I will call them in the morning at nine o'clock would you let me take you up to the hospital assume you up there yes sir yes sir night time out so out this front door we'd probably be better off with using guys from here at the bearcat so let me get you into the hospital I know uh I know I was really thinking he was in there passed out so [Music] your granddaughter [Music] yeah you'll see his silhouette [Music] take direct advance I appreciate it for uh talking okay just give me a call [Music] I'm trying guys I'm trying to think [Music] [Music] it's not picking up the phone hey Jeff just never mind it's on my camera I got it wrong that way you can see how many times I've fallen where I tend to call out over the hill right now just to get a dancer with them you guys actually great yeah all right get this fence I appreciate it I just want to talk can you guys hear that so it is on his way here just please pick up the phone and talk with you I really appreciate it we were having a good conversation like you said Andy's on his way up here okay I'm not lied to you you've done nothing wrong there's been no five committed and he's on his way up here so please pick up the telephone and talk with Vinnie where do you want him to go through Eddie yeah when he gets here that's up to these guys here okay that's up to these guys here you can be escorted up here behind the cat okay you may have to get on that line hey Jackson Vince can we lose each other okay yes lights are flickering on the left side got it lights off in the kitchen the left side I think it's a bedroom side that window okay I think he he thinks he heard a cop outside that window in fact nobody's coming into the house okay all right Eddie it jack up okay I got on it I got on the PA system and I was trying to call out to you so that what you heard was probably me there's nobody buying a window I can see like where your window is I can see it flashing like you were flashing the mic yeah I can see it I can see your flashing light there's nobody by your window Jack I assume I said I haven't lied to you I'm not bullshitting you Eddie's on his way here he told me that and you asked me to get Eddie so my bosses got in touch with Eddie and his bosses and said hey can you please come up here Jack is asking for you to come up here so we have gotten that facilitated so he told me earlier that if I get Eddie up here that was one of the other people is that you didn't want to let him take you up to the hospitals right correct okay like I said Eddie's on his way up here oh we'll try he's on his way up here I said I'm not going to you lie to you and tell you something just to you know get you to you know think without I'm not going to tell you that the guys okay I was told it'd be like 25 to 30 minutes and that was several minutes ago so percent Eddie gets you how do you want to facilitate this Jack when Eddie gets you you want me to hand the phone over to any of you guys talk okay all right and then what you guys talk like I said me and you gentleman's agreement I did my part I asked I got Eddie up here I'm asking you to stay by your part and let us get you up to the hospital any uh I'm sure anybody if he's a good friend like you're saying he is and it sounds like he is he's willing to come up here from Frederick right now at 240 oh okay so here's your granddaughter's father okay so it sounds like a stand-up guy he's willing to leave work now at 2 45 and one two three to come up here to help an old friend I mean yeah it says a lot and if he cares about you and if he thinks enough of you and about you and it says a lot about me yeah whenever this is over there go over there and escort him back back here back to here probably 26 years okay that's awesome I mean that sounds just a great relationships well it sounds like they he looks up to you then if he has a lot of respect and admiration for you if he's willing to leave wolf and come up here and talk with you I mean that's that sounds great I mean and then either yeah are you guys are you guys one of the bestest heading out when he gets here and make sure that she's like everything's kosher between him and the sky and like try to verify any of the stories [Music] [Music] what's up yeah I chewed tobacco that's that's mine there too that's when it coughing and tobacco that's me okay okay save money right for one bit so they selling it uh liquor store hey Dave yeah one's uh oh okay Tyler said that they're going to try to bet him as best they can so you can't find you later do you have matches what is it so this is like one of those kind of uh there's mac uh lighters it has like the long handle [Music] good job okay [Music] it sounds like Eddie loves you Eddie Eddie cares a lot about you like I said or else he wouldn't want to come up here [Music] okay Eddie's gonna be here any minute Eddie's going to be here any minute there's no reason for the inlet Eddie's going to be here you asked me I'm getting him up here Nobody's around this corner that I can see all right Jeff Eddie's on his way up here take the smell take a deep breath just relax you're doing fine okay like I said I have no reasonable you're lied to I wouldn't tell you that Eddie's coming and that's not the truth and I think when Eddie gets here you can actually trust me believe me that what I'm saying is real and I have no reason to lie to you I have it and I'm not going to where they're just just talking about okay they're just relaying one another that hey Jack's now standing on the front porch that's and he's smoking a cigarette that way everybody knows that you right exactly and that's exactly what they're talking about is that they'll communicate with each other today Jack's taking a break he's smoking a cigarette he's on the telephone if he doesn't have any Firearms or any guns in his hands that's what they're talking about okay yeah like I said I mean you know that was hours ago you know that we somebody said that you're you know we're going to shoot the cops but I disagree because you threw a nice flag out here that said you back to Blue you volunteer with the fire department I don't know anybody that has a flag that says back to blue or that volunteers with that you got what right so I don't know anybody that that backs the blue and there's a volunteer firefighter and it's going to shoot a cop so I yeah like I said I have all the respect for you jack um you know I you you've been doing it for you said 27 years obviously 26 years okay but that was not something you had any control over because I'm sure if you didn't have the script you'd be still doing it right okay so I mean you did it for 26 years something beyond your control you know you have no control over it okay so you must have made a good impression on Eddie because he's now involved where is where does he work he said he walks up in Frederick County what's he doing for the cab he's a fire marshal for the county no answer almost 20 minutes get an answer if we can Jack Jack are these numbers too I'm not Jack Jack just stay outside Jack Eddie's almost too I'm not okay he's almost here as soon as he gets here we'll get him up here okay with it how did Eddie decide to go into the fire department become a fire marshal s from you guys okay no no I was asking I was like what what help Eddie decide to go into the fire department and become a fire marshal that was probably there was more than likely your inspiration and your guidance I I don't think anybody else will just drop what they're doing and come up to so it sounds like you have a hell of a good impression line and we taught him a lot you even said the same thing he's in his official vehicle he should be here any minute so uh my shift fun with that with Jack Jack Denzel Washington why do you feel like Denzel Washington Jack why do you feel like Denzel in Washington oh I I thought that was uh somebody else in that movie yeah I think it was Samuel L Jackson and uh yeah it was uh him and I can't remember what the other guy's name was the uh the negotiator that Samuel Jackson wanted to come in and talk ride that thing I do so Kevin Spacey that was the other guy's name yeah what why is it uh is that what you think this is that what you uh is you think I am is uh Kevin Spacey Chris Sabian yeah that was the character's name yeah yeah we did uh we did a Samuel L Jackson say I don't want to talk to Chris Sabian okay well I have your Chris ambian on the way and that is Eddie so like I said I've you know been up front honest with you back in the you'll lie to you you asked me to give you a call a little while ago I've been on the phone with you and talking to you we've had good conversation like I said we agreed that once Eddie gets you you'll have a conversation with him on the telephone and then we'll get you up to the hospital and then that way like I said if you want me and then Jack that's going to be up to the hospital but again like I said I have no reason to lie to you I've never am i 27 years on the job I've never seen anybody be held for 72 hours I I said I don't I've never seen that so I mean give me a functional okay I remember hearing a little bit about it I was out working when that happened what um I know that the guys shared up there what would happen go with that yeah Jack Tennessee because I think they're coming from this direction so he's here he's here Eddie is yeah jansen's walking him up thank you [Music] [Music] you're bringing him over to Austin correct one side one with the cat okay foreign [Music] so important things in fact and he's right here okay and he's nice okay hold on okay I just need to come out all right [Music] back inside yep I can come out with a Chance okay let's take a step over so you're more stay right here so um let's be ready to go hands for me yep [Music] okay come on buddy okay come on okay Jack I'm here okay you're good come back out on the porch hey foreign [Music] so nobody's gonna hold you okay come on out said they're set up on that side working that way to receive him yeah why won't we change your thoughts he does like come out and then get like halfway and try to turn to go back or whatever yeah necessarily take so I'm saying nobody's gonna approach ES um I just try to stay behind good cover because if he is getting a rifle throws stuff up out the window or the door the door there are no beeping see again there are notes beeping the remote for the bar oh it's beeping yeah I don't know what that means power off or something so it hasn't oh maybe there's no reason to go looking for your liability okay no you're good you're good good stop eating I'm not sure I'm just trying to understand you I do what you asked me to do yeah okay foreign [Music] to the hospital understand all right let's go take them up here okay smoked cleaning your pocket grab one okay foreign either so it seems to be the Eastern value yeah I mean um all right okay thank you so let's do this together okay I'll talk you through it nothing nobody's gonna coach him okay okay [Music] a lot of people if they used to walk down the phone and say hey I help teach I help clean for him so what's up [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] hour [Music] here tomorrow there's nothing to do it yourself just curious what's the uh five minutes for bud okay okay you're thinking about talking to anything Eddie's here okay he doesn't want to see if you're pretty cool in your head all right foreign thank you very much foreign okay all right and how about this if you can't find it okay come on out I will let ready get ready to find your medications [Music] it's like you know so Eddie Williams thank you foreign hmm I should have grabbed caffeine pills this guy's annoying yeah he's made up his mind that he wants to die can't do it himself and he realizes that we're not going to trigger just a few walks out now he's feeling stuck okay ARP do uh do you have a RP do you have a briefing location for Tuesday morning yet for the Baltimore yeah it's the same it's I forgot what it's all I got it now I'll put it out today okay it's uh come on in Kingsville yeah correct thank you oh you don't yeah so okay foreign foreign [Music] no I didn't see anything like this when he acted like he cut his throat nothing it's like kind of looking at there there's another blood or anything then he pulled up his shirt and tried to like stab himself he's not prepared [Music] does he have an AR-15 do you know but okay I wish I had this at my other phone and I could call his daughter again she said he had a couple of guns but yeah I didn't ask for specifics okay okay [Music] you'd like to come out okay why not huh we've been talking just fine [Music] there's Eddie God damn it all right now he's getting amped up even more last couple visits this this is he's been scary Ellie as far as the meme seems to be getting more amped up in the last five years he said he took more medication um Equity claims and our home films and stuff I couldn't hear a gun rack and pulling or a shotgun I told Jesse that um voice um he's earned up well right before he before he caught uh he respond instead of the end you just now I I wasn't pushing you that was something but that's that's I don't know what what he said he was gonna do it all and end the dog and then his family that's out it sounds like his angry upset me is he feels [Music] PT his granddaughter and his daughter [Music] so he used to be making shelters and he asked me if he could have a cigarette once he came out and putting the handcuffs for Freddie I said yes it's fun so I keep telling me I've been living in my life and I think he's either gave honestly I think he's walking up to more than two things he was even looking up the drugs or him to hurt himself [Music] so he hung up on me again Jeff yeah what are you guys saying [Music] yeah and then I think he's right back here and he expressed interests about talking to him again but [Music] [Music] area in case we need if he's willing to [Music] willing to do that [Music] his other thing is that um I'm gonna take all these guys young community for 40 days ready yes I'm gonna take him down okay what's in my car so if you guys will is there enough there's another water bottle here somewhere and forward all right when do we know he's passed down well see other um he did say he was taking his blood pressure medication um like 10 minutes ago so you're sitting here we found three or four of them I think he was just joking me around about five and fourth and he responding things to do what he just did so well I'll tell you now let us uh [Music] crazy foreign foreign [Music] foreign foreign foreign [Applause] we can switch out just so we keep like two guys up there together paper copy of it now in fact I don't I don't have the urpo I only have the search warrant what they were asking foreign [Music] uh foreign [Music] take a break from it yeah what time you want to get back up you want to hop in and take a break for a few minutes and then a few minutes yeah swapped himself out trying to get everybody a little break yeah man there you go hop in and take a break Bert what's that hop in and take break for a few put us down huh see I'm just gonna sit down I'll do a break we're here you'll sit here instead of a skid you don't want to sit by the exhaust pipe well that's how you get that's how you get medical Debbie laying down there yeah dude I'm gonna have like thank you all right he just came out front door played something on the railing thank you you're wrong [Music] you want to push back around Danny just in case you Captain would come out the other door thanks you don't have to I just didn't know if I was in your way foreign [Music] foreign [Music] that's enough [Music] you're ready [Music] all right now let's just said he's in the bathroom huh we're making up that stove this game always a great job we'll go to him yeah okay struggling [Applause] score hey Jack you've come to me brother he's out on the front porch I'm sorry I'm sitting next to this engine I can barely hear you just come to me and we'll talk can you kill the engine for a second say again okay you need to get to a bathroom well why don't you just take a seat then right there all right he's out on the steps we're talking to him okay okay awesome can you can you make it down the stairs you all right okay okay all right that's fine can you make it down these stairs at all okay [Music] yes okay okay all right we can make something happen for you I don't care just just come walk down to us for a second okay we can take you back into the bathroom buddy all right we'll get you back in there I promise all right can you just come down the steps no let's see why'd you talk wow that didn't work come on I wonder if they don't like you if we advance on him at all we would have yeah probably the same result okay oh it feels like an ambush I know but anyways wow he said we could come in and watch him poop yeah whatever that's the left yeah all right I won't say anything this time okay oh he's back inside so close over the uh PA now at this Barber could you come back to the door writing the story yeah thank you I'm talking about Jack um foreign when he was out there he said he said I know myself I'm gonna have to poop in like two minutes that's why he said it huh well and that's why he would say he didn't want to come down here because he said he's like you can come in and watch me poop if you need to like just come on down here like we'll get you back in there like you know and then he's like turn around and ran and slam the door so I don't know if nature called like right at that in a second sad bathroom lights back off the bathroom lights back off now yeah [Music] what's up the bathroom lights back off here hey regular SpongeBob round foreign [Music] eyes and turn yourself over the phone whatever everything will fall at all almost there just open the doors for myself throw you in your cell phone yeah foreign so yeah I thought maybe we turned over a new release uh go back on the court oh God so we can hear you better we can't help you if we can't hear you don't want to hurt you you want to talk to you and help you [Music] and he was out on the porch sorry he opened the door a couple times stay on the fortune we could talk to you we're worried about the Jack got myself through the porch so that we could talk tonight the best way for us attack oh yeah [Music] [Music] no one wants to hurt you we want to help you right now but I'm concerned about my brother's unfortunately foreign Hey Bert just watch your muzzle with the Bearcat watch your offset also hurt you everyone stay behind good job no one wants to hurt you jack put the duck down we want to get you the help that you need Jack will you know you're going through a hard time let us help you today what's going on tell us what's happening to help you best way for me to help you is if you talk to me know what's going on get so we can help you with that [Music] we all care about you we're all here let us help you almost to hurt you we're here to help you give me a chance to understand what else up so that we can help off with the gun down nothing is impossible just remember we got that Jack was it going down for the pocket foreign just remember guys too this parking lot over here with Command Staff is like there's Jack we know you're up attack the Highway's open too so just a few points has gone down that direction [Music] oh my God hey Dave do they want to shut the road back down they did okay okay let's go right now even though you have perspiration you want to help you look at that down so that we can talk exactly I forgot to come out and do that you can come out so we can do that notice he wants you to be okay foreign too far Dave if he comes back out on the porch again Roy might try the 40 on talk to you he's got the monkey I mean good yep yep Jack we're concerned about you Bill wants to hurt you all right let's cut back to the court so we'll see you and talk to me I mean what's that noise comes out with that AR yeah look at the top he may have he's pointing the pistol right back at us again right now I don't know how long we're gonna have to deal with that though um so we can hear you better okay Put the gun down so we can help to hurt you it feels impossible open that now um no it comes out that way it's not just packing package they said it wasn't there but that's what they could do that as well Danny and Jansen are that silver car right there we're about to help you decision thank you [Music] [Applause] yeah CS is on three four they can see three and four foreign [Applause] foreign [Music] I don't want to hurt you CNT hasn't back in the phone [Music] parking lot the Patriot Urgent Care on the opposite side of the command post parking lot over there [Music] all right [Music] foreign foreign foreign foreign I know and then like we're not giving them what he wants essentially because we played the game now a handful of times yeah so what what time is it I know so I think everybody's on that page like I'm just giving it a try nothing I got to make sure all the other guys know that that's going off because you know from their position yeah I don't know I mean I think he's still foreign guys make sure you sure you got good cover back here don't worry about those drinks are you going further put you there yeah [Music] are we staying here yeah yeah I think you're still thinking uh no go and give him the 40 a try if he comes out on the porch again yeah I mean that's the only other option I mean it's the two options yeah that's what I'm saying yeah yeah there's purpose where there's a lethal yeah yeah Dragon yeah if he comes out lethal we're using Force against lethals probably foreign [Music] all right foreign guys probably gonna move foreign [Music] fantastic foreign [Music] [Applause] foreign give us a call back or let us call you Jack if we were having a good conversation let's continue that I think we need [Music] anything take take one of these boxes stick it out there they need to get up higher yeah even something little like a little bit way too high foreign [Applause] good morning foreign so the reason I'm I've been going low is average staring right into the glass he's not even paying us much money yeah so
