When a group of women started fighting with security, the officer moved in to help escort the women out of the bar. While attempting to remove them, multiple of the women assault the officer. Multiple people are being ordered to the ground while officers are simultaneously trying to separate the individuals involved. The repeated commands are important because refusing to follow an officer's commands during an active detention can potentially create additional legal problems depending on the circumstances and the applicable law. But there's another question here. What happened immediately before these commands? That's exactly what investigators have to determine. In a chaotic fight involving several people, identifying the individual actions of each person can be difficult. And that's why the statements from the officer, security personnel, and the people involved can become so important. >> Orlando police >> one and this one. >> I'm trying to figure out. >> Stay on the ground. >> I'M ON THE GROUND. I'M ON THE GROUND. I'm trying TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED. HOW WE GOT THERE? >> Right at the corner. I dive. I got two trying to leave. One Bravo Fox truck, tan bodysuit, red hair. The other one, white shirt, >> pink pants. >> Hey, follow them two right there. I'm telling you, do not leave. >> You suck right there. >> No. 43. And this one >> you swear to God >> this way. >> Move. >> You going to keep resisting, right? >> Step back before you go too. >> Step back. You are interfering >> like you did. Women for the government arrested for him. I work FOR THE GOVERNMENT. >> HIT ME. You hit me, [ __ ] >> After you punch me in the face. >> This is the moment the consequences become clear. The officer is now telling the group that all three women are going to jail while specifically explaining that two allegedly struck him and that all three were being accused of resisting. Notice the distinction here. The officer isn't saying all three committed exactly the same conduct. He's identifying different allegations against different people. That's legally significant because criminal charges generally depend on an individual's own conduct rather than simply being present during a disturbance. The women, meanwhile, continue to dispute the officer's account and claim they were being handled unfairly. So, the big question becomes, does the available video and witness evidence support the officer's version of events? >> I ain't hit you. YOU HIT ME. I'M WALKING UP BEHIND EVERYBODY. >> HEY, all units. >> Hey, don't All three of you going to jail. Two of them hit me in the face. All three resisting. >> Those two ID on them >> and the one I tell you. So, it's going to be one, >> the one in the black as well. Battery LEO on battery LEO on two and punched me right in the face and then I'm good. >> And then the other one resisted. >> Where's your idea? >> Where's your idea? >> You could have asked me that at first. Get your hands off me. >> Hey, who's got a car? >> Who got a car? >> You could have asked ME THAT AT FIRST. >> HEY, who's got a car? >> Slapping me, [ __ ] You could have just ASKED ME THAT FIRST BEFORE YOU START PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON ME. >> How can you punch me in the face? >> I was the LAST PERSON AT THE DOOR. HOW DID I HIT YOU? >> PUNCH HER in the face. >> Shut the [ __ ] GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME. I SPIN IN YOUR mother face. >> I'll be another charge. >> I spit in your [ __ ] face. Get your hands off me. >> Put her in this car. >> You don't put your hands on no mother woman >> and I ain't did to you. You hit me first. What you think I'm going to do? Oh, >> they get my open. >> I'm going to tell YouTube again. Go over there and don't come back. Go over by the palm tree. >> Call T baby. >> That statement is especially important because the officer himself points investigators toward the evidence, the cameras. In a situation this chaotic, eyewitness memories can differ dramatically, especially when several people are moving, shouting, and physically struggling at the same time. Body camera footage and security video can help establish the sequence of events, who approached whom, who made physical contact, and how officers responded afterward. The officer is also describing multiple levels of force, including an attempted spray and a taser deployment. Those actions don't exist in isolation. Investigators have to consider what was happening immediately beforehand. And now police are moving from simply controlling the scene to documenting exactly what happened. >> Swear to God. >> Pat her down first. >> You got to pat me down. >> Stop resisting. Oh, >> now you want to do that. Now you want to do that. >> Now you want to do THAT AFTER YOU DONE BEAT UP A BUNCH OF [ __ ] All right. >> I hope he ain't got no wife. >> What is that? >> Have a seat. >> 591. >> 63 Alpha. >> 63 Alpha. >> 1098 alpha. You want another one in there? >> No. Oh, we should have three. >> You got three. Where's the other? >> This one? Black. Um, >> this one. >> Oh, yeah. Thank you. >> Yeah. Uh, black. >> Uh, tan, black, white shirt, pink again. They were pulling them all out >> while I'm going out with them inside the club, following them out with security. She just goes off and hits me in the face. I go to grab the one that hit me. Her friend comes over the shoulder, >> hits me in the face again, the second one. I go to grab her >> uh and try to spray. She comes back again. Boom. Then uh the one the black while I'm dealing with her, the black one, she's not getting on the ground, but she's there. I had to step back. I'm in the street. I tased I tell the one three times get on the ground while I'm calling you guys. That already been punched a couple times. >> One down on the corner still. >> Yeah, the one in the black. That's taste. >> Here's a major clarification. Police are now narrowing down the alleged conduct of each person. According to the officer's report at the scene, all three women were being accused of resisting while two were being accused of battery against law enforcement. That's an important distinction because the available evidence has to connect each person to the conduct alleged against them. Police are also actively seeking statements from security personnel, which could provide an independent perspective on what happened before the confrontation moved outside. The investigation isn't simply about what the officer says happened. Witness accounts and video evidence can help establish the timeline. And notice how quickly a night at a bar has turned into multiple criminal allegations. >> Hey, listen to me real. I need you over by that palm tree. Over by the palm tree over there. >> That's okay. It's all on camera if I'm lying. Let's go see what >> the one in the black. >> She going to jail. >> Yeah. >> Are you hurt? >> I don't think so. >> I got punched. I'm hurt. A little side of my face is >> hurt. And I'll be from that. I really don't. >> Yeah. >> So, >> should you go to talk for a second? I I don't want to I know you just were involved in So, just walk me through real quick. >> 22 comes up on my They tell me to come in. >> They're saying there's a fight inside. I called it on the radio. >> When I go in through the uh back door, >> they're all pointing. It's over there. The fight's over there. >> Security's trying to get them out. They're fighting security. They're punching that security in the people. >> Um, the one with the black ones punching. The one in the tan's definitely punching. >> Okay. >> They were trying to fight another They were fighting security and somebody else. They had a problem with >> Once they get out and I um they push back on me, I go I'm like, "Get out." Open punches me right in the left side of the face. I go to grab her >> to make the arrest on her. >> She hits again. >> Her friend I try to grab again. Her friend hits. >> I got look, but it's all three of them against me. >> Um, response to resistance on one >> resisting. I'm going to I need >> I'm saying taser deployment on one, right? >> On one in the black. >> The other one we just secured. >> Uh, the one with the taser in the black. Definitely. She's going. This one right here punched me too. She's going. And the one >> thing as far as um >> just the resistance was just a taser on the one. I tried I attempted to spray on one, but it didn't have any effects. >> Okay. >> Any witnesses from security that can we need to get people to my statements? >> Hey Danny, >> can you help me out with um the security? I know you were there. I need you on a statement. I need statements >> and statements from the security guys that were pushing them out as well. >> Now we're getting a clearer picture of the force used during the confrontation. The officer explains that spray was attempted but reportedly had no effect while the taser was deployed against one woman. He also describes using physical techniques to try to take another person to the ground. These details matter because investigators have to establish not only whether force was used but what circumstances led to that force. At the same time, the officer admits there are details he needs to review, including exactly what happened during the physical struggle. That's another reason recorded evidence is so valuable. When several people are involved, the video can help separate assumptions from what can actually be established. >> Just a few. Let me um let me pref. >> All right. I'll be back in a minute. You good? >> Good. >> Yeah. We have how many recipes we have? Two or three? Three. >> Okay. So, >> all three are resisting and then two on battery yo-yo. >> Yes. >> You need statements on >> uh off the security dudes. I'm going to get the statements. And then Danny was there as well. >> Can I get the key from the other girls? I know you were involved with it. It's It wasn't even that deep. I didn't even have to go this far. >> But y I feel like y'all just came y'all came y'all can't run cuz y'all didn't know what was going on. So, it just it escalated for no reason. I just want the key. I just want to get home. >> Wait, what was >> I'm pissed off. She just had a white long sleeve shirt. Walk me through which one is >> from where this one right here is with this group. >> She's one that hit and resisted the whole way on the thing. Started trying to leave the scene. Both of them hurt and the other one the white. The one the black, all of them started inside. All of it pushed outside and these two started walking away. We don't have a response to resistance on her. >> Oh yeah, she she was the one that was >> Oh, she was fighting me. >> Okay. >> She was fighting me. The one in the black punched me and the one in the white was fighting. >> So which which one was the one? >> On the black. >> Okay. So what did we was it just with her? >> Oh, with I I used grapple techniques and try to take her to the ground. >> Take her to the ground. >> Yes, absolutely. Um, I actually probably swung on one of them that hit me back in the face, too, with a closed fist, but I'll have to look at it. >> It It was um It was probably about four or five of us all in there. >> This one? This one? >> Which one is this one? This one's white. >> Oh, yeah. That's the same one. They just moved her in the car. Okay. >> This one's fighting, resisting the whole time. >> So, we don't have We don't have a response resistant. only on one. >> Um there was attempt with the spray. Spray didn't work on them. Um and only the one taser. >> So take down there. Taser deployed there. >> No, just one taser down. >> Taser deploy. Take down with her. >> I I tried to take her down down there as well. So it was all of it happened down here. The reason they got down here is cuz they knew you guys were coming and they were trying to walk away from the >> They're adults obviously. >> Yes. All of them adults in the same Well, let let me say this. They were all in the club, so I'm going to assume they're all adults. >> Why are you by the car? >> I didn't see you. >> Like this when you're sitting. >> Excuse me. >> You can you can pull them out of me. You can nobody the else. Nobody. You can. >> Go ahead. Pull it the phone. >> That is my mother. >> Thank you very much. What's your fire department here? Why would I need to? The only mother on fire is him cuz he's about to lose his mother job. Thought he was thought he WAS POLICEED FOR HOWEVER MANY YEARS HE WAS POLICE. This about to go the down. Come on, sir. >> You got my phone. You got my ID. So you know my name. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> Come on. Come on. Come here. Come here. >> I just need to make sure no one talk to as well once we just ask her. Yeah, >> I'm not going to say we cool. However, nobody else is touching me. >> If we going to be honest, that definitely ain't touching me. >> A BLACK PROBABLY FROM the hood abusing his authority. Like, what are you talking about? I come to this club all >> So, here's where everything stands based on the footage and information provided. Police responded to a disturbance involving a group of women and security at a local bar. According to the officer's account, the confrontation continued outside where he was allegedly struck by two of the women while attempting to control the situation. All three were ultimately arrested, but the reported charges were not identical. Two women were charged with assault on police officers and resisting arrest, while the woman who was tasered was charged with resisting because she reportedly did not punch the officer. It's important to remember that an arrest or charge is not the same as a conviction, and the provided footage does not establish any later courtroom ruling or final disposition. Ultimately, the evidence, including body camera footage and witness statements, would be critical in determining what actually happened.
