This woman comes up with excuse after excuse before finally accepting her DUI arrest. I can smell it strongly. All right, put your hands behind your back. You didn't give me a chance. Cop conducts a traffic stop after reports of a suspected drunk driver. But check this out. Things take a turn when she struggles through sobriety test and repeatedly blames her medical issues. Take a look. The reason I have you stopped is somebody called and they were they were concerned about you. You been drinking today? No. You mind if I check your eyes real quick? I mean, I'm really tired. I mean, I was I got a call from I got a call from a roommate and I'm put this on because I've had twice. Okay. And I work with the public. So, for your safety and ours, you know, Sure. Well, somebody said a few things when they they called and I'm People call us for stupid stuff all the time. So, if you're good, just I'll just check your eyes real quick if you want to hop out and then if we're good to go, we're good to go. Yeah. Like I said, I mean, I've been up since I got to work at 5 a.m. I've been I've been up since 3:00 a.m. I'm like I did not want to go to the Tractor Supply to go get some. Dog can't feed themselves, though. I get it. I get I got one, too. My roommate has five dogs and four cats. Okay. Where are my animal lovers at? Five dogs and four cats. Sorry, I couldn't hear you over that idiot. Yeah, you should probably go get those guys. Yeah, they'd never stop. You got your ID on you real quick? Uh, yeah. All right. You want to hop out? I'll check your eyes real quick and then I got one more thing to tell you about and then we'll be good to go. Oh, yeah. Stand right here. Heels and toes together. Hands down by your sides. Okay. You got any problems with your eyes or any head injuries or anything like that? That's the thing I'm trying to explain to you is with you do end up with uh cognitive issues and things like that. Okay. But but nothing wrong with your eyes. No head injuries, TBI, anything like that. I I have been hit in the head. If you actually feel I don't know if you can actually touch my head. I'm not worried about it. But I actually have do I do have a head injury. How long ago was that? It was about two years ago. I have still like I never went to the hospital or anything like that. Gotcha. Time out. I I'm trying not to laugh. I'm going to be nice, right? be respectful because there's nothing fun about driving under the influence. Got that part right. So, I want to build that foundation first. And you know me, we've been doing so many DUIs on this channel. And my thinking is is that we always get to learn something new. Right now, with that being said, it seems as though is that she's just making all these excuses, which people do all the time. You know, it's rare that you'll see, "Okay, I'm ready to go officer. Let's do it." Right. Okay. Anyway, no big deal. All right. All right, just keep your hands there. Your sides there. All right, can you see the tip of my finger? Okay, I just need you to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and only your eyes. Do not turn your head. I'm going to make a few passes back and forth, up and down. Okay, follow my finger with your eyes. You know that I read a report that more cops died in 2020 than [clears throat] they did gunshots. Okay. Okay, so she said that more cops died from COVID back in 2020 instead of getting killed in the line of duty is what she says. I don't know that, right? I suppose it's worth researching. But with that being said, what I do know is that I did have a partner in 2020 where I worked in LAPD back in 2019 where he did uh have uh those medical complications and he suffered and died. I want to say look, the percentage of cops getting killed in the line of duty is very very small. Well, it should be zero, but I know the percentage is very, very small across the nation. That's fine. All right, so I got two more tests that we can do real quick. Okay, just to determine that you're good to go. All right, the next one's called Also, I've also just let you know, I've also had a stroke some years ago. So, I have uh on the right side of my body, I had a stroke and so the right side of my body, uh temporary paralysis. You're moving everything an awful lot to have temporary paralysis, but okay. You're moving awful a lot. And let me ask you this. When does that temporary paralysis act up? Is that happening right now as we're going to do this test or when? The next one's called the one leg stand. Okay. Just put your feet back together like they were, hands down by your side. All right. Okay. I'm going to explain it and demonstrate and then I'm going to ask you to go. Okay. So, it's going to look something like this. You're going to keep your hands down by your sides. You're going to pick one leg. I don't care which one. Right? And you're going to choose that one to stand on. The other one, you're going to raise approximately six inches off the ground. Point your toe. Look down at your toe and count in the following manner. 100 1 2 100 3 and so on until I tell you to stop. Don't start until I tell you to start. You want me to explain it again? I'll explain it again. Okay. Bring it down and just pay attention what I'm saying. I don't want me to laugh. Keep your legs straight. All right. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. One two three four. Like I said, I have nerve damage on the right side of my The next test is called the walk and turn. Okay. Stand at your car. Okay. Can you imagine a straight line from me to you? Yeah. Uh-huh. Straight line for me to you. Imagine that line. Okay. You know what? Let me stop there to say, can you imagine if you just tell us, you know what? Yes, I have been drinking. It just seems as though is that she's making up all these excuses to get to what? To get to the fact that you're probably driving under the influence. I'm going to call BS on that temporary paralysis. Put your right foot on that line and your left foot in front of that foot, heel to toe on the line. Yep. Hands down by your sides and just stand just like that until I tell you to start. Okay. Silly. Are you going to be able to stand like that like I told you? Dash cam. Back to body cam. Keep your hands on your sides. Okay, perfect. So, on that line, you're going to make a series of nine. I need you to stand in that position. You can't lean on your car. Can you stand back in that position, please? Okay. And you stand there until I tell you to start. Okay. Like I said, somebody else called. I didn't say that you did anything wrong. I'm trying to help prove that you are good to go. So, I would like to finish with what we're doing. That way, we can get you on your way if that's the case. Exactly. So, let's make it through the process instead of talking about this long hauler [ __ ] Okay, I'm chuckling because of the way the nononsense cop is. And by the way, yeah, you know, the sergeant's at scene. I love it when people call the sergeant. Oh my god, you know what? I got to talk to your sergeant, your supervisor. Have him here at scene, you know, and all of a sudden the sergeant is supposed to, I don't know, make things go away, make things better for you. And you know, the sergeant is there saying he's not intervening. He's not going to interject. He's going to let his officer do his job. That's what he's supposed to do. It's not [ __ ] but it has nothing to do with what we're doing. So, can you stand right back like you were? Right foot on the line, left foot in front, heel to toe. Are you going to do the test or not? No, I am. I am. Then let's do it and then we can keep talking about that afterward. Okay, perfect. Now, just stand. I'm just saying like it causes it causes nerve issues. I understand what you're saying. Are you saying you cannot complete the test because of that? No, I can. Okay. Well, then let's work through it. I don't need you to explain it right now. I understand that it can cause nerve issues and everything else and balance issues and all that you're saying. I get it. So, let's make it through the test and then we can discuss that further. Okay. But ever since I got that, I've had cognitive issues and balance issues. I understand. You know what I'm saying? And I've had to be on different. You know what I'm saying? That's fine. Do you understand the instructions I've given them to you? And do you all understand that I have nerve issues now from a deadly virus? I I don't get that part. I don't know why we're joking around or, you know, you're trying to be sarcastic. I know I'm contradicting myself cuz I'm being a little sarcastic myself, but that's not a joking matter to say, well, you know, deadly virus. There's, you know what, I don't even want to go there with the fact that a lot of people suffered back in 2020. So, you know what? Take this a little bit more serious. Cop has a lot of patience to know that. Look, I've been trying to explain to you this test over and over again. I mean, this is ridiculous. Do you understand the instructions as I've given it to you? Yes, sir. Okay. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. Hands down by your side. Ever since I got Hands down by your side. Look at your feet. Nine heel to toe steps down the line. A series of small steps to turn around. Nine heel to toe steps back. Can you like calm your voice out? I'm just talking over you because you're continuing to ramble about stuff that doesn't matter right now. I'd like you to complete the test first. I've explained this already like eight times. Are you gonna do the test or not? I am like for you to to not like yell at me like I haven't been yelling. I've been talking over you. You know, this has to be the most painful DUI stop ever. Like ranked number one. Because you continue to talk about this when I just need you to do the test real quick. Kendra, would you agree to a breathalyzer? A field breathalyzer? I'm telling you, man, it sucks, man. Would you agree to that? That way, I can rule out that you had any alcohol and it's just these issues from CO. So, listen, that test is not admissible in court. It just shows me a positive or negative presence of alcohol. And if it's negative, then we're good to go. And we'll move on from there. What I mean stretching, you know, like your back hurts from doing those exercises, those tests along with Kendra, step over my car. Turn around, relax, sit on my bumper, just chill. Yeah. Like, I mean, I'm just trying take some pressure off your legs and stuff. I just want to talk to you like person. I got you. Will you agree to this test real quick? That way we can rule that out and you're good to go. I mean, what what's the stipulations? I just explained it to you. It is a test that is not admissible in court. It shows me a positive or negative presence of alcohol. So, if you're saying you haven't been drinking and this is all issues from COVID, that's going to show me that and we'll be good to go and move on from there. I'm really trying my best to help you out here and we're making it take a lot longer than it needs to. Will you agree to this test or not? Trust me. Like, I would really like would you agree to the test? Okay. So explain something. So he has this machine. Oh my god. This is painful. It's taking way too long. You know, sometimes I do talk about is time of the essence or do you have to act now? Like we have no time exgency, right? I don't know. In this case, you know what? Time is of the essence. And I can tell you right now, the serge is not having it. He's like, "Dude, we got to get this going." He's being so respectful, so polite, and his tolerance is ultimately high right now. You blow into the straw trying like you're trying to blow up a balloon and it shows me whether there's a positive or negative presence of alcohol and I mean I'm saying like you know like I told you I was a yes or no. Right. Right. Right. Are you going to do the test or not? I mean yeah. So I need you to remove your mask to do that. What I want you to do when I tell you to just want you to put your mouth over the straw, blow hard and keep blowing until I tell you to stop. Okay? As long and as hard as you can blow blow you're not blow blow blow. Push air out. Blow hard. Blow. You're not doing anything out, ma'am. Okay. Like this. You're not going to blow into the straw. You got to blow out, ma'am. You're not Says you're not doing anything. I'm on an inhaler right now because of CO 19. Okay. Okay. That's all right. Okay. Just one more try for me. Blow out like you're blowing a balloon. It showed you weren't even pushing air through. Exactly. Um I'm going through. I'm going Are you listening? I'm going to I'm pulmonary doctor right now because I'm a co 19 long hauler. Okay, that's fine. Like I'm trying. So take a deep breath on a daily basis. Kendra, take a deep breath. Put your lips on the thing and try to blow it up like a balloon. Blow out for me. Blow. Blow. Blow. There you go. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Okay. All right. That's good. That's good. It's fine. Still not giving satisfactory sample, but there's Sure. I'm not certain how you can have all these issues to not do basic little things here and you can still drive. Let me expand on that because look, I empathize with everything when I was a cop and I still do to this very day. Okay? So, let's just get that out of the way. You have to be very empathetic. But what I will say is this. Let's just hope that you know what, it's all true what she's saying about, you know, I'm seeing a pulmonary doctor. I had a stroke, temporary paralysis. I mean, she is just laying it on thick. And my thinking is, do we push the BS button to say that, you know, uh-uh, and that's an insult to all the people who suffered and their families as well, right? That had an impact because of the result of this deadly virus. I mean, come on. Come on, Kendra. Well, uh, that sounds dangerous to me. No, it's not dangerous. I can Who who said something about driving? Well, they don't they don't have to give me their name when they call in. But they said that you What do they say, though? They said that they thought you were drunk, so I should stop you and make sure you're okay. And in addition to that, you could have been driving fast. Maybe you were swerving lanes. You know what? You almost hit somebody. And they said the magic word, you know what? I think she's drunk. I'm here to tell you that when you pull someone over for those specific reasons, that is our job, right? To protect and serve, to make sure that you're going to be okay driving, right? We're trying to rule out all these objective symptoms that I'm watching. I'm hearing. We're going to try something else. It's a little bit easier. All I need you to do is just blow into this area in general. Okay. Just wait until I tell you. Okay. Go ahead. Yeah. There you go. Okay. She's not giving any samples at all. I can smell it strongly. Yeah. Okay. I couldn't let the voice go up with you. Was standing there doing that, I'm sure. Yeah. Coming out of that straw and just now like Well, there you go. You know what? You smell it, right? Odor of alcohol emitting from her breath. You know, the straw, the whole nine. I'm going to tell you, you know what? There's something in that car. There's got to be like some open container, some liquor, or you just had a lot to drink prior to that. One or the other. Okay, there's one more thing. We got to step up to the bumper and look this way. It involves the camera test here. So, just stand right there. Face my car. All right. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. What? What's happening? You're under arrest for DI. Oh my god. All I wanted to do was just go to sleep. Yep. That would have been nice. Will you submit to the state administer chemical test of your blood? What's the point? That's a yes or no question. It's a yes or no question. Just go home. I didn't do anything wrong. Will you submit to the state administer chemical test of your blood? So that's yes or no. Yeah. I don't No, I'm not going to take my blood. Okay, perfect. I mean, any drugs, bombs, knives, guns, anything? I mean, I have a pocket knife. You know, I work with Sure. Got a pocket knife on the right side. I always carry a knife cuz I'm a woman. Yeah, I don't blame you. And with my job it What do you do? I I do merchandising for Whole Foods. Okay. Oh, yeah. It's just Who's that? That's the card for the the dog food. Who's Juliana? The who I was getting the dog food for. You have her phone number so she can come get the car and the card. Is that your roommate? She She doesn't have a car. That's why I came. and she can get a ride or I have to tow your car and I have to take that because that's not yours. Are you wearing a bra? No, sir. Do you have anything in your bra? Okay. Using the back of my hand, I'm going to check between and underneath your breast to make sure there's no weapons or contraband in your bra. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, do you have a number I can call for Juliana to come get her card and the car? Um, good. They're giving her the option. You know what? Call her. Come get the car because it's going to get towed. That's going to cost you more money. The impound fees, the whole nine. I mean, come on. Let's go. We've waited long enough. I mean, seriously, this has taken very, very long. And even with all the edits, it's taken that long. What's your apartment complex called? It's not an apartment complex. What's the neighborhood? What's the neighborhood called? It's I can give you the address. What is it? Forget that I'm in them. I forget that I'm in handcuffs and I can't use my phone. Ma'am, we're at the point now where we if she can be here in 10 or 15 minutes, she can come pick it. Otherwise, I have a tow truck. We've been out here long enough with this. Well, she's so silly. Like, I could have You should have made better adult decisions. That's what this pull us down to. I still want to know why anybody Are you going to call her at all? That's okay. Just stay there. Stay there. You're good. Magnet works. Are you going to call her to get your car or not? I want to know like why I show these with sad. Okay, you know what? Time out. We We've had We've had enough. And this is the part where I haven't said enough in other DUI videos that we have broken down where you know what? Take some accountability. You have to own it, right? That's just the way I see it. I mean, they can call and do whatever. I've made the decision for you and I'll put the report. There's no Whoa, whoa, whoa. We're gonna set back my car. Well, you're bumbling and fumbling around with everything just like we have the whole time. Please do not push against me. Can I get in the car? Can I please No, we're done. I'm taking your sunglasses off so they don't fall. Get in my car. Can I please just make a call so my car doesn't get towed? Please, please. You didn't give me a chance. We're literally Are y'all too? You didn't give me a chance. Yep, I did. Make sure you have everything in belt you were reaching for. I'll take a picture and add it to your report. was in the column right there within reach. Perfect. In the bag. She was leaning pretty far forward toward the steering wheel, so I didn't see it. Yeah, I just kept eyes on her when she got out. So, that mask is really helping her. But that air sample getting out. Let's go ahead and wrap it up. Final thoughts. Uh, like always, first and foremost, big shout out to Dallas PD. And that's not Dallas in the wonderful state of Texas. That's Dallas PD in the wonderful state of Wisconsin. Look, that cop, God, that tolerance. You know, I've been seeing a lot of cops with a lot of tolerance, right? Patience. I love it. It's the new wave because I'm going tell you, back in my days, it would have never have taken that long whatsoever. And big SGS always there to help you out. You know, whatever you need, I'm here for you. That's awesome. But here's the biggest lesson of them all. Look, Kendra, here's what I like to say. What's it going to cost you if you just tell the truth, hold yourself accountable, and say, "Yeah, you know what? I was drinking. Here's the whiskey." That's going to cost you what? Your license is going to get suspended for a certain amount of time. You're going have to pay fees, right? you're going to have to go through probation and maybe even some restitution. Okay, you can't drive, so get an Uber or Lift. That's basically it. But instead, what you choose to do is get behind the wheel, drive, and guess what? You could have really hurt somebody, an innocent bystander, and think about the impact it has not on yourself, but on your family as well. Okay, that's the biggest lesson of them all. Like, get some growth out of this because the underlying issue is that you're drinking and driving. Get some help. Okay, please be safe out there. Up next, I'm watching as a doctor discovers a nurse murdered after she fails to show up for her shift. I think we got a gunshot right here. Huh? She's alive. I want to help resuscitate her now. Damn it. She's been there all night. Whenever I looked at her, I could tell she was stupid. She's been there all night. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most extreme incidents in policing history. Kendall was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, possession of an open alcohol container, and driving a vehicle on a suspended registration. Now, this happened over three years ago, and we don't have any public information as to the outcome of the charges. Okay, you know the drill. Click that like button, click that notification bell. Don't forget to subscribe. Please comment below because we want to hear from you. Look, if you want deeper conversations on police topics, go check out my podcast at the Marlon March Show. All right?
